Women in the Netherlands who are deemed by the state to be unfit mothers should be sentenced to take contraception for a prescribed period of two years, according to a draft bill before the Dutch parliament.

The proposed legislation would further punish parents who defied it by taking away their newborn infant. "It targets people who have been the subject of judicial intervention because of their bad parenting," explained the author of the bill Marjo Van Dijken of the socialist PvDA. "If someone refuses the contraception and becomes pregnant, the child must be taken away directly after birth."

When I see how some parents treat their children and come across adults who wish they'd never been born because of the abuse they endured as kids, I get some idea of where Van Dijken is coming from, but her proposed solution strikes me as far too draconian.

In fact, I have serious misgivings about the implications of this proposed law, and it raises a torrent of questions in my mind. Is it really the state's role to protect the unborn and does it have the right to control people's bodies in such a way and to deprive them of the basic right to procreate? Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence? Just because a parent was bad with one child, does it mean (s)he will repeat the offence?

Have we got the right to exercise pre-emptive "justice" – and could this be the first step towards a "minority report" approach to parental "precrime"? And, perhaps, given the Dutch penchant for social engineering, this could prove to be the prelude for the professionalisation of parenting, where in the distant future only certified and trained "fathers" and "mothers" would be allowed to raise children in special facilities.

Less fantastically, could this not be the first step down a slippery slope? This government may have all the best intentions, but what's to guarantee that a future government doesn't use the law, or an amendment of it, to target "undesirable" groups, such as Roma, gays, religious minorities and immigrants?

More immediately, there's the question of how we would define the "unfit parents" who should be deprived from the right to bear children. Should the law apply only to parents who pose a clear and present danger to potential offspring or could it be more loosely interpreted to apply to those of whose parenting style the state disapproves?

Even if the law does save legions of notional children the trauma of neglectful parenting and abuse, how about all those parents it unfairly condemns? Surely, not all people who have ill-treated their children will raise their future offspring badly. Some will learn from their mistakes or be prompted by remorse to do better. Others will have mistreated their children because of temporary factors, such as depression or a nervous breakdown, the break-up of a relationship, or the loss of a job and other social deprivations.

"I find this is going way too far," exclaimed one Dutch blogger. "That's may be because I experienced how my own sister could not take care of her son as a consequence of postnatal depression… Was she such a bad mother that, in the future, she can't determine for herself whether or not to have another child?"

I must admit that it shocked me that this law was the brainchild of a socialist. As a confounded psychiatrist friend who deals with troubled children put it, this bill is vaguely reminiscent of the eugenics and sterilisation programmes of the fascist era.

Rather than the altruistic goal of protecting children, one friend thinks that this legislative proposal, which is likely to be defeated, is an attempt to steal the populist thunder of the far right in a society that has veered significantly rightwards in recent years. Another hidden objective could be to reduce the cost to the state of caring for abused children.

Luckily, this ill-conceived law, according to legal experts, contravenes the Dutch constitution and the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, and will hopefully be defeated on the floor of the parliament.

(NaturalNews) A Japanese Research team is working on genetically engineering mosquitoes to deliver vaccines. These are the flying vaccines of the future. Far fetched? Bill Gates doesn't think so. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in 2008 allotted a $100,000 grant to this research team for just that project. This is from the Association of Fund Raising Professionals, Washington Chapter website.

GMO's Enable Trojan Horse Vaccinations

Edible vaccines, as GMO foods, are in the future as well. Meat and Poultry, a business journal for meat and poultry processors, reports in a May 5, 2009 article , by Bryan Salvage, that researchers at Iowa State University are working on creating a method to install vaccines into corn crops.

"We're trying to figure out which genes from the swine influenza virus to incorporate into corn", stated Hank Harris, a researcher on the project. "If a swine flu virus breaks out, the corn could be shipped to the location to try to vaccinate animals and humans in the area quickly. . . . there is no need for extensive vaccine purification, which can be an expensive process."

This way even corn products, including corn chips and corn syrup, which is ubiquitous in processed foods, can serve as vaccination vehicles for humans while the corn itself is fed to hogs. Starting in 1996, bananas have been considered as a vaccination vehicle for developing countries. Keep in mind that this will be genetically engineered, or GMO (genetically modified organisms), so you won't know where and when it will show up on the food shelves.

That's simply because the GMO firms managed to lobby for exemption from labeling GMO foods with the previous administration in the USA. Some nations are better off with labeling and tend to be GMO resistive, especially in the EU. But basically, here and in most other nations, there will be a method to sneak in vaccinations while you eat.

Maybe you want the immunity that you think exists from vaccines anyway, and eating food for vaccinations beats needles! It's cheaper too. But who's to know which foods contain what vaccines since GMO's are not labeled. How much of a vaccine is not enough and how much is too much? Are the GE food vaccines tainted? These questions linger. Since foods as vaccine Trojan Horses are genetically engineered, there are the GMO health ramifications in addition to the vaccination hazards.

Police State Vaccinations

So let's switch the time machine from near future to now. Currently, the Obama administration has the power to enforce vaccinations in an epidemic or pandemic flu breakout, or even the threat of such. This was a measure provided within the Patriot Act.

In addition, there is The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, which will have federal funding for each state that adopts a similar model. So far 38 states and the District of Columbia are on board to receive federal funding and enforce vaccinations with absolute police power, which includes detention and seizure of private property.

Currently, the Obama administration is also considering a program to ensure everyone gets three vaccinations a year as a preventative measure, in other words in lieu of an actual epidemic, starting perhaps this fall. Obama has already appropriated 1.5 billion dollars toward emergency swine flu vaccine production, and more funds are in the works.

From a Washington Post article of May 6, 2009, "The Obama administration is considering an unprecedented fall vaccination campaign that could entail giving Americans three flu shots -- one to combat annual seasonal influenza and two targeted at the new swine flu virus spreading across the globe. If enacted, the multibillion-dollar effort would represent the first time that top federal health officials have asked Americans to get more than one flu vaccine in a year, raising serious challenges . . . (with) the ability to track potentially severe side effects."

President Calderon of Mexico received dictatorial emergency powers from the Mexican congress during the recently exaggerated swine flu flap this past May. So he now has Mexico on board for the The North American Plan for Avian & Pandemic Influenza, which was finalized at the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America) summit of August 2007 in Montebello, Quebec.

This plan involves Canada, the USA, and Mexico. The language involved with all these measures leaves the call to emergency action open for interpretation by a sole authority. That sole authority, currently within North America, is destined to be under the U.N.'s Dr. David Nabarro, the U.N. Influenza System Coordinator. This provides for the full police action of whatever military groups are available to enforce vaccinations, and it is top down from afar. So who makes your health decisions?

In Europe, the government of France is considering a plan of enforcing flu shots on all of its population. They are planning on allocating one billion euros for 100 million doses from three different pharmaceutical companies. Anne Laude, co-director of the Institute of Health at the Universite Paris Descartes, said, ". . . nobody would have the right, except in the case of a medical counter-indication, to refuse a vaccination".

You may think that all this is beneficial. That at least the consequences of any epidemic or pandemic would be ameliorated. Actually, mass inoculations have a history of disaster, not publicized in the mass media, that you can read about if you go to some of the source links or urls after this article. A major one was the so called "Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918 when military personnel were required to be vaccinated for the first time.

Even the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons opposes enforced vaccinations because it violates the ethics of mutual consent. Congressman and former presidential primary candidate Ron Paul, who is also a physician, made this comment. "When we give government the power to make medical decisions for us, we, in essence, accept that the state owns our bodies."

Vaccination Hazards

Many medical practitioners and researchers have broken away from the "medical mafia" with courageous efforts at disclosing the truth. But most others are still in denial, and sometimes even unethical. According to a June 4. 2009 London Times article, disclosures from several scientists have confirmed suspicions that many scientists within the medical research community fudge reports by omitting detrimental facts or even faking data to obtain conclusions that satisfy their sponsors.

Here are some comments from just a few of those courageous medical experts with integrity. More comments from other experts can be reviewed via the source links or urls.

Neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, MD, author of Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills among other books, suggests that a single vaccine can cause brain damage for two years and five vaccinations would massively increase the risk of Alzheimer's Disease.

Dr. Len Horowitz, a most thorough medical investigator states, "Casually substituting vaccination for immunization mystifies the masses. Immunization is not man-made toxin-injection. It is the natural body-guarding response to foreign proteins and germs, the most lethal of which have been transmitted to humanity through contaminated vaccines and blood supplies."

Dr. James R. Shannon, former director of the National institute of health declared, ". . . the only safe vaccine is one that is never used."

In his article Why You Should Avoid Taking Vaccines, Dr. James Howenstine, MD, cites an episode where a Dr. W. Torch was able to document 12 deaths in infants which appeared within 19 hours of a DPT immunization. Then he studied 70 cases of SIDS. Two thirds of these victims had been vaccinated from one half day to 3 weeks prior to their deaths. None were attributed to vaccines by the medical establishment or the mass media.

From Dr. Boyd Haley, professor and chair, Department of Chemistry, University of Kentucky: "A single vaccine given to a six pound newborn is the equivalent of giving a 180 pound adult 30 vaccinations on the same day." "You couldn't construct a study to show that thimerosal (mercury in vaccines) is safe. It's just too damn toxic".

From a website promotion for a DVD entitled Shoot 'Em Up the Documentary, comes this information. "Did you know that we give children 23 viruses before they reach the age of 5? Did you know autism skyrocketed after the addition of more vaccines on the mandatory schedule and did you know that these vaccines contain thimerosal, which is ethyl mercury?" By the way, mercury is considered more toxic than lead and second in toxicity only to uranium.

Most vaccines are cocktails of pathogens from cultures derived from aborted fetuses or animal tissues. Thimerersol or ethyl mercury is not the only additive or preservative. Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD, lists the ingredients common to vaccines, with some of her own comments, including, "If children receive all recommended vaccines, they will receive many times the supposed 'allowable safe limit' for mercury in the first two years of life.

Additional ingredients include antibiotics, aluminum gels, formaldehyde, monosodium glutamate (MSG), aluminum "which when combined with silicon deficiency and fluoride, results in the neurofibrillary tangles seen in Alzheimers disease, formaldehyde, MSG," a potent neurological excitotoxin which, like aspartame, can cause seizures, brain tumors, etc.

Dr. Rima goes on: "Squalene, a response enhancer or adjuvant, is present in many modern vaccines and is highly irritating to the immune system. . . . (used in) Anthrax vaccine in Gulf War I soldiers is believed by many to be a primary cause, along with depleted uranium, of the devastating condition known as Gulf War Syndrome".

An investigative journalist, Joe Vaills, now deceased, did a report on his website that disclosed a simple observation. The French troops from Gulf War I did not experience Gulf War Syndrome, and they were the only ones who did not receive Anthrax vaccinations!

What if the toxic materials are removed from vaccines? Many health experts point out the problem with bypassing the body's immune system by injecting antibodies. Dr. Rebecca Carley, MD explains, "All mammals . . . contain secretory IgA, an antibody which initiates the natural God given immune response within the respiratory tract mucosa. Bypassing this mucosal aspect of the immune system by directly injecting organisms into the bloodstream leads to a corruption in the immune system itself."

Dr. Vernon Coleman says, "My own view is that vaccinations are unsafe and worthless."

Dr. Robert W. Simpson, of Rutgers University, warned that "immunization programs against flu, measles, mumps and polio may actually be seeding humans with RNA to form provirus's which will then become latent cells throughout the body ... they can then become activated as a variety of diseases including lupus, cancer, rheumatism and arthritis."

Dr. Viera Scheibner concluded that "there is no evidence whatsoever of the ability of vaccines to prevent any diseases. To the contrary, there is a great wealth of evidence that they cause serious side effects."

Jonas and Darrell Salk warned in Science magazine of March 4, 1977 that "Live virus vaccines against influenza or poliomyelitis may in each instance produce the disease it intended to prevent, (and) the live virus against measles and mumps may produce such side effects as encephalitis (brain damage)."

Make up your own mind regarding vaccinations. Whatever your choice, it is unfair to force mass vaccinations. If you get a vaccination, it should immunize you from those of us who don't if it works, right?

(NaturalNews) If the Hippocrates maxim that "food should be considered as our first medicine" is right, we are on the brink of some really bad medicine. Recently, Obama selected as his "Food Czar", a former Monsanto executive and FDA manipulator, Michael Taylor. More recently, the Orwellian labeled Food Safety Enhancement Bill (HR 2749) was passed easily by the House of Representatives.

The bill is on a fast track for Senate and Presidential approval. If it becomes law as written, this combination of a corrupt Food Czar and misleadingly named Food Safety Bill threatens to take out the food that is medicine and leave us with the food that is poison.

The Food Safety Bill Threatens Safe Food

Before you consider most of this bill as benign or even helpful, as many main stream outlets are promoting, read on and do your own research on the ambiguity of the bill, of which interpretation and enforcement will be left to the discretion of The Food Czar.

The Food Safety Bill does next to nothing to protect consumers from the industrial foods of agribusiness giants such as Monsanto and their ilk. It has the potential to be an instrument of legal oppression for small farmers, organic farming, even farmers' markets and food co-ops. Some indicate the Bill's language is broad enough to even include home vegetable gardens!

Setting a uniform fee of $500 annual, regardless of company or farm size, for the privilege of being policed by the FDA is a relatively minor inequity. This bill, when passed into law, gives the FDA the power to have random inspections on any food producing or storage group without probable cause. There have already been raids on food co-ops, such as the Ohio Department of Agriculture La Grange co-op raid in December of 2008, where all the food was seized without testing.

According to Gunny G Online: "This astounding control will include the elimination of organic farming by eliminating manure, mandating GMO animal feed, imposing animal drugs, and ordering applications of petrochemical fertilizers and pesticides. Farmers, thus, will be locked not only into the industrialization of once normal and organic farms but into the forced purchase of industry's products."

HR 2749 creates severe criminal and civil penalties, including prison terms of up to 10 years and/or fines of up to $100,000 for each violation. Does it include judicial review, Congressional oversight, a defined and limited set of penalties and punishments for a defined set of "crimes"? Not even. The so called Food Safety Bill hands carte blanch enforcement to the whims of Obama's Food Czar.

Introducing Obama's Food Czar

"The person who may be responsible for more food-related illness and death than anyone in history has just been made the US Food Safety Czar. This is no joke", says Jeffrey Smith about Michael Taylor's appointment in a recent Huffington Post article. Jeffrey Smith is the author of Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette. Perhaps that is exaggerated, but Michael Taylor's history with Monsanto and the FDA through the corporate/government revolving door is scary enough to provoke such an assertion.

In the early 1990's, Michael Taylor was an attorney for Monsanto. He was parsing legalese and loopholes for the wonderful group that has brought the world DDT, PCB's, Agent Orange, NutraSweet (aspartame), bovine growth hormone, GMO foods, toxic pesticides and weed killers (Round Up), and terminator seeds.

Michael passed through the revolving door connecting the corporate world and government more than once to ensure Monsanto's unabated success with pushing profitable poisons into the world's food supply.

After functioning as a lead attorney with Monsanto, he managed to be appointed as the FDA Policy Chief. From that position he wrote a "white paper" (an authoritative official declaration) on the safety of bovine growth hormones. He ensured that dairy farmers using Monsanto's rbGH would not be required to label its milk products with the bovine growth hormone, which passes puss and toxins into the cow's milk.

This white paper also gave Monsanto the ability to sue dairy farmers who labeled their products rbGH or growth hormone free, which Monsanto zealously pursued to financially destroy small dairy farmers. Monsanto Mike also oversaw the FDA ruling that dairy farmers who labeled their products as non rbGH needed to include that the FDA has determined there is no difference between milk from rbGH cows and non rbGH cows, which is a complete lie.

Author/journalist Jeffrey Smith was tipped from a former Monsanto scientist that three colleagues at Monsanto, upon discovering the hazards of milk from rbGH injected cows, switched to organic dairy products. Some FDA scientists also knew of the dangers and the improper testing by Monsanto. But they don't make the final decisions. That's a function of the FDA Policy Chief, and that was Michael Taylor.

The revolving door swooshed around and Michael Taylor landed back in Monsanto as vice president and chief lobbyist. Only months ago the door spun around once again and Michael Taylor became the senior advisor to the FDA commissioner. Good timing. From that position he could easily be promoted into Obama's cabinet as the Food Safety Czar.

In case you may still doubt USA government collusion with Monsanto, here's an interesting item from "Monsanto Buys Terminator Seeds Company" by F. William Engdahl. "In March 1998 the US Patent Office granted Patent No. 5,723,765 to Delta & Pine Land for a patent titled, Control of Plant Gene Expression. The patent is owned jointly, according to Delta & Pine's Security & Exchange Commission 10K filing, by D&PL and the United States of America, as represented by the Secretary of Agriculture."

The title "Control of Plant Gene Expression" refers to terminator seeds. These seeds make it impossible to save seeds from a harvest for replanting the next crop, an age old tradition for most farmers. This is a nail in the coffin of independent farming world wide, as once farmers begin using GMO seeds, they have to come back to buy again and again. Monsanto bought Delta & Pine Land (D & PL) in 2008, and now the USDA shares the terminator seed patent rights for royalties with Monsanto.

When Big Business owns Government, it is called fascism. When Government owns Big Business, it is called communism. Does this mean we will now have both for our food supply?

What This Means to Consumers

It means this bill will have the FDA, along with the USDA, to act as minions directly instead of indirectly for Monsanto and other literally unhealthy corporations. The FDA would be linking up with other World Trade Organization (WTO) efforts to control farming world wide, while catering to the greedy ambitions of International Agribusiness, its related industries, and Processed Food Manufacturers. FDA, USDA, and WTO bureaucrats are sponsored and headed by the enemies of organic and wholesome food farming.

The WTO is capable of legally levying ridiculous fines or mandating trade sanctions, including food sanctions, on regions that don't comply with WTO governed organizations, such as WHO (World Health Organization), the organization that is ushering in dangerous forced vaccinations for 195 member nations. The WTO is planning severe farming regulations that are expected to be world wide.

Setting up a Food Czar from Monsanto with FDA connections via his revolving door career means that rbGH dairy, GMO's, terminator seeds and pesticides for crops will dominate in our food supply and prosper as "safe" while organic and wholesome foods will be declared dangerous and become a threatened species. The main stream media is already publicizing propaganda against organic food.

You may want to start your own organic garden by yourself or with others soon. This is what the Cubans did in defense of all the trade sanctions imposed on them. And most of Cuba's crops are now organic!

Activists don't seem to feel confident about the bill losing steam on its fast track to becoming law. They have decided the best that can be done is petitioning for rewording of key passages with the Senate to soften HR 2749 before it gets to the president for ratification.
