INTRO

There are growing numbers of people from all walks of life who are becoming aware of what appears to be a plot by an elite secret society to install a totalitarian world government. There are countless books and websites on the subject, as well as individuals who tour the globe conducting lectures. Still, the average citizen of the world is quite unaware of the matter partly because it's such a hard story to swallow, but mainly because of the control this secret society has over all aspects of our lives. Despite overwhelming evidence showing that a global fascist state is in the works, the mainstream press never addresses the issue the "how"' and "why" for this is explained in the 'Media' section. While this might sound like a joke, read this entire booklet and you might change your mind. The people who have put this booklet together want to make it clear that we've never been paranoid that people were out to get us. Only a few years ago we laughed at the "conspiracy theorists" who claimed that there is a plot to control the world, but enough information has surfaced since then to make us realize that this is not just paranoid fantasy. Books concerning this 'New World Order' (the term most commonly used to describe the planned global fascist state) can be expensive and hundreds of pages long, and the average Joe is unaware that they even exist in the first place -- that is why we have gathered some of the more pertinent information together here, to be distributed free to anyone who cares to listen. This is neither right-wing nor left-wing propaganda, it is simply information aimed at the average intelligent human being. If you are skeptical and don't feel like reading this entire booklet then at least read the sections about 9/11 as they raise some interesting points. Also the section on the smallpox vaccine is important as it pertains to your health. We apologize in advance for any grammatical errors and the absence of paragraphs which was done to conserve space.

THE FREEMASONS

First of all, who are the Freemasons? Most people have never heard of the Freemasons, while many have heard of them but have no idea who or what they are. According to the Encyclopaedia Britannica, Freemasonry is the largest worldwide secret society. Oldest mention of the word "Freemason" can be traced to the 1450's, but Masonic lore claims its origins predate ancient Egypt. It is estimated that there are more than 6 million Freemasons active in the world today. The organization usually consists of upper class white men who undergo a series of degrees (rituals) supposedly connected to the "Ancient Mysteries". Freemasonry is based on symbolism, and Masonic symbols can be found on the dollar bill and many government buildings. The six and seven-pointed stars worn as police badges are ancient occult symbols employed by the Freemasons. Many names and logos used by large corporations, and even the interlocking rings of the Olympics, can be traced to Freemasonry. Many researchers believe that even most Masons themselves have lost sight of the organization's true origin and purpose. Albert Pike, a prominent 33rd degree (the highest known rank) Mason in the 1800's, explained that members of the lower degrees are intentionally misled: "It is not intended that he shall understand ... but it is intended that he shall imagine he understands ..." This may explain the surprise of former 33rd degree Mason Jim Shaw (who exposes the craft in his book 'The Deadly Deception') when a fellow 33rd degree Mason said "they" had told him he was "going higher" and then left the lodge through a previously unused door. In 1826, a former Mason named William Morgan announced plans to publish a book exposing the secrets of Freemasonry. He said, "The bane of our civil institutions is to be found in Masonry, already powerful and daily becoming more so. I owe my country an exposure of its dangers." This very quote is inscribed on his memorial in Batavia, N.Y. The book was published, but Morgan was kidnapped and murdered by Masons. This led to a backlash against Freemasonry ... under public pressure, the New York State Senate investigated them and found that wealthy and powerful Masons were found at every level of government. The Senate also criticized the silent news media, saying: "This self-proclaimed sentinel of freedom has felt the force of Masonic influence." This led to the formation of the Anti-Masonic Party, which lasted until 1843 and was the first time a third party was formed in the U.S. Despite this, and the fact that at least 13 U.S. presidents (including George Washington) were Freemasons, we are not taught about it in American history class. The 33rd president, Harry Truman, was a 33rd degree Mason. It is a very unpublicized fact that Truman ordered the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (in which 150,000 people died) even though Japan was already trying to negotiate a formal surrender. That Freemasonry is never mentioned in education or media, even though countless famous names can be traced to it, should make it clear that there are secretive forces exerting control over these institutions. We are not suggesting that Freemasonry itself is the force that seeks to install a global government -- many join the Masons for a sense of purpose or belonging, while others join simply because they've heard it can get you out of a ticket if you flash a Masonic hand signal to a cop who is also a Mason. But if the organization consists largely of upper-class white men (i.e. people in positions of influence in the media, academic world, health industry, etc.) and those people are intentionally misled by the higher-ups, then that makes Freemasonry an effective tool for those higher-ups to wield considerable power in exerting their will upon society. This is known as social engineering, defined in the dictionary as: "management of human beings in accordance with their place and function in society." If the idea of a secret society attempting to install a totalitarian world government seems totally ludicrous to you, then ask yourself: how is it that something like Freemasonry, a powerful organization hundreds of years old with membership in the millions (including many of the key players in world history), has managed to thrive with the average person completely oblivious to its existence?

THE ILLUMINATI

This is another word most people have never heard, and most of those who have don't know what it means. If secret societies like the Freemasons ever had good intentions, it is believed that the Illuminati took control of the top levels of these to redirect their purpose toward world conquest -- this would make the Illuminati a secret society within a secret society. Although older groups have used the name "Illuminati", the order that concerns us was first publicly identified in Bavaria in 1776. The known leader was a man named Adam Weishaupt, and one of his co-founders was a business partner of Mayer Rothschild (the Rothschild family have been major players in the goal of establishing the New World Order). A 1794 letter written by Weishaupt to fellow members states: "The great strength of our Order lies in its concealment. Let it never appear in any place in its own name, but always covered by another name, and another occupation. None is fitter than the three lower degrees of Freemasonry. In like manner we must try to obtain an influence in all offices which have any effect, either in forming, or managing, or even in directing the mind of man." Bavarian authorities saw them as a serious threat and outlawed the organization, but this prompted many members to flee the country and spread their philosophy even further. Officials collected Illuminati documents into a publication and distributed it to other European governments, but the warning fell on deaf ears ... the extravagance of the Illuminati scheme rendered it unbelievable, and so the leaders of Europe did not take it seriously. Whether the name "Illuminati" is still used is irrelevant -- their plot to control society seems to still exist today.

PYRAMID STRUCTURE

Understanding the pyramid structure is vital to understanding how the few can manipulate the many on a global scale. Adam Weishaupt created a pyramid chain of command so secure that no one knew he was head of the Illuminati until the authorities seized the group's internal papers. In these documents he described the pyramid structure: "I have two immediately below me into whom I breathe my whole spirit, and each of these again has two others, and so on. In this way I can set a thousand men in motion and on fire in the simplest manner, and in this way one must impart orders and operate on politics." This structure is mirrored in government, banking, religion, education, business, the media, etc. where a small number of individuals at the very top make the most money, make the policy decisions that affect all those beneath, and decide who will be in charge of who is hired, fired, or promoted. At the bottom of the pyramid are the masses of people who make the least money, don't make policy decisions, and must submit to what is dictated by those at the top or risk being fired, discharged, defrocked, disbarred, deported, arrested, etc. In this way, those at the top can push forward their agenda by rewarding those who serve it, and punishing those who do not. Through use of the law (laws are constantly being passed without the public's knowledge or approval) and the guns of the police and military, the federal government has convinced us that they are at the top of the pyramid even though we outnumber them by the millions and it is their purpose to serve our will, not the other way around. Several states have agreed that people suffering from cancer and extreme arthritis should be allowed access to medical marijuana, yet people are still being arrested and sent to prison for supplying it to them -- the government is defying the will of the voters just to insure that sick people keep suffering. Realize that forces in the government, in collusion with other governments of the world, are seeking to control us even further. But those at the top are only there because we are holding them up -- the New World Order can only succeed if the rest of us allow it.

EYE IN THE PYRAMID

The philosophy of using a pyramid structure as a means for the few to control the many appears in Masonic symbology as an eye in the top-most part of a pyramid known as the "all seeing eye". The eye represents the elite few who possess the knowledge of the Ancient Mysteries, while the rest of the pyramid is made up of everyone else under their control (some researchers say the pyramid originally symbolized spiritual wholeness but that its meaning, like that of the swastika, has been corrupted). Yes, this is the same symbol that is printed on the American dollar bill, with the words "Novus Ordo Seclorum" right beneath it -- this is Latin for "New Order of the Ages", or New World Order. The symbol was put on the dollar bill by President Roosevelt, who has also been identified as a high ranking Freemason. It's interesting to note that Roosevelt, like many other top ranking politicians around the world, has a bloodline that can be traced back to ancient royalty. Both George W. Bush and Al Gore have bloodlines that can be traced back to emperor Charlemagne (and all of Great Britain is ruled by a certain family simply because they claim to have "royal blood"). Be aware that the all-seeing-eye is also the official seal of the Information Awareness Office, formed after 9/11 and headed by John Poindexter (the man who masterminded the Iran-Contra scandal and then lied to Congress about it). The IAO is currently working on something called "Total Information Awareness" which will use supercomputers to scrutinize every available bit of information on everyone in the country, supposedly to protect us from terrorists. All available data will go to a "collaborative multi-agency analytical environment" which will decide if you are a potential "terrorist". Most Americans seem unaware that section 802 of the Patriot Act states the new definition of terrorism as being: "any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any Federal or State law." If you are selected as a potential terrorist then your information will go to the "policy and ops environment", and the ops include "pre-empt" (you can be detained without even having done anything wrong). In January 2003, a federal appeals court ruled that a wartime president can indefinitely detain a U.S. citizen captured as an enemy combatant and deny that person access to a lawyer, leaving them completely at the mercy of secret military courts. Already over a thousand people have been arrested in secret. Should events take place that equal or surpass the devastation of 9/11, federal agents will again start snatching people right off the street without explanation. Since the writing of this booklet began, the IAO has tried to shed its "big brother is watching you" image by dropping the all-seeing-eye as its official seal and changing the name of its program to "Terrorist Information Awareness". While this makeover may have eased the public's fears of a totalitarian government, the purpose of the agency has not changed.

THE JEWISH CONSPIRACY

There is no Jewish conspiracy. Even though one of the major families connected to the New World Order is Jewish (Rothschild), most of them are not. J.P. Morgan, who oversaw mergers forming the massive corporations that would dominate the electric, steel, agriculture and banking markets, publicly made anti-Semitic statements yet this did not stop the Morgans and Rothschilds from working closely together in private to pursue profit and control. Hitler received enormous support from the international banking fraternity which was closely entwined with the Rothschild dynasty (and researchers point to compelling evidence that Hitler may have been the grandson of Solomon Mayer Rothschild). Although the Rothschilds are credited with helping to create the state of Israel, one should consider all the religious, racial, and territorial strife connected with it to this day, not to mention its proximity to oil rich nations. Interestingly, what is known as the Star of David is actually an ancient occult symbol that is commonly found in Freemason imagery. This symbol is associated with Israel because it was also used as the Rothschild family seal. Despite being of Jewish descent, the Rothschild family's devotion to the Jewish people and the reasons behind the formation of the state of Israel are suspect. In the 1880's, Charles Taze Russell (a Freemason who founded the Jehovah's Witnesses through funding from the Rothschilds ... the Mormon founders were also Freemasons with Rothschild funding) "predicted" that the Jews would return to their homeland. Not such an amazing prediction considering his connection to the Rothschilds -- Baron Edmond de Rothschild had been financing Russian Jews to establish settlements in Palestine at the time. In 1901 these colonists complained to the Baron that he was running the settlements like a dictatorship, to which he replied: "I created the vishuv (settlement), I alone. Therefore no men, neither colonists nor organizations, have the right to interfere in my plans ..." In 1917, British foreign minister Lord Balfour stated on behalf of his government that they supported the creation of a Jewish homeland in Palestine (the Balfour Declaration). Balfour was a member of a secret society called The Round Table, which was founded by Cecil Rhodes and funded by the Rothschilds. Then in 1919 came the Versailles peace conference where it was decided that a Jewish homeland in Palestine would be created. It was also at this conference that the impossible reparations payments were imposed on Germany, leading to the economic collapse which allowed the Nazi's rise to power. It is important to note that almost everyone at this conference were members of the Roundtable secret society, of Rothschild bloodline, or otherwise under Rothschild financial control ... in fact, their host while in France was the Baron Edmond de Rothschild. It was at this time that these same people began creating the Council on Foreign Relations (which as you will read has played a major role in moving us towards a one world government). As for a Jewish conspiracy, former FBI agent and police chief W. Cleon Skousen sensibly stated that racial identification is "an oversimplified explanation for the rise of the global power structure which has ensnared mankind. In studying the global conspiracy it is important to keep in mind that it was not any particular race or religion but the passion for money and power which has drawn the tycoons of world finance into a tightly knit mutual aid society." It is also worth noticing that many groups or individuals who try to expose the New World Order agenda become victims of a smear campaign to present them as being anti-Semitic, even when all evidence points to the contrary. The Jews themselves have been victims of a massive smear campaign first with the death of Christ, and more recently with the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion".

THE PROTOCOLS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION

In 1864, a French lawyer and secret society member named Maurice Joly wrote a book called 'Dialogue in Hell between Machiavelli and Montesquieu ...' The contents of the book actually led to Joly serving time in prison. In the mid-1880's, this obscure book was rewritten by the Russian Czar's secret police and re-titled to make it appear that it was written by Jews. The objective was to relieve public pressure on the Czar by portraying Russian revolutionaries as pawns of an international Jewish conspiracy. Unfortunately this deceitful plan worked all too well and a counter-revolution took place in which many Russian Jews were massacred. Hitler used the Protocols to generate hatred of Jews among the Germans. In Mein Kampf, he claimed that attempts by the Jewish press to expose them as a forgery were "the best proof that they are genuine after all ..." Author Konrad Heiden, an anti-Nazi contemporary of Hitler, stated that "Today the forgery is incontrovertibly proved, yet something infinitely significant has remained: a textbook of world domination." Although the Protocols were made to seem like a Jewish plot, it is believed that they were actually the doctrines of the Illuminati secret society. Some of the more pertinent points include: Protocol 1 -- the plan "will remain invisible until the moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning can any longer undermine it." Protocol 4 -- "The minds of the masses must be diverted toward industry and trade. Thus all the nations will be swallowed up in the pursuit of gain and ... will not take note of their common foe." Protocol 5 -- "We shall create an intensified centralization of government." Protocol 6 -- "We must develop a super-government by representing it as the protector and benefactor of all those who voluntarily submit ... We shall soon begin to establish huge monopolies." Protocol 9 -- "We have fooled, bemused and corrupted the youth of the masses by rearing them in principles and theories which are known to us to be false." Protocol 12 -- "The majority of the public have not the slightest idea what ends the press really serves. We shall saddle it and bridle it with a tight curb ... Not a single announcement will reach the public without our control." Protocol 13 -- "The need for daily bread forces the masses to keep silent and be our humble servants ... In order that the masses themselves may not guess what they are about we further distract them with amusements, games, pass-times, passions ..." Protocol 15 -- "When we at last definitely come into our kingdom by the aid of a coups d'etat prepared everywhere for one and the same day ... we shall make it our task to see that against us such things as plots shall no longer exist." Protocol 17 -- "In our program one-third of the masses will keep the rest under observation from a sense of duty, on the principle of volunteer service to the state." Protocol 18 -- "Until dissenters commit some overt act we shall not lay a finger on them but only introduce into their midst observation elements." Later protocols deal with taxes and banking, effectively describing what is now our national debt and the Federal Reserve System. They even brag that "'Economic crises have been produced by us ... by no other means than the withdrawal of money from circulation." The Protocols proclaim that "By all these methods we shall so wear down the nations that they will be forced to offer us world domination." Even though these things were written well over a hundred years ago they have startling relevance today -- it would seem that all the protocols except for the final "coup d'etat" have been realized. In 2003, the U.S. State Department tried to prevent Egypt from broadcasting a week-long documentary about the Protocols."



THE P2 LODGE

"Propaganda Masonica Due, AKA the P2 Lodge, was founded in Italy in 1877 to serve Italian Freemasons visiting Rome. A man named Licio Gelli gained control of the P2 in 1966 and increased its membership from fourteen to nearly a thousand. Gelli was also a member of a Freemason group called the American Order of the Knights of Malta, whose membership included former CIA directors John McCone and William Casey, as well as former secretary of state Alexander Haig. Italian journalist Mino Pecorelli, also a P2 member, claimed the CIA was funding P2 (a charge echoed by CIA contract agent Richard Brenneke in 1990). Pecorelli was later murdered. In 1981 Italian authorities discovered a plot by the P2 Lodge -- it was a carefully designed plan to fabricate so much "leftist" terrorism that the Italians would demand an authoritarian or even fascist government. This plan was described in a document called "The Strategy of Tension" found in Gelli's home. Also found was a list of the names of his fellow Freemason conspirators, which included three cabinet ministers, forty members of parliament, forty-three military generals, eight admirals, as well as security service chiefs, police chiefs of four major cities, industrialists, financiers, entertainers, and many journalists, diplomats and civil servants. Gelli, a paid CIA contact and honored guest at President Reagan's inauguration, was the mastermind of what the Italian court called a "secret structure that had the incredible capacity to control a state's institutions to the point of virtually becoming a state within a state." The plan was evolved from "Operation Gladio", created just after WW2 by CIA official James Jesus Angleton, supposedly to prevent a Communist takeover in Italy. "Gladio" tactics involved creating alliances between the Mafia, Vatican, CIA, and the Knights of Malta. Several investigators have said that a major force behind the P2 Lodge was the highly secret Freemason Grand Alpine Lodge of Switzerland, which former British prime minister Harold Wilson claimed has more power than any government. The P2 Lodge was implicated in several acts of terrorism beginning with the 1980 bombing of a Bologna train station in which eighty-five people were killed. During subsequent trials a prime minister (and friend of Gelli) being tried for mafia involvement named Henry Kissinger as a character witness. Italian prime minister Aldo Moro was kidnapped and murdered, supposedly by leftist terrorists -- however both his own wife and a close associate testified that Kissinger had told Moro to halt his stabilizing policies or he would "pay dearly for it." The P2 case caused a major scandal in Europe but was curiously ignored by the U.S. media, even when it grew to implicate Vatican officials, Henry Kissinger, and American Catholic bishop Paul Marcinkus. New York DA Frank Hogan, who prosecuted several local Mafiosi for involvement in the P2 plot, attempted to extradite and prosecute Marcinkus as well, but was blocked by White House intervention.

THE COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS

In 1919, Colonel Edward Mandell House and several members of society's elite, all with connections to secret societies and international banking, met in Paris to discuss the formation of an "Institute of International Affairs". This institute was for the purpose of guiding public opinion toward acceptance of a one world government through the process of "globalism" (Colonel House was the author of a 1912 book entitled 'Philip Dru: Administrator', which described the goals of establishing a central bank, a graduated income tax, and the control of both political parties ... two years after its publication, two, if not all three of his literary goals had become reality). The English branch became the Royal Institute of International Affairs, while the U.S. branch was called the Council on Foreign Relations. Article 2 of the CFR's bylaws stated that anyone revealing details of CFR meetings could be dropped from membership, thus qualifying them as a secret society. Early funding for the CFR came from bankers such as Morgan, Rockefeller, and Warburg, the same people behind the formation of the Federal Reserve System. Today, CFR funding comes from major corporations such as Xerox, General Motors, Bristol-Meyers, Texaco and others. It is also funded through the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund and many more. The Council even offers a "Corporation Service", though which subscribing companies are provided twice-a-year dinner briefings by government officials such as the treasury secretary or CIA director. Author Kenneth Galbraith, who resigned from the CFR, asks: "Why should businessmen be briefed by government officials on information not available to the public, especially since it can be financially advantageous?" The CFR's invitation-only membership today numbers well over three-thousand, representing the most influential leaders in finance, commerce, communications, and academia as well as nearly all past and present senior U.S. government officials who deal with international matters. The Council has stated that it is merely "a unique membership organization and think tank that educates members and staff to serve the nation with ideas for a better and safer world." Critics dispute this goal, noting that the CFR has had its hand in almost every major twentieth century conflict. A study of the Vietnam War shows that nearly all of the most important advocates of U.S. involvement in Vietnam were from the CFR. The fact that almost no one is aware of this, even though we've all heard about the Vietnam War all our lives, shows the level of control this organization (in union with other such organizations) has over our society. The CFR also insured that financing and trade continued with the same communist nations that were providing North Vietnam with funds and materials to fight U.S. troops. It was also CFR member, Robert McNamara, serving as Secretary of Defense, who vontinually cut back on U.S. military capabilities and formulated the policies forbidding strategic air strikes in North Vietnam. These "rules of engagement" were declassified and published by the Congressional Record in 1985, showing how these policies greatly increased U.S. casualties and insured North Vietnamese victory In 1978, after the war ended with a communist takeover of South Vietnam, McNamara became president of the World Bank (a for-profit agency of the U.N. and CFR pet project) and coordinated a $60 million loan for the victors. A study of the Korean War also shows how the CFR had their hands in both sides of the conflict, and prevented General McArthur from taking any effective military action. A CFR article at the time explained: "The meaning of our experience in Korea ... is that we have made historic progress toward the establishment of a viable system of collective security." This is another way of describing a world government. CFR member Dean Acheson actually admitted: "The only reason I told the president to fight in Korea was to validate NATO." The CFR were also the main force behind the formation of the U.N. -- even the land the U.N. building is built on was donated by the Rockefeller family. The public face of the CFR is its publication 'Foreign Affairs' ...even the Encyclopaedia Britannica acknowledged their influence, stating: "Ideas put forward tentatively in this journal often, if well received by the Foreign Affairs community, appear later as U.S. government policy or legislation." CFR member Admiral Chester Ward admitted: "CFR, as such, does not write the platforms of both political parties or select their respective political candidates, or control U.S. defense and foreign policies. But CFR members, as individuals, acting in concert with other CFR members, do." Every U.S. government administration since the Council's inception has been packed with CFR members. Conservative journalist James Perloff noted: "Through 1988, 14 secretaries of state, 14 treasure secretaries, 11 defense secretaries and scores of other federal department heads have been CFR members." In fact, nearly every CIA director has been a CFR member, including George Bush. According to published reports, the Clinton administration was top-heavy with more than one hundred CFR members (including Clinton himself), and currently more than a dozen members of both the House and Senate belong to the Council as well. If CFR membership were in the millions this would not be so surprising, but at only a few thousand it shows a clear attempt to control the government from both sides. The late author Gary Allen said in 1972 of the national elections: "There really was not a dime's difference. Voters were given a choice between CFR world government advocate Nixon and CFR world government advocate Humphrey. Only the rhetoric was changed to fool the public." The elections of 2000 were really no different -- the choice was between "Democrat" Al Gore and "Republican" George W. Bush., both of whom have strong business and family ties to corporate/banking interests and CFR members.

THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION

Former CFR chairman David Rockefeller, possibly in an effort to deflect public attention from CFR activities, instigated the creation of a more public offshoot organization: The Trilateral Commission. The Commission, officially formed in 1973, publishes its membership as well as position papers, but its inner workings are kept secret. The concept for the TC was brought to Rockefeller by Zbigniew Brezinski, a man who has openly called for one world government in his books. In 'The Grand Chessboard' he writes that America must dominate the world through its foreign policy for the next several years before giving way to a world government, at which time the sovereignty of all nations will be dissolved. This would be a cashless society with a "global taxation system" and pervasive surveillance technology to prevent any uprising against it. In explaining that a cooperative hub, such as the Trilateral Commission, might set the stage for future consolidation, Brezinski says: "Though the objective of shaping a community of developed nations is less ambitious than the goal of world government, it is more attainable." Like the CFR, TC funding comes from tax exempt foundations such as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Lilly Endowment, as well as from corporations like Time, Bechtel, Exxon, General Motors, Wells Fargo, etc. Commission spokesmen stress that the group does not receive any government funding, yet most of the original members are now in government positions where they implement policy recommendations of the Commission which they, themselves, prepared on behalf of the Commission. For instance, the TC published a paper in 1975 called "The Crisis of Democracy" in which one of the authors, Samuel P. Huntington, claimed that America needed "a greater degree of moderation in democracy." The paper suggested that leaders with "expertise, seniority, experience, and special talents" were needed to "override the claims of democracy." Three years after his paper was published, Huntington became a member of Carter's National Security Council ... in this capacity, Huntington prepared Presidential Review Memorandum 32, which led to the creation of FEMA, an organization with the power to take totalitarian control of government functions in the event of a national "emergency". During Carter's presidency, the government was packed with 39 Trilateral Commission members -- more than a coincidence when you consider that the total TC membership is only about 300 people. Concern spilled over into veteran's organizations in 1980 -- the American Legion national convention passed Resolution 773, which called for a congressional investigation of the TC and CFR. The following year a similar resolution was approved by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Congressman Larry McDonald (a vocal critic of the TC and CFR who died in the still controversial downing of Korean Airlines flight 007 in 1983) introduced the resolutions in the House of Representatives ... nothing came of it. During the 1980 presidential campaigns, Ronald Reagan went on record blasting his competitors, Jimmy Carter and George Bush, for their membership to the Trilateral Commission and vowed to investigate the group if elected. Reagan even pledged not to allow Bush a position in the government. Inexplicably, Reagan then completely changed his tune and actually made Bush his running mate. Once elected, Reagan never again uttered a word against the TC and CFR. In fact, almost everyone in his 59 member transition team were members of either the TC, CFR, or Bilderberg group. CFR members were appointed to three of the nation's most sensitive offices; secretary of state Alexander Haig, secretary of defense Caspar Weinberger, and secretary of the treasury Donald Regan. Realize that at the top of the government pyramid there is no difference between Democrats and Republicans: Bill Clinton was a member of the CFR and TC, yet so was his political "adversary" George Bush. In the public arena these two fought it out like schoolyard brats, but behind the scenes they both serve the same master. Late senator and presidential candidate Barry Goldwater warned of this when he said: "David Rockefeller's newest international cabal is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. What the Trilaterals truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political government of the nation-states involved. As managers and creators of the system they will rule the world."

THE BILDERBERG GROUP

The Bilderbergers are a group of powerful people who meet in secret each year -- what is discussed at the meetings is not made public, despite the high profile nature of many of the attendees. One member, Jack Sheinkman, did admit that the idea of a common European currency was discussed at one of their meetings a few years before it became a reality (acceptance of the Euro has been a major step towards installing a global bank). As with the Trilateral Commission and CFR, Bilderbergers often carry cross membership in two or all three of these groups. One of the founding members of the Bilderberg group is 'Life' magazine publisher C.D. Jackson, who served under Eisenhower as a "special consultant for psychological warfare". Another founding member was Dutch prince Bernhard, a former member of the Nazi SS, who would later become a major shareholder of Dutch Shell Oil. He revealed the Bilderberger's goal of a world government when he said: "It is difficult to reeducate the people who have been brought up on nationalism to the idea of relinquishing part of their sovereignty to a supernational body." The group consists of prominent businessmen, bankers, educators, media owners, politicians and military leaders from around the world. Past attendees include members of the Rothschild and Rockefeller families, Zbigniew Brezinski, General Lyman Lemnitzer (who helped author the Northwoods Documents which we will discuss later), and top members of the CIA. Bill Clinton was honored as a Bilderberg guest, and within a year became president of the United States. Since 1991, the Bilderberg chairmanship has been held by Britain's Lord Peter Carrington -- former cabinet minister, secretary-general of NATO, and president of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Britain's CFR). Carrington is also linked to the Rothschild banking empire by both business and marriage. The Bilderberg group actually has no official name, but was identified with the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Holland, where it was first discovered by the public in 1954. In 1998, the Bilderbergers held a meeting in Scotland, to which 'The Scotsman' newspaper ran the headline: "Whole World in Their Hands". Campbell Thomas of the 'Scottish Daily Mail' was arrested, handcuffed, and held for eight hours for daring to approach the meeting. When the Bilderbergers met in Canada in 1996, the local press responded with headlines such as "Critien to Speak at Secret World Meeting", and "World Domination or a Round of Golf?" Journalist C. Gordon Tether of London's 'Financial Times' wrote; "If the Bilderberg group is not a conspiracy of some sort, it is conducted in such a way as to give a remarkably good imitation of one." He was fired shortly after by the paper's editor Max Henry Fisher, a member of the Trilateral Commission. Many top members of the American media meet with the Bilderbergers, yet the group is never mentioned in the mainstream American press. The group is known to meet at a place called Bohemian Grove in Sonoma, California. They claim that this is just a place to relax and forget the world's troubles -- however, radio show host Alex Jones (see infowars.com) managed to sneak onto the property and videotaped the leaders of the world wearing hooded robes and chanting before a giant statue of an owl. This is an ancient Druidic ritual called "The Cremation of Care." The ceremony, conducted every year in late July, culminated with the participants throwing what looks like a human body into a fire.

SKULL AND BONES

Also known as the "Brotherhood of Death" and "The Order", Skull and Bones is a highly secretive fraternity found at Yale university. There is a Hollywood film called 'The Skulls' about The Order, but instead of focusing on the power that its members seem to wield in world politics it instead degenerates into an irrelevant plot about a murder cover-up and infighting among the group's members (unfortunately the film 'Conspiracy Theory', starring Mel Gibson, follows the same path). The Order was founded at Yale in 1832 by General W.H. Russell shortly after his return from Germany. Russell came from a family whose wealth was connected to the slave trade and opium smuggling. Another founding member was Alphonso Taft, who would later become Secretary of War and U.S. Attorney General (his son William would later become a U.S. president). Some believe Skull and Bones is an American chapter of the Illuminati. Masonic emblems, symbols, a German slogan, and even the layout of their initiation room are all similar to those found in Masonic lodges in Germany associated with the Illuminati. Active membership in The Order comes from a core group of perhaps twenty to thirty families. Some names of note include Forbes, Coolidge, Delano, Taft, and Bush. The Order has been the source of many government officials connected to the scheme of establishing a world government. It seems to be a stepping stone to groups like the CFR, Trilateral Commission, and especially the CIA. It was "Bonesman" Archibald Mac Leish who helped form the CIA in the 1940's. Other members of The Order who would later land high ranking positions in the CIA include; William Bundy, McGeorge Bundy, F. Trubee Davidson, James Buckley, Hugh Cunningham, George Bush, and others. Skull and Bones managed to avoid negative attention until the 1980 presidential elections when Lyndon LaRouche publicly attacked candidate George Bush for his affiliation with the group, stating; "Skull and Bones is no mere fraternity ... It is a very serious, very dedicated cult-conspiracy against the U.S. Constitution." Years later when Bush became president, a scandal erupted regarding his connection with criminal activity in the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). As the bank's illegal activities came to light involving many prominent names, attempts were made by the Bush administration to block any meaningful investigation. A formal investigation launched by the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics, and International Operations went nowhere. Jack Blum, a special council to the subcommittee, stated: "I proposed a serious investigation of BCCI and I was brushed aside ... A high-level cover-up of everything concerning BCCI was set into place after Customs stumbled across their money-laundering operation in Miami, and it's still in place." As we gear up for the presidential elections of 2004, Americans should consider the possibility that the investigation fell apart because it was headed by Massachusetts senator (and Trilateral Commission member) John Kerry -- Kerry was chairman of the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee, which received significant contributions from BCCI. Kerry is also a member of Skull and Bones, just like his current political "opponent" George W. Bush. "

POLITICS

The two-party political system is at this point a total scam that serves only to divide (and the introduction of a smaller third party only divides further by weakening the vote of one of the first two). Read the letters section of any major newspaper and you will see fellow Americans, fellow humans, taken to an infantile level of name calling and even genuine hatred. These people might have much in common but have totally polarized themselves by simply picking sides in an outdated political system. Because the system is already in place, we assume there is no other way or don't even bother to question it in the first place. This is like a child who is born into territory controlled by the Crips gang -- he grows up believing that a member of the Bloods gang is his mortal enemy, without knowing why or seeing the bigger picture that they are both just pawns caught in a cycle (a cycle that evidence shows was started by the CIA). The two-party system is not only divisive, it is also designed to be ineffective to the needs of the people. Look at the energy crisis in California which has been reduced to a carefully controlled debate over price caps and price control: Democrats want price caps, Republicans do not. What is not being discussed is the entire spectrum of almost free energy (based on decades of research), which is certainly relevant to an energy crisis. The utilities know that alternative energy sources are just a few years down the road (though there is much evidence that working models for other energy systems, such as cold fusion, are intentionally suppressed by the government as they pose a threat to the oil industry) the problem for them is not the price of energy today, but how to dump their fixed assets (hydro plants, transmission lines, etc.) onto the public since they will have zero value once other systems are implemented. The endless Republican/Democrat debate over price caps serves only as a diversion. The terms "Democrat" and "Republican" are rather irrelevant anyway as many Democratic politicians actually espouse Republican ideals, and vice versa. These titles then completely lose their meaning once you realize that Bush, Clinton, Gore, Bush Jr., and John Kerry are all connected to secret societies whose very goal is to destroy the sovereignty of the United States of America.

CORPORATIONS

The corporation was invented early in the colonial era as a grant of privilege extended by the Crown to a group of investors. Almost from the beginning, Britain deployed state military power to further corporate interests -- a practice which continues to this day (in the mid-nineties, Shell Oil supplied Nigeria's military regime with guns and funding to subjugate the Ogoni people who were protesting Shell's presence there -- nine people were even executed). The United States was born of a revolution not just against the British Monarchy but also the power of corporations. Many of the American colonies had been chartered as corporations (the Virginia Company, the Carolina Company, the Maryland Company, etc.) and were granted monopoly power over lands and industries considered crucial to the interests of the Crown. Much of the literature of the American revolutionaries denounced British rule as well as the power of corporations. Thomas Jefferson warned Americans against the creation of "immortal persons" in the form of corporations. Indeed, in 1886 the U.S. Supreme Court declared that corporations were henceforth to be considered "persons" under the law, with all the constitutional rights of an actual person. The Fourteenth Amendment, passed to give former slaves equal rights, has been invoked approximately ten times more frequently on behalf of corporations than on behalf of African Americans. Likewise, the First Amendment, guaranteeing free speech, has been invoked to guarantee corporations the right to influence politicians through campaign contributions, which the courts have equated with "speech". As corporations gained power throughout the 1880's they began converting the nation's treasures into private fortunes, creating factory systems and company towns. Political power began flowing to absentee owners intent on dominating people and earth. In factory towns, corporations set wages, hours, production processes and machine speeds ... they kept blacklists of labor organizers and workers who spoke up for their rights. Some industrialists and bankers even hired private armies to keep workers in line. Countless self-sufficient family owned farms all across America have been swallowed up or trampled underfoot by corporations (and many people who otherwise had no problem eating meat have become vegetarians after seeing footage of the extreme torture inflicted upon animals in factory farms). War has been a huge source of profit to corporations via government contracts, and documents released under the Freedom of Information Act show how corporations continued to trade with the Nazi's even after America was drawn into the conflict (including: Standard Oil of New Jersey, the Chase Bank, the Texas Company, ITT, Ford, Sterling Products, and more). Following WW2, military spending became institutionalized and corporations seized ever more power openly transcending national boundaries altogether. Recent news stories about the abuse of Iraqi prisoners at the hands of U.S. soldiers have become more ominous now that it has come to light that much of the abuse was directed by private contractors. That civilians representing corporations are being used as interrogators in military prison camps is frightening enough, but even worse is that these people fall into a legal grey area -- so far none of the contractors involved have been prosecuted. In the Balkans, several employees of DynCorp were implicated in the trafficking of women and other sex crimes but were never punished. The rise of the privatized military industry has taken place without any public discussion or debate. Corporations have now even begun to privatize public water supplies. Bechtel, a corporation that profits from wars, bought the water supply of the nation of Bolivia and instantly raised water rates 30 to 300%. It became a criminal act for Bolivians to even collect rainwater in a bucket as the rain was now considered property of Bechtel. Bolivian police attacked people protesting Bechtel's presence there, and there is even footage of a plainclothes sniper randomly killing a protester -- this led to over half a million people marching against the corporation, finally forcing them to leave. In India, streams, rivers, and reservoirs have been bought out by the Pepsi and Coca Cola corporations who then drove up the price of water so that some people can only afford to drink milk and, of course, sodas. The privatization of water is now happening in America. The water supply of Stockton, California was taken over by the Thames Corporation and citizens there were never given a chance to vote on the matter. This is happening in other states as well, but the issue has received little or no attention from the corporate owned press. Now life itself is being privatized -- until recently it was illegal to patent a living organism, but General Electric fought and won the right to do exactly that. Now anything grown in a lab excluding (for the moment) human beings, can be patented ... patents for genomes of wildlife across the globe are now being acquired by biotechnology companies. Increasingly, corporations have come to own and dominate a majority of our sources of information and entertainment -- powerful tools in controlling the way people think. Corporations also exert control over many judges, lawmakers, and politicians. When scandals erupt involving large corporations, top members of government are often involved. When Bush and Cheney took office, both with strong ties to the oil industry and the energy-trading corporation Enron, they quickly proposed a national energy policy that focused on opening protected lands for oil exploration and on further subsidizing the oil industry. Enron was in fact Bush's largest campaign contributor. When the company fell apart, its top executives took with them multi-million dollar bonuses, while the hard working employees at the bottom of the pyramid were left with nothing. More than 50% of U.S. jobs pay below the poverty level, while almost 70% of U.S. corporations pay no taxes. Corporations are now using their allies in international organizations like the EU, IMF, World Bank, and Gatt to further increase their profit at the expense of the common people. Policies are adopted without public approval which include vastly reducing business taxes, moving production facilities to low wage areas (how can you "buy American" when the product was assembled by slave-laborers in another country?), as well as reducing consumer, environmental, health, and labor standards. All over the world people are racing to see who can offer multinational corporations the best deal -- governments are justifying cuts in education, health and other services as necessary to reduce business taxes in order to keep or attract jobs. Of the world's top 120 economies, nearly half are corporations, not countries ... thus the power of citizens in any nation to control corporations through legal, democratic processes is receding quickly. In a position statement drafted in 1995, the International Forum on Globalization (a group of economists, writers, scholars, etc.) stated that the Gatt, WTO, NAFTA, IMF, World Bank, etc., are all "... direct stimulants to the processes that weaken democracy, create a world order in the control of transnational corporations, and devastate the natural world."

CENTRAL BANK

The early American colonists printed small quantities of paper money called Colonial Script and prospered. Benjamin Franklin explained: "We control its purchasing power, and we have no interest to pay to no one." English bankers urged their government to put an end to this with the Currency Act of 1764, forcing colonists to accept money from the Bank of England. This caused economic depression and widespread unemployment precipitating the American Revolution. In 1791 the First Bank of the United States was formed, but 80% of its capitol was pledged by private investors (including foreign bankers and the Rothschilds). Founding Father Thomas Jefferson opposed a central bank, saying it was unconstitutional and that "banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies. Already they have raised up a money aristocracy ... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs." Founding Father John Adams said "Every bank by which interest is to be paid or profit of any kind made by the lender is downright corruption. It is taxation for the public for the benefit and profit of individuals." Under the First Bank, money merchants prospered while the average citizen suffered. When the bank's twenty-year charter was up for renewal it was defeated in the House and Senate. Unfortunately, the costs of the War of 1812 led to the formation of the 2nd Bank of the United States. When this bank's twenty-year charter was up for renewal it was stopped by President Andrew Jackson who said a central bank is "dangerous to the liberties of a country." The bankers retaliated by curtailing credit nationally, causing widespread panic, and used their friends in the Senate to censure Jackson for bypassing Congress. The censure was annulled, and by the end of his term, Jackson had totally eliminated national debt. He warned that "the bold effort the present bank had made to control the government, the distress it wantonly produced ... are but premonitions of the fate of the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution, or the establishment of another like it." A series of financial panics in the late 1800's and early 1900's led to the formation of the Federal Reserve System, but later studies of these financial panics indicate that they were artificially created by the bankers to force public acceptance of another central bank. The "Fed" was conceived at a highly secretive meeting by bankers representing Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan, Rothschild, and others. One attendee was Paul Warburg, director of I.G. Farben, the company that made the gas used to exterminate people in Nazi death camps (other Farben directors would land top positions with Chase Manhattan, and what is now Citibank). Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve System into being, and created the IRS and Treasury Dept. to enforce the graduated income tax on citizens. Congressman Lindbergh warned that the Fed would legitimize an invisible government of money power, and that "depressions will be scientifically created." Despite the word "federal" in its name, the Federal Reserve System is not a branch of the U.S. government -- it is a cartel of private banks, owned by private stockholders. The families of Rockefeller, Morgan, Rothschild, Warburg, and others who created this system still make money from it today. Since its inception, there has never been an outside, objective audit of the Fed despite periodic calls for such. It's interesting to note that both Presidents Lincoln and Kennedy issued debt free money and both were assassinated -- the wife of Lee Harvey Oswald said in 1994: "The answer to the Kennedy assassination is with the Federal Reserve Bank." The late senator Barry Goldwater commented that "most Americans have no understanding of the operation of the international money lenders. The bankers want it that way." Maybe a better quote to end this section comes from Henry Ford: "It is well enough that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."

WORLD BANK

A major step to centralize power for controlling the world's population will be the creation of a global bank. Most all of the major European nations have already accepted the Euro as their new currency. A group of un-elected bankers at the Central European Bank now control the interest rates and financial policy for most of Europe. The "Fed" (currently headed by Alan Greenspan who, like his predecessor Paul Volker, is a CFR, TC, and Bilderberg member) decides the interest rates in the U.S., which affects the world because of the interdependent global economy that has been set up. A major market crash (which can be "scientifically created") could cause a worldwide financial disaster, thus justifying the creation of a global bank and global currency. Together with this, another step for total control of the world's finances will be the replacing of physical cash with electronic currency. Currently if your credit card is turned down you can still pay for things with the cash you hid away in a cookie jar -- with a cashless system this freedom will not exist. Once e-money has replaced paper dollars, you will not be able to buy anything or go anywhere without being monitored at all times. Among other things, fines can be deducted from your account the moment you commit a traffic violation. Sound far-fetched? Already some car rental companies have their vehicles hooked-up to global positioning satellites which monitor your speed -- the moment you exceed the speed limit your credit card is automatically charged (this was reported on network television, as was the fact that many new cars have GPS systems without the buyer's knowledge). Singapore is now phasing in e-money to replace paper money by 2008.

HEALTH

Anyone who struggles year round to pay back-breaking taxes only to be denied affordable healthcare knows the system is not in it for their health. With corporations taking over, things are getting much worse ... Many drug rehab and counseling programs, usually run by municipalities or charitable organizations, are being taken over by for-profit corporations: Employees have quit in disgust, saying that the programs are now designed to keep people coming back instead of helping them kick the habit (more than half of the nations methadone facilities are now operated by for-profit companies) ... This ensures that the money keeps coming -- money provided by the taxpayers. And these days, the scramble for profit warps the very way scientists and universities conduct their research. One quarter of biomedical researchers at universities have commercial ties that create a conflict of interest, and the universities expected to police them have their own financial interests involved ... at least two-thirds of these universities hold equity shares in startup companies whose research they are expected to monitor. Industry-sponsored research is at least four times more likely to produce results favorable to the company that helped pay for it. Commercial funding, once frowned upon in the medical community, has become typical of biomedical research, fostered by federal laws and regulatory changes over the past twenty years. This is how drugs with dangerous side-effects constantly get approved (at least 130,000 Americans are killed every year by side-effects of prescription drugs), while vitamins and alternative therapies are under attack. The pharmaceutical industry has now formed an international cartel by the code name "Codex Alimentarius" with the aim to outlaw or limit access to any health information in connection with vitamins and natural therapies on a worldwide scale. At a recent world trade meeting, a document was introduced which requires the major trading nations to agree on a "standardization" policy for the production and labeling of all foodstuffs and medicines. The World Trade Organization, the Federal Trade Commission, and the World Health Organization are all working together to make it so that any food, herb, or natural product that is known to have medicinal properties will have to be manufactured and controlled by the pharmaceutical companies. Once the new requirements of the bill (now becoming known as Operation Cure.All) are fully implemented, the pharmaceutical cartel will have total control over which products will be available, where they will be sold, how much they will cost, and if they will only be available by prescription. The policies outlined in this document are already law in Germany and Norway (where an extract of Echinacea can only be produced and sold at inflated prices by the pharmaceutical giant Shering-Plough). In these countries, vitamin C above 200 mg is illegal, and an agreement called EEC6565 makes it a criminal offence to sell herbs as food. In the United Kingdom, the herb stevia (a natural alternative to sugar) has been banned. Herbs such as comfrey, aloe vera, roman chamomile, and eucalyptus are already subject to legal restrictions in some countries. Legislation will soon be in place to force all member countries of the European Economic Community to fall in line. Even nations outside of this consortium will suffer trade embargos, exorbitant export levies, and other trade sanctions if they fail to comply. These regulations will supercede United States domestic laws without the American people's voice or vote in the matter.

SMALLPOX

There are more than 65 known biological warfare agents. The choice of smallpox for use by terrorists would be odd since the disease is the least virulent. Transmission generally requires seven days of close contact with a person who is obviously ill with fever and rash. As far back as the 1920's, the medical community has recognized that smallpox itself is not fatal, rather the fatalities are the result of secondary infections such as pneumonia. Recent research by Dr. Peter Havens (MS/MD) of the Medical College of Wisconsin postulates that death from smallpox was due to multi-system organ failure -- a complication of untreated acute cytokine response. The treatment of choice in this situation is a high dose of intravenous vitamin C. Mass vaccination is not necessary.

SMALLPOX VACClNE

On October 31st, 2001, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC the group who supplied Saddam Hussein with deadly bio-warfare agents during the 1980's) released to all American states the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MEHPA). MEHPA focuses on state executive power to declare medical emergencies and mobilize mass vaccination delivery systems. An earlier version of this was put forth by order of President Clinton under the ominous title "GRIP". It specifically mentions that governments, individuals, and facilities will not be held liable for destruction or damage to life or property occurring during a declared state of medical emergency. Under MEHPA, a governor could declare a state of medical martial law, at which time the government may seize, condemn, or destroy private property without compensation and force individuals to voluntarily be vaccinated or be detained indefinitely and vaccinated against their will. The smallpox vaccine is one of the most dangerous of all vaccines ... it consists of a mix of cow pus, mercury, latex, and live viruses. Professor Philip Russell, an expert on infectious diseases, stated that vaccinating the entire country against smallpox would cause tens of thousands of deaths. Even those who don't die are still susceptible to adverse reactions, including: paralysis, brain damaging encephalitis, blindness, progressive vaccinia (when the vaccine virus eats away flesh, bone, and gut), and more. Especially at risk are anyone under 18 (especially infants), pregnant women, people allergic to antibiotics, people with eczema or other acute skin conditions, people who are immuno-suppressed from cancer, AIDS, herpes, chronic fatigue, MS, diabetes, and organ transplants. Commercial vaccines are often contaminated with cancer viruses, bacteria, and mycoplasma which escape the filtering process ... the CDC claims that there is no funding available for determining which vaccines are contaminated. Leading medical organizations recommended against universal smallpox vaccination, yet despite this the U.S. government has stockpiled some 300 million doses of the vaccine -- one for every man, woman and child in America. Even if your state legislature does not adopt MEHPA, the Homeland Security Act now authorizes the federal government to make vaccinations MANDATORY should even one case of smallpox surface. U.S. Representative Ron Paul (R Texas) calls this "bad medicine" and cautioned: "Provisions buried in the 500 page Homeland Security Bill give federal health bureaucrats virtually unchecked power to declare health emergencies." Dr. Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, said that "unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship. .." What greater definition of dictatorship can you have than losing the right to decide what is injected into your own body and those of your children? There are no known studies to determine if the vaccine would even work against new and unidentified "weaponized" smallpox.

FLUORIDE

Sodium Fluoride is a waste by-product of the aluminum industry that is now sold for profit for use in toothpaste and public drinking water -- it is also used in rat poison and military nerve gas. In 1944, Oscar Ewing was employed by the aluminum cartel ALCOA -- he then left to become head of the Federal Security Agency and promptly began a campaign to add fluoride to public water! Fluoridated water was previously used in the prison camps of Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia ... does anyone believe the Nazi's were concerned about the inmates teeth? Independent scientific research says that it actually can make people more docile and subservient. This was stated as far back as 1954 by chemist Charles Perkins, who had researched it almost 20 years. A study in Canada showed that ingesting fluoride can cause a debilitating condition called skeletal fluorosis, which makes bones weak and brittle. But it prevents cavities, right? Statistics showed higher cavity rates in Toronto than in Vancouver where water is not fluoridated. Dr. Hardy Limeback, president of the Canadian Association for Dental Research said: "Your well intentioned dentist is simply following 50 years of misinformation ... me, too. Unfortunately we were wrong." At least 12 Nobel Prize winners in medicine and chemistry have warned that sodium fluoride poses a risk to physical and psychological health. The nation of Belgium has just banned its use.

ASPARTAME

This artificial sweetener (known by its trade names Equal and Nutrasweet) is known to cause brain tumors and possibly cancer in lab rats. Reported effects in humans include: headaches, mood swings, insomnia, depression, and more. So how did it get approval to be used in thousands of food products? In 1977, current Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was hired by pharmaceutical company G.D. Searle to do just that. The FDA commissioner at the time was suspended and the job was given to Dr. Hull Hayes, a contractor for the Defense Department. He approved aspartame even though 90% of independently funded studies revealed health risks. Dr. Hayes, along with an acting commissioner and six other operatives, then left the FDA to work for ... G.D. Searle."

GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD

G.D. Searle is now owned by the Monsanto Corporation (makers of such fine products as Agent Orange) who is using similar tactics to win approval for its genetically altered foods. Recommendations on the use of genetically modified food are made in part by the Working Group on Bio-Safety -- however, a look at its membership reveals at least nine high ranking members of Monsanto, as well as representatives from DuPont and Dow Chemical. Many of these same people have also held key positions with the FDA, EPA, and the Department of Agriculture. The Bush administration is filled with people connected to Monsanto. Monsanto's dangerous "terminator" seed is a barely concealed effort for the world domination of agriculture. Monsanto, together with the Fox network, also used money and intimidation to try to silence investigative reporters who were planning to reveal to the public the dangers involved with the bovine growth hormone, Posilac (a ruling in favor of the whistle-blowers was later overturned by another judge).

PROZAC

In 1982 the George Bush drug company Eli Lilly began to pay David Dunner of the University of Washington almost 1.5 million dollars for research and seminars regarding their newly developed drug, Prozac. Dunner also just happened to be on the FDA' s committee responsible for reviewing new drug applications. When the FDA approved Prozac in 1987 there had already been 15 suicides by people involved in the clinical controlled trials. An FDA safety review established that Lilly failed to report psychotic episodes during Prozac's testing, yet there was no reprimand. Increasingly there is evidence that Prozac is directly related to suicides and acts of violence. The same is being said of Ritalin, the mind-altering drug targeted at children who have active minds or act differently from the norm. These days, even feeling a little tired during the day is being called a symptom of depression, and there have been attempts to pass laws making it mandatory for people to take prescription drugs once they are diagnosed as such. Recently the Federal government has been going to court to block lawsuits by consumers who have been injured by or lost loved ones to prescription drugs. They claim that if a local judge or jury determines that a drug is unsafe, it is in direct conflict with the FDA's findings and is thereby void. But consider the words of former FDA Commissioner Dr. Herbert Ley, who said: "The thing that bugs me is that the people think the FDA is protecting them. It isn't. What the FDA is doing and what the public thinks it's doing are as different as night and day."
