Mark Milley, the US Army general who Donald Trump appointed as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, now says the current Republican presidential nominee is a “fascist to the core” and says no person has ever posed more of a danger to the United States than the man who served as the 45th President of the United States.
Milley, a decorated military officer who became a target for right-wing scorn after it became known that he expressed concerns over Trump’s mental stability in the wake of his 2020 election loss to Joe Biden, is described by journalist Bob Woodward in his new book, War, as incredibly alarmed at the prospect of a second Trump term in the White House. The Independent obtained a copy ahead of the book’s October 15 release date.
In the wake of the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol by a riotous mob of the then-president’s supporters, Woodward writes that Milley insisted on securing a meeting with the then-newly-minted attorney general, Merrick Garland, to urge him to investigate domestic violent extremism and far-right militia movements.
According to Woodward, a senior Department of Justice lawyer said at the time that Milley’s sit-down with Garland might have been the first-ever meeting between a chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the country’s top civilian law enforcement official. He writes that the general asked for the meeting because he was “deeply convinced” that Trump remained “a danger to the country” even though he had been forced from office after Biden’s election win.
Woodward writes that when he approached Milley at a reception, the general spoke first and told him: “We gotta talk.”
He told the journalist that “no one has ever been as dangerous to this country” as the former president.
He asked: “Do you realize, do you see what this man is?”
Milley, who had been a source for Woodward’s last book, Peril, said he’d “glimpsed” Trump’s true nature when they previously spoke during the writing of that 2021 release, but he said he now knew exactly what the ex-president is.
“He is the most dangerous person ever. I had suspicions when I talked to you about his mental decline and so forth, but now I realize he’s a total fascist. He is now the most dangerous person to this country,” he said.
“A fascist to the core,” Milley repeated.
The general’s private comments to Woodward, which have not been previously reported, were echoed in cutting remarks Milley made publicly at his September 2023 retirement ceremony, when, without mentioning Trump’s name, he appeared to take a swipe at the ex-president.
In the impassioned speech, he defiantly said the US military is “unique” among the world’s fighting forces because it does not profess fealty to any one person.
““We don’t take an oath to a country, we don’t take an oath to a tribe, we don’t take an oath to a religion. We don’t take an oath to a king, or a queen, or a tyrant or a dictator,” he said.
Apparently referencing Trump, he immediately added: “And we don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator!”
““We take an oath to the Constitution and we take an oath to the idea that is America — and we’re willing to die to protect it,” he said.

Three attorneys — one of whom is a Hillsdale College vice president — pressured state Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey after the 2020 election to award Michigan’s electoral votes to former President Donald Trump rather than President Joe Biden, Shirkey told a U.S. House committee.
The Clarklake Republican told the U.S. House Jan. 6 committee in June that he was pressured to submit an alternate slate of electors during meetings with Hillsdale College Vice President Robert Norton, Grand Rapids attorney Ian Northon and Amistad Project Director Phill Kline, who is the former Kansas attorney general, according an interview transcript released Tuesday.
Shirkey said he denied the requests because it would have violated Michigan law.
“I’m not going to suggest to you that there were specific threats, but the pressure was real and the expectations were, for the most part, unambiguous,” he said in a June interview.

Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox also has said Norton informed her of plans to have Michigan Republican electors hide in the Capitol overnight from Dec. 13, 2020 through Dec. 14, 2020 so they could cast their vote for Trump in the state House — a plan Cox called "insane and inappropriate."
Instead a group of Republican electors tried to gain entrance to the Capitol on Dec. 14, 2020 as Democratic electors met to cast their votes for Joe Biden. They were rejected by security officials since Biden had won Michigan.
Hillsdale College, a private conservative college in southern Michigan, did not respond to an email seeking comment on Norton.
Kline, who also was subpoenaed by the Jan. 6 committee, could not be reached for comment.
Northon said Wednesday it was “unfair and inaccurate” to suggest he pressured Shirkey to award electoral votes to Biden. He argued that he merely pushed Shirkey “to investigate and force the executive branch to follow the MI election laws.”
“He was not an elector and did not have the authority or power to do so,” Northon said of Shirkey. “On behalf of my private clients, however, I showed him evidence that the election laws in Michigan were not followed.”
Shirkey said in a Wednesday message that Northon was lying. The senator told interviewers in June he believed Norton and Northon were also talking to other members of the Michigan Legislature about alternate electors as well.
“…there was a loud noise, loud, consistent cadence of, ‘We hear that the Trump folks are calling and asking for changes in the electors and you guys can do this,’” Shirkey told interviewers, before being asked if that demand was “along the lines” of what Norton, Northon and Kline were requesting.
“That is very similar to the outcome that they were asking for, yes,” Shirkey said.

Biden won Michigan by roughly 154,000 votes or 3 percentage points over Trump. Multiple court rulings, dozens of independent audits and a Republican-run Senate Oversight Committee investigation have all upheld the results of the election.
Outside of the meetings with Norton, Northon and Kline, Shirkey said he received “dozens and dozens of texts” in the lead-up to Michigan’s Dec. 14, 2020, Electoral College meeting urging the Senate majority leader to “do the right thing.”
Shirkey said he didn’t receive direct pressure from Trump in four phone calls leading up to the Electoral College meeting or during a Nov. 20, 2020, meeting with the president at the White House. But in a Jan. 3, 2021, post, the former president listed Shirkey’s cell phone number and encouraged supporters to urge Michigan lawmakers to “demand vote on decertification.”
The full transcript of Shirkey's interview, some of which has been disclosed in other Jan. 6 committee documents, was released Tuesday by the panel. The Jan. 6 panel voted earlier in December, following an 18-month investigation, to refer recommendations to the Justice Department that Trump be charged with obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress; conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to make false statements; and inciting, assisting or aiding and comforting an insurrection.
Oval Office meeting
Shirkey said he and former House Speaker Lee Chatfield, R-Levering, communicated ahead of the Nov. 20, 2020, meeting so they would operate in “lockstep” to emphasize they would be following Michigan law, which requires the state’s electoral votes to go to the individual who won the popular vote.
Shirkey told the panel that he didn't recall specifically telling Trump that it would be illegal for the Legislature to award electoral votes to Trump.
"I just remember saying we were going to follow Michigan law," he said.
Shirkey said Trump at some point in the Nov. 20, 2020 meeting was “disparaging” regarding Wayne County and the vote count operation there.
Shirkey said he told the president that he didn’t lose the state because of Wayne County, but because he underperformed in the traditionally Republican counties of Kent and Oakland, “and, more specifically, he underperformed with educated females.”
“If he had received the same number of votes as the two winning sheriffs in those two counties, he likely would have won Michigan,” Shirkey said.

The Trump campaign’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel also were on a conference call for part of the meeting. Shirkey said he interrupted Giuliani’s “monologue” to ask him when he would file a lawsuit.
“I was tired of hearing all of these loosely calculated claims and allegations but no substance to back them up,” Shirkey said, adding that the unsubstantiated claims were “destroying the country” and creating “unnecessary doubt.”
Chatfield told the Jan. 6 committee in an informal interview that Giuliani told Michigan lawmakers in the meeting to "have some backbone and do the right thing."
Shirkey and Chatfield issued a statement after the meeting indicating they would follow Michigan electoral laws and that they’d seen no information “that would change the outcome of the election in Michigan.”
Trump calls
Shirkey received a total of four calls from Trump ahead of Michigan's electoral college vote — on Nov. 18, 21, 25 and Dec. 14, 2020 — with each call showing up with the caller ID of “Spam risk Egypt,” the senator said.
The first call was to invite Shirkey to the Nov. 20, 2020, meeting, Shirkey said.
The senator said he was in a tree stand when he received the Nov. 21 call, during which Trump thanked Shirkey for coming to the Oval Office. Shirkey said he received the Nov. 25 call while sitting at his kitchen table, but said he didn’t remember much of the call except that Trump spoke to Shirkey’s wife for a bit.
Shirkey said he could not recall the contents of the Dec. 14, 2020 call that came the same day Michigan’s Electoral College met.
When asked about the group of Trump electors who sought access to the Capitol Dec. 14, Shirkey said he knew that was “the charge or the goal” of Norton, Northon and Kline.
“I didn’t know if they were going to be successful in aggregating a group or not,” Shirkey said. “I didn’t ask. I wasn’t there.”

The former head of the Metropolitan police intelligence unit in Washington DC has been found guilty of tipping off Enrique Tarrio – the imprisoned, one-time leader of the Proud Boys – that a warrant was out for his arrest before the January 6 Capitol attack in 2021.
Shane Lamond has been charged with tipping off Tarrio, who at the time of the Capitol attack was wanted for the burning of a Black Lives Matter banner.
Tarrio is currently serving 22 years after being convicted of seditious conspiracy in connection with the Capitol riot. Tarrio was arrested when he arrived in Washington on a flight from Miami two days before the attack.
During Tarrio’s testimony to the court, he said he wanted to travel to Washington before the January 6 attack to “get this over with” – and to set up a “circus tent” to use his arrest as a “marketing ploy”.
Lamond was found guilty on Monday of four counts, including one of obstruction of justice and three of lying to investigators.
The verdict followed a bench trial that featured testimony from Tarrio, who maintained he had been contemporaneously lying to his fellow Proud Boys about receiving information from a source in the Washington DC police department.
A federal grand jury charged Lamond in May 2023 with obstructing the investigation into the burning of the banner a month before the Capitol attack – when the Proud Boys were roaming the streets of Washington DC for a pro-Donald Trump event.
During Lamond’s trial, prosecutors said that the former police officer acted as a “double agent” for the Proud Boys. Tarrio and Lamond communicated “at least 500 times using cloud-based messaging services”, the indictment alleged, including 101 messages on Telegram that were set to disappear.
Lamond’s defense said that their client’s communications with Tarrio were a part of his job. But prosecutors showed that Lamond wrote of his affinity for the Proud Boys. In those communications, Lamond said he supported the group and did not “want to see your group’s name or reputation dragged through the mud”, an indictment alleged.
According to the indictment, Lamond had also advised Tarrio that he tried to convince another unit within the Washington DC police department that the Proud Boys were not racist.
“I told them you are made up a lot of Latinos and blacks so not a racist thing. If anything I said it’s political but then I drew attention to the Trump and American flags that were taken by Antifa and set on fire,” Lamond wrote in an alleged message contained in the indictment. “I said all those would have to be classified as hate crimes too.”
After the January 6 attack, which aimed to keep Trump in office after losing the 2020 election to Joe Biden, Lamond and Tarrio allegedly continued communicating. Tarrio told Lamond he thought he “could have stopped this whole thing”, meaning the Capitol attack, in another purported message cited in the indictment.
A watchdog report by the US justice department inspector general’s office earlier in December found that 26 FBI informants were in Washington DC for election-related protests on January 6 – and 17 had either entered the Capitol or a restricted area around the building during the riot.
“For those keeping score at home, this was labeled a dangerous conspiracy theory months ago,” JD Vance – who will serve as vice-president after Trump returns to the White House in January – wrote on X.
But it’s unclear if Lamond or Tarrio will be among the more than 1,500 defendants charged – and more than 1,100 convicted – that Trump has vowed to pardon on “day one” of his new term.
“I’m going to be acting very quickly, first day,” Trump said on NBC News’ Meet the Press earlier in December when asked when he planned to pardon his supporters who were charged. He told the outlet that there could be “some exceptions” to his pardons if the individuals had acted “radical” or “crazy”.

A watchdog report by the US justice department inspector general’s office earlier in December found that 26 FBI informants were in Washington DC for election-related protests on January 6 – and 17 had either entered the Capitol or a restricted area around the building during the riot.

Matthew Livelsberger has been linked by investigators as the man who detonated the vehicle outside the Trump International Hotel on Wednesday morning. Livelsberger died in the blast, with seven others sustaining minor injuries, police said.

Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger caused the explosion outside of Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas to serve as a “wake up call,” chilling notes police recovered from his phone revealed.
The active-duty Green Beret, 37, fatally shot himself before the vehicle exploded outside the hotel on the morning of New Year’s Day.

He boasted to one of them, Alicia Arritt, that he “felt like Batman” after renting the Tesla Cybertruck.
Arritt, from Colorado Springs, his former girlfriend of three years, said the 37-year-old got in touch with her on December 29 out of the blue.
“I rented a Tesla Cybertruck. It’s the s***,” he texted Arritt that morning, the Denver Gazette reports. “I feel like Batman or halo,” he added.
According to Arritt, Livelsberger’s behavior changed after he returned from a tour in the Middle East suffering from a traumatic brain injury in 2019.

At a press conference on Friday afternoon, Coren of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police shared excerpts from notes investigators found on Livelsberger’s phone following the explosion.

Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger caused the explosion outside of Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas to serve as a “wake up call,” chilling notes police recovered from his phone revealed.
The active-duty Green Beret, 37, fatally shot himself before the vehicle exploded outside the hotel on the morning of New Year’s Day.
“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call,” Livelsberger said in the excerpt of the letter, read aloud by Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police at a press conference on Friday afternoon.
“Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence,” excerpts of Livelsberger’s letter read. “What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?”
Seven others were injured in the blast outside the hotel.
It also emerged that the army veteran had argued with his wife after she told him she suspected he had been cheating, the New York Post reports, citing law enforcement sources.

Who was Matthew Livelsberger?
Matthew Livelsberger was a 37-year-old army veteran from Colorado Springs.
Sources told Denver 7 that multiple addresses had been associated with Livelsberger in Colorado and FBI agents were investigating these properties.
According to a family member, who spoke exclusively to The Independent, Livelsberger “was a 100 percent patriot,” who loved the Army and was an ardent supporter of President-elect Donald Trump. Pictures from social media show him with a tattoo of a bald eagle and the American flag visible on his shoulder.
“He used to have all patriotic stuff on Facebook, he was 100 percent loving the country,” his uncle, Dean Livelsberger, said. “He loved Trump, and he was always a very, very patriotic soldier, a patriotic American. It’s one of the reasons he was in Special Forces for so many years. It wasn’t just one tour of duty.”

Livelsberger divorced his first wife, who now lives in South Florida with her new husband, several years ago. He had a newborn with his second wife, who reportedly ended their relationship just days before the explosion.
He had argued with his wife after she told him she suspected he had been cheating, the New York Post reported, citing law enforcement sources.
Livelsberger left his home in Colorado Springs the day after Christmas following the argument with his wife, two sources familiar with the investigation told the newspaper.
It has also emerged that Livelsberger had reportedly been back in touch with former girlfriends in the days before the explosion.

He boasted to one of them, Alicia Arritt, that he “felt like Batman” after renting the Tesla Cybertruck.
Arritt, from Colorado Springs, his former girlfriend of three years, said the 37-year-old got in touch with her on December 29 out of the blue.
“I rented a Tesla Cybertruck. It’s the s***,” he texted Arritt that morning, the Denver Gazette reports. “I feel like Batman or halo,” he added.
According to Arritt, Livelsberger’s behavior changed after he returned from a tour in the Middle East suffering from a traumatic brain injury in 2019.
Chilling notes recovered on his phone: Explosion was ‘a wake up call’
At a press conference on Friday afternoon, Coren of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police shared excerpts from notes investigators found on Livelsberger’s phone following the explosion.
They provided an insight into his state of mind before he detonated the vehicle, according to officials.
“Fellow Servicemembers, Veterans, and all Americans, TIME TO WAKE UP!” he said in one excerpt. “We are being led by weak and feckless leadership who only serve to enrich themselves.”
In a second letter, Livelsberger said the US is “headed toward collapse.”
“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call,” Livelsberger said. “Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?”
He added: “Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.”
Coren added that the words he read aloud were only excerpts of more letters they uncovered, which he said would be made public. He explained that Livelsberger wrote about “political grievances, issues about conflicts elsewhere, domestic issues” and “a variety of things including personal challenges.”

Livelsberger was in the U.S. Army for 19 years, 18 of them in the elite Special Forces.
He is believed to have joined the Green Berets as a communications specialist in January 2006, before becoming an operations manager and team sergeant in February 2023. The profile picture on his LinkedIn account shows a man sporting winter gear armed with a rifle, standing atop a snowmobile in mountainous terrain.
His most recent role, from November 2024, was listed as a Remote and Autonomous Systems Manager for the Army. Livelsberger was stationed in Germany, and was on leave in Colorado Springs when he rented the Cybertruck and drove to Nevada, law enforcement sources said.

“Matt was a very skilled warrior, and he would be able to make — if it was him, and if he did this — he would’ve been able to make a more sophisticated explosive than using propane tanks and camping fuel,” Dean Livelsberger told The Independent.
“He was what you might call a ‘supersoldier.’ If you ever read about the things he was awarded, and the experience he had, some of it doesn’t make sense, when he had the skills and ability to make something more, let’s say, ‘efficient.’ His skills were enormous from what he had been taught in the military.”
Livelsberger earned a summa cum laude – an award given to the students earning the highest grades in their class – after graduating from Norwich University in Vermont with a degree in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis, according to his LinkedIn profile.
It also states he earned the Department of State Meritorious Honor Award for “interagency contributions that resulted in increased interoperability and efficiency while serving as the Operations Sergeant at Special Operations Command Forward.”
At 22 years old, Livelsberger began collecting clothes, toys and educational items for children and disseminating off humanitarian aid while serving a tour in Afghanistan, he told the News Journal in his native Ohio.

Just after 8.40 a.m. on Wednesday, Livelsberger detonated explosive devices inside the Tesla Cybertruck, which he had parked outside of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.
Video posted on social media showed different angles of the explosion, which included fireworks. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill later confirmed that camp fuel canisters and “firework mortars” were found in the truck.
On Thursday, McMahill said investigators were confident that Livelsberger was the person in the vehicle, though his body was “burned beyond recognition.” The sheriff added that there was evidence that he had shot himself in the head prior to the blast.
“Complicating this identification of this individual, we also discovered through the coroner’s office that the individual had sustained a gunshot wound to the head prior to the detonation of the vehicle. One of the handguns was found at his feet inside of the vehicle,” McMahill said.

Investigators also found handguns in the vehicle, and Livelsberger is thought to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound prior to the explosion (Las Vegas Metro police)
“I’m comfortable calling it a suicide with the bombing that occurred immediately thereafter. I’m not giving it any other labels.”
McMahill also said it was likely that the reinforced exterior of the Cybertruck had limited both the number of victims and destruction to nearby surroundings, as the blast had been directed “up and through” the vehicle. “I just don't think that it was done as well as he was expecting it to be done,” he said.
No definitive link to New Orleans attacker
Both the sheriff’s office and FBI investigators said they are “well aware” of the incident in New Orleans, which happened just hours before the Las Vegas explosion.
According to a report from Denver 7, the two New Year’s Day attackers – Livelsberger and Jabbar – allegedly served at the same military base, Fort Bragg, and were deployed in Afghanistan around the same period. In addition, the pair both rented their vehicles via the carsharing company, Turo, officials have said.
Despite this, authorities have said that there is currently “no definitive link” between the two incidents.
At the time they were fighting in the Middle East, the US had around 100,000 military personnel in Afghanistan as part of President Barack Obama’s ‘troop surge.’

At a previous news conference, McMahill highlighted the link between Trump and Elon Musk, the Tesla founder and the president-elect’s incoming head of the unofficial Department of Government Efficiency, tasked with cutting trillions from government spending.

Update (1250ET): Las Vegas PD has disclosed 'fragments of notes' allegedly left by the decorated soldier who allegedly died in a Cybertruck explosion as the Trump hotel in Las Vegas - with the messages allegedly suggesting that he was calling for national self-reflection rather than an act of terror.
Officials say that after 37-year-old Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger drove a rented Cybertruck to Trump hotel, he shot himself in the head, after which the Cybertruck packed with fireworks, mortars and fuel canisters detonated, somehow.
While a body was found in the vehicle which was burned beyond recognition, a passport miraculously survived!

Officials also reported recovering two phones from the truck, from which information was allegedly recovered - including two letters and what Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) assistant sheriff Dori Koren identified as a "surveillance log" or journal.

"Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence,” it continues. “What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives? Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took."
As the Epoch Times notes further, FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans suggested Livelsberger may have been suffering from mental health issues.
“Although this incident is more public and more sensational than usual, it ultimately appears to be a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who was struggling with PTSD and other issues,” Evans said.
Pentagon officials have turned over Livelsberger’s medical records to the police and have refrained from commenting on his mental health.
According to U.S. Army officials, Livelsberger served in the Green Berets, a special forces unit trained to counter terrorism abroad and mentor allied forces. He joined the Army in 2006 and built a distinguished career, with deployments to Afghanistan, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia, and Congo. Recently returned from an overseas assignment in Germany, he was on approved leave at the time of his death, a U.S. official confirmed.
Livelsberger received five Bronze Stars, including one with a valor device for courage under fire, along with a Combat Infantryman Badge and an Army Commendation Medal with valor.
Alicia Arritt, his former girlfriend, told The Associated Press that Livelsberger struggled with depression and memory loss from a blast injury during one of his deployments. He also had difficulty coping with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and would relive some of the violence he took part in or witnessed in Afghanistan, she said.

The details surrounding Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger continue to drip - with two 'manifesto' letters found in the Cybertruck itself, and another 'manifesto' he allegedly emailed to retired intelligence officer Sam Shoemate.
In the letters found in the Cybertruck, Livelsberger described the USA as "terminally ill," and said his actions were meant as a "wake-up call," and not a terrorist attack.
The most intriguing, however, is an email allegedly sent to Shoemate - in warning that the "drones" seen around the United States over the last month are using "gravatic propulsion systems," which only China and the United States possess.
Shoemate shared the email on Shawn Ryan's show, writing on X, "I knew taking this public would insert me into the “glowy boi” conspiracy cycle, especially since I’m an intelligence officer," adding "I had no choice. Dude dumped it in my inbox. When I saw his name in the news, I had little choice but to hand it over to the feds. I knew the FBI wouldn’t release it, or at least without an agenda attached, so I took it to Shawn Ryan because he has the platform to handle the magnitude of this information and will do so as objectively as possible."
According to Livelsberger's email:
"China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years, but this activity recently has picked up. As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the blloon for a sigint and isr, which are also part of the integrated comms system," he writes.
"...they are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed. They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park over the WH if they wanted. It's checkmate."

Rogan O'Handley, aka "DC Draino" on X, floated two scenarios about Livelsberger's final moments:

The Colorado soldier who died by suicide as he blew up a Cybertruck outside President-elect Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel wrote a “manifesto” calling on Americans to “wake up” and likely had PTSD, local and federal law enforcement said Friday.
Las Vegas police and federal officials released new details about Army Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs, confirming that he acted alone and wasn’t tied to any terrorist groups and doubling down that he was not connected to a Wednesday terrorist attack in New Orleans that killed 14 people in addition to the attacker. They also said it did not appear he harbored any animosity toward Trump.
“Although this incident is more public and sensational than usual, it ultimately appears to be a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who is struggling with PTSD and other issues,” said Spencer Evans, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Las Vegas field division.
Pentagon officials declined to say whether Livelsberger, a 37-year-old master sergeant, may have been suffering from mental health issues but told the Associated Press on Friday they have turned over his medical records to police.
Livelsberger also had ongoing family problems that contributed to his actions, FBI and Las Vegas police said Friday.
A law enforcement official told the Associated Press that investigators learned through interviews that Livelsberger may have gotten into a fight with his wife about relationship issues shortly before he rented the Tesla on Saturday and bought the guns. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation.
Las Vegas Sheriff Kevin McMahill referred to widespread speculation about Livelsberger’s identification and a document shared by “The Shawn Ryan Show Podcast” and attributed to Livelsberger.
Investigators are confident the document shared on the podcast was penned by Livelsberger but have not fully verified it, Evans said. The FBI received a copy as a tip after the explosion Wednesday and believe it was sent by Livelsberger.
In the document, Livelsberger writes about drones from China being used on the East Coast, war crimes being covered up in Afghanistan, that he was being followed by federal law enforcement and already had a massive car bomb.
Investigators identified Livelsberger through credit cards, a military ID and passport that survived the blast as well as his tattoos, dental records provided by the Department of Defense and a DNA sample provided by a family member, McMahill said.
Las Vegas police also shared two letters obtained from one of Livelsberger’s phones which call on Americans and military servicemembers to wake up and see they are being led by “weak and feckless leadership.” Investigators are still trying to access information on a second phone and a laptop.
“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake-up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?” Livelsberger wrote in the letters recovered by police and released Friday.

In one of the letters, Livelsberger appears to call for an insurrection and for soldiers and veterans to go to Washington, D.C., for a “purge,” starting with peaceful means but fighting and using “any means necessary” to remove Democrats from the federal government and military.
The second letter expands on Livelsberger’s concerns about American culture, values and wars, praising Trump as “a real President” and telling people to rally around the President-elect, Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Musk recently became a member of Trump’s inner circle after spending an estimated $250 million during the presidential campaign to support Trump.
Trump has named Musk, the world’s richest man, to co-lead a new effort to find ways to cut the government’s size and spending and also nominated Kennedy, a prominent vaccine skeptic, to lead the Health and Human Services Department.
Police also recovered a “surveillance log” from Livelsberger’s phone that he used as a journal for 10 days before the explosion. Those entries matched his movements seen through surveillance videos, phone and financial data, including legally purchasing two guns in Colorado on Dec. 27 and picking them up on Dec. 30.
“We still have a large volume of data to go through,” said Las Vegas Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren. “There are thousands if not millions of videos, photos, documents and web history that need to be analyzed.”
Tesla engineers extracted data from the Cybertruck that shows it was never fully in self-drive mode, Koren said.
Investigators do not know how Livelsberger was able to simultaneously detonate the bombs and kill himself or why he selected Trump’s hotel or a Cybertruck for the explosion. Some of the data on his phone shows he was considering other locations, including the Grand Canyon, McMahill said.
Livelsberger served in the Green Berets, highly trained special forces who work to counter terrorism abroad and train partners. He had served in the Army since 2006, rising through the ranks with a long career of overseas assignments, deploying twice to Afghanistan and serving in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia and Congo, the Army said. He had recently returned from an overseas assignment in Germany and was on approved leave when he died, according to a U.S. official.
Neighbors in Colorado Springs confirmed Thursday his wife had recently had a baby.
He was awarded a total of five Bronze Stars, including one with a valor device for courage under fire, a combat infantry badge and an Army Commendation Medal with valor.
But in recent years Livelsberger confided to Alicia Arritt, a former girlfriend who had served as an Army nurse, that he faced significant pain and exhaustion she attributed to traumatic brain injury.
He opened up to Arritt, 39, whom he met and began dating in Colorado in 2018, about exhaustion, pain that kept him up at night, and reliving violence from his deployment in Afghanistan, Arritt said.
“My life has been a personal hell for the last year,” he told Arritt in text messages during their early days of dating that she shared with The Associated Press.
The explosion of the truck, packed with firework mortars and camp fuel canisters, came hours after 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Bahar Jabbar rammed a truck into a crowd in New Orleans’ famed French Quarter early on New Year’s Day, killing at least 14 people before being shot to death by police. The FBI says they believe Jabbar acted alone and that it is being investigated as a terrorist attack.
The FBI has not found any evidence the two events are connected, Evans said Friday. The two never communicated by phone or email and never served in the military in the same location.
“The only things we have connecting them are incidental and what we believe to be are coincidental similarities,” he said.

Livelsberger allegedly sent an email to retired U.S. Army intelligence officer Sam Shoemate, detailing concerns about advanced drones using "GDIC propulsion systems," which he described as anti-gravity technology.
In the email, read on "The Shawn Ryan Podcast," Livelsberger claimed that the U.S. and China developed and deployed the drones. He alleged that China launched them from submarines along the U.S. East Coast, calling them "the most dangerous threat to national security" because of their stealth, ability to evade detection and unlimited payload capacity.
Livelsberger also referenced his involvement in a 2019 U.S. airstrike in Nimruz Province, Afghanistan. He claimed the operation, which targeted drug facilities, caused civilian casualties, including women and children, and was covered up by U.S. authorities. The allegations align with a 2019 U.N. report criticizing the strikes as unlawful. Livelsberger said the incident pushed him to speak out.
Additionally, he accused the FBI and Homeland Security of monitoring and tracking him, describing efforts to avoid being detained.
The only person who died as a result of the incident was the suspect, from a self-inflicted gunshot, according to police.
Is Manifesto Real?
After the alleged manifesto began circulating on social media following the podcast, reporters asked Las Vegas police and the FBI at a press conference if the suspect had written it. Authorities said they believe the letter shared by Shawn Ryan was authored by the bombing suspect.
What Does Manifesto Say?
Shoemate said Friday that he received an email from Livelsberger on Tuesday. According to Shoemate, the email said:

"First off I am not under duress or hostile influence or control. My first car was a 2006 Black Ford Mustang V6 for verification.

"China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years, but this activity recently has picked up. As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the balloon for sigint and isr, which are also part of the integrated coms system. There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.
"The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned AC, they are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed. They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the WH if they wanted. It's checkmate.

What Happens Next
Authorities are still working to determine a motive. Among the charred items found inside the truck were a handgun at Livelsberger's feet, another firearm, fireworks, a passport, a military ID, credit cards, an iPhone and a smartwatch, McMahill said. Authorities said both guns were purchased legally.
Investigators suspect Livelsberger may have been planning a more damaging attack, but the steel-sided vehicle absorbed much of the force from the crudely built explosive.

Las Vegas Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger claimed his shocking suicide wasn’t a terror attack but a way for the US solider to “cleanse” his mind — while blasting the “feckless leadership” of a United States “near collapse,” authorities revealed Friday.
Livelsberger, an active member of the Army’s elite Special Forces, left behind two notes in a charred cellphone recovered inside the singed Tesla he rented that suggest his motive for detonating explosives as he “simultaneously” shot himself in front of the Trump International Hotel Wednesday, Las Vegas police said.
“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives,” Livelsberger, 37, wrote in a notes app.

Federal officials suggested Livelsberger had been suffering from PTSD and other personal issues that contributed to his suicide bombing.

The feds also found “strong evidence” that links Livelsberger to a conspiracy-laden manifesto he allegedly penned and emailed to a US Army Intelligence officer ahead of the fatal explosion.
In the email, read on “The Shawn Ryan Podcast” on Friday, the dad of one claimed federal officials were working with China to develop and deploy the mysterious drones that caused hysteria across the New York metro region last month.
Livelsberger referred to the drones as “the most dangerous threat to national security,” alleging the flying objects used gravity manipulation technology and had the ability to evade detection, the retired US Navy SEAL revealed on his show.

Police said Livelsberger logged his personal and political grievances into his phone about 10 days leading up to the bombing. He also kept a log outlining multiple locations along his route from Colorado to Las Vegas, officials said.
The father of a baby daughter left his Colorado Springs home the day after Christmas following an argument with his wife over apparent infidelity, two sources familiar with the investigation told The Post.
After leaving Colorado, Livelsberger rented a Cybertruck through the Turo app and made his way to Vegas, where he parked in front of the Trump hotel and detonated explosives stashed in the trunk as he shot himself in the head.

Seven people suffered minor injuries from the blast, while Livelsberger’s body was burned beyond recognition. He was identified from his passport and an Army ID found inside the vehicle.
In addition to the notes on his phone, police also obtained new surveillance footage from charging stations where Livelsberger made stops as he headed to Sin City.

Authorities suggested he may have stopped in New Mexico to legally purchase fireworks used in the explosion.
Officials also made a positive match of Livelsberger’s two tattoos before and after the explosion, showing photos of the Army vet’s burnt body.
Police said they are still reviewing the immense data found on Livelsberger’s cellphone, adding that investigators are working to gain access to a second phone and a laptop.
“We are barely scratching the surface,” Las Vegas Sheriff Kevin McMahill said.
“And almost hourly receiving additional information requiring substantial investigative efforts on part of the joint investigation between ourselves, the FBI and the ATF.”

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) released a letter from the man who blew himself up in a Tesla Cybertruck this week that they located on one of two cellphones they recovered from inside the vehicle.
The letter was located on an app on the cellphone belonging to Master Sgt. Matthew Livelsberger, the U.S. Army Green Beret who they identified as the person who shot himself inside the vehicle moments before the explosives he placed in it detonated.
FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans said that the incident was “a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who is struggling with PTSD and other issues.”
In the letter, Livelsberger said that the U.S. was “the best country” to ever exist, but that in its current state, it was “terminally ill and headed toward collapse.”
He talked about the decline in traditional values in the letter and warned that political elites view the masses as “cattle.”
He warned that most people had no purpose in life and were “just sitting around waiting to die.”
“No sunlight, no steps, no fresh air, no hope,” he said. “Our children are addicted to screens by the age of two.”
He said that Americans were “too fat to join the military yet we are facing a war with China, Russia, North Korea and Iran before 2030.”
He called for focusing on increasing strength and winning in society and removing those from government who do not like those ideals; ending the war in Ukraine through a negotiated settlement as fast as possible; ending wealth inequality and improving conditions on America’s streets so there were not so many homeless people; and stop obsessing over diversity.
“We are all diverse and DEI is a cancer,” he said. “Thankfully we rejected the DEI candidate and will have a real President instead of Weekend at Bernie’s.”
He said that his decision to detonate the bomb he created was “not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call.”
“Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence,” he said. “What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?”
He said that he did it because he needed to “cleanse” his “mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.”
He called on Americans to rally around some of the biggest figures in the Republican Party “and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans!”
Livelsberger said that the U.S. was being led by “weak and feckless” leaders who only care about enriching themselves.
He called for taking action against the individuals in the U.S. government whom he said were ruining the country [Democrats], warning “they all must go and a hard reset must occur for our country to avoid collapse.”

Update (1250ET): Las Vegas PD has disclosed 'fragments of notes' allegedly left by the decorated soldier who allegedly died in a Cybertruck explosion as the Trump hotel in Las Vegas - with the messages allegedly suggesting that he was calling for national self-reflection rather than an act of terror.
Officials say that after 37-year-old Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger drove a rented Cybertruck to Trump hotel, he shot himself in the head, after which the Cybertruck packed with fireworks, mortars and fuel canisters detonated, somehow.
While a body was found in the vehicle which was burned beyond recognition, a passport miraculously survived!

Officials also reported recovering two phones from the truck, from which information was allegedly recovered - including two letters and what Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) assistant sheriff Dori Koren identified as a "surveillance log" or journal.

As the Epoch Times notes further, FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans suggested Livelsberger may have been suffering from mental health issues.
“Although this incident is more public and more sensational than usual, it ultimately appears to be a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who was struggling with PTSD and other issues,” Evans said.
Pentagon officials have turned over Livelsberger’s medical records to the police and have refrained from commenting on his mental health.
According to U.S. Army officials, Livelsberger served in the Green Berets, a special forces unit trained to counter terrorism abroad and mentor allied forces. He joined the Army in 2006 and built a distinguished career, with deployments to Afghanistan, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia, and Congo. Recently returned from an overseas assignment in Germany, he was on approved leave at the time of his death, a U.S. official confirmed.
Livelsberger received five Bronze Stars, including one with a valor device for courage under fire, along with a Combat Infantryman Badge and an Army Commendation Medal with valor.
Alicia Arritt, his former girlfriend, told The Associated Press that Livelsberger struggled with depression and memory loss from a blast injury during one of his deployments. He also had difficulty coping with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and would relive some of the violence he took part in or witnessed in Afghanistan, she said.

The most intriguing, however, is an email allegedly sent to Shoemate - in warning that the "drones" seen around the United States over the last month are using "gravatic propulsion systems," which only China and the United States possess.
Shoemate shared the email on Shawn Ryan's show, writing on X, "I knew taking this public would insert me into the “glowy boi” conspiracy cycle, especially since I’m an intelligence officer," adding "I had no choice. Dude dumped it in my inbox. When I saw his name in the news, I had little choice but to hand it over to the feds. I knew the FBI wouldn’t release it, or at least without an agenda attached, so I took it to Shawn Ryan because he has the platform to handle the magnitude of this information and will do so as objectively as possible."

Tesla vehicles have a cabin camera that monitors driver attentiveness and provides audible alerts when FSD is engaged. The camera is mounted above the rearview mirror.
"Like other Autopilot features, Full Self-Driving requires that the driver pay attention to the road, their surroundings, and other road users," Tesla wrote on its website under the "Driver Attentiveness" section of FSD.
Tesla said, "The cabin camera does not require full visibility of the driver's eyes in order to monitor attentiveness. The system is still active, for example, if the driver is wearing sunglasses."

What's apparent from Tesla's description of how FSD works suggests any scenario with Livelsberger shot in the head well before the bombing would be extraordinarily hard to trick the camera.

The Colorado soldier who died by suicide as he blew up a Cybertruck outside President-elect Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel wrote a “manifesto” calling on Americans to “wake up” and likely had PTSD, local and federal law enforcement said Friday.
Las Vegas police and federal officials released new details about Army Green Beret Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs, confirming that he acted alone and wasn’t tied to any terrorist groups and doubling down that he was not connected to a Wednesday terrorist attack in New Orleans that killed 14 people in addition to the attacker. They also said it did not appear he harbored any animosity toward Trump.
“Although this incident is more public and sensational than usual, it ultimately appears to be a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who is struggling with PTSD and other issues,” said Spencer Evans, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Las Vegas field division.
Pentagon officials declined to say whether Livelsberger, a 37-year-old master sergeant, may have been suffering from mental health issues but told the Associated Press on Friday they have turned over his medical records to police.
Livelsberger also had ongoing family problems that contributed to his actions, FBI and Las Vegas police said Friday.
A law enforcement official told the Associated Press that investigators learned through interviews that Livelsberger may have gotten into a fight with his wife about relationship issues shortly before he rented the Tesla on Saturday and bought the guns. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the ongoing investigation.
Las Vegas Sheriff Kevin McMahill referred to widespread speculation about Livelsberger’s identification and a document shared by “The Shawn Ryan Show Podcast” and attributed to Livelsberger.
Investigators are confident the document shared on the podcast was penned by Livelsberger but have not fully verified it, Evans said. The FBI received a copy as a tip after the explosion Wednesday and believe it was sent by Livelsberger.
In the document, Livelsberger writes about drones from China being used on the East Coast, war crimes being covered up in Afghanistan, that he was being followed by federal law enforcement and already had a massive car bomb.
Investigators identified Livelsberger through credit cards, a military ID and passport that survived the blast as well as his tattoos, dental records provided by the Department of Defense and a DNA sample provided by a family member, McMahill said.
Las Vegas police also shared two letters obtained from one of Livelsberger’s phones which call on Americans and military servicemembers to wake up and see they are being led by “weak and feckless leadership.” Investigators are still trying to access information on a second phone and a laptop.
“This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake-up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?” Livelsberger wrote in the letters recovered by police and released Friday.
“Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took,” the letter continues.
In one of the letters, Livelsberger appears to call for an insurrection and for soldiers and veterans to go to Washington, D.C., for a “purge,” starting with peaceful means but fighting and using “any means necessary” to remove Democrats from the federal government and military.

The second letter expands on Livelsberger’s concerns about American culture, values and wars, praising Trump as “a real President” and telling people to rally around the President-elect, Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Musk recently became a member of Trump’s inner circle after spending an estimated $250 million during the presidential campaign to support Trump.
Trump has named Musk, the world’s richest man, to co-lead a new effort to find ways to cut the government’s size and spending and also nominated Kennedy, a prominent vaccine skeptic, to lead the Health and Human Services Department.
Police also recovered a “surveillance log” from Livelsberger’s phone that he used as a journal for 10 days before the explosion. Those entries matched his movements seen through surveillance videos, phone and financial data, including legally purchasing two guns in Colorado on Dec. 27 and picking them up on Dec. 30.
“We still have a large volume of data to go through,” said Las Vegas Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren. “There are thousands if not millions of videos, photos, documents and web history that need to be analyzed.”
Tesla engineers extracted data from the Cybertruck that shows it was never fully in self-drive mode, Koren said.
Investigators do not know how Livelsberger was able to simultaneously detonate the bombs and kill himself or why he selected Trump’s hotel or a Cybertruck for the explosion. Some of the data on his phone shows he was considering other locations, including the Grand Canyon, McMahill said.
Livelsberger served in the Green Berets, highly trained special forces who work to counter terrorism abroad and train partners. He had served in the Army since 2006, rising through the ranks with a long career of overseas assignments, deploying twice to Afghanistan and serving in Ukraine, Tajikistan, Georgia and Congo, the Army said. He had recently returned from an overseas assignment in Germany and was on approved leave when he died, according to a U.S. official.
Neighbors in Colorado Springs confirmed Thursday his wife had recently had a baby.
He was awarded a total of five Bronze Stars, including one with a valor device for courage under fire, a combat infantry badge and an Army Commendation Medal with valor.
But in recent years Livelsberger confided to Alicia Arritt, a former girlfriend who had served as an Army nurse, that he faced significant pain and exhaustion she attributed to traumatic brain injury.
He opened up to Arritt, 39, whom he met and began dating in Colorado in 2018, about exhaustion, pain that kept him up at night, and reliving violence from his deployment in Afghanistan, Arritt said.
“My life has been a personal hell for the last year,” he told Arritt in text messages during their early days of dating that she shared with The Associated Press.
The explosion of the truck, packed with firework mortars and camp fuel canisters, came hours after 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Bahar Jabbar rammed a truck into a crowd in New Orleans’ famed French Quarter early on New Year’s Day, killing at least 14 people before being shot to death by police. The FBI says they believe Jabbar acted alone and that it is being investigated as a terrorist attack.
The FBI has not found any evidence the two events are connected, Evans said Friday. The two never communicated by phone or email and never served in the military in the same location.
“The only things we have connecting them are incidental and what we believe to be are coincidental similarities,” he said.

Shoemate revealed the email on The Shawn Ryan Show podcast, describing its contents as allegations of advanced drone technology, a cover-up of a 2019 airstrike in Afghanistan, and claims of being under U.S. government surveillance.

He alleged that China launched them from submarines along the U.S. East Coast, calling them "the most dangerous threat to national security" because of their stealth, ability to evade detection and unlimited payload capacity.
Livelsberger also referenced his involvement in a 2019 U.S. airstrike in Nimruz Province, Afghanistan. He claimed the operation, which targeted drug facilities, caused civilian casualties, including women and children, and was covered up by U.S. authorities. The allegations align with a 2019 U.N. report criticizing the strikes as unlawful. Livelsberger said the incident pushed him to speak out.
Additionally, he accused the FBI and Homeland Security of monitoring and tracking him, describing efforts to avoid being detained.
The only person who died as a result of the incident was the suspect, from a self-inflicted gunshot, according to police.

After the alleged manifesto began circulating on social media following the podcast, reporters asked Las Vegas police and the FBI at a press conference if the suspect had written it. Authorities said they believe the letter shared by Shawn Ryan was authored by the bombing suspect.

Shoemate said Friday that he received an email from Livelsberger on Tuesday. According to Shoemate, the email said:

Investigators suspect Livelsberger may have been planning a more damaging attack, but the steel-sided vehicle absorbed much of the force from the crudely built explosive.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) released a letter from the man who blew himself up in a Tesla Cybertruck this week that they located on one of two cellphones they recovered from inside the vehicle.
The letter was located on an app on the cellphone belonging to Master Sgt. Matthew Livelsberger, the U.S. Army Green Beret who they identified as the person who shot himself inside the vehicle moments before the explosives he placed in it detonated.
FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans said that the incident was “a tragic case of suicide involving a heavily decorated combat veteran who is struggling with PTSD and other issues.”
In the letter, Livelsberger said that the U.S. was “the best country” to ever exist, but that in its current state, it was “terminally ill and headed toward collapse.”
He talked about the decline in traditional values in the letter and warned that political elites view the masses as “cattle.”
He warned that most people had no purpose in life and were “just sitting around waiting to die.”
“No sunlight, no steps, no fresh air, no hope,” he said. “Our children are addicted to screens by the age of two.”
He said that Americans were “too fat to join the military yet we are facing a war with China, Russia, North Korea and Iran before 2030.”
He called for focusing on increasing strength and winning in society and removing those from government who do not like those ideals; ending the war in Ukraine through a negotiated settlement as fast as possible; ending wealth inequality and improving conditions on America’s streets so there were not so many homeless people; and stop obsessing over diversity.
“We are all diverse and DEI is a cancer,” he said. “Thankfully we rejected the DEI candidate and will have a real President instead of Weekend at Bernie’s.”
He said that his decision to detonate the bomb he created was “not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call.”
“Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence,” he said. “What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?”
He said that he did it because he needed to “cleanse” his “mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.”
He called on Americans to rally around some of the biggest figures in the Republican Party “and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans!”
We are the United States of America, the best country people to ever exist! But right now we are terminally ill and headed toward collapse.
We are crumbling because of a lack of self respect, morales, and respect for others. Greed and gluttony has consumed us. The top 1% decided long ago they weren't going to bring everyone else with them. You are cattle to them.
We have strayed from family values and corrupted our minds and I am a prime example of having it all but it never being enough.

We must take these actions if we are going to make it past the next few years in one piece:
We must end the war in Ukraine with negotiated settlement. It is the only way.
Focus on strength and winning. Masculinity is good and men must be leaders. Strength is a deterrent and fear is the product.
Weed out those in our government and military who do not idealize #2.
The income inequality in this country and cost-of-living is outrageous. The number of homeless on our street is embarrassing and disgusting. Have some pride and take care of this.
Stop obsessing over diversity. We are all diverse and DEI is a cancer.
Thankfully we rejected the DEI candidate and will have a real President instead of Weekend at Bernie's.
We must move on from the culture of weakness and self enrichment perpetuated by our senior political and military leaders. We are done with the blatant corruption. Our soldiers are done fighting wars without end states or clear objectives.
This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?
Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I've lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.

Livelsberger said that the U.S. was being led by “weak and feckless” leaders who only care about enriching themselves.
He called for taking action against the individuals in the U.S. government whom he said were ruining the country [Democrats], warning “they all must go and a hard reset must occur for our country to avoid collapse.”

too I'm really nervous about this one so yesterday come into to work and our
stuff's been exploding because of the Sarah Adams uh had Sarah Adams Scott Man legend did an interview with massud kind
of warning everybody about there going to be a lot of terrorism here in 2025
didn't take long Jan one it hit and uh you know it's interesting we couldn't get any mainstream media uh Outlets to
pay attention to those interviews and and nobody would really give Sarah a voice now everybody wants to give Sarah
a voice because oh guess what the [ __ ] CIA targeter was actually right mainstream media gave her no attention
so that's been going crazy I come in yesterday and for an interview the
first thing I do is talk to my producer Jeremy and he says that he's been in
contact with you and that you had received some type of
Manifesto or or email from the Green Beret that set off the carbomb at Trump
Hotel in Las Vegas right jump in an interview and come out my phone is blown
up apparently CID Army C which is how would you describe it's like the it's
FBI light they are federal agents but yeah they the Army's FBI yeah I get all
these messages from these people that say c is talking to this person and that
person and one of these guys on the list is still still operational and they want
his name redacted and every Green Beret I know is texting
me about this [ __ ] really freaked me out man it was like well how how did
this leak who's tracking my [ __ ] phone all that kind of stuff so actually
so I I just want to say thank you for being here because I was uh he's dropping in on that conversation you had
with Jeremy and um and um this a big story man this is big it is real big and
um so thank you for being here I appreciate it thank you ...
but uh all right let's dive into it this is going to be kind of tough I didn't have uh like I said I was interviewing
yesterday so we're kind of winging it here but so before we jump in I just want to
say a couple things about today and we're not we're not necessarily
validating what came in on that email there's some pretty alarming stuff that
that came out in the email about the Drone that we're seeing on the east coast and some capabilities that China
has some capabilities that we have um some some activity that went on in
Afghanistan in 2019 uh which actually we do have news
reports that that is valid a lot of this stuff actually really lines up um but we
can't give it 100% credibility I think you would agree with that as an intelligence analyst 100% And then
additionally there are a few names too I believe that
we are redacting um from this because they are still operational and uh as
much as I would love to release those names uh we're going to we're going to we're not going to do it so that those
guys can remain uh undercover and um and not not burn their entire operation of
what they're into right now and there was one more thing um I
want to give a little background on you retired from the Army in 2023 as a CW
cw2 intelligence officer and understand the information war in 2020 you were
still on active duty you started a social media account where you intended to share memes and
gifs despite your intentions the account grew into what is what it is today
you've developed what is the account's name it's an Instagram account goes by terminal cwo terminal cwo
you've developed a robust network of service members across the Department of Defense who trust you with their reports
of unethical and in some cases illegal behavior from their leaders you expose
the unethical and illegal Behavior while protecting whistleblowers in order to hold military leaders accountable which
is why you receive the email from the Green Beret and because of your background you come across wild
information all the time you're here today because of an email you received from Matthew

livelsberger a couple of days before the Cyber truck bombing at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas you'll
also be able to discuss what you know about the terrorists who conducted the New Orleans attack did I miss
anything no that pretty that sums it up yeah I'll give I'll give a background on on why that's significant so your
viewers understand how this came into my into my inbox perfect uh one other thing
that I just wanted to say to the audience is even though we are redacting these names uh from the episode you pass
that I believe you passed that email on to the FBI yes we're also going to pass it on to our contacts at the FBI it's
very obvious that people know it uh like I said the the the C has been telling everybody in fact we talked to Jeremy
who's sitting over there my producer me him and uh my attorney Tim parator uh we
up till about 10:30 last night talking to
the what Chief of Staff the Army Chief of Staff PA the Army chief of staff's Poa uh took a major interest in this as
well and you know one of the things that he said maybe should I'll wait till later to bring that up but
he I don't know I don't trust any of these people I mean public affairs officers are are there to I'll keep my
mouth on create yeah create
uh AO is is there to protect the command yeah 100% nothing else yeah they're not
there to shed transparency on anything they are there to protect the command let's recreate what the uh what the
story is but and you know what's interesting [ __ ] it I'm just going to
say it you know what he said he goes on the call he said I didn't talk to him I didn't want
to talk to him but uh but uh so add them talk to him he said
between me and you guys this guy's this guy's DNA didn't match his
son and and made it sound like it's some big secret then at 9:34 p.m. uh I saw I
think it was 9:34 p.m the New York Post had a headline that said that this guy's
so they're trying to make it sound like this guy did this because maybe he found out the sun wasn't his but there's a lot
more to the story as you'll find out so yeah so let's go to you Sam how did let
tell me how you got the email all right so for context I've run this account for the last four and a half years there
have been people in and out writing articles and different stuff and just investigations some big some small just
trying to keep accountability in the military but developed a robust Network within the military all branches and
people feed into this and send me messages in here and there nothing ever like this has ever come in but I get a I
get a well it started off as comments so when when you have a big Instagram account you're going to miss a lot of
messages because people message and they'll go to hidden messages and everything else you miss a lot of stuff well I kept seeing this comment on
recent posts that I put in there and was from this this burner account said hey check your DMs check your DMs check your
DMs so I go in there and try to find it there's no message from this guy hadn't come through or whatever and then he
messages again once that message was opened up and I said hey your previous messages haven't come through what what
do you want to tell me and he said what I'm going to send you now this these are literally his words what I'm going to send you is going to change the course
of humanity that was his phrase change the course of humanity okay little bit dramatic I get
these messages all the time people have this big story they want to tell they want to expose their command whatever it's I take everything with a grain of
salt until I have evidence and proof so this guy is insistent he tells me he tells me that he is a 18 Zulu who I've
spoken to before and he really needs to get this stuff to me and then he talks about you he says I need you to get me
in contact with Shawn Ryan I'm like dude I don't know Shawn Ryan I'm I'm not that big but he's insistent that I get him
diverted to Media sources says go to Fox News whatever else I say all right tell me what you got so I give him my proton
email account give him my signal signal number and uh he reaches out immediately
The Manifesto
and I'm going to read this initial message for you because this is doesn't have names or anything else on it but this was his message on Sunday um he
reached out and said like I said Sunday this last Sunday he said Sending with a VPN active on Wi-Fi
only do not message me I will send out updates via both signal and email but trust me you're going to want to be
involved well first of all no I don't I didn't want to be involved anyways um and then so I didn't
I didn't message I I responded back to his original Instagram Instagram message and I said hey I got your message on
proton mail and he said cool delete this so I deleted it
that's how I ended up getting this message on Tuesday so the message that this this right here this Manifesto if
you want to call it that came in on Tuesday and when I started reading this my initial take was okay this is
off the deep end it's Bonkers I can't validate or verify any of the stuff in
this Manifesto and I told him that in a subsequent email and I'll I'll read that
to you later my response to him and once again my response to him elicited hey get me in contact with Shan Ryan Fox
News and he even said Pete Heth give me in contact with heg Seath and I'm like dude I I don't have the incoming
Secretary of defense's phone number sorry bro that's the last time I talked to him so yesterday morning what date
was that that was Tuesday Tu that this Tuesday so we're Friday now that was 3
days ago so the day before 30th yeah the day before the attack I just missed the
stuff out of hand the 31st who's the 31st yes in fact I posted something on
my I told your producer about this as well but this was a post I made on Twitter I was just trying to be humorous
off the cuff it was it didn't mean anything about it it was I was just being humorous for my
audience I said my inbox was especially eventful today allegations of war crimes government anti-gravity technology and
fears about being tracked and watched by the feds it's always the world is ending and I have this information that needs
to get to the media and never how you doing brother everything all right I was just playing off of a meme just it was
just supposed to be a joke that was the body of his email that he sent me and I didn't think anything about it I didn't
know who Matt Berg was Matt liberg or anything else he told me who he was in the email he pointed me to his LinkedIn
account I didn't know any of this stuff and I was just kind of being humorous with my audience like I get these crazy messages sometime and then the day after
that message I wake up and my was like hey Sam nobody in the community seems to know this guy do you do you happen to
know who he is and I played that for you before we came up here just absolute shock that's how I woke up yesterday do
you want to play it now yeah excuse my language
um I was I was definitely in shock let me find this this chat
so uh now while you're digging through that you know what we should do I should get
that Instagram account from you to see if they messaged any of our Instagram accounts and we should also get that
email address deleted it you deleted it he told me to delete it and I deleted it okay yeah we should also get that email
address and see if they sent it into the sent it in through the website and see if he tried to contact us get that to
get that to the FBI so I'm in a I'm in a military they actually do something yeah I'm in a
military group chat buddy greenber Corey he says at Sam no nobody I've asked in
the community knows him you is that 84 8 46 a.m. yesterday so I woke up and I said o f
I'm shaking this guy emailed me two days ago I'm not playing and then he said damn and then this was my response to
him at 8:48 like just woke up dud I'm [ __ ] shaking bro you you don't
understand this guy emailed me and told me he was being watched by the FBI and Homeland Security but they weren't going
to do anything to him because he had a vbid I'm not [ __ ] playing dude I have the email I am shaking man this is this
is nuts and it goes from there and and I I
sat there for probably an hour talking to my wife I'm shaking I I can't even think straight like normal day shot and
I didn't know what I want to do do I sit on this do I do nothing with they I I've got to tell somebody I've got to tell
the FBI at least because this is huge this is all over the news and then I was like well dude this guy wanted to get in
contact with Shawn Ryan so let me get this to Shawn Ryan see with him and I had a buddy who knew your producer and
we went from there but wow wow do you want to read the man the the
email yep so this email came in on December 31st at 10:42 a.m. that is
Tuesday he said in case I do not make it to my decision point or on to the Mexico border I am sending this now please do
not release this until 1 January and keep my identity private until then first off I'm not under Direct or
hostile influence or control my first car was a 2006 black Ford Mustang V6 for
verification what we have been seeing with drones he puts that in quotes he says drones is the operational use of
Unveiling the Gravitic Propulsion System
gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China in the east coast but throughout history the us
only we and China have this capability our opson that's Operation Center our
opson location for this activity in the in it is in the box below China has been
launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years but this activity recently is picked up as of now it is
just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they use the balloon for Sig and ISR which are also part of
the integrated Comm system there are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time the so what is because of
the speed and stealth of these unmanned aircraft they are the most dangerous threat to National Security that has ever existed they basically have an
unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the White House if they wanted it's Checkmate US Government needs to
give the history of this how we are employing it and weaponizing it how China is employing them and what they
and what the way forward is China is poised to attack anywhere in the east
coast I've been followed for over a week now from likely Homeland or FBI and they are looking to to move on me and are
unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico but won't because they know I am armed and I have a massive V bid let me
pause right there for a second so he says a massive V bid when I was talking to the FBI yesterday they didn't know what a v bid was I had to explain what
that acronym meant literally you [ __ ] serious dead serious I said it twice and he goes you said that word vbid can you
tell me what that is for your audience a vbid for your audience who has not been in the guat for the last 20 years a vbit
is a vehicle born improvised explosive device in layman's terms a Car Bomb what
we saw at Trump Tower so backing up he says I am ared armed and have a massive
vbid I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally
tracking me here's where it gets into the other stuff and this is where we had to redact the names well your producer redacted
the names I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during air strikes in Nim ruse Province Afghanistan in 2019 by the
Admin DOD DEA and CIA I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125
buildings 65 were struck because of civcast that's civilian casualties that killed hundreds of civilians in a single
day us fora continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR it was
supposed to take 6 minutes and scramble all aircraft in sycom the UN basically called these war crimes but the
administration made them disappear I was part of that cover up with us us fora an agent redacted of the DEA so I don't
know if my abduction attempt is related to either I worked with redacted IO
staff on this as well as the response to Bala mgab redacted Commander at the time
redacted can validate this you need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a
World War because this is a mutually assured destruction situation then he says for vetting my LinkedIn is Matt
Berg or Matthew livelsberger an active duty 18 Zulu out of 1110 that's first Battalion 10 Special Forces Group my
profile is public I have an active tssci with UAP usap access what is usap do you
you know what that is I don't know what that is but I checked his credentials on LinkedIn so that was the first thing I did I went to his LinkedIn page first
thing I noticed was all of his Bona feeds were in were in place he has all the uas training from usao and
everything else and so I said okay at least the guy knows what he's talking about with drones that was a very rough
dig into the guy but my issue was I couldn't validate or verify any of this information and told him that and how I
responded to him was in a subsequent email I said I said this is obviously a very big
deal but I don't have anything to verify this information with talking about gravitic propulsion systems without
evidence just makes me another UFO talking head like I'm not going to go on my social media page and start talking
about UFOs and yeah anti-gravity systems and everything I don't I don't know what you're talking about I can't and he said
can I get on FOX News contact on Signal as well as Shan show heg Seth would be good too that was was his last message
to me wow yeah you know the thing is what is a gravitic propulsion
system to be honest with you it is a it is a fancy term you're going to find in science fiction you won't find it in any
as as far as I know you won't find this in any kind of official manual or you know scientific
research this is all science fiction so but what struck me is his use what
strikes me now not then but what strikes me now is his use of a very specific term that nobody else call it if you
asked me I would say an anti-gravity propulsion system that's how I would describe it cuz I don't know this stuff
he said gravitic propulsion system we looked that up last night too and all we could find was was same thing science
fiction type stuff but you know there are some things that line up one is like I mentioned well let's talk about the

guy's story obviously he had a vbid obviously he was uh in the military and
and and the thing that he was talking about in 2019 um we pulled a report this is from
October 9th 2019 un report find alleged
drug facilities were not lawful Target air strikes caused and caused significant civilian
casualties the United Nations Special Report which examines the impact on civilians of the United States air
strikes on alleged drug processing facilities on 5 May 2019 in Afghanistan
determines the operation caused a large number of Civilian casualties the report also examines the legal framework of
applicable to this incident in June 2019 the UN assistance
mission in Afghanistan together with representatives of the Afghan of the
Afghanistan independent Human Rights Commission conducted a site visit to areas impacted by the strikes in Farah
Province Baka District as part of its extensive fact finding into the 5 May
incident the UN verified 39 civilian casualties among them 14 children one
woman from multiple air strikes on more than 60 sites that the United States Afghanistan identified as drug
production facilities in Baka district and in parts of neighboring delaram
District of nimra Province moreover the UN is working to
verify pred credible reports of at least 37 additional civilian casualties the
majority of whom were women and children although air strikes on the alleged drug processing facilities had taken place
before this was the first time that unama had received reports of large
number of Civilian casualties resulting from such an operation and it goes on
I'm not going to read all this we'll link the we'll link the article here but
so that 100% l lines up the other thing you know that that really struck me is
like I had mentioned after our phone call jumped in an interview after the
interview checked my phone and I had several Green Berets former Green Berets
one still active actually I'm just going to say it was uh Tim Kennedy um sent me
a message late last night about 900 p.m. and said hey the I should have brought
my phone up here but hey basically that the the usak wants to give me more
context on what had happened on on this guy and so first I wasn't going to take
the call cuz I don't like I don't trust the government anymore I don't think anybody does um but I was on the phone
with my producer um who was a naval service Warfare officer and uh my
attorney uh Tim parori they said we should talk to him so I called
Tim was really pissed off uh reamed his ass about it and then later apologized
but you know I think you said You' mentioned that nobody you had received a message from somebody that says nobody's
heard of this guy Tim sent me a picture of him working shooting with this guy
and uh I don't know if I should release that photo or not but um Tim Tim
basically told me this so I got the Po's number the public affairs officer sent it to uh Jeremy and Tim he talked to
them and what they wanted us to know was that this guy was an upstanding Soldier
an excellent operator was moving on uh was was moving towards retirement and
moving on to to basically enhance the future of warfare they wanted us to know
that then the PA officer uh sounds like like almost jokingly said which I don't
know why you would joke about this said that oh and between
us which why the [ __ ] would a POA officer say between us I mean if they
didn't want us to know that information and they just wouldn't have told us that uh but they wanted us to know obviously
that the DNA with his with with his supposed child uh was not a match and so
I think what they were trying trying to do is basically make this out to be oh this is why this happened he he got bad
news that that's not his his child and so that's why he did it but with all the
other context especially with the 2019 incident which was obviously a coverup
um I think that has a major role in this the other thing is I started receiving a
lot of messages uh from one of the redacted names who's a DEA agent the one
that he's talking about in the in the email to you we got it from multiple sources one
of which was actually a videographer for me I think four years ago he worked for
me a very short period of time uh I had to let him go he went to he joined the
army went to OCS became an army officer sent me a text super freaked out
apparently he was on some rafting trip with somebody that knows the DEA officer
and said hey this guy's still operational he wants his name redacted
wow not the only one then I received a message from another uh very close friend of mine um who's been on the show
several times saying that he got word that this guy was still operational and
so that's why we decided to redact his name I was getting upset because we
didn't I didn't receive any communication up to that point well then I checked my LinkedIn I said let me see if this guy
actually messaged me sure as [ __ ] that DEA agent did message me said that he
wanted to talk to me before tomorrow's interview it was really important w we
tried to contact him not from my phone I'm not calling any of these people but
uh from somebody else's phone he didn't pick up and um we weren't going to send any text thread uh to show any
communication between us um any more than the LinkedIn message and I didn't hit him on LinkedIn so that also 100%
checks out now the weird thing is is anonymous as this guy wants to remain if
I remember correctly he posted something about the Green Beret that that
that off yeah that was his latest post what Jeremy what was it what did it post
and it was just a report of the story it was just yeah it was just a report of the story so very interesting how all this stuff
is lining up what do you what do you think I I told the guys down this
downstairs you know I I jokingly said this to my wife the day that I got that email cuz I read the email to
her you all have heard the email now you you realize without context of who this
person is how just crazy it sounds and I I told her I said well I mean I guess if
the dude ends up getting rolled up by the feds or he gets killed we uh we got a story
huh man famous last words right yeah that's uh so I looked at and I want to
give context on one of the things I saw this I saw this going around on social media people were saying that his signal
chat his safety number changed I don't know if you saw this on X but it was all over X apparently his safety number on
Signal change he messaged me on Signal so I went on there to look myself to see if it changed and sure enough it had on
FBI and CID Involvement
January 1st after the bombing after he was dead his safety number
changed that's all he sent me he said initial contact and I gave a thumbs up and his safety number changed at the
bottom look at that that's after he's dead I I don't know enough about signal
to know why that would happen somebody has to have manipulated that though and messed with it somebody had to have been
in his account after the fact and done something for that to have changed what did the FBI say when you contacted
him not a lot I gave him I gave him the story on what went down
um was very over the top telling them hey I am being transparent in every way I you
know feel free to contact me at any time this is my address my name this is why he contacted me this is my social media
page this is any reason why this could have happened why I this got dumped on me this is the information they took it
they were gracious they were nice to talk to mind you I had to explain what a vbid was which was disheartening because
you're the FBI but that's that's another issue altogether but um nothing beyond
that they said thank you and we'll be in touch if we have any further questions well they definitely got in touch with c
yeah they did because that went all the way to the top of the army and you know
I I'm going to dig in a little bit on more on this uh report from 2019 however according to International humanitarian
law including International customary law facilities that contribute economically or financially to the war
effort or of a party to a conflict are considered civilian objectives the
report jointly produced by UNM unama and
the UN Human Rights office concludes that the drug facilities associated with workers may not
lawfully may not be lawfully made the target of attack and should be protected the United United Nations maintains that
considering these objectives and individuals legitimate targets dangerously erode the fundamental
principle of Distinction placing the broader civilian prop population and infrastructure at risk the report sets
out a number of recommendations including including that the appropriate and legal response to illicit drug
activity is through law enforcement not military operations that endanger
civilians well and here here's the thing we want to know why the dod is scrambling on this why the FBI pushed
this to them so quickly to CID all the way up to the very top these are very very serious allegations yeah I mean
this is like un level opening an investigation type stuff into alleged
war crimes this is no joke it did happen yeah the ripple effect is going to be massive on this it did happen I think we

29th 2024 at 10:17 p.m. emailed through the
support desk on uh Shan row.com and by the way all these emails will be
posted on myx account Sean Ryan 762 and your ex account same
asore all right here's the message traffic hey man this is an active duty
sftm Sergeant out of 10th I want to blow the whistle on our activities in a
certain place I'm willing to sit down with you on the 31st and Flagstaff or do it remotely via phone
must be done before the 31st as I'll be leaving so we'll be sending this to the
FBI as well uh love your contact I'm also going to going to hit um some
people I know over there but I just you know these people don't always talk uh so I think it would be good to keep some
continuity here but so we did receive an email what was this guy's you deleted
the message the the burner account on there I did he told me to delete it and I did it's a common practice people get
spooked and they want it deleted so I do it for yeah I was going to throw that up there but there's tens of thousands of
messages in there yeah I mean it's very obvious why he did this I think he wanted to bring
Tesla Incident Theory
attention to the incident in 2019 that got covered up do you have any any
inside any any theories on this so we had a a running Theory downstairs I've seen all the conspiracies I've seen all
the questions about all right this guy is what 20y year Special Forces he just got done with Team Sergeant time he's a
he is a very qualified and very capable Green Beret uh everybody I've spoken
to who who knew the guy prior yesterday I spoke to several people to include his
his old team leader who's now Lieutenant Colonel said he was fine nothing out of place uh his his mental state was not
something that anybody was concerned about uh his ex-girlfriend posted uh photos of him bragging about how he got
a Tesla and all this other stuff so so stick with me here very capable guy but he loads the Tesla up a Tesla which Elon
Musk brags about being bulletproof right so this this is one of his his selling points it's bulletproof we even saw Joe
Rogan shoot an arrow at it and wasn't able to puncture this thing so he loads up a Tesla knowing that it's going to
you know not not explode like he wants it to with fireworks and and a bunch of other junk when he can make a Car Bomb
that's going to level this place here's what I think so the Pao the Army Pao is
saying that the body inside the cab did not match the DNA of his child all right
hm we ALS o know that there was no he he they said he was shot by a desert eagle
we know that there was no signature when it rolled up so nobody shot themselves when it rolled up to it you would have seen a large signature Mr guns in gear
he's on X he goes into this a lot in depth he's a Firearms expert and he talks about this there's no signature so
this is what happens you get a Tesla because you know it can drive itself up to the hotel the the Trump Tower you put
a body in it roll it up it's already burned up I
or it's already shot excuse me you don't want to kill anybody because that's not the message you're trying to send you're
not trying to level the Tower or kill a bunch of people so you loaded up with firearm or fireworks and a bunch of junk to send a
message and we know that his signal number or his signal safety number
changed that can't be done unless you're inside that signal account and a lot of
people conjecture was the FBI inside his signal account whatever else but what if he accidentally changed his safety
number goofed up there he rolled a body up in a Tesla specifically because a Tesla can drive itself up to the tower
and did what he did to send a message to expose his stuff and he's still alive out there somewhere well the other thing
question the other thing is maybe the FBI wasn't in his phone maybe I mean this guy's obviously very competent I
mean he was he's got a tssci clearance the polygraph it's been associated with
Us ack obviously he was on this operation in 2019 by the way the general in charge of that was General Miller
you'll see that in the email that we post on X later after this interview comes out you know maybe he changed his
number on purpose and switched phones because he obviously was tipped off or
or conducted his own counter surveillance and caught Homeland or FBI tracking him and so I think there's a
very good possibility that this that that Matthew livelsberger Might Be Still
Alive it checks as far as I can tell it checks all the blocks the Desert Eagle
you know the Desert Eagle I mean yeah a little over the top firearm
but if you think about it if he was going to kill himself or whoever was in that car was going to kill
them look if I was going to if I was going to commit suicide with a firearm I
would go with the biggest possible bullet caliber of bullet that I could to
make sure that it actually worked because I wouldn't want to be sitting there choking all over myself with a
[ __ ] 9 mil or something true so that is as far as I'm as far as I
know a 50 caliber Desert Eagle is the biggest handgun caliber that you can get
and so that that could play into this as well
but there's a lot going on was there something in that email again uh that
said that this would prevent World War III with the UAP well he didn't say it would prevent World War I but he was
asking that he said you need to elevate this to the media to the media so we avoid a World War because this is a
mutually assured destruction situation I wonder what he's trying to
do with these what he's trying to tell us with these
drones I oh man I I I hesitate to to even get into this realm because I have
Drone and UAP Concerns
no expertise in drones or let's just call it alien technology UFO technology
whatever's going on here but here's here's one thing that I talked about with the guys downstairs earlier uh
several weeks ago I don't know if you saw that video from it was a New Jersey sheriff or chief of police I can't remember which but he flew their own
drone up their own Department droneup to try to figure out what was going on so we had all these drone issues that were being cited off of New Jersey and
everything and what he commented on on video was uh how fast these things were he said we have we have a pretty robust
drone and they flew it up there to try to catch these drones were there and they just bam they were gone he said
there was no catching them never seen anything like it they don't even know
they have no idea what that could have been and so you have this this capability that is I guess in line with
what we hear about anti-gravity being and I don't know it makes you wonder
well you have the stuff with Ryan Graves and um is it Dan Dan favor Dave favor
Commander d faor the commander David favor uh who you know on the was it the
Nimitz was in the nimit strike group in 2004 yeah the nimit strike group in 2004
that that reported those uaps coming out of the water that uh had no propulsion system remember that but um you know and
it's interesting that nobody seems to know what the drones are and it just you know kind of disappeared out of the
media and you know and and the other thing is we do have the capability to
take these drones out well everybody was trying to figure out what the drones on I brought on uh a very prominent
businessman Joe Lonsdale who is the co-founder of a company called eparis
eparis is a they manufacture these directed EMP weapons that can take out
[Music] um a 100 drones at a time uh with with a
with a basically it sends out a simultaneous um different different uh
directed MP weapons brought him on he's also uh founder of paler big AI platform
that the military's been using sure uh that kind of revolutionized Warfare big fan so so we could have taken those
drones out in any moment in time in fact uh I know those are deployed
so um that could be so he had two objectives one he wanted definitely
wanted to bring light to 2019 that obviously affected uh his his code of
morale morals and and the drones yeah and he's
obviously very worried about World War III which I think everybody right now
but why why Trump Hotel why Las Vegas yeah I conjecture and speculation at
this point I couldn't even tell you you know I've heard I've heard both sides I've I've seen seen them finding posts
from his wife who's very allegedly I'm I'm not saying this I'm just saying what what has been put out on social media is
very anti-trump uh she has had a number of anti-trump posts and and then him who
his his family uh say are he a stalwart Patriot Trump supporter all these other
things which I guess if I had to yes just in the realm of conjecture again I
would say Trump Tower it it draws more media more Fanfare was this
assassination temp that kind of stuff so you get more press more media pulling into it because it is such a significant
uh namesake if you will but at the same time it was a fireworks display and very
little more and if I'm running with the theory that I proposed a little while ago he didn't want to hurt anybody he
wanted to send a message I mean it's very obviously look the guy's got great tradecraft you know I mean he changed
his signal number if that was him or his uh he whatever the contact number on
Signal um 20 plus year in Special Operations at the highest
level picked a car that's bulletproof to do this uh I think yeah they're
definitely wasn't Mass casualties he wasn't trying to hit Mash casualties Mass casualties because otherwise he he
he he would have done it at another location as well or the bomb would have been bigger to take the entire building
out and so so this definitely wasn't in my opinion this definitely
wasn't incompetence another thing to support this so you got the email he desperately
wanted to talk to you before December 31st he knew he knew beyond a shout out of a doubt January 1st was go day this
is nobody was pressuring him at the beginning of this email we see first of all I'm not under duress or hostile
influence or control okay so he says that he he reached out to you he was very emphatic that it had to be before
December 31st cuz he was doing this thing on January 1 for some reason that was a landmark day to him maybe it was
just because big big day for everybody January 1st but he was very emphatic that that was
the time and then the thing he was trying to do was
overall more than anything was get a message across on the biggest platforms
possible he was trying to talk to Pete SE Pete heg Seth why would you want to talk to the Secretary of Defense he's
trying to blow the whistle on these war crimes he's trying to say this thing happened man like I can't live with this
anymore he he need desperately needed to talk to you the biggest platform out there he needed to talk to Fox News I
need to get this message out that was his overall goal in everything else
everything I've seen I have not seen the intended goal was to kill himself or to
to create a mass casualty event it is to get this message out and how can I how can I do
that what is the biggest bang for my buck how can I get that done that's what
I'm seeing here yeah yeah it's a damn good
point wow wow do you think there was any correlation between him and the New
Orleans attack no I don't either I looked at all of that I looked at the posts I looked at the you know people
are scrambling for for news everybody wants to post something they want to be the guy on social media that posts
the the groundbreaking thing and I saw these connections to for brag and they deployed together at this time and great
so did half a million of the rest of us I was at Fort Brag oh man TI me a Delta
Force I must have been part of Delta Force and some S no I had nothing to do with them you know it's this nonsense
it's a big it's a big organization the Army is very large you're you're you're
picking things out and you're trying to make this a thing that that New Orleans guy was a staff sergeant who got out of
the active duty Army in 2015 and he was in the reserves until 2020 people are
saying in the last year he was radicalized I talked to multiple of his peers to include I'm going to be
very very careful with this former leadership I'm not going to give what Echelon they were at former
leadership of his there was no indication at all back then that he was radicalized he didn't say R and I've
seen the posts I saw several people who were say well we have confirmed posts that he was saying radical as things I
don't believe it because nobody he worked with confirmed that they said no we had no indication that he was like
this and if you talk to people now they said in the last year he was radicalized he started taking on these more radical
teachings of Islam and everything else and he had this he he fell into financial hardship and all these other
things so you're telling me this guy who was a former former 42 Alpha S1 guy
Human Resources pushes your paper and then an IT guy 25 Bravo is somehow connect Ed
to a Green Beret team Sergeant out of 10th no well also they found an Isis
Flag in New Orleans which they didn't find any of that here I think that might have been just some silliness on his
part trying to take on some kind of Islamic Banner of of jihad I I I would
conjecture to all conjecture say that that is likely he has no affiliations to
Isis but you know I wonder I don't really believe in
coincidences you know and both of these explosion happened in the same day or or
the both of these attacks whatever you want to call them happened on the same day the attack and the the explosion
which obviously wasn't meant to be in attack that's fair and I don't believe in coincidences either normally but I
look at a landmark day like January 1st and I think what better day any day I'm going to do a thing January 1st yeah and
I think I think possibly old boy in New Orleans had help
I I don't think that he could have done all the spotting and surveying and assessing himself he would have likely had to at least had a spotter to to say
yeah you're good to go maybe but I think that's plausible um but other than that
I have a hard time making that connection you know this email I wonder who else he reached out to this came in
from Dabber GMB or MLB at protonmail.com so he was
even using an encrypted email service but which I think everybody everybody in
intelligence and Special Operations knows what proton mail is yeah I would
imagine if Joe Rogan Fox News name some other big names out there scrub their
emails right now they could probably find a message from this guy yeah he came to me cuz I'm like d-list media I'm
the guy who has kind of a platform on social media but I'm not big time but I can kind of get things to the big time
every once in a while if it's a big enough story and that's what he was hoping for he was just throwing mud at the wall trying to get somebody to get
his message out well it's going to be big time now yeah but is there anything
else we need to cover that you can think of
Jeremy did you want to go into the other item we talked about in the in the the
right over here this morning oh the M can I say it yes yeah
the man pads well I'm unfamiliar all right so I'm saying this with you can you can
decide to use this or cut it out there was there was uh this is this is hard to work with
because keep in mind let me give some background on this I'm an intelligence analyst and I've spent a long many years
validating sources taking information in putting it back out tell my human mentors hey this Source this is valid
let's you know give him a rating of this do this this this recommendations so we can we can identify good sources in the
field that give us information and we can say yes this is a you know an a source versus you know an F6 this is
just garbage somebody got paid for something I still work in intelligence I'm an intelligence officer I work for a
nonprofit We we uh Remnant Ministries out of Texas in fact the the website is
in my bio onx um I work with Dr I work for Dr Pete Chambers Green Beret um and
we were involved in counterhuman trafficking along with uh just providing
Ministry to all kinds of stuff border operations
re most recently we've been involved in West North Carolina a great deal and uh we we had some confirmed reporting
through two solid sources um and this is where I have to be very
iffy and I told him in the car and he can tell you offline I cannot say this on the air but we had two solid sources
Iranian Missiles and Border Security
One South of the Border and then one from an element within our own government that confirmed independently
of each other that some uh iranian-made man pads so surfaced air missiles had
come across the border we had the location and everything else well doc
that's that's what he goes by doc Chambers he put this out on a podcast and I I was very emphatic like this is
not stuff that I like to put on social media I'm an Intel guy by trade I this stuff is not for social media
consumption we got this the Secret Service we did the the whole the whole gamut and got everything pushed to them
and that's why Trump was pushing a lot of this stuff out when he was because we had told the Secret Service and they had the reporting and everything else
but we we have not to my knowledge have not
recovered those man pads now I'm not I'm not privy to that but what I do know we have
done is we have apprehended the couriers on a second run of theirs and we have
local law enforcement got together with federal law enforcement and and rolled up the safe house and I will not say
that on on this show but they rolled up the safe house where it was and we have since identified what that that issue
was on the border um now let me let me let me let me just where did they come
through they came through and act ual point of entry in a legal point of entry
uh along the border I'd have to I'd have to pull up the original reporting but uh we had the the
actual so we now have Iranian missiles who knows how many inside the United
States that that is not something you're going to see in a lot of places I didn't like I said I didn't even want to talk
about it it was one of those things where I was just amplifying what he was putting out already cuz I was like man I
don't know about putting this out but it was it was something found was was pertinent because at the time uh Trump
was still campaigning he was flying around and there was the the reports were their intent was to take down Trump's airplane so at the time Secret
Service switched things up a bit and uh allegedly from what I've told they they started flying him around on Charters
for a while until they could identify and kind of mitigate that threat but that was that was the reporting stream
that was coming out of the time feds handled it off my
plate you know I mean I'm with you on not releasing certain things on social
media I understand that but on the other way on the other hand it seems to be the only way to demand any type of
accountability or get this and and and force FBI Homeland whoever else is
involved to dive into this [ __ ] and actually take part that's what we've been doing here on the show with Scott
man uh retired lieutenant colonel Green Beret Sarah Adams former agency targeter
uh we brought brought on Legend who's an Army intelligence guy who goes by Legend cuz he doesn't want to reveal his name
cuz he still is very involved and we even went all the way to Vienna to to interview
Commander massud uh the leader of the the the national resistance front in
Afghanistan and you know we we we've been talking about this stuff for a year a year we
got it to Congress uh Congressman out of uh Knoxville Tennessee Tim burett sent
the bill up it's literally about about we need to stop funding the Taliban $40
to 87 million a week the Taliban has set up multiple NOS within Afghanistan and
basically what we're doing is sending loads of cash to NOS that the Taliban
had set up we're funding our own demise and nobody's [ __ ] paying attention
nobody's paying attention we tried to get it in the media we got a little bit of hits most of them were um uh from
from outside the US we had uh uh a report around in India kind of cover it
but we've been warning about what's happening for damn near a year now Sarah
first came on I believe it was October of 2023 was the first interview
and nobody took it seriously now we have the New Orleans attack we have we have
Iranian missiles we have these invisible bombs do you know about the invisible bombs so now that now these terrorist
organizations have developed invisible bombs that will get through metal detectors any kind of screening device
that that's out there and they brag about this and now we just did a Twitter spaces with Sarah Adams and they are now
bragging that that what we know about the invisible bomb it's now even more advanced than it was before so that
means they can get this into stadiums they can get this into airports they can get this pretty much anywhere they want
because you cannot detect it that's that's scary yeah great so you know uh
for the people out there you know look there's no stoping what's here you cannot stop this nope you can't
roll it back put in the bottle we have already in here we have sleeper cells we're already getting reports
that we're already getting reports that um I just lost my train of thought oh
we're already getting some reports that there may be a bit more involved in the Louisiana New Orleans attack that
they're not releasing we also I I'll tell you this um there's a a group of
people flying around and and basically briefing up different departments
Governors about what's coming how to deal with it in their communities there
are deputies in New Orleans who put in requests for training on how to take
care of a threat like this and those [ __ ] request requests were denied
they were denied and so what I basically want to say is it's going to be a bloody 2025 I
Call to Action for Community Safety
think that's very obvious and so for those of you that are looking for something to do and and if if if finally
come to the realization that our government is failing us here's what you need to do you need to get with your
local communities you need to especially schools schools are very vulnerable no
matter how many no matter how many active Shooters we have in the schools
the the the infrastructure that's been put in which is minimal To None a lot of
schools still have none you better start holding your schools accountable and you better start raising hell and having
them upgrade security no matter what the cost because no matter what the cost is it's not going to it's it's not going to
amount to the loss of life that that we will potentially see uh throughout the United States and so
and start calling your congressmen get these guys to do something start calling
your senators get these guys to do something they have been warned for over
a year that this is coming and nobody wants to to take it seriously nobody
wants to take it seriously we contacted the house of Foreign Affairs committee they did like a zoom
call a zoom call yeah that's just just for a little media hit our government is
failing us and so it's in our hands now it's your kids it's your wife it's your
husband it's your parents that are going to pay the price for what we have installed in this country
and it's it's it's now up to us because they aren't going to do anything so on

Sam shoemate welcome to the show man appreciate it thank you I'm nervous about this one yeah me
too I'm really nervous about this one so yesterday come into to work and our
stuff's been exploding because of the Sarah Adams uh had Sarah Adams Scott Man legend did an interview with massud kind
of warning everybody about there going to be a lot of terrorism here in 2025
didn't take long Jan one it hit and uh you know it's interesting we couldn't get any mainstream media uh Outlets to
pay attention to those interviews and and nobody would really give Sarah a voice now everybody wants to give Sarah
a voice because oh guess what the [ __ ] CIA targeter was actually right mainstream media gave her no attention
so that's been going crazy I come in yesterday and for an interview the
first thing I do is talk to my producer Jeremy and he says that he's been in
contact with you and that you had received some type of
Manifesto or or email from the Green Beret that set off the carbomb at Trump
Hotel in Las Vegas right jump in an interview and come out my phone is blown
up apparently CID Army C which is how would you describe it's like the it's
FBI light they are federal agents but yeah they the Army's FBI yeah I get all
these messages from these people that say c is talking to this person and that
person and one of these guys on the list is still still operational and they want
his name redacted and every Green Beret I know is texting
me about this [ __ ] really freaked me out man it was like well how how did
this leak who's tracking my [ __ ] phone all that kind of stuff so actually
so I I just want to say thank you for being here because I was uh he's dropping in on that conversation you had
with Jeremy and um and um this a big story man this is big it is real big and
um so thank you for being here I appreciate it thank you ...
but uh all right let's dive into it this is going to be kind of tough I didn't have uh like I said I was interviewing
yesterday so we're kind of winging it here but so before we jump in I just want to
say a couple things about today and we're not we're not necessarily
validating what came in on that email there's some pretty alarming stuff that
that came out in the email about the Drone that we're seeing on the east coast and some capabilities that China
has some capabilities that we have um some some activity that went on in
Afghanistan in 2019 uh which actually we do have news
reports that that is valid a lot of this stuff actually really lines up um but we
can't give it 100% credibility I think you would agree with that as an intelligence analyst 100% And then
additionally there are a few names too I believe that
we are redacting um from this because they are still operational and uh as
much as I would love to release those names uh we're going to we're going to we're not going to do it so that those
guys can remain uh undercover and um and not not burn their entire operation of
what they're into right now and there was one more thing um I
want to give a little background on you retired from the Army in 2023 as a CW
cw2 intelligence officer and understand the information war in 2020 you were
still on active duty you started a social media account where you intended to share memes and
gifs despite your intentions the account grew into what is what it is today
you've developed what is the account's name it's an Instagram account goes by terminal cwo terminal cwo
you've developed a robust network of service members across the Department of Defense who trust you with their reports
of unethical and in some cases illegal behavior from their leaders you expose
the unethical and illegal Behavior while protecting whistleblowers in order to hold military leaders accountable which
is why you receive the email from the Green Beret and because of your background you come across wild
information all the time you're here today because of an email you received from Matthew
The Shocking Email
livelsberger a couple of days before the Cyber truck bombing at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas you'll
also be able to discuss what you know about the terrorists who conducted the New Orleans attack did I miss
anything no that pretty that sums it up yeah I'll give I'll give a background on on why that's significant so your
viewers understand how this came into my into my inbox perfect uh one other thing
that I just wanted to say to the audience is even though we are redacting these names uh from the episode you pass
that I believe you passed that email on to the FBI yes we're also going to pass it on to our contacts at the FBI it's
very obvious that people know it uh like I said the the the C has been telling everybody in fact we talked to Jeremy
who's sitting over there my producer me him and uh my attorney Tim parator uh we
up till about 10:30 last night talking to
the what Chief of Staff the Army Chief of Staff PA the Army chief of staff's Poa uh took a major interest in this as
well and you know one of the things that he said maybe should I'll wait till later to bring that up but
he I don't know I don't trust any of these people I mean public affairs officers are are there to I'll keep my
mouth on create yeah create
uh AO is is there to protect the command yeah 100% nothing else yeah they're not
there to shed transparency on anything they are there to protect the command let's recreate what the uh what the
story is but and you know what's interesting [ __ ] it I'm just going to
say it you know what he said he goes on the call he said I didn't talk to him I didn't want
to talk to him but uh but uh so add them talk to him he said
between me and you guys this guy's this guy's DNA didn't match his
son and and made it sound like it's some big secret then at 9:34 p.m. uh I saw I
think it was 9:34 p.m the New York Post had a headline that said that this guy's
so they're trying to make it sound like this guy did this because maybe he found out the sun wasn't his but there's a lot
more to the story as you'll find out so yeah so let's go to you Sam how did let
tell me how you got the email all right so for context I've run this account for the last four and a half years there
have been people in and out writing articles and different stuff and just investigations some big some small just
trying to keep accountability in the military but developed a robust Network within the military all branches and
people feed into this and send me messages in here and there nothing ever like this has ever come in but I get a I
get a well it started off as comments so when when you have a big Instagram account you're going to miss a lot of
messages because people message and they'll go to hidden messages and everything else you miss a lot of stuff well I kept seeing this comment on
recent posts that I put in there and was from this this burner account said hey check your DMs check your DMs check your
DMs so I go in there and try to find it there's no message from this guy hadn't come through or whatever and then he
messages again once that message was opened up and I said hey your previous messages haven't come through what what
do you want to tell me and he said what I'm going to send you now this these are literally his words what I'm going to send you is going to change the course
of humanity that was his phrase change the course of humanity okay little bit dramatic I get
these messages all the time people have this big story they want to tell they want to expose their command whatever it's I take everything with a grain of
salt until I have evidence and proof so this guy is insistent he tells me he tells me that he is a 18 Zulu who I've
spoken to before and he really needs to get this stuff to me and then he talks about you he says I need you to get me
in contact with Shawn Ryan I'm like dude I don't know Shawn Ryan I'm I'm not that big but he's insistent that I get him
diverted to Media sources says go to Fox News whatever else I say all right tell me what you got so I give him my proton
email account give him my signal signal number and uh he reaches out immediately
The Manifesto
and I'm going to read this initial message for you because this is doesn't have names or anything else on it but this was his message on Sunday um he
reached out and said like I said Sunday this last Sunday he said Sending with a VPN active on Wi-Fi
only do not message me I will send out updates via both signal and email but trust me you're going to want to be
involved well first of all no I don't I didn't want to be involved anyways um and then so I didn't
I didn't message I I responded back to his original Instagram Instagram message and I said hey I got your message on
proton mail and he said cool delete this so I deleted it
that's how I ended up getting this message on Tuesday so the message that this this right here this Manifesto if
you want to call it that came in on Tuesday and when I started reading this my initial take was okay this is
off the deep end it's Bonkers I can't validate or verify any of the stuff in
this Manifesto and I told him that in a subsequent email and I'll I'll read that
to you later my response to him and once again my response to him elicited hey get me in contact with Shan Ryan Fox
News and he even said Pete Heth give me in contact with heg Seath and I'm like dude I I don't have the incoming
Secretary of defense's phone number sorry bro that's the last time I talked to him so yesterday morning what date
was that that was Tuesday Tu that this Tuesday so we're Friday now that was 3
days ago so the day before 30th yeah the day before the attack I just missed the
stuff out of hand the 31st who's the 31st yes in fact I posted something on
my I told your producer about this as well but this was a post I made on Twitter I was just trying to be humorous
off the cuff it was it didn't mean anything about it it was I was just being humorous for my
audience I said my inbox was especially eventful today allegations of war crimes government anti-gravity technology and
fears about being tracked and watched by the feds it's always the world is ending and I have this information that needs
to get to the media and never how you doing brother everything all right I was just playing off of a meme just it was
just supposed to be a joke that was the body of his email that he sent me and I didn't think anything about it I didn't
know who Matt Berg was Matt liberg or anything else he told me who he was in the email he pointed me to his LinkedIn
account I didn't know any of this stuff and I was just kind of being humorous with my audience like I get these crazy messages sometime and then the day after
that message I wake up and my was like hey Sam nobody in the community seems to know this guy do you do you happen to
know who he is and I played that for you before we came up here just absolute shock that's how I woke up yesterday do
you want to play it now yeah excuse my language
um I was I was definitely in shock let me find this this chat
so uh now while you're digging through that you know what we should do I should get
that Instagram account from you to see if they messaged any of our Instagram accounts and we should also get that
email address deleted it you deleted it he told me to delete it and I deleted it okay yeah we should also get that email
address and see if they sent it into the sent it in through the website and see if he tried to contact us get that to
get that to the FBI so I'm in a I'm in a military they actually do something yeah I'm in a
military group chat buddy greenber Corey he says at Sam no nobody I've asked in
the community knows him you is that 84 8 46 a.m. yesterday so I woke up and I said o f
I'm shaking this guy emailed me two days ago I'm not playing and then he said damn and then this was my response to
him at 8:48 like just woke up dud I'm [ __ ] shaking bro you you don't
understand this guy emailed me and told me he was being watched by the FBI and Homeland Security but they weren't going
to do anything to him because he had a vbid I'm not [ __ ] playing dude I have the email I am shaking man this is this
is nuts and it goes from there and and I I
sat there for probably an hour talking to my wife I'm shaking I I can't even think straight like normal day shot and
I didn't know what I want to do do I sit on this do I do nothing with they I I've got to tell somebody I've got to tell
the FBI at least because this is huge this is all over the news and then I was like well dude this guy wanted to get in
contact with Shawn Ryan so let me get this to Shawn Ryan see with him and I had a buddy who knew your producer and
we went from there but wow wow do you want to read the man the the
email yep so this email came in on December 31st at 10:42 a.m. that is
Tuesday he said in case I do not make it to my decision point or on to the Mexico border I am sending this now please do
not release this until 1 January and keep my identity private until then first off I'm not under Direct or
hostile influence or control my first car was a 2006 black Ford Mustang V6 for
verification what we have been seeing with drones he puts that in quotes he says drones is the operational use of
Unveiling the Gravitic Propulsion System
gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China in the east coast but throughout history the us
only we and China have this capability our opson that's Operation Center our
opson location for this activity in the in it is in the box below China has been
launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years but this activity recently is picked up as of now it is
just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they use the balloon for Sig and ISR which are also part of
the integrated Comm system there are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time the so what is because of
the speed and stealth of these unmanned aircraft they are the most dangerous threat to National Security that has ever existed they basically have an
unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the White House if they wanted it's Checkmate US Government needs to
give the history of this how we are employing it and weaponizing it how China is employing them and what they
and what the way forward is China is poised to attack anywhere in the east
coast I've been followed for over a week now from likely Homeland or FBI and they are looking to to move on me and are
unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico but won't because they know I am armed and I have a massive V bid let me
pause right there for a second so he says a massive V bid when I was talking to the FBI yesterday they didn't know what a v bid was I had to explain what
that acronym meant literally you [ __ ] serious dead serious I said it twice and he goes you said that word vbid can you
tell me what that is for your audience a vbid for your audience who has not been in the guat for the last 20 years a vbit
is a vehicle born improvised explosive device in layman's terms a Car Bomb what
we saw at Trump Tower so backing up he says I am ared armed and have a massive
vbid I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally
tracking me here's where it gets into the other stuff and this is where we had to redact the names well your producer redacted
the names I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during air strikes in Nim ruse Province Afghanistan in 2019 by the
Admin DOD DEA and CIA I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125
buildings 65 were struck because of civcast that's civilian casualties that killed hundreds of civilians in a single
day us fora continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR it was
supposed to take 6 minutes and scramble all aircraft in sycom the UN basically called these war crimes but the
administration made them disappear I was part of that cover up with us us fora an agent redacted of the DEA so I don't
know if my abduction attempt is related to either I worked with redacted IO
staff on this as well as the response to Bala mgab redacted Commander at the time
redacted can validate this you need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a
World War because this is a mutually assured destruction situation then he says for vetting my LinkedIn is Matt
Berg or Matthew livelsberger an active duty 18 Zulu out of 1110 that's first Battalion 10 Special Forces Group my
profile is public I have an active tssci with UAP usap access what is usap do you
you know what that is I don't know what that is but I checked his credentials on LinkedIn so that was the first thing I did I went to his LinkedIn page first
thing I noticed was all of his Bona feeds were in were in place he has all the uas training from usao and
everything else and so I said okay at least the guy knows what he's talking about with drones that was a very rough
dig into the guy but my issue was I couldn't validate or verify any of this information and told him that and how I
responded to him was in a subsequent email I said I said this is obviously a very big
deal but I don't have anything to verify this information with talking about gravitic propulsion systems without
evidence just makes me another UFO talking head like I'm not going to go on my social media page and start talking
about UFOs and yeah anti-gravity systems and everything I don't I don't know what you're talking about I can't and he said
can I get on FOX News contact on Signal as well as Shan show heg Seth would be good too that was was his last message
to me wow yeah you know the thing is what is a gravitic propulsion
system to be honest with you it is a it is a fancy term you're going to find in science fiction you won't find it in any
as as far as I know you won't find this in any kind of official manual or you know scientific
research this is all science fiction so but what struck me is his use what
strikes me now not then but what strikes me now is his use of a very specific term that nobody else call it if you
asked me I would say an anti-gravity propulsion system that's how I would describe it cuz I don't know this stuff
he said gravitic propulsion system we looked that up last night too and all we could find was was same thing science
fiction type stuff but you know there are some things that line up one is like I mentioned well let's talk about the
Connecting the Dots
guy's story obviously he had a vbid obviously he was uh in the military and
and and the thing that he was talking about in 2019 um we pulled a report this is from
October 9th 2019 un report find alleged
drug facilities were not lawful Target air strikes caused and caused significant civilian
casualties the United Nations Special Report which examines the impact on civilians of the United States air
strikes on alleged drug processing facilities on 5 May 2019 in Afghanistan
determines the operation caused a large number of Civilian casualties the report also examines the legal framework of
applicable to this incident in June 2019 the UN assistance
mission in Afghanistan together with representatives of the Afghan of the
Afghanistan independent Human Rights Commission conducted a site visit to areas impacted by the strikes in Farah
Province Baka District as part of its extensive fact finding into the 5 May
incident the UN verified 39 civilian casualties among them 14 children one
woman from multiple air strikes on more than 60 sites that the United States Afghanistan identified as drug
production facilities in Baka district and in parts of neighboring delaram
District of nimra Province moreover the UN is working to
verify pred credible reports of at least 37 additional civilian casualties the
majority of whom were women and children although air strikes on the alleged drug processing facilities had taken place
before this was the first time that unama had received reports of large
number of Civilian casualties resulting from such an operation and it goes on
I'm not going to read all this we'll link the we'll link the article here but
so that 100% l lines up the other thing you know that that really struck me is
like I had mentioned after our phone call jumped in an interview after the
interview checked my phone and I had several Green Berets former Green Berets
one still active actually I'm just going to say it was uh Tim Kennedy um sent me
a message late last night about 900 p.m. and said hey the I should have brought
my phone up here but hey basically that the the usak wants to give me more
context on what had happened on on this guy and so first I wasn't going to take
the call cuz I don't like I don't trust the government anymore I don't think anybody does um but I was on the phone
with my producer um who was a naval service Warfare officer and uh my
attorney uh Tim parori they said we should talk to him so I called
Tim was really pissed off uh reamed his ass about it and then later apologized
but you know I think you said You' mentioned that nobody you had received a message from somebody that says nobody's
heard of this guy Tim sent me a picture of him working shooting with this guy
and uh I don't know if I should release that photo or not but um Tim Tim
basically told me this so I got the Po's number the public affairs officer sent it to uh Jeremy and Tim he talked to
them and what they wanted us to know was that this guy was an upstanding Soldier
an excellent operator was moving on uh was was moving towards retirement and
moving on to to basically enhance the future of warfare they wanted us to know
that then the PA officer uh sounds like like almost jokingly said which I don't
know why you would joke about this said that oh and between
us which why the [ __ ] would a POA officer say between us I mean if they
didn't want us to know that information and they just wouldn't have told us that uh but they wanted us to know obviously
that the DNA with his with with his supposed child uh was not a match and so
I think what they were trying trying to do is basically make this out to be oh this is why this happened he he got bad
news that that's not his his child and so that's why he did it but with all the
other context especially with the 2019 incident which was obviously a coverup
um I think that has a major role in this the other thing is I started receiving a
lot of messages uh from one of the redacted names who's a DEA agent the one
that he's talking about in the in the email to you we got it from multiple sources one
of which was actually a videographer for me I think four years ago he worked for
me a very short period of time uh I had to let him go he went to he joined the
army went to OCS became an army officer sent me a text super freaked out
apparently he was on some rafting trip with somebody that knows the DEA officer
and said hey this guy's still operational he wants his name redacted
wow not the only one then I received a message from another uh very close friend of mine um who's been on the show
several times saying that he got word that this guy was still operational and
so that's why we decided to redact his name I was getting upset because we
didn't I didn't receive any communication up to that point well then I checked my LinkedIn I said let me see if this guy
actually messaged me sure as [ __ ] that DEA agent did message me said that he
wanted to talk to me before tomorrow's interview it was really important w we
tried to contact him not from my phone I'm not calling any of these people but
uh from somebody else's phone he didn't pick up and um we weren't going to send any text thread uh to show any
communication between us um any more than the LinkedIn message and I didn't hit him on LinkedIn so that also 100%
checks out now the weird thing is is anonymous as this guy wants to remain if
I remember correctly he posted something about the Green Beret that that
that off yeah that was his latest post what Jeremy what was it what did it post
and it was just a report of the story it was just yeah it was just a report of the story so very interesting how all this stuff
is lining up what do you what do you think I I told the guys down this
downstairs you know I I jokingly said this to my wife the day that I got that email cuz I read the email to
her you all have heard the email now you you realize without context of who this
person is how just crazy it sounds and I I told her I said well I mean I guess if
the dude ends up getting rolled up by the feds or he gets killed we uh we got a story
huh man famous last words right yeah that's uh so I looked at and I want to
give context on one of the things I saw this I saw this going around on social media people were saying that his signal
chat his safety number changed I don't know if you saw this on X but it was all over X apparently his safety number on
Signal change he messaged me on Signal so I went on there to look myself to see if it changed and sure enough it had on
FBI and CID Involvement
January 1st after the bombing after he was dead his safety number
changed that's all he sent me he said initial contact and I gave a thumbs up and his safety number changed at the
bottom look at that that's after he's dead I I don't know enough about signal
to know why that would happen somebody has to have manipulated that though and messed with it somebody had to have been
in his account after the fact and done something for that to have changed what did the FBI say when you contacted
him not a lot I gave him I gave him the story on what went down
um was very over the top telling them hey I am being transparent in every way I you
know feel free to contact me at any time this is my address my name this is why he contacted me this is my social media
page this is any reason why this could have happened why I this got dumped on me this is the information they took it
they were gracious they were nice to talk to mind you I had to explain what a vbid was which was disheartening because
you're the FBI but that's that's another issue altogether but um nothing beyond
that they said thank you and we'll be in touch if we have any further questions well they definitely got in touch with c
yeah they did because that went all the way to the top of the army and you know
I I'm going to dig in a little bit on more on this uh report from 2019 however according to International humanitarian
law including International customary law facilities that contribute economically or financially to the war
effort or of a party to a conflict are considered civilian objectives the
report jointly produced by UNM unama and
the UN Human Rights office concludes that the drug facilities associated with workers may not
lawfully may not be lawfully made the target of attack and should be protected the United United Nations maintains that
considering these objectives and individuals legitimate targets dangerously erode the fundamental
principle of Distinction placing the broader civilian prop population and infrastructure at risk the report sets
out a number of recommendations including including that the appropriate and legal response to illicit drug
activity is through law enforcement not military operations that endanger
civilians well and here here's the thing we want to know why the dod is scrambling on this why the FBI pushed
this to them so quickly to CID all the way up to the very top these are very very serious allegations yeah I mean
this is like un level opening an investigation type stuff into alleged
war crimes this is no joke it did happen yeah the ripple effect is going to be massive on this it did happen I think we

sftm Sergeant out of 10th I want to blow the whistle on our activities in a
certain place I'm willing to sit down with you on the 31st and Flagstaff or do it remotely via phone
must be done before the 31st as I'll be leaving so we'll be sending this to the
FBI as well uh love your contact I'm also going to going to hit um some
people I know over there but I just you know these people don't always talk uh so I think it would be good to keep some
continuity here but so we did receive an email what was this guy's you deleted
the message the the burner account on there I did he told me to delete it and I did it's a common practice people get
spooked and they want it deleted so I do it for yeah I was going to throw that up there but there's tens of thousands of
messages in there yeah I mean it's very obvious why he did this I think he wanted to bring
Tesla Incident Theory
attention to the incident in 2019 that got covered up do you have any any
inside any any theories on this so we had a a running Theory downstairs I've seen all the conspiracies I've seen all
the questions about all right this guy is what 20y year Special Forces he just got done with Team Sergeant time he's a
he is a very qualified and very capable Green Beret uh everybody I've spoken
to who who knew the guy prior yesterday I spoke to several people to include his
his old team leader who's now Lieutenant Colonel said he was fine nothing out of place uh his his mental state was not
something that anybody was concerned about uh his ex-girlfriend posted uh photos of him bragging about how he got
a Tesla and all this other stuff so so stick with me here very capable guy but he loads the Tesla up a Tesla which Elon
Musk brags about being bulletproof right so this this is one of his his selling points it's bulletproof we even saw Joe
Rogan shoot an arrow at it and wasn't able to puncture this thing so he loads up a Tesla knowing that it's going to
you know not not explode like he wants it to with fireworks and and a bunch of other junk when he can make a Car Bomb
that's going to level this place here's what I think so the Pao the Army Pao is
saying that the body inside the cab did not match the DNA of his child all right
hm we ALS o know that there was no he he they said he was shot by a desert eagle
we know that there was no signature when it rolled up so nobody shot themselves when it rolled up to it you would have seen a large signature Mr guns in gear
he's on X he goes into this a lot in depth he's a Firearms expert and he talks about this there's no signature so
this is what happens you get a Tesla because you know it can drive itself up to the hotel the the Trump Tower you put
a body in it roll it up it's already burned up I
or it's already shot excuse me you don't want to kill anybody because that's not the message you're trying to send you're
not trying to level the Tower or kill a bunch of people so you loaded up with firearm or fireworks and a bunch of junk to send a
message and we know that his signal number or his signal safety number
changed that can't be done unless you're inside that signal account and a lot of
people conjecture was the FBI inside his signal account whatever else but what if he accidentally changed his safety
number goofed up there he rolled a body up in a Tesla specifically because a Tesla can drive itself up to the tower
and did what he did to send a message to expose his stuff and he's still alive out there somewhere well the other thing
question the other thing is maybe the FBI wasn't in his phone maybe I mean this guy's obviously very competent I
mean he was he's got a tssci clearance the polygraph it's been associated with
Us ack obviously he was on this operation in 2019 by the way the general in charge of that was General Miller
you'll see that in the email that we post on X later after this interview comes out you know maybe he changed his
number on purpose and switched phones because he obviously was tipped off or
or conducted his own counter surveillance and caught Homeland or FBI tracking him and so I think there's a
very good possibility that this that that Matthew livelsberger Might Be Still
Alive it checks as far as I can tell it checks all the blocks the Desert Eagle
you know the Desert Eagle I mean yeah a little over the top firearm
but if you think about it if he was going to kill himself or whoever was in that car was going to kill
them look if I was going to if I was going to commit suicide with a firearm I
would go with the biggest possible bullet caliber of bullet that I could to
make sure that it actually worked because I wouldn't want to be sitting there choking all over myself with a
[ __ ] 9 mil or something true so that is as far as I'm as far as I
know a 50 caliber Desert Eagle is the biggest handgun caliber that you can get
and so that that could play into this as well
but there's a lot going on was there something in that email again uh that
said that this would prevent World War III with the UAP well he didn't say it would prevent World War I but he was
asking that he said you need to elevate this to the media to the media so we avoid a World War because this is a
mutually assured destruction situation I wonder what he's trying to
do with these what he's trying to tell us with these
drones I oh man I I I hesitate to to even get into this realm because I have
Drone and UAP Concerns
no expertise in drones or let's just call it alien technology UFO technology
whatever's going on here but here's here's one thing that I talked about with the guys downstairs earlier uh
several weeks ago I don't know if you saw that video from it was a New Jersey sheriff or chief of police I can't remember which but he flew their own
drone up their own Department droneup to try to figure out what was going on so we had all these drone issues that were being cited off of New Jersey and
everything and what he commented on on video was uh how fast these things were he said we have we have a pretty robust
drone and they flew it up there to try to catch these drones were there and they just bam they were gone he said
there was no catching them never seen anything like it they don't even know
they have no idea what that could have been and so you have this this capability that is I guess in line with
what we hear about anti-gravity being and I don't know it makes you wonder
well you have the stuff with Ryan Graves and um is it Dan Dan favor Dave favor
Commander d faor the commander David favor uh who you know on the was it the
Nimitz was in the nimit strike group in 2004 yeah the nimit strike group in 2004
that that reported those uaps coming out of the water that uh had no propulsion system remember that but um you know and
it's interesting that nobody seems to know what the drones are and it just you know kind of disappeared out of the
media and you know and and the other thing is we do have the capability to
take these drones out well everybody was trying to figure out what the drones on I brought on uh a very prominent
businessman Joe Lonsdale who is the co-founder of a company called eparis
eparis is a they manufacture these directed EMP weapons that can take out
[Music] um a 100 drones at a time uh with with a
with a basically it sends out a simultaneous um different different uh
directed MP weapons brought him on he's also uh founder of paler big AI platform
that the military's been using sure uh that kind of revolutionized Warfare big fan so so we could have taken those
drones out in any moment in time in fact uh I know those are deployed
so um that could be so he had two objectives one he wanted definitely
wanted to bring light to 2019 that obviously affected uh his his code of
morale morals and and the drones yeah and he's
obviously very worried about World War III which I think everybody right now
but why why Trump Hotel why Las Vegas yeah I conjecture and speculation at
this point I couldn't even tell you you know I've heard I've heard both sides I've I've seen seen them finding posts
from his wife who's very allegedly I'm I'm not saying this I'm just saying what what has been put out on social media is
very anti-trump uh she has had a number of anti-trump posts and and then him who
his his family uh say are he a stalwart Patriot Trump supporter all these other
things which I guess if I had to yes just in the realm of conjecture again I
would say Trump Tower it it draws more media more Fanfare was this
assassination temp that kind of stuff so you get more press more media pulling into it because it is such a significant
uh namesake if you will but at the same time it was a fireworks display and very
little more and if I'm running with the theory that I proposed a little while ago he didn't want to hurt anybody he
wanted to send a message I mean it's very obviously look the guy's got great tradecraft you know I mean he changed
his signal number if that was him or his uh he whatever the contact number on
Signal um 20 plus year in Special Operations at the highest
level picked a car that's bulletproof to do this uh I think yeah they're
definitely wasn't Mass casualties he wasn't trying to hit Mash casualties Mass casualties because otherwise he he
he he would have done it at another location as well or the bomb would have been bigger to take the entire building
out and so so this definitely wasn't in my opinion this definitely
wasn't incompetence another thing to support this so you got the email he desperately
wanted to talk to you before December 31st he knew he knew beyond a shout out of a doubt January 1st was go day this
is nobody was pressuring him at the beginning of this email we see first of all I'm not under duress or hostile
influence or control okay so he says that he he reached out to you he was very emphatic that it had to be before
December 31st cuz he was doing this thing on January 1 for some reason that was a landmark day to him maybe it was
just because big big day for everybody January 1st but he was very emphatic that that was
the time and then the thing he was trying to do was
overall more than anything was get a message across on the biggest platforms
possible he was trying to talk to Pete SE Pete heg Seth why would you want to talk to the Secretary of Defense he's
trying to blow the whistle on these war crimes he's trying to say this thing happened man like I can't live with this
anymore he he need desperately needed to talk to you the biggest platform out there he needed to talk to Fox News I
need to get this message out that was his overall goal in everything else
everything I've seen I have not seen the intended goal was to kill himself or to
to create a mass casualty event it is to get this message out and how can I how can I do
that what is the biggest bang for my buck how can I get that done that's what
I'm seeing here yeah yeah it's a damn good
point wow wow do you think there was any correlation between him and the New
Orleans attack no I don't either I looked at all of that I looked at the posts I looked at the you know people
are scrambling for for news everybody wants to post something they want to be the guy on social media that posts
the the groundbreaking thing and I saw these connections to for brag and they deployed together at this time and great
so did half a million of the rest of us I was at Fort Brag oh man TI me a Delta
Force I must have been part of Delta Force and some S no I had nothing to do with them you know it's this nonsense
it's a big it's a big organization the Army is very large you're you're you're
picking things out and you're trying to make this a thing that that New Orleans guy was a staff sergeant who got out of
the active duty Army in 2015 and he was in the reserves until 2020 people are
saying in the last year he was radicalized I talked to multiple of his peers to include I'm going to be
very very careful with this former leadership I'm not going to give what Echelon they were at former
leadership of his there was no indication at all back then that he was radicalized he didn't say R and I've
seen the posts I saw several people who were say well we have confirmed posts that he was saying radical as things I
don't believe it because nobody he worked with confirmed that they said no we had no indication that he was like
this and if you talk to people now they said in the last year he was radicalized he started taking on these more radical
teachings of Islam and everything else and he had this he he fell into financial hardship and all these other
things so you're telling me this guy who was a former former 42 Alpha S1 guy
Human Resources pushes your paper and then an IT guy 25 Bravo is somehow connect Ed
to a Green Beret team Sergeant out of 10th no well also they found an Isis
Flag in New Orleans which they didn't find any of that here I think that might have been just some silliness on his
part trying to take on some kind of Islamic Banner of of jihad I I I would
conjecture to all conjecture say that that is likely he has no affiliations to
Isis but you know I wonder I don't really believe in
coincidences you know and both of these explosion happened in the same day or or
the both of these attacks whatever you want to call them happened on the same day the attack and the the explosion
which obviously wasn't meant to be in attack that's fair and I don't believe in coincidences either normally but I
look at a landmark day like January 1st and I think what better day any day I'm going to do a thing January 1st yeah and
I think I think possibly old boy in New Orleans had help
I I don't think that he could have done all the spotting and surveying and assessing himself he would have likely had to at least had a spotter to to say
yeah you're good to go maybe but I think that's plausible um but other than that
I have a hard time making that connection you know this email I wonder who else he reached out to this came in
from Dabber GMB or MLB at protonmail.com so he was
even using an encrypted email service but which I think everybody everybody in
intelligence and Special Operations knows what proton mail is yeah I would
imagine if Joe Rogan Fox News name some other big names out there scrub their
emails right now they could probably find a message from this guy yeah he came to me cuz I'm like d-list media I'm
the guy who has kind of a platform on social media but I'm not big time but I can kind of get things to the big time
every once in a while if it's a big enough story and that's what he was hoping for he was just throwing mud at the wall trying to get somebody to get
his message out well it's going to be big time now yeah but is there anything
else we need to cover that you can think of

right over here this morning oh the M can I say it yes yeah
the man pads well I'm unfamiliar all right so I'm saying this with you can you can
decide to use this or cut it out there was there was uh this is this is hard to work with
because keep in mind let me give some background on this I'm an intelligence analyst and I've spent a long many years
validating sources taking information in putting it back out tell my human mentors hey this Source this is valid
let's you know give him a rating of this do this this this recommendations so we can we can identify good sources in the
field that give us information and we can say yes this is a you know an a source versus you know an F6 this is
just garbage somebody got paid for something I still work in intelligence I'm an intelligence officer I work for a
nonprofit We we uh Remnant Ministries out of Texas in fact the the website is
in my bio onx um I work with Dr I work for Dr Pete Chambers Green Beret um and
we were involved in counterhuman trafficking along with uh just providing
Ministry to all kinds of stuff border operations
re most recently we've been involved in West North Carolina a great deal and uh we we had some confirmed reporting
through two solid sources um and this is where I have to be very
iffy and I told him in the car and he can tell you offline I cannot say this on the air but we had two solid sources
Iranian Missiles and Border Security
One South of the Border and then one from an element within our own government that confirmed independently
of each other that some uh iranian-made man pads so surfaced air missiles had
come across the border we had the location and everything else well doc
that's that's what he goes by doc Chambers he put this out on a podcast and I I was very emphatic like this is
not stuff that I like to put on social media I'm an Intel guy by trade I this stuff is not for social media
consumption we got this the Secret Service we did the the whole the whole gamut and got everything pushed to them
and that's why Trump was pushing a lot of this stuff out when he was because we had told the Secret Service and they had the reporting and everything else
but we we have not to my knowledge have not
recovered those man pads now I'm not I'm not privy to that but what I do know we have
done is we have apprehended the couriers on a second run of theirs and we have
local law enforcement got together with federal law enforcement and and rolled up the safe house and I will not say
that on on this show but they rolled up the safe house where it was and we have since identified what that that issue
was on the border um now let me let me let me let me just where did they come
through they came through and act ual point of entry in a legal point of entry
uh along the border I'd have to I'd have to pull up the original reporting but uh we had the the
actual so we now have Iranian missiles who knows how many inside the United
States that that is not something you're going to see in a lot of places I didn't like I said I didn't even want to talk
about it it was one of those things where I was just amplifying what he was putting out already cuz I was like man I
don't know about putting this out but it was it was something found was was pertinent because at the time uh Trump
was still campaigning he was flying around and there was the the reports were their intent was to take down Trump's airplane so at the time Secret
Service switched things up a bit and uh allegedly from what I've told they they started flying him around on Charters
for a while until they could identify and kind of mitigate that threat but that was that was the reporting stream
that was coming out of the time feds handled it off my
plate you know I mean I'm with you on not releasing certain things on social
media I understand that but on the other way on the other hand it seems to be the only way to demand any type of
accountability or get this and and and force FBI Homeland whoever else is
involved to dive into this [ __ ] and actually take part that's what we've been doing here on the show with Scott
man uh retired lieutenant colonel Green Beret Sarah Adams former agency targeter
uh we brought brought on Legend who's an Army intelligence guy who goes by Legend cuz he doesn't want to reveal his name
cuz he still is very involved and we even went all the way to Vienna to to interview
Commander massud uh the leader of the the the national resistance front in
Afghanistan and you know we we we've been talking about this stuff for a year a year we
got it to Congress uh Congressman out of uh Knoxville Tennessee Tim burett sent
the bill up it's literally about about we need to stop funding the Taliban $40
to 87 million a week the Taliban has set up multiple NOS within Afghanistan and
basically what we're doing is sending loads of cash to NOS that the Taliban
had set up we're funding our own demise and nobody's [ __ ] paying attention
nobody's paying attention we tried to get it in the media we got a little bit of hits most of them were um uh from
from outside the US we had uh uh a report around in India kind of cover it
but we've been warning about what's happening for damn near a year now Sarah
first came on I believe it was October of 2023 was the first interview
and nobody took it seriously now we have the New Orleans attack we have we have
Iranian missiles we have these invisible bombs do you know about the invisible bombs so now that now these terrorist
organizations have developed invisible bombs that will get through metal detectors any kind of screening device
that that's out there and they brag about this and now we just did a Twitter spaces with Sarah Adams and they are now
bragging that that what we know about the invisible bomb it's now even more advanced than it was before so that
means they can get this into stadiums they can get this into airports they can get this pretty much anywhere they want
because you cannot detect it that's that's scary yeah great so you know uh
for the people out there you know look there's no stoping what's here you cannot stop this nope you can't
roll it back put in the bottle we have already in here we have sleeper cells we're already getting reports
that we're already getting reports that um I just lost my train of thought oh
we're already getting some reports that there may be a bit more involved in the Louisiana New Orleans attack that
they're not releasing we also I I'll tell you this um there's a a group of
people flying around and and basically briefing up different departments
Governors about what's coming how to deal with it in their communities there
are deputies in New Orleans who put in requests for training on how to take
care of a threat like this and those [ __ ] request requests were denied
they were denied and so what I basically want to say is it's going to be a bloody 2025 I
Call to Action for Community Safety
think that's very obvious and so for those of you that are looking for something to do and and if if if finally
come to the realization that our government is failing us here's what you need to do you need to get with your
local communities you need to especially schools schools are very vulnerable no
matter how many no matter how many active Shooters we have in the schools
the the the infrastructure that's been put in which is minimal To None a lot of
schools still have none you better start holding your schools accountable and you better start raising hell and having
them upgrade security no matter what the cost because no matter what the cost is it's not going to it's it's not going to
amount to the loss of life that that we will potentially see uh throughout the United States and so
and start calling your congressmen get these guys to do something start calling
your senators get these guys to do something they have been warned for over
a year that this is coming and nobody wants to to take it seriously nobody
wants to take it seriously we contacted the house of Foreign Affairs committee they did like a zoom
call a zoom call yeah that's just just for a little media hit our government is
failing us and so it's in our hands now it's your kids it's your wife it's your
husband it's your parents that are going to pay the price for what we have installed in this country
and it's it's it's now up to us because they aren't going to do anything so on

this committee I'm a former federal
employee I used to work at OMB one of
om's jobs is to help manage the federal
Workforce they work very closely with
OPM and we deal a lot with uh you know
the regulations and the Le system around
federal employment and I really want to
emphasize the comments that were made by
the ranking member about how unusual
this bill is you know we just had a
letter introduced into the record from
the Heritage Foundation that is
supporting this bill because of
misguided efforts to essentially Stoke
segregation division uh and uh create a
victim oppressor narrative essentially
is what this letter of support says but
what is particularly peculiar about this
massive bill that's been introduced and
I want to note that the co-sponsor of
this bill or this primary sponsor of
this bill in the Senate is Mr JD Vance
our vice president elect is it literally
as the title says is about
dismantling diversity equity and
inclusion programs in the federal
government it revokes executive orders
it amends the Civil Rights Act and it
amends other parts of the federal code
that protect our federal employees and
then it has this peculiar section that
the uh ranking member talked about which
is actually essentially creating lists
of federal employees and contractors
that would never be eligible to work for
the federal government again now we we
have a word for that in common parlance
we call it
blacklisting and blacklisting comes from
the
1950s when here in this house of
representatives there was a committee on
an American Affairs that was
convened under Joe McCarthy the purpose
of that was to purge the federal
government and to accuse federal
employees and Blacklist them from future
federal employment so I'd like to say
welcome to the new house committee on
unamerican Affairs and to the new
McCarthyism because we have arrived here
today so let's talk about what exactly
is trying to be accomplished by this
bill and by the upcoming Administration
which the vice
president-elect is participating in here
now okay let's take the argument to its
logical extension that this is really
about making sure that we have qualified
individuals inside the federal
government so my question is then why is
the president elect choosing absolutely
unqualified cabinet secretaries to be at
the head of every single agencies we've
got now a worldwide wrestling executive
who's going to run education we've got a
sexual predator who is was about to have
a bipartisan report released by the
House of Representatives to be our AG
we've got a Fox news commentator who's
going to run the military for us so if
my colleagues across the aisle want to
talk about
qualifications they want to talk about
efficiency they want to talk about the
federal
Workforce then let's talk about it
because you're talking about putting
into place leadership in these federal
agencies who are absolutely unqualified
who are dangerous and know nothing about
the agencies that they're about to be
appointed to lead so this is not this is
not about qualifications this is not
about having a qualified Federal
Workforce this is about laying the
ground for The Purge that they plan on
January 20th and in the days afterwards
and we know that because the very
Organization for whom the chairman just
submitted this letter of support is the
