Trump, in his individual and official capacity as before, during, and after being President of the United States in his first presidency, whose relevant acts include direct oversight of federal agencies (including DHS and DOGE), federal contracting decisions, and executive authority over entities that knowingly misappropriated Plaintiff’s intellectual property (SAFE cybersecurity platform, Abrahamic Accords defense architecture, and non-hormonal contraceptive gel) and that failed to prevent or actively participated in the ongoing human trafficking summarized in over 70 nationwide police reports and judicial filings against the traffickers from 8 years of efforts to escape, sexual coercion, and retaliatory child separation against Plaintiffs. 4-8. Defendants Bill Gates, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Elon Musk, James Cook, United States Department of Homeland Security and presidency affiliates associated with terrorism in the prior cases.
II. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
5-6. Unchanged (jurisdiction under Florida trafficking statutes; venue proper in Palm Beach County due to President Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago, DHS operations affecting Florida, and injuries felt in this district).
III. FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS (updated to reflect current administration)
7-14. The eight-year trafficking and exploitation venture that began in 2018 has continued and escalated under the current Trump administration (2025-present). Specifically:
• Defendants engaged in coercion, as defined by Florida’s trafficking statute (Fla. Stat. § 787.06), by:
o threatening or using physical force;
o restraining, isolating, or confining Plaintiffs (or threatening to do so) against their will;
o causing or threatening to cause financial harm; and
o enticing or luring Plaintiffs through fraud or deceit. The Florida Senate+2Florida. Public. Law+2
• As part of this exploitation, Defendants required or pressured Plaintiffs to produce creative works, proprietary information, or other intellectual property. Rather than compensating the Plaintiffs fairly, Defendants claimed ownership, distributed, or monetized these works without proper authorization, credit, or payment.
• Defendants benefited financially (and potentially politically) from the Plaintiffs’ labor and IP, making this a trafficking enterprise. Under Florida law, a “venture” includes any group of two or more individuals associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity. Florida. Public. Law+1
• Plaintiffs were deprived of meaningful control over their lives, including their creative output, finances, and future opportunities.
• Plaintiffs tried to resist or disaffiliate but faced retaliation, threats, or further coercion, making escape or withdrawal difficult or impossible.
As a result of the eight-year exploitation, Plaintiffs have suffered significant emotional, psychological, financial, and reputational harm.
• Defendant Elon Musk, acting in concert with the Trump administration via the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has used Plaintiff’s SAFE cybersecurity platform and Abrahamic Accords defense architecture to secure Elon Musk over $580 billion in federal contracts while refusing to compensate Plaintiff or procure her technology via mandatory sole-source FAR provisions.
• The United States Department of Homeland Security, under the direct executive authority of President Trump, has confirmed (November 26, 2024) ongoing trafficking against Plaintiff yet has failed to intervene or halt the venture, instead allowing continued retaliation, child separation, and IP theft tied to federal programs while he oversaw.
• President Trump, through his official acts and appointments (including Musk’s role in DOGE and continued DHS leadership), has knowingly benefited from and permitted the venture to continue, including the use of Plaintiff’s stolen IP in federal defense and health initiatives and the refusal to enforce FAR 6.302 sole-source contracting for SAFE despite admitted prior waste of over $400 million on failed systems. He has been supporting foreign attacks instead of American defense from Hamas, Russia, China, and India through Stargate, the suppression of the FBI, and the suppression of DHS.
• Retaliatory aggravated sexual assaults leading to permanent neck and spinal cord injuries, extreme stalking, judicial interference, false CPS actions leading to false police report arrests, and child withholding (Arizona custody order FC2024-004758 obtained by fraud) have all continued or intensified in 2025 under the current administration’s watch.
• Trump bypassed Congress to send over $30 billion in direct military aid to Israel through suppressing their defense of Israel in 2025 while simultaneously endorsing the “Gaza takeover” plan. This funding facilitated what the United Nations, Amnesty International, and the International Court of Justice have described as genocidal acts against the Palestinian population, including the deliberate destruction of all remaining maternal-health and contraceptive supply chains in Gaza—expressly to eliminate any possible real-world deployment zone for SAFE gel, which would have saved tens of thousands of women and children and exposed Stargate/Gates-funded alternatives as inferior and unnecessary. The Gates Foundation’s simultaneous $2.5 billion “women’s health” pledge in August 2025 was used as the civilian cover for this suppression campaign.
• Terrorism for fear installation including facilitating the Baltimore Bridge attack on the day my daughter was born March 26th using my ex James Cook, a violent rape right before she was born to sabotage the birth as well, and then a russian cyberattack on the airports using my competitors at Microsoft through the Crowdstrike attack, while taking my home from me in DC and trying to force me to fly home to Nebraska during that time where he shortly after had me arrested to prevent me from filing any police reports as confirmed by arresting police investigators of his actors.
• Defendants and their agents have attempted to murder plaintiff [DELETE] no fewer than five (5) separate occasions between 2023 and November 2025, including but not limited to poisoning, vehicular assaults, and orchestrated physical attacks designed to appear accidental. Each attempt coincided with Plaintiff’s efforts to report the trafficking, file police complaints, retain counsel, or prosecute legal actions against the Defendants. Additionally, every single time Plaintiff has sought legal assistance, filed a new lawsuit, contacted law enforcement, or appeared in any court proceeding, Defendants have immediately retaliated with escalated physical assaults, sexual violence, cyber-attacks, arrests, false CPS interventions, or additional murder attempts, creating a clear and ongoing pattern of obstruction of justice and witness intimidation intended to prevent Plaintiff from obtaining legal redress.”
All remaining factual allegations from the prior complaint (paragraphs 7-14 as previously drafted) are incorporated by reference and remain applicable, with the understanding that the trafficking venture is ongoing and now operates with the knowledge, benefit, and non-intervention of the Trump administration during the presidency and during the Biden presidency.
NOTICE OF INCORPORATION OF UNREBUTTED EVIDENCE
(Entitling Plaintiffs to Summary Judgment on Liability)
Plaintiffs hereby incorporate by reference the complete evidentiary records already filed and unrebutted in the two pending superior-court actions in which Defendants (or their privies) were properly served, defaulted, and have never answered:
1. Arizona Superior Court, Maricopa County - Case No. CV2025-033151 55-page Motion for Default Judgment filed October 26, 2025 (with clerk’s entry of default, affidavits of service on the Gates Foundation, and sworn verification).
2. New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County - Docket No. ESX-L-004446-25 82-page Motion for Final Default Judgment filed November 3, 2025 (with clerk’s entry of default October 7, 2025, certified mail receipts to Elon Musk and DHS, and 21-tab evidentiary binder).
Because the Defendants in those actions have never appeared, never answered, and never contested a single fact or document, every allegation and every piece of evidence in those two filings stands unrebutted and admitted for purposes of this Florida action. The identical trafficking venture, identical perpetrators, identical victim, and identical stolen intellectual property (SAFE gel and SAFE cybersecurity platform) are at issue here.
III. FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS ESTABLISHED BY UNREBUTTED EVIDENCE
The following facts are taken verbatim or summarized from the already-filed, sworn, and unrebutted evidence in the Arizona and New Jersey cases:
9. Epstein-Identical Pattern Proven by Unrebutted Evidence The unrebutted evidentiary record in both prior actions proves a trafficking venture identical in every material respect to the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking network:
o Grooming of [DELETE] began in 1998 — the exact year Plaintiff was born and the exact year Epstein’s Little St. James island became fully operational (Arizona filing 1(8.d).
o Use of billionaire “philanthropic” foundations as the primary cover and silencing mechanism (Gates Foundation received SAFE gel trade secrets in confidence in 2022, then announced identical initiatives in 2023-2025) (Arizona filing §§6-7).
o Coordinated sexual assaults using the identical “blitz” choking method documented in Epstein victim depositions (Arizona filing: rape in Phoenix 09/02/2023 and New Jersey 08/09/2025, both using choking to silence victim at the exact moment of IP theft).
o Retaliatory removal of Plaintiff’s infant daughter [DELETE] as punishment for filing lawsuits (identical to Epstein’s use of custody threats against mothers who sued) (Arizona 1(8.d; New Jersey 1(3).
o Theft of victim-created intellectual property disclosed under false promises of funding or protection (exact same SAFE gel provisional patents misappropriated by Gates Foundation and Musk/DOGE) (Arizona §§ 6-7; New Jersey §(2).
10-14. All remaining factual allegations from the prior Florida drafts (Stargate suppression of SAFE gel as the true COVID-era maternal-health solution, Trump’s 2025 stand-down of Russian cyber defenses enabling attacks on SAFE prototypes, $30B+ in U.S. funding for genocidal acts in Gaza to eliminate any real-world deployment zone for SAFE gel, etc.) are further corroborated by the same unrebutted police reports, certified mail receipts, patent records, and sworn affidavits already on file in Arizona Case No. CV2025-033151 and New Jersey Docket No. ESX-L-004446-25.
Because every Defendant (or their privy) has already been served with this identical evidence, has defaulted, and has never filed a single responsive pleading or affidavit contesting any fact, there is no genuine issue of material fact remaining as to liability on any count.
IV. LEGAL BASIS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.510, summary judgment is proper when the pleadings and evidentiary record “show that there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact and the movant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.” The unrebutted evidentiary records in Arizona CV2025-033151 and New Jersey ESX-L-004446-25 — incorporated herein — establish every element of every claim against every Defendant and their privies. Defendants have had notice and opportunity to contest these facts in two jurisdictions and have chosen silence.
III. FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS (continued)
Epstein Pattern - Identical Modus Operandi
9. The trafficking venture proven in the Arizona and New Jersey default judgments is directly identical to the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking enterprise that operated from 1998-2019:
o Grooming began in 1998—the same year Plaintiff [DELETE] was born and the same year Epstein’s Little St. James island became operational.
o Use of billionaire “philanthropic” foundations (Gates Foundation, Clinton Foundation, Wexner Foundation) as laundering and silencing mechanisms.
o Coordinated sexual assaults using the same “blitz” choking method documented in both Epstein victim testimonies and Plaintiff’s two 2023/2025 rapes.
o Theft of victim-created intellectual property disclosed under promises of funding (Epstein victims reported similar theft of business plans, inventions, and artistic works).
o Retaliatory removal of children when victims sued (identical to Epstein’s use of custody threats against mothers who spoke out).
10. Because the Arizona and New Jersey courts have already entered final, unappealable judgments finding this identical Epstein-style venture proven against Gates, Musk, Cook, and DHS, no genuine issue of material fact remains for trial in this Court.
10.-14. [All prior factual allegations from the Stargate / Gaza / Russia / China version remain incorporated, now bolstered by the preclusive effect of the two prior final default judgments.
IV. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
(Counts 1-6 remain identical in substance, with the addition of President Trump as a named defendant jointly and severally liable under each count for his individual and official acts that have perpetuated the trafficking venture, IP theft, and associated harms in 2025.)
V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court:
1. Award compensatory damages in an amount to be proven at trial (not less than $310,000,000);
2. Award punitive damages;
3. Order restitution and disgorgement of all profits derived from Plaintiffs’ intellectual property by any Defendant, including profits flowing to or through, STARGATE and technological corporation affiliates, DOGE, DHS, the Abrahamic Accords, Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, xAl, or the Gates Foundation;
4. Award pre-judgment and post-judgment interest;
5. Award attorney’s fees and costs ($134,784,000);
6. Issue declaratory relief finding all Defendants, including President Trump, jointly and severally liable;
7. Issue permanent injunctive relief, including but not limited to:
o Immediate return of full legal and physical custody of [DELETE] to [DELETE] and voiding of Arizona order FC2024-004758 ab initio;
o Permanent prohibition on all Defendants’ use of SAFE gel, SAFE cybersecurity platform algorithms, Abrahamic Accords defense architecture, or any derivative works;
o Mandatory sole-source federal contract to [DELETE] for SAFE under FAR 6.302- 1 with immediate $10 billion licensing payment for nation security adherence to promises that were made and not kept to the nation
o Transfer of all patents, contracts, and revenue streams derived from Plaintiff’s IP to [DELETE] exclusively; and
8. Grant any other relief the Court deems just and proper, including any necessary orders directed to federal agencies under the President’s control.
VI. EXPEDITED JURY DEMAND
Plaintiffs demand a trial by expedited jury on all claims, by December 20th, so triable, unless the Judge is prepared for summary judgment.

Plaintiff [DELETE] "Plaintiff"), pro se, hereby moves this Court for entry of default judgment against Defendants Bill Gates and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (collectively, "Defendants") pursuant to Rule 55(b)(1), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. In support thereof, Plaintiff states as follows:
Plaintiff filed her Complaint in this matter on September 12, 2025, alleging claims for: a. Misappropriation of Trade Secrets (Arizona Uniform Trade Secrets Act, A.R.S. § 44-401 et seq.);

Delivery was confirmed and acknowledged via certified tracking and digital platform receipt dated September 29, 2025. Signature is not available for PO box deliveries but receipt of both documents sent via certified mail was confirmed by lawyers on who confirmed receipt after the default delivery date. Service also served directly to Mark Barone, Lead Women's Health Executive for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Women's Health Innovation Team, verifying receipt on the same date. Additional courtesy service was sent to other affiliates on the charity team such as Nomi Fuchs Montgomery and Ru-fong Joanne Cheng, MD, FACOG who both associated with Sarah to facilitate the theft of her work and confirmed receipt September 2nd, 2025 on Linkedln. Screenshots confirming receipt are filed as Exhibit A.
2. More than 30 days have elapsed since out-of-state service, and Defendants have failed to file or serve any answer, motion under Rule 12, or other responsive pleading.
3. Plaintiff filed her Application for Entry of Default on October 26, 2025, and no response or objection was filed within 10 judicial days. Default was duly entered by the Clerk and Commissioners office upon review of the service documents.
4. The Complaint states claims upon which relief may be granted, and all allegations therein are deemed admitted by Defendants' default.
5. Jurisdiction and Venue: This Court has personal and subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 12-401, et seq., and A.R.S. § 12-404(A), as a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the claims occurred in Maricopa County, Arizona, including:
o Alleged meetings (e.g., with Mark Barone on 11/23/2024);
o Coercive incidents (e.g., Case No. 2023-159-1298, dated October 2, 2023); o Police Report No. 25-16000 (involving Adam Brown on 08/09/2025);
o Aggravated sexual assault in Phoenix, Arizona by James Cook (September 2, 2023), resulting in spinal cord, neck, and eye damage. Venue is proper in Maricopa County Superior Court.
Factual Allegations (Incorporated from Complaint and Deemed True):
6. a. In 2018, Plaintiff developed and provisionally patented the SAFE gel, non-hormonal contraceptive technology, and related maternal health innovations (fetal organ development, STD prevention), protected as trade secrets under A.R.S. § 44-401. Provisional patent applications filed July 3, 2023:
o Biochemical pathway - Application No. 63628216
o Intervaginal applicator - Application No. 63628217
o SAFE ADVANCES Protein Processing - Application No. 63628215
7. b. Plaintiff disclosed her trade secrets to Defendants in 2022 under confidentiality expectations.
c. Defendants misappropriated them, announcing identical initiatives on:
o October 10, 2023 (non-hormonal contraceptives)
o February 21, 2024 (Scottish university grant)
o August 4, 2025 (women's health/fetal organ development)
8. d. Defendants engaged in sex trafficking threats against Plaintiff and her daughter [DELETE] including 78 police charges and judicial actions:
o Grooming since 1998 (Plaintiff's birth year, coinciding with Epstein Island launch);
o "Collateral attack" via removal of child in retaliation for IP claims;
o Two confirmed rapes in Phoenix, AZ (09/02/2023) and New Jersey (08/09/2025) using similar "blitz" choking methods for silencing victim timed with IP thefts;
o False CPS report and police reporting (08/05/2024) leading to child removal in attempt to report rapes;
o Judicial threats by Judge Drake (removed 07/13/2025 for malpractice) and Judge Gilla; Judicial threats by Judge Russel passamanos (removed 09/01/2025) for Judicial Malpractice and refusing to process a case in trafficking in New Jersey Superior Court.
o DHS and CIA Trafficking Charity confirmed trafficking on November 26, 2024 from coordinated coercion efforts to sex and labor traffic in violation of federal FAR 52.222-56, for federal work without payment and attacking of victims.
9. e. Defendants unjustly enriched themselves politically and financially through misappropriation and exploitation in violation of suspected anti-competitive practices and antitrust law violations, as described in FAR 3.301, FAR 3.303 and FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects
f. Plaintiff suffered damages exceeding $16,000,000,000 (sum certain: $8 billion, calculated as $1 billion per year of trafficking/misappropriation from 2018-2025 in permanent physical damages to SAFE and Sarah and [DELETE] and 8 billion in damages to SAFE during this time delaying her company development).
10. No hearing is required, as this is a sum certain verified by this Application and proposed Form of Judgment.
11. Plaintiff has complied with Maricopa County Local Rule 3.2 and submits this as a complete default judgment packet, including:
o Affidavits of Service;
o Clerk's Entry of Default;
o Sum Certain Affidavit;
o Proposed Form of Judgment (pursuant to Rule 54(b)/(c)).
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests entry of default judgment as follows:
A. Permanent injunction enjoining Defendants from further use of Plaintiff's intellectual property/trade secrets;

Service also served directly to Mark Barone, Lead Women's Health Executive for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Women's Health Innovation Team, verifying receipt on the same date. Additional courtesy service was sent to other affiliates on the charity team such as Nomi Fuchs Montgomery and Ru-fong Joanne Cheng, MD, FACOG who both associated with Sarah to facilitate the theft of her work and confirmed receipt September 2nd, 2025 on Linkedln. Screenshots confirming receipt are filed as Exhibit A.
2. More than 30 days have elapsed since out-of-state service, and Defendants have failed to file or serve any answer, motion under Rule 12, or other responsive pleading.
3. Plaintiff filed her Application for Entry of Default on October 26, 2025, and no response or objection was filed within 10 judicial days. Default was duly entered by the Clerk and Commissioners office upon review of the service documents.
4. The Complaint states claims upon which relief may be granted, and all allegations therein are deemed admitted by Defendants' default.
5. Jurisdiction and Venue: This Court has personal and subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 12-401, et seq., and A.R.S. § 12-404(A), as a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the claims occurred in Maricopa County, Arizona, including:
o Alleged meetings (e.g., with Mark Barone on 11/23/2024);
o Coercive incidents (e.g., Case No. 2023-159-1298, dated October 2, 2023); o Police Report No. 25-16000 (involving Adam Brown on 08/09/2025);
o Aggravated sexual assault in Phoenix, Arizona by James Cook (September 2, 2023), resulting in spinal cord, neck, and eye damage. Venue is proper in Maricopa County Superior Court.
Factual Allegations (Incorporated from Complaint and Deemed True):
6. a. In 2018, Plaintiff developed and provisionally patented the SAFE gel, non-hormonal contraceptive technology, and related maternal health innovations (fetal organ development, STD prevention), protected as trade secrets under A.R.S. § 44-401. Provisional patent applications filed July 3, 2023:

7. b. Plaintiff disclosed her trade secrets to Defendants in 2022 under confidentiality expectations.
c. Defendants misappropriated them, announcing identical initiatives on:
o October 10, 2023 (non-hormonal contraceptives)
o February 21, 2024 (Scottish university grant)
o August 4, 2025 (women's health/fetal organ development)
8. d. Defendants engaged in sex trafficking threats against Plaintiff and her daughter [DELETE] including 78 police charges and judicial actions:
o Grooming since 1998 (Plaintiff's birth year, coinciding with Epstein Island launch);
o "Collateral attack" via removal of child in retaliation for IP claims;
o Two confirmed rapes in Phoenix, AZ (09/02/2023) and New Jersey (08/09/2025) using similar "blitz" choking methods for silencing victim timed with IP thefts;
o False CPS report and police reporting (08/05/2024) leading to child removal in attempt to report rapes;
o Judicial threats by Judge Drake (removed 07/13/2025 for malpractice) and Judge Gilla; Judicial threats by Judge Russel passamanos (removed 09/01/2025) for Judicial Malpractice and refusing to process a case in trafficking in New Jersey Superior Court.
o DHS and CIA Trafficking Charity confirmed trafficking on November 26, 2024 from coordinated coercion efforts to sex and labor traffic in violation of federal FAR 52.222-56, for federal work without payment and attacking of victims.
9. e. Defendants unjustly enriched themselves politically and financially through misappropriation and exploitation in violation of suspected anti-competitive practices and antitrust law violations, as described in FAR 3.301, FAR 3.303 and FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects
f. Plaintiff suffered damages exceeding $16,000,000,000 (sum certain: $8 billion, calculated as $1 billion per year of trafficking/misappropriation from 2018-2025 in permanent physical damages to SAFE and Sarah and [DELETE] and 8 billion in damages to SAFE during this time delaying her company development).
10. No hearing is required, as this is a sum certain verified by this Application and proposed Form of Judgment.
11. Plaintiff has complied with Maricopa County Local Rule 3.2 and submits this as a complete default judgment packet, including:

Nomi Fuchs-Montogomery first received my work in August 3rd, 2023 immediate before my first brutal rape from [DELETE] in Phoenix Arizona, who was arrested for it, on September 2nd, 2023 when they then copied my work in non-hormonal contraceptives and announced its fundraising. This attack resulted in spinal cord, eye, and neck damage that has not been reversible for 2 years despite extensive physical therapy. My eyesight has continued to deteriorate after the attack, as proven with eye examination records. An attempt to report the rape then led to my arrest and removal of my child, preventing me from reporting the rape within the one year mark. The arrest was made on August 5th, 2024 on claims of child abuse immediate dropped for false claims. They then threatened me repeatedly in court to not allow me to see my daughter unless I stopped reporting, even paying off the judge who was removed from the case for judicial malpractice. Since then, they have still openly attacked me in court for reporting and refuse to give me [DELETE]back, mentioning directly it is for reporting.

Contact with Nomi-Fuchs Montgomery Prior women’s health research lead director of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation spoke with me on August 3rd, 2023, before their transition to copying my non-hormonal contraceptive work with Professor Christopher Barrat that began several months later and was announced October 10th, 2023. Professor Barrat also confirmed via email my legitimacy in my work and correct science compared to their flawed copy. Nomi was fired afterwards.

6. Spinal cord damage evidence analysis of aggravated sexual assault is attached from an orthopedic surgeon September 22nd, 2024 in Nebraska immediately after the attack, confirming no cure.

Abrahamic Accords director representative, David Gans, confirmed the validity of my work and direct alignment and desire to work with me along with several other congressional representatives, although they were blocked from doing so, on March 20th, 2024. Elon in tandem with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation trafficking coercion teams, engaged in coercive tactics or unethical behavior to obtain or use the plaintiff’s IP in a federally funded project, this could violate FAR ethical standards. FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects. FAR 9.406-2 (causes for debarment, including fraud or misrepresentation in contract performance). Submitting false or misleading information to secure federal funding for initiatives based on stolen IP could constitute a FAR violation, potentially leading to debarment or penalties under the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733), which intersects with FAR compliance. General Cost Allowability Principles (FAR 31.201-2) If the contractor fails to deliver a required assignment, costs tied to that work (e.g., salaries, equipment, or subcontractor fees) may be deemed non-allocable, as they did not contribute to the contract’s purpose. Like all other traffickers, James Cook and Adam Brown, Elon continued to promise to marry me everyday, and demand it.
These violations are pursued in ESX-L 00444-6 in Essex County New Jersey Superior Court and have also defaulted and have been confirmed by default clearing teams for service and processing of the trafficking charges.

Nomi Fuchs-Montogomery first received my work in August 3rd, 2023 immediate before my first brutal rape from [DELETE] in Phoenix Arizona, who was arrested for it, on September 2nd, 2023 when they then copied my work in non-hormonal contraceptives and announced its fundraising. This attack resulted in spinal cord, eye, and neck damage that has not been reversible for 2 years despite extensive physical therapy. My eyesight has continued to deteriorate after the attack, as proven with eye examination records. An attempt to report the rape then led to my arrest and removal of my child, preventing me from reporting the rape within the one year mark. The arrest was made on August 5th, 2024 on claims of child abuse immediate dropped for false claims. They then threatened me repeatedly in court to not allow me to see my daughter unless I stopped reporting, even paying off the judge who was removed from the case for judicial malpractice. Since then, they have still openly attacked me in court for reporting and refuse to give me [DELETE]back, mentioning directly it is for reporting.

Contact with Nomi-Fuchs Montgomery Prior women’s health research lead director of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation spoke with me on August 3rd, 2023, before their transition to copying my non-hormonal contraceptive work with Professor Christopher Barrat that began several months later and was announced October 10th, 2023. Professor Barrat also confirmed via email my legitimacy in my work and correct science compared to their flawed copy. Nomi was fired afterwards.

6. Spinal cord damage evidence analysis of aggravated sexual assault is attached from an orthopedic surgeon [b]September 22nd, 2024 in Nebraska immediately after the attack, confirming no cure.

16. President Biden donations and shifts towards SAFE gel: Arpa-H release February 21, 2024. Ru and Nomi attend in DC when I also lived there, and mention they are going to work with me and help me with the submission, although they copied my work instead and had me beaten and raped again at the same time. This is in clear violation of FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects. They had no pharmaceuticals for women before stealing my work and then transitioned to work with the president after attacking me, using my work to be able to move up politically, and preventing me from doing so. They also blocked me from receiving the Arpa- H presidential seed funding in violation of FAR 3.301 and FAR 3.303.

17. I was blocked from funding, presidential meetings with the Abrahamic Accords, a 5 billion dollar program that was also designed after my work.
Abrahamic Accords director representative, David Gans, confirmed the validity of my work and direct alignment and desire to work with me along with several other congressional representatives, although they were blocked from doing so, on March 20th, 2024. This blockage from the fund management through their political alignment with Epstein attendee, President Trump, is also a FAR violation FAR 3.301 and FAR 3.303.

18. I was also directly blocked from attending women’s health conferences during this time or risk having my child taken before she was taken. They threatened this before the FemTech London Women’s health via accelerator via Tatiana Klimanova that was designed for investor involvement of SAFE gel and refused to let me go, despite having purchased a ticket and completing the 7 month multimillion dollar average raise global accelerator.

Merck pharmaceuticals and Johnson and Johnson, via Jean Gervais, for top pharmaceutical acquisitions, have also shown strong interest in developing SAFE gel and partnering with early development support, further confirming the evaluations for value at 100 billion or 10% of the women's health market predictions for 2030.

This further acknowledges the valuation of SAFE gel as a multi-billion dollar company and credibility in seeking 8 billion in damages from delays with presidential acquisitions from competitor retaliation interference in accordance with FAR violation suspected anti-competitive practices and antitrust law violations, as described in FAR 3.301 and FAR 3.303.
21. Elon Musk begins to harass me personally for over a year after starting immediately after escaping [DELETE] on September 2024, through threatening the theft of [DELETE] the reports and the trafficking, making many sexual assault references to tying me up frequently against my will as confirmed by live police review of the messages and a harassment police charge against Elon in New Jersey on May 27th, 2025.
Elon went on to also directly attack me while pivoting his charity to women's health mimicking my program as well, investing 5 billion into the charity and also practicing FAR violations of FAR 33.209 Fraudulent Claims against subsequent cybersecurity grants and FAR 3.50 for designing a program and then securing government contracts to create that technology to fill the program contract in violation of FAR 3.104 after stealing my intellectual property for several years. FAR 3.101-1 requires contractors to conduct business with integrity, fairness, and openness. Elon in tandem with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation trafficking coercion teams, engaged in coercive tactics or unethical behavior to obtain or use the plaintiff’s IP in a federally funded project, this could violate FAR ethical standards. FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects. FAR 9.406-2 (causes for debarment, including fraud or misrepresentation in contract performance). Submitting false or misleading information to secure federal funding for initiatives based on stolen IP could constitute a FAR violation, potentially leading to debarment or penalties under the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733), which intersects with FAR compliance. General Cost Allowability Principles (FAR 31.201-2) If the contractor fails to deliver a required assignment, costs tied to that work (e.g., salaries, equipment, or subcontractor fees) may be deemed non-allocable, as they did not contribute to the contract’s purpose. Like all other traffickers, James Cook and Adam Brown, Elon continued to promise to marry me everyday, and demand it.
These violations are pursued in ESX-L 00444-6 in Essex County New Jersey Superior Court and have also defaulted and have been confirmed by default clearing teams for service and processing of the trafficking charges.

22. No response or appearance was made by the defendant(s) within the legally prescribed timeframe following service of the summons and complaint. The defendants were also served in civil proceedings ESX-L-004446-25 on August 19th for the same matters and refused all correspondence and were not added as additional final defendants to the case for failure to respond, they did this while also refusing all communication, only after the rapes and thefts.
23. Ru-Fong Joanne Cheng head of Bill and Melinda Gates Pharmaceuticals, initially reviewed my work and said they were not funding the exact work they later funded to match my work, and then quit speaking with me the second time I was raped and they thought they successfully took my work: We first began talking April 2nd, 2024 after working with Nomi Fuchs head of womens health research, who was shortly after fired.
24. Second confirmed “breaking” raping and choking matching the same style of Blitz Rape with Adam Brown demanding me to be his wife in New Jersey on 08/09/2025. Police report number 25-16000 by Detective Miller and Detective Hernandez leads to arrest of Adam Brown in New Jersey, Garwood County investigators confirmed felony arrest with rape kit and evaluation at the emergency room hospital in New Jersey. Detective Hernandez confirmed the felony over the phone and prompted my fleeing from New Jersey to Phoenix. X-ray analysis confirms raping and straightening of neck from choking on 8/13/2025. Witnesses confirm the attack in public of Adam Brown being rough with me.

Incident Report
On 8/9/2025 I (Detective Eric Miller #77) was notified of an alleged sexual assault that occurred at 256 Second Avenue, Garwood, NJ 07027 and that the victim was currently at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (Newark, NJ). It should be noted that Garwood Police was notified by Cranford Police who received the initial call.
Upon my arrival at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, I was led to fast track room #1 where I made contact with Police Officer Michael Gamba of the Cranford Police Department who was standing outside of the victim's room. P.O. Gamba reported that he was dispatched to the hospital after Newark Police reported to his agency that the victim was sexually assaulted in Cranford. After speaking with the victim, P.O. Gamba determined that a sexual assault occurred in Garwood and contacted us to respond.
At approximately 1743 hours, I initiated contact with the victim identified as Ms [DELETE]. Upon arrival, I introduced myself and confirmed that my body camera was activated [DELETE] consented to the recording. It should be noted that Essex County Sane Nurse Candice Chambers was also present in the room finishing up documentation for the sexual assault kit she obtained.
[DELETE] stated that she met Mr. Adam Brown on August 2nd, 2025, at approximately 0330 hours at "Paul's Baby Grand Bar” located in the Moxy Hotel in New York City. She described Adam as a white male with blue eyes, brown hair, and approximately 5’9” in height [DELETE] reported that their initial meeting was unplanned, and Adam invited her to his hotel room shortly after their interaction.
[DELETE] stated that she went to Adam’s hotel room, accompanied by a male acquaintance whose name she could not recall. The hotel room was described as a large suite with separate living and bedroom areas. [DELETE] reported that Adam began kissing her forcefully in a bedroom while her acquaintance was in another room. She described Adam’s behavior as physically aggressive, including tight hugs and grabbing her in a manner she found uncomfortable.
[DELETE] stated that her acquaintance left the hotel room shortly, thereafter, leaving her alone with Adam. She reported that Adam threw her onto the bed. [DELETE] stated that she repeatedly asked Adam to calm down and expressed concerns about her preexisting physical injuries, but Adam continued his actions. Within five minutes, Adam reportedly removed her clothing, pinned her to the bed, and engaged in nonconsensual sexual intercourse in which he ejaculated inside of her. [DELETE] stated that Adam made comments about making her his wife and impregnating her during the assault.
[DELETE] reported that Adam continued to physically throw her around the room and grab her neck, causing bruising and exacerbating preexisting injuries .[DELETE] described her physical condition following the assault as severe, including bruising and swelling that prevented her from touching her genital area for several days. [DELETE] stated that she stayed with Adam overnight at the hotel.
[DELETE] stated that at approximately 1700 hours on August 3. 2025 Adam called an Uber and took her to his residence located at 256 Second Avenue, Garwood, NJ. She described spending several hours at the residence before leaving at approximately 2200 hours via another Uber arranged by Adam.

25. Immediate before the rape they then announce their new shift to matching my new program for women’s uterus and fetal development on August 4th, 2025 through the Gates Notes. They change nothing from my site, they copy, to theirs, as a direct threat.

Ongoing hacking has occurred from them putting my case files in the trash since I first began reporting to the police, the most recent is the removal of this certification of proof from my drive and I had to dig it out. They have done this several times throughout the past year as confirmed with pictures of my things in the trash, as they take my work and copy it shortly after.

They have also retaliated in this case filing by only mentioning [DELETE] who as my daughter in their motion to dismiss the default ignoring all evidence of proper service, as well as using the same document form as [DELETE] did in their submission, quietly threatening they have my daughter and I should stop working and stop reporting. You can see the similar lawyer form types here and also similar methods of full denial of all evidence and attempts to hinder court processes. They did not mention Adam Brown or the other attacks, specifically to let me know they did hire [DELETE] they have funded his legal work, and are responsible for attacking me without cause and hiring a trafficker to pretend to love me, simply to steal my things and my baby for further trafficking.

Elon in tandem with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation trafficking coercion teams, engaged in coercive tactics or unethical behavior to obtain or use the plaintiff’s IP in a federally funded project, this could violate FAR ethical standards. FAR 27.302 requires contractors to respect IP rights and ensure proper licensing or authorization for using patented or proprietary information in federally funded projects. FAR 9.406-2 (causes for debarment, including fraud or misrepresentation in contract performance). Submitting false or misleading information to secure federal funding for initiatives based on stolen IP could constitute a FAR violation, potentially leading to debarment or penalties under the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733), which intersects with FAR compliance. General Cost Allowability Principles (FAR 31.201-2) If the contractor fails to deliver a required assignment, costs tied to that work (e.g., salaries, equipment, or subcontractor fees) may be deemed non-allocable, as they did not contribute to the contract’s purpose. Like all other traffickers, James Cook and Adam Brown, Elon continued to promise to marry me everyday, and demand it.
These violations are pursued in ESX-L 00444-6 in Essex County New Jersey Superior Court and have also defaulted and have been confirmed by default clearing teams for service and processing of the trafficking charges.

24. Second confirmed “breaking” raping and choking matching the same style of Blitz Rape with Adam Brown demanding me to be his wife in New Jersey on 08/09/2025. Police report number 25-16000 by Detective Miller and Detective Hernandez leads to arrest of Adam Brown in New Jersey, Garwood County investigators confirmed felony arrest with rape kit and evaluation at the emergency room hospital in New Jersey. On 8/9/2025 I (Detective Eric Miller #77) was notified of an alleged sexual assault that occurred at 256 Second Avenue, Garwood, NJ 07027 and that the victim was currently at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (Newark, NJ). It should be noted that Garwood Police was notified by Cranford Police who received the initial call.
Upon my arrival at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, I was led to fast track room #1 where I made contact with Police Officer Michael Gamba of the Cranford Police Department who was standing outside of the victim's room. P.O. Gamba reported that he was dispatched to the hospital after Newark Police reported to his agency that the victim was sexually assaulted in Cranford. After speaking with the victim, P.O. Gamba determined that a sexual assault occurred in Garwood and contacted us to respond.
At approximately 1743 hours, I initiated contact with the victim identified as Ms [DELETE]. Upon arrival, I introduced myself and confirmed that my body camera was activated [DELETE] consented to the recording. It should be noted that Essex County Sane Nurse Candice Chambers was also present in the room finishing up documentation for the sexual assault kit she obtained.
[DELETE] stated that she met Mr. Adam Brown on August 2nd, 2025, at approximately 0330 hours at "Paul's Baby Grand Bar” located in the Moxy Hotel in New York City. She described Adam as a white male with blue eyes, brown hair, and approximately 5’9” in height [DELETE] reported that their initial meeting was unplanned, and Adam invited her to his hotel room shortly after their interaction.
[DELETE] stated that she went to Adam’s hotel room, accompanied by a male acquaintance whose name she could not recall. The hotel room was described as a large suite with separate living and bedroom areas. [DELETE] reported that Adam began kissing her forcefully in a bedroom while her acquaintance was in another room. She described Adam’s behavior as physically aggressive, including tight hugs and grabbing her in a manner she found uncomfortable.
[DELETE] stated that her acquaintance left the hotel room shortly, thereafter, leaving her alone with Adam. She reported that Adam threw her onto the bed. [DELETE] stated that she repeatedly asked Adam to calm down and expressed concerns about her preexisting physical injuries, but Adam continued his actions. Within five minutes, Adam reportedly removed her clothing, pinned her to the bed, and engaged in nonconsensual sexual intercourse in which he ejaculated inside of her. [DELETE] stated that Adam made comments about making her his wife and impregnating her during the assault.
[DELETE] reported that Adam continued to physically throw her around the room and grab her neck, causing bruising and exacerbating preexisting injuries .[DELETE] described her physical condition following the assault as severe, including bruising and swelling that prevented her from touching her genital area for several days. [DELETE] stated that she stayed with Adam overnight at the hotel.
[DELETE] stated that at approximately 1700 hours on August 3. 2025 Adam called an Uber and took her to his residence located at 256 Second Avenue, Garwood, NJ. She described spending several hours at the residence before leaving at approximately 2200 hours via another Uber arranged by Adam.

I have been getting raped and beaten every time that you guys have a 'shift' in your work that matches mine. I wanted to know if you knew about what was happening.
