Guillotines make good memes, but one tyrant's fall just leaves another to take over the whip and continue the game of tyranny. Well, today we call it Monopoly, and the mononopolists of the tech era make the robber barons of yore look generous. Antitrust law, first enacted under Teddy Roosevelt is the real answer to these huge agglomerations of power and money. Break them up! Reduce their power over commerce and politics. Make the playing field level for the little guys! That's antitrust law, that's why billionaires fear it more than guillotines, and that's rough justice!
