old video of Erica Kirk resurfaces, and
each video paints a very different
picture of who this woman actually is.
Some of you may have seen this old video
of Erica circulating on X. If I could be
great at one thing, I wish that I could
sit in front of a mirror or a makeup
mirror in general and spend more than
just 20 minutes to a half hour looking
at myself. I saw tons of comments from
people who were convinced that this
video is AI and I can understand why
people would think that this video is AI
because who would say something like
that? And of course, Erica has said that
she doesn't like to talk about her
pageant days because she doesn't want
people to think that she is a
narcissist.
So, what would you say the stigma of
this? They tend to think you're not
intelligent cuz you're in a p I mean
what's the stigma? just that you're
blonde, you're not you they don't take
you seriously like stuck up or
Yeah. Yeah. Not taking you seriously.
Narcissism.
So, it's understandable why people would
think that the clip is AI, but it isn't.
It is 100% real and I can prove it.

As I mentioned in the intro, that video
of Erica is 100% real. As many of you
know, Erica Kirk, who at the time went
by Erica France Bay, won Miss Arizona
back in 2012. And she then went on to
compete in MissUSA 2012. And if you go
on the MissUSA YouTube channel, you'll
see that they have videos of interviews.
There's Miss Arkansas, Miss Alabama,
Miss Alaska, but there is a Miss
missing. Miss Crazy Eyes isn't there.
Miss Arizona 2012's video has been
privated because they don't want us to
see what Erica said during her
interview. Well, like I said, the
internet is forever, and I managed to
find the archived video, and I I was
shocked to see the answers that Erica
gave to the questions.
Stop.
No, you stop. Here's a look at the first
question that she answered.
If I could be great at one thing, I wish
that I could sit in front of a mirror or
a makeup mirror in general and spend
more than just 20 minutes to a half hour
looking at myself and actually take the
time to put my makeup on and do my hair.
Cuz after a while, after that 20 minute
mark, I'm like, "Okay, tinted
moisturizer, slab of mascara, lip gloss,
out the door. If I could have it that
way, it would be perfect." So, I might
need to work on that. [clears throat]
Now, some of you may have seen my last
video where I said that if Erica Kirk
were a Marvel villain, her superpower
would be having all of the audacity. And
I stand by that statement. The audacity
to give such a stupid ass answer to that
question is truly astonishing. If she
could be better at anything, anything in
the whole wide world, it would be
spending more than 20 minutes doing her
makeup. That doesn't even make sense.

Stupid. Here's another question that
they asked her.
I have respect for the individuals that
are in the pornography industry, not
because they're degrading women or
anything like that, but because that's
their field and they are professionals.
So, I give them credit for being able to
have a job and make money and stimulate
the economy that way. But I think that
there needs to be a way to shield it
from the overall overall public such as
the kids. Keep it away from them. But in
general, it that's a tough one. I' I'd
really have to say that we live in a
free country. So if you want to watch
it, turn on your pay-per-view. If not,
then why don't you turn on something
else that's a little bit more G-rated.
Just a thought. [laughter]
So Erica was asked on her views on
pornography and she said she supports
people who make it and people who watch
it. I thought participating in such
activities was considered sinful. Mind
you, this is the same woman who is
currently on a Make Heaven Crowded tour,
which by the way, I just think it's
incredibly distasteful that this tour is
called Make Heaven Crowded. You know,
given the circumstances, I think that is
a very distasteful
name for her tour. But then again,
everything that she's been doing has
been very distasteful. Those ugly ass
rings that she wears on her fingers,
wearing a white pants suit to her
husband's funeral service, posting a
video of his body in the casket on the
internet, recreating the crime scene at
Amfest, and lying through her teeth all
of the time. Everything that she has
been doing is just incredibly
distasteful. And as I've been looking
into her, it is very interesting to see
who Erica was her whole life before
dating Charlie and then the new persona
that she adopted to be a part of his
life. She seems very disingenuous. Here
is the another question that they asked
her during the interview.
I do think it should be legalized. So
just take this miniature journey with me
for just a second and instead of looking
at the negative side, let's look at the
positive side real quick. After watching
several documentaries, I do think it
should be legalized because it not only
has some remedies to some modern-day
medicines that we use, but it also can
be taxed so we can get some extra
stimulus money. Just a thought. And on
top of that, I think that as our country
is evolving and things are happening
around the world, we really need to
start taking into consideration just
some alternatives to things. So, I think
we need to see both sides of this. So, I
open dialogue. I'm all for it.
So, Erica said that she supports
legalizing Mary Jane.
I wonder what Charlie thought about
that.
Around the US currently, a lot of states
have been raising bills to legalize
recreational marijuana use for adults
over the age of 21. Um, I was just
wondering what your opinion would be on
that.
I I lose the audience every time on
this, but I don't care. Um, I'm very
much against the use of marijuana both
personally and legally, and I'm happy to
debate it if you guys want. So, the best
argument and you I'm booing and people
are cooing. It's fine. I'll I'll try to
prove you wrong. The best argument is
why should the government be involved in
it? That's the best argument. However,
if you for a second think that it is
admirable and good to put a psychoactive
chemical marijuana in your body and
think that it's great for you, I I think
you got another thing coming. Whether it
be psychosis, increase in
hospitalization, increase in depression,
increase in anxiety in and the the the
stories after stories that show the
impact of marijuana on people's own
mental health is extraordinary. Let's
challenge the legalization advocates,
advocates for the legalization of
marijuana have made promises throughout
the years. Legalize weed and you'll get
these things. They say less kids will
use it because it will be legalized.
They say the cartels will be weakened if
it gets legalized. And number three,
that we will be able to go after harder
drugs and that generally drug use will
go down. And then finally, crime will go
down. In every state where it's
legalized, we have seen more kids use
marijuana, not less kids use marijuana.
The cartels are richer and stronger and
more profitable than ever before. Drug
use across the country has gone up, and
it has not resulted in safer marijuana
being consumed. The black market is
actually stronger than ever. So almost
every single lie and crime has also gone
up almost. And by the way, I think I
smell weed right now. It's disgusting.
Um, and almost every single lie they've
told us has been has been proven
incorrect.
I wonder if he was aware that these are
the beliefs that she had. Now granted,
people changed their minds and maybe by
the time Erica met Charlie, her views
had evolved on these topics, but rather
than say that to us, she seems to be
trying to hide everything. Like she had
the MissUSA pageant completely remove
this video from the YouTube channel
because she didn't want us to see what
she said. has persisted with the same
grift.

here, okay? They keep lying to us about
how they even ended up dating. Over 2

where we were told Charlie reached out
to Erica for a job interview. And before
the job interview, they didn't really
know each other. Uh but by the end of
the interview, he had decided that he
wanted to date her. Well, apparently
that's a lie. That wasn't their first
date. A lot of people have missed this,
but apparently, according to Tyler
Boyer, that is not how their first date
went.
I dropped him I dropped them off. I
dropped him off. He was at the office
here, which he was rarely at the office
cuz he's always on the plane. And he had
set up a date to go meet her at the gym
cuz that she was it's a it's a fancier,
nicer gym that's in the North Valley.
And I dropped him I took him over and I
dropped him off there. and I was

two beliefs about Erica. Number one is
that she's an opportunist and a social
climber. And number two is that she's
playing a part. And I say this because
she's dated so many high-profile men.
There's the professional athlete. The
other professional athlete, of course,
there's Charlie Kirk and also Kat
Phillips. In 2017, when Kabat Phillips
was making appearances on Fox and
Friends and showing up at the White
House, Erica was in the comment section
thirsting after this man like he was a
bottle of Dani water. I heard about this
new thing called dating your best
friend. Was wondering if you wanted to
maybe try it out for a week here. Night
hot chocolate and maybe we could grab
coffee sometime. As I said, like a
bottle of Dani water. Okay. Thirsty. And
before Kat Phillips, we know that she
dated a baseball player named JT Massie.
And their audition for the Amazing Race
has been circulating online.

fame seeker who was trying to make it in
Hollywood. She competed in beauty
pageantss, played an extra in Oceans 8,
appeared on a reality show, Summerhouse.
She did hosting gigs where she
interviewed people like Jessica Alba and
Ben Carson. She worked as a casting
director for a show called Game of
Crowns. She appeared in a music video.
She was casted to play the lead female
in a movie called November Renaissance.
And she was trained in acting by a woman
named Ivana Chabuk. Ivana Chabuk has
worked with very high-profile people
like Brad Pitt, Hi Berry, Chariss
Theron, and according to Erica's
modeling resume, Ivana has worked with
Erica. Something else that has
resurfaced about Erica is this video.
Now, if you go on Erica's Instagram
right now, this video is there, but she
has muted it so that you don't know what
she said unless you can read lips.
However, some internet sleuths found the
original video, and here it is. The
timing of my life is perfect for this
opportunity. I'm at a great point, you
know, just career-wise to be able to
take on this type of endeavor. And I
feel like I have something very unique
to offer this whole experience in
general. I, like I said, I'm very
coachable. I'm very trainable. Um, and
I'm the type of person that I don't need
all the time in the world to get ready.
If you say you got to be on a plane in a
half hour and you have to pack your
stuff and go, I'm on it. I'm kind of
like a gypsy. I don't mind. I don't mind
living out of a suitcase. I'm used to it
and that's something that I'm okay with.
So, um, traveling, I love it. I'm all
for it. I'm up for anything. I want to
learn. I want to be able to use this
opportunity and harness all the things
that I can learn from it and be able to
just inspire people. Like how cool of a
chance it is to to be able to work with
Diane and her brand. And that's why I
want to use this opportunity to inspire
to be able to make a difference and to
work with Diane and a brand that does
that.

to Wilhelm Fleece after he gets initiated because they wait until you're 36 to initiate you into the occult
mystic Cabala. Okay, I'm going to read you what he writes. He's referring to a patient who he previously hadn't
understood before his initiation who came in and she spoke to him about what she experienced when she was a child. He
writes, "Imagine I obtained a scene," which means a patient was speaking to him about this about the circumcision of
a girl, the cutting of a piece of her labia sucking up the blood following and
following which the child was given a piece of the skin to eat. He then fast forwards and he says, "I dream therefore
of a prime evil devil religion whose rights are carried on secretly and I
understand the harsh therapy of the witch's judges." And then he speaks
about this. Freud is implying here. By the way, this this we are so anti-semitism proof. This book was
written by a guy who was the director of the Freud archives. He read Freud's
unpublished works and determined that yeah, Freud knew that the children were being abused in Vienna. And he created a
social science psychology to help gaslight those children. This is what you got to be aware of. This is all
real. It's not imagined. These are not kooky people on the internet that are telling you this. Quite the opposite.
And then he this guy uh Jason Mason who writes this book writes that Freud is implying here that the Sabbaths were
real events part of a ritualized religion in which sexual perversions
were acted out. So he was aware that this was happening. And um in case you
are not aware, Sigman Freud, the background story there is wild. All right. He was once an outcast in the
very tight-knit per perverted psychology club in Vienna because he told the truth. He went to the morg. He examined
children who had died um after they were mur horrifically murdered um and
sexually assaulted. And then he also saw patients who were children who were still alive who were telling him these
stories about what they lived through. And he had determined after speaking to these children that they were all telling the truth. And so he gets
ostracized from the psychology community. Um he's like, "No, this is actually happening and and it's it's
also incestuous." And they go, "Get out of here. You can't you can't be with us. You can't publish this paper." Oh no. What would the Goyam think? He actually
did publish his findings. And like I said, the pervert turned on him. Then remarkably at the age of 36 he partakes
in a ritual during which he's welcomed into the club and he changes his mind and he writes to Wilham Fleece that he
now understands. Okay. So, that's what I just read to you. Like he he now understands what is happening. And that
is why you need to wake up and recognize that this is what is happening in our world. And what he's what he's referring
to are ancient pagan festivals and ceremonies that center around the
earth's cycles of death and rebirth. And so, to make this extra clear to you, we
are not in a war between monotheistic faiths. The people that we are fighting are effectively pagan gypsies who have

probably books obviously that you would never ever be able to read in high school, you have to start to conduct research independently. Uh Ben Shapiro's

Pizzagate back in 2016, the the short of it is that the DNC email server got
hacked. And off of those emails, uh, they were posted publicly, published
publicly by Julian Assange, Wikileaks, and there was a strange amount of references to pizza parties, grown adult
men, government employees, men, uh, referring to pizza in ways and within a
context that made it seem as though they obviously were not referring to literal pizza, having had parties on ranches and
referring to pizza. I'm going to give you an example here. Uh, this email, what went to John Podesta. It was sent
to him from someone named Katherine Tate. This is these are very old obviously or else we would have hidden
her email. Uh she writes, "Hi John. The realtor found a handkerchief. I think it
has a map that seems pizza related. Is it yours? They can send it if you want.
I know you're busy, so feel free not to respond if it's not yours or you don't want it." Also, weird specific orders of
pizza and hot dogs. That was the beginning of that entire scandal that they tried to downplay and pretend that
it was crazy. Well, I should let you know the FBI has already formally uh formally acknowledged that pizza is used
as a code word amongst pedophiles. So, that's not an illusion. That's real. Um,
no conspiracy needed. Epstein emails, people are diving back in there. What are we to make of these
900 plus emails referring to pizza in real ways? You guys can look through
these yourself. Okay. Uh, of course, then of course there are the Jeffrey
Epstein emails, some emails which we're never going to see and photos that we're never going to see regarding murder,
killing people, calls to kill people. I'm sure they're going to explain this way everybody's joking all the time. Todd, actually Todd Blanch has already
come out and said that they're sparing us the videos. So, we should just assume that there are graphic videos that
pertain to death based on his statement. And I'm going to pivot here to just one example of a very strange email which
was covered by James Lee. Take a listen. Why is this name redacted? You would
think the DOJ would want to investigate someone who sent an email to Jeffrey Epstein saying, quote, "I give you
permission to kill him." Well, thankfully for all of us, the DOJ sucks at their job. And there's actually
another version of that email that is less redacted, or more accurately, poorly redacted. Check this out. I give
you permission to kill him. He is apparently with Olga. He lied to you. He lied to me. And you can kind of make out
the name here to be one Susan Hamlin. Here's an enhanced image. You could read right there. Susan Hamlin. So, who is
Susan Hamlin? Well, she is evidently a financial adviser and founder of the adoption agency, Kids to Families. Looks
like the agency no longer exists, but I was able to find this archive in the way back machine. At this point, we still
don't know who Olga is, but according to reporting, it says that the only time the name has come up in the Epstein case
is when his former lawyer, Alan Derswitz, recounted getting a massage from a woman of the same name at Epstein's place. Now, interestingly, a
few years ago, Susan Hamlin sued News Group Newspapers, the publisher of The Sun, who had printed that Susan Hamlin
had groomed and procured a 16-year-old woman to be sexually abused by Epste and told her that Epstein would kill her and
her family if she told anyone what Epste had done. They've since removed those articles and agreed to pay her
substantial compensation. But one Sue Hamlin can be seen in this photo with Jeffrey Epstein describing her to be his
alleged assistant, as well as this photo of her leaving Jeffrey Epstein's New York City apartment describing her as a
long-term confidant. A lot of stuff going on here, but the lesson is that this is all information that the DOJ
wants to hide from us, but thank goodness the internet is still undefeated.
Also, I love that he's wearing a a CIA t-shirt. James, great work. As so many independent journalists, thankfully for
independent journalists or this would have all been buried. I I mean, if if you just look to what the public was
trying to say, they've even been been trying to rehabilitate some of these people. Alan Dersuitz, it's unbelievable
that this man has gone through so many people like Mark Leavin and of course Barry Weiss, the staunch, always the
staunch defenders of Israel. Nothing to see here, nothing to look at, people. This was going viral this weekend.
People rightfully going back and examining Ben Shapiro once again working diligently as he did with Pizzagate to
tell people to dismiss the Epstein emails cuz he had sources and everything we needed to know was was already out.
Take a listen. She went out there and claimed there were tens of thousands of hours of tape. There are, by the way, but they are
child pornography. The reason the FBI is not releasing them is because those tapes do not include underage people
with third parties on Epstein Island. That is not what the tapes are. I also have sources in the federal government
who are covering this stuff and have seen the documents. Okay, those tapes are just child porn. That's all. That's
what they are. That's why the FBI is not releasing them. Okay, as far as the Epstein list, what I have been told by
my sources is that the there is no Epstein list that basically there's a black book of Jeffrey Epstein contacts
and the vast majority of those contacts are already out there publicly. That's why you know names like Prince Andrew or
Alan Dersowitz or some of the names that have been mentioned here those contacts there is no evidence according to the
DOJ and the FBI and again that's public there's no evidence that any of those third parties were having girls
trafficked to them and that is not evidence that was made clear certainly to the DOJ or the FBI here is Tucker
then asserting that it was actually MSAD again without evidence that not not a shock of course this is where Tucker was
going. This has become the hot speculation on the internet is without evidence. You say that MSAD was running
Jeffrey Epstein. When I say without evidence, I mean without evidence. Napali Bennett, the former Israeli prime
minister said, quote, "As a former Israeli prime minister, with the MSAD having reported directly
to me, I say to you with 100% certainty, the accusation that Jeffrey Epstein somehow worked for Israel or the MSAD
running a blackmail ring is categorically and totally false. This accusation is a lie being pedled by
prominent online personalities such as Tucker Carlson pretending they know things they don't. And in fact, I
followed up with the former Prime Minister Navali Bennett and what he told me is that Assad has not been active in
the United States since the or against the United States since the Jonathan Pard scandal of 1987 when a [laughter]
US Army contractor, he's actually working for the Navy, re revealed classified information to the Israeli
government. He was prosecuted by [laughter] the United States government and ended up in prison. I didn't watch this whole This is hilarious.
And so Israel since then has not spied on the United States with MSAD. Okay, [laughter] guys. Well, there you
have it. It's just I don't know how he does it with a straight face. That is like
Well, anyway, guys, there's millions of females, but don't even like it's like MSA hasn't been doing nothing. I know it
seems weird because BB's like always here or whatever and we seem to be doing they're being everywhere but the massage just like said in night they were like

I'm going to wait for a little more information regarding this email because I don't want to be first to publish because they are now saying that some of
these emails came in uh later when people were allowed to then just flood the FBI with um reports. That might not
be right either. So, just give me some more time to look into it. But the point is is Jay-Z was mentioned here and uh it
was in the context of being with Harvey Weinstein watching somebody be assaulted. I'll definitely have more for you guys and basically a bunch of people
rightfully unfollow Jay-Z. I've I have not been a Jay-Z fan for a very long time. It is very obvious that he sold
this out to the feds. He's clearly working for the feds. I have always believed that um the individual that
came forward and and was honest about what was happening with Diddy and Cass and talking about how the feds do deal
with rappers, they give them tons of money and then they move drugs in. That just felt like the correct thing, like
my assumption when it came to Jay-Z was obviously what he was involved in. And so, uh, yeah, Nicki Minaj had a lot to
say because she feels vindicated in many in many ways about speaking about how the hip-hop industry works, that you
have to get involved with a lot of this stuff and if you don't, they will essentially blackball you. And you know what, Yay has spoken about how you get
black ballalled in the industry. He he was obviously too sleepy, never got to those tweets that he was going to author
because he was very tired and needed a nap, but he was about to let loose on a bunch of people who were doing the
blackballing. And I do very much believe that Jay-Z is a part of that. That, like I said, feels to me like common sense.
And I think more will come out and people are unfollowing him. Anyways, here's what Nicki Minaj had to say. She
wrote, "Your favorite artist has been practicing rituals in a satanic cult where they take babies from other
countries and mutilate and kill them as a form of blood sacrifice to their god. You see, when your master is Satan, you
must constantly shed blood. However, the jig is up." Um, and yeah, she's uh not
the first person in Hollywood to say that. I mean, we every time we show you things, even when we showed you the CERN
activity that was happening, which somebody caught on tape, they just came out and were like, "Oh, we were just faking. That was just like fun. That's
what scientists do. They dress up in the middle of the night and pretend to stab women before a statue of Shiva." That's
kind of what they told us about CERN. I just don't know how much could be in our face anymore before we wake up and
realize these people are ruling over us and they win when we're fighting with each other. That's just the reality. I
really don't see how you can have a ton of success in Hollywood and not be in the club because Hollywood was founded

quite literally imported people from Vienna where Sigman Freud was or his boys were. They imported them and they
made them directors. They made them actors. They made them actresses. And they were tasked with destroying

he really didn't know Epstein that well, but spoke to him mainly just about math

but you know, you you assume um he didn't go to jail for that long, right? It was probably not not as serious as
alleged. Uh there there was certainly was the illusion that there were all these these other people that I trusted
you know Reed who introduced us was you know he started LinkedIn he was you know maybe
too focused on business networking but right but uh but I thought he always had good judgment in people.
When the went down and Epstein gets arrested for the second time were you like well there you go.
Uh I've thought about it I thought a lot about it as a result. Yeah.
Yeah, I'm sure. [laughter] And thought about it, he did cuz he was emailing Jeffrey Epstein a lot, meeting
up with him a lot. Uh definitely sounds like they were very close, inviting him to the island. Basically, this guy is
going to be here from Europe also, you should come this weekend. They were together all throughout New York, constantly messaging each other. It is
not a good look. There is no question these two were friends. And I do not accept that the person who's effectively
spying on all of us, he's got a deal with the military through Palunteer, by the way. Um should be clear, he also
Palunteer boys were put onto Fort Wuka Air Base in July. We'll get into that later.

be believed that that's the reason why he had to basically leave him a slap on the wrist. And we're supposed to believe Peter Teal with all of his resources
just went trust me, bro. I'm not buying it. And this is now a major problem for
JD Vance. It is just there's no other way to say it. JD Vance is going to have to answer for this. This is not going to be something he can wiggle around. And I
don't think he is going to make a statement on Peter Teal. I I think that that that's going to be interesting. Um
that is going to be very interesting the implications of that, but also interesting that they threw Peter Teal
under the bus because they're protecting the other homies. Like I said, I expect the Kushners to be in here. Uh

interview with Cash Patel on Charlie Kirk's show, which is supposed to be live every day. You can fake a live. You
can make it a pre-record, but it's interesting that they were actually meeting with top brass at the White House. I'm looking for details about
what that meeting was about because I just need to know. There's a lot about
um uh pageantry in these emails. It seems like Jeffrey Epste was practically
picking these girls to win pageantss. Um there's obviously a lot about his real estate empire and they have conveniently
redacted the names of some of these beauty queens which I I find to be a little bit suspicious with what I know
about Jeffrey Epstein and the way that he was moving with Jean Luke Brunell and

it and is also being rinsed out of these files. They were trafficking through these organizations. We know this for a

with uh Charlie and just trying to confirm what had been said, public
statements that were made from people in his inner circle about his whereabouts, also Erica's uh whereabouts. And
unbelievably, I did not catch this, probably because nobody actually watches or listens to Josh Hammer. But he came
out once I released the text message. I said it was on September 8th that he texted and said, "I'm abandoning the
pro-Israel cause." Well, Josh Hammer came out and clarified that actually Charlie sent that text message on
September 9th, the day before he died. Here is what Josh Hammer said in his own words. Take a listen. Candace Owens
seized on this totally out of context screenshot of Charlie Kirk being very
upset that a Jewish donor was withholding his $2 million donation. And she used this as an attempt to say, "Oh,
Josh Hammer's lying that Charlie Kirk remained pro-Israel until his his final moments." Yeah. But she's also holding aside that
2 hours after this screenshot, you if you look at the timestamps, 2 hours after that, I and a few others were in a
small Zoom chat, a small Zoom call with Charlie Kirk the night before he was killed that Charlie organized. Charlie
organized this Zoom call for the express purpose of trying to make sure that he had all the best answers, the best
messaging advice for how to speak about Jewish Christian relations and the Israel question on college campuses.
Okay. Okay, first and foremost, I just want to say he's so full of crap. The idea that Charlie had just gotten back from Korea and was like, "Oh, please
help me, Josh Hammer. You're a complete idiot. Please help me learn how to speak to college students, Josh Hammer, and a rabbi who lives in Israel." Like, there
was nobody else available. You know what time it must have been in Israel for him to organize this call? Why is he doing it with this rabbi? Uh, was it Wojiki,
whatever his last name is, you not just call like Dennis Prager, who you're apparently writing a Shabbat Shalom book
with? Uh, it seems a little suspect. So, you're actually clarifying for us something that's amazing. This is a a
stunning admission admission. Okay. Because we know that when Charlie got off of this phone call, he texts that
evening a text message to Dan Flood and Andrew Kovette saying, "They're going to kill me. You should have left it at
September 8th because now the September 9th schedule is looking a little bit suspect." Let's pull that up. I want you guys to see this. Let's go to September
9th first. Okay. So, we know, which I've been able to confirm, that Charlie had
an appearance in the Will Kane show. That's from his TPUSA office. Erica said that Charlie had the call with Josh
Hammer around this time. Uh, this is, guys, just so you know, this is Arizona time, okay? That she was getting her
nails done around this time. That's what she told me in person. Well, 3:54 p.m. She must have been, she's referring to
the chat. Charlie sends out that text message regarding leaving the pro-Israel cause. 6:00 p.m., again, this is
according to Josh Hammers. He says 2 hours later, uh, which would have been 5:54 p.m., 6:00 p.m., Josh Hammer and
this rabbi that literally is based in Israel, have a Zoom call with Charlie. So, he sends a message. The chat
explodes. People are pulling out their money. He's saying, "I have no choice to abandon the the pro-Israel cause uh
cause." Then this rabbi stays up and Josh Hammer stays up. They have a call with Charlie about talking points for to
do what he's done his entire career because he doesn't know how to do this himself. He's turning to Josh Hammer. who he does not have a great
relationship with to help him massage out his points. Okay, he's getting messages from Bob Schillman. Everyone's
pulling out their money. And then we know that after that he's going to have dinner with Erica and the kids and a
priest to pray over him. According to Erica, we are told that that prayer is
related to a Jezebel article that published I by the way I say I actually
don't believe that at all. I'm just going to put that out there. like just because of my relationship with Charlie and how much we texted about ridiculous
articles and laughed at them. For me to think that suddenly on some feminist website somebody wrote something saying
they bought an Etsy spell at that that would send him so over the edge that he would call a priest doesn't doesn't pass
the sniff test for me. But let's just we just looking at the schedule. He's fighting with Jewish donors. They're
taking out his money. Bob Showman takes out his money. He then schedules this call with a rabbi in Josh Hammer. No,
they were talking him off of the cliff. He's in the chat. He's saying, "I want Candace back." Confirmed. This happened
on September 9th. Now, I want Candace back. I want to have her. He's also texting other people saying, "I want to have Candace back." Confirmed on
September 9th. Now you've got, oh, a panic call. Come on, just talk. Let's talk through this. Don't bring Tucker
and Candace. Let's talk through this. Talk. These aren't these aren't he's not looking to debate with a rabbi.
Hey, help me debate. This is asinine. They want us to believe he needed a rabbi, a priest, and a pastor in the
last 24 hours of his life, all helping him with talking points. Okay. So then get that get that schedule back up. He
ends this call. He has to have dinner in this hour, which I've confirmed he did have dinner with his family and the
priest uh to pray over him, this priest at dinner. And then he messages Dan
Flood and Andrew and says they're going to kill me. But he was obviously talking about the
his day was being impacted by Israel. He was referring to Israel when
he said that he was referring to Israel. And I have one more thing to tell you and this is really going to knock your socks off. This is crazy. I've clocked
Erica on another lie. A big lie. I went back to my source. Remember I told you
when I broke the story and then she had to admit that he texted Dan Flood first. She said, "Oh, he never texted. He never texted Dan Flood." Whatever. I have his
phone. And then I was like, "Andrew Kovette told me and my source had access to Dan Flood's messages." Well, Dan
Flood. Then she admitted he did receive a message, but she said she received that message on um a chat that clears,
like a Telegram chat. Well, guess what? I went back to that source and they said
it was an iMessage. She's lying. Let me say that again for you. She's now
twice lied about this damn flood message. First, she said it didn't exist. Then she said, "Maybe it did exist, but actually it was on Telegram,
which Charlie had set to clear, and that's why she never saw it." That's a lie.
It was sent an eye message between him and Dan Flood, according to my source, who I trust a lot more than I trust
Erica, because I've clocked her on too many big lies. So, not okay. I take you
back to the ETH. Let's go to the ETH, September 8th, and I'm going to tell you what's problematic. I had to put together what people said happened on
this day, and here's what I've been able to confirm thus far. I have um from 10:00 a.m. to 11 o'clock a.m. Charlie
appears from his home studio. Again, this is all reflecting Arizona local time. Um on the Charlie Kirk show,
that's a full hour on the Salem Network. Then Erica told me that she woke up Charlie from his nap. Makes sense
because he had just gotten back late late the night before from Korea. Okay, makes sense that he would be napping.
She says she woke him up from a nap for his Fox News hit. Again, that's just according to Erica. But the timing of
him, the idea of him sleeping at his time makes sense to me is what I'm saying. Then we know Charlie Kirk appears from his home studio on the
Ingram Angle and the show he shoots it from his house. So he's not going to the
office cuz he's exhausted in jet lag. Uh this is also the day that the article
appears in Jezebel regarding that witch's curse. at 5:24 p.m. Erica's alibi to me was that she was just
arriving back home presumably with groceries, but just arriving back home at 6:06 p.m. She texts to Charlie and
says dinner is ready. Um, and per Frank, and I want you to listen to what Frank
Turk says here. He says that he went on a walk with Charlie this day on at 8:00
p.m. He says that earlier in the day he had been with Charlie, but they then
went on this long walk again because he needed advice about how to debate. I don't know what happened. Charlie suddenly uh was a day old at debates and
he he needed to consult. This sounds like the beginning of a joke. A pastor, a priest, and a rabbi. Like it's just it
literally sounds like the beginning of a joke. A pastor, a priest, and a rabbi walked into a bar. Like, this is what
they're all saying, though. Listen to what Frank Turk says on Megan Kelly show. You know, the last walk we went on,
Megan, was Monday night. So, the the terrible day was Wednesday. And so, we spent some time Monday and
then we both went to dinner. He wanted to have dinner with the family, which is he's a family man. So, he said, "Hey,
can you come back at about 8? We'll go on a walk." I said, "Yeah, okay." Okay. So, I came back down at 8 and um uh I
texted him. I said, "Okay, I'm I'm about here." He said, "Coming out." And then a
minute later, he said, "Shortly, Gigi just got up." So, so he was obviously
taking care of the baby, taking care of his daughter, cuz that's the kind of person he was. And then we went on this
long walk, and there were two major issues that kept coming up that he wanted to be better at.
He then goes on to say that Charlie uh was asking for him advice for how to to speak to the college kids about, you
know, questions about Christ. So again, he's just he's got so many spiritual adviserss to help him contend with this.
You would think they might have different answers because you got the the rabbi doesn't believe in Christ, but he needs to consult him about debate questions. Then he's got Frank Turk does
Christ. You got the priest who Anyways, it's all very confusing. But the interesting part that I uh from that
statement is that he says that Charlie had to deal with the kids. No, I'm not
trying to read too much into it, but if he's late coming out for this walk because he has to deal Gigi got up and
he's got to deal with because he's a great dad. Wasn't Wasn't Erica home? Couldn't Erica have gotten him back down if you had an appointment to make?
Perhaps. Maybe. Maybe. She was like, "No, it's your turn. You deal with it." But the problem I'm having is I have now
confirmed with people that live where they live because they live in a building. Uh that they all saw Charlie.
They also saw Charlie on a walk. I have one person who lives there. She ran into Charlie and he certainly was on a walk,
not with Frank Turk, with a tall person who she does not recognize. Charlie stopped. Um they spoke about her dog and
then he told her like, "Oh, I'm starting my tour tomorrow." They had a brief chat. Uh got that on record statement.
Now, it's possible Charlie was at first walking with Frank and Frank then left. So, I'm not dismissing that as in
Frank's lying. But I am just noting that the person who confirmed they saw Charlie, they confirmed that they saw
Charlie and where they saw Charlie and Erica eating on the 9inth. Um, seeing Charlie in an elevator. Everything about
Charlie is adding up. I cannot get a single person to confirm that they saw Erica who was apparently out and about.
I then thought, wouldn't it make sense? She screams in the middle of a parking lot. She screams in the middle of a doctor's office. Everybody kind of knows
where they were when Charlie got shot. Okay, if this doctor's office had people in it, there's going to be someone who said, "Hey, I heard a giant scream at my
doctor's office, even if they didn't see her." And then I looked at my phone and 15 minutes later I learned that Charlie
got shot. No, she also says that she collapsed in the parking lot. No one thus far has seen that. Nobody in her
building has a had and they all know each other. It's a building uh has they know Mikey McCoy. People have said,
"I've seen Mikey McCoy on this date." Blah blah blah. No one can confirm that they saw Erica on this date where she
was behaving super shady and just giving me a very straightforward alibi and pretending like they didn't understand the instructions of this alibi for Fort
Wuka. Something else was going on. I don't buy any of these stories. I don't buy Charlie suddenly need advice from a
pastor, a priest, and a rabbi. It sounds ridiculous. Okay, I think something was
happening. I think Charlie was fearful of his life. I don't think it was about a Jezebel curse. I think everything that
was going on in his day reveals that Charlie was stressed out about pressure
that was being put on him regarding Israel and he was instructing to his team that he was done with them and he
was happy to lose money. So it would not track that then after dealing with this having a call with the rabbi who should
be asleep in Israel but is staying up to give you advice on a debate like this couldn't have been a freaking email.
It would it would follow that he then sent to Andrew Kovat and Dan Flood that
they meaning the Jews were going to kill him. That's what I believe. That's what
I believe happened on that day. And as far as why Erica is lying and covering
for Dan Flood, we're going to we're going to need to get to the bottom of that. These are not little lies. These are huge lies. These are big lies. She's
covering up for bad people and it doesn't make any sense. She's welcoming bad people into the feray of Turning
Point USA for money. I don't like it. I don't like it at all.
And I don't give a about who wants to cut me on Instagram and say, "Oh my

continue to stand by this sort of stuff in the societ the society that we live in where good men are being cut down,
killed, children are being harmed, people are lying about who Charlie was,
what he was going through in the final days, and look up at the people who still have a soul and question their

Many of you have been asking me to check
this out and I finally got a chance to
see it and so I have I have a couple of
things to say.
this whole controversy
blah blah blah. This whole controversy
here of this IRS letter that allegedly
was sent to to Erica Kirk and Donald
Trump's possible involvement. You know,
I've seen some things in my day,
but this one is stranger than fiction. I
I kid you not. Let's go ahead and bring
this in. I finally got a chance to sit
down uh and go through this. It starts
out here with Wolves uh and finance. Let
me go back just a little bit here
cuz I I want people to see this as we
break this down. This is like crazy. I'm
not going to let it bother me. He's
allowed to have his own opinion. What
he's not allowed to do is argue with the
facts. Robert Barnes went on a podcast
called Paramount Tactical and they
discussed a letter that was allegedly
sent from the IRS to Turning Point.
All right. So, that is just kind of the
tip of the iceberg as far as the
allegations I know that uh Wolves and
Finances have kind of brought to the
four against TPUSA.
And Robert, I know I actually got some
of the documents, uh, the letter from
the IRS to Erica Kirk and TP USA that
talks about what their situation is as
regards to the IRS. This letter has been
floating around and reported on by
mainstream news outlets like CBS, except
the letter itself has never been shown
until Paramount Tactical's podcast. In
fact, I'm guessing he was not supposed
to show this to his audience because it
is quite shocking. It is a two-page
letter on Department of the Treasury
letter head. It says it is responding to
a request from Erica Kirk.
Okay, so the first thing I noticed when
I saw this letter, this was very weird
to me.
It's just like request for return
information of this is in response to
your letter of of December 3rd in which
you requested certain return information
of the four taxexempt entities listed
above for which you are chairman, CEO or
president. In particular, you requested
the following information. whether the
returns uh filed by these entities are
being examined or subject to any other
investigation by the IRS and if so a
description of the nature of any such
activity. And we'll go to the other ones
as well. One of the things that kind of
stood out to me was this letter.
I found it strange, and this is not to
say it's not real, but I found it
strange that the letter head it's green.
Now, I said to myself like maybe that is
just uh light reflecting on it or maybe
it was the way like the image was
positioned. I I I don't know. But the
letter head at the top looks green. And
I have never seen documentation from the
IRS where the letter head is green.
It's always been black
when when I've received it. Now, again,
this is not to to say I got to say this.
This is not to say that it's not real. I
just found that strange because I'm not
used to seeing that type of letter head
from the IRS.
But let's go on.
It says one, there is no IRS
investigation currently underway on
Turning Point. Two, all four 990 forms
were filed by May 15, 2025. Three, the
next year's forms will be filed by May
15, 2026. The letter is signed by
Treasury Secretary Scott Bassant.
Paramount Tactical is presenting this
letter as some kind of evidence that
there is no fraud at Turning Point.
That is ridiculous for a number of
reasons. We all know this because all of
us deal with the IRS
and that's what I'm used to seeing. Let
me just bring this back for just a
second. Um,
if I can get it like just right there.
I'm sorry. Sorry, I have to go back here
to get it. Sorry.
The letter is signed by Treasury
Secretary Scott Basant. Paramount
Tactical is presenting this letter as
some kind of evidence that there is no
fraud at Turning Point.
That is ridiculous for a number of
reasons. We all know this because all of
us deal with the IRS
right here. So, that's what I have seen
like when the IRS especially like if you
have to do like um a payment plan or
something like that. I mean, you guys
know how these things go. You file
taxes. hopefully. But um I'm used to
seeing it. It's black. It's black and
white. I've never seen this green, you
know, green letter head. At least like
I've never seen that. So I found that to
be kind of weird, but it is what it is.
We all know this is not normal behavior.
Have any of you ever received a letter
from the IRS saying, "Just letting you
know we're not doing an investigation on
you." No, of course you have not because
the IRS does not do this and it's not
coming from the IRS. The letter is
signed by the Treasury Secretary Scott
Basant. To me, this looks more like a
political favor to Donald Trump's
personal friends than a legitimate IRS
communication.
That's the other thing. Thank you for
this measured man says Savvy. It has
been sent off for a watermark. All
letters have watermark. Yeah, that was
another thing that was weird to me when
he said it was signed by Scott Basent.
That's weird. It's just like it just
doesn't look like a document that came
from the IRS. So, what the hell is going
on here? Let's go on more.
Second, the wording in this letter does
not mean anything.
Just because the IRS is not
investigating does not mean there is no
fraud going on. This does not mean that
donors cannot sue Turning Point to get
their money back. This does not mean
that state attorney generals cannot file
criminal charges against Turning Point
executives.
This letter does not disprove my
concerns about their finances. And what
is this?
What is this? At the top of the page,
someone has crossed out Mrs. Kirk and
wrote in Erica.
It looks like that is sloppy. Again,
anybody who is watching, if you ever
received written communication from the
IRS, what is this?
It's like the Teemo version of the IRS.
Like, I I don't know. It's dollar store
IRS. When would the IRS do this? When
would they just cross out your name and
then just write Erica?
Okay, someone is proofreading Scott
Basent's letter. Who could that be?
I have reviewed so many White House
documents and in my opinion that
handwriting looks like it was written by
Donald Trump. If you compare it to other
samples of his writing, he does a
consistent method where he writes a name
dash name dash name dash. The K is very
much like this K. The E is written the
same way as this W. This handwriting
looks like it belongs to Donald Trump.
So, is it possible
that Donald Trump did this as a favor
for Erica Kirk? I mean, guys, this isn't
even professional. Like, what?
And and
hey,
just to let you know, we're not
investigating you. What?
I I don't.
So much corruption. You guys,
this letter does not look like it came
from the IRS. It looks like it came from
the president of the United States.
Do you understand what this means?
This is the only document the Democrats
need to impeach President Trump.
This looks like the president's
handwriting on official letterhead of
him interfering in an IRS investigation
of his personal friends.
And there are other reasons that they
could use against him to try to impeach
him. But I'm pretty sure this one also
doesn't help his case.
I swear to God, it's stranger than
fiction.
Let me remind you of Richard Nixon.
Nixon faced impeachment charges for
interfering with the FBI investigation
into the Watergate scandal. The main
evidence was secret tape recordings of
conversations in the Oval Office.
Donald Trump is doing the same thing
with the IRS investigation, but this
time we have what looks like his
handwriting on official letterhead.
It looks like the White House is now
part of the cover up at Turning Point.
And now you know things are worse, even
worse than we probably thought that they
were, right? Because let's think about
this for a second. You know, Donald
Trump has been known for corruption for
quite some time, going far back before
he was president of the United States.
One of his mentors was a guy named Roy
Cohen, who was essentially attached to
the mob. And what you have to remember
is that during the construction era back
in the 70s in New York City, a lot of
these people that worked in construction
and real estate during that time had
ties to the mob. The mob had direct link
to construction and real estate during
that time. This is also why, and I
pointed this out before, this is also
why I believe Chuck Schumer doesn't go
as hard at Donald Trump as he should,
because they go way back. They're old
New York dudes.
They They're old New York guys. Trump
probably got some dirt on him and he
probably got some dirt on Trump. I think
that's why he don't go that far back.
But the corruption has always been
there. So honestly, if Donald Trump did
do that,
I you know, it wouldn't surprise me.
What is funny is just how sloppy it is.
Like, you couldn't even take the time to
just rewrite the letter you scratched
out the name and wrote Erica.
Let me give some free accounting advice
to Donald Trump. You get this one for
free, Donald.
Stop writing letters like this.
Why isn't he distancing himself from
this scandal?
I highly doubt that Donald Trump was
aware of what Tyler Ber was doing behind
the scenes. But now with this letter,
Donald Trump looks like he's getting
involved. And I'm saying this as someone
who likes Donald Trump. And this letter
deeply bothers me. People have a right
to be upset about this. Turning Point
has been raising millions of dollars
from donations.
Most people don't know what has been
happening with the donations.
I received a message from someone named
Margaret. Like many other people, she
donated money to Turning Point USA
because she was moved by Charlie Kirk's
death. She was told if she gave a
donation that she would receive a hat as
part of their fundraising effort. Here

and they're abroad.
So, why does it take 10 to 12 weeks to
get a hat from Turning Point USA?

She donated on September 16th. 12 weeks
would have been the second week in
December. Margaret has never received a
hat. Instead, she received this card
with a rubber bracelet.
So, where did the money go?

nonprofit status, and this is something
that we have to dive into as well.
Technically, if you're if you're a
nonprofit, and I believe it's the 501c3,
you're not supposed to give
endorsements. Correct. Because from what
I understand, if you're a nonprofit,
you're not really supposed to give any
type of political I'm a little bit
confused because Erica did come out and
endorse JD Vance, but are you supposed
to be doing that?
And and if that's the case, how has
Turning Point USA been able to do that
all this time?
I just feel like nonprofit doesn't mean
as much as as we thought it used to.
Like I feel like nonprofit doesn't mean
as much anymore. That's just kind of how

They are sending bracelets to people
instead of the hat they promised. And
this is not an isolated incident. Here
is a Facebook post. Made a $25 donation
to TPUSA back in September that was
supposed to come with a 47 hat free for
making the donation. Never got hat. Try
texting them and calling them several
times and have not gotten response. did
get one response from someone named
Anika who said she had no record of the
transaction. Have sent them copies of my
receipt with no response. Called and
left my name and contact info on their
voicemail because they never answer the
phone and they don't even call you back.
Loved Charlie Kirk and watched him
religiously, but this has totally
disappointed me.
Where is all this money going though?
Like they're taking people's money and
they're supposed to get a hat, but
they're not getting a hat.
So, they're just asking for donations
and getting donations from people. FM
said, "Where's my hat?" Yeah. Like,
they're getting donations from people,
but they're not even giving them what
they were promised to give. Isn't that
fraud?
Allegedly.
I I don't understand this.
Poorly run.
Poorly run. call my bank and see if I
can get reimbursed for the donation. And
the replies are full of comments saying
the same thing.
All I got was a bracelet. We got a
bracelet, no hat as promised. Got a
cheap rubber band bracelet and no hat.
That's a big way to turn people away.
Just make false promises. Same thing
happened to my husband. No hat. Gave a
donation back in September. And it goes
on and on and on.
People need to realize what Turning
Point has been doing to get donations
since Charlie Kirk's death.
They are lying to people to get their
money and then sending them rubber
bracelets.
By the way, guys, those rubber bracelets
are cheap.
I know cuz I used to like do this thing
like with the Girl Scouts and all that
type of stuff. Like we used to like, you
know how it is. You know, you sell the
cookies and I used to have to sell these
candy bars and all this type of stuff.
But anyway, um those rubber bracelets
are really cheap. That's why it's one of
the things that people are more willing
organizations are more willing to give
out freely cuz it doesn't cost much and
they're not $25.
So, it it is kind of messed up that
people didn't get a hat. Guys, this is
stealing.
And I I just don't understand. Does any
of this sound Christianlike to any of
you? Does any of this sound like it's a
moral thing to do? Not to mention, I
still haven't seen, and you guys let me
know if you have, I still haven't seen
Erica Kirk answer for the fact that she
has that pastor on her Make Heaven
Crowded tour. And this guy right now is
currently under investigation for
trafficking.
And I just feel like like all the people
who are attending these events are just
like, "Okay, whatever. I don't care. the
hell is wrong with people?
I feel like that's the idalism.
Ay,
let's look at the big picture. When
someone gives money to Turning Point
USA, what do they think they are giving
money to? Most people think they're
giving money to campus events like what
Charlie Kirk did. He would go to college
campuses and answer questions. This is
such a good nonprofit idea. Everyone
supports that idea. Everyone knows that
there is a major problem in the United
States with college campuses. We have
professors teaching communism and woke
ideas in the classroom.
How do we fix this? One way is what
Charlie Kirk was doing. He was creating
spaces on college campuses where
students could talk about capitalism and
free markets.
Well, um, Wolves in Finance, they're not
really teaching communism. That's not
actual communism for the most part. I
need to have a conversation with this
guy cuz I need to explain to people the
difference between communism, socialism,
and what they actually think is left.
Like Gavin Newsome, for example, is not
left. Um, and I think people make these
terms more sound more radical than they
actually are. So, I need to have a
conversation with him about that. But
the point that is made here is that
something is funny with the money, which
I think many of us have been calling
out. It just does not make any sense.
And I'm hoping that more people will
speak up. Like if they gave money, they
donated money uh to Turning Point USA
and they were expected to get a hat. I'm
hoping more people are willing to speak
up about that because that money went
somewhere and those rubber bracelets
don't cost $25.
Two, a lot of times they buy these
things wholesale so they get them really
cheaply. And then two,
the IRS thing to me is just really
shady. That that letter and how sloppy
it was and so unprofessional. Like I
feel like we live in a cartoon. Like I I
feel like I feel like these things like
are not supposed to happen, but they are
happening. That's why I say it's it's
like stranger than fiction. It's almost
like everything that you see happening
right now with Turning Point USA, the
money and the text messages, all these
things that are being revealed. I
honestly feel like this could be an
episode of of a show, but it's real
life. Like it's it's not even fake.
That's the funny part about it. But I
also feel as though we have a problem if
it is true that Donald Trump interveneed
there. Because what the hell is the
president of the United States doing
intervening with IRS affairs
for a nonprofit organization?
Now this is straight up mafia style. If
that's the case,
that's a lot of corruption.
And Donald Trump has years of dealing
with it. It didn't come out of nowhere.

Do you guys remember this photo? This is
Cabot Phillips proudly displaying to
the world that he had tattooed the word
pizza on the inside of his lip. And as
we all know, pizza is a code word used
by monsters when trying [music] to
subtly communicate about their
predelections and deviant behavior, so
to speak. And we all know that Kitt and
Erika Kirk dated. And we all know that
Erika [music]
ran a children's charity in Romania that
has some very, very, very, very dark
accusations made against it. Well,
there's something else that some people
noticed about Erika. On September 30th,
2013, Erika posted this photo to her
Instagram of herself eating pizza. And
it's notable because it's the only photo
of her on her entire Instagram page
where she is eating food. I mean, she
always reminds us of how much she loves
In-N-Out Burger.
I want to enjoy eating my In-N-Out
Burger. You really think I'm going to be
on an Egyptian plane while I am wanting
to be with my In-N-Out Burger?
But there are no photos of her eating
In-N-Out Burger. She often talks about
her Swedish heritage and talks about
making Swedish meatballs with her
grandparents, but there's no photos of
her eating or engaging with Swedish
meatballs. The only photo she has of
herself eating food is this photo of her
posing with a slice of pizza. And oddly
enough, 15 days before she posted this
picture, she [music] began an
interesting relationship with a
15-year-old girl named Jillian. I spent
hours digging into this and even heard
from Jillian herself. And I think you
guys are going to want to hear this.

year of enlightenment. I think we're
going to be learning a lot about people,
about institutions, about the way the
world works and who's working it, who's
running it. Like that's the vibe that I
get. I think we're already seeing that
coming to fruition already.

Now, let's get into today's video about
Erika. I just keep uncovering just some
weird [ __ ] about this woman. Back in
2013, Erika was 25 years old and she was
in a relationship with a basketball
player named Joshua Harelson. So, at the
time, he was living in Michigan and
[music] Erika moved out there to be with
him. On the evening of September 15th,
2013, Joshua Harelson and Erika met a
15-year-old girl named Jillian Falcon.
And I know this because Jillian tweeted
about it. At 3:53 p.m., Jillian tweeted
that she was out for sushi with her
friend. And 2 hours later, she tweeted,
"Just met Miss Arizona." and Josh
Harelson heart eyes emoji. Now, I'm not
sure if Jillian coincidentally bumped
into Erika and Joshua or if they were
introduced. What I do know is that
Jillian had a friend and the friend's
grandparents were renting a home to
Erika in Michigan. So, I'm not entirely
sure if all of these people just bumped
into each other coincidentally at the
sushi restaurant or if they were
formally introduced, but nonetheless,
they met and Erika struck up what I view
as a very odd relationship with the
15-year-old girl named Jillian. Now,
before I share the information that I
found, I need to make sure that I say
this. Do not bother Jillian. Do not
message her. Do not leave comments on
her social media. Leave her alone. I'm
not doing this video to cause any
trouble for Jillian. So, please do not
reach out to her. She's a grown woman
now, but at the time she was 15 when she
met Erika. And the reason that I'm doing
this video is because in my opinion,
Erika's behavior was predatory and it
needs to be exposed. Jillian was just a
child at the time. She's a teenage girl.
Please don't bother her. Okay?
Leave her alone. Julian, like many other
teens in the early 2010s, was an avid
user of Twitter and tweeted damn near
everything that she did. Not going to
lie, she was doing a bit too much. But
for the sake of this video, it helped me
a lot. I went through her Twitter and
pieced together her interactions with
Erika, and I was alarmed at how much
interest Erika showed this child. As I
mentioned in the intro, on September
30th, 2013, Erika posted this picture
posing with pizza. And just over a week
later, on October 9th, 2013, Jillian
tweets, quote, "Next to Miss Arizona at
Bar Louie." Jillian then tweeted this at
Erika Frantzve at Cheyenne Chand. Aw,
you're so sweet. Cheyenne is Jillian's
friend. I believe they were classmates
at the time, so they're the same age,
just in case you're wondering. Now, 2
days later, Jillian tweeted, "Erika
Frantzve dying because you're so pretty."
Someone, presumably Erika, replied, but
then deleted the tweet. And Jillian
replied, "Erika France, we miss you,
too." On October 26th, 2013, Jillian
tweeted, "Erika Frantzve, how you enjoying
the Michigan weather?" Erika replied,
however, the reply is not visible
because the account is now private. And
Jillian replied at Erika Frantzve, "Ah,
lucky you. enjoy it while on November
7th, 2013, Erika tweeted something that
I can't see because her account is
private, but Julian replied saying,
"Erika Frantzve, I fell in love with the
world in you." She also tweeted, "Don't
care if it's Wednesday or not. She'll
always be my woman crush. Can I be you
at Erika Frantzve?" At the time, was
Jillian being a bit obsessive?
Yep. Yep.
I would say so, but she was 15 years
old. Teenagers can be like this. Okay.
Going through Jillian's social media,
she seems to be very impressionable,
immature, and vulnerable at the time.
And this grown woman, meaning Erika,
should have set clear boundaries with
her, but she didn't. As a matter of
fact, she crossed boundaries with her
quite a few times, which you will see
later in the video. On November 18th,
2013, Jillian tweeted, "Still waiting
for that lunch date kissing face emoji
at Erika Frantzve." There was a reply on
this tweet that was deleted. Then
Jillian says at Cheyennechand Erika
France. That's perfect. On November
20th, 2013, Jillian tweeted, "Why am I
just finding out it's your birthday? I
hope you had a great one at Erika
France. Erika responded to this tweet.
However, we can't see the response."
Then Jillian tweeted at Erika Frantzve.
That's great. Kissy face emoji. On
December 18th, 2013, Jillian tweeted, "I
want to just curl up in a ball and cry
because of how perfect Erika Frantzve is."
Heart eyes emoji. Erika's response is
private. And then Jillian responds, "You
too, love." On January 6th, Erika made a
post that is currently private, and
Jillian responded at Erika Frantzve,
gorgeous love, heart eyes emoji, kissy
face emoji. On January 22nd, 2014,
Jillian tweeted a bunch of messages that
I believe were her gushing over Erika.
Then at 10:30 p.m., so pretty late at
night, she tweets at Erika Frontzve is
the best. The next morning, she tweets
at Erikia Frantzve, "One day I am going
to wake up, roll over on my side, and
kiss the love of my life good morning."
Now, I know to some of you it might seem
like this is one-sided, like Jillian is
the one initiating everything. But keep
in mind, they were also having text
message conversations and phone calls.
Plus, Erika's tweets are private, so we
can't see them. So, we're not getting
the entire picture. So, just keep that
in mind. On February 13th, 2014, Jillian
replied to one of Erika's tweets by
saying, "A Erika Frantzve, gorgeous as
always." A few hours later, she then
tweeted, "Why did Erika Frantzve feet just
send me this laughing emojis?" And there
is a photo which says, "This Valentine's
Day, I am going to touch your butt."
Excuse me.
Remember, this girl was 15 and Erika was
25. In my opinion,
the relationship seems like Jillian
posted this tweet on March 6th, 2014. So
Erika says, "Let me call you. Hold on,
sweetheart. Give me a sex." Wow. And
then Jillian says, "Okay." And puts
laughing emojis. Erika then says, "Seek.
Sex, too, but not from you. Lol. Holy
[ __ ] Laughing emoji. You always make me
laugh. I don't bat for the other team
just yet." What the [ __ ]
Right to Jen. Right away. This text
exchange gave me chills. It seems like
Erika was flirting with her. I don't bat
for the other team just yet. And this
conversation is happening at night. 8:50
p.m. What the are you doing texting this
girl so late at night with all of this
[ __ ] sexual innuendo? What the [ __ ]
is wrong with you? Mind you, this was
after Erika had won Miss Arizona. She is
running businesses. She has this the
Romanian Angels charity and other
charities, you know, working for all of
these different organizations,
companies. She even had a boyfriend.
Okay, her life should be too busy to be
over here entertaining 15-year-old
girls. How on earth did she even have
the time, let alone the interest to be
carrying on this so-called friendship
with this 15-year-old girl? But there's
more. It gets worse. On March 13th,
2014, Jillian shared another screenshot
of her text messages with Erika. Erika
says, "I forgot to tell you, hydrate
tonight. No alcohol and don't eat a lot
of salty foods. You don't want to look
bloated." Jillian then responds, "Thank
you." Erika says, "No alcohol. Really,
Erika?" Age recognition, you [ __ ]
waffle. Apparently, I haven't had my
coffee yet. What the hell, Erika?
Laughing emoji. Well, on that bite. Dot
dot dot note. Damn you, Siri. Come on. #
the struggle. What are you trying to
say? Laughing emoji. Spit it out, you
[ __ ] waffle. How on earth could she have
forgotten that she was messaging a
child? The legal drinking age is 21 and
Jillian was 15 years old at the time,
and she very much texts like a
15-year-old girl. How the did you forget
that part that she's 15? Maybe I'm
projecting, but I don't think so. Okay.
When I was 15 years old, I was in a
similar situation with an adult who
would do things like little slick
things, say little things, and pretend
that it was an accident or oh, it was a
misunderstanding. Oh, I didn't mean to
touch you like that. I didn't mean to
say the words like that. I didn't I
didn't mean it. And over time, their
their behavior continued to escalate to
the point where they eventually crossed
a huge line. So when I see things like
this, I get mad because these are the
types of tactics that predators use. I
have experienced it myself. Back to
Jillian. On the morning of March 26th,
2014, Jillian tweeted, "I just want to
be somebody's woman crush Wednesday. Is
that too much to ask?" That evening, she
then tweets, "Thank you, Erika Frantzve,
for making my whole week." and she
shares this photo and the photo is of a
gnome and it says, "I want to be inside
your lady garden." Gnome saying
right to jail right away.
These tweets are still available on
Twitter as I am making this video. All
of this that I'm sharing with you is
publicly available information just in
case you're wondering. Now, on April
3rd, 2014, Jillian tweeted this picture
and said, "I miss this goon." A few
minutes later, she tweeted, "Did Erika
just text me # no new friends? Oh mying
god, I can't." So, the assumption is
that Erika was being territorial over
Jillian hanging out with her male
friend. A few days later on April 5th,
2014, Jillian posted this tweet getting
this in the mail from Erika Frontzve. And
in the photo is a red box of chocolate
covered strawberries and other chocolate
desserts. Now, this gift, in my opinion,
is something that you would expect an
adult to buy another adult that they
were in a romantic relationship with.
Not something you would expect a
25-year-old woman going on 26 to give a
teenage girl. And the card in the photo
says this, "Happy sweet 16, beautiful
girl. Keep strong in faith and know that
you're loved. But most of all, never
forget that you are perfect and amazing
just the way you are. [music] I am so
proud of you. Today is the first day of
another 365day [music] journey around
the sun. Enjoy the trip, boo. Love you,
E. She has parents. I'm pretty sure her
parents tell her that she's loved. I
went through her social media. Her
friends were constantly saying, "I love
you." Like her friends that are her age.
I would imagine she didn't need to hear
that [ __ ] from Erika, a grown woman.
Just saying. On June 7th, 2014, Jillian
shared this tweet. This has to be the
most heartfelt compliment I've ever
gotten. And she attached a screenshot of
her conversation with Erika. So Jillian
says, "Thank you." Erika says, "You have
the most stunning features." Jillian
says, "Best compliment ever." Erika
says, "Your eyes, your lips, your skin.
You're absolutely beautiful." Jillian
responds with the crying emoji. You're
making me cry. There are dozens more
tweets of them calling each other the
best. You're so beautiful. You're
stunning. I love you. I love you more.
Blah blah blah. Things of that nature.
I'm not going to read all of them. I
think you guys can already see very
clearly what was going on. And Erika was
also following Jillian on Instagram and
liking and commenting on her posts
there. In February of 2014, Jillian went
on a family trip to Puerto Rico. And
Erika was liking and commenting on her
Instagram posts. So Jillian posted this
photo of the beach and Erika says,
"Unreal, gorgeous." And then Jillian
responds, "This is by far my favorite
picture I took. My mom wants to get it
blown up at Erika Frantzve." Erika
responds, "I could see why, boo."
Jillian responds, "So perfect at Erika
France." Erika then responds, "Dot, yes,
I know you are." One of the many issues
that I have with their interactions is
the fact that Erika always made it about
the girl's physical appearance. Like,
here's here's a photo that Jillian took
feeding a duck, and it's a cute picture.
You know, the duck is adorable. It's
innocent. It's kind of funny. And Erika
liked the photo, but she didn't comment.
Here is a photo of Jillian's face, and
then she comments calling her stunning.
majority of their interactions had
something to do with each other's
physical appearance. If a 25-year-old
man was doing this to a 15-year-old
girl, someone would have reported him to
law enforcement. Okay? But because she's
Miss Arizona, uh because she's a woman,
it went unressed. And because she was a
public figure, she had an assumed
position of trust. And because of that,
this very odd relationship was never
questioned. And for the record, I have
not spoken to Jillian. I have reached
out to her, but I haven't heard back.
However, another concerned internet
investigator spoke to her and then spoke
to me and she shared the conversation
with me. So, there was there was
texting, there was voice notes, and the
person shared everything with me. So, I
did see from Jillian herself how she
feels about all of this 10 years later.
Now, I'm not going to share that
conversation that those two people had
in this video. I want to respect their
privacy, but I did see the conversation.
I listened to the voice notes. And I
just want to say for the record that
Jillian says that she wasn't trafficked.
There was people online who were
concerned because Jillian was in Puerto
Rico and Puerto Rico was very close to
Epstein Island. So, people are
wondering, is there something that was
happening there? Jillian says that she
wasn't trafficked. Okay. Jillian said
that she looked up to Erika because she
was so beautiful. You know, she was Miss
Arizona. She was giving her all of this
attention and Erika felt like a big
sister and these compliments that Erika
was giving her felt very validating and
it boosted her self-esteem. And Jillian
hasn't spoken to her in over 10 years.
She hasn't really thought about it all
that much. Like it's out of sight, out
of mind. So, she never looked back at
this whole friendship she had with Erika
as being weird or inappropriate. She
never saw it that way. But in my
opinion, okay, what Erika was doing is
ging. By definition, the things that I
showed you in those screenshots are
common tactics used by people who
areing. Was that what Erika's intention
was? I can't say. Only Erika knows what
her intent was. And considering that at
the time this woman was running a
charity in Romania that has allegations
of traffic children to see how she was
interacting with this young girl who she
barely knew is very concerning. You know
playing in your lady garden I want to
slap your butt. I don't go that way yet.
It's inappropriate and I think if people
are going to be supporting TPUSA and
their other organizations they should
know who and what they are supporting.

questions than answers. They tell us
that it was simply the act of a deranged
lone gunman named Tyler Robinson,
radicalized by the internet, who climbed
onto the roof of the Losi Center at Utah
Valley University with his grandfather's
hunting rifle and took the shot that
would change the course of political
history, which would be a rather
convenient and easy explanation,

a Mossad CIA deep state operation.

of money that goes back decades. And it
has led me somewhere that I never
expected. Tokyo, Japan, which just so
happens to be the last foreign country
Charlie would ever visit just days prior
to his assassination.
This kind of gets into that mysterious
last trip to Asia that Charlie took. The
timing of that was very strange.
That's right. This is a story that
traces back threearters of a century
spanning multiple continents, tying
together an intricate web of power and
money. A decadesl long CIA operation in
the Pacific, a cult church with a dark
mission, and another assassination that
shook the world. It's a story so
unbelievable that it might just hold the
key to unlocking the mystery behind who
really killed Charlie Kirk.
How the CIA Built Modern Japan
I'm standing in the middle of Higashi
Ikabukuro Central Park. It's a quiet
park, but looking around, you'll never
guess that this park was built on top of
an infamous prison. This was Sugamu
Prison, built in 1895. It was taken over
by the United States Allied forces to
house suspected war criminals as they
awaited trial before the International
Military Tribunal for the Far East. And
sitting in a cell where that skyscraper
now stands was Nou Kishi. They called
him the monster of Manuria. He ran the
slave labor camps in China. He managed
the opium trade that generated immense
profit for the Japanese regime, allowing
Kishi to live a lavish lifestyle with
virtually no oversight. But Japan would
go on to lose the war. And by 1948, he
was a suspected class A war criminal
awaiting execution. But fate had other
plans for him. as by the late 1940s and
early 50s the cold war had started and
the US wanted a shield against the rise
of communism in the east. So in a policy
now known as reverse course the United
States looked to install an influential
and more importantly an anti-communist
leader who could help build a
conservative pro-American government in
post-war Japan. So they made a deal.
They released Kishi and in exchange he
gave the Americans unfettered access to
his country. With CIA funding, Kishi
would go on to become Japan's prime
minister in 1957.
And the party he founded, the Liberal
Democratic Party, the LDP, would
maintain an uninterrupted 38-year run of
power from its founding in 1955 until
1993.
In fact, the Liberal Democrats have held
power in Japan for approximately 65 of
the 69 years since its formation in
November of 1955. Pretty impressive for
a so-called democracy and as you'll see,
by no means an accident. One weapon the
CIA used with surpassing skill was cold
cash. The agency excelled at buying the
services of foreign politicians. The
first place it picked the future leader
of a world power was Japan. Turns out
the CIA spent millions of dollars
funding the party through quote covert
financial aid operations. One of these
operations is the now legendary M fun, a
secret stockpile of seized World War II
assets, diamonds, and industrial loot
that the US occupation forces allegedly
handed over to the Japanese conservative
leaders to finance the fight against
communism. To manage this black budget,
Kishi turned to another suspected class
A war criminal from Sugama prison,
Yoshio Kodama. Kodama was a Yakuza bas,
a dedicated ultraist, and became the
bridge between the CIA's political goals
and the Japanese underworld. He used the
M fund to cement what has come to be
known as the Iron Triangle, an alliance
between the LDP politicians, the
government bureaucracy, and big
business. And the scheme continued
largely undetected by the public until
about the mid1 1970s. In 1976, a US
Senate subcommittee led by Senator Frank
Church revealed that Kodama had accepted
approximately $7 million from the Loheed
Martin Corporation. His role was to
bribe the prime minister and other
high-ranking officials to secure
contracts for American aircraft,
including the L1011 Tristar. And when
this news broke, the Japanese people
were pissed. The public turned on the
LDP with massive protests and
demonstrations in the streets of Japan.
Prosecutors arrested former Prime
Minister Kaku Tanaka. And in a final act
of dramatic irony, an ultraist actor,
furious that a quote unquote patriot
like Kodama had sold out to a foreign
corporation flew a light aircraft into
Kodama's house in a kamicazi style
attack.
So now the LDP and their CIA brethren
had a little bit of a problem because
it's not like the Iron Triangle was
completely dead. But because of
intensified public scrutiny, they needed
to find a new mechanism to move large
sums of money around. And they found
that in a new partner, which is a
The Moon Cult, Money Laundry, and Christian Zionism
church.
I am standing in Shoto. It is one of the
most expensive neighborhoods in Tokyo
and is also the former headquarters of
the Family Federation for World Peace
and Unification. You likely know them as
the Mooneyies or the Moon Cult. In 1954,
Sunung Mong Moon founded the Holy Spirit
Association for the Unification of World
Christianity in soul. Moon claimed that
Jesus Christ appeared to him on a Korean
mountainside and told him to finish the
work left undone 2,000 years ago. To his
followers, Moon was the true parent of
humanity, the Messiah. The theology was
strict, hierarchical, and militantly
anti-communist.
Moon taught that the Cold War was the
final battle between God and Satan. And
it was this specific ideology that
caught the attention of Nobasuk Kishi
and the Japanese establishment. In 1968,
Kishi and Moon established the
International Federation for Victory
Over Communism. Originally, this was
only supposed to be a political
alliance. But after the Loheed scandal
in the 1970s made the Yakuza option too
toxic, this alliance evolved into
something else. The CIA and the LDP
needed a way to move money around. And
that's when the Moon Church became an
industrialcale multi-billion dollar
operation. The church generated revenue
through a practice known as recan show
or spiritual sales. Church
representatives told the members that
their family misfortunes such as the
death of a husband or the illness of a
child were caused by sinful ancestral
spirits and that these could only be
appeased by purchasing expensive
spiritual items. But what's interesting
to note about the moon cult is not just
the amount of money that was involved,
but how this money was used and funneled
into a specific geopolitical agenda. For
example, the Moon Church funded the
Washington Times, a newspaper that
became the primary media platform for
the pro-Zionist neoconservative movement
during the Reagan and Bush
administrations. The church also became
a key financier for Christian Zionism in
Asia. Moon's theology identified Korea
as the quote third Israel and the church
forged direct ties with the Israeli
right, specifically Benjamin Netanyahu
and the Lakood party. In 2003, the Moon
Organization launched the Jerusalem
Summit, bringing together American
evangelicals and Israeli hardliners to
cement their political alliance.
According to the National Network of
Lawyers Against Spiritual Sales, the
church transferred over $3.6 billion
from Japan to the United States between
1976 and 2010. Now, this is where things
get crazy. It was Kishi's grandson,
Shinszo Abbe, Japan's prime minister
from 2012 to 2020, who provided
political cover for the church in Japan.
And let's just say the chickens came
Shinzo Abe's Assassination and the Collapse of the Unification Church
home to roost.
The nation is in mourning and in shock
that the former prime minister, Japanese
Prime Minister Shinszo Abbe, has died
from multiple gunshot wounds. We now
know
on July 8th, 2022, Shinszo AB was
delivering a speech in N, a city in
Japan located roughly 25 mi east of
Osaka and directly south of Kyoto. At
11:30 a.m., a 41-year-old man named
Tetsua Yamagami approached Abbe from
behind and fired two shots from a
homemade firearm. While the media
initially speculated that this was an
act of political terrorism, the police
interrogation revealed a much more
specific motive. According to police
reports in Yamagami's own statements,
his mother had been a member of the
unification aka Moon Church for years.
She had donated over 100 million yen,
her entire life savings and the proceeds
from selling the family home to the
organization. This donation left the
family destitute and led his brother to
commit suicide. Yamagami targeted Abbe
because he viewed the former prime
minister as the principal enabler of the
unification church in Japan. And the
crazy thing here is if you remember, AB
is the grandson of Nouke Kishi, the war
criminal turned CIA backed prime
minister of Japan, who was the one to
first form the alliance between the LDP
and the church back in 1957. Following
the shooting, public scrutiny on the
LDP's ties to the church intensified.
The Japanese media began reporting
widely on the spiritual sales tactics
and the massive financial transfers to
the United States. In response to the
plummeting approval ratings, the
Japanese government was forced to act.
The Japanese Parliament eventually
passed the Victim's Relief Act, which
banned the malicious solicitation of
donations. More importantly, the
Cultural Affairs Agency launched a
formal investigation into the church's
finances and moved to strip the church
of its taxexempt status and freeze its
assets. All right, let's recap what we
found out so far. And if you're asking,
what the hell does this have to do with
Charlie Kirk? I promise this is all
going to tie together in a second. So,
first we have the CIA installing a
puppet regime in Tokyo starting from the
1950s to quote unquote fight communism.
Then we have the moon cult acting as a
massive money launder extracting
billions of dollars from Japan to fund
Christian Zionism in Asia and America.
Finally, we have the assassination of
former Prime Minister Shinszo Abbe in
2022 that blew the lid off this entire
operation. So with the moon called
effectively dissolved in Japan, the next
logical question is what comes next? Is
there another organization that is
perhaps going to take its place
The Rise of TPUSA and Erika Kirk
today? Our founder Jack Roser and myself
have Charlie Kirk with us. And Charlie
Kirk is a young man from Turning Point.
He's the founder of the organization.
When Charlie Kirk founded Turning Point
USA with businessman Bill Montgomery in
2012 as a senior in high school, the
mission was very clear. Economic
libertarianism, small government, low
taxes, typical Tea Party type messaging.
To
graduate from high school this coming
June, we're handed a diploma. That's
also an invoice for hundreds of
thousands of dollars that my generation
is going to have to pay off through
interest, high taxes, and a stagnant
economy.
But something happened between the years
of 2018 and 2019. the summer of 2018.
That's a very important summer in
Charlie Kirk's life. That's the summer
he met his future wife, the former Erica
France. The following year, the year
that began after he met Erica, the list
of officers, directors, and key
employees listed on TPUSA's form 990
exploded. So too did the revenue and
expenses. If we examine Turning Point's
IRS90 filings, we see a massive jump in
the organization's revenue, almost three
times, jumping from approximately $10.8
million in 2018 to nearly $29 million in
2019. Charlie Kirk goes from making
about $80,000 a year in a relatively
still small organization with just three
officers to over $290,000
a year and a massive expansion in the
organization's leadership with the likes
of Tyler Ber and Stacy Sheridan joining
the organization at this time. Shortly
thereafter, the organization's economic
libertarian message was gradually phased
out until it ultimately disappeared in
favor of Judeo-Christian nationalism
with a heavy emphasis placed on the
importance of Christian support for the
state of Israel. Now, at this point, I
think we all know what changed in
Charlie's life between the years of 2018
and 2019.
And we can either say everything that
transpired afterwards was just a big old
coincidence or maybe the dots do all
connect. You're sitting in that chair
for a reason.
That exact chair.
That person that's sitting right next to
you was meant to sit right next to you.
I will never forget the time I was in
Israel with my hus well not with that
was the second time but the first time
with my mother on a pilgrimage
and I was standing in the ticket line
and I remember looking behind me and in
the snake of the ticket line was a guy
who looked very familiar. I had no idea
who he was and I told my mom, "This guy
looks so familiar." And as a typical
mother, she said go and say hi.
No, we were late for our flight and I'm
not going to come off like a crazy
person with a That's just weird.
That ended up being Charlie.
After their quote unquote chance meeting
in Israel, Erica France and Charlie Kirk
would officially start dating in 2019.
They became engaged in December of 2020
and they got married in 2021. And who is
this Erica France? Well, we don't really
know. Is she a pageant queen? Maybe a
wannabe reality TV star. Perhaps a
philanthropist with a project gone
wrong? An expert on EMPs, a cringe MAGA
model? Could she have been Charlie's
handler? Yeah, I said it. Could Erica
Kirk have been an intelligence asset to
keep Charlie in line to make sure that
he sticks to the script? And I think
given everything that's happened since
September 10th, 2025, this is a
legitimate non-conspiracy question to
ask. But in terms of facts, in 2021,
just months before the collapse of the
Unification Church in Japan, TPUSA
launched TPUSA Faith, an organization
dedicated to quote, empowering
Christians to put their faith into
action, led by megaurch pastor Rob
McCoy. We serve you, Almighty God.
Let God be true and every man a liar.
Let God be true. Sorry, just say let God
be true.
Could McCoy have been tasked to build
TPUSA faith into a quote shadow church
of sorts? A network of politically
active congregations across the entire
world that could function very much like
the unification church did in Japan for
many many decades in service of the land
belonging to God's chosen people.
2006 I visited Israel for the first time
and now it's been over 30 times. I stand
with them. I stand with your
sovereignty. And yes, I believe that the
Jews are God's chosen people. I have
come to love the nation. And would
Charlie, the face of this organization,
someone who in the final months of his
life, if I might remind you, began to
very publicly question our support for
the state of Israel be willing to play

Just two weeks before his death, of all
the places to visit in the world,
Charlie Kirk found himself right here in
Tokyo, Japan. The official itinerary
listed meetings with the Sansto, a minor
Japanese nationalist party. But what was
he really here to do? Was he being
offered some kind of deal, quarter
billion dollars of funding, as some have
reported, to run perhaps the most
powerful political machine in the West?
one that requires total allegiance and
unconditional loyalty to the cause. But
of course, all of that is just
speculation. The only thing that we know
for sure is that less than a week after
his visit to Japan, he was dead.
Give you I'm going to give you some
credit. Do you do you know how many mass
shooters there have been in America over
the last 10 years?
Counting or not counting gang violence?

There is one question about Charlie Kirk's death that I don't think anyone has asked yet. How was it paid for?
Where did the money come from to pay for the assassination? Now, if you believe the FBI story that
it was a lone gunman with a 30 sex, that would have required no money. That was just one crazy guy. But no reasonable
person believes that Charlie Kirk was killed with a 30 sex. That means that
Tyler Robinson was working with someone else. And that means that someone was
getting paid. Now, anyone who's been looking into the story knows it is more likely that a lot of people were
involved. There was a strange plane circling overhead. People reported seeing drones in the air. There was the
old man, George Zinn, who falsely confessed to be the shooter as some sort of decoy. It was reported that while he
was receiving medical treatment, George Zinn told multiple people that he was expecting to be paid for his actions.
Then there was the transgender boyfriend who has practically disappeared from sight. There was a bunch of people put
in charge before the incident, including the FBI special agent, Robert BS. He is
the guy who reported on finding the 30 sex. This morning, I can tell you that
we have recovered what we believe is the weapon to be that was used in yesterday's shooting. It is a
high-powered boltaction rifle. That rifle was was recovered in a wooded
area where the shooter had fled. There are indications that this was a full-scale military-style operation
that costs a lot of money. We are talking an enormous amount of money. You
have to pay for the people, the equipment, the planning, the training, and not just for the event itself. You
have to pay for the cover up that went on for months. Now, I'm aware that after Charlie Kirk's death, Turning Point
raised a lot of money. There were several large money transactions sent to Turning Point, but that was after the
assassination. Where did the money come from before?
We are talking about assassins. I don't know how much you know about accounting for criminal organizations,
but assassins do not accept credit. You cannot purchase an assassination on your
American Express card. That money had to come from somewhere. I'm going to tell
you where I think it came from. But first, I want to start by putting in context why this is so important. This
month, the head of the FBI, Cash Patel, said this. Um, are you convinced seeing what you've
seen that this one shooter is the one guy? Well, I got to be careful on comment on the evidence. As you know, it's a state
court proceeding. It's a state murder charge. And as you know, you've covered this longer than many many everybody
else. Those take a long time, if not years, to adjudicate a murder case. And
that's what's going on. My job at the FBI is to ensure that they have the evidence that they need from my agents that were on the ground that collected
it and we provided it to them and we will continue to work with them and take our direction from the state prosecutors. At the end of the day,
Charlie was my friend, a dear dear friend. The worst thing that could happen is we somehow taint the evidence
of the jury pool by making a statement or commenting and stylizing the evidence and that that ends up in a mistrial or
even an acquitt. So, what I'm guarding against is that and we will continue to provide support. All right. He says it
is a state court and the state police are investigating. This is Cash Patel publicly stepping
back and saying the FBI is no longer involved. This is a local state matter.
I find this statement shocking. A political assassination is absolutely
within the FBI's jurisdiction. For him to say this is a state matter and he's going to let them deal with it is
absurd. If Charlie Kirk was his personal friend, why doesn't he take personal
charge over the investigation and make sure that justice is done?
The problem with the state police and the state prosecutors is that they are more susceptible if there is corruption
within the state of Utah. Let's imagine that there are a few powerful people in the state of Utah who
are somehow involved in Charlie Kirk's murder. Well, if you are a police officer with the Utah State Police and
you've worked there for a decade, you are more likely to just go along with what the powerful people want because it
is good for your career. Same thing with the state prosecutors. Same thing for the state judge. All of these people are
susceptible to pressure to screw up the case. This is why it makes sense to have a
federal level FBI investigation. I believe the reason Cash Patel is stepping away is because the White House
wants to distance themselves from the investigation because they can see that it is falling apart and they want to be
able to put the blame on the state prosecutors. And I think that is pretty disgusting.
How can Caspel sit there and call Charlie Kirk his friend and not try to figure out the truth about how he was
murdered? That is why I'm making these videos. It is up to us, the
investigators on the internet, to figure out what happened because the FBI is telling us that they're not going to do
it. They are stepping back. As someone who believes that truth and justice
matters, I think we need to figure out what really happened to Charlie Kirk. And that brings me to Fort Wuka. On
December 18th, Candace Owens interviewed Mitch Snow. He is a military veteran who was randomly at Fort Wuka looking for
his old files. He was there the two days before Charlie Kirk's murder. On the
evening of September 8th in the lobby of his hotel, the Candlewood Suites at Fort Wuka, he reports that he saw Erica Kirk.
Then the next day on September 9th, he was at a building on the base and saw a group of high-ranking lieutenant
colonels with someone who looked like a congressman. They walked past Mitch Snow as if they were leaving a meeting. Brian
Harpole, the head of security for Turning Point, was walking with them. Not only that, there was another man who
looked like Kat Phillips, who Mitch Snow had seen in the hotel lobby with Erica Kirk the day before. If you do not know
who Kabat Phillips is, he is a senior editor at the Daily Wire. There are Instagram posts that show that Kat
Phillips was supposedly in a relationship with Erica before she was married to Charlie Kirk. Here's a photo
where Cabbat Phillips says, "Yes, we're that couple who gets painting lessons
together." Here's another conversation online between Erica Kirk and Kat Phillips. She says, "Girlfriend does the
same and double taps the photo to like it." Kabat Phillips says, "Former roommate sees picture and smiles at
phone." This conversation happened around 10 months before Erica Kirk had her first date with Charlie Kirk. Here's
a strange photo of Kat Phillips with pizza tattooed on the inside of his lip.
He must really like pizza. Kent Fran, Erica's dad, has only 16 friends on
Facebook. One of those friends is Kabat Phillips. So Mitch Snow is claiming to
have seen Erica Kirk and Kabat Phillips at Fort Wuka on September 8th in the lobby of the hotel. And then he saw Kat
Phillips and Brian Harpool on September 9th leaving the meeting. And let me just say that all of this is allegedly. Mitch
did not know who any of these people were until after the news broke about Charlie Kirk. And then he was watching
the news reports and saying, "Wait a second. I saw these people on the 2 days
before the murder at Fort Wuka." Why would Erica Kirk be at Fort Wuka
with her ex-boyfriend 2 days before Charlie Kirk was murdered? And where is the FBI? Leave a comment
down below if you think that this is something that Cash Patel should look into. This is further corroborated
because while Mitch Snow was at that building on the base where he saw the meeting, the military staff got nervous.
They said Mitch wasn't supposed to be there. They called the military police and started interrogating Mitch Snow and
eventually they let him leave. But we have the police report that confirms
that Mitch Snow was there right where he says he was. Now, I will let you know
that I personally called Mitch Snow. He was gracious enough to talk to me on the
phone and I grilled him for an hour on his story. And I can just give you my
opinion. After speaking with him, I personally found him to be very credible. What is even more compelling
is that more people have reached out to Candace Owens. She has reported that there are now potentially two more
eyewitnesses that claim to have seen Erica Kirk on Fort Wuka during that time period, although we still do not have
confirmed statements yet. Investigative reporter George Webb went to the Candlewood suites where Mitch Snow
stayed here at the Candlewood on Fort Wuka. I don't want to take any pictures
of the base, so I'm going to just kind of focus on the Candlewood here. But this is the area walking in, right? This
is the turnaround area. I'll go real slow here, but there's the turnaround area. The 111 is just right over there.
So, but here's the uh lobby area. And then they have a little breakfast bar
area in here, right? And then little sitting area.
And then here's a nice little kind of breakfast area. Okay. Do you see how small this hotel
is? This is a pretty small lobby. This is not a case where Mitch Snow was
seeing someone across a parking lot. Erica Kirk and Cabbat Phillips would have been right there on the other side
of the lobby. It is very reasonable that he got a good look at their face.
George Webb then created a dance move called doing the Wookah at Fort Wuka.
They're doing the woke [music] up. It's a slide of hand. Moving all the money through a shifting sand. From the
candlewood sweets to the hill above. It's a fist of iron in a velvet [music] glove.
Yeah, they're doing the woke up. Keeping secrets tight while the drones are screaming [music] in the middle of the
night.

I never thought I would be saying this, but I am jealous of George Webb's dance moves. For the record, I have to say
that Erica Kirk, Brian Harpole, and Cabbat Phillips have all denied being at Fort Wuka. However, they have all been
unable to provide convincing evidence to support their alibis. Erica Kirk claims
she was home cooking dinner. She cannot provide any information from her cell phone to back this up. Brian Harpole
claims he was on a plane flight, but the flight information he has provided is for a flight that was booked, not a
boarding pass, and it is for a flight that was 6 hours after the meeting took place. Kat Phillips provided a photo of
himself shopping at a grocery store for his alibi to show he was in Nashville. YouTuber Baron Coleman investigated the
photo on his liveream with some concerns. Now, admittedly, this is a weird photograph. A photograph like this
lends itself to questions about whether it's legitimate.
Here's why I say that. Have you ever met a grown man,
testosterone coursing through his bones and body, who took a picture holding four balloons
with his hand, I don't know if his pocket pool, I don't know what's going on here, but his hand in his pocket with this smile, this this smug kind of
smile. No grown man takes this photo.
Nobody. I can't even think of a reason you would take this photo.
I can't even think of a reason you would pause and be and pose for this photo. You're in a you're you're in there and
you're picking up balloons for a gender reveal for your kid and you say, "Hold on. Um, will you please check this out?
Grab my phone and take a picture of me real quickly. I want to memorialize
buying balloons at the local Publix.
But even if it's his girlfriend or his wife or I think he's married. Even if it's obviously he's married. Even if
it's his wife. I've been married for 25 years. I've never had my wife take a photo of me checking out of a grocery
store, much less with that look on my face. I mean, period. End of story. It
does seem kind of strange. Then people pointed out that the magazine covers in the photo were for
the wrong time period. [music]
Why does Kabat Phillips have behind him the wrong magazine in his alibi photo?
Why can nobody corroborate their alibis? The identity of the congressperson remains unconfirmed, but it matches the
flight data of a flight carrying a VIP passenger that left Fort Wuka. This is
your big meeting right here. This is your big meeting at Fort Wa uh Watuka. I think I'm pronouncing that right. So,
this this series of flights starts on September 2nd. I mean September 7th, excuse me, 3 days before the Charlie
Kirk assassination, 2 days before the meeting in Fort Wuka. It flies from
Joint Base Andrews to Colorado Springs. It flies from Colorado Springs to Tucson. Again, this is close to Fort
Wuka. It flies from Tucson into presumably Fort Wuka because it kills
the transponder, but then the next day it's leaving Fort Wuka. So, whoever came in on this flight arrived probably since
Tucson's just a few minutes ago away around 4:30 or 5:00
the day before the big meeting. The flight call sign changes to SAM when there is a high-ranking government
official on board. As soon as Candace Owens did the interview with Mitch Snow, people started losing their minds. This
is how Alex Jones responded. I remember saying to them, I said, "I got to investigate her now. I got a bad
feeling. I didn't have a bad feeling. God gave me a good brain. I already knew. I dropped the ball. I apologized.
She's a globalist agent. I dropped the ball and I failed you. And I'm sorry. I
got to follow my gut every time. It's never wrong." And I saw so much more she
did. And I love her people threatening me and all their doxing of people and all that.
You think that's going to make me go away? All you did was wake me up like a nuclear test site waking up Godzilla. So
just get your asses ready cuz you want a war. I want your war. I want it all. I
want the doxing. I want the lies. I want the attacks. I'm going to take you on cuz you work for the deep state and the
Democratic Party and the CIA and MI6. and I see your ass, so you just get ready.
This ain't my first rodeo. Um, doesn't that seem like a little bit of an overreaction?
All Candace Owens did was interview a veteran who saw Erica Kirk at Fort Wuka.
Why is Alex Jones losing his mind? I have to ask, did Alex Jones bother to
pick up the phone and give Mitch Snow a call? did he? Because he probably would have
found out that there are some strange things going on at Fort Wuka. Alex Jones
and others across the internet began viciously attacking Mitch Snow. He has a bitter ex-wife who came out with
statements that Mitch Snow is a liar and cannot be trusted. The guy is a psycho.
The guy is a liar. And we've proven it. And credibility matters in this for all the things that I laid out earlier. It
doesn't matter if he was there. [clears throat] I'm going to bring Len on here. So, Len,
first of all, welcome to the show. Um, I'm sorry that you have to relive some
of these things. Um, man, it it it makes me mad. I woke [snorts] up the next
morning. He started screaming at me all over again. Um, threw me down on the couch at one point and was like just
grabbing handfuls of my hair and using it to shake my head back and forth and again going off on how he was going to bury me alive in the desert. And that
time he also added he was going to kick Nate into the river and see if he could swim. Those were his words. And uh at
the time we lived literally right across the street from the river. Now I've never been married so I don't
know what it's like to have a bitter ex-wife. But if you have experience dealing with a bitter ex-wife, let me
know in the comments down below because I'm curious. Can we trust the word of a
bitter ex-wife? We don't need to debunk his testimony. What I will say is that his entire
testimony rides on his credibility. And that's really important. With that being said, what really should be taking place
is that we should be provided proof that any of these things actually happened. If you want to say that Brian Harpool
was there, then give us some proof that Brian Harpull was there. If you want to say that Erica Kirk was there, give us some proof that Eric Kirk was here. It
is not on the people that are being accused to provide proof of their innocence. That's not how this works.
That's not how it's supposed to work. And it's ridiculous on its face. But with that being said, Candace decided to
bring this person on who is a serial woman abuser, who is a serial
manipulator, who has victimized children, has victimized
people time and time and time again. And the the pattern is clear and there's
court records that document all this stuff. And you know, it's just unbelievable that she didn't do a better
job vetting this person. we shouldn't even be here to begin with because that's what should have been done. It was on her to vet this person. We
shouldn't be have to be here debunking his story or challenging his credibility. But I think since we are
here, this is the situation that we've been given. That's what we have to do. And I think it's really important for all the people out there defending him
that you hear directly from his victims. And that's what we're going to do today. So without further ado, I want to go
ahead and welcome Candace Grchic and Aaron Massie. So, uh, ladies, thank you
for having the courage to come on. Thank you for sharing your story with us and welcome to the show. Um, he's just he's full of crap. He's a
manipulative, coercive liar. Um, he's been abusing women for a long time. But
for me specifically, he gave me a TBI. You know, I have in text messages um him
admitting to punching me in the face the night he gave me a TBI.
Okay. In December 4th of 23, well, 22.
Um, it's just he's a horrible serial
abusive person. I think that Candace Owens correctly referred to the allegations as baby mama drama.
I don't understand the big deal. Is it really our business if Mitch Snow is
popular with the ladies? Even if he does have baby mama drama,
what does that have to do with whether he saw Erica Kirk at Fort Wuka?
Do you know who else has baby mama drama? Elon Musk.
Elon Musk has a lot of baby mama drama. Did that stop anyone from letting him be
the head of Doge? No. No one had a problem with Elon Musk
running Doge because of his baby mama drama. I do not understand why people
will not listen to Mitch Snow. Then people started noticing a lot of other connections between the people at
Turning Point and Fort Wuka. An account on X.com named Project Constitution has
done a great job of investigating this information. For instance, the person who interrogated Mitch Snow was Captain
Adam Nef. This is the cousin of Blake Nef at TurningPoint. Turning Point's
head of PR, Andrew Kovvette, has a brother in the military named Robert Kovvette. He is the business manager for
US Army Netcom, headquartered at Fort Wuka. Andrew Kovvette has another
brother in the military named Lieutenant Colonel Kurt Kulvette who does annual training at Fort Wuka. This is so
outrageous because in the text message that was leaked from Andrew Kovvette, he tries to give Erica an alibi by saying,
"Lol, Erica wasn't in some fort in Tucson." If Andrew Kovette has two
brothers who are regularly at Fort Wuka, he knows exactly what it is. It's not
some fort in Tucson. Why is he pretending like he does not know what Fort Wuka is? That is a lie. And we've
been catching these people at Turning Point in a lot of lies. This is supposed to be an organization with Christian
values. Why do they lie all the time? It doesn't
seem very Christian-like to me. But it gets worse. Because Brian Harpole has
offices for his security company right outside the front gate for Fort Wuka.
Here's an explanation from George Webb, who actually went down there to check it out. Hey, George Webb right here. And this is
where Brian Harpull's security company is, ISS, Integrated Security. This is
the one that was following Charlie all those times and so forth because they're learning how to do all that stuff right
here at this gate at Fort Wuka right here. Here's the health club that supposedly went out of business and then
was a banquet room and now it's elf club again. Excuse me. It's uh yeah, it's right there. So, you could recruit here
at the health club. Also, right there is the Calvary Church. So, you could recruit a church uh or at Takim Maki.
These are three. Harpole's uh security is right in the middle of all of it. And it is literally right in front of the
gate to Fort Wuka. Then it turns out that Erica Kirk
starred in a movie that was never released that was filmed at Fort Wuka.
Erica's mother, Lorie France, runs multiple companies involved in Department of Defense work, specifically
with technology with ties to Fort Wuka. So, let's go through all of this. Blake
Nef, Andrew Kovvette, Brian Harpole, Erica Kirk, and Lorie France all have
ties to Fort Wuka. Can we just stop here for a moment? Can
we all stop pretending that this is normal? There is nothing normal about this.
You are telling me that this nonprofit organization has all these people in leadership with relationships with the
military. But not just the military in general. This one specific fort in
Arizona. Fort Wuka is special because it is the location the army trains people in
intelligence work. They train people to work undercover.
So, why do all these people at Turning Point have ties to Fort Wuka? And why were several of them seen there in the
two days leading up to Charlie Kirk's assassination? This is not normal for a nonprofit
organization. Let me explain how the military is structured because it is helpful to understand what is going on.
In the intelligence community, you have the national agencies like the CIA, but each branch of the military also has
their own intelligence people. In the army, there was the 110th Military Intelligence Brigade and the 111th
Military Intelligence Brigade. Military Intelligence includes espionage or being a spy. The 111th is headquartered at
Fort Wuka in Arizona. They are a training focus brigade. They operate what they call the US Army Intelligence
Center of Excellence. This is where the subject matter experts work and people go there to learn how to be a spy. The
110th Military Intelligence Brigade was formerly headquartered at Fort Drum in New York. The 110th Military
Intelligence was focused on operations and deployments. So, people in the Army would get trained by the 111th and then
do operations as part of the 110th. Mitch Snow used to be part of the 110th.
Many years ago, he was stationed at Fort Wuka as part of a joint task force to
help secure the border. He was the person who found underground tunnels that cartels were using to smuggle drugs
into the country. The 110th was inactivated in 2004. The staff was
absorbed into the 10th Mountain Division, which remains headquartered at Fort Drum. Then in March 2025, 500
soldiers from the 10th Mountain Division were sent to Fort Wuka to participate in the newly formed Joint Task Force
Southern Border. This is the same thing that happened with Mitch Snow all those
years ago. History is repeating itself. When Donald Trump won the election in
2024, he promised to secure the border. The military has been helping in this
effort. The headquarters for the joint task force southern border was Fort Wuka, Arizona. There was a major money
aspect to all of this. Congress sets the budget for the Department of Defense overall, but within that budget, the
military can move money between departments to respond to the priorities of the president. We saw this happen
after Donald Trump took office. Here is one example from May 2025. This is
called a reprogramming action. They are reprogramming money from one department to another. Here we see $447 million
transferred because DHS is requesting Department of Defense support for detention operations for illegal alien
removal. This money was taken from the Navy's capital fund. And there are more
orders like this. Here's another example. Facilities sustainment, restoration, and
modernization. That's the fund where money for barracks maintenance and upgrades come from. upgrades that the
government identified as crucial back in 2023 after a scathing report identified
unsafe and unsanitary conditions in barracks around the country. WSAB reported exclusively on some of the poor
conditions in the barracks at our own Fort Stewart. The desperation and the depression that's caused by the barracks and the
housing. Now the Pentagon is taking $1 billion of that money [clears throat] away to fund sending more troops to the southern
border. issues with like washing machines not working, um mold, stuff like that, AC's going out and it's
sports Stewart, so you know that happening in the middle of the summer is brutal, especially when you've been outside all day in the heat working like
kind of go back to this, you know, old mantra of the military of like, you know, oh, we just have to suffer the
whole time is just kind of, you know, it's disappointing and disheartening, especially when we kind of saw some progress moving forward to go away from
that. It doesn't matter whether it come whether it comes back or not. There's still going to be backlogged and there's still going to be expenses that pile up.
So, at the end of the day, you're just kind of digging a deeper hole. It's a complicated situation, but I don't like
the answer is not taking such a large amount of funding away from bettering the lives of our service members to push
it toward this other issue. Just look at this photo here. This is
black mold in the walls of the barracks that our military is living in. This is
disgusting. But the military has priorities and right now the border is the priority. So
far between 1 to2 billion has been reprogrammed to support efforts at the border. A large portion of this money is
flowing into the joint task force southern border headquartered at Fort Wuka. Who better to explain what a joint
task force is than Andrew Kovvet's brother, Robert Kovvet. So, as far as a
joint exercise goes, let's face it, the future of the military is going to be joint. Um, if we want to succeed um
against our peer, near peer enemies, then joint is going to be a requirement so that uh all the assets we have and
the capabilities across the services um and using them together in an exercise
is better than the first time we do it in country. You have all these different elements from across the military coming together
to work on a unified mission. in this case, the southern border.
So, Fort Wuka is suddenly flush with money. They have all these new soldiers
that are going to be stationed there. So, they've been taking all these old buildings and they are repurposing them
for expanded operations. This is exactly what Mitch Snow described.
The morning of September 9th, the day before Charlie Kirk was murdered, Mitch was looking for where he could get his
old paperwork. He was getting coffee and he ran into soldiers he recognized as being from his old unit, the 10th
Mountain Division. They talked. He bought them coffee and they explained to Mitch that he should go to the temporary
headquarters for the joint task force southern border. They gave him directions. Then Mitch Snow went to the
guard gate at Fort Wuka and as they were checking his ID, he asked them directions on how to get to the
temporary headquarters for the joint task force southern border. I'm emphasizing this because the
building that the meeting took place in with Brian Harpole, Kat Phillips, and the congressmen and all those lieutenant
colonels was the temporary headquarters for the joint task force southern border. Captain Nef, who's the cousin of
Blake Nef, is the force protection commander, which is a subunit assigned to the Joint Task Force Southern Border.
Here is what I believe is happening. Allegedly, it looks to me like someone in the
military diverted funds meant for the southern border and used that money to
assassinate Charlie Kirk. But even if we assume that the military was not involved in the murder, it seems
like they were doing something with Turning Point. Allegedly, they're having
this meeting with all these people from Turning Point. But the problem is that all these military people are under
orders to use their resources for the southern border. Why are they spending resources on
turning point? And remember this was money that was taken from soldiers who
are living in barracks filled with black mold. They are living in filth so that
[snorts] the money could go to the southern border. And now we are learning that may not be the case. This would be
misappropriation of funds. And from the scale of the operation, it looks like a lot of money.
Not only would it be misappropriation, they would be using the money to influence US elections through turning
point. This is taxpayer dollars. When you get taxes taken out of your
paycheck, do you think it is fair if the government uses your money to assassinate American citizens?
especially if they told you that they were going to use the money for the southern border. If anyone in the
military is involved in this, it could result in dishonorable discharge. They would have to pay back all the money and
spend 10 years in prison. If they were also involved in murder, the sentence
would be even longer. One of the reasons why Mitch Snow's story is so compelling is the way that he describes Erica Kirk.
The one thing I noticed about the woman that really stuck out to me was was her eyes and um
I have an ex that um has caused me a lot of problems. So uh when I see someone
with with uh striking blue eyes like that, they stick out. And um I even I
was on the phone uh with my uh with my wife here and and I even told
her about it. I said, "Oh jeez, uh somebody has those kind of eyes. Um it
creeped me out a little bit, you know, and it had nothing to do with that person. I just,
you know, life is what it is." He says that Erica Kirk has unique eyes.
There's something strange about her eyes. In fact, he describes it as, "It
creaked me out." Mitch is not the only person who has noticed this. People have started making memes about Erica Kirk's
eyes. We did what we usually did before tours. We said our prayer and we asked
the Lord to protect us and we asked the Lord that his will be done. That's what
we did. at one time an employee of Turning Point. She has been one of the main
peddlers of these conspiracies and she is making a huge amount of money on it. She is building her business. What do
you want to say to her and the other people that are putting these lies out
into the world right now? Stop. [music] What I am doing is releasing myself from
the enemy's hands where he could have a foothold in me,
but also wanting justice for them here on earth. No, of course. But we serve a just God, and I rest easy
in knowing that he's sovereign, but he's just. And so, let the Lord handle that.
I want to bring in our But it gets even crazier. There's a drag queen who has also been commenting about
this. Now, I apologize in advance for forcing you to watch a drag queen, but
this is important. This is a man wearing women's clothes pretending to be Erica
Kirk. On the cross, our savior said, [laughter]
"Father, forgive them for they not know what they do."
Let's go.
Here is the point. Mitch Snow is not the only person saying that Erica Kirk has
unique eyes. Even the gays are noticing this.
Let me know in the comments if you agree with Mitch Snow that there is something unique about her eyes. There's one other
interesting connection that I want to bring up. In my previous videos, I discussed an Arizona state senator named
Jake Hoffman. He allegedly runs a marketing business out of a UPS store mailbox where Turning Point pays him
millions of dollars. Something has always bothered me about this. His business is called 110 LLC.
Does anybody else find that strange? I find it very unusual that you would
call a marketing company 110 LLC. Obviously, it's referencing something.
But what is it possible that 110 LLC is a secret
code name referencing the 110th Military Intelligence Brigade that was performing
operations out of Fort Wuka. I think that Jake Hoffman needs to
explain to all of us how he came up with the name 110 LLC.
And it better be a good explanation because there are way too many coincidences going on. To be fair, there
is not enough evidence here to definitively say that anyone has committed a crime, but there are
certainly a lot of red flags. I feel that we need a full audit of the funds
at Fort Wuka. Is all the money really being spent on the southern border?
To be honest, I think that Donald Trump should cancel all funding for Fort Wuka
because if this is the US Army's intelligence center of excellence, I am pretty concerned.
It doesn't seem like they're doing a very good job. Isn't intelligence work supposed to be
undercover? Aren't they supposed to be flying under the radar? I'm asking because the whole world is
talking about Fort Wuka. It does not seem like they're very
undercover. If this is their center of excellence, the whole thing seems like a

FLIGHT LOGS SUGGEST ERIKA WAS IN UTAH DURING CHARLIE'S LAST MOMENTS (Allegedly)

Question of the week. Was Erica Kirk in
Utah on 10th of September during her
husband's event at UVU? If you remember
early reports, media claimed that Erica
was there when the shots were fired,
which was immediately corrected the next
day. But according to Baron Coleman's
recent theory, Erica did allegedly fly
into Utah Provo at 10:00 a.m. on the
10th of September. To remind you, 12:23,
Charlie unfortunately met his end. This
is the most insanely probable theory
yet, and I couldn't hold myself from
doing an episode about it. You guys
probably all watch Baron Coleman
regularly. He's amazing. But his recent
discoveries went above and beyond. And I
have a few things to add on top. So, his
most recent theory suggests, and he did
present very compelling evidence for it,
too, that Erica could have been in Utah
2 hours before Charlie's Analying
happened. Let's see a bit of Byron's
explanation. I am going to summarize for
you his last two shows. And I'll add a
few things that I also found myself.
So this green plane, see this green
plane? This is Delta Zulu. This is the
Gulfream 5 that Erica took to meet
Candace in Nashville. This is the flight
Charlie took from Scottsdale to Salt
Lake City that morning to go do his
interview that he had before the Utah
Valley University event. If you don't
remember that, we'll cover that in a
minute. This next flight has we've been
given no explanation for this next
flight. this Tango Whiskey N60 N560
Tango Whiskey. We've been given no
explanation for this flight. We're told
almost by silence that it doesn't have
anything to do with the uh with PP USA.
I don't believe that's true any longer.
I now believe Erica Kirk flew from
Scottsdale, Arizona to Provo, Utah on
that flight, which puts her on the
ground at 10:06 a.m. Remarkably, as soon
as she lands, the transponder from the
Egyptian plane comes on at 10:05 a.m.
So, her plane lands at 10:06, 1 minute
before her plane lands, the Egyptian
plane, this SUBND, this transponder
comes on. The plane isn't going
anywhere. It's just sitting on the
tarmac. I've got a picture of it sitting
on the tarmac on that day. I'll show you
in just a moment. Then the plane that
dropped what I believe is Erica Kirkoff
right here at 10:06 a.m. It leaves Provo
headed to Santa Barbara. I believe
that's a repositioning flight to go pick
up Andrew Kulit. After it gets to Santa
Barbara at 12 12 p.m. Utah time, the Big
Bang is at 12:23 p.m. Notice there are
no flights in the air at the moment of
the Big Bang. Every flight we're looking
at happened before the Big Bang or after
the Big Bang. There's a 25inute gap
where all planes are on the ground.
Let me remind you here the official
story presented by Erica from New York
Times article. Mrs. Kirk was sitting in
her mother's hospital room at 11:23 a.m.
local time in Phoenix when she saw the
number of her husband's longtime
assistant, Michael McCoy. I think that's
the only occasion that someone said
Michael, not Mikey. Michael McCoy appear
on her phone. In retrospect, she said
she knew the words. He's been shot
before Mr. McCoy screamed them. Now, it
looks even creepier when she says she
knew the words before Amazing Mikey
McCoy screamed them. It almost
unintentionally feels like she was
waiting for this call. And we also know
it was never confirmed that she was in
fact at the hospital with her mother.
Erica said in interviews that she ran
out of the hospital and collapsed in the
parking lot. Candace Owens said she
wasn't able to find anyone who saw that
who could confirm it. Truth is, Erica
could have been at the hospital that
morning, but earlier visited her mom and
then flew to Utah, but just much earlier
than we thought. Allegedly, we also
remember how Mikey McCoy acted right
when this whole went this whole thing
went down. Bye. We know. Baron
continues.
So, we've got Provo to Santa Barbara.
This is a repositioning flight. Andrew's
on the ground in Santa Barbara with the
Big Bang happens. In my new theory here,
my opinion, Erica's on the ground in
Provo, Utah, and then the flight leaves
from Santa Barbara to Scottsdale. That
is Andrew leaving Santa Barbara and
headed to Scottsdale, Arizona after the
Big Bang. And Erica is still on the
tarmac because she's supposed to be with
her mom in Scottsdale. Then you have the
Delta Zulu, the Gulfream 5, the we'll
call it the Kirk plane for lack of a
better description. This is the flight
Charlie Kirk took from Scottsdale to
Salt Lake City. It now goes from Salt
Lake City back to Scottsdale. We all
were led, without them saying it, we
were all under the oppression this was a
repositioning flight to go pick up Erica
Kirk in Scottsdale. I no longer believe
that.
Yes, it's even mentioned in the same
article as if on purpose to establish
that timeline that Baron is talking
about. It says, "Mr. Kirk's charted
plane traveled back to Scottsdale to
ferry his wife to Provo. He was
pronounced as she was airborne." And
then they quote her. "I'm looking at the
clouds and the mountains," Mrs. Kirk
recalled of those surreal hours. "It was
such a gorgeous day, and I was thinking,
this is exactly what he last saw." "What
a weird thing to say. I'm sorry. I
understand being devoted Christian and
accepting God's will, but that's an
awfully quick way of accepting what
happened to your husband. This is what
she was thinking on the plane. At least
Andrew Kovette tried to pretend he was
upset. He described to Candace his
flight like it was the worst thing ever
for him. How his thoughts were racing.
How he had nobody to talk to on the
flight. So, he was crying by himself and
had to deal with it all on his own.
Erica, in the meantime, was already
like, "Charlie is in heaven. What a
gorgeous day." You know, the way they
talk, it seems like they know that in
the future they're going to make a movie
about it. So, they want to be quoted
properly. They want it to sound poetic,
and they all want to sound heroic and
Shakespeareike.
That's how it sounds. No, no, people
don't talk like that. People don't
behave like that. If your husband is in
the hospital at the moment, at the
moment, and you've been just informed
that he's been shot and you're on the
plane trying to get there, no, you're
not like, "Oh, what a gorgeous day. I'm
so glad he he's in heaven now looking at
it. What? So yeah, let's continue.
I do not believe she was with her mom at
the treatment. I do not believe she was
in Scottsdale. I think she was on the
ground in Provo, Utah at the airport.
That's my opinion. I believe she was on
the ground in Provo, Utah at the
airport. So this flight right here from
Santa Barbara to Scottsdale is an is a
uh is is Andrew, excuse me, Andrew
Kulick coming into Scottsdale. The Delta
Zulu plane is on its way to Scottsdale
to make it look like it was picking up
Erica. It was not picking up Erica. It
was in fact picking up Andrew Kovit.
Scottsdale to Provo. This is We don't
know who this is. This is this is an
empty plane right now. Not an empty
plane, but this is this is a gap in our
knowledge. This transponder comes back
on on the Egyptian plane at 1:40 p.m.
Why is that important? It was exactly as
the Santa Barbara to Scottsdale plane
that we believe now has Andrew Kovit on
it is landing in Scottsdale. So the
transponder came on as Erica landed in
Provo. All my opinion, the transponder
came on as Andrew landed in Scottsdale
and then the transponder comes back on
again at 2:29 p.m. right as Andrew takes
off from Scottsdale headed to Provo.
This 2:29 PM is consistent with this
2:31 p.m.
I don't know about you, but it looks
compelling to me. And that's why they
were so weird about anyone mentioning
any planes on that day, whether it was
Egyptian planes or any planes that were
turning off and on their transponders.
It was all quickly ridiculed and made
fun of like, we are the crazy ones.
The Egyptian plane thing has become an
issue and I've stayed away from it for
the most part. I've largely refused to
weigh in on the Egyptian planes and I
wasn't going to bring them up at all
until Daisy pointed out that each one of
these transponders coming on related to
either within 5 minutes of Erica or
Andrew taking off or landing. And
instantly I thought, "Oh my gosh, it's a
communications hub." I think Candace had
speculated potentially it's a
communications hub, but when you line
the the timeline up, it becomes obvious
to me that it's related. If one
transponder if the transponder had come
on one time and it just happened to
coincide with a plane taking off or
landing that we thought had Andrew or
Erica on it, whatever. But when it does
it three times, you've got a you've got
and one time it was on for 90 minutes.
Oh, but from a humor standpoint, because
that's what Charlie's analying allegedly
became humorous. From a humor
standpoint, Erica says she wasn't on any
Egyptian plane. She didn't lie, guys.
She wasn't on it, but she's never said
Egyptian planes weren't involved. Let's
watch my favorite clip of all time again
of Erica trying to crawl her way out of

Okay. I was pregnant for 90% of those
trips. Mind you, I've never All those
places they said I've traveled, I've
never been. I mean, I've been, but I'm
not within those states that they've

beautiful child in you, I don't want to
be around it.
I want to enjoy eating my In-N-Out
Burger and my hot fudge sundae. That's
what I want to do. I'm pregnant and I
have nine months to own it. You really
think I'm going to be on an Egyptian
plane while I am wanting to be with my
In-N-Out Burger and my chocolate
milkshake? No, I'm not. So, if you want
to go through my flight log, go right
ahead. It's very boring. You say I was
here on this date. I have a photo on my
phone to prove that I actually was in
the hospital uh because I was having
contractions. So, game on.
Game on. Unbelievably, unbelievable
performance. Anyway, big mystery for all
of us was when Andrew said that him and
Erica collapsed into each other's arms
as soon as he landed in Utah, which was
weird given the fact that Erica's plane,
or at least the plane they told us she
flew in on, landed an hour before
Andrews. So, it seemed weird to all of
us that she would sit there for an hour
at the airport waiting for Andrew and
then they would rush to the hospital
together. If it's your husband dying,
you don't wait. You run straight, right?
That's the logical thing to do. But it
wouldn't be weird if Erica was there
already since 10:00 a.m. Let's listen to
Byron on this one.
It would also mean Erica would have seen
who else got off the plane with Andrew.
Listen to how Candace explains when she
asked about whether or not Erica
remembers Andrew's wife being on that
flight.
Strange that Erica did not know that
Andrew's wife was aboard the plane to
Utah with Andrew because Andrew said
that when he landed in Provo, he and
Erica collapsed into one another's arms.
And when I asked the question whether or
not he flew with his wife, Erica was
unable or unwilling to answer. And they
said they would get back to me. And then
they got back to me uh after our meeting
and said yes, Andrew's wife was on the
plane with him. And I just thought,
well, that's interesting because I
didn't tell them. I held that card that
Andrew told me that Erica um and him
collapsing each other's arms on the
tarmac. Also strange is that she waited
an hour on the tarmac for Andrew's
Kovette's plane to land. That feels very
wrong to me.
Feels wrong to me and I don't think it's
accurate. And I think the timeline I
presented to here today squares both of
those circles. The reason Erica was
still at the airport was she wasn't
supposed to be there yet. The reason
Erica was still at the airport for
Andrew to be able to fall into her arms
and cry is because Erica wasn't supposed
to be there yet. Andrew wasn't supposed
to be there for another hour after that.
The reason Erica didn't remember or was
unwilling to say
whether or not Andrew's wife was on
board was because she didn't know what
the timeline was supposed to be. No one
had briefed her on what the timeline was
supposed to be.
I'm sorry. I'm c I'm I can't I'm
laughing because Andrew again fs it all
up for them.
Why did they even involve this dude?
He's the one always spilling it.
chocolate theory, man. He has chocolate
all over his face all the time. And it's
like, why is he still working there?
Anyway, this is crazy. I'm going to
summarize it now because it's maybe hard
to follow. In the official version,
Erica landed at 3:12 p.m. 12 3 p.m. and
Andrew at 4:36 p.m. Andrew said he got
off the plane and him and Erica
collapsed into each other's arms. But
that would mean she was sitting there
for over an hour waiting for him. Weird,
but with Baryon's theory, things become
much more logical. Erica has been in
Provo since 10:00 a.m. Andrew actually
was the one who landed in Provo at 3:12
p.m. My mind is blown into pieces right
now. Another reason Baron's theory is so
compelling is what he discussed in his
next episode of this series and it's a
dispatch recording that has been since
scrabbed from the internet. Take a
listen.
Uh Jesse just told me that he just got
off the phone and Charlie's wife is
coming to signature. So, I'm going to
pause it right there. Jesse's wife is
come. Jesse's wife called. Charlie Jesse
just called. Charlie's wife is coming to
signature. I'm going to pull up on
Google Earth what they're talking about
cuz So, we know Erica is not flying into
poor man's land. That's not how she
travels. So, that's not going to be
Erica there. So, the question we have
is, is Erica coming into Signature,
which is right here? This is where a lot
of rich people fly. Or is she flying
into Duncan, which is up here, where
other rich people fly? Right there, you
had somebody say they just got off the
phone with a guy named Jesse, and Jesse
said that Charlie's wife is coming to
Signature.

Uh Jesse has told me that he just got
off the phone and Charlie's wife is
coming to Signature and they're bringing
a car over here for
Charlie's wife is coming to land at
Signature. You said
sir and um uh Jesse's going to go to
Duncan right now and pick up a car for
her.
Okay, you guys have it now, right? Yeah,
we listen and we don't judge. We listen
and we don't judge.
Okay, I'm a little confused because
Cory, that's what Cory just said. They
said they're landing at Duncan. So, I
don't know where they're landing, but we
will just uh kind of play it by ear, I
guess, best that we can.
So, Corey,
I don't know who Jesse and Corey are,
but they they work there. Jesse says
they're landing at Signature, but I'm
going to go over to Duncan and get a car
for them. Corey says, "No, no, no, no,
no. They're landing at Duncan." They're
landing at Duncan. Why the confusion
with the airports? If she was flying in
on the family jet, she would go to
Signature. The confusion suggests she
was already on the ground, possibly
hiding at the remote Duncan terminal.
And the team couldn't keep their story
straight. One officer says, "Oh, we got
to send the car to signature." The other
says, "No, but she's at Duncan." What?
No, man. She's at the signature.
Remember, we're supposed to say that
she's at Signature.
or they were not in on it and they were
seriously confused by the whole thing.
Nobody told them, you know, she's there,
she's here, car there, car to here,
plane here, plane there. Who who cares?
Here is Baron's explanation. Much better
than mine.
I think is the source of the confusion.
This flight down here, this N102 Delta
Zulu Scottsdale to Provo that lands at
312. You see how I have Andrew on that
flight? We were told, we've been told
the whole time, we've been left with the
impression all along that that flight
contained Erica Kirk. That flight
would have come into signature. That
flight would have come in at Signature.
I'm going to answer the question of what
time that is in just a second. That
flight would have come into Signature on
an ordinary track. An ordinary person
who flies an ordinary Gulfream 5 into
Provo airport would land at Signature
FBO fixed based operator. That's where
they would have landed. But if I'm
right, and Erica actually arrived at
this flight right here, second from the
top, this N560 Tango Whiskey. If I'm
right about that, Erica wouldn't have
been able to hang out at Signature from
10:06 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Someone would have spotted her. She
would have had to be
at Duncan. And so Corey, whoever Corey
is, I don't know who Corey and Jesse
are. They work for the police. They work
for the fire department. They work for
somebody
who has access to these cops who are
going to pick these people up. Somebody
thought she was at Duncan.
Whatever happened there, it just adds to
a whole series of weird events starting
from flights, ending on Erica's behavior
and what she said in those first
interviews. Example, the sheriff met her
in the hospital. He offered her the
option of seeing the body, but she said
advised against it. The bullet, he
explained, had ravaged Mr. Kirk's neck.
With all due respect, Mrs. Kirk
remembered saying, "I want to see what
they did to my husband." She was braced
for the worst, but what she saw
surprised her. His eyes were semiopened,
Mrs. Kirk said, and he had this knowing
Mona Lisa half smile, like he died
happy.
Wait,
I swear it's written there. I'm not
making it up. Like he died happy. Like
Jesus rescued him.
The bullet came, he blinked, and he was
in heaven.
I am not making fun. I hope you know I'm
not laughing at Charlie, okay? It's just
it's unbelievable. She had not been able
to kiss him goodbye when he left the
house earlier that morning. She did so
then. Like he died happy. Guys, his wife
said that to New York Times 8 days after
he was brutally, but when his wife sees
his body a few hours later, she says he
looks like he happy.
This is more This is creepy. I read it
over and over again and it made I had
goosebumps every time. The bullet came,
he blinked, and he was in heaven. Jesus
rescued him. What is this narrative they
are trying to push with this? That it
was a mercy on. What is that? Anyway, I
went into comments. Here are a few of
them for you. We could have had a 4K
video of Erica pulling the trigger
herself and absolutely nothing would
happen to her. The FBI is literally part
of the coverup. Well,
how can we argue with that? Mikey
McCoy's reaction really gave it away
that it was a setup. I'm mad no one is
talking about him anymore. I'm talking
about him every time. Every chance I
get, his reaction is still playing in my
mind over and over again. We will not
forget it here. I don't know where the
information originated, but the first
day or or two after the big bang, I
remember people saying that EK was
there. I remember it clearly because it
struck me as extremely tragic that she
was there and experienced that horrific
event firsthand. When it came out that
she was in uh Arizona with her mother, I
remember wondering how anyone could get
that particular detail so wrong since
she wasn't even in the same state. I'm
thinking there may be something to this.
And another one, this could explain why
news outlets first reported that Erica
was in Utah when Charlie was then all of
a sudden it changed that she wasn't. I
went back and I found some of those
reports. Although now they are labeled
as rumors or just a mistake. Let's read
the headline goes, "Was Erica Kirk at
the event where Charlie was? She shares
the truth." Again, dramatic.
some Senator Mark Wayne Mullins, I don't
know who that is, probably you guys do.
Um, initially tweeted, it says in the
article, that was 10 past 1, 10 of
September, guys. 10 1, half an hour, 40
minutes after it happened. Pray for
Kirk's family, Senator says. Details
about exactly what happened today when
Kirk was shot in. It's quoted, "Pray for
Kirk, his wife Erica, their two
children, and all who were present at
Utah Valley University." Oklahoma
Senator Markwin Mullen posted on
Twitter. And then on September 11th, BBC
issued a correction writing, "An earlier
version of this post said Kirk's wife
and children were on university campus.
In fact, this is unclear." So only the
next day the correction was issued. But
what if the mistake happened because she
was actually there and someone saw her?
So then people spoke to the media and
then TB USA had to do damage control.
Allegedly. Allegedly.
I'm just thinking out loud here. Anyway,
if you haven't seen the last few
episodes of Baron, I strongly recommend
you do because he explains everything
about those planes in depth. I'll be
here to provide my thoughts and summary
for you, of course, but his videos just
you got to see those details. But as
usual, I want to know what you guys

into Provo at 10:00 a.m. and not at 3

We are told that Erika Frantzve was raised
by a strong, independent,
entrepreneurial
single mother who taught her how to be a
good Christian, a devout Catholic
mother. She's been married four times
that I can see. We'll talk about that
more down the line. More importantly,
though, you will recall that Erica sat
down for an in-person interview with the
New York Times days after Charlie was
publicly assassinated, and she confirmed
to them that the least traumatizing part
about Charlie's assassination was the
prospect of her now having to raise her
children alone because she had seen the
example set for her by her mother
growing up. The only problem is that
it's just it's just not true. Erika's
father, Kent Frantzve, by the way, he's
Kenneth Fron, but he goes by Kent, was
always in her life. So much so that for
entire years of her childhood, Kent was
actually a stay-at-home dad. My dad was
a stay-at-home dad for a few years. And
I got to say, it was really sweet and
really special. I was four, but now to
be clear, uh, Erika was 10 years old
when her parents divorced in 1998. So
her father was very much a part of her
early childhood and he did not stop
being involved in her teenage years
either. I've spoken with classmates,
past boyfriends, and people are
generally bewildered as to why Erica is
not publicly representing as though she
does not have a relationship with Kent,
the man uh that she claims is her father
at least. Or um also something she fails
to mention is that even if you removed
Kent, Erika was raised with her
stepfather in her home, a man named
Larry Ginta. in her high school
yearbook. Actually, Kent is included,
her father, biological father, in a
collage, and so are his parents, her
grandparents, Carl and Elaine. So, we
can reasonably assume that her father
was in her life. We can also assume from
that photo that Erika was exceedingly
close to her stepfather, too. He's
featured there, too. We've got Larry in
the photo um because he has been a
fixture in her life since before her
parents divorce was ever finalized
because both he and his son are also in
the collage. I confirmed with classmates
Larry and Laurie were together since
Erica's elementary school days. In other
words, Erika grew up in a situation that
is now termed as a bonus dad. Both her
both her biological father and her
stepfather figure were present. I would
be super offended if I was a
stay-at-home dad and then suddenly
you've got someone saying, "I was just I
was all alone. My mom did it all by
herself." You will see throughout this
investigation that there are a lot of
little wrinkles like this in Erika's
story. The question is, what broader
purpose do they serve?

We're gonna have a big show tonight. I hope you have your pen and paper handy. I hope you have your uh screen capper
handy or your cell phone or somehow you can, you know, take pictures of stuff because we have a lot to cover. If you
saw last night's program, we're going to do a little recap before we get going because there were some questions about the airplane timeline and I want to put
my um my suppositions. I want to add my
suppositions into there. So, we'll get that done. Uh and then we will jump into the audio. The opening, I think, is
going to be fantastic. I've been looking for a place to sneak this opening in, and I had to rework it a little bit to
make it match tonight's topic, but it's great. It's fantastic. I've been looking forward to this for a long time. Um, so
I'm I'm really excited. Yes, those of you who went with rare prime rib hoodie,
you got it right. Bean paste hoodie, uh, raw hamburger meat hoodie,
reffried bean hoodie, whatever else you have here. Uh, this is your color of the day, your FBI color of the day,

let me do this real quickly because I have to stall for about three minutes um in in order to not have um not have the

guess, my opinion on when people arrived. We've added names. We've added
names. So, this Tango Whiskey Flight, for example, at 9:00 a.m. That's Erica in my new timeline. I'm not married to
this timeline. I'm open to being wrong, but we'll we'll play some audio tonight
that might suggest I'm right. That might suggest I'm right. Uh, and that would make the flight that came in we thought
was Erica at 3:12 p.m. That would put Andrew on that flight. And then we will
explain that. So, we're going to pull this back up in a little bit. We're going to pull this back up in a little bit, but I am going to refer to this uh
a few times tonight. So, just just stay tuned. Be ready. Have your pen and paper handy because if you were confused on
the timeline, the audio tonight may get you, but the audio is critical because we haven't listened to this in a long time and we know a ton more about the
Charlie Kirk case today than we did then. And so, we will uh we've got to get this all cleared up cleared up. We
have to get on the same page. We have to do a little review. Uh I've got some delicious blackberry soda tonight in the
thing. I'm I'm not drinking booze. This is delicious back blackberry soda. Um and I'm already halfway done with it. I
hope that doesn't lead to me having to use the restroom and wiggle around for the last half hour of the program again.
It's been known to happen. All right, let me give you um
let me give you the open. The open is a banger in my opinion. in my opinion. I'm
not going to tell I'm not going to tell you what you have to believe about it. I'm just telling you right now, when I look at this opening, it's a banger. Um,
it's it's a it's a subject that just drives people crazy when you when you cover it. So, all right. Uh, I don't
know where the goblet came from. I saw somebody in the chat asking. I don't know. I don't know.
Oh, and just to clear up something else, I picked the color of the hoodie an hour or two before the program. I I'm not I'm
not watching you guys guess and then picking one that you guys don't guess. I wouldn't do that to you. I wouldn't do
that to you. All right, ladies and gentlemen, you ready? Here is your
Opening Statement - OJ Simpson
opening statement. Orinthal James Simpson. OJ Simpson was
at one time one of the most famous and beloved people in America. OJ was born
in 1947 in San Francisco. He was raised in extremely humble circumstances plagued
by poverty and health challenges. As a child, he had ricketetts caused by severe nutrient deficiencies and
required leg braces. He overcame his early physical challenges and found his
first taste of stardom as the star football player at the University of Southern California, where he became a
college football legend. In 1968, Simpson won the Heisman Trophy
as the nation's top football player, rushing for over 1,700 yards and scoring
22 touchdowns in a single season. His speed, power, and elusiveness on the
field, combined with his catchy initials, OJ, earned him the nickname the juice, a moniker that would follow
him throughout his life. After college, OJ was selected by the Buffalo Bills as
the first overall draft pick in the 1969 NFL draft. His legendary professional
career solidified his status as one of America foot American football's all-time greats. In 1973, OJ solidified
his status and became the first player to rush for over 2,000 yards in a single
season. He led the league in rushing four times, earned six Pro Bowl selections, and was named NFL MVP in
1973. His onfield dominance, his electric personality, and his stunning good looks gave him tremendous crossover
appeal and made him a household name. His infectious smile graced magazine covers
and television screens. By the mid 1970s, he was not just an athlete, but a
cultural icon, becoming one of the driving personalities able to bridge racial divides in a post civil rights
era America. After hanging up his cleats from football in 1979, Simpson parlayed his
fame into a successful entertainment career. Being larger than life, he smoothly and
seamlessly transitioned to Hollywood. He starred in films like The Towering Inferno and The Naked Gun Trilogy, where
his comedic timing as Detective Nordberg showcased his lighter side. His role in
Herz's rental car commercials, famously sprinting through airports became iconic, embedding him as a true pop
culture icon. Simpson also worked as a sports broadcaster for ABC and NBC,
offering insightful commentary that kept him squarely in the public eye. Endorsements rolled in from Shick Razors
to Pioneer Chicken and he amassed a fortune of tens of millions of dollars.
His personal life amplified his celebrity. He married Margarite Whitley in 1967. He had three children. He later
divorced Margarite and married Nicole Brown in 1985. The couple blended into Beverly Hills
elite circles. He hobnobbed with celebrities, politicians, and business mogul. OJ Simpson embodied the American
dream. Polls in the early 1990s showed him as one of the most admired men in
America with approval ratings rivaling Michael Jordan's. His fame was massive. Sports Illustrated called him the most
famous athlete in America. Simpson represented success, charm, and
crossover appeal, a symbol of black achievement in a white dominated society. Before June 1994,
he was untouchable. It's hard to quantify for people who were not around at the time and only remember the
controversial OJ Simpson just how big he was. He was a larger than life
personality whose legacy seemed destined for immortality.
On the night of June 12, 1994, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman
were brutally murdered outside Nicole's Britwood, California condominium on Bundy Drive. The prosecution, led by
Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden, argued that OJ Simpson, driven by possessive obsession over his ex-wife,
committed the double homicide in a fit of domestic fury. Their case hinged on a timeline of escalating abuse, physical
evidence collected at the scene and at Simpson's house, and his suspicious behavior after the murder.
The story began with Simpson's history of domestic violence against Nicole. Police records showed multiple
incidents. These include a 1989 plea of no contest to spousal battery.
Prosecutors introduced 911 tapes from a 1993 call where Nicole pleaded for help
as O.J. Simpson kicked down her door. This pattern, they claimed, culminated in murder after Nicole ended their
attempts to reconcile their marriage. On June 12th, Nicole attended her daughter Sydney's dance recital. OJ Simpson also
was at the recital, but the two reportedly ignored each other. Prosecutors argued this snub ignited his
jealousy. The murders occurred around 10:15 p.m. According to a witness,
the neighbor heard a dog barking incessantly from 10:15 to 10:35,
and another saw a shadow shadowy figure fleeing the scene. Nicole was found with
severe knife wounds to her throat and multiple stab wounds to her body in what appeared to be a frenzied attack. A
local waiter named Ron Goldman had arrived at Nicole's house to return a pair of glasses that she had left at his
restaurant. He suffered defensive wounds that indicated a serious and sustained
struggle. He ultimately succumbed to fatal stab wounds to his neck and chest.
The prosecution produced a timeline that placed Simpson at the scene. He had no alibi between the time after he dropped
his daughter off at 9:40 p.m. until 10:54 p.m. when a limo driver arrived to
take him to the airport for a redeye flight to Chicago. Key evidence tied Simpson directly to
the crimes. Blood drops at the scene matched his DNA. Odds of a random match
would were put at 1 in 170 million. A bloody glove found at Bundy matched one
discovered behind Simpson's Rockingham estate. Each glove contained DNA from OJ
Nicole and Ron Goldman. A pair of size 12 Bruno Molly shoes left
bloody footprints at the scene. Prosecutors later produced photos of Simpson wearing size 12 Bruno Molly
shoes. Simpsons Ford Bronco has had blood stains smeared inside and cuts on
his left hand the next day were unexplained. Prosecutors positioned Simpsons
postmurder actions as quite incriminating. He boarded his flight calmly, but left a
bloody trail. A bloody sock in his bedroom contained Nicole's DNA.
A nick cap at the scene had hairs consistent with Simpsons. The infamous
and nationally televised slow bronco chase on June 17, where Simpson held a
gun to his head and the back seat while his friend Al Cowings drove was portrayed by the prosecution as a
confession of guilt. Inside the Bronco, the police found a disguise kit. They found a passport and $8,000 in cash.
They argued this was evidence Simpson was intending to flee. The prosecution
argued he had motive, opportunity, and means. The motive was jealousy. The opportunity was a time window without an
alibi. And the means were Simpson's physical strength as a former all-world athlete. The prosecution dismissed what
they characterized as conspiracy theories and emphasized instead the evidence of his guilt being
overwhelming. In closing, prosecutor Marshia Clark urged the jury
to see Simpson not as a celebrity, but as a domestic batterer turned killer. She said the murders were the final
ultimate act of control. The narrative frames Simpson as a fallen idol whose
charm masked a monster with the evidence forming an unbreakable chain. The
defense The defense was led by attorneys who were dubbed the dream team. The dream
team included people like Johnny Cochran, Bob Shapiro, and Eley Bailey, among others.
The defense aggressively challenged each piece of the prosecution's evidence, but they particularly keyed in on the
prosecution's timeline. They argued it made Simpsons involvement highly unlikely, if not impossible.
Their strategy centered on compressing the window of opportunity to an absurdly tight frame, highlighting
inconsistencies, police errors, and alternative explanations to seow reasonable doubt.
The prosecution the prosecution's witnesses pegged the murders very close to 10:15 p.m. The defense seized on this
time and argued Simpson simply did not have time to commit the acts, get cleaned up, dispose of the evidence, and
then appear mostly normal shortly thereafter. Key to their argument was Simpson's whereabouts. At 9:37 p.m., he
called his girlfriend Paula Barbieri from his Bronco, sounding completely normal.
By 10:03 p.m., Ko Kalin, who lived in Simpson's guest house, heard him return
home after dropping off his daughter at the recital. Kalin testified to thumps on his guest house wall around 10:40 or
10:45 p.m., which the defense suggested were from an intruder or evidence
planter and not OJ Simpson disposing of items. The limo driver arrived at 10:22
to take O.J. Simpson to the airport, testified he did not see the Bronco until 10:55
when Simpson went to the limo, claiming he'd overslept and cut his hand rushing to pack.
The driver noted Simpson seemed composed, loading bags without any signs
of recent violence. This is where the timeline comes in to be critical to the OJ Simpson case. The
defense calculated the timeline meticulously. From Nicole's condo to
Simpsons estate was a 10 to 15 minutee drive, even in the lightest traffic.
Forensic experts testified that it would take at least 10 to 15 minutes to commit the brutal murders, complete with a
defensive struggle from one of the victims. After that, he would have needed time to
clean up the blood, to change his clothes, to dispose of the weapon that was never found. Experts estimated this
would add another 10 to 15 minutes minimum. This left just 35 minutes to drive back
home, hide all the evidence, take a shower, pack for Chicago,
and meet the limo driver when he first saw him at 10:54 p.m. Defense attorney Barry Sheek emphasized this was
physically impossible for one person to do without leaving an obvious trace of guilt.
This was especially true, he argued, since Simpson had no visible blood or any injuries beyond a small cut seen by
the limo driver. The defense also attacked the blood evidence found at the scene. EDTA. EDTA.
This is a preservative in blood vials. EDTA was detected on both the sock and
the gate at OJ's house. The defense argued that the presence of EDTA
necessarily meant the evidence was planted after Simpson's blood was taken.
There was also the famous glove demonstration where Simpson struggled to fit the glove on his hand in open court.
Johnny Cochran used this incident to coin what is perhaps the most famous line ever uttered in a courtroom. If it
doesn't fit, you must acquit. The defense introduced alternative
timelines via experts. Dr. Michael Ben
argued the victim's body temperature and rigor mortise suggested a later time of death, perhaps closer to 11 p.m. after
Simpson was already in route to the airport. Phone records showed a call from Simpson's cell phone at 10:03 p.m.
and it was near his home, not near not near Nicole's home at Bundy. They
highlighted rushed police work. The scene wasn't secured until 12:30 a.m., allowing crime scene contamination.
By poking holes in the unaccounted for minutes, the flawed forensics, and the
biased investigation, the defense argued Simpson's guilt was not just doubtful, but it was in fact a logistical
impossibility. Their strategy resonated. It led to an acquitt after less than 4 hours of jury deliberation.
So, if OJ Simpson didn't do it, who did? Investigator William Deer wrote a 2012
book called OJ is Innocent and I can prove it. In it, he argued the real
perpetrator was a young man named Jason Simpson. Jason was O.J.'s son from his
first marriage. William Deer argues in his book Jason's troubled history, the motive, the opportunity, and the
physical capability of Jason Simpson, all align better with the evidence than OJ Simpson's involvement.
His book suggests OJ may have even helped cover up Jason's crime to protect his son.
Jason was born in 1970. He had a long and documented struggle with rage issues. He was diagnosed with
intermittent explosive disorder and possibly Jackal and Hyde syndrome. Jason
abused drugs and alcohol and had a history of violence. His history included assaults with knives, which
have obvious parallels to the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
Jason worked as a chef at a restaurant near where Ron Goldman was employed, which creates an intriguing potential
link between the two. On October on, excuse me, on June 12, 1994, the date of
the murders, Jason had invited Nicole and their children to dinner at his
place. Nicole declined. She instead ate at Ron Goldman's restaurant. This
rejection, amid Jason's unstable mental state, William Deer argues, could have triggered rage.
Deer claims Jason had a time card alibi, but Deer compellingly argues that the
time card showing Jason was at work was in fact fabricated. Fellow employees at
Jason's restaurant agree he was not at the restaurant when the time card stated he was. As a result, if Dear is correct,
Jason's whereabouts that night are in fact unverified. The black knit cap found at the scene
contained dog hairs. The dog hairs were consistent with dog hairs from an
Aikita. Jason owned an Akita. The unidentified footprints, I mean,
excuse me, the unidentified fingerprints at the scene matched no one else that
they tested. But Deer argues they could have fit Jason's fingerprints.
And the timeline more loosely fits Jason. Jason lives nearby. He could have arrived at Bundy around 10:15. He could
have committed the acts in a fit of rage or drugfueled fury and fled without the
time constraints faced by OJ Simpson. Jason's Jeep Cherokee had blood stains.
He had a knife set that had a blade missing that matched the wounds. William
Deer allegedly found in one of Jason's storage units.
A knife with possible blood residue. Jason's psychiatric records show
prescriptions for depicote, which is prescribed for rage, and a history of threatening suicide with knives.
A note from Jason to OJ after the murder read cryptically, possibly confessing
guilt. OJ's supporters point to his actions as
paternal protection. OJ hired a dream team of top lawyers, but he did not pursue any other suspects. During the
Bronco chase, OJ drafted what appears to be a final note to the world before he departs and begs the press to leave his
children alone. In a 2006 book that served as a
hypothetical confession written by OJ titled If I Did It, OJ described a
companion at the scene. Some interpreted that companion as Jason. Critics dismissed this as speculative, lacking
DNA ties. Ultimately, the theory posits O.J.'s a quiddle stemmed from doubt, but
true guilt might actually lie with Jason, shielded by family loyalty and a
flawed investigation. While unproven, it offers a compelling alternative, humanizing the tragedy as a father's
sacrifice. And that is your opening statement. I myself believe
that. By the way, I didn't just say all that. I find it to be compelling.
I find it to be compelling.
Now, with all that said, the opening last night, the opening
Importance of My Opening Statements Relative to Charlie Kirk Investigation
tonight, both were about timelines and how timelines were important to guilt or
innocence and how it was the discovery of the timelines
that led the investigation. We're going to look tonight at a
detailed timeline of the day of Charlie
Kirk being taken out. We looked a little bit at a timeline last night and we're going to refresh ourselves on that
timeline tonight. That was the airplanes. Tonight, we're going to look not only at the flight log timeline,
which I will pull back up now so you can get a good hard look at it before we switch the audio in case you did not
have your phone handy when I showed it the first time or did not get a screen cap. is the new timeline that I believe
is compelling. I don't know if this is fact,
but this to me makes more sense. It's the only timeline that explains this
yellow flight right here, this N560 Tango Whiskey flight. If it takes Erica
to Provo, repositions to Santa Barbara to get Andrew, and then takes Andrew to Scottsdale, this explains a lot to me.
It also explains Andrew would be flying without his cell phone in all likelihood because Andrew's cell phone would want
to have it look like he is in Santa Barbara. So Andrew's wife would bring
his cell phone here at this 4:36 p.m. landing down here forth from the bottom.
Which is why Andrew would have told people he was a nervous wreck on the flight in because he wouldn't have had
an outlet to talk to anybody. He wouldn't had an outlet to get any information. he would have been on a flight with no devices.
But this is this is an interesting timeline. We're going to come back to this. Uh but I want to go tonight to um
I'm trying to think of the best way to start this. And I think the best way to show this is um
to kind of give you an overall idea of where we're taking this and then back it
out and go line by line. I think that if you guys can see an overview of where
we're headed. Yeah, I think that's the best way to do
A Second Look at Police/Fire Transmissions from Sept 10 in Light of New Evidence
Let me do this. I'm going to play a lot of audio tonight and you're just going to have to deal
with it. All of you people who don't like audio are just going to have to deal with it. And the reason I'm I'm saying you're gonna have to deal with it
is because um it's important. It's absolutely critical to understanding the
story. If we cannot get the audio right, if we cannot figure out what was happening on the ground that day, then
we're going to get lost in everything and we're we're going to lose um I don't want to say the forest for the trees,
but we're going to lose a firm understanding of where everybody was and when. So, I'm going to start playing
some audio here. Um let me bring this column in just
there. I'm g start playing some audio here. This is audio from 12:23.
12:23. Um,
uh, let me pull it up. 12:23. This is the minute, the very minute that Charlie
Kirk heard the Big Bang. We all heard the Big Bang. The Big Bang heard around
the world. So, I'm going to play this audio. This is the first dispatch broadcast that was played that night.
That afternoon, you're going to hear Alpha 35, we have shots fired. Charlie Kirk is down.
Alpha 34, we have shots fired. Charlie Kirk is down. So that is Alpha 34. We have shots
fired. Charlie Kirk is down. That that radio call went out at 12:23. That's
consistent. And why I play that is I'm letting you know that our timeline is correct. So when we play the rest of
these, they're all relative to that first dispatch. So if we know exactly the second Charlie
Kirk went down, and we do believe we know that it was around 12:23 and 30 seconds, give or take. If we know that,
we now can build off of that timeline as we play the rest of these recordings. Here is a recording saying he's on his
way to the hospital. This is 30 seconds later and this is consistent with what you guys saw.
Hey, we did have shots fired. He's on his way to the ambulance. He's on his way to the hospital.
Engine 31 and medic ambulance 35. Respond to a known incident type at
three of in Utah Valley on fire too.
I don't know if you heard that. It was breaking up in my ear. Uh but he says, "Hey, we did have shots fired. He's on
his way to the ambulance on his way to the hospital." Now, here's a critical uh
play here because just seconds after that broadcast, just seconds after that
broadcast, this was when we all took a deep sigh of relief cuz we thought they had the perpetrator. This is the
broadcast announcing that they have in fact captured or arrested a suspect.
This was the George Zen arrest, but here's the audio.
Alpha, Alpha 11, I've got one in custody.
Copy one in custody. Yeah. So, Alpha 11, got one in custody. And then the dispatcher says, "Copy one
in custody." That took place a minute 7 seconds after the initial broadcast.

it confirms what we heard from Brian Harpole in the Shawn Ryan interview that
they were flying up the highway with Charlie Kirk actually hanging out of the
with Charlie Kirk actually hanging out of the car. This is confirmation of that over the police radio. He says 212,
everybody get off the radio. I've got a black SUV northbound on Wolverine Way. Passenger doors open. Someone trying to
hang out of it. 212, everybody get off the radio. I've got a
black SUV northbound on Wolverine Way. Passenger door is open. Someone's trying
to hang out of it. That that broadcast right there
was less than four minutes after the Big Bang. So, they had already gotten Charlie Kirk from the scene of
the incident into the SUV and were flying up the highway with someone hanging out of the car.
So, here is a bit of confusion. Our first little bit of confusion that enters. This is where they think they
have another victim because of someone else hanging out of the car. I assume
this is possibly another victim. They've got one hanging out of the car.
So, there was some confusion there. Hey, maybe maybe we have a second victim. Why
are people hanging out of the car? I understand Charlie's a big guy. I do
understand that. And I understand when you're initially putting him in, it's going to be difficult to get a 6 foot 4
inch Charlie Kirk into the car sideways.
But you would think as they're flying up the highway at some point somebody would bend his legs
and close the door. I would think. I would think. But
we have yet another broadcast discussing someone hanging out of the car. This is
a third broadcast that someone's hanging out of the car. Copy 2530 in a vehicle 50 South 1200 West or they
have one hanging out of the car. We're not sure if they're a patient or if they're just trying to get out of the area.
So this is an inter bit a little bit of confusion again that
this could be somebody fleeing the scene of the crime. You might have somebody fleeing the
scene of the crime. And so you can understand where the police are in this situation saying, "Well, do we pull this car over? Are we slowing it down on the
way to the hospital and someone might have been wounded? Or do we let them go
uh assuming it's the uh victim? Or do we pull it over assuming it might be someone trying to get out of the car?"
Now, if you wonder and as I have,
if you wonder if the finishing off, and this is a dark, twisted, drab way to
think about this, and I hate to even raise the issue, but I have to because I've I've mentioned it, that there could
have been a fatal incident inside the car
that that I I you know, my working hypothesis is is that that Charlie Kirk
was not just taken down one way. They would they would never have left it
as a they would never have left it up to a single gunshot from the Losi center. 142
yard gunshot that they just hoped was fatal. If you're going to take someone down, you're going to make sure they're
taken down. And we know they made sure they was taken down because
hate to be dark about it, but they didn't have any plan. They didn't have security plans the next day. Nobody had flight plans the next day. I mean, it
just it just seems obvious to me that it was it was a plan. It was a group plan to make sure he didn't make it out of
there alive. And so, I've raised the issue of perhaps there was some electricity involved.
Perhaps there was something that exploded under his shirt or or shocked him under his shirt or some, you know,
some sort of activity under the shirt that caused the the shirt to move like that. Um, maybe that he was, you know,
there were two small puncture wounds it looks like or or or wounds of some sort on his arm. Maybe he was hit with a
taser or maybe he was hit with a hypodermic needle on his arm. Um, and
then he and then of course we were told about the broken vertebrae. I wondered did they
when did that happen? Did they do that in the car?
You know, make sure he's incapacitated, get him to the car, and then
in other words, it raises the possibility that he was uncooperative.
I I I hate to say it, but I have to at least mention it because this is like a
10 or 12 minute ride to the hospital.
This is a long ride to the hospital. It wasn't right next door. You're driving
at highway speeds. Why is someone hanging out of the car?
Fold his legs up and shut the door. It doesn't make sense to me. So, I think this is important evidence
that at least whatever was happening in the car needs to be evaluated, needs to be
examined. Maybe that's why the car was removed so quickly from the fleet of the rental fleet. Maybe that's why the car
was cleaned and and detailed and sold so quickly. I don't know. I don't know. I I
can't All I can do is speculate because they've done such a lousy job of preserving the evidence. If we had the
evidence, we wouldn't have to speculate, now would we? Uh this is 12:28. So, this is five full
minutes after the uh the Big Bang and they're still not to the hospital. He's
still hanging out of the car. Here is how the dispatcher words it.
So, apparently at some point a an officer or ambulance or something has joined the parade.
Oh my gosh. No, I didn't do it. No, stop it. You didn't see it. Everybody back up. Act like it didn't happen. Act like
it didn't happen. It was a 5-second clip. We're going to forget about it. We're among friends. Stop it.
Gosh, I pulled an E in. I knew I shouldn't have lowered it. I knew it.
Soon as I lowered it, I was like, you're going to forget to put it back. All right, here we go. This raises the possibility.
Um, well, I'll just play it and then we'll talk about it. I want to play this hospital. We're
about there in just a couple minutes with a victim. So now somebody else has joined the
parade. You have you have a either an ambulance or a police officer that has caught up to the car and is driving with
him.
Now put that in context of this next dispatch. One other with me at Oak Hospital,
please. He said, "I'm going to need another one with me at Tempanoo's Hospital, please."
I I've not asked these people what all this means. I don't have access to the police officers. They would never talk
about an ongoing investigation. But as I look at this, I start to put
this together. I was like, "Okay, we have shots fired. Charlie Kirk is down.
They've got one in custody. So, they're not I don't think they're worried at this point anyway about uh u people
getting away. That's a huge red flag for me because I think this highlights the
criticality of George Zen doing what he did. It allowed anyone else on campus to
get away scot-free because the police thought they had the guy. The police were arresting somebody. It took multiple officers to respond. They're no
longer looking for people. And this all happened within 45 seconds of the Big Bang. Then you've got this SUV flying
down the highway. The passenger door is open. Someone's
trying to hang out of it. It does not say someone's feet are
dangling out of it. Someone's trying to hang out of it. That
indicates like there's a whole person perhaps. And if you're driving at highway speed, you might not want to jump out even if there's you perceive as
danger inside the car. All right. So, now we've got
we're going to fast forward a little bit because now we're going up to 12:33 p.m. 10 minutes 10 minutes only 10 minutes
past the Big Bang and now we get the introduction of K9 dogs on the scene.
Here we go. 1J 129. I've got all county K9 headed
that way. Where do you need us? Got all county K9's headed that way. Where do you need us?
I don't know what K9 dogs are looking for in this moment.
I don't know whether I don't know what they're looking for. I don't know what they're talking about. I don't know what they're they're after. This is only 10
minutes afterwards. Maybe they just think, "Hey, we might have a foot chase. We might have, you know, who knows? I
don't know what all K9's can do." I know what Kines's allegedly couldn't
do, which was locate the rifle. We'll talk about that in a little bit.
So, they have these canines. They're headed that way. Where do you need us? Now, here is
the first indication something is a miss. You've got some You've got somebody here who just spoke to a
student. What did this student spoke to a student said that the shooter is on top of the building on the far
north side of maybe the CS building or just east of the library. He's wearing
jeans, black shirt, black mask, long rifle. The rifle is visible.
Just spoke to a student. She said the shooter is on top of the building on the
far north side. I'm going to pull up the building she was just talking about
cuz she said the CS building. That's the computer science building. I'll show you the building we're talking
about. She didn't say the Losi Center building. She said the CS building.
And let me let me pull this up and give you a good idea here of what we are
looking at. This is the CS building. So if we drill in here,
we get a where is the Here. This is the courtyard. UVU courtyard right here.
This is the UVU courtyard. North is straight up. This is not positioned to the north. I mean, the map is positioned
to the north. The courtyard is actually kind of eastnortheast facing.
But if you back up here, this is where we're told the shot was taken from. This is where we're told the shooter came
from. This is not the building that that student just said she saw a shooter on. She described a shooter with some
particularity. She described the shooter as wearing
um Um, black jeans, black shirt, black mask, long rifle.
And on top of the CS building, that building is back here. That's a
different building. That's this building. And she says the shooter is on top of
the building. Just spoke just spoke to a student. This is 10 minutes later. Just spoke to a student student. Shooter is
on this building. I have long suspected somebody was back
there acting as a lookout of the whole operation. And I thought this guy was probably a lookout or a decoy, one or
the other. But we'll we'll just allow that for now. So, let's go back to our timeline real fast. Let's go back to our
timeline. Now,
we have yet another person describing what they are seeing. We had that person
say uh shooters in the building wearing long uh on top of the building wearing jeans, black shirt, black vest. We know
for a fact that is not what Tyler Robinson was alleged to have been wearing. We have more here.
All units responding to UV, just be advised. We have information that the shooter is on top of the building on the
far north side just east of the library wearing jeans, black shirt, black vest.
We are far north side, just east of the
library. Well, let me show you where this is, cuz
this is again not anywhere near the Losi Center. This is your library right here,
the far north side. This is the north side of campus. Just east is going to be
perhaps the Army RA ROC building. Uh perhaps this building, the Sorenson
Center building, but I don't know how you would say that this building down here in the middle of
campus is on the far north side just east of the library. This is the library just east of the library is here. Or
perhaps they're situated wrong and they're thinking this is just east of the library. But either way, that's not
consistent with like why would you use the landmark the library as a landmark for a building that's in the middle of
campus? It doesn't make sense. It does that that that doesn't make sense. But again, early reports, maybe
things go wrong. So, let's go back to the timeline
and see if that gets cleared up at all in any capacity
whatsoever because we have another description here. The last known location I have is that
the shooter was on top of the north building just east of the library wearing jeans, black shirt, and a vest.
doesn't clear that up any. It's the same exact description, same exact thing. This is what they're operating with at this time.
Um, now let's go forward to
uh ah this is the key. This is probably the
one of the more important audio clips we'll play tonight. Let me ceue it up and then I'm going to
say something before I play it. Oh, that's not right. 47.
All right, let me ceue it up and then I'm going to say something before I play it. I'm going to bring it down. I will bring it back up before I play it.
One of the keys that we've been told this entire time
is that we know Tyler Robinson was the one on that roof because while he didn't leave a weapon
up there, he did leave the screwdriver. The screwdriver was up
there on the Losi center. We thought to ourselves, well, how does that work? Cuz at first they told us he
reassembled the gun after he got done. Well, you can't reassemble the gun if you don't have a screwdriver. Then they told us, "No, the gun was never
disassembled to need to be reassembled." Okay, well, this is odd. Why did you say it was disassembled and then needed to be reassembled if it didn't need to be
reassembled cuz it was never disassembled? Why did you say that? Then we were told, uh, does it matter? We
don't need to talk about the gun because we found the screwdriver. He left it where he was laying. It was right there.
That's how we knew it was his screwdriver.
Let me tell you what the first officer responding to the scene of the crime
discovered because I think he will disagree with
that analysis and the TPUSA fed slop has fed us a healthy dose of but but but the
screwdriver but the screwdriver but screwdriver here listen to what he says on top of the loy building I do have
kind of a imprint which would be a great angle Oh, just in 14. I'm up on top of
Los. Did you hear anything about screwdriver? Don't you think if he saw a screw like
he see he know? He says he sees the imprint. There's an imprint. Would have made a nice angle. I just have a feeling
he would have said and there's a weird screwdriver right here. What's this doing here? I don't
know. Maybe maybe I'm reading that too much into it. Now, have you been told
that within 24 minutes of the Big Bang? Within 24 minutes of the Big Bang
that the police already had an image, a ste a still image
as well as a full video in their possession. Now, we knew a day
or two later somebody came out because they put that thing on X that had the guy lying there on the the full video on
the thing. We know a day or two later they had the uh a couple of days later they had the surveillance footage from
the computer science building that was looking out over the Losi Center. The FBI released that. We know a day or two
later they came out with the image of everybody dropping and and somebody noticed, hey, way in the background
there's a little guy looks like he's scampering off the building. So, we knew that like days later.
Was anyone aware? And and and if they were, can we please take a look at this still photo and video? Because the Utah
County police, the police scanner says that they have somebody with a
picture and a full video. I don't know if that now I I don't maybe they're talking about the actual wound, but I I
mean I kind of read it as they're they're they have a image of the
suspect. That's what they're looking for, but you tell me what you hear. 2011, can you send me a picture of the
individual we're looking for? So that's the response to it. Let me go back to the them saying they have a
video. So if he responds saying, "Can you send me a picture?" It's in response to this transmission.
We have somebody with a picture. We have somebody with a full video.

So they the the first broadcast was we have somebody with a picture. We have somebody with a full video. In response
to that, somebody says, "Well, can you send me a picture of the individual we're looking for?" So at least he interpreted it that way as well, that
somebody had an image of the person they're looking for. I would like to see that. Who are they looking for?
Now we go back up on top of the Losi center roof. Now we're doing a little more thorough investigation. Listen for
a screwdriver. Do you hear a screwdriver here?
I've got a imprint of a body laying knee head looks like elbow. So somebody with
thumb was right here. Any casing?
I do not see a Casey, but it is straight straight on.
So, he's he's examining the scene closely enough to say, I see knees. I see legs. I see what looks like an
elbow. So, somebody was laying right here. Any casings? I do not see a casing, but it's straight on. I just
feel like at that point he would say, "No, I don't see casings, but I see this random screwdriver still laying up
here." That's weird.
So again, last time before we leave this particular set of audio. Last time here. What are we looking for? Madam
dispatcher, who is our suspect? Please, we're waiting with baited breath. Please
tell us who we're looking for. Copy. The suspect is going to be wearing all
black, black long gun, black tactical helmet, a black mask, possibly wearing a
tactical vest and jeans. Yep. We're still looking. There were 42 uh what are we? Yeah. 40 almost 50
minutes after the Big Bang. We're still looking at this point
for a suspect wearing all black,
black long gun, black tactical helmet, black mask, possibly wearing a tactical
vest and jeans. Well, now you guys say, "Well, it's possible in the fog of war
um that that people just make mistakes. It's possible in the fog of war,
somebody had a miscalculation and they saw a guy with that looked like Tyler Robinson running off the roof.
Well, we've all seen Tyler Robinson by now, right? We all know what he looks like.
Multiple Descriptions of Alleged Perpetrator with Long Hair, Shoulder-Length Hair
There's nobody in America who would say that the Tyler Robinson that they've
seen could be described as having shoulderlength hair, for example, or
aviator sunglasses, right? Nobody would nobody would describe anybody as wearing shoulderlength hair with aviator
sunglasses. So, let's hear who they are looking for. If I can get this There we
go. If I can get it nailed down just right over the time stamp here. So, this
is again back to the Utah Police Scanner. We're switching feeds here, so it's going to look a little different on
your end, but it's it's a scanner. So, here we go. This was at 133 p.m. and 29
seconds, about an hour and 10 minutes after the Big Bang. Who is it you're
looking for? The dispatcher. Please, by all means, you have the floor.

Because they always showed us Lance Twigs either in a hat or with this stupid costume on.
They never one time showed us Lance Twigs looking like this.
This is the first I got to see Lance Twigs.
So when you look in the timeline, the timeline becomes pretty important.
The timeline starts to become problematic for the prosecution, starts to become problematic for the fed slop.
We're going to get to why, but one of the major kinks in the timeline is the
introduction to the timeline of a descriptor that looks a whole lot more like
the roommate than it does
Tyler Robinson.
It also might help explain why the

he might have been sort of being coddled a little bit by law enforcement that he

you're entitled to have it and evaluate it, you're entitled to review it. You're
entitled to test it. You're entitled to entitled to follow up on it.
And if the defense is entitled to it, then we as the public, if we're looking at this and drawing conclusions and

really bizarre phone call uh text messages back and forth with Tyler Robinson that basically fry Tyler
Robinson. And the roommate might have also had access to his Discord chat, his

bag, and the long gun was described by two other dispatches, two separate dispatches,
by two different dispatchers as having shoulderlength hair, medium hair, long hair.
But we've been told it had to be Tyler Robinson. Have you ever seen Tyler Robinson with shoulderlength hair at
all? Or aviator sunglasses or all in black with a long gun? No.
I've seen none of that. Where is the camera footage that you
supposedly observed three minutes three minutes
after the big bang? Two and a half maybe cuz this is 136 and 51 is when this went
out. He said the information was given at 13:26
and that information had been observed on camera an hour before that.
Which means, ladies and gentlemen, there is camera footage out there of a man with long hair and aviator sunglasses.
Where is it? Where is it?
You want me to Where is it? I want to know where the camera footage
is of the guy in aviator glasses and shoulderlength hair.
I've got to know. I've been told it exists now by two different dispatchers
because I want to know if it looks like this. I want to know if the guy in aviator

Do the text messages start to add up a little more to you back and forth almost
as if Lance Twigs is being exonerated by the text messages.
