[DELETE] had a connection with a model agency in Miami named [DELETE]. [DELETE] helped [DELETE]; [DELETE] was a photographer and [DELETE] was a model. Some of the places [DELETE] modeled in were Taiwan and Miami, Florida. [DELETE] had a friend who had a small CPA firm where she worked for approximately 2 to 2.5 years. [DELETE] worked at this CPA firm while working towards her associate's degree. [DELETE] married [DELETE] in approximately July 2003 and they divorced in approximately 2011.
[DELETE] earned her associate's degree from [DELETE] [DELETE], and her bachelor's degree in accounting and her master's degree in taxation from [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE].[DELETE] is presently the current manager [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE]. [DELETE] travels frequently for work and has been employed by them for approximately two years. [DELETE] is currently married to [DELETE] and became a United States citizen on May 17, 2019.[DELETE] left modeling when she took a job offered by JEFFREY EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] started working for EPSTEIN in approximately 2005 and left in early 2006. [DELETE] traveled on trips with EPSTEIN to help as his assistant. A trip to Paris in approximately early 2006 was her last assignment.
[DELETE] put [DELETE] in contact with an agent named PAOLO ZEMPOLI who worked with "ID Models". It was organized for [DELETE] to go to New York to model. While in New York, [DELETE] lived in a model's apartment because she did not have the funds to pay for her own apartment. The apartment accommodated ten people and was on the same street as the model agency on Varick Street. [DELETE] had an affair with the agent. ZEMPOLI was trying to buy Elite Models with EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN introduced MELANIA TRUMP to DONALD TRUMP.EPSTEIN was visiting ZEMPOLI at the agency when there were casting auditions for models. EPSTEIN was looking through portfolios and saw [DELETE]'s photograph of her wearing only swim bottoms.[DELETE] and ZEMPOLI were at a night club with EPSTEIN, who was there with a woman who [DELETE] believed was [DELETE]. [DELETE] took [DELETE]'s phone number.
Someone called, either a girl or EPSTEIN, and invited [DELETE] to dinner. [DELETE] went to EPSTEIN's residence on 71st Street in Manhattan. This was the first one on one interaction [DELETE] had with EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN made her wait; she heard him playing the piano. [DELETE] did not recall if she went upstairs. [DELETE] and EPSTEIN had dinner in the dining room. This room was straight ahead when you walked into his home. EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] what she liked to do. [DELETE] told EPSTEIN that she liked studying and that she was a good student. They talked about travels and [DELETE] having a model contract in Japan and South Korea. [DELETE] mentioned that she thought there was a lot of Russian prostitution. EPSTEIN told her, "That's what I like best." [DELETE] recalled EPSTEIN saying something that made her uncomfortable. EPSTEIN gave [DELETE] a tour of the house, took her to the massage room and had her lay down, took a "vibrating thing" and rubbed it on her. [DELETE] told him to stop. [DELETE] described the massage room as a small, very dark room on the same floor as the master bedroom. A driver took [DELETE] home and she remembered being tearful in the car.
The next morning or a day later, [DELETE] recalled that EPSTEIN called her. [DELETE] was unsure how everything progressed from there. EPSTEIN may have offered her an English class, which [DELETE] attended. EPSTEIN offered her a job approximately at the end of 2004. EPSTEIN offered [DELETE] an apartment in New York on 66th Street in Manhattan. EPSTEIN offered [DELETE] a job with Victoria's Secret, which was a photo shoot. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that she needed to work out to be a model and told her to go to a specific gym.
[DELETE] had traveled to Florida with EPSTEIN on his plane. [DELETE] did not have a driver's license.[DELETE] went with [DELETE] to the floor of Wall Street on a trip organized by EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] met GHISLAINE MAXWELL at her house around the end of 2004. MAXWELL told [DELETE] to purchase items like toiletries prior to getting offered the job.
The job responsibilities included running errands, and helping [DELETE], who was EPSTEIN's personal assistant. [DELETE] was [DELETE]'s immediate supervisor. MAXWELL gave [DELETE] direction.
[DELETE] had intimate relations with EPSTEIN, but did not have intercourse. EPSTEIN had multiple sexual encounters with [DELETE]. [DELETE] felt this was personal.
[DELETE] described [DELETE] as having big brown eyes and chin length blonde hair. [DELETE] helped [DELETE] with errands, traveled with them, called pilots, and purchased things for EPSTEIN's plane. In Palm Beach, [DELETE] answered calls and confirmed massage appointments. [DELETE] was given this responsibility shortly after beginning to work for EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] mainly stayed in Palm Beach, while [DELETE]'s home was in Miami. When [DELETE] stayed in Palm Beach, she slept in EPSTEIN's house in one of the bedrooms.
Typically, [DELETE] had to travel with EPSTEIN. When they traveled to EPSTEIN's island, [DELETE] stayed with him on the island. They traveled a lot to Boston, specifically visiting Harvard. They met with MARTIN NOVACK and ALAN DERSHOWITZ. [DELETE] traveled to New Mexico and Paris with EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] spent the most time in the Virgin Islands with EPSTEIN so EPSTEIN could count his time in the island to establish for tax residency.
Other people that traveled regularly with EPSTEIN besides MAXWELL, [DELETE], and [DELETE] were [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], JEAN LUC BRUNEL, IGOR, and a chef. [DELETE] was EPSTEIN's girlfriend. [DELETE] had a casual relationship with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was introduced by [DELETE] [DELETE]. IGOR was EPSTEIN's personal trainer. In New York, [DELETE] ran errands, bought things, went to EPSTEIN's house and sat in on meetings. [DELETE] worked in MAXWELL'S house on the ground floor in New York.
[DELETE] was given an apartment in the same building as MAXWELL. [DELETE]spent most of her time in New York at MAXWELL'S home. [DELETE] did not recall if she had made phone calls from New York.
LESLIE GROFF was EPSTEIN's assistant in EPSTEIN's Madison Avenue office who scheduled his appointments for people coming to his house, including massage appointments. GROFF made those phone calls to schedule appointments.
Fairly early on after working for EPSTEIN, [DELETE] began helping schedule massage appointments. In reference to knowing what occurred during the massages, [DELETE] stated, "It happened to me in the Virgin Islands, so I assumed that was happening to everyone else during their massages."[DELETE] saw women in his New York house that she understood were there to give massages. [DELETE] was at his New York residence a lot and would bring other girls. Another girl named [DELETE] would also bring other girls. [DELETE] brought two girls who were dancers/ballerinas, who stated that they were 16 years old. [DELETE] and [DELETE] may have been there. EPSTEIN told them that he would buy them dancing shoes.
At the time, [DELETE] was not sure if the girls who massaged EPSTEIN were underage but it seemed consensual and [DELETE] knew it was a sexual massage.[DELETE] had research girls on Twitter. One girl named [DELETE] was 17 in New York.
[DELETE] was approximately 21 years old. EPSTEIN's massages were approximately twice a day everyday in New York and Palm Beach. In New York, EPSTEIN also had a lot of meetings.[DELETE] met [DELETE] [DELETE] in approximately 2004. [DELETE] was [DELETE]'s roommate who may have assisted.
In Palm Beach, [DELETE] was responsible for answering phones and confirming massage appointments if [DELETE] wasn't around. EPSTEIN, as well as [DELETE], would ask [DELETE] to do this. [DELETE] showed girls to the massage room and set up the table for them. [DELETE] also bought tickets for comedy clubs for EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was also responsible for researching things for EPSTEIN and running errands.
When traveling from New York to Palm Beach, [DELETE] set up the schedule for massages or gave [DELETE] a list of people to call for appointments. [DELETE] may have called from New York to make appointments for Palm Beach, but [DELETE] mostly made those calls.
Part of the regular routine for [DELETE] was to check in with EPSTEIN in the morning. EPSTEIN would be in his office, gym, or by the pool. [DELETE] would see who EPSTEIN wanted her to call; EPSTEIN gave her a list.[DELETE] was someone EPSTEIN commented on. EPSTEIN commented on [DELETE]'s SAT score. [DELETE] massaged EPSTEIN and hung out at the Palm Beach house, then went to New York. EPSTEIN helped get [DELETE] an internship.
[DELETE] was told how to make calls and told what to say. When [DELETE] called to confirm appointments she said, "This is [DELETE] calling on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein...calling to confirm the massage appointment." EPSTEIN was upset when she used his name when confirming massage appointments. EPSTEIN told her to never use his name when calling people. On the calls, [DELETE] discussed what time they would come. EPSTEIN pushed her to call and confirm appointments. [DELETE] had to call multiple times to confirm appointments. [DELETE] did not remember ever calling men to confirm massage appointments.
EPSTEIN wanted [DELETE] to put eye cream on him. EPSTEIN became upset with her if she missed a day. If [DELETE] missed a phone call for a massage appointment, EPSTEIN became very upset and left her a nasty voincemail. EPSTEIN raised his voice to [DELETE].
[DELETE] thought that EPSTEIN was originally going to teach her about finance. EPSTEIN sent her to one to two business meetings but then was different after she started working for him. EPSTEIN became stressed with her, asking her, "Do you want to work?" when referring to her calling girls. [DELETE] often called and asked the girls about another girl. [DELETE] asked her to do this. [DELETE] recalled calling [DELETE] and asked her to bring another girl. [DELETE] called [DELETE] and asked her to bring another girl. [DELETE] was upset with [DELETE] because [DELETE] called [DELETE]'s home where her parents lived. Girls had mentioned to [DELETE] that they could not come because they had school.
The girls would come in from the rear of the house, near the kitchen. [DELETE] offered them water. [DELETE] told them to go upstairs. The massage room was attached to his master bathroom with sauna, steam room, and closet, with the massage table inside the closet. [DELETE] may have put a towel on the table. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] to give the girls a hair band.
[DELETE] was present one time when a girl massaged EPSTEIN. [DELETE] massaged EPSTEIN in Palm Beach. [DELETE] left during most massages, going about her tasks around the house. The massages took approximately an hour. Sometimes EPSTEIN called downstairs and sometimes during the massage he would call other people. [DELETE] knew the massage was done when the girl would come downstairs.
EPSTEIN paid the girls; he always had a huge amount of money in his bag. He paid the girls approximately $200.[DELETE] and [DELETE] typically stayed a bit longer after the massage.
If a girl brought another girl, one would go upstairs while the one who brought the girl hung out downstairs. [DELETE] brought girls. EPSTEIN may have asked [DELETE] to pay the girls for him.
[DELETE] was instructed to bring girls from Miami to Palm Beach; these girls were associated with Ideal Models. [DELETE] talked about a time where one girl was sitting on the couch visibly upset and EPSTEIN had a friend who was a doctor there who told them that the girl did not feel well. EPSTEIN had a car service take the girl home.
Palm Beach massages happened twice a day everyday. [DELETE] typed up a list of girls to call in Palm Beach and printed a few copies. [DELETE] threw these away. This list was specific to massages.
[DELETE] recalled one girl calling and talking about college.
The girls were young women. [DELETE] did not know their exact age. Thinking back on it, [DELETE] felt that she should have had the impression that they were underage. She was used to young women being around older men in the modeling industry.
[DELETE] recalled [DELETE], [DELETE], and [DELETE] traveling on EPSTEIN's plane from New York to Palm Beach.
[DELETE] recalled other girls names that were at EPSTEIN's house, including [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], and [DELETE]. There were more girls but [DELETE] could not recall all of their names. The girls were students, not models. Some may have been in a horse back riding club. The girls asked for assistance to go to college.[DELETE] may have had a personal relationship in the past with EPSTEIN but [DELETE] had not heard anything. [DELETE] assumed because EPSTEIN was always with a girl.
[DELETE] took a lot of photographs. [DELETE] took photographs of [DELETE] in the Virgin Islands. EPSTEIN had told [DELETE] that it was ok to undress. There were a lot of nude photographs in EPSTEIN's home. There were also nude photographs in the gym in the New York house.
In Palm Beach, [DELETE] was in the living room and started stripping when [DELETE] started taking photographs. [DELETE] kept the photographs in binders in MAXWELL's house.[DELETE] felt that [DELETE] took advantage of her because she had [DELETE] do "nasty tasks" and had her constantly running. [DELETE] felt that [DELETE] made her do the heavy lifting. [DELETE] and [DELETE] were friendly with each other but [DELETE] did not like how [DELETE] treated her. When [DELETE] called to confirm appointments, she sometimes left a voicemail with her cell number for a call back.
[DELETE] could not remember if she and [DELETE] talked about what happened with the massages or if [DELETE] made comments about the girls.
In the Virgin Islands, they would travel to the island by boat. [DELETE] had to give EPSTEIN massages. A girl named [DELETE] would come to the island to give EPSTEIN massages.
In the morning, [DELETE] would go to his office. There were different beach huts on the island. EPSTEIN would take a golf cart around the island. EPSTEIN worked out a lot on the island. When they were on the island, it was more leisure time. There was a room by the kitchen where they all watched TV. Some of [DELETE]'s tasks included researching things online and making online purchases.
There was a house manager who would ask people about allergies and they would have to fill out a card.
Other tasks [DELETE] was responsible for were buying furniture. [DELETE] was also instructed to buy sex toys from a sex shop in New York, but could not recall who had told her to buy them. [DELETE] thought the sex toys she had to buy were vibrators. [DELETE] recalled having to go to some building with an upstairs.
In Palm Beach, [DELETE] ordered books for a girl. The books were not sent in time and EPSTEIN was upset with [DELETE]. [DELETE] thought the books may have been for [DELETE]. [DELETE] stayed more in the house. DAVID COPPERFIELD was at the house one time and [DELETE] may have met him. [DELETE] was one of the girls who came for massages. [DELETE] told told to get a tutor. EPSTEIN wanted to give [DELETE] more. [DELETE] may have brought a picture of her artwork.
[DELETE] and [DELETE] brought girls. [DELETE] purchased a lot of gifts for [DELETE]'s baby. [DELETE] thought [DELETE] was older but was unsure how old [DELETE] was.
When [DELETE] traveled with EPSTEIN to New Mexico, it was a long drive to the house. It was a big house with a guest house. [DELETE] felt that she was likely doing the to do list from New York. [DELETE] had to give EPSTEIN facials. There was horse back riding with disclaimers. [DELETE] recalled that they barely traveled to New Mexico; they were maybe there twice.
Somtimes there was a chiropractor who came after the massages and girls would get adjustments.
[DELETE] was paid every two weeks. Her starting salary was $36,000 and eventually was paid approximately $40,000 - $41,000.The individuals who traveled with EPSTEIN, including [DELETE] and [DELETE] were given massages.
ALAN DERSHOWITZ received a massage from [DELETE] - she had a tattoo. [DELETE] and [DELETE] gave massages.
[DELETE] understood these massages to be more professional massages. These massages were different than the massages the girls gave. [DELETE] did not think the girls were professional masseuses.[DELETE] was EPSTEIN's girlfriend. [DELETE] heard them exchange "I love you". [DELETE] was a model. [DELETE] was associated with [DELETE] and/or [DELETE]. [DELETE] was under the impression that EPSTEIN was a co-owner. [DELETE] traveled with EPSTEIN and did not model. [DELETE] slept in the bedroom with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] went back to modeling when she needed to renew her visa. [DELETE] and [DELETE] had an intimate relationship. [DELETE] talked about a time where LARRY SUMMERS was sitting in the waiting room and having a lengthy meeting with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] saw [DELETE], who looked like she came from an event, and told her that she had been looking for girls. [DELETE] described [DELETE] and EPSTEIN's relationship as a strong love relationship.
[DELETE] stated there was no alcohol around unless a guest wanted it.
[DELETE] resigned from working for EPSTEIN. [DELETE] did not want to be around EPSTEIN anymore. [DELETE] felt that there was something weird going on with the complete situation. It took [DELETE] a while to make the decision to quit.[DELETE] stated they used a citrix based system. LESLIE GROFF put messages in the system. These were messages that were on the computer in New York. They eventually stopped using this system. There were small directory books. Phone books were outdated. There were print outs of messages.
In approximately October 2005, [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], and EPSTEIN flew to Miami. [DELETE] along with her dog she traveled with, went to [DELETE]'s house. EPSTEIN went with [DELETE]. [DELETE] and [DELETE] later met up with them at Soho House in Miami Beach.
[DELETE] dropped off [DELETE] and was told to go to Palm Beach to meet with someone. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that something was stolen and [DELETE] had to travel to give computers to be examined. The person [DELETE] met was alone. This happened the day before [DELETE]'s birthday. EPSTEIN and [DELETE] told [DELETE] to take the books, which were personal contact phonebooks - the black ones were MAXWELL's and the colorful ones were EPSTEIN's. [DELETE] could not remember if she took both. There were a lot of books by each phone. These were copy pads that people would put messages on and tear out to give to EPSTEIN. There were also white pads with EPSTEIN and MAXWELL'S names throughout the houses.
JANUSZ BANASIAK helped gather the items together. There was a computer that [DELETE] and [DELETE] used, EPSTEIN's computer, and potentially MAXWELL'S computer that they collected. [DELETE] turned these items over to a person that seemed to be a law enforcement type person. She took an inventory of things that she gave to this individual, who she believed to be DETECTIVE BLACK.There was a specific computer that [DELETE] and [DELETE] used in Palm Beach. [DELETE] recalled a girl saying something about social profiles.
[DELETE] also asked [DELETE] to bring books from the Virgin Islands and meet her in MAXWELL'S office. [DELETE] told [DELETE] to shred an updated list of names of girls. [DELETE] had a notebook with the investigative agency sticker on it.
EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that there was an investigation and that it had something to do with visas. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that they were asking about her parents. EPSTEIN had surprised [DELETE] with a visit from her parents. [DELETE] knew that EPSTEIN was lying about how her parents got their visas.[DELETE] recalled a time where she was on the island and EPSTEIN told her, "Do you see the camera? They're watching me".
[DELETE] did not recall how she had learned about the actual reason for the initial investigation.
EPSTEIN's counsel DARREN INDYKE called her into his office and told her not to talk to law enforcement. In approximately October 2005, [DELETE] resigned to [DELETE]. [DELETE] took it as a joke. [DELETE] had called her about an issue with MAXWELL; [DELETE] cried and told [DELETE] that she did not want to be there. [DELETE] gave notice, but still worked for EPSTEIN until early 2006.EPSTEIN promised [DELETE] a car. [DELETE] told him to cancel giving her the car. EPSTEIN gave [DELETE] a car, which she kept and it stayed in her name. [DELETE] felt that she had to stay in contact with EPSTEIN because the car was in his name and was under his insurance. In Early 2008, [DELETE] contacted either GROFF or someone else and asked to return the car. [DELETE] and her husband drove to Palm Beach to return the car.
After [DELETE] left, [DELETE] approached her at Club Monaco and asked her if she wanted to come to the Virgin Islands to work. [DELETE] told her no.
Attorneys reached out to [DELETE] asking questions. There was a woman in New York named [DELETE] that reached out, and told her that her attorney was BRYCE LYONS. [DELETE] called the office asking if she could speak to LYONS. [DELETE] thought FBI agents may want to talk with her. [DELETE] spoke with an FBI agent and she told the agent to call her attorney. [DELETE] later hired her own attorney.
[DELETE] saw EPSTEIN looking at pornography on the computer that she and [DELETE] used. EPSTEIN said that porn websites have the best poses for models. EPSTEIN said that he did not have an email address but he did. Email addresses that EPSTEIN used were
[email protected] and
[email protected]. [DELETE] saw an email of pictures of girls that EPSTEIN said were ugly.
[DELETE] told [DELETE] to send photographs of girls to JEAN LUC BRUNEL for the purposes of casting/scouting for his agency.
EPSTEIN did not carry a cell phone. EPSTEIN would take one of their cell phones and dial who he wanted.[DELETE] has received random calls and texts from New York numbers. When she left EPSTEIN's employment, she felt fearful that someone was following her.
Not all details were covered during this interview. [DELETE] agreed to meet again at another date.
Date of entry 03/31/2020
[DELETE], date of birth (DOB) [DELETE], was interviewed pursuant to a proffer agreement at [DELETE], West Palm Beach, Florida. After being advised of the identities of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, [DELETE] provided the following information:
[DELETE] spoke about two messages she recalled writing down. One of which had identifier SA03008 on the message pad dated 4/1/05. This message was from JEAN LUC BRUNEL and read, "He has a teacher for you to teach you how to speak Russian. She is 2x8 years old not blonde. Lessons are free and you can have 1st today if you call." [DELETE] knew this to mean it referenced a teenage girl. [DELETE] wrote this message. GHISLAINE MAXWELL was in the house and stated, "Oh, this is a funny message". Either MAXWELL made [DELETE] rewrite it or MAXWELL rewrote it herself. The message meant that there was a potential teenage girl for EPSTEIN to meet. The other message had identifier SA01446 on the message pad dated 2/28/05. This message referenced school. [DELETE] remembered taking this call. [DELETE] did not know the name, but knew the call was in reference to scheduling a massage.
[DELETE] would have used the initial "[DELETE]" when initialing her name back then.
[DELETE] saw on Twitter that ALAN DERSHOWITZ stated that he was with his wife and kids when he was at EPSTEIN's home. [DELETE] met DERSHOWITZ and he was alone in the house with no wife and no kids when he received a massage.[DELETE] was shown a series of copies of messages and asked about her recollection of each, all of which are attached in a 1A.

MESSAGES - Page 9
The message with "[DELETE]" on it, [DELETE] thought was in reference to [DELETE]. [DELETE] remembered "[DELETE]". [DELETE] did not remember if [DELETE] had a girl with her or not. [DELETE] originally thought the messages were written by [DELETE] but on closer look did not think it was her because the number "7" in the messages was written in a very European way.
MESSAGES - Page 10
Message pad with "Jeffrey E. Epstein" on it. EPSTEIN had these notepads with his name on them throughout all of his different residences. These notepads were kept stored in New York. MAXWELL had notepads with her name on them as well. There were also notepads with "Little St. James" or "Little St. Jeff" on them. Both EPSTEIN and MAXWELL's stationary was in different places throughout the houses. MAXWELL'S stationary was by a large desk that she used or was in an area near the computer.
When in New York preparing to travel to Palm Beach, [DELETE] would be the one who would primarily call to schedule massages. [DELETE] gave [DELETE] a list of things to do. EPSTEIN wanted [DELETE] to confirm the night before or the morning of a scheduled massage. EPSTEIN would be in front of the computer in Palm Beach or his Island when he gave [DELETE] a list of things to do and people to call. Sometimes EPSTEIN would let [DELETE] sit on meetings and LESLEY GROFF would be there in New York.
[DELETE] was trained on how to make calls from [DELETE]. [DELETE] reported directly to [DELETE]. [DELETE] gave [DELETE] a list on traveling to Palm Beach and pieces of paper to confirm massage appointments. [DELETE] kept papers in the desk she used but later they were gone. [DELETE] thought [DELETE] had gotten rid of them.
[DELETE] recalled a girl named [DELETE] who EPSTEIN wanted to find help for her SAT. [DELETE] tasked [DELETE] for baby purchases for [DELETE]. [DELETE] would call a person and ask about someone else to massage EPSTEIN. [DELETE] thought she recalled asking this person about a specific name of someone else.
