They had planned to mow Tyler down,
release version 1.0, fake text messages of Tyler saying he was going to go out on his own terms and wrap everything up
in a nice little bow. What's that they say about the bestlaid plans of Mison men? Tell me if I'm reading this wrong.
You see, Jimmy, trial law is about telling the jury the facts, not the law.
Telling people, let me get this straight. You talked about the breaking down the gun. Now there's this I got
this thing with him. I put together a chair. It makes a hell of a weapon. But he's got to sit there and say, "Okay,
let me take this thing. 306. Hang on a minute. Hang on. Take the thing off. Hang on." And my fed goes, "Oh,
grandpa's going to kill me. Granddaddy got I got that shooting iron. That's the least of your worries. What are you talking about?" Anyway,
so he takes it apart. Okay. Sticks it down his pants, I guess. So he puts it back together again and he's got to
calibrate the the scope. Then he tells his girlfriend or boy, whatever this thing is, I love you. Hey, would you do me a favor? Would you do me a solid?
Would you go get the get the rifle for me? I left it. What? Would you go there?
Listen, don't lawy lawyer up. Be careful. Would you just help me out? The stories don't make any sense. But here's
the best part. Some of these the folks online are terrific. There might have been two versions of this. The first version, as you know, was when he said,
"Well, I'm not going to turn myself in.
No way am I going to get languish for the rest of my life is some cell." Uh-uh. I'm going to go out with a bang. Top of the world, ma. Top of the world.
Well, that's not the one they used. They used the first one that says, "I think I'm going to turn myself in." And they probably thought, "Oh, God, no. Stop."
And he probably told the operatives, "No, no, no. Plan B. Abort. Abort."
What? But we have all this all this text messages. No. He He He turned himself
in. He what? Yeah. Who the hell's in charge of this? Don't you know what we're supposed to? He's supposed to, you
know, Well, he didn't do it. And by the way, he turned himself in not to not to admit, but because they told him, "If you don't, there's gonna you're gonna
have red dots all over you. One day you're going to wake up. So the narrative's gone. But Jimmy, be careful.
They're if I I I don't want to say this,
but if he's if he's ever Epstein, I'll be nobody's going to be surprised with that one. Nobody. Because if there's no remember, no Tyler, no case, no problem.
And guess what, old June Bug or Luna,
whatever the other one's name is in Texas. Same goes for you, honey, because you're an accessory. Did anybody offer you immunity? Because if you testify,
the first thing out of your mouth should be, "I'm taking the fifth. I'm not going to answer anything about anybody." I mean, this boom.
o, here here's exactly what you were talking about, Sam Parker. Uh, great.
Sam Parker, who's been great on this, he says, "The original plan was for Tyler Robinson to be killed in a shootout,
just as we suspected." So, follow closely because it's a little confusing.
And the newly there's been newly released text messages which trace back to the first being divulged by the FBI
by Lance Twigs at what that Lance Twigs which was uh Tyler's lover. Lance Twigs
at 1:00 a.m. uh uh September 12th. Uh the same nightmare that Tyler turned himself in, the same nighttime that
Tyler turned himself in. Tyler allegedly states he's going to call the cops to a certain location and then go out on my
own terms. I have no intention of being drugged through the courts. He says in these texts, these messages were meant to be the paper trail for the shootout
that the conspirators had planned for him. That was their version 1.0. Okay,
that's what they that was the original plan was to say these were the texts that he sent and then they were going to have this shootout and that's why and
that was going to justify it. And uh but that's not what Tyler did. He didn't
call the cops and go out on his own terms.
Thank God and family member something or somebody intervened. He didn't follow whatever the original plan was. He
turned himself in instead, ruining the shootout plan the conspirators had pre-arranged for the psy. That's why the
text messages in the indictment from September 16th say that I'm going to turn myself in willingly. These messages
were the adjustments made in the aftermath of Tyler turning himself in on the evening of the 11th, ruining the
plan. These messages were actually version 2.0. So the text messages we all saw from the FBI, those were their
5 minutessecond plan that had when they scrambled because he didn't Tyler didn't follow through with the first plan and show up and get himself killed.
And when you're the usual psychic in Las Vegas and the Butler guy and Lee Harvey,
at least you can say, "Let's get him when he's there with the with granddaddy shooting iron. Get him there." and some
eagle-eyed cop, you know, dispatches him on the spot. Well, guess what? He was nowhere near there. Y
that's the part. He's walking around and all of a sudden you hear this and you probably thought somebody's shooting. It's me. Me?
He's the only guy ever to be a part of a conspiracy he didn't know about. He didn't know any of the people. How can you do that? But listen, Jimmy, comes down to this. I'm a lawyer.
I'm going to say, great. Let's tee it up. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I represent this guy here, Tyler. Now,
here's what we're going to do. They have got to prove beyond into the reason beyond to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt that this was aggravated murder that he shot Charlie.
He So, what do they have? Two things. Eyewitness. Nope. Nope.
A confession. We'll get to that in a moment. They think there's a confession.
Well, it depends what you mean by confession. You see, there might be a summary. There might for this guy, he
never really lands on it. Yeah, guys, it was me. It was you. What? Well, it was what? What do you mean it's me? What
does that mean? Sounds like a like like a self-help book. It's me. What does that mean? Me? Um, uh, oh, he the the
you you have to authenticate these things, too. If all of a sudden I come in and that they've got, hey, Jimmy Doors left all these nodes here. Excuse
me. I have to authenticate this. Anybody know your handwriting? Let me look at this. Who says this? Not only that, when you have text messages, we have a thing
called the best evidence rule, which I don't want to get into, but I just can't talk about things that I read. I can't tell you about, well, you know, there
7 minuteswas a the contract said this, the sticker said this, the sign said this.
It's like, wait a minute, you're talking about a document here. So also you need to have somebody come in who knows what they're doing and authenticate that this
message came from his phone and that that phone is what this because you know and I know whether it's any of these big tech folks who maybe are spooks or
palenteer or god knows who they can make you say anything you can admit to you
know killing the count rishelu whatever on your phone so they have to authenticate this not to mention when they actually ask act as ask um uh Mr.
Twigs uh did did he tell you? Well, I'm I'm summarizing and I know you're not supposed to do this. I know that
defendants are not supposed to take the stand, but I would tell them Tyler, you're in on the trial for your life.
You're going to get your ass there and I'm going to ask you questions and I want that jury to see just what a dumbass you are and I'm going to say this is the killer and I'm going to say,
"Did you do this?" "No." "Did you admit to it?" "No, I was there. I might have been there. I There's no such thing as
that. So, let's assume let's assume that I say, "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, if you go back and you find him
guilty best on a base, rather on a confession, would you tell me where it was? I can't find it. Where is it? He
didn't confess. He's a guy who turns himself in, goes to the sheriff's office and says, "I'm not going to talk to you.
I'm going to Miranda." Oh, no. No. I'm not going to tell you. I'm going to turn myself in. I'm not going to tell you.
I'm going to tell my parents in kind of cryptic, weird, coded messages. So,
let's let's just throw that out of the way. There is nothing. Then we talk about the gun and they say, "Well,
there's no match, Jimmy. This is a lint brush. There's no match here either. There's no connection to the murder.
This lint brush is as relevant as that rifle. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to file a motion to suppress and a
motion in lemony that says nobody's going to mention a rifle because once they see that big thing with a rifle,
they're going to think of the manicer caro. They're going to hearken back because there's no connection there. Not only that, I want to find out what is
what is the me? So, what what's in what what did they get out of out of uh Charlie? Fragments metal ore or or plastic?
There's all you've heard it from exploding microphones to whatever it is.
Also, if you thought the magic bullet was good with JFK, this thing goes in,
hits a cervical color, goes down, goes up, it it it granulates, it atomizes, it just pulverizes because if his diet, I
mean, this story is there's nothing there. So, if I kick out the gun and if I kick out the admission, guess what,
folks? That's not guilty. And there's no way they're gonna let this guy walk.

and all they had to do if you wanted to get rid of Charlie, you could have done it very very easy. Much easier.
But they wanted to do this publicly grand style. Grand. So, let me just let's just get back to just so if people
aren't exactly clear on what what's happening with this new release of these new text messages. And the kicker is
spoiler alert, they're not even going to use any of these text messages in the trial. They've already admitted that.
But let's go back to what they're now releasing because there's two different there's the text messages 1.0 and text messages 2.0. And so, let's go to this.
when Lance Twigs shared the text messages from the original plan on what was essentially also the evening of the
11th, 1:00 a.m. September 12th is basically the night of the 11th. The conspirators hadn't yet had time to
react to Tyler going off the script. All Lance had at that moment was version 1.0 where he was going to get himself
killed. So, that's what he shared and that's what made it into the FBI file and that's what's been newly released.
By September 16th, the conspirators had had time to react, and they forged new false messages of Tyler, saying he was
going to turn himself in because that's what Tyler ended up doing. Again, these were version 2.0, but the text that
Lance Twig shared the night Tyler turned himself in reflected the original plan,
version 1.0. Tyler was going to meet the cops and go out on his own terms.
Remember, he didn't want to be drugged through the courts, but you don't turn yourself in if you don't want to be drugged through the courts. So, they had
planned to mow Tyler down, release version 1.0, fake text messages of Tyler saying he was going to go out on his own terms, and wrap everything up in a nice
12 minuteslittle bow. What's that they say about the bestlaid plans of bison men? Tell me if I'm reading this wrong. So, here it
is. September 16th, indictment text left version 2.0, I know. Newly released text messages from the early morning of September 12th below. So, here it is.
So, here's what they're going with. I'm going to turn myself in willingly. One of my neighbors is here at a deputy for
the sheriff. But here's what the original right Tyler. Not yet. But I have no doubts that they will be on me within the hour
and I will give my location up and going out on my own terms. I have no intention of being drugged through the courts in
front of the country. Can I come see you? After that, I can call my dad and see if he's willing to help me or not.
So that So, let's go a little bit further. We're supposed to believe that in the same message conversations between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twigs,
the following contradictions happened.
Tyler worries about retrieving the gun because he doesn't want to leave any evidence behind. But then he had already planted a note and now sends a bunch of
messages leaving a ton of evidence behind. He then says he's sorry to involve Lance Twigs, but then he involves Lance Twigs.
Yeah.
He says he's sorry about being the one that killed Charlie and assertively explains that he needed to kill Charlie to stamp out hate. He says he wanted to
take the secret to his grave, but then he confesses to the crime to all his discord buddies, then says he's going to willingly turn himself in.
He says he wanted to live to old age,
then decides to go out on his own terms with the cops. Now, he says he doesn't want to face a court system, but then he willingly turns himself in to face the
court system. These are all the contradictions in one text message. And after that wild conversation full of nothing but immediate contradictions, he
confessed to his parents, retired detective friend, and LDS bishop, and posted his confession to Discord right
14 minutesbefore turning himself in. And then he refused to confess to the cops, right?
So he confessed to his parents, he confessed to his discord, but then when he eventually does turn himself in, he doesn't confess. Did I miss any other
contradictions? Yes, you did. And if that's still not enough, the prosecutor's written argument opposing the defense's motion for delay
continuance of the preliminary hearing says this. Get this. The state does not intend to offer evidence obtained through forensic extractions of
electronics seized in this case. Meaning that all those messages that are being publicly released aren't even going to be used in the prosecution. What the f?
What do you say to all that, Lionel?
Well, what are you going to use? This is what I'm going to say. Tell me right now. You've got to prove number one,
some kind of agency, something. Are you going to use a conf? Because nobody saw it. You're going to use some kind of admission, right, Mr. Prosec? And this
is the way you you would speak. I would say, prosecutor, Jimmy, what are you going to do? Show me tell me what you're going to do. Just so that I know. And you can and also you also want to get
the judge involved because you're going to tell the judge parathetically, hey,
judge, guess what? Is this an elected official position you're in? Yeah. Guess what? Guess what? You're going to you're you're going to make judge Ido look like
learned hand when we get done with this one. You better putt this dog cuz you're going to end up looking like a fool. You understand what we're doing here, judge?
Whoever you pulled the wrong case with this one. It's a dog. So ask them how are you going to prove it? Because all
because the idea of the preliminary hearing is do you have enough? You got to have probable cause. And the definition of probable cause is he probably did it. So that's okay. But
here's the thing. Tell me now, let's assume you're going to do what? I I'm I'm telling you, don't be surprised if Tyler gets on the stand and said, "I
never said any of this stuff." And what if they get Lance who says, "He never said this. What's all this business?
Where where did this come from?" I don't know. Then there's no gun. There's no rifle. There's no nothing because there's nothing to link it. Remember,
this is a lint brush. I could bring that in. Now, what if I walked in? Jimmy,
what if you walked in and you said you you show up at Orum or wherever the hell this place is and you say I'm going to beat these people to it and you say,
"Hi, listen to me. I'm Jimmy Door and I did it." Just here you go. I did it. I killed him. What do you mean? I did it.
I did it. I was there. Look, here's a picture of me with a smile. Look, I'm taking a selfie. That's me. I did it. Now arrest me. They say, "Whoa, whoa,
whoa. Wait a minute. How do we know you did it? Look, I'm telling you I did it.
You arrest this guy. He didn't even tell you he did it. I'm telling you I did it." They wouldn't arrest you. I know.
Where's your gun? You don't have a gun either. I got a lint brush. That'll do.
They would say, "Get out of here. You're crazy." So, some people would say, they go, "No,
Lionel, they do have the gun." But what you don't understand is they can't match it up with ballistics. A but even more
suspicious is that when the uh the bomb sniffing gun dogs went over there, they couldn't find the gun. The cops couldn't find the gun. Nobody could find the gun.
The FBI shows up and the minute the FBI shows up, they find the gun. So, you tell me why. You know why the dogs couldn't smell could couldn't smell the dog?
Because it never was fired, right? Cuz that gun was never fired.
They can smell a fish fart. They they can they can Are you kidding me? And all of a sudden they're sniffing around.
They're going, "What is it? What?" And not even even residue from whatever.
They never took GSR testing of him, I don't think. his clothes, his cheeks,
any any public. Also, if we get to this point, if we get to this, I want to bring in my experts and I'm going to
bring in gunnery sergeant Jimmy Door, US Marine Corps, retired. I'm going to say,
Gunny, did you try to do this? I sure did. Did you use your weapon? I sure did. And you're good at this, right?
I've got to get angle. I got to get temperature. I got to get all this stuff. It's it's to get this shot here which looked like an exit one but anyway
I'm going to do this and this guy first time using this iron this crappy scope
the breathing not shaking this is your f this is this is opening night man you got this is it and you're going to be
Lee Harvey you know Robinson this is your shot through and you did it perfectly and like you said let me take it apart let me
and put it back together again. None of it makes any sense. Then we get into the idea of we haven't even looked at the
forensics. I want to see a picture of him. I want to see wounds. I want to see everything. And I'm going to bring in my
Michael Bodms and everybody else that I've got here. I'm going to say, "Look at this. What is this consistent with?" Just for the And somebody might say,
"You know what? Let's stop." No. No. I want the world to know we found plastic.
This isn't even metal. What's this? Then you get into the whole thing about they may say cut, cut. Because remember
though, I'm going to go back to what I'm saying. If something, God forbid,
happens to Tyler, this is moot. It's over. Y it's done. We move on. So this guy, you
better pick him up, take him to a to an Air Force base or a hospital, which is what they do. You put them in a room
with all kinds of sensors, cameras that can tell drops in in in temperature. There's something called new son of bun.

Jimmy. I could give you something every single day. You're drinking and you're fine. And then I give you this other stuff. Seems like a sandwich. No big deal. And when this binary thing kicks,
all of a sudden you are night and the residuals will be potassium elevated or nothing big. They can do so much stuff.
This guy's walking around and he I don't think he realizes it. And I got news for Twigs. He's walking around in Texas and
there he's waving to people and say, "Do you Oh, what about the FBI agreed to protect him at first?" Then they said, "You know what? You're on your own."
What? Yep. When they pulled the security detail, that's a hint.
Yeah. Yeah. It's just like that. like the Secret Service guy when they they he was told to leave HJFK's car, he's like,
"What's going on?" That's exactly what they're doing. Ex precisely.
So, um, do you have a theory of the case of what actually happened? Oh, well,
well, before we get to that, let me ask you this. You because you're because you're, you know, you're a lawyer and you know about this kind of stuff. Do
you find anything suspicious or shady or out of the ordinary how his defense team got uh created?
You know, I don't there there were some questions about uh conflicts of interest. Uh I don't know. I got news
for you. Unless you're there in the courtroom, unless you really see and talk to these people, you don't know anything. They could be the best. They
might just be. You see, remember one thing for these quote preliminary hearings, your strategy is you're the defense. You don't say anything. Bring it on. Show me what you got. Prove your
case. Now, normally if there's a case where they go to the grand jury where they've already established probable cause by virtue of the indictment, we
don't have preliminary hearing, but this is different. So, you just want to sit back and say, "Go ahead. Let me see what you got. Bring it on. Let me see." And
then they dumped like 12 gig. There were more pages than stars in the firmament. you know, they got to go through this. We've seen this before.
But they're they're going to be extending this. They're going to be continuing this. They're going to give him the chance.
But what's going to happen is there's Oh, what about this? Here's Erica. It's like Jimmy Swagger. Uh, hell, she goes,
"I forgive him." Yes. But I'm also filing a motion for speedy trial to to railroad this guy's ass and get him out
of there. Because in Utah, unlike a lot of states, the Sixth Amendment, you you have a right to a a a public and a
speedy trial. It's the defendant's right. Here, they kind of have like, listen, we'll take it under advisement, you know, to speed this up, you know,
move it on down the line. So she conccominantly wants to give him I forgive him, but as far as your your your your trial goes right up yours,
buddy. You're on your own. You're going to be packing cracking rocks upstate showering with people you don't want.
That's fine, but I forgive you for the record.
Yeah. All right. So, G, let's go to your theory of of the case. Okay. In terms of what who did what?
Yeah. Like how what what do you have a theory on what actually happened and who's involved? who might because it's obvious there's an FBI cover up happening and everybody at TPUSA is
lying through their teeth. So, they're part of the cover up. I don't I can't say they were part of the the assassination, but they're definitely
part of the cover up as far as I can can tell. So, I have a theory of it, but I'm just wondering if you have a theory.
My my the way, put it this way, the way I would do it is I would make sure nobody knows anything. I want everybody to Do you see how these people are
23 minutesstanding around here? Standing there next to them. If you if I told you,
"Hey, Door, listen. The shots coming in at . Stand next to him." Yeah. I hope he doesn't miss. You're going to say, "I'm not getting anywhere near
here. God forbid a gust of wind and they're walk." So, I mean, these the the the people that obviously people are looking at foreign, you know, the whole
Joe Dent thing, the foreign part. You have people ex exculpating themselves immediately before anybody even called them. And you know how that goes. You have foreign.
One of the people though that if you think about this who would have a motive for this somebody somewhere wants to go out with a bank. So who really wants to have a motive? One of the ones that I
would and I'm not suggesting this but I would like to see who in you know one of the things that Charlie did before is he says I I want a kind of a doze review of this. I don't know where all this money.
Do you see these people they take a Gulfream a G I've never been on a private plane in my life. They take this they they they take it to go to
7-Eleven. They take a plane. So, where's all this money going? And you see their homes. Yes.
These people and all the shell companies that they have and Yes. I mean, the wolves and and finance have done great work on this.
And I don't want to do any I don't want to go DEI on you, but is there a brother in the group? This looks like some kind of Aryan. I don't know like boys from
Brazil. This like this chromosomal. Who are these people? But I would like to see is there anybody there who might
figure, you know, this is not going well with any investigations. So if this were to look like some stupid stage, you know, it's a robbery, take the wallet,
nobody knows, I want something big. And I would, my question was, if I was there, I would have sealed that area
off. Nobody would leave. I'm going to take pictures of everybody. You're not going to go. And the last thing I'm going to do, Jimmy, is pave it.
Pave over it. Remember after JFK, what did they do? They immediately cleaned the car. Yep.
And they also fixed the windshield from the bullet that entered the opposite direction, which destroys it. So, we can talk about who was it.
Something tells me that when we find out, it's somebody who wanted to make it look like something else. something that
I don't know why I have to I have to know more about the trajectory. I have to know what's in him before I guess who could be anybody. But
I do think this as far as foreign entanglement look you know and I know Charlie was an important person. He was a big he was a he was he was a you know
a maher a big guy but I do not believe that with all of the anti- sentiment regarding all kinds of countries in the world that he was that critical and that
important that he must be removed to stop the negative publicity that's coming our way. Are you kidding? He was
a part of it. So I but then again that that implies that people are rational.
Now what's your theory? My theory is that he had woken up to the fact that TPUSA was a Zionist uh construct from
the beginning. Uh as well as his wife was a honeypot put into his life. That the people closest to him were all all
scops working uh for whatever organization, maybe through the Mossad,
maybe not, maybe with the CIA, maybe some of them had their own self-motivation because they were committing financial crimes. I think it
was a combination of things. I think the fact that if you look at um Mikey McCoy,
his reaction to when Charlie got shot or got uh imploded or exploded with his microphone, whatever it was, happened
before he even fell off the chair, Mikey McCoy was on the phone and he walked away. And the excuse was that that Charlie had beaten into their heads,
pounded into them that if something happens to me, you immediately call Erica. You I I would just like to see how they if they if they ever try to
practice this. Okay, practice. Mikey, if I get shot, what do you do? I call 911. No, you don't call. You call Erica.
Mikey, let's try this again. I get shot. What do you do? I get you first aid. No,
you call Erica. Okay, let's try it again. Mikey, what if I What do you do if I get shot? I make sure the ambulance is coming. No, you make you call Erica
and you have six lugs jam me into an SUV and I'm my legs are hanging out the car all the way to the hospital and we pass
by the first hospital. We go to the one farther away and then that SUV gets cleaned like JFK's limo and immediately sold. That's by the way. Go ahead.
By the way, Jimmy, if anything happens to me, make sure you get all of the SD cards out of all of the cameras. Leave the cameras. They're worth a fortune,
but get the SD cards and start going like I mean, I don't even know where to where do we start with this thing? Who?
But the thing is, go ahead, sir. So, I think that Mikey McCoy, my uh opinion,
my theory is he was he was definitely in on it. And I think that Brian Harpull,
28 minuteshis security guy was in on it because they got caught lying about the drones.
They got caught lying about doing the walkound and securing the PL. They don't You don't have a guy looking at the roof. Really, you don't. A You don't
have a guy looking at the It's a small space. People again, just like Butler,
Pennsylvania, people in the crowd saw somebody on that roof. Guess who didn't?
His million-dollar security team. None of the campus police. None of the city police. Nobody saw him except the guys in the crowd. So there
they didn't And what's that?
They didn't And they and then they didn't fire the security team. And the security team didn't have any they say they have weeks. He Brian Harpole said in his
interview, he said weeks ahead of time they plan this stuff out and how everything's going to work. Well, he had another engagement at another college
the week the next week. They had no airline tickets. They had no hotels.
They had no logistics planned out. So they knew he wasn't. So there was definitely his security team was in on it. And I think definitely Mikey McCoy
was in on it. And the fact that they keep lying about not only that, but their planes Erica and Tyler Boyer are being caught by Candace lying about the
planes and when they flew to you saw you saw if you watch Candace, it's unbelievable what she's uncovering and and also Baron Coleman. They're lying
about that. There was another shooter now that Baron Coleman has discovered that there might have been another people have reported seeing another
shooter and you never hear about that other shooter. There's all kinds of stuff. So there's a I think there were a lot of people with fornowledge. Baron

I would like to forward this email to the District Attorney Audrey Strauss, Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and to the Attorney General for victim human rights and the Investigation division of the office of the inspection general office .

I would like to open with a clear statement : I have been going through pain and loss of life and joy all those years where the corrupted system was used to take the life of innocent children and the disadvantaged . Nothing will be a proper compensation to all the suffering and emotional and mental abuse that me and My children were going all those years since 2002 up till now . I have been used sexually as well as my children ( in different times and episodes that not all is brought to light) by a group of powerful corrupted USA judges, social services and attorneys ( Jeff Berke Esq ,tell [DELETE] and Nick Donovan Esq ) .

My story has just begun and I am sure it will get an international audience .It's a shame that for 15 years I have been dragging myself and countries and cities in order to save my children from being sexually trafficked by the Epstien [Epstein]/[DELETE] group. In December 2019 I saw Ghislaine Maxwell in my building ([DELETE]) speeding out after getting out of the elevator . I was referred to them by an employee of Safra Bank - sigi ( israeli ) on 5 av . I was looking for explanation how this is going so many years ? and I wrote to FOIA in 2014 to see if there is another social security number that is being used by others under my name . The answer was negative and I didn't get another social security number . Today after research and the aggregation of documents and fraud in my New York state Id and all fraud in city -social services and health insurance files in the governmental offices that done by others against me I have concluded that ,and now understand and believe that that somewhere in the History of the united state ( new York ) there is a report of a missing baby -I believe this baby is me . While Erika did not officially apply to TPUSA until 2018, her involvement in the "MAGA" ecosystem began much earlier:

• Early Trump Support (2015-2016): Erika was an early public supporter of Donald Trump, appearing at one of his first rallies in 2015.
• The "Inaugural Circles": During the 2016 campaign and the subsequent 2017 inauguration, Erika was already moving in the high-level conservative circles where Tyler Bowyer was an established operator.
• The Arizona Connection: Bowyer served as the Chairman of the Republican Party of Maricopa County (Arizona) during the 2016 cycle. As a former Miss Arizona USA, Erika was already a public figure in the state's social and political scene, providing a geographical and professional bridge between the two long before they both worked under the TPUSA banner.

• 2018: Erika officially meets Charlie Kirk for a job interview at TPUSA, where Tyler Bowyer was already a senior executive (COO).

This historical overlap supports the statement that her access to "major conservative political infrastructure" was a feature of her network well before she formally joined the organization she now leads.

Cabot Phillips was already embedded inside TurningPoint USA itself.

The relationship between Erika Kirk (née Frantzve) and Cabot Phillips before their time at Turning Point USA (TPUSA) is rooted in their overlapping paths through the conservative media and political circles of the mid-2010s.

Shared "Campus" and Institutional Roots

Before either of them became major fixtures at TPUSA, both were active in the student-focused conservative movement that surged during the 2016 election cycle.

• Campus Reform & Media Roots: Cabot Phillips rose to prominence as the Editor-in-Chief of Campus Reform, an organization that, like TPUSA, focuses on conservative activism on college campuses. During this same period (roughly 2015–2017), Erika was building her profile as a former Miss Arizona USA and a public supporter of the Trump campaign, often appearing as a guest or speaker in similar media circles.
• The Arizona Political Scene: While Cabot was working in the D.C. political media orbit, Erika was a staple of the Arizona conservative social scene. Cabot frequently traveled for his campus reporting and speaking engagements, often appearing at the same regional conferences where Erika was establishing herself as a faith-based activist and political surrogate.

Erika has been involved in pageants from the very beginning. Her mother is definitely the person who pushed that.

[Candace] I actually do believe that Erika loves basketball. There's no question she plays basketball. But this idea that she didn't want it is just not true. It's so objectively not true. Erika, without question, and anybody who's being objective and honest and looking at her history, at the people that she dated, and the people that she wanted to be in close proximity to, can guarantee to you this girl wanted to be famous, like very badly, wanted to be famous one way or the other. And one of her exes was very clear. He said to me, I was warned by another person in the beauty pageant world that that girl will do anything to get to the top, and her mother will do anything to help her get to the top.

And each step in that progression moved Erika closer to the specific world that Charlie Kirk occupied and controlled. By the time Tyler Boyer introduced Erika and Charlie, after months, by Tyler's own account, of coaching Charlie on how to approach her, and positioning Erika and Charlie's mind as exactly the kind of person he should be with, the progression had arrived at its logical destination: the man with the platform, the organization, the institutional influence, and the community of millions of engaged supporters.

Charlie was simultaneously the most politically significant, and the most personally inexperienced of any of Erika's connections. By his own admission, Erika was his first for everything: first kiss, first real date, first romantic relationship of any kind. He was a 24-year-old national political figure who had built one of the most significant conservative organizations in America, but had never navigated the specific emotional vulnerabilities of romantic attachment. That combination, enormous public significance paired with complete personal inexperience, in exactly the domain where Erika had been operating strategically for years, is precisely the combination that creates the specific kind of exploitable vulnerability that the word "honeypot" describes.

The Trad-wife pivot, which happened with notable speed and completeness after the marriage, is something that a growing number of people are now re-examining with the benefit of everything that has come out since. Because the transformation of Erika's public persona from aspiring actress and social climber, to devoted traditional Christian wife who believes women should stay home, and center their lives around family, was so complete and so rapid, that it raises legitimate questions about its authenticity.

The interview clips that survive from before her relationship with Charlie show someone with explicit Hollywood ambitions, and a clear appetite for public recognition and personal platform. The Erika who appeared in music videos, who did couples shoots for magazines, who called relationships "transactional" at a women's conference, and talked about the wife being the neck that controls the head, that Erika, and the Trad-wife Erika, occupy a pretty significant distance from each other that the timeline of her relationship with Charlie does not comfortably explain. People can change. Growth is real. Genuine conviction can develop in ways that look dramatic from the outside, but feel completely authentic from the inside. Those possibilities must be acknowledged honestly. But in the specific context of everything else that has been documented: (1) the false timeline, (2) the pageant history that predates what she claims, (3) the Corcoran connection, the Crosby Street review[??], (4) the Lindsay Halligan overlap, (5) the silence on Epstein and Iran, (6) the Trad-wife persona, looks less like genuine transformation, and more like a specific costume adopted for a specific audience for a specific purpose.

The 8-day succession timeline remains one of the most specifically questioned elements of this entire situation, because 8 days is an extraordinarily compressed window for the most consequential organizational leadership decision in Turning Point USA's history. Charlie was assassinated on September 10th, 2025. Erika was installed as CEO by September 18th: 8 days. The justification offered was an audio recording played at Amfest 2025 in which Charlie allegedly states that he would want Erika to take over if anything happened to him. That recording has been questioned publicly and specifically by Candace Owens, who noted that while TPUSA claims to have video of Charlie making the same statement, they have not released it, offering instead only the audio, whose authenticity cannot be independently verified. Candace's observation was precise. If the video exists, and clearly shows Charlie making this statement, releasing it would settle the question instantly. The decision to hold the video, while playing the audio, is not a decision that innocent people with legitimate succession documentation would make.

And now place the 8-day installation against the specific context this script establishes: a woman whose relationship with the man she succeeded was constructed through a network of arranged access, strategic positioning, and documented false narratives about its organic origins. If the honeypot theory is accurate, if Erika's entry into Charlie's life was directed rather than accidental, then the smoothness of her transition into organizational control is not evidence of legitimate succession planning. It is evidence that the succession was always the objective, and the preceding years were the preparation.

The hot mic moment that surfaced shortly after Charlie's death, where Erika was recorded apparently celebrating merchandise sales, and describing Charlie's memorial as the event of the century, in a tone that struck multiple witnesses as completely inconsistent with genuine acute grief, remains one of the most specifically damaging pieces of documentation in this entire story. Less than 2 weeks after her husband was assassinated, the emotional register being captured in that recording is not the emotional register of someone in the acute phase of devastating personal loss. Candace Owens described it in terms that have been widely quoted, and widely resonated, as one of the coldest things she had ever encountered.

The specific combination of the subject matter, merchandise metrics, attendance numbers, organizational performance data, with the emotional register of the recording -- something closer to excited business review than raw grief -- is something that people are not letting go of, because it is so specifically and visibly inconsistent with the narrative of a woman whose heart was broken by the violent loss of the man she loved.

Charlie Kirk's final years were organized around two specific commitments that he pursued with documented passion and urgency. (1) Releasing the unredacted Epstein files, and (2) preventing military conflict with Iran. These are not minor policy positions or casual preferences. These are things Charlie described as urgent moral imperatives, things he was working on both publicly and behind the scenes, things he was willing to take personal and professional risk to advance.

The Epstein files commitment is documented across years of public statements, private communications that have been shared by people who knew him, and organizational priorities that insiders have described. He believed the American public deserved to know what was in those files. He believed the people named in those files deserve to face accountability. He believed the suppression of that information was itself an act of institutional corruption that his platform had a responsibility to fight. And his position on Iran is documented across six years of consistent, specific, increasingly urgent public statements, from 2019, when he wrote about the dangers of a potential ground war in Iran, through 2020, when he was warning that America's future was not in the Middle East, through April 2025, when he was describing the prospect of war as a catastrophic mistake, and a potential calamity. through June 2025, when he physically went to the White House to plead with the Trump administration not to launch the conflict, to when he ran a poll on X in which nearly 90% of his own followers said "No" to US involvement in Israel's war against Iran.

These were the things Charlie spent his final years fighting for. These were the commitments he maintained under pressure. These were the positions he held at personal and professional cost. And Erika will not touch either one of them. The Epstein files: silence. The Iran war: she posted in support of the military operation that Charlie called a catastrophic mistake.

The community Charlie built around these specific commitments is watching the person claiming to carry his legacy actively contradict those commitments in public, and the silence on the questions people are raising about why, is as loud as the silence on the issues themselves.

The complete picture that emerges from placing every documented thread in its proper relationship to every other documented thread is one that Erika has never been asked to address in any forum that requires specific, documented, verifiable answers. (1) The pageant history that predates what she claims. (2) The Lindsay Halligan overlap from that same pageant circuit from the same college, the same Trump connected world, (3) the Corcoran group's 100 plus appearances in the Epstein files, the Crosby Street Bar and its Epstein connection [??], (4) the documented succession of strategically positioned relationships, (5) the false 5-year celibacy claim, (6) the transactional relationship admission in her own words, (7) the head and neck confession, and the immediate panic that followed, (8) the 8-day succession timeline backed by an unverifiable audio recording, (9) the Hot Mic celebration of merchandise numbers two weeks after Charlie's death, and (10) the silence on the two issues Charlie died fighting for.

Finally, by 2004, Havsgaard’s abuse had become so notorious that an American missionary from another Calvary church in California, Steve Quarles, heard about it and complained to Schutte in Riverside, ultimately prompting Schutte, the pastor in charge of all missionary work at Harvest Riverside and Laurie’s trusted lieutenant, to authorize an inspection by Quarles and two other Calvary ministers.

11. Quarles and his team performed the inspection in October 2004. They were so alarmed that they requested that Schutte come see for himself.

Schutte travelled to Bucharest and met with the inspection team, who laid out conclusive evidence that Havsgaard was sexually abusing children and misappropriating money, both on a shocking scale. Quarles told Schutte, “Paul [Havsgaard] needs to be on that plane with you when you leave tomorrow. He doesn’t need to be another day in Romania. He needs to be gone. He is an embarrassment to every single missionary and Christian worker. Get him out of here and into counselling.”

13. But Havsgaard was an important fundraiser for Laurie’s church whose “good works” also brought credit to Laurie. As senior Harvest figures told Quarles, Havsgaard “is very important because he’s the face of the ministry. He’s the one who goes and talks to the churches and raises the money. And we can’t have him not be part of things.” Firing Havsgaard would have hurt donations and possibly unleash a scandal that would hurt Laurie’s reputation.

14. So, despite proof that Havsgaard was a devious and unrelenting pedophile, and despite knowing they had provided him a perfect laboratory of desperate and vulnerable children to exploit, Harvest Riverside, Laurie and Schutte did nothing. They did not fire, suspend, withdraw or discipline Havsgaard. They neither reported him to the authorities, as was their duty under California law, nor instituted any new policies or procedures at the Harvest Homes. They did nothing to protect the children there, who remained completely subject to Havsgaard’s domination and voracious sexual abuse. Nor did they do anything to offer support to Havsgaard’s victims.

15. Laurie instead engineered a “soft landing”: he let Havsgaard stay in charge, free to molest and rape, while Laurie slowly closed the money spigot, until the Romanian homes finally withered to nothing—four years later.

Okay, I'm not going to lie. Here is what he sent out on Truth Social. He wrote,

Look at that photo. Ouch. Yikes. I'm not looking too hot, right? And also, like why what was going on on that day between me and Trump, or even in the previous week, like actually to what do I owe this dishonor, and hasn't he already said this? Is he kind of repeating himself here? He called me low IQ. He's already asserted that I was uglier than Brijit. That actually between the two of us, it's not even close. Does he feel like his point was not delivered effectively the first four times that he made it? Yeah. This is actually the fourth tweet about me in the span of two weeks from the leader of the free world. What is going on?

But before we get to who demanded that the tweet be sent -- it wasn't Trump -- we should address the points that are made within it, because what actually was he trying to accomplish with it? What was the administration trying to accomplish with that tweet?

Okay. Well, the first was a little bit of politicking. To be sure, by now, you are plenty aware that Washington DC runs on blackmail and secrets, right? They send operators out to find your deepest, darkest, most humiliating secrets that you wouldn't want the public to know. And once they discover these secrets, you're kind of presented with really just two options. One, fall into line, deliver the talking points. And if you're in Congress, vote how we want you to vote. If you're in media, say what we want you to say, and we'll make sure the public never finds out. Or here's your other option. Don't stand against us, and we will reveal all. We will make your lives miserable. That's how it works. That's how it works in politics.

And it's incredible to me what people will do, what shame they will put themselves through, and the statements they will make that we know are abundantly untrue simply to avoid public embarrassment. And I guess in that regard, I got to give Trump a little credit here, because the photo he shared of me, to be clear with you guys, it is real. It is not AI. People were suspicious. "Is this a real photo?" I'm not going to sit here and lie to you guys. And you can imagine that was at least refreshing after four days of his top advisor, Laura Loomer, sharing AI photos, delusory stories about drunken hit and runs, and fairy tales about secret trusts to hide money from Mcrone, all in this manic fit to try to land a hit on my rather boring life.

You can imagine that there must have been some satisfaction when they stumbled upon something that is authentic, right? But you see, the only problem with people who are cartoonishly evil, is that they also tend to be equally as dumb. So you can imagine how deflated they are going to feel to learn that the photo that they stumbled upon, my deepest darkest secret, was actually at first shared by me, on my Twitter account. This was not found by some journalist.

So, back in 2019, I shared that because I'm actually proud of that photo. And so, I will briefly tell you the story as to how it came to be, because I was not that well-known in 2019. And so, you may have missed it. The story is from 2016, before I had any public profile whatsoever. I had moved into a brand new newly built luxury apartment, and one night I received a knock on the door from the building maintenance claiming that there was a systemwide HVAC leak. They needed to pull the carpet back in a spare bedroom, and it was completely soaked through in the closet. They ran a fan and they advised us not to go in that room for a couple of days while the fan was running. Okay.

It must have been a few days later that I woke up and my eyes were completely red, and they were pussing, and it was itchy, and I was like that's weird. I don't know what this is about. Within weeks, I then broke out, and that is what you were seeing. Head to toe in eczema, something that I had previously never had. Giant, I'm talking giant patches of eczema all over my skin. My hair fell out in clumps. And this is now over a couple of months. And I kid you not, I even got athletes foot, which is insane. I had two asthma attacks that landed me in the hospital. And I had no idea what was happening. I had no idea what was happening, were it not for somebody that was in my life who instantly recognized the picture of all of the symptoms, and told me that there had to have been a toxic mold presence for which I needed to have the environment tested immediately. And I genuinely think that that person could have potentially saved my life. I would have never figured out what was going on, because everything seemed so separate and sporadic.

And just so you know, Trump, I have way worse pictures than the one that you shared. And it was beyond just physical symptoms, beyond itching. My hair fell out.

Mentally, I was a completely changed person instantly. I was exhausted. I was sleeping up to a day. The only way that I can describe it to you all is I just suddenly was not myself anymore. And it was as though my brain could not think or process thoughts. Everything that I had to do, even things that I didn't have to do, was overwhelming. It was a task. If somebody texted me, I would cry, and I would become overwhelmed, because I couldn't think of how to respond back. Like I was exhausted at the idea of having to answer somebody back in a text message. It it just seemed like an impossible task.

So in a couple of months I felt like my looks and my brains, everything, is just gone, right? And I had not realized up until that moment how much of my personal confidence was actually tied to my looks. Like certain things have been easier for me for being -- and Trump, you're free to dispute this -- generally good-looking by most people's standards. And I didn't appreciate that I tied that so much to who I was. At that time of my life, I would just pop on a red lip -- I was doing the Taylor Swift thing for a little bit -- and run out of the door, without putting on any makeup.

I'm going to show you pictures leading up to this HVAC leak. This is a picture of me in August of 2016. There's another picture of me before this happened in August. Another picture of me in August of 2016 rocking the red lip. No makeup here. Just like doing some hiking with my cousins. Another picture of me where I wasn't needing to wear makeup at all. And another picture of me just traveling, feeling confident in myself.

And yeah, the picture that Trump shared was taken just 3 months later. I was sick. I was very, very sick, and immediately humbled. I did not want to see anyone. I'm not going to pretend that I was this profound person. I did not want to see anyone. I did not go out. I also didn't have the energy to see anyone. I only let my cousin Mia see me, snf you've heard me mention her on the show. She took care of me day in and day out, snd eventually a doctor told me I can keep prescribing you pills, but the only way that you're actually going to be able to beat this infection is you have to go on an unbelievably restricting diet. You cannot have any sugar, even fruit. It's a very strict candidiosis diet, and I said to omyself, this is just what my life is going to have to be. I cried a lot. I mean, I am not a big crier, and I can tell you you wouldn't have known it if you knew me during that time period. And also for the first time in what felt like a very long time -- because prior to that I had been living in New York City going out all the time -- I started praying again. I felt like since the first time since, you know, I was living with my grandparents, maybe in middle school, I hadn't made prayer a daily habit, but I did. And I I remember vividly lighting this candle in my bedroom at night, and getting on my knees and praying. And I will say, I know it's not acceptable, but I was bargaining with God. I remember specifically saying, "I don't even care about the looks. I just want my mind back. I just want to be able to think again. I just want to be able to write again. I want to be able to have energy again. I want to be Candace. I just I want to be Candace on the inside. And when it came down to it, that's all I wanted. Not to look like myself again, but to be healthy again.

And I came away from that experience realizing that health is everything. Your health is everything. Your looks mean nothing in the scheme of things. I was happy to accept that that was how I was going to look for the rest of my life.

Anyway, the story ends well. Actually, I moved out of that apartment, did that strict diet, eventually had to chop my hair, but I did it in a cute little bob. Here's a picture here. With a lot of time, I would say probably maybe like 6 months, my skin fully cleared up, which was not something that I was expecting. And what followed that was I think it was August of 2019, I started for the first time my political YouTube channel, having no idea how successful it would be. And when it became successful, I really enjoyed enjoyed the hindsight of that story. Like, this is probably me inserting this, but I felt like God was giving me a little bit of a test before I had life in the limelight. And I always think, what if I had instead prayed and said, "Oh, please God, give me my good looks back. Take my mind, but give me my good looks back." And for whatever it's worth, I entered the space of politics with a very real understanding of how fickle it all is. I felt completely that I was at God's mercy. I wanted to sort of keep my circle really small.

As you guys know, my cousin Mia still works with me. She is the person who actually helped me upload my first video onto YouTube. She filmed me, and she's still rolling with me today. She was the one I took with me to see EriKa because of vibes. And so I feel like I went into politics with the right attitude, and not impressed by a lot of the things that other people were impressed by. I knew the importance of family, and again, how quickly everything could be stripped away from you. All I wanted was my health, and I was just so grateful to be able to think again.

So to Trump, there you go. And to you directly, I guess it's important for you to know that you have no power over me and my life. I chose to share that picture. That's why you have it. That's why you could have somebody put that on an AI cover. I made a decision to share that with the public because it was the lowest moment of my life. And I do not want people digging through to find that, and try to embarrass me. I'm not embarrassed of it. I'm proud of who it made me into today.

People get sick, okay? In fact, there are people who email us daily about their chronic illnesses, and tell me how much this podcast helps them get through the day. People who are going through surgery, people who are going through cancer, and similarly wearing bandanas and have no hair, enjoy listening to this podcast. It gives them a laugh. And that's okay. Who cares what you look like? You have low moments, and you get through them.

And I will say that never when I went through that, and to people who are sick and going through things, never could I have imagined that my lowest moment would one day become President Trump's lowest moment.

Hey folks, we have bombshell updates regarding Candace Owen 86-ing 47, metaphorically! Metaphorically, before you clip that out of context. That's right. Candace Owens is getting rid of Donald Trump all all through her YouTube channel. I mean the pen is mightier, right? How YouTube's the mightiest.

Candace Owens has eviscerated Trump with his own words. We call this a good old-fashioned parlay. Take someone else's energy and throw it right back at them. A comedian on stage would call this dunking on a heckler. So, if you aren't familiar with this story, you should be.

Trump posted this vile person of the year, and then he posted a photo of Candace Owens. Now, some people were like, "Oh my gosh, you post this AI photo of Candace Owens. That's super racist." No, this is a photo of Candace Owens, and how she looks is really none of our business. But in this photo, she addresses in our YouTube video, that she was going through a situation where she was dealing with mold in her apartment, and going through a whole ordeal that made her very sick. She had to get her haircut. Really, it was a very tough time in her life, and it's very interesting that Trump would use this photo. He said Candace Owen's stock, which was never very high, has fallen a long way.

I'm going to share Candace's response. Now, listen, an enemy of my enemy is my friend. And I'm not enemies with Candace Owens by any means. We have different beliefs as far as like, I'm sure she believes in something different as far as pro-life versus pro-choice. I'm a progressive person. Sometimes people get disgusted by the idea I want to tax billionaires and do universal healthcare. We live in a system that's completely robbing us.

This afternoon, I'll talk more about that. If you can withstand my political ideology, Graham Platner, a virtual no-name, is running for office in Maine, and the two-time governor of Maine, Democrat, is now uh she just said she's taking herself out of the race. So, we are seeing an absolute paradigm shift in our country where people like Graham Platner, an oyster fisherman who had no name identity, is now the top choice for for Senate in in the state of Maine. So, I say all of that because to think that Candace Owens is a no-name, Trump is vastly, vastly underestimating her, and underestimating the algorithm which lets people's voices rise to the top. No longer do we live in a world where your billionaire dad can buy you, you know, bone spurs relief to get you to dodge the war in Vietnam. If Trump came up in today's world, I mean, maybe, listen, maybe he would be successful. Who the hell knows? but he started on third base and thought he hit a triple. Candace Owens started on home plate. She doesn't come from a wealthy background. Say what you want about her, but she is where she is today because of the words that come out of her mouth. Here's Candace Owens absolutely embodying, dare I say metaphorically, 86-ing President Trump, and she had no hair, who enjoy listening to this podcast.

[Candace Owens] It gives them a laugh, and that's okay. Like, who cares what you look like? Okay. You have low moments. You get through them. And I will say that never, when I went through that, and to people who are sick and going through things, never could I have imagined that my lowest moment would one day become President Trump's lowest moment.

If that doesn't give you goosebumps, I just want to let it marinate for a second. How powerful are those words? A YouTube journalist is saying how wild that my lowest moment is now Donald Trump's. He has not only stooped to the
level of responding to YouTubers, but he thought he was dunking on Candace, when he was really dunking on himself.

Now the question as to why Trump posted this in the first place, Candace, Tucker, Carlton, Megan Kelly, Alex Jones, Marjorie Taylor Green, they've come out against Donald Trump. They're ining the rest of us with Trump derangement syndrome. Everything he does is wrong and corrupt. It's not our fault that so much of what he does is wrong and corrupt. He does shortcuts. He's kind of lazy in that way.

Oh, which of the January 6 people were violent? I don't know. Pardon them all. Like, that's his idea. He waves the magic wand. Which of these boats have cocaine? don't know. Blow up all of them. Even though they shouldn't blow up boats, even if they are stocked to the brim with cocaine. Why don't you get your Coast Guard to go take a couple photos seizing all these bricks of coke? You can give them to your son Don. He can give them to his buddy. You know what I mean? They can have a blast in the White House. We'll have an all-white party, the white cocaine house.

Whatever. I don't know. I don't care how much cocaine they want to sniff. If they if it's if it's to keep them up at night while they work on a universal healthcare plan, you know, do as many rails of coke off of Melania's ass. I don't give two shits how you get it done. um the the times where we live in this world where we uh you know we're above the you know we we treat our political leaders to a higher level and we respect them. Those times are done right now. It's a dog fight and Trump's trying to enter a dog fight but he doesn't have the uh the backing. He's hasn't released the Epstein files. He's taking us into a war which is skyrocketing oil prices. Do you guys think this shit's made up? Now oil prices have dipped a little bit today, but they're still over $100 a barrel.
They were up to $114 a barrel. This is insanity,
folks. This means uh the cost of gas and diesel is even higher, right? The cost of gas for all of your Amazon products and the salmon you eat at dinner and
everything in between is leading to the greatest inflation we've seen in a long time. Now, was there inflation under Biden because of the pandemic?
Absolutely. A lot of money was printed.
A lot of money went to corporate bailouts and all of that. Absolutely.
But we live in a time now where people like myself who want I'm a Bernie bro, right? I want to tax the ultra wealthy.
I want to make sure that money comes back into the middle class. We live in a time now where here in Tennessee where I live and where Candace lives, by the way. Happy birthday. Candace's birthday
was yesterday. Mine's tomorrow. We both went to the University of Rhode Island.
Why aren't we friends? Now, I could sit across from Candace Owens and I could agree with her on some things and
disagree with her on others. And if she was willing to give my points of view respect as I try to give others, I think
I could I think I could be friends with I mean, look, I'm a stand-up comedian. Some of my friends have, you know,
stories where they've done horrendous things and they've learned and grown from them. I live in a world where I believe we're on this earth because our spirits chose to put us in these meat
suits and go through the different trials and tribulations that we go through. And I do believe we can be better versions of ourselves tomorrow than we were today or yesterday. That's
how I believe that. That's the world I live in. You can hit the subscribe button if if you want to exist in that reality. But for Candace Owens to come
back and say, "You know what? I didn't want to give this an ounce of my thoughts while I was on vacation. You are worthless to me." For her to respond
to multiple instigations by the president, game on. And uh and she just
unbel this is 1.4 million views on YouTube is a this is Mr. Beast level views. she's getting and Trump thinks she's a nobody.

I do feel like to Trump he's just repeatedly humiliating
himself over and over again, and he can continue to do that in front of the world. I will say real power never has to name itself. "I am MAGA. I built MAGA. I am loved 100% by the people. Just look at these polls." It's like, come on old boy. Who are you fooling? You know, you weren't even worth replying to.

Who's he fooling? People born between 1945 and 1964. I don't I don't have a problem with all boomers. Just the ones born from 45 to I'm kidding. We have so
many. By the way, it's true. There are boomers get a bad rap. There are so many great boomers that fought the Vietnam War for decades. They've been
protesting. And God bless. I truly mean this. I'm not trying to pander. God bless you guys. It's the Gen Xers that are the real problem. I'm kidding. for it just because the Gen Xers have lower
low back tattoos, which I think Candace does as well. You know, whatever. I'm not judging you on the [ __ ] stamp.
You weren't even worth interrupting my holiday in Italy to address.
So, there it is. I mean, you can go watch the thing. But for her to for her to respond to the president and go, "Bitch, you're not even worth my time."
I think is amazing. I think it's poetic.
I truly do. I truly think if we're gonna properly digest what's happening in our country that conversations like this
deserve I know this is going to sound crazy deserve a place in the Smithsonian. They truly do because as
our president posts this and for her to say you're going to take my lowest moment and now it's yours too. Wow. I'm
I'm sorry. It's it's it's calling out this emperor for not having the power he claims to have. And that's the title shift that we live in. So, of course,

you know, posted this very bizarre video where she was saying they're doing they're doing white face. Candace Owens is you know, whatever. And Candace's
response was actually interesting. Trump is signaling that he wants France. Oh,
I'm sorry. This is a different clip. So the Erica So the Erica Kirk stuff is interesting because Candace says, "When Dave Chappelle did a skit mocking me
during Black Lives Matter, I responded that I was flattered that he even knew my name. When South Park did an episode mocking Charlie Kirk, he played it on repeat on his show. I mean, imagine getting mocked by South Park. Listen,
imitation is the highest form of flattery. In a lot of these cases,
they're mocking them because they don't like their views and like that's what mockery is, right? But you kind of got to take it on the chin. uh you know you
do like that's you know when I if and when I ever get to a point in my career where like people want to make fun of
davisms and things I do and say and how I mess words up it's like well that's the that's the strength of the internet interneting and as much as it would piss
me off as long as you don't come after my family and you know keep it above the belt it's like all right well that's a product of me putting myself out there
and what I do actually to maintain my boundaries is I try not to dive into the comment sections in controversial videos
because I I think very I think very deeply about my points of views on things and then when I come to that opinion that I have while I still can be
swayed I don't need to hear a thousand people tell me I suck you know and I'm not afraid to make a video about Candace
Owens and say I stand by my ideas that I think women should have a right to choose up to a reasonable um time period
if they want to um terminate a pregnancy especially if there's health concerns and things like that I think it's something that we should trust our doctors to do, you know, in in the
privacy. I think that's the world I would live in and I could argue that with Candace all the time. We we could,
you know, have these semantic arguments about, you know, when is the conception and blah blah, you know, yeah, sure,
whatever, whatever. We can have those conversations. But the world we live in right now that has divided us on those culture war conversations, it's like we
live with a greater threat. This is a greater threat that we're seeing right now. Not just because of the wars we're getting into, but because we have
Trump's side luckily losing big time because they've lost all of the support of independents, all of the support of Hispanics. I mean, landslide levels of
support, uh, because nobody thought that they could do what they're doing right now. So, because of all of that, we see people like Candace and myself going,
"Okay, well, we have finer things we disagree on, but the bigger picture right now of free speech is like is this
huge umbrella that affects so much." So there are there's tweets and again I don't know how true this is. Someone said we're moments away from a new constitutional amendment that will strip
free speech away and they will say it's because the first amendment didn't account for social media. Now will will they have the votes to try to
get something like that going? Um I don't think so. But Candace responds, I agree with this. Trump is signaling he wants France to be able to bankrupt
podcasters. He hopes Breijit wins tons of money. Melania wants Jimmy Kimmel fired for a lame joke. Erica is responding to Druski like he did anything other than mirror her own
actions and words. It's speech they are coming for. Now I disagree with Candace over the f the first lady situation.
Candace is being sued for defamation.
She has to defend herself from the accusations that she like willfully and maliciously was defaming the French
president's wife. That's that's the world we live in where Candace is going to have to respond to that in court and it's going to go through the trial and I'll cover it. uh defamation is a high
bar to achieve, but it's like she she may have crossed the line. She may not have, but that's why that's going to trial. The Jimmy Kimmel stuff is a
completely different story. And folks can disagree with me or agree with me all they want. All we've seen is the docu series from Candace Owens claiming that Breit Mcronone was born a man,
right? A boy, a baby, whatever. That's that's that's Candace's claim that she stuck to and now she's being sued for it. We'll have
to see how that plays out. The Jimmy Kimmel stuff is ridiculous because they want to fire Jimmy Kimmel for words. He
said they want to use the FCC to get um all, you know, to investigate the different Disney channels. They did this to Jimmy Kimmel last year. They've done
it to other people. They're trying to silence free speech. They're trying to sue and Disney, ABC, all uh as far up the chain they can go. And
Trump's trying to use any powers he has to make that happen. The only people that are standing up to Trump are people that aren't in elected positions. People that can't be fired like Jerome Powell.
Now, he was elected right or nominated.
I don't know the difference, but Jerome Powell is like he's trying to do what's right for the country, but at the same time, he doesn't have to deal with what
like MAGA coming after him just like judges. Even though jud Trump has appointed certain judges, they've gone against him because they realize he's
trying to like pursue this unfettered power. So, we can walk and chew gum at the same time. We can talk about the Bjim Mcronone trial. Ah, that's going to be different than Jimmy Kimmel. It's not
all the same. But to say that the administration isn't coming after free speech. Why the hell is Trump wasting his time coming after a podcaster like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson?

56.8 million views per episode across socials. Uh, previously they only got five million on Fox and again they were
probably the largest show on Fox. Now of course these 56 million views that's probably people like you know cut up views, clips and things like that. But
it goes to show don't trust what Trump is saying. The power is with the people.
The power is with these voices whether you agree with them or not. We need to be here to fight for the voices to have those opinions. We need to be able to
