Part 3 of 4

That's why I would think that. So I'm asking if you think that Israel and France were involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk and you say with full confidence. 49 minutesI'm just asking for the evidence or at least walk me through the mindset of why it is that you could think that with evidence. I actually don't [clears throat] have to walk you through why I think.

Um I can also I can give you something that I think with full confidence. I think with full confidence that you know you lost the substance of this debate and now you're moving toward things that I have said that I think which I can do. I'm allowed to pertinent to this debate that it's not exactly pertinent to this debate. It's not pertinent because our debate these are claims made about Charlie Kirk's assassination.

That's the complete substance of the debate. No, actually would you like to remind him of what our debate claims actually were? And would you like to remind that you said I could ask you about any of these things to my heart's content? agree.

But you did you do not get to structure how I'm allowed to reply or ask me why are you structuring how you're allowed to reply. I'm just asking you direct questions. My I have full confidence that you do not feel that you represented your claim well. And so now what you came prepared to present yourself like a professor of fallacy.

I just want to know and to say you are not allowed to say that. You can't. It's my say whatever you want. 50 minutesWell, nobody's disputing that.

I'm asking Seems like you are disputing that. I'm asking specifically when it's all said and done. I've already explained to you I explained at the beginning of this why I think Israel is is is ultimately going to be proven to have involvement in this. Um I just explained to you in the middle and now you're wanting me to structure the sentence or provide evidence.

You don't have to. You're just allowed to think and I've explained to you my thought process. I don't need to structure it in a sentence. If you feel like a professor today, you picked the wrong day.

Don't you think that like tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people would want to know what Candace Owen's positive evidence for why it is that Israel and France were involved in the most traumatic public assassination of Jenz's lifetime is? That's why they watch my podcast. So you're just going to drip to them like here's why it's not dripping. I every time we come across any of these discussions they're watching this in context and they know why I'm saying it.

So, for example, when you're bringing up, well, Candace, where's your evidence for France doing this? I just told you someone who was high ranking in the French government, right? Who's nameless? Of course.

Of course. Of course. Of course. So, there's good reason to not conspiracy though if I then took it to the federal government.

Like, you can't just go out there making a claim to the federal government. You get in trouble for making false statements and things of that nature. So, and then you go, well, I'm going to probe that. Well, how can you probe that?

This happens. I can ask you what I'm probing specifically. This is my podcast. I am sharing my life and my experiences and what has happened to me and you're basically coming in like you're going to what regulate what I how I'm allowed to say if I'm not trying to regulate anything.

I'm asking very questioning a bit like a professor trying to regulate and say Candace. You sound very defensive and like you just don't want to answer questions. I I I did answer your question three times. I didn't say it in the way that you wanted.

just kind of offiscate and you run away from it. But I would like for you to actually go through every clip that you guys have prepared because I it's pretty I I I think with full confidence people will recognize the strategy that you're trying to employ. So let's get to the next clip you have prepared. Sure.

They can pull up whatever clips whatever it is that you guys have prepared. But there but I I would still I on this point I just want to make sure that you have full confidence that France and Israel were involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk and you have no evidence for it at all that you'll give us. Well, the high I I already did tell you where it came from. I like I said, I can explain it to you.

I can't understand it. Did that same higher up tell you that he was going to kill or that France killed Charlie Kirk or just that you were in danger? They said that the French Foreign Legion was involved and on the ground that day. I've already said that.

You just don't like hearing it. Just out of curiosity, when you pass down that message to a Tulsi or Trump, Tulsi's office. Yes. Tulsi's office.

Are you giving them who told you that or you're just saying here's what I heard from someone and I have this and I have this information and of course if they wanted to open a file on it which I thought was quite mysterious that Trump's office never got back to us. It was kind of weird about like from maybe that maybe they're not the correct office to I did receive a response from uh Tulsi Gabbard's office but I I don't think there was ever any investigation into what I said. " Yeah. That that that the French Foreign Legion was on the ground during Charlie's assassination.

Um uh and that I mean I it was a lot of information, but like Well, you didn't give specifics who it was from. Not in the first email cuz I figured they would like Perfect. So if they do contact you, are you comfortable giving 100% who it is? I would absolutely give them as much information as possible.

Question if if whoever is the US government, why are you not Yes. It's very strange to me, you know. So if that's the case now, they may respond back and say we did, you know, that's their position. That's why I did it in writing.

And so I'm glad that's the case because so so if they right away in Trump's office his like Margot got right back to me. She said it was on his desk. So he has that there's no and if you do say that and they contact that individual obviously you don't have to leak your sources here. Is there enough credibility where that person would be willing to talk to them and explain to them exactly what their sources are?

Yes. Okay. I mean that's it seems reasonable. And so why he's asking me to defend that is like I'm not I think those are two different things.

That's more something different. Why are they not reaching out to you? I've asked that many times on my podcast. What do you think about that Andrew?

What? the fact that she emailed, she gave it, and nobody reached out to want to contact the source. Probably didn't think it was actionable is my guess. But even if they did think it was actionable, great.

Every lead should be followed up on within the confines of what's rational and reasonable. Is it fair to say that this is maybe a different individual because this is a person that was involved with TPS, had a relationship with Char? No. No.

Her relationship like this isn't just anybody. So if an average person sends it Yes. Yeah. But I mean, we don't know who the source is.

We don't know any of this. Well, then if it wouldn't you if you were in that department, wouldn't you want to even you assign it to one of your guys? There's no guarantee they didn't look into it. How do we know?

We don't know. How could they come the information? More of the information because it was a long file. This is a separate This has got nothing to do with the debate.

This is more on on uh Well, I just I sent the email assuming that's I'm saying like you go and you you make a report. you if think they're going to come back to you and say, "Hey, what's more information? " And that didn't happen, and which is what I raised. I found that especially because this was at a time where they were saying that they wanted to explore every possible lead with I even texted Dan Bonino.

So, actually, it was three it was three offices. Let me ask one question, Dan Bonino and uh the and Tulsi Gabbert's office. Okay. So, a followup to that is the following.

Mhm. If they contact you to say, is that specifically to the French government or Israel's involvement in the killing of Char? It was that wasn't about Israel. Those are two separate things.

That wasn't about Israel. It was they were saying the French foreign that person as a part of it was saying that it was the French foreign legion that was on the ground that day. I'm surprised they haven't called you then. I find that to be very strange to I do as well because who would want to make a report like I mean I've never made a report with the federal government.

Let me ask one question. Let me just ask one question. Let me just ask one question and then I'm I'm going to bring it to you. Sure.

The question is in regards to I've not seen that clip so I'm seeing it now. The full I'm full confidence I believe that Israel French was involved. Is that also based on a source that somebody told you that Israel was involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk or is that a gut feeling? Uh so in terms of Israel I mean what I've said is what I publicly have said here.

I do think that at the end of this we are going to find that Israel was involved. I do. Uh now when in terms of any of the hard evidence that's been presented, I think this has been a huge problem that a lot of us have have had is that they won't even explore um anything else that was going on in Tyler Charlie's life personally. So if we're not satisfied that Tyler Robinson did this in any way, then every alternative theory should be explored.

Other evidence should be brought forward. We've done that in our in our capacity. Like when people keep saying she has no evidence, it's kind of crazy. I think we've broken like more stories than any news source in the world.

I mean, down to pictures, details, police officers, uh, what the dog's name was, because we're not we're not the only people that believe there's a conspiracy here. The police officers that are were involved, the many police, sheriff's offices, um, that were departments that were involved that day all believed there was a conspiracy down to the US marshals believed there was a conspiracy. They were uh, my sources at the US Marshalss were saying they were basically sent in a wild goose chase that day. But do you see how you say my sources?

You're not allowed to have sources. The thing is CNN allowed to have sources. Hang on. I have sources if I said I have sources that claim none of that's true.

In fact, my sources claim that her sources are lying. My sources claim that there is none of them believe that there's a conspiracy. My sources claim all of them really think that Tyler Robinson was a lone gunman. If I just said that as a hypothetical, wouldn't you say what?

Yeah. " So, um, and then when what I say is then proven in court and nobody knew those things, uh, people are recognizing that my sources are legit. When I say Charlie, uh, was scared in in the last days and then I dropped the text message, which you've just learned about a couple of weeks ago of him saying he was leaving leading the pro-Israel cause when everyone was lying about that. Then they say, I think Kansas sources are legit.

So, I think what's happened is I've actually built up a rapport with my audience that it's not vibes and dreams and that's why they keep watching my content because I like for example when I just the other day released the content of the shooter on the roof uh doing the lateral crawl then they're going I don't think these are just vibes. It seems like Canada sources are legit. So, I've proven myself in the market. Yeah.

I'm not sure that that would legitimize your sources as being legitimate when it comes to the idea that oh, they all believe that there's a conspiracy going on, which is actually what your claim is now. How would that actually hang on, hang on, I'm almost done. I'm not talking to PBT. How would that legitimize Well, it's not his debate.

How would he how would it legitimize these sources that even if it's the case that you get some court footage or some things like this? Why would it legitimize that your sources are telling you all the marshals believe it's a conspiracy, the police believe it's a conspiracy, everybody believes it. How would that legitimize any what I am saying to you and you are not you are not forced to believe it. So let me just explain what I was answering here and I think that you understood what I was saying.

Um is I have because people trust me uh compiled a lot of information and presented it to the public and this information has been uh proven true. We've presented photos. We have presented videos never before seen stuff. The public has never seen it.

And so what that does is your audience goes okay when she says that she has these sources clearly she's telling the truth. No. " That's up to you. You cannot watch my content.

I'm I'm not here to tell you that you have to watch my content or believe everything I'm saying. Well, don't you think questioners should get questioned as well? By whom? I'm not committing a crime, am I?

By just like saying what? Are most of the people you ask questions of not actually committing crimes? But what do you mean they should answer questions where like at a police station? Like what are you saying?

It's like if you're if you want people to come in and answer questions for you. I have questions about this in the investigation. I have questions about this. I have questions about that.

You want them to answer your questions. Doesn't it seem totally fair that you answer back the questions people have for you? Well, they're not answering our questions. So, it's also fair that they don't answer them.

So, you're Kovette should be in this chair. He's not. But isn't that a double But isn't that a double standard? No, it's not because he's not doing it.

Yeah. But what that would still be a double standard. If you're if you're requesting that he does do it, then that seems to infer that you think he owes you answers. Oh, so inferences are allowed again.

And they never weren't. So that seems to infer that you think that he owes you answers. If that's the case, then don't you owe answers? Yeah.

Well, I feel like I'm answering your questions and his questions about I I mean, I'm I'm talking about Andrew Kobat. He is his position is he's a spokesperson for Turning Point USA. So when the crowd turns against Turning Point USA on the basis of a lack of information or because there has been I don't know seeds sewn of distrust, I would imagine uh and forget answering my questions because I doesn't need to be made. Aren't you sewing a lot of those seeds of distrust?

Well, I I think they're doing a pretty good job themselves if I'm being honest. Uh you can blame it on Candace all you want. The thing is funny is people act like I'm I'm ground [clears throat] zero of people not trusting Turning Point USA. I think there was some PR there.

I think there was some PR there. Sure. They could have done better. Absolutely.

I'm not disputing any of that. One thing though that I am I I want to just directly ask you is do you actually believe that anybody in TPUSA or Erica Kirk or Erica actually participated had Ford knowledge of or uh facilitated the murder of Charlie Kirk? I'm not going to get myself into a legal pickle here. Everything I've said is on my podcast.

I I I I think firmly that if if I was the investigating officers, I would I would seat them all and I would ask questions. I would at this phase. I would. Okay.

Hypothetical. Um does that mean that you do think so? I I think it was not a sufficient investigation in into what is what we know to be true of 80% of uh homicides. It's usually conducted by someone, you know, right?

And the fact that that was never even considered that the like I said earlier the backpack was returned. How do you know that was never considered? Because they gave back the backpack as as just one example. Uh they gave back the backpack.

They gave back the um that doesn't show a conspiracy. Well, I mean it shows that the police trusted everybody and didn't just hold things up for a second. Yeah. They ruled them out as suspects that quickly.

I I I'm not comfortable with that investigation. It's a pretty big organization. There's a hund00 million incentive. people.

This is $100 million incentive. What I'm saying is his organization like it had grown to I think it was hundred million plus per year. Yeah. Per year.

We if that's something you want to factor. Your team wants to play video if you don't mind. There's a there's a video they want to play of uh Candace said it's impossible to not believe Erica's complicit. If you guys want to play that video.

Yeah. Could also just ask. So right now their guys are going out and they're going to look for evidence and then by May, which is fortunately around the corner, then she'll see what they found. So what the f is that performance?

How could you sit up there and say I I Yes, I 100% believe Tyler Robinson did it. That right there is why it is impossible for me to think that Erica Kirk is not complicit somehow. cuz what that those two thoughts actually don't even follow. How would it be the case that even if Erica Kirk did believe that Tyler Robinson was 100% responsible for the death of Charlie Kirk, let's say she believed it with every fiber of her being, believed all the evidence, cuz she did.

She just actually did. Would it then follow that somehow she's complicit in his death? 4 minutesI didn't say implicit in death. You added those two words.

Okay. So, what's she complicit in? Yes. So sewing this narrative that Tyler Robinson is guilty.

So you're chopping up clips like I said you didn't have the confidence coming up. We are showing a clip of her on Barry Weiss which I can't remember the date that she did that interview. Uh and Erica when she is asked are you know do you do you feel with 100% certainty that Tyler Robinson did did this and she says I do. Then again context matters.

I sit down with Erica for four hours under the assumption that she had some evidence, right? Like like I'm like I actually this is why I did not engage in any like Erica everyone's questioning what she's wearing and all this stuff. I was like I'm going to wait here because I don't know just it feels weird to think that do I did I think that some of her mannerisms were weird and stuff like that? Yeah, but that's not you can't convict somebody on weird mannerisms.

" Great. You know, that's why she's being that's why she has that much confidence two months ago. And when I sat down with her, it was nothing. It was nothing.

Okay. So, this is a conversation. How would that make her complicit? Complicit.

Again, you said complicit in the death of Charlie. in what? Yeah. Well, if you let me finish my sentence, I could tell you that.

But my point being is that then you take a look at this and you go, "Okay, well, this is weird. " And then when you sit across from somebody and you say, "Okay, great. I want to go out there and defend you now. " And she just blanks.

" And she called the lawyer. Again, all this is on my show, so out of context clips is not going to work because I know what I say on my show. " And he I'm like, "Okay, great. " He goes, "Well, we don't have anything yet.

" And he says, "Well, don't you know how it works? " So, basically, the state says that they're going to bring this forward. And now our people go out and they look for the evidence to uh assert that Tyler Robinson is guilty. And so I asked her directly, her lawyer directly, the phone's in between us.

I'm like, wait, so just so I'm clear, you haven't seen anything that the public hasn't seen? And he says, no. So I'm going back in my head, I'm going, okay, so why is Erica saying with such a degree of certainty, like she was sent out to convince the public and and people bit, by the way. I remember even Megan Kelly was like, uh, you know, let's wait.

She's going to have access to things. I did think she had access to things that we didn't have. Why express that confidence to the public as opposed to just being like, "We don't know yet. I'm I feel confident he's probably he's involved.

" I don't understand. How would any of this make her complicit in what? Well, I've already told you she was she she's complicit in in trying to fool the public into thinking this is some open and shut case. How is she trying to fool the public into this?

If she believes, if she believes that Charlotte that Tyler Robinson killed Kirk, if she believes that, how would that be complicit in anything? I I I do. Are you saying that you think she doesn't believe it? I I don't believe that at that stage when she sat down with Barry Weiss that that's what she believes.

No, but that's my opinion. Right. But so when you just say complicit, you just mean she believes that Tyler Robinson killed Kirk? That's it.

That's what we were talking about. That's why I said if your strategy was to dice up clips and take it out of context and make it seem like I said everything. Yeah. But then why not just play the full thing?

Like why? Because we don't have like infinite amounts of time. I'm guessing you probably don't want to watch. I I I'm going to go back to my theory that you didn't feel confident that you could defend your your claim that it was overwhelming evidence.

So now you're trying to move towards doctorred clips and getting there's no doctor anything. I'm just making sure that we got this right. That what you're actually saying is that Erica is just complicit in belieing when I reexamine her actions backward because I did not have this perspective of her at the beginning. Which is why it's so funny to me that you guys make it seem like I'm ground zero.

People thought Erica was sus from day I forgive him. And I was not a part of that. I did not lean into that. I did not contribute to that.

I was getting actually terrible messages from my fans being like, Candace, you and Charlie always say to go with your intuition. You won't address this how we all feel about her. Things changed for me when I saw that Zoom call. I will tell you that.

Um for sure. And the fact that she lied to me. So, I sat across from her and, you know, got to I wanted to have that conversation publicly, but they're probably grateful they didn't do it publicly. Uh, she told me some lies.

And so, the next thing that happens naturally when somebody lies to you, you go, when any person lies to you, whether it's a toddler, people only lie when they're trying to obscure something else. Have you addressed what that lie was? Yeah, I've talked about we have a list of lies that we've been told by we can find that in the meeting with her. Well, no.

I I didn't want her to cage up. I did I didn't want to do this and because I I didn't know what to expect. Like I I didn't I didn't know if she was going to be like, I'm so overwhelmed with everything, you know, and I don't know who to trust at the organization and I I don't know what I'm do. Like I didn't know I didn't want to just out of curiosity before anything happened with Charlie, how close were you and Erica?

Not very close. So there's not a relationship? No. There I mean there I like I would say it's totally normal.

Like it's not like there was any issues at all. Uh she was always we were always nice to each other. It just is our life went to a different phase, right? So Charlie and I hitting the ground running around traveling 4 days a week.

Now I get married. I I find love of my life. I get married and I get pregnant. I've been I haven't stopped being pregnant.

And what you want out of life changes. You don't want to be running around for 4 days a week and traveling on a plane non-stop. You suddenly want to start building at home and live. I was desiring that suburban life.

Did you guys ever do the double dates? You, George, her, and Charlie. Was there ever double dates between the four? Oh, I I was uh, you know, engaged to George quickly.

We were planning our wedding. I was kind of in my bubble with George. George traveled with me and Charlie, but Erica and him were just starting to date at the beginning of 2019. George and I were planning our marriage.

So, George really got to know Charlie. I wouldn't say that I really got to know Erica. I was just rooting for them because I knew how much Charlie wanted to, you know, find love. And so, I was kind of his wingwoman throughout that phase.

and I was just happy and I never was under the impression obviously that they were going to get married when they were dating. So it wasn't like I would have was consciously I didn't really need to get to know this person and so it was just kind of normal that by that time because of where I was in my life that I wasn't spending any time getting to know Erica so the complicit part about Erica to you is that a gut feeling do you think it transformed when she lied? You can take the lead. I'm just asking questions if you want to go forward.

I actually don't I still don't understand what she's you think she's complicit in. Yeah. So when I say Erica's complicit, that's my opinion. When you tweeted Erica's too to kill her husband.

Yeah. Would you like to explain how you developed your evidence, your positive evidence for the fact that Erica was Um yeah, sure. So I just think all women are Oh, so you're allowed to just say stuff. Who knew?

So, and and by the way, and what dramatically transformed your opinion of Erica after uh going to the headquarters because you were pretty hostile uh about I wasn't hostile towards him. You don't think calling somebody too No. Come on. That's like normal tongue-in-cheek stuff for me online.

Oh, you're being tongue tongue and cheek. Yeah. Usually when I call someone I'm being tongue and cheek. Yeah.

Like for instance, you got supporters. I mean, if you were if you want to use the same exact argument, you would take a supporter like Owen Benjamin, he called you bad names and one and called your husband bad names. Are you just like, well, that's no biggie. I've never answered him on anything that he said.

I'm saying that you now are her her biggest defender. So, do you still think she's not her biggest defender? Do you think still think she's too No, no, no, no. I didn't know Erica Kirk.

I'd never met her before. Okay. But you had an issue with Turning Point being led u by a bunch of femb bots saying talking about the feminist angle and then suddenly you go to the headquarters. You come you go into the headquarters now all of a sudden you've got text messages that you're sharing with them.

You say that your you and your wife are getting involved with management. No, no, no. I'm not involved in any management attorney. Well, I'm pretty sure there is a clip of you where you say that your wife went to their recent conference and sat down and then when you were on your ro No, no, no, no.

Hang on. I'll explain what happened just so that you understand. Yeah. So, I was invited there to do some debate training.

That's literally what I was invited there to do. Uh on recommendation. So, I went down and did some debate. That's the first time I ever met anybody at TPUSA.

Okay. And then you said you sat down with Erica. Well, I didn't sit down to her. I talked to her in a hallway.

So, you didn't sit down and speak with Erica? No, I didn't have like some sit down long conversation. We We talked in a hallway. Okay.

For Is that when you gave her the hug? Yeah. gave her the hug right there. My and my wife did too.

We were both very sorry for what happened. Okay. So, at what point did you start receiving text messages from that you cited in your opening statement? Well, I just reached out to TPUSA and said, "I'm prepping for a debate.

" Do you find it interesting that people have been asking for, you know, basic answers to questions and you're saying that you walked into their headquarters and reached out and they in It's amazing, isn't it? if you reach out in good faith and you're not demonizing them and saying that they're complicit in the murder of people's deaths that that perhaps they're actually willing to release things to you that are pertinent other than thinking that you know perhaps you're diabolical I feel like if I was going to release that information I didn't I didn't demand that it be released to me um I actually never demanded that it be released I just simply said that this is what was going on in the last maybe to the media they could release it they could release it to PBD they decided to release it to a guy that called Erica too in June. So what? Yeah.

I just think it kind of shows that Turning Point is sending you as their horse. Well, I don't know. They just don't have they don't have the courage to have the conversation. If they were just releasing something in good faith to answer questions never demanded.

It's not evidence that you're sharing your opinion that she's too I can't share my opinion that I think it's going to register as really obvious to the public that rather than presenting that throughout the course of everybody wanting to know what Charlie was going through through his last days, they decided to give it to you to come to my house as some sort of a surprise. Do you think the public's not smart enough to do that? Do you think that if you talking about terrible PR? If you know that there's a huge debate that's coming up that's going to be probably one of the most viewed that year and one of the debaters calls you and says, "I'm taking this position.

this is the position that I feel like there's the most evidence for. And Candace also agreed to answer many of my questions in regards to this. So, if you got pertinent evidence here that I can use, I'd definitely like take a look. It was actually amazing to me.

" They actually do talk to you. [laughter] It's amazing. Yeah. I I I just do not believe a that you that they are doing this in good faith.

I don't believe that anything you have done has demonstrated that's in good faith. It demonstrates that you walked into Turning Point USA headquarters and came out a different man because you were critical of the organization. You were critical of Erica and now you're sitting here going I want to interrogate you for an hour and a half about everything about critical of somebody that you hadn't met and then you meet him and you're less critical of them. Uh and the inverse has happened too.

I was critical about Erica and now I'm more critical you but I'm asking you isn't it the case that there's people you've been critical of and then you've met them and you're less critical after you meet them. uh too I I I feel like if you think that she's dumb and you Let's just talk about your record. I mean, you're a person that has spent time in what most people would term to be the manosphere talking about feminis Well, yeah. I debate against the the feminist and red pillars and a lot of the actual So, I'm a Christian ethicist.

I always You go on to Joe Rogan and you're like like soft explaining away Erica had to take over Charlie's company when they don't have a parent at home. So now you're a feminist icon. Like you just go into the headquarters and you just shift all of your perspective. That's a bizarre criticism.

Like nobody's in the bigger girl boss position than you. I'm actually No, you're in the biggest of the girl boss positions. Like you don't have to do this. You just do do this.

You could definitely not do it at all and be fine, right? But you still do. I I I would say that you are making a comparison that cannot be compared because because Erica's husband was just assassinated in front of the world, which makes sense why she would take the organization away. No, that it makes sense why you would go home to your kids, just so you know.

Wait a second. That's that's bizarre. They don't have a parent. They don't have a parent and they've just suffered a trauma.

You don't go into the office. You want to protect your husband's legacy, right? And you're trying to find some new legacy is his children, not the organization. It's it's both.

No, it it Yes, it is both. It's totally rational and reasonable to believe that it would be both Turning Point USA that is part of Charlie Kirk's legacy. He worked his whole life for it. This is why people think she's sus and his children.

Now, for you though to say that anybody's a girl boss, right? That's like the calling the kettle black. That came out of your mouth. No, that was you.

You brought up girl boss. Girl boss came out of your mouth. Yeah. I'm just I'm telling you that you brought up this idea that I'm defending some feminist nonsense.

I'm not. I'm pointing out that there there, by the way, she's not qualified to take over his company. There's always objective outliers to each situation. In fact, it's the exception that proves the rule.

And the interesting thing here is like I'm still just as critical of feminism inside of TPUSA as I've always been. And I'm just as critical of any pro-Zionist position as I've ever been. None of that's ever changed. By the way, I would think it's the most rational, reasonable thing on planet earth to do if you wanted to actually see an organization change to try to work with leadership or reach out to leadership to try to do so.

Doesn't that make the most amount of sense? I would like to state for the record that I think Erica is underqualified from uh to that to run the organization. And on on the more emotional aspects, I agree with the what seems to be a majority opinion, cuz I'm not going to say it's scientific, that any woman that would leave her kids and go right into the office after their husband was publicly assassinated does not have their priorities straight. Okay.

Well, I understand that you can have those criticisms, but I'm not understanding still how that would make her complicit. I don't I don't have to keep answering the same question. Your team is asking to how it's complicit. Your team is asking to play a clip.

So, if we want to play this clip to just finish this segment on the Erica Kirk topic, we can spend some time on that as well. So, if you guys are ready in the back, we're ready and causing that 30 six diameter as would happen with a patent explosives as as we've demonstrated to you in the past. It accidentally because of how Charlie was crouched went up and hit his neck and that ruined everything. That ruined everything.

It was problematic. It's the reason why Teraldin had to scramble to get the cameras down because they were never supposed to see it. They they could have said reasonably that a 306 got eaten by Charlie. much more reasonably obviously than saying that the chicken bones in his neck stopped it because he ate vegetables.

They panicked. That was what then that's why Terrell Zer was on the phone with me. Again, this is my theory and I am now very much sticking to it. Okay, they panicked.

It's the reason Erica had to step out once. That's why she would have got gotten on the phone with Terl so quickly because I was going, "Why is 20 minutesTerl saying, "Well, I didn't want Erica to relive. That's why I did it. He didn't have an answer.

He was nervous. It was crazy. And but he acknowledged that he spoke to Erica immediately. Why did you speak to Erica immediately?

So, do you believe that there was a shape charge that killed Charlie? Hey, can I ask you why you keep starting clips mid-sentence? Probably to get to where the clip is? No, it doesn't seem that way cuz you can always start a clip at the beginning of a sentence.

Like, you're just start of like it's completely out of context. Wait, I didn't I didn't prepare the clips, but I think I didn't. But it's fine to ask it to back up. I said this this the I don't need to say what's happening here because the internet will clock it.

But uh in this episode we are now going and that's why I said we're now going to look at some alternative theories. I made it very clear that this was a theory that I didn't want to look at. This is I believe because I don't have every episode on my head and but I'm pretty sure this is an episode where we presented the evidence that was in the car, the photos of what was in the car, right? And so we are now inferring off of what we see in the car that this very much does look like uh that we are see a bunch of shattered road microphone which was an early theory that I was actually interested in but couldn't really wrap my head around what was uh the shape charge explosive as I say at the beginning episode like I just it was just not my expertise and I was concerning myself with timelines and stories and St.

statements. It didn't make sense without question. Cheryl Farnsworth uh is is someone who made me think that we were missing a big part of the story. So, I'm walking them through uh John Bray's theory.

If we started to insert what we are actually observing with the evidence that we're taking a look at and what took place that day. So, we're completely in the hypothetical right here. Uh and you're now introducing this. If that's if that's the case, if you're just hypothetically exploring it, that's why I'm just asking directly.

Yes. But if you But that's obvious when you watch this episode. So that's why it feels like I'm in the middle of an interview with CNN when they like pull up random clips and they're like, "What's this? " You watch the episode, you know.

Just trying to make sure. Do you think that your alternative theory? Do you think I think John Gray's theory should be explored? Yes.

Okay. Do you Do you think that Charlie Kirk was killed with an explosive? I think I think that that is a possibility. Yes.

Okay. And it should be explored. He's done a lot of work on it. John Bray has done good work and I think that that's why that uh theory is now starting to gain steam since we released the second set of the photos of what was in the car.

I think it's viable. So, this was the big thing I wanted to get into with you on the explosives, too. What What is it about that theory that's actually compelling to you? So, I looked into the explosive mic theory multiple times, and the biggest thing that stood out to me is there's no explosion.

There's there's literally no explosion. In fact, there's videos when the shot rings out um that kills Charlie, at least it sounds like a shot to me, people are actually like looking up towards where the uh the gun is being fired. They're looking away for where the sound is. Like, where's the actual explosion?

Well, for every person that you say looks away, there's going to be a person that was looking forward. Uh we have former Marines that have gotten on and said, I it looks to me like there's an explosion under his shirt. Right. You obviously saw um uh Rob O'Neal go on to I'm forgetting which platform it was where he said the first thing I thought was that Rob O'Neal is the man that killed Osama.

Re: Charlie Kirk Murder and TPUSA Insider Gossip

Postby admin » Sun Aug 16, 2026 10:47 pm

Part 4 of 4

Yeah. And I think he's qualified to say what he believes he saw. Uh we we should actually since they're pulling clips, we should run that clip of Rob O'Neal and what he said and what he observed and his experience. So I'm going to take that.

And also there were people who tested [clears throat] like immediately spoke to the media that day who said the same thing that they thought that something happened under his shirt. That was actually if you go back to like my first episode when I was just observing what I saw with my eyes. I was asking the serious question. I was seriously saying why is it like somebody shot him from underneath?

Why is his shirt moving first? It doesn't make sense to me. And uh I'm that's because of air dispersal from the bullet. So when a when whenever a bullet is shot, a projectile shot, you can actually run this experiment yourself if you have a rifle.

take like an empty box of ammunition and put it on the table and then fire it near the muzzle and that box will actually blow off the table. Okay. So, question for you. Does that box go sideways off a table?

It can. It It can. Yeah, it can. It depends on the dispersal.

You 3,000 lbs of energy or 2,000 lbs of energy coming at you. That's how much it carries. 2,000 pounds of energy. I We can fact check that.

How many How many How many pounds of energy is it a 30 six uh being shot? 15 yards away. That's a great question for Grock. I'm going to say when we looked at it, it was between 1500 and 2,000.

I'm pretty sure pounds of energy coming at you and you just go upward and to the side. I don't really buy that. I mean, and I'm going to just say I just think that that's not right. But possible.

It doesn't go through on top of that. So, there's another miracle. You didn't get blown backwards. You didn't It didn't go through.

But I also want to say that you're saying this can happen and Rob O'Neal is infinitely more qualified, I think, to speak on that. And well, because he's actually shot and killed people. Why would that have anything to do with anything? Well, because did he slow down all the videos of the people he shot to see if their clothes moved?

Well, why are you able to assert your pos? Because I'm going to I'm going to tell you how projectiles were. He's not even going to dis I guarantee you this guy is not even going to disagree with what I'm about to say. If it is the case that you have energy and you have mass and the mass is moving in the air, the air has to go somewhere.

It doesn't have a choice. I think you're like totally BSing right now, man. Not only am I not BSing, I'm telling you the truth. If a bullet is moving in air, air has to move out of way of bullet.

Well, maybe not at the bottom of a shirt here. I don't know. I I just I disagree with that. I'd like to say for the record, I've watched some of you do these sorts of things where you assert something with a lot of confidence and it's you can fact check it.

It's your bullets displace air. If a not about whether it displace air, it's where it dispersed the air underneath his shirt here. 26 minutesIt's not underneath his shirt. The bullet's this big and you're telling me it's going to hit his neck and then it's not underneath the shirt.

It starts up here and the collar's moving and then you see the wave here as he's moving backwards. Yeah, that's not true. It's not and we obviously can't show that clip. I disagree with you.

Okay, I understand you can't show it for purposes. Exactly. Uh I disagree with you. People can go watch and make up their own minds.

We don't need to debate it whether or not it was the first thing I said was why is his shirt moving first? That didn't make sense to me. It it it almost looks just like this. It goes across.

His necklace breaks first before Charlie even reacts. If you watch it in slow, his necklace breaks first, which I thought was very odd, and then you see a puff here and the next thing you know, there's a there's the uh entry wound on his neck. I I would not confidently assert that I see smoke. I've never said it on my platform.

You think that an explosion generally has smoke? I don't think that there's any quality version of video that would get us to be able to answer that question other than Terl's 4K footage that he has from the front. So there's a lot of um if you look at the Israeli pagers, it's assumed that they it's a similar if not the same type of explosive that was used inside the pagers that would have been used inside of this road mic. I think that you should since you love debating, you should debate someone like John Bray who's worked on that theory for 11 months and ask those sorts of questions of how a shape charge would work.

Uh, I presented the evidence of what was in the car and I also at that episode that you're clipping said John Bray has done an unbelievable amount of work on this and I think he has debated a ton of people actually regarding this topic. So that's the route that I would send you on purpose. Yeah, for the purpose of my show I I do believe to answer your question that it is a hypothetical. I mean that it is a a theory that should be thoroughly explored.

There's two clips uh your team wants to show. One of them is the rival clip since we're on it. So, if you guys are ready in the back before we go to ad break, if you want to pull it up, this is a good time to do so. And good to see, General Hull.

A lot of things bother um bothers me about this. Um nothing in particular, and it's not like I'm out there saying big lie or conspiracy or someone did it. I'm just saying I've been in a lot of shootings. I've killed more than a handful of people, and this thing looked shady off the bat.

I mean, just I've killed people closer than I saw the camera, and I've never seen a shirt move like that. That looks like an explosion to me. The uh just the fact that no one started doing uh first aid to Charlie Kirk, they were more concerned about getting SIM cards out of cameras, removing cameras, and then uh getting him off the X somehow. There didn't seem a lot of concern for for his life.

It seemed like just cleaning up. And then, I mean, I've been told they paved it over a couple days later. And then you get Erica Kirk uh behind all the razledazzle and she's really quick to forgive the alleged shooter which technically says uh that was him cuz I forgive him. But then you can't forgive Candace Owens for having an opinion or asking questions and they mock people by saying oh I'm just asking questions.

Yeah, I'm I'm a SEAL team 6 sniper. I'm asking a lot of questions. No one wants to answer them. And you're able to ask?

He's actually said very little about the explosive there. So he say he observed he said he's shot people up close and he's never seen a shirt move like that and it looked to him like an explosive. That's what he dispute. But when I play that video at full speed, I can't see a shirt moving.

I can only see a shirt moving when we slow it way down. So if I'm in real time, I'm just assuming this, right? I'm in if I'm was in real time and I was in like a close quarters combat, you kill somebody situation and I shot them, would you even see the shirt move? Well, I just feel like five minutes ago you were arguing that it was because the bullet carried air.

Now you're saying you don't see the shirt move at all. Yeah, but that's if you slow it down, the dispersement of air, that's where you're going to see it, right? It's going to be very quick. Very, very, very, very fast.

And then that's not what I saw and clearly it's not what he saw and he thinks that there could be an explosive. So, I'm just saying to you when you people disagree with you, your your opinions on a fact. That's all. I understand.

I think that's a good place for us to if you if we have another a break and then we can keep answer answering your questions. Yeah, I mean I think um yeah, sounds good. Perfect. We'll do a quick three and a half minute ad break.

We'll be back for the last segment. Cool. All right, thank you. All right, you guys.

I want to tell you about ethos because life has a way of changing your priorities when you least expect it. One day you're focused on what's next for you, the next you're thinking about a home, a family, and how to build a future that feels secure. As your world grows, so does your perspective. That shift in mindset is what led me to make life insurance a priority.

It's one of those things that's easy to put off, but having it in place gives me peace of mind. Knowing that the people that I care about would have financial support if the unexpected ever happened. Getting covered today is simpler, faster, and more affordable than many people realize. That's why I love Ethos, because with Ethos, you can apply online in just minutes.

com/candis. Application times and rates may vary. And I want to remind you guys about Tax Network USA because I know a lot of people owe back taxes. Maybe you have years of unfiled returns.

Maybe you file every year and you still can't get ahead because the balance keeps growing. Or maybe you withdrew money from a 401k or IRA and suddenly got hit with a tax bill that you didn't expect. Whatever caused the problem, one thing is certain. The IRS penalties and interest keep adding up every single month.

If you don't have a plan now, you could end up owing even more next tax season. Before the IRS starts sending more letters, garnishing wages, or freezing your bank account, call Tax Network USA. They've been helping taxpayers nationwide for more than 15 years, resolving back taxes, unfiled returns, and serious IRS problems. So whether you owe $10,000 or $10 million, their team has resolved over $1 billion in tax debt.

Right now, they're offering a free IRS investigative call to find out exactly what you owe and what options you have to fix it. com/candis. com/candis. I also want to tell you guys about Field of Greens because I am always looking past the headlines and asking one simple question.

What is really in the product that I'm putting into my body? Think about it. When you buy a steak or a bag of vegetables, you see nutrition facts label. When companies take fruits and vegetables and turn them into a formula, you'll often see a supplemental fax label instead.

That makes me want to know more. Where do the ingredients come from? How are they processed? And can I trust what's actually inside?

That's one reason I love Field of Greens because their focus is on quality, transparency, and bringing together fruits and vegetables in a convenient daily formula. And it actually tastes good. Wild Berry is my favorite, but strawberry lemonade is a popular choice as well. No complicated routine, just one scoop mixed with water.

com. com. All right. Fantastic.

So, Andrew, if you want to go with your last couple thoughts. Yeah. So, I just have two two more clips to play. Okay.

Right. And then I uh we can do final thoughts, I'm guessing. Um I Yeah, I feel like uh we got where we were trying to go or at least for the most part. So, um the two other clips I do want to play the Twigs clip.

That one is important to me. The Twigs DNA clip. Yeah. and they're gonna pull it up just to have you respond to.

Well, you don't have to play it because like if if you're saying that when I initially watched it, I thought that Lance Twigs's DNA like he was directly responding to that because the testimony was a bit confusing. They started by saying that they were going to um uh like explaining how they got the samples and they said Lance, Matt, and Amber uh sorry, Lance, Matt, and Amber Robinson, how they got their uh DNA samples. And then they started speaking about the gun and said, you know, multiple prints were found on them. And then they moved and they said Lance Twigs's DNA was found on the screwdriver.

Uh when I went back and rewatched it, I realized well they haven't officially said that Lance or Amber are on the gun. So I think I've already conceded that we don't know that. So I think like but if you're if you want No, this is directly you saying it is on the gun. Twig is I'm saying that I feel like I've already said to you like I've made that concession.

Just to be clear, whenever I make a mistake, I just correct it. So that's why when you were asking me three times, I've already said we don't know yet and I've corrected that mistake. So if the purpose of you showing this is to demonstrate that Candace makes mistakes sometimes uh when she's taking in a lot of information and she's reading through legal documents and she's trying to remember testimony. It's to demonstrate something else.

It is in fact the case we're all going to make mistakes. I'm going to make mistakes and I've already I've already You're going to make mistakes in the case, 35 minutesbut in this case, you were very adamant that his DNA was on the gun itself. Yeah. So, I'm just saying that it's not ruled out.

We know that there's five plus prints. I've said this so many times. I had to rewatch the testimony again. It's like nine hours a day.

It got very scientific when they were speaking about this. And I think I wrongly extrapolated that they meant all three of them were on the prints when the only person they officially named was Matt Robinson. So, we don't know yet if um Lance Twigs has his DNA on the Prince offic DNA on the gun officially just yet. Okay.

I've already conceded that. So, that's fine. And then the last one is one with Erica Kirk. Sure.

This is like the Erica Kirk like All right. You could just sit down with me, Erica, but we could do it this way. This goes back to a previous claim that you made by bringing it up. Straight to jail.

Straight to jail for questioning. At least Erica, I don't care who's mad. I really do not care who wants to be upset after this episode. Really, you will be wasting your breath.

36 minutesYou can spend a billion dollars on influencers because this is all becoming increasingly inexplicable. You are asking me to be an idiot actually and I cannot do that for you. Someone once commented beneath this show that if the situations were reversed and there were this many verifiable lies straight straight to jail. Yeah.

So that's the show intro and straight to jail. Straight to jail is a monopoly term. Okay. So do not pass go.

Yeah. Do not collect $200. Yes. It's it's obviously tongue and cheek.

And then we explained that actually I think that she should be brought in for questioning because of inconsistencies. So, this is the exact episode when I started to think that she should be [clears throat] sat down and questioned. Uh, and I I still believe that. I still hold the perspective that Erica should be sat down and she should be properly questioned.

Do you know that she hasn't been? Um, no. Actually, that would be a great thing for the spokesperson of Turning Point USA to say that she's already I mean, my guess would be she hasn't because they returned everything to her. But I Why do they owe you that though?

Why do they They don't owe me anything. That's my show you're watching. Just, you know, the clips that you're pulling are from my show. So, if I want to say something on my show, I can say that.

I didn't say they owe me something. I don't think that's ever unless you have But if you say like you need to be sat down for questioning and you don't even know if they haven't been, that's strange, right? Do you know if they have been? No, I have no idea.

So, you're just saying what if they haven't been? Yeah. If you're if your entire filling the If your entire thing is junk, if you're No, it's not junk. If if the query is why is it that Erica Kirk's not being sat down for questioning, but you have absolutely no knowledge whether or not she's been sat down for questioning or not, what that does is it creates an innuendo.

It creates an inference. It creates out to the ethos that this should be happening because something's wrong here when you actually don't have the knowledge that anything's wrong at all. I just think that my opinion is that she should be sat down and questioned. But you're not sure if she hasn't been.

Yeah. And you're not sure if she has been either. M so like I said I feel like now you're just kind of filling the air during points like we want to make sure that you go in there and you defend Erica and I have to say I don't think you've done an extraordinary job with that but I'm not here to defend Erica. The thing is though that since four out of five of the clips that you had on the ready when we asked you guys ahead of time I mean I want to just assert how professionally we have dealt with this debate.

As you can see we have not planned any gotcha clips for Andrew. I expressed to him that what we were going to do was just to use people for fact checks and it because I might not remember something um or I do remember something and you're saying no and that is what I think will register to people as very fair. We did not take out of context clips of Andrew to try to repeat. No, when you said you were going to bring claims that you would want me to speak to, you didn't say, I intend on sitting you down with out of contexted clips to which we said to you before in an email, any clips that you want to share with us, send it over.

Let's assert a debate claim so that we can both be ready to respond to it. This just that's not really what happened. 39 minutesWell, that what's not what didn't happen. Yeah, this this uh the way that you're framing the exchange, that's not that's not actually what happened.

We were negotiating it is true. We negotiated out uh the claim itself, right? Which one's going to take which position? I wanted to make sure that I had at least an hour and a half on mine and you got the time for yours to question me.

We did. We got through your hour and a half on mine. Roughly an hour and a half now on mine. That's basically how this went.

But in the beginning, I did not take an hour and a half to just pull out of context list with Andrew. I actually debated the substance of what's going on in this trial in this hearing. And I I do think that he fell I think he fell short of that. There's nothing out of Hang on.

There's nothing here except holding you to account for your claim. Say yes or no. Well, we were supposed to be dating uh be debating the case and whether or not there was overwhelming evidence. These are your claims about the case.

No, you then admitted that that now you're getting into another sphere and you're you want to talk about the transcendentals and things that I said and like four out of five of your clips are about Erica Kirk. So, the general perception out of five even is your turning points horse? I think quite a few of them were. Was there three or four?

So you're just making stuff up. Can we get a count of how many were about Erica? I feel like I think it was three. Three.

Okay. Three. I said four. [clears throat] But those are extraordinary claims, which is why you're asked about Well, okay.

But the point being is now you're veering into trying to get me to defend my opinions and then you completely sherk responsibility when I point out yours. No, they're not claims. When you think Erica is too you go that's just whatever. And then you move on.

That's a claim that I and I'm responsible for the claim. Well, earlier when I brought it up, you said that it was tongue and cheek. Yes, sure. I That's me responding to your criticism of the claim.

That's all I'm doing here. I was interested and um and I'm happy to get into also the psy stuff now if you would like to. The team has one more clip. They got one.

We were getting into the py stuff and you stopped it and I was explaining to you. Oh, they have one more clip. Okay, let's go. They want to hit [snorts] the minimum of four clips you were saying with Erica.

No, 100%. [laughter] This is absurd. Okay. And this is the one you're saying from 7 days ago.

Okay. While they're looking for that, do you want to continue? Yeah. I I mean, can I ask a question?

I know it's been or or like can I ask a question? Are we Not really. We're I'm just going to we're going to hold to the actual contract itself. The contract is does not say that you are allowed to just question me without me being able to respond to you.

I've never said you can't or have a conversation. You've been able to respond to every question I've asked you. And by the way, the the other thing is is like let's have it your way. I want it to look like we've done everything Andrew wanted to so that people can fairly assess the situation.

So you have it your way. I will not ask a question. Totally fair with me. So, are you good with her asking the question or no?

You said no. Waiting for the clip. 42 minutesOkay. So, you want to wait for the clip first?

Okay. You guys have it in the back. Okay. Beautiful.

Team told me they had it. So that's what I heard. Okay, there we go. Come on, guys.

Did this crime, okay? Because Lance Twigs has DNA on the fine. Lance Twigs has his DNA on the rifle. And to be clear, Lance Twigs DNA four times was not as degraded as Tyler Robinson's DNA was on Tyler's rifle.

It's Tyler's rifle. No, you also said, yeah, it's not as degraded on the rifle. Yeah, cuz I thought he was one of the things. But I I've already That that's what I mean when I say that like it just seems like you're not actually here trying to engage because I even before you got to this and I knew that you had some secret clip planned.

I said to you when I rewatched the testimony, I realized that they didn't explicitly say Lance Twigs. They said five other profiles were on it and that his was the most degraded. So I hope your team feels fulfilled in playing that. Uh is there any more?

I'm happy to play every clip that he has on the ready. Anybody? You said you said you had some new evidence at the beginning of the Yeah, we should show that text message that you read just because I think that's important for the public. You shared it out of context.

I'll do it on my show. I'll share the uh the text. So, you're going to read it on my show but not show it. Correct.

Okay. So, I'll show it on my show. But that's that's what I'll do. I'll show it on my show.

Can I ask why? Well, because I want to drip out the evidence. You know, it's that's got to drip out that evidence. Keep people coming back for the show, right?

I don't know if Snark serves you so well. I'm just saying like um yeah, I'll I'll I'll release it there. Um yeah, that's that's my intention, but yeah, I'm fine with closings if you want to do closings. 44 minutesWell, I also would just if if I may ask a question, is is that a permitted?

Go ahead. Um, just so I also have clarity since your basis has been evidentiary, you keep saying that you have evidence or like you are following evidence. Which one of the charges against or or all of them do you think Tyler Robinson is guilty of? Um, the specific charge.

Yeah. Yeah. So, I think what I think is that um Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk. Yeah.

of the seven charges that he's he's being charged with. Yeah. Can we list them real quick? I'll tell you exactly which ones.

We'll pull them up. Well, do do you know any of the charges he's up for right now? Yeah, of course. But I want to make sure that we have them listed.

Yeah, but but like that's Can you name one? Because my my general perspective is that you don't actually care about this case. You're not following it. That's the That's the question.

You're just not following it. It seems pretty like if you're going to engage and you're going to say the evidence is overwhelming that Tyler Robinson is guilty. I just think that you should like Can you tell me one Let's do the counter. You can really hang out.

This is a great gotcha. No, no. You just got to ask me, play clips out of context, [clears throat] put me in the hot seat. So, please just answer the question.

Fair. Name all seven since you've been following the case. Okay, sure. You name You name one.

Yeah, you name all seven. I'm happy to do that, but can you name one? Uh, I think he's I think he's been charged with murder. That's actually incorrect.

Okay, great. Now, name all seven. He doesn't even This is like Name all seven. And And And I I Can you name all seven?

I I can. Then do it. Sure. You don't have to do it.

No, do it. I'll count them. Go ahead. You don't have to put your fingers up.

I can name them. Yeah, sure. Name them. Uh, the first charge is aggravated murder because that's what carries a death sentence in the state of youth.

No, that's not that is literally not murder. Okay. And so, just so people No, don't I don't have to do it in a time limit. There's nothing going on and just to explain to people the difference of why that really matters and shows that he doesn't actually care about this at all is because aggravated murder uh it's it's narrowly defined and because it carries a death sentence.

I'm not I'm going to answer the question. You're just going to recognize that your strategy of thinking that people are intimidated when you try to put a time constraint doesn't work and you'll be better the next time you debate. I got it. I got it.

Give me Give me the other ones. The more you cut me off, the longer I'll take. Do you want to just wait for me to finish of why that's a big difference so that people don't want you to list the charges? Yeah, I'm going to do that.

You just don't get to pretend that there's a time constraint for me to do that. Well, how how long does it take you to list seven charges? I'm cuz I'm speaking. You just got to It sounds like you're just delaying it cuz you don't know them.

I I know all seven of them. And I'm going to say again cuz you're going to get embarrassed. I you don't have to rush this. I'm also showing an example of a very flawed debate strategy.

I actually am under no time constraint. I got one. Great. The second charge is the felony discharge of a weapon.

Uh the next two charges are for obstruction of justice. Okay. The next two charges are for witness temp tampering. And the final What's the specific charges though?

That is them. Obstruction of justice. Obstruction of justice. Witness tampering.

Witness tampering. Okay. W and there's no other specifics to them. Well, we I can tell you why he's being charged.

No, no, no. Just the the charges and then seven. Yeah. See, the bad thing is when you try to be an a-hole and it doesn't work.

What's the seventh? The last charge is uh violence in front of a minor. Okay, got it. So, then he's being charged with murder.

You just say aggravated murder. That's the distinction. You just want to It's a It's a massive It's like you can't even You cannot say murder versus aggravated murder. This gets to the entire crux of why him being up up for the death sentence.

And I actually find the defense's filing about why this is not aggravated to be uh very compelling of why it's not aggravated murder. I actually think that the state was going to even try to pull this off, they should have charged him with just murder. Um, and then I do also again want to stress to audiences that that debate strategy of thinking that you have to speak faster or somebody puts your hand up and they try to pretend like it's some sport. I think he thinks it's a blood sport.

It's not. It's about being right and being principled when you're engaging. And you can make mistakes. I make mistakes all the time.

But at least be genuine and 48 minutespretending that you care about this case enough to know one of the seven charges that are up against Tyler Robinson when you say the evidence is overwhelming, that he's guilty. Um, if you would like to move to final statements, I'm fine. I want to make sure Andrew has had the time that he has requested. I think your team would like to pull up the seven charges that he just asked you about.

If you guys want to pull that up just to confirm the seven you went through. Can you guys zoom in a little bit for me? Aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, uh obstruction of obstruction, the obstruction of justice, which is counts three and four, five and six, tampering with a witness, and count violent offense in the presence of a minor. Child.

Yeah. Yeah. So, five, six, tampering witness, thirdderee felony. Now, I did notice something I just was curious about if I'm just wondering when you pulled out your phone just before you asked that question.

Did somebody by chance text you that question? You can check my phone. I'm just curious. No, you can absolutely not.

I didn't I have not had one communication with a single person. Not even my producers who are in there this whole time we were here. You want to check my phone? I'm 49 minuteshappy to do it because you're just going to get double embarrassed.

Where's my phone? You want to see it? I'm just curious. Yeah, you can literally do that.

Here you go. PBD, you're the moderator. Take it. Let's see.

See if anyone was texted at all during this debate. All right. About the violent charges or anything. I'm looking through this.

You give me permission. So, I'm looking at to go through my phone. I don't need to cheat. So, the last one has nothing to do with it.

It's just a compliment. Mhm. I haven't even read my text message. That's a compliment.

He's reading them. You're okay. You're giving me permission. I'm just going to read three of them.

So, 11:32 cuz after that, I don't need to read it. Any other texts? Could have been Telegram. Could have been something.

All I have is Signal. You can check that, too. I only have signal. Telegram I used in Russia and that was it.

I downloaded I'll take your word for it. Yeah. I don't I don't need to [clears throat] like I deeply care about this case. I don't need to pretend to know stuff.

care about the case. I just, you know, I have my other question is about the steakhouse receipt. You just said that you were done asking all your questions. So, you know, nothing there there.

I don't Yeah. Do you have the steakhouse receipt is my question? Um, I have said several times that I have I have never said I have the receipt for the steakhouse. I have said the person who's working on that story is going to be forthcoming with the receipt and that was what I was responding to and he then dropped the receipt.

He redacted elements of it and I said stay tuned. He's the one working on that story. Okay. So you you haven't actually confirmed that Robinson was at that steakhouse.

All I did, as I said earlier in this conversation, was I spoke to the owner when when I broke that story. I think it was back in January. I spoke to the owner, understood what had happened um and that there was a receipt. That's it.

That's the extent of what I shared is what happened. Okay. So to be clear, there's no receipt. You I just said the opposite.

I said there there is. Well, you don't have a copy of the receipt. I The receipt was published online. Yeah.

Right. right with blurred out the person working on this story. Yeah, that blurred that out is what I was referring to when I said stay tuned and keep following his stuff because he went to go which do what I hadn't done which was he interviewed the actual server. So there's no evidence that Tyler was at that steakhouse.

I I would say the receipt with his debit card number it would be some hard evidence if that is I agree with that. So that's it. But you're questioning me. But is there as of right now he paid if you're asking me did he pay with a credit or debit card?

The answer is yes. No. No. Is there proof that that was actually his debit card that he paid with?

I think you should follow the person that um is behind that story. Well, the reason I'm asking you is because you always include it in your timeline that he traveled to the steakhouse. Yeah, we've been building a timeline with things that we feel are But is there any actual 1102 approved? I think speaking to the owner knowing that there's a receipt, seeing the receipt uh is good enough to put on our timeline.

But the receipt itself, the question I always had about it is couldn't you just call the merchant? " Yeah, I would I would stay tuned. I I feel that the haven't spoken to the owner that the evidence is compelling enough to put onto my personal timeline of what took place on that day. Uh that's where it's going to stay.

And if it gets debunked, I'm happy to take it off if that's what you mean. That's how an investigation works. Um like I said, I did more than enough. It would definitely pass the test by the Utah 1102 rule for sure.

For certain [laughter] Well, yeah, beyond that because they didn't even have receipts. They were like Bob told me. But the question but the question is the receipt itself. It has not been verified to have been Tyler.

Chapter 1: Start. All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday to everyone except the people who think that we need positive evidence to share our opinions and cannot comprehend why that's patently ridiculous. Like, I I think granola is delicious when I'm pregnant.

Where's your positive evidence for that? We can just say what we think, put ideas together. And as stated yesterday, there must be a sentence handed down from the Court of Candace for Turning Point USA's misdemeanor offense. They ran a fowl of CO code 92784, colluding with debate bro slobs to attack me, violating my personal space, ignoring the rules, having the permanent creep Steven Crowder sneak his CEO into my home to join uh Steven's show from my children's playroom without my consent, without my knowledge.

None of that can be tolerated under the current law that we have on the books. 1 minuteAnd we all know what their punishment is. That's what their punishment always is. I am the magistrate.

Therefore, the judge and the jury, they have been sentenced to what they hate the most. More truth. Welcome back to Candace. Chapter 2: Discussing the cameras from 9/10.

Get ready because it's another big one. It is explosive. We have something to share. It's never been seen.

Our favorite. But first, we have to jog your memory of whence we came. And I want you to lock in and really pay attention to the details. They they matter.

So, I'm going to ask you the question. What was the original moment that made people suspicious of what happened on September 10th? What was the the first thing that you saw online that made your eyebrow raise, so to speak? I would offer that it was when Terrell Farnsworth, Turning Point USA's audio and visual lead, he runs Visual Impulse, was seen taking down the cameras, particularly actually taking down one camera, the camera behind Charlie's head.

And this turned out was less than four minutes after Charlie was hit. We know he went up uh and he recorded himself. He announced that Charlie was dead. He went down and he began removing that camera in particular.

Before anybody knew who he was, people I knew who he was, but the rest of the world just went, "What's going on? Why Why are we violating a crime scene? " And I actually should be honest, unlike the rest of the world, I was not immediately suspicious because I knew Terl. You'll recall this, right?

I reached out to him. " I assumed that there had to be some sort of a reasonable explanation. That conversation took place to remind you on September 18th. Reached out to Terl, got him on the phone, was expecting something simple, and instead it was the phone call itself that made me feel suspicious.

I went to my team, something is wrong. I've gone over this moment to you guys so many times. It's because Terrell was nervous. He was offering me various increasingly bizarre reasons as to why he could not show me the back footage.

People thought maybe the back footage caught the person from a crowd that was, you know, shot Charlie. " Um, and he said he didn't want to share it because he didn't want Erica to see Charlie get hit in 4K. And I said, "Okay, doesn't need to be shared. " And the craziest part of all was him telling me, again, you'll recall because I said this to you right when it happened specifically that he did not know how to send the file to me.

I said, "Just send it to me. I'll watch it. " And I said, "Parl, you run an AV company. " And then he admitted that he did know how to send a file, but he didn't want to do it for fear that Google might hack him.

Go back, watch the episodes. That's what he said. I've got proof that Google might hack him. What?

But you see, it turns out that now we know that Terl lied to me. Terrell's a liar. I sensed it then. Yes, I had an immediate intuition that Terrell was lying to me, that he maybe did know how to send a file, but he wasn't actually fearful that Google might hack him.

They keep telling us our our intuition means nothing, right? But guess what? My intuition and vibe in that matter has been proven correct. It was confirmed when the preliminary hearing took place.

Actually, you may have missed it. I'll slow that down for you. Uh the lead investigator on the case, SBI agent David Hull, explained on the stand, actually um on September 10th, so that would be 8 days before I spoke to Terrell. Actually, on the very day of the assassination, Terrell apparently did know how to send footage.

And he chose to do that via a Google link. He used the very company that he would then tell me 8 days later he was afraid was going to hack him. That makes Terrell a liar. He lied to me.

I don't like when people lie to me. And like I said, there is entirely no dispute that he lied to me about his fear of a Google hack because he actually signed and submitted an 1102 statement to that effect. He was entered in and discussed uh during the hearing. We can show you this statement from Terrell.

Um and it tells us and I'm going to read the first part first that on on September 10th, I Terrell, the first person here, was present at the Turning Point USA Utah Valley University event. Myself and my team were there to provide audio vis video video equipment setup management and support as we had done for Mr. Charlie Kirk for years. Our camera setup consisted of three angles.

An angle directly on Charlie, an angle on the individual asking questions and a wider angle behind Charlie that showed the audience and the crowd reaction. Okay, so a wider angle behind Charlie that showed the audience and the crowd reaction. That day on September 10th, I provided SBI with four videos through a Google Drive. And then you see the link and he tells you what those videos are labeled.

Okay. And then he says, "These videos were um taken by me and my team at the UVU event on September 10th, 2005. These videos as they were provided to SBI are a true and correct representation of what took place at UVU. Okay.

Now, let's understand that first portion first. He says that there are four videos that he sent to them. He says that there are three cameras. I want you to remember which cameras we saw around Charlie generally speaking.

Um, now there is one moving camera that I want to point out which may potentially be the fourth camera uh which was operated by a guy that seemed to be floating from side to side. I'm going to show you that. I'm again assuming this might have been a contractor and maybe Terl got that footage from him and he was going from side to side. You remember him?

U but the more pertinent ones are the three static cameras that he is representing in his statement that he was operating. Here are the here is the diagram of those static cameras, the three shots. Now, we have one to the front left side of Charlie that is being operated by Robert Golo. Um, and um, in theory, I would say that it is actually the camera that is circled in blue right there.

Um, the yellow one is operated by Robert Golo. That's the one that he is going to be facing the person that's asking questions. The one that is in blue is the one that I would say would carry the most critical graphic uplose evidence of Charlie Kirk being shot. Right?

That's the one that was being operated by uh Jordan Wilson. In other words, if I were trying to gather evidence very quickly within minutes of Charlie Kirk being shot, I'd go blue. That's an opinion. I'm saying were I in control of the AV department and I was trying to be useful to police, I'd probably grab that footage as critical evidence.

And then I would grab that footage of what's circled in yellow, which we just discussed. Um, that is, as he described, pointing to the person that's asking questions. We know that that has some rotating capability. I'd probably grab that one second, right?

" One, two. I'm trying to be useful. But that third camera to me, if I'm running this event, is instantly the most irrelevant because A, it's facing downward. B, it's behind Charlie.

And traditionally, in case you're wondering or need reminding, all it showed was a view of what was happening below and around Charlie's feet and captured some audience, right? But not more than the yellow camera is going to capture. The red camera, if you want to capture the audience, you go with the yellow. And the reason why I'm saying traditionally that is what it showed is because there was a massive discovery from YouTuber Nissi when she realized that Terl Farnsworth when he finally did show me the completely non-graphic footage from behind Charlie's head presented to me what appeared to her to be a zoomedin shot from that camera.

This is important that we go back and we revisit what it is that Nissi uh caught about that camera. Take a listen. In this footage that Ter has selectively shared with Candace, we can't see the ground where Charlie had been sitting. " Well, I'll tell you what.

Actually, I'll show [snorts] you what. On February 28th, 2025, the American Comeback Tour did a stop at Florida State University. And here is the back camera shot. On March 3rd, 2025, the American Comeback Tour did a stop at the University of Southern California.

And here is the back camera shot. Here's San Francisco. Here's San Diego, Long Beach, Boise, Idaho, Washington State. Do you notice a pattern?

The camera is a wide angle camera and was always used as such. However, in the footage that Tero has selectively shared with Candace, you cannot see the ground. So, either that day at UVU, they had changed things up and they had zoomed in the camera so that you couldn't see the area around Charlie or Terrell had zoomed in after the fact and he was showing a cropped version of the footage to Candace. Why did Terrell do that?

Now, we've already demonstrated from Terl's 1102 statement that he's willing to lie to me. So, I don't think we can go directly to him and ask that question. We're going to have to continue to prod this narrative on our own to join uh Nissi. She raises an important question.

Did Terrell do this after the fact? When did he do this? because what we learn is compelling from Agent Hull that on September 10th, Terrell did not give them the SD cards. So, we see him, we're gonna show you him race to take down that camera to then take the SD card out of that camera.

And our assumption was that he handed that over to the FBI that was in charge of the investigation. But Hull is going to testify that no, Terl gave them a flash drive. This means that Terl inserted that SD card into a computer and then copied the footage onto a flash drive and similarly created Google links. Even though days later he'd be concerned that Google might hack him.

Initially, he gave them Google links but not the original SD card. Why? Why not hand the direct SD card over to the FBI's lead investigator? I mean, did did Terl think that they were not equipped with knowledge of how to use an SD card?

Even I am and I'm terrible at technology. But let's listen to Agent Hull's testimony because actually it's kind of absurd to consider that. Agent Hull, any more video did you collected or either you or another agent with the SBA? Yes, we were able to collect video.

Um TPUSA had a videographer uh Visual Impulse um who was taking coverage of the event and they provided video to us that they had captured on September 10th of 2025. And do you know who or how that video was collected from Visual Impulse? Yeah, Mr. Farnsworth originally provided, I believe, a flash drive to Lieutenant O'Brien with one of the local agencies.

And a short time after that, on September 10th, he provided um downloadable versions, electronic versions to Agent Mortonson. And um an 11:02 was collected from him on May 6th of 2026. Not the SD card, though. So, when the footage began going viral, the clip of Terl taking down those that camera in particular, people online, I think rightfully speculated that there must have been something really important about that back footage behind Charlie's head specifically.

And then people were gas lit. We were told no, there was nothing unique about that camera. There was nothing unique about that footage in particular. Terrell actually grabbed all of the footage and he did so because people were stealing and people are evil which we then said our common sense went that doesn't really make sense because if he was worried about people stealing like wouldn't he be concerned with the camera it was just the SD card that he took out it was Andrew Kulvette who offered that excuse by the way to Tucker Carlson again would like to remind you here is what he said so Charlie was very well aware of the existence of evil Obviously, you know, there's a By the way, just one other conspiracy theory I just want to snuff out here.

One of our dear friends that literally from the very beginning started with us and loved Charlie like a 15 minutesbrother. He grabbed the SD cards out of the camera afterwards. And there's all these conspiracy videos about why did he grab the SD cards? Well, first of all, they're in the possession of the FBI.

Okay? It's not like he took them and like ran off with them. Second of all, I asked him personally. " And he looked at me and this was his answer.

" O and he did not want that footage being grabbed by somebody. There was videos of people after the incident going and stealing hats off the table. I mean, so I'm so grateful he did that and that that was his instinct. He's like, "I'm depressed to know that that was why I did that, but I knew that I had to protect that footage because I know I wanted I mean, you know, you're recording in like 4K, you know, and so I'm so glad he did that.

It's beautiful. It's really beautiful. " Let me try that again. Because I know people can be evil.

Okay, one more time. I just want to give with as much passion as Andrew did. I took the SD cards because I know people can be evil. Beautiful.

Beautiful. Really, the Academy Award goes to you, Andrew. But you said cards. And what we noticed was that it was card.

It was that one first. It struck me and others as odd. But here is Andrew reinforcing the narrative that this is a conspiracy theory. There was nothing special about that particular footage behind Terl's head.

He was actually worried about all of it. But actually, if you keep reading Terrell's 1102 statement, it flies in the face of what Andrew has said. There was something unique about the footage behind Charlie's head. There had to be something particular about that footage which moved Terl or maybe someone in the FBI, but I I we it's not clear to create 17 minutesa clip out of only the footage behind Terrell's head.

I mean, behind Charlie's head, just that back footage. We're going to read the rest of the statement. Okay. Terrell said, Terrell writes in the statement, and we can pull up that statement if you guys have it.

" So, let me slow that down for you because it's very important. What we are learning is that they had four videos. Go pull that back up, please. And you can split this.

They had four videos in total. And you can bring me in on this just so I can explain this. And of those four videos, they're telling us the length of each of those videos here. One is , another one is , another is , and a fourth one is .

So that I'm guessing assuming represents because this um Charlie got hit very quickly into the event that this represents the full length of all of that footage of the cameras that I showed you. Despite having all of that footage, they decided to clip from the camera behind Charlie's head a a special clip. And that is what Terrell is saying, you know, uh, to I I I believe this is a true representation of the footage that was recorded. Why did they need to clip out the from the full footage of that camera, just a little threeinut clip?

That's the question. Okay. So, we can what we can discern from this is that for whatever reason, of all the camera footage that was provided across four cameras, only one of the four cameras that had footage, they felt they needed to turn into a clip. Like I said, we're not sure if Terl clipped it or if it was SBI that clipped it.

We do know that Terrell was the first to touch that footage, and we do know that the footage wound up clipped. And Terrell is testifying in a statement that from what he can see, it appears to be a true and correct representation of the portion of the larger files. Now, the way that he is phrasing that is interesting, a true and correct representation because it would still be true and correct u it would still be a true and correct representation if it was zoomed in. 4 before um in the courtroom when they were debating.

They got to see zoomed-in footage, but they were like, "This is still a true representation of what happened. " So, Terl is basically saying it's still a true representation. It's plausible that the only reason they would have to clip that out is because it was zoomed in. You would have to create a new clip if you were zooming it in.

You couldn't just run that in the entire content. So, again, I want to underscore what I'm saying to you here, okay? you would have to clip the footage in order to zoom it. I am making the case based on Terrell's 1102 that the footage behind Charlie's head was specifically clipped.

And I'm also going to make the case that contrary to what Andrew Kovat is saying, there was some something special about that footage behind Charlie's head. and terrible belines to it in particular. And he was nervous about that footage in particular because he did not instantly grab all of the SD cards. He grabbed that one and he did it nervously.

That's what people saw. He was looking around to see who was watching him as he took only the SD card from that camera before he disappears behind the tent. Let's watch that together. Here he is.

Here he is. He's taking down the camera alto together. If you're worried about theft, take the whole camera. It's pretty small.

It's in your hand. He doesn't do that. He takes it apart and he takes the SD card out. and he looks around.

He wants to see who's looking at him. And then he looks down at it and he walks around. Chapter 3: Exclusive footage. And we had wondered what did Terrell do when he walked around.

He hasn't addressed any other camera there, just that one. Well, you don't have to wonder what he did anymore because today I can tell you what Terrell did because I've actually known what Terrell did since October. Um, as I was wondering who could be trusted at Turning Point USA and like I said to you instantly, there was a network of government employees that were fighting to get the truth out and wondering who they could trust as well. And um now appears to be the moment to not tell you what Terrell did, but to rather show you and let you draw your own conclusions about whether Terl appeared concerned about anything other than that particular footage.

Okay, here is what Ter did thereafter. seen for the first time. Terl is there. He looks around again nervously and he puts the SD card in his pocket and he zips up.

He doesn't run to the other cameras and try to grab the SD card. Instead, what he does is he whips out his phone and he begins texting with someone. And that's what he does. He's texting with someone to say what?

Who's he texting? What's he saying? If he's just out there fighting evil and worried about securing the footage, why didn't he grab the other SD card or three of them in a row? Who is he in communication with after he grabs that?

Because I got to tell you something, Andrew. Were it me and I was a amongst uh my peers sitting on a jury, I would not accept your narrative that he looks like he's worried about people stealing. Not about the hats, not about the other footage, um not about the cameras. It looks to me like, and again, this is my opinion, it it looks to me like he's completing a task and checking in with someone to say that a task is completed.

Maybe I don't know. I'm open to everything. Maybe there was some police officer who told him to take that footage in particular. I'm told that didn't happen.

And I will say this that when someone demonstrates that they are capable of lying to you, you have a right to take note. And Terrell lied to me. He lied to me about his fears regarding Google. It is therefore my opinion on the basis of basis of everything that we are observing with our eyes.

Everything that I am observing with my two eyes, his mannerisms, um the beline to that footage so quickly within four or five minutes as if that had to be secured. The 11:02 statement where we know that that footage in particular was clipped. I'm I'm speculating because it was zoomed in. The questions that Kathy Netor asked thereafter um things that she asserted about they don't know whether or not that footage was edited.

Your claim that the FBI has it? Why? It's a Utah case. Why would the FBI have the SD cards?

when I observe everything with my eyes again, I don't think they're going to call me for jury duty in Utah, but it demonstrates to me that that footage was prioritized. So now the question is why? It was zoomed in and if Nissi is correct and this was unusual and knew that that footage would be zoomed in, then the only thing that would be accomplished by that sort of a crop and a zoomin would be not showing us what happened below Charlie. But I need that footage.

I'm being sued by Brian Harpole. I'm going to need that footage. I'm going to trace that footage and to be able to understand the custody of that footage and whether or not as Kathy Netor is asking it was edited before it 26 minuteswas given um via Google link or via a flash drive to the FBI. And I'm genuinely asking questions here, but why did Terl tell me that he spoke with Erica about that footage specifically?

Again, he was lying a lot on that phone call. I don't So, I can't assert that he was telling the truth, but I do know and I have proof that that's what he told me. And why did Turning Point USA gaslight us about the significance of the footage? Now, we can read the case and see that there was something about that footage that required something different than the other cameras and the other videos that were running.

Significant enough for the FBI to create a specialized clip from it or Terl to create a specialized clip from it. Why continually gaslight the public into believing otherwise? Pretending there's nothing interesting there. Carol just violated a crime scene to secure it because he was worried about evil because people can be evil.

Is the SD card still in his right pant pocket? Andrew, Carol, anybody? You say it was given to the FBI. Okay.

Well, why state crime? The FBI under the law is allowed to assist, but they don't have jurisdiction over the crime over the state. In all practicality, the FBI should have been handed the SD card and then if they wanted to, they could have handed it off to the FBI, but that should have been the flash drive copy. Anyway, I'm going to continue to think while it's still legal to do so.

Um, and I'm certain the internet will join me in that exercise. We'll be right back after a brief break.

Chapter 4: Former CIA officer questions FBI involvement. So many things that I know. And um I think the the biggest thing is don't send a slob to my house and don't do that. Please don't do that again.

Especially when I am pregnant with a boy. Um it's deeply upsetting to me. It's unnecessary. Andrew, Erica in particular, um you guys are really starting to partner with people who are interested in trying to psychologically uh go after me and my family, torment us, publishing things about my children's cars and the vehicles that they travel in.

I I think you should stop doing that. If I could just put something in the suggestion box, just just call off the dogs or don't and we can keep having fun. Anyway, um speaking of this totally inappropriate chain of custody, the FBI uh jumping on the case like cowboys, it's not that's not how this works. Actually, they are supposed to be um used because your tax dollars pay for these things when there is a case that obviously uh violates federal law.

If it's happening on federal property, you don't get to have cowboy cashel just go, I'm just gonna come and bring everybody with me and take over the whole case and evidence. Yes. Uh the State Bureau of Investigations, as you saw, can reach out to the FBI and help ask them to assist with certain testing and things of that nature, but the custody goes FBI and then FBI. So why the FBI interjected so quickly is in and of itself kind of a conspiracy.

There was a man named John Kirao who is a former CIA officer who had a conscience back in 2007 during the quote unquote war on terror. He became a terror. he became a government whistleblower about um how some of the terrorists were um being tortured. Anyway, John Kuraku went on to the Danny Jones podcast and here is what he had to say about the FBI's involvement in the Charlie Kirk case.

Why is the FBI involved in this? Charlie Kirk was killed in Utah by a kid from Utah who left his house in Utah, drove to the university in Utah and allegedly shot Charlie Kirk. Nobody ever crossed a state line. There's literally nothing in this case that would make it federal unless there was a conspiracy in which case it would be a federal case and the FBI would be involved.

" Like, really? Is that just what it is? Because offering your expertise means sticking stuff in a FedEx and sending it to Utah so they can do with it what they want. Or maybe you put one FBI, you know, lab person at their disposal.

Mhm. You don't have the FBI director fly out there with a with a plane load of FBI agents. It's not a federal case. I don't understand.

He is correct. This is unusual and you have a right to feel that this is very suspicious. You have a right to ask questions as I demonstrated um in my back forth with Andrew Wilson. you have a right to look at this and go, "Hey, it's very strange that Cash Patel apparently shut down um Joe Kent who wanted to investigate whether or not there are foreign ties.

" You gaslight them and say you have no you have no positive evidence. " And then we had Turning Point USA who's upset with the person who wanted to investigate those ties but not upset with Cash Patel going to events with Cash Patel. Dressed up your buddy buddy. People are starting to notice that all of this does feel and look like a conspiracy.

Were the players involved? We don't know. Uh but as I said as um they were intentionally trying to trip me into a lawsuit. You can see they're all salivating for me to be sued.

Turning point sewer. Turning point sew her. Turning point sewer. Take her money.

Take her money. Shut her down. Bankrupt her. Charlie Kirk got killed and she cares and she won't let it go.

Bankrupt her. Bankrupt her. Okay. Chapter 5: Joe Rogan discusses the case on his show.

Well, guess what? People are taking notice of that being odd as well. You're going after the people who are investigating it and you're becoming increasingly more vicious in how you do it. You are spending a lot of money to do it.

You are lying on record, getting caught in lies and then gaslighting us by saying you don't have a right to recognize those li you recognize those lies. You have no right to recognize those lies. It's demonic for you to notice them. It's not working.

And this is this has gone mainstream obviously um and it is being discussed on the biggest platforms in the world whether that's Shawn Ryan or more recently Joe Rogan who had a laugh alongside his guests Mark Normand, Shane Gillis and Ari Schaefer as they were discussing the Tyler Robinson case and the odd and increasingly odd public relations campaign that is surrounding ing Erica Kirk. Take a listen. I get it. Wearing that mask for a little bit though, I genuinely both Duncan and I both gained respect for the furries.

Yeah, but then they shoot the president. Nah, I don't know if that guy a furry. No, he loved a furry. Oh, he loved a furry.

So, yeah, but I'm not even sure if that's true. The more the more time goes on, the more I'm leaning towards Candace Owens. I don't think any story that you hear in the news is accurate. I think there's always none or spin on it at least.

There's always some spin. But whatever the spin is, whatever the spin is about Tyler Robinson, there's some to it. I don't know how much of how much of his but there's some bull. One of the more recent is they found a photo that they were saying was Tyler Robinson, but then people noticed that the the because he's real thin.

People noticed that the cars in the background, the proportions were distorted, and then they realized that what they had done was taken a guy who's like much wider than Tyler Robinson and shrunken the perspective. Really? Yep. Yep.

And then when you see him for what he really looks like, you're like, "Oh, there's no way that's that guy. " Like, no. Shifting. No.

No. They they changed like you look at the hood of the cars behind him. They're all like that. Now, who is that guy?

What guy? Tyler Robinson. He was the guy who supposedly shot Charlie Kirk. Kirk.

Yeah. Not Not the president. Did you ever see Juski's uh America Kirk? Yeah.

I thought it was threatening him. They were going to sue him for that. I don't know. It was funny.

would have been the best thing that ever happened to him. When he came out, he starts doing cartwheels and with white face on. [laughter] White face. 37 minutesHe's killing that guy.

Every video kills when he goes to NASCAR. Unbelievable. Funny dude. Funny dude.

People that got upset with that. Shut up. I know. You don't think it's weird the lady comes out to sparkers behind her?

You're out of your That's insane. I know. You don't think someone can make fun of that? She walks out like Randy Orton [laughter] Goldberg coming out.

She's going out like Undertaker. The queen wore black for 80 years. Crazy. In interview she dresses like like Seal Team Six.

She's all blacked out with like a black hat and everything. She's serious, bro. She's serious. Are cool.

She's serious. [laughter] You just have to love guy chat. just that's exactly exactly how everyone is speaking behind the scenes and you just have to love Joe Rogan for having the courage to just have a boy chat publicly which everyone's relating to and laughing to except for Turning Point USA because this has been their PR strategy this bizarre strategy to go after the comedians for noticing to go after people for noticing for trying to entrap them into lawsuits by by sending D-list debater bros who know nothing about the case for trying to investigate the case. I it's it's it's backward.

The best thing that they could have done would have been to say and do nothing for at least a year rather than partnering with Charlie's enemies. Uh saying that his friends were enemies and uh that his enemies were friends. Uh it none of this is making any sense. And we have now reached peak comedy with people now just leaning into it and mocking it.

And somehow they continued to go after me as if I were not here, this conspiracy would somehow stop. I'd like to remind everybody I was the last to comment publicly about the strange behavior of Erica Kirk and I only weighed in beginning in December when she went on to a press tour and explicitly shared something that was untrue that the night before Charlie was not sending messages saying that he feared for his life. So, we are to believe that Charlie did not share his fear with his wife at all the night before. When she says he was just so excited to do what he's always done, so excited to go to UVU, he couldn't sleep.

Maybe he couldn't sleep because he thought he was going to be killed. That that makes more sense to me. Never known Charlie to to not sleep over a tour stop of a place that he's already been. I just it just this is not a thing.

But maybe he down the line just became so excited about going to tour stops that he couldn't sleep, was eating in the middle of the night. It's not adding up. Anyway, another video I want to show you. Yesterday I was telling you about this account at whereforbidden.

They are just brilliant. Chapter 6: WearForbidden's new hilarious video. I mean, talk about somebody who has the creative force within them. They have dropped a new Erica Kirk video and it might be my favorite.

I don't know. It's hard to tell. Uh, take a listen. Erica, what are you doing out here?

Shabbat shalom. I choose you. Pickle pup. Positive evidence.

Oh, you've got to be kidding me. Positive evidence. Pickle Puff attack. Positive evidence.

Positive evidence. Pickle Puff, do something. Positive evidence. This was a terrible investment.

Positive evidence. Who is that Pokemon? It's Shapiro. [laughter] It's just absolutely brilliant stuff.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant stuff. The comedy that is coming out right now, again, like I said, uh we have reached critical mass with this self with with this. And so setting up these influencers and wasting money doesn't work. just sit down, have a full conversation.

I mean, it's just so easy. Like I said, there obviously, not just could be, there are likely a ton of things that we have gotten wrong as we have pursued this investigation. Um, and I'm saying when I say we, I'm referring to all of the investigators, independent investigators, whether that be Nissi, Baron Coleman, uh, Ian Carol, uh, you know, Coach Colin. Sure, I'm sure we have made some errors, but we did not make them knowingly.

and we wish to correct them if we did make them. And the best way to solve this is to just sit down and be honest. You know, I actually taught a great lesson yesterday or or last week in my debate when we turned Andrew Wilson by the end of it into a conspiracy theorist who thought that I was receiving text messages on my phone uh to remind me of what the charges were and then thought that I must have been receiving them through Signal or through Telegram. What did I do?

At first, I said I said, "Here's my phone. If there's no conspiracy, there's no conspiracy. Transparency is the best way to debunk any and every conspiracy, if that's what you call them, alternative theories. Um, I demonstrated that.

You have nothing to hide. You have nothing to hide. So, I don't understand why Turning Point won't engage in that by just sitting down and having Erica answer every possible question about what happened on that day. Uh, Andrew Kovette, Blake Nef, here's my phone.

Here you go. This is what happened. Here's where I was. We're not getting that.

And the longer that it takes and then when you choose to finally spread share some daylight, um, you pick Andrew Wilson and you give him a text message. Never before seen, by the way. It's still never before seen because we haven't seen it. He's teasing it.

I can't wait. Another little trap. I can't wait for that text message to be publicized. I'm so glad just even knowing that it exists, that it was in Andrew's hand, that's already helpful for me.

and we will take a brief break and I will come back and respond to some of your questions and comments.

Chapter 7: Comments. Okay. Top comment from yesterday's episode.

Top comments. There's three of them. Uh K. " [laughter] I actually have to do that.

That is hilarious. " Indeed. Indeed, it is. Trillion writes, "This debate is positive evidence that Turning Point USA has terrible PR.

Overwhelmingly, I am overwhelmed that it is positive evidence that their PR strategy has just been an open andsh shut disaster from start to finish. You just it's it's unbelievable. They cannot stop blundering. Comments from today's episode.

The one you feed writes Candace, please make sure that they did not do a BB and leave a bug in your house. First off, the zone that they were in is not a place that we are regularly other than when we actually film the show. And secondly, of course, George has already had the house swept for bugs. That was like the first thing he did, especially when we learned the Steven Creeper uh and crew were here.

Alicia Switzer writes, "Ian Carol did a great reaction video, , and it was great. Kudos to him for calling the BS as we all saw it and stopping to call it out. I can't wait to get my new second favorite shirt. Stay amazing.

We will continue supporting you. " I actually saw just clips of him and I've shared some of them and they're hilarious. And I do want to um when I have time this weekend watch his reaction video cuz I so many people have said that it was absolutely amazing. So shout out to Ian Carol for that.

And yes, you can support us. We do have this is my second favorite shirt available on the website merch. com as we have learned if you are going to commit a crime, please wear your second favorite shirt. So please wear this shirt in particular.

Uh buy it, wear it, do crime, but be smart. Don't wear your favorite shirt cuz it's just not a good idea. Um, and of course it is in maroon. And uh, we also have the shirts and the mugs from our debate classic.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you. Amazingly, he is still asking questions. He does not comprehend it. He does not comprehend hearsay.

And the Crucible account is now um, getting fact checks. What do you call community notes on X? Because they're like, right here it says that they spoke to the mom. uh look at this warrant, the the the uh probative uh cause, the probable cause warrant, and Twitter just had to come in and explain to him, no, this this is not a direct quotation from the mom.

This is an officer that is signing a probable cause warrant. He can't just he's had days and he still cannot comprehend this. So, we are really hoping that Andrew Wilson will be able to understand it. We have we are done explaining it.

It is now on him, incumbent upon Andrew Wilson, to do his best to sit down and understand why we are saying he is a hypocrite for allowing the courts to do what he says that we can't, which is to take a look at evidence and to infer upon it. He just doesn't get it, man. It's just not all there. James Gray writes, "The fact that a womanhating man paid 300K to be dogwalked by a woman is insane.

Congrats, Candace. " Thank you. Thank you so much. Like I said, I am very proud of myself because I knew that it was Turning Point's horse.

Even just them saying we we have nothing to do with him and then his opening statement, it just is incredible. It's like there's just not a brain cell split uh between Erica and Andrew Kovette and Blake Nef. Like obviously it's not a good idea. Like give yourselves some plausible dability.

" I would like everybody as a homework assignment to practice that in the mirror. I just the way he did it was it was compelling. Good performance. Didn't give me Denzel Washington, but I I think that he put in a good effort.

And I think my third one was good. Like a little bit off to the side because people can be evil. That's good. I'm I'm warming up there.

" Yeah, that was the obvious focus. Israel and America, which then puts a spotlight on Israel and America? " Why can't they comprehend that? Why is everyone's social IQ so low as to not realize that if you keep pushing the it's not Israel though, right?

It's not Israel. Then people go, "Maybe it's Israel. It's weird. " His opening statement, he starts talking about Israel.

Why? [laughter] This is just a weird thing for you to do. Look, if his if he had proven the uh debate claim, his debate claim that there was overwhelming evidence that Tyler Robinson did this, he would naturally then absolve Israel from any guilt. Well, he didn't want to do that.

He wanted to absolve Israel from any guilt without having to prove his statement. Weird focus. " [laughter] It's very funny. Um, okay, I'll tell you one thing.

It's just, uh, I don't like having to give out these punishments and sentencing people to more truth, but this is just the way things work. Um, in the court of law here in my court, my house, where I am the magistrate and I reign supreme. You can't be doing that. You can't just be bringing people with just no type of values, no type of decorum.

Uh people whose wives act like a Jerry Springer episode uh waiting to happen like make you beg to bring my back on air. You just it can't be like this turning point. You're you're scraping too hard at the bottom of that barrel right now. Anna writes, "If the text said that he feared the left was going to take him out, why would Joe Kent Why wouldn't Joe Kent need that message?

Make it make sense? These people endlessly contradict themselves. Keep going, Max. " Of course, if he was handing messages that hand messages over as he was uh of people that Charlie felt threatened by or anything that could be significant, that would have been the first message that was handed over.

And certainly, they would have expressed it publicly that Charlie was fearful that the left was going to kill him the night before. Instead, they denied it for four months and then had Erica deny it on Glenn Beck or rather stayed mum on it for four months and then had Erica deny it on Glen Glenn Beck. " Suspicious timeline in my opinion. I'm allowed to have an opinion.

Joey D. " I'm going to put random things in the timeline now because I just know how angry they are about the timeline. Like, they're all just like, "Why is it in your timeline? " I'm just going to be like, "Candice went to Whole Foods.

No evidence needed. Candace went to the went to the farmers market. Like just put we're going to start putting just random little tricky stuff in the timeline. Um and see who has a heart attack about it on X.

It's my timeline. It's my timeline. It's a weird strange reason to question me about my timeline which I take great pride in. And I saw people commenting going Candace I didn't even think this is like another level.

I had mentioned that I even organize my fridge and that it says like, you know, sauces. I use my little maker and it says sauces and dairy and things in those side compartments. And then we have little turntable trays inside of the fridge. Yeah, go Max.

Organize. Get to the container store and do that. 53 minutesShout out to the suburban moms who just need it. When you have a lot of kids, you got to be organized like this.

Like I organize their clothes. It's just it's so freeing. Feels so good to be organized. So I will be darned if anybody thinks that they're going to come for my timeline and I'm not going to stand up for myself.

Me and Ashley worked hard on that timeline. Right, Ashley? Yes, we did. And we were pretty fired up when he she almost came in from that things almost got physical when he addressed the timeline, but I kept my composure.

Like I I was I was I was ready to knock him out. I'm going to be honest with you, but I didn't do that. Golf. Mrs.

Ca Cadence. Cadence. I think you meant to write Candace. Oh, golf mommy spelled m a mi.

Uh, side note, I was listening to Kanye this weekend and came across the song Stars. Now, I was expecting to hear All right, you guys. My heart raced. Lol.

You have good taste in music. Thank you very much. That is our intro uh our intro. I wish he had made that a full song.

It really is just an intro, which is unfortunate. But yes, I absolutely love Yay. I love uh just who he was and how hard he fought for himself. You know, I love the song Power, the different phases of his life and recognizing how much you have to fight for custody of your own soul once you make it.

And that is why I love the song Power so much because I feel like I've gotten to a place where they expect you to sell your soul. And I don't want to do that. Not to the highest bidder, not to anyone. And that has been the reason why I am focused on this case because Charlie was my friend.

And what has happened here is unacceptable. And what turning point has become is unacceptable uh in my opinion. Anyway you guys we will see you tomorrow. [music]

Transcript

Chapter 1: Intro All right, guys. Welcome in. [clears throat] Welcome in. Welcome in.

I have some homework for the internet sleuths out there. I got to know where Tyler Robinson was on the evening of September 8th. That is your homework. Where was Tyler Robinson on the evening of September 8th? That will make more sense to you as the show moves on.

We've got a lot to discuss today. We have a lot to discuss today. First, a massive drop by the Principal of the video of Terrell Farnsworth being Shady Terrell. Shady Terrell. Not content with Hollywood C-level movie acting. No, no, no. He is now Shady Terrell shoving stuff in his pants. Shoving stuff in his pants while he should be worried about his friend and slain leader Charlie Kirk.

Guys, we have a trove of newly discovered search warrants, and we're going to roll through some of them tonight. And as we roll through some of those, we're going to learn some facts about the case we didn't know. Things that did not come up during the preliminary hearing. Things that did not come up during the discussions sone of the fed sloppers have tried to rub these things in our face. I'm not sure anyone even knew these things existed. Uh, weird things, frankly. What kind of items was in one of Tyler Robinson's backpack, for example? Well, we'll find out. What kind of weapon was Tyler Robinson carrying when he went home? Well, we'll find that out as well. There's a lot in these search warrants.

So, if you are in the mood for an exciting show, you'll only be required to use the very front edge of your seat. The rest of the seat will get the night off. The rest of the seat's going to get the night off. The back, you won't need it. you won't need it, because we've got a lot to cover today.

I will also tell you I feel terrible. I don't know if you see how pale I am. I'm sick. I don't know if I'm sick, or I'm just like coming down. We moved my son to college yesterday. Mrs. Coleman and I shared a few tears on the way home. It was an emotional event. It was an emotional moment. And I'm just so proud of him. I'm so proud of him. I really genuinely am. He's a wonderful, brilliant child. And it was just a bittersweet moment having to drive away, and watch him drive away, because we met in a Lowe's parking lot. You can't park on campus, so we had to meet at a Lowe's parking lot. And he went one way, and we went the other, and it was a sad moment. It was a sad moment. And then I slept poorly because of it, and I woke up with a headache, and it has not gone away all day no matter what I've done. And now I'm starting to feel that like full body flu-like symptoms where your eyes feel hot, and your shoulders are cold, and your skin feels pale and flush. So bear with me. Bear with me.

I say all that to say there's a possibility that I will skim more quickly through the super chats than normal. It depends on how I feel at the end of the night. Let's just get through the show, see how we feel, and then we'll rock and roll at that point. And see how we're going to go.

I am going to skip the opening tonight. I had an opening ready to go. I'll just run that tomorrow. The reason being I want to spend a considerable amount of time on this content, because I think what we're going to cover tonight is pretty explosive frankly, if I do say so myself.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. I almost forgot to tell you. I learned something last night. Remember how I reported the one-year party that TPUSA was going to throw at Utah Valley University on September 10th was off? It had been cancelled. BYU had reported in their student paper, or one of their student papers, that the party was canceled. UVU had pulled the plug. I learned last night it may in fact be back on. So because of that, we have made our "Decoy" shirts available, for purchase at realbaronpodcast.com. It is a beautiful shirt, an absolutely beautiful shirt, designed by Nurse Casey. I'll pull up a picture of it, and let you see it. It is probably one of my favorite pieces of merch we've ever come up with. It is right here, and it is spectacular. It is real, and it is spectacular. Who does not want a maroon decoy shirt? Currently at $17. Our merchant is trying to force us to raise the prices. Thus far, we have been successful in resisting. That will not probably last forever. At some point, they're going to pull the plug on us if we don't raise our prices.

Uh, I think they want us to go to like $21 or something. So if you want it for $17, now's your chance. I have no idea when that forced raise is going to come through, but we're doing our best to keep everything affordable, as affordable as they'll allow us to do it. So, there it is. The decoy shirt, maroon, is there. It's there. They've been moving like hot cakes all day. They've been moving like hot cakes all day.

All right, I want to jump into some of this stuff because it is somewhat explosive. Somewhat explosive.

Do you guys remember what Tyler Robinson was wearing allegedly while he was at UVU, and then later when he was at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. He was wearing gray Converse sneakers, and he was wearing a hurly hat, a blue hurly hat. If you don't remember, I will refresh your recollection now. We've got a clip of this here. This is going to become important as we look at the search warrants here in just a moment.

Here is the alleged Tyler Robinson. We say alleged, because for some reason they have hours of footage of him at the sheriff's office, and we only get to see his back for about six seconds.

Davis, who are we seeing here?

That's Tyler Robinson.

And although we are watching it on video, what is he wearing at this time?

He's wearing a dark colored baseball cap with maybe the hurting symbol on it, like a white symbol on front. It's a burgundy short sleeve shirt

Sir, it's maroon. No one calls that burgundy. Come on. How long have you been following this case?

Graphics. It's blue jeans and gray and white tennis shoes. I believe they're Converse style tennis shoes.

So, there you have it. That's what he was wearing when he rolled into the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Well, why is that important? Well, because we know for a fact that the clothing he was wearing was taken from him. We know the clothing was taken from him when he was in police custody. Again, don't believe me. I don't have to be the one to tell you everything. You can hear from Christopher Bagley himself. Officer Bag Boy, take it away.

But that was the only thing that was taken from him at that time.

I started a second or two late, but trust me, they took his clothes. [laughter] They took his clothes and his cell phone.

So, we have a search warrant of Tyler Robinson's apartment. And in it, you will find that we have some new information. Check out what was taken from Tyler Robinson's apartment. So, we know he had his gray Converse sneaks with him. We know he had his Hurly ball cap with him. Obviously, one of his favorite maroon shirts. So, what all did they gather from this apartment? Well, let's take a sneak peek here.

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, State and Federal investigators obtained information from the Statewide Information Analysis Center (SIAC) detailing an address associated with Tyler Robinson--the address is an apartment located at [DELETE], St. George, which is listed as being owned by Jerry Twiggs, who is the parent of Lance Twiggs, who is the boyfriend of Tyler Robinson. Tyler Robinson's mother confirmed in an interview her son lived in an apartment on [DELETE]. Additional information obtained from the interview conducted by FBI special agent Lange with Lance Twiggs indicated that Tyler Robinson left a handwritten letter underneath a computer keyboard at the River Road residence for Lance. According to FBI Special Agent Lange, Lance told him that the letter said something to the effect he had shot at Charlie Kirk and that he was going to take it. In addition, according to FBI Special Agent Lange, Lange claimed that he does not know where that letter is currently.

It is believed that the address on [DELETE] is the primary residence of Tyler Robinson. Through my training and experience, it is common for firearm owners to store ammunition, firearms, firearms, firearm accessories in areas that are under their immediate control, such as their residence or vehicle. Based on my training and experience, people will generally change their clothes and store personal effects at their residence, to include items such as sunglasses, clothing, and backpacks. It is also believed that the letter which Tyler Robinson wrote to Lance may still be inside the [DELETE] residence.

This affidavit has been reviewed by David Sturgill of the Utah County DA Office, and it has been approved for presentation to the court.

WHEREFORE, your affiant prays that a Search Warrant be issued for the seizure of said items in the daytime.

That's interesting. That's interesting.

Well, here we get a copy of everything they took from the house.

Hurley hat, computer tower, grey converse shoes swith white laces, astronaut web camera, documents, HP VR headset in box, Old Navy jeans, Levi jeans, magazine and holster cartridges, blue folder with documents, six pairs of blue jeans, computer tower, black journal, notebook, school ID cards, S&W pistol box, notebook, sunglasses, notebook, leather journal, two boxes Remington 30-06 cartridges, plastic bag (five 30-06 cartridges, one etched "test shot", 15 cartridges, empty plastic Ruger gun box, S&W magazines, revolver and holster, passport, .22 Henry rifle, .22 Winchester rifle, .22 Rossi long rifle, HP Stream tablet, boxes of ammunition, stick with electronics, three notebooks, dremel tool, ipad, backpack. Macbook Air laptop, hard drive cellphone with raspberry pie, converse shoes with grey laces, USB on backpack, targets, SD card, burnt note found in trash, buccal swabs (Lance Twiggs, Matthew Robinson, and Amber Robinson).

We've got a Hurley hat. So, there's a backup hurly hat. Have you ever seen somebody so many hurly hats in your entire life? Gray Converse shoes with white laces. Now, we know Tyler had a pair of gray Converse shoes with white laces on allegedly. Those were taken from him at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. They were not put back in his room before the search warrant was executed. We know Lance had a pair of gray Converse shoes with gray laces. That is not those. These are grey Converse shoes with white laces. And then you got a webcam, all this other stuff here. And so now after the preliminary hearing, we had the idea that there were actually three pairs of grey Converse shoes in the apartment, two apparently with white laces, only one with gray laces.

Well, why is that important? Because all this time we've believed that it couldn't possibly be Lance Twiggs's shoes all over campus that day because Lance Twiggs's shoes had grey laces. But now we learn there was actually a spare pair. There was actually an extra pair of grey Converse shoes with white laces at the residence. How convenient.

Side note, how excited are they to own grey Converse shoes? I mean, it's ridiculous how many pairs of grey Converse shoes they owned. I mean, I own a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors, but he had two blue hurly hats and two pair of grey Converse shoes with white laces. Who has that? Branch out a little bit, guy. Live around a little bit.

But think about it. You've got two pairs of grey Converse shoes with white laces. And so therefore, if we see a gentleman walking around on campus with grey Converse shoes and white laces, we cannot rule out that it wasn't someone else that had access to a pair of grey Converse shoes with white laces. Huh. Interesting. Interesting. That's an old warrant. That's just new information that we've gleaned after the preliminary hearing.

Now, we now have what I think is a pretty wild search warrant. We have the search warrant of Tyler Robinson's mom's house and his dad's house. We've redacted the addresses. No private information here. But I want to roll through this because it actually provides some pretty wild detail about what was going on. Here's the affidavit for the search warrant on the premises known as blank. That's the address.

The undersigned affiant, Detective MICHAEL GEORGE CARLE of Utah County Sheriff's Office, upon an oath or written affidavit subscribed under criminal penalty, declares:

That your affiant has reason to believe:

THAT

On the premises known as [DELETE], further described as The home is a single family home located on [DELETE]. The home faces South on has gray stucco siding. The home features a 3 car garage with light gray doors, The garage is on the East side of the home and has 3 windows about the garage. To the left of the garage doors are the numbers [DELETE] written in black numbers. The front door is to the west of the garage and is led to be a sidewalk. There is a shed to the north-east of the home in the back yard:

In the City of Washington, County of Utah, State of Utah, there is now certain property or evidence described as:

Smith & Wesson M&P pistol and holster, as well as anything related to the rifle used in this shooting, firearm components used dto alter the rifle barrel or other components, ammunity, specifically 30-6 ammunition that is relevant to that involved in the shooting, and gunsmithing or engraving tools related to this investigation. Search warrant does not authorize law enforcement to seize any firearm in the home but rather the pistol described and any other component/equipment that is directly related to the rifle used in the shooting.

Photographs of the exterior and interior of the house, and videos of the extgerior and interior of the house. Any trace/forensic evidence and physical evidence that is located inside and/or on the residence. Trace/forensic evidence may include but not be limited to fingerprints, hair, fibers, and biological fluids such as blood. Physical evidence may include but not be limited to receipts, documents, clothing, backpacks, electronic devices, recorded data, video/photographic surveillance and identification cards. Any other items,, clothing, material, or shoes in the house that may contain evidence related to the homicide investigation.
- Page 1 of 7 Search Warrant No. 3213511 -

Specific clothing items include the following: a blue colored hat, sunglasses, a long sleeve black shirt with a picture of an American flag and an eagle printed on the shirt, dark colored jeans, and white/gray shoes with white colored shoelaces (the shoes appear to be consistent with Chuck Taylor/Converse style shoes).

and that said property or evidence:

There is now certain property or evidence described as a Smith and Wesson M&P pistol and holster. Well, did we know we were looking for a Smith and Wesson M&P pistol and holster this whole time? No, I did not. As well as anything related to the rifle used in the shooting, firearm components used to alter the rifle barrel or other components, ammunition, specifically 30-6 ammunition relevant to that involved in the shooting, gunsmithing or engraving tools related to the investigation. Then they got photographs of the home that they were looking for, trace evidence that they were looking for, any other clothing or biologic evidence, specific clothing items, a blue colored hat, yet another blue colored hat. This is the things they're looking for. Sunglasses, a long sleeve black shirt with a picture of American flag and an eagle printed on the shirt, dark colored jeans, white gray shoes with white colored laces. Could there be a fourth pair at the parents house? We'll find out at the bottom. Shoes appear to be consistent with Chuck Taylor Converse style shoes.

So, I want to go over something here real quick. Let me pull this out. I've got to point this out because it's a little unusual in my opinion. Nearly all of these new search warrants we've discovered that we're going to look at tonight came from the same officer. And this isn't just any old patrol officer. This is an officer with a deep history of tracking perverts. Now, there's going to be more than one pervert story tonight. One of the stories is this officer. And I'm not claiming he's a pervert. I don't know if he's a pervert. I have no evidence he's a pervert. But how do you know someone's a pervert till you find out? But he tracks perverts. He works in the sensual crimes departments of the various law enforcement agencies. That's how he was brought up. That's his training.

And if you go over the training section, his experience section here, you'll find out there's an unusual emphasis on this.

OFFICER TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

I am currently assigned to teh Special Victims Unit for the Utah County Sheriff's Office. I have been through the POST training academy and have been trained and certified as a Utah Peace Officer since April 2015, starting with Lehi Police Department for 6 years which consisted of approximately 3 years on patrol with another approximately 2 and a half years in the special victim's unit. I then moved to work for the Utah County Sheriff's Office and in my first 3 years there, I was assigned to the law enforcement patrol unit. In my time on patrol, I have investigated a wide variety of cases including DUI's, drugs, domestic violence, thefts, frauds, assaults, sex offenses, crimes against children as well as undercover work within the special victim's unit and as part of the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force. During my time as a police office, I have been trained and certified as a drug recognition expert and have done dozens of drug evaluations. I have had several DUI arrests both involving alcohol and drugs.

While working for Lehi Police Department in the special victim's unit I worked crimes against children with an emphasis in online sex crimes. I was a task force officer with the FBI Child Exploitation Task force and started working with them in February 2018 through the rest of my time with Lehi PD. During that time, I have worked and been part of hundreds of arrests for online crimes against children. I have also been the lead detective on several sex crimes, property crimes, and all manner of crimes against people, such as attempted homicide.

I am currently assigned to the Special Victims Unit (SVU) with the Utah County Sheriff's Office and am primarily assigned to work cybercrimes involving the sexual exploitation of minors. During my time as a sworn officer, I have investigated thousands of cases which have led to successful convictions in the court system. I have been trained as a forensic interviewer and have been to several interview and interrogation trainings and applied what has been taught in my investigations. As an SVU detective I have investigated several cases involving the sexual exploitation of children, online enticement of children and even homicide. In my current assignment I am investigating online crimes against children. I have also attended and completed the training at the ICAC bootstrap academy. I have since

been approached by the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and was reinstated as a Task Force officer with them. My experience in investigations has been refined and is continually improving as I further my career.

I have investigated, domestic violence cases, stalking cases, and many cases involved in threats both in person and online through emails, texts, and social media. I have investigated homicides, attempted murder, aggravated assault, electronic communication harassment and similar offices. In my career, personal life, and experience, I have learned that people store a wide range of material on their cell phones. I have learned that when people are threatened, there is often a record of those threats on their phones. This record may take the form of screenshots of public or private communications like social media posts, cached websites, records of websites, social media, and other apps which show content accessed by the user: personal notes, emails, texts, and other communications which describe the threats the user has received to others like loved ones, associates and people who can help protect the threatened person.

I have investigated cases where surveillance footage has captured images of suspects, crimes, and evidence. Many businesses have video surveillance systems which have been helpful in identifying the facts of the cases I have investigated and the identities of witnesses and suspects.

On September 10, 2025, Charles James Kirk was at the Utah Valley University (UVU) campus in Orem, Utah, for a political event. Mr. Kirk is a conservative political activist who was scheduled to speak at an event in the courtyard area on the UVU campus. The courtyard area is to the west of the Losee Center bulding. According to video recordings, Charles was wearing a white T-shirt and dark pants, sitting under a white canopy in a courtyard of the campus facing to the east. Charles was holding a microphone and speaking to a crowd. While speaking into the microphone, a loud gunshot was heard at approximately 1223 hours, and Charles appeared to have been hit in the neck. Blood was seen coming out of the left side of his neck as he fell over to his left. Charles was transported to the Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem. Charles was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Charles' body was transported to the Office of the Medical Examiner, where an autopsy was performed on the body. According to information obtained from the police officer who attended the autopsy, Sergeant Barrett with the Utah State Bureau of Investigation, Dr. Guarjado with the Office of the Medical Examiner concluded the autopsy and explained that he was going to certify that Charles Kirk's cause of death was a homicide caused by a gunshot wound.

Investigators reviewed the Utah Valley University surveillance cameras. While reviewing the surveillance cameras, investigators observed an individual on the rooftop of the Losee Center building on the UVU campus at the time of the shooting. Over the course of this investigation, investigators were able to later identify this individual as Tyler James Robinson and will hereafter, be referred to as "Robinson". Based on surveillance camera footage, Robinson appears to be a white male with dark colored chair, wearing a blue colored hat, sunglasses, a long sleeve black shirt with a picture of an American flag and an eagle printed on the shirt, dark colored jeans, and white/gray shoes with white colored shoelaces (the shoes appear to be consistent with Chuck Taylor/Converse style shoes). Robinson is also carrying a dark colored backpack on his back. Robinson walks with a distinctive gait. Prior to the shooting, Robinson appears to walk with a stiff right leg and at a relatively slow pace. Robsinon's ability to bend his right leg appears to be restricted. The Investigators were able to track Robinson's movements on the UVU campus, starting at approximately 1150 hours on 9/10/2025.
-Page 3 of 7 Search Warrant No. 3213511-

At approximately 1150 hours, a UVU surveillance camera first captured Robinson walking across a grassy area north of Campus Drive at approximately 800 West. Robinson walks south through the parking lot and approaches a pedestrian tunnel that runs underneath Campus Drive. Robinson pauses briefly before entering the tunnel. Before entering the tunnel Robinson pauses at the top of the stairs and pulls out what appears to be a cellphone from his right pocket using his right hand at approximately 1153 hours. Robinson eventually puts what appears to be a cellphone back in his right pants pocket using his right hand. Robinson walks down the stairs and noticeably keeps his right leg mostly straight while walking down the stairs into the tunnel. Robinson walks through the tunnel and into the parking garage area. Robinson walks up the stairs to the second level of the parking garage. While walking up the stairs in the parking garage, Robinson continues to keep his right leg straight. As Robinson approaches the landing on the stairs between the first and second floor, it appears as though there is something bulging out from Robinson's waistband area as he walks up the stairs. The bulge appears to be underneath Robinson's black shirt and on the right side of Robinson's waistband area.

At approximately 1202 hours, Robinson is observed walking on the north side of the Losee Center building, walking with the same gait as observed earlier. Robinson walks south on the sidewalk on the east side of the Losee Center building. Robinson enters the Losee Center building through a set of doors on the southeast corner of the Losee Center building. At approximately 1215 hours, Robinson is observed walking up the stairs that lead to the common area adjacent to the Losee Center building. Robinson walks to a short concrete wall that separates the common area from the rooftop of the Losee Center building. At approximately 1217 hours, Robinson climbs over the short wall and appears to crouch down on the north side of the wall on the rooftop. At approximately 1222 hours, Robinson stands up and starts running across the rooftop of the Losee Center building. Robinson runs to the west side of the rooftop and appears to scoot along the rooftop area as he gets closer to the edge of the rooftop. At approximately 1222 hours, Robinson lays down in a prone position near the edge of the rooftop and appears to be facing west, in the direction of the courtyard area.

The rooftop of the Losee Center building overlooks the courtyard area where the event featuring Charlie Kirk was taking place. The Losee Center building is east of the courtyard area. At approximately 1223 hours, Robinson stands up suddenly fron the edge of the rooftop and sprints north on the rooftop of the Losee Center bulding. This sprinting motion is in stark contrast to the slow and restricted gait observed by Robinson in earlier surveillance camera footage. Robinson runs to the northeast corner of the Losee Center Building and approaches the edge of the rooftop. Robinson places a dark colored item on the rooftop and proceeds to lower himself off the rooftop. Robinson drops off the rooftop onto the grass below. Robinson runs north near the parking lot to the east of the Losee Center. At approximately 1224 hours, Robinson runs north across the Campus Drive road.

The area to the north of Campus Drive road where Robinson crossed over is a grassy area with trees on the edge of the UVU campus. Investigators discovered a bolt action rifle wrapped in a dark colored towel. The rifle was deetermed to be a Mauser Model 98, .3006 caliber bolt action rifle. The rifle had a scope mounted on top of it. Investigators noted inscriptions that had been engraved on casings found with the rifle. Inscriptions on a fired casing read "Noticers Buldge OWO what's this?". Inscriptions on the three unfired casings read: "hey fascist! CATCH! (up arrow symbol, right arrow symbol, and three down arrow symbols)". A second unfired casing read "O Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Bella ciao, Ciao, ciao!". A third unfired casing read "If you read This, you are GAY Lmao".
-Page 4 of 7 Search Warrant No. 3213511 -

Investigators documented a shoe impression on the northeast corner rooftop edge of the Losee Center building. This shoe impression was located in the vicinity where Robinson climbed down from the rooftop. The shoe impressioon is consistent with the shoe sole characteristics of a Converse/Chuck Taylor shoe.

While processing the crime scene, evidence technicians were able to identify the locations where Robinson, through physical contact, had left potential biological evidence. Touch DNA transfers when skin cells, from touch or sweat, are shed onto an object during direct or indirect contact, and it can also transfer from one person to another. This type of DNA evidence comes from epithelials cells, or skin cells, that contain cellular DNA and can be recovered from a wide range of surfaces with the use of forensic DNA techniques. This evidence was collected in order to obtain a potential DNA profile for Robinson. Evidence technicians also identified fingerprints and a smeared palm print in the vicinity of the northeast corner rooftop edge of the Losee Center building where Robinson dropped off the rooftop to the ground below.

On 9/11/2025, Sheriff Smith with the Utah County Sheriff's Office received a phone call at approximately 2004 hours from Sheriff Brooksby with the Washington County Sheriff's Office. According to Sheriff Brooksby, he had received a phone call from a former deputy who had previously been employed with the Sheriff's Office. The former deputy, identified as Mike Mitchell, explained that he had received a phone call from the father of Tyler Robinson. Mike Mitchell explained that Tyler Robinsson confessed to his father that he was the shooter at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson's parents worked with law enforcement to arrange a way for Tyler Robinson to turn himmself in without a confrontation with law enforcement. Mike Mitchell coordinated with law enforcement to have Tyler Robinson meet with law enforcement at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office accompanied by his parents at approximately 2226 hours. Tyler Robinson was not wearing clothing consistent with the clothing observed on surveillance cameras during and around the time of the incident at UVU. According to a photo provided to me by Agent Davis with the Utah State Bureau of Investigation, Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office wearing a dark colored hat, a maroon-colored T-shirt, jeans, and white/gray colored Converse style shoes. Tyler Robinson's mother relayed to law enforcement that Tyler Robinson had expressed having suicidal ideations. Sergeant Elsholz with the Utah State Bureau of Investigation provided me with a photograph of Tyler Robinson's Utah driver license. The driver license was taken from the person of Tyler Robinson by Agent Davis with the Utah State Bureau of Investigation.

On 9/12/2025, at approximately 0100 hours, FBI Special Agent Lange conducted an interview with the boyfriend of Tyler Robinson at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. The boyfriend was identified as Lance Twiggs. During the interview, Lance showed investigators text messages between Tyler Robinson and himself. The following is some of the content of those messages between Tyler Riobinson and Lance Twiggs. First message (Tyler): "I am still ok my love, but am stuck in orem for a little while longer yet". Second message (Tyler): "shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still. To be honest I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age. I am sorry to involve you". Third message (Lance): "you weren't the one who did it right????" Fourth message (Tyler): "I am, I'm sorry". Fifth message (Lance): "I thought they caught the person?" Sixth message (Tyler): "no, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing". Seventh message (Tyler): "I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. It's quiet, almost
- Page 5 of 7 Search Warrant No. 3213511 -

enough to get out, but theres one vehicle lingering".

Further information from the messages between Lance and Tyler robinson showed that Robinson had an old room at his parents' house. The following are messages from Lance to Robinson. First message (Lance) "what do i do with all your stuff?" Second message (Tyler) "leave the room alone, the feds will search it top to bottom for certain, then work with my family to sort it out, what goes where and such" Third message (Lance) "how do I contact them?" fourth message (Tyler) my moms number is [DELETE]. The live at [DELETE] keep my mom out of my wooden box, for her sake" fifth & sixth message (Lance) "i will try" "is there any way you don't go to prison" Seventh message (Tyler) "I highly doubt it. I will update you as much as I can. If you need a place to stay im sure my family would have you in my old room"

It was found that Robinson's parent's address is located at [DELETE]. The above referenced messages show that Robinson had a room at his parents and made reference to a wooden box with some of Robinson's belonging that may be there. Through my training and experience, it is common for young adults to keep/store belongings at their parents homes. Special agent C. Cox interviewed Robinsons father Matthew Robinson regarding his involvement in this case. Matthew reported that Robinson had traveled to Matthew's home where he had confronted Robinson. Robinson had admitted to his parents that he had a pistol concealed on his person but was not willing to give it to Matthew. Matthew told agents that when Robinson was giving his mother a hug, he observed the concealed firearm and quickly pulled it away from Robinson's person. That firearm is reported by Matthew to be a Smith & Wesson M&P, 45 caliber handgun in a concealed carry holster. Matthew left the firearm on a chair in his "gun room" which was described as a room where multiple gun safes and firearm materials were stored.

Matthew also reported that Robinson had moved throughout the home freely but he was trying to make sure Robinson wasn't getting anything out of the gun room. He had gone into the bathroom, main living area and kitchen and also made mention of his old bedroom that was now converted to an exercise room. Matthew reported that Robinson had belongings in the home that he would periodically retrieve from the home. The closet in the exercise room had clothing and other personal items belonging to Robinson. Matthew reported to agents that the rifle used in the shooting was a gift to Robinson from his grandpa that Matthew was storing for him in his home until January of 2025. Matthew gave the rifle to Robinson in January and told agents that he believed he had also gave him some 30-6 ammujnition for it. Investigators reported seeing ammunition through the area of the gun room. Investigators also observed ammo reloading equpment. I know based on my training and experience that a safe time to engrave on a bullet casing would be when there is no gunpowder or bullet in the casing. This could be done when reloading the ammo. Matthew also reported that Robinson is free to come over to the home and comes over weekly to visit and for dinners.

Based on my training and experience, individuals involved in crimes of this nature, try to change clothing and then conceal or destroy clothing so they are not recognized. It should be noted that in interviewing Mike Mitchell, Mike stated that while he was talking to Robinson, Robinson told him that he had disposed of the clothing at various places along the way back home. I know based on previous cases, young adults often keep belongings at parents' home and often have items of interest including clothes, writings of interests or other belongings that can lead to an understanding of their mental state. I know based on my training and experience that individuals often hide items used in the commission of crimes such as in locations they are comfortable with and where they believe they will be
- Page 6 of 7 Search Warrant No. 3213522 -

safe and away from probable searches.

On 9/12/2025 while executing a search warrant at Robinson's residence at [DELETE] while searching in the kitchen area, a blue backpack was located. While searching the backpack, investigators observed a PVC pipe that is approximately an inch in diameter. The pipe had PVC endcaps with black tape wrapping around the PVC. There were also port holes in the PVC. Investigators also observed wires throughout the bag with the PVC pipe. They also observed small "rasberry pie" computer chips in the bag. These are commonly used to activate or set off explosive devices. The bag and surrounding area also had wire cutters, hammers and other tools. Investigators also observed shell casings in Robinson's apartment that were both spent casings and unspent casings. One of the casings had been engraved with the writing "Test Shot" engraved, similar to that of those located in and with the rifle used in the shooting of Charles Kirk. This again, to be done safely likely would be done prior to reloading the ammunition to prevent accidental discharge.

Due to the aforementioned facts, I believe there is probable cause to search the listed residence and collect the referenced items in the Items to be seized section including the Smith & Wesson M&P pistol and holster, as well as any component/tool related to the rifle used in the shooting, firearm components used to alter the rifle barrel or other components,

Currently assigned to the special victims unit for sheriff's UK Utah County Sheriff's Office. During his first three years he was assigned to the law enforcement patrol unit. He's investigated a number of crimes, crimes against young people as well as undercover work within the special victims unit, part of the FBI little people exploitation task force, trained and certified as a drug recognition expert.

So he goes through here and he just talks about I worked crimes against young people with an emphasis on internet pervert crimes task force officer with the FBI young people pervert task force. I mean his whole thing is about this SVU perverts little people stuff. It's just a really weird guy to assign to this case where they're going and picking up computers, and phones, and all this other kind of stuff. I've long wondered if there's a pervert angle to this. I've long wondered that. But I can't say that because they assigned a pervert expert that we know there's a pervert angle. I can't say that. I can't say that.

Then he goes over the fact that Charlie Kirk was at UVU. He reviewed the security camera footage. He sees the Chuck Taylor Converse style shoes with gray shoes with white colored laces. Ah, those again. He talks about him coming through the stairwell. He talks about him walking over the Losee Center. This is all pretty normal stuff we've all heard before. The engravings on the gun casing, the shell casings, the alleged shoe impression, DNA that should have been laid down, but for whatever reason wasn't able to be tracked.

Now, we get to some new information. Now, we get to some new information. I'm giving it to you in toto. Not trying to shade this case one way or the other.

On 9/11/2025, that's the day after Charlie Kirk went down, Sheriff Smith with the Utah County Sheriff's Office, received a phone call at approximately 2004 hours from Sheriff Brooksby. According to Sheriff Brooksby, he had received a call from a former deputy who had previously been employed with the sheriff's office. The former deputy, identified as Mike Mitchell, explained that Mike Mitchell, had received a phone call from the father of Tyler Robinson. Well, that's a familiar tale. We've heard that. Mike Mitchell explained that Tyler Robinson confessed to his father that he was the shooter at Utah Valley University. Well, then, why wasn't Mike Mitchell on the stand at the preliminary hearing? Why wasn't the father on the stand at the preliminary hearing?

I've wavered on this Mike Mitchell cat. Sometimes I think he's a good guy, sometimes I think he's a bad guy. When I read that, I thought that sounds like a bad guy. Because nowhere else do we get this story. You know, this has been percolating behind this investigation for the last year or so that Tyler confessed to his parents. But when you read the probable cause affidavit, when you read the charging documents, the affidavit in support of the charging document, we don't get that. We hear "inferred," "might have been involved," but we don't hear he told them he shot them. We've asked this question, where did this come from? Someone changed the story. The parents behind the scenes deny it happened.

And so we've asked time and time again, who changed the story? Was it the bishop? You know, the parents called the bishop. Was it Mike Mitchell, the retired sheriff's deputy? The parents called Mike Mitchell, the retired sheriff's deputy. Was it the parents? I think we just got our answer. It sounds like it was Mike Mitchell who changed the story from "Tyler told his parents he might be involved," to "Tyler confessed. Tyler confessed." And the reason I don't believe the story is because if Tyler had confessed to his parents, you would have heard from them. I'm confident you would have heard from them.

Tyler Robinson's parents worked with law enforcement to arrange a way for Tyler Robinson to turn himself in without a confrontation with law enforcement. Mitchell coordinated with law enforcement to have Tyler Robinson meet with law enforcement at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office accompanied by his parents at approximately 2226 hours. We've long disputed that on this program, but I'm just accepting it for the purpose of this. I'm not going to argue that point tonight. Tyler Robinson was not wearing clothing consistent with the clothing observed on surveillance cameras during and around the time of the incident at UVU. That's a little inconsistent, because in the probable cause affidavit, they said he was in fact wearing clothing consistent with what was observed on surveillance camera. Here they're saying he's not.

But they go on to tell us what he was wearing. Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office wearing a dark colored hat, a maroon colored t-shirt, "maroon," officer, not "burgundy," maroon jeans, and white gray colored Converse style shoes. No word on the color of the laces. Tyler Robinson's mother relayed to law enforcement that Robinson had expressed having suicidal ideiations. Sergeant Elsholz with the Utah State Bureau of Investigation provided me with a photograph of Tyler Robinson's Utah driver license.

The next morning, 9/12, at approximately 0100 hours, Friday morning, special agent Lange conducted an interview with the boyfriend of Tyler Robinson. Boyfriend was identified as Twiggs. During the interview, Lance showed investigators text messages between Tyler Robinson and himself. Guess what? We're going to get new information. We're gonna get even more text messages than we already had. A little context. Stay tuned.

The following is some of the content of those messages. First message, I'm still okay, my love. I'm stuck in Orem for a little while longer yet. Second message, Tyler. Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I got to grab my rifle still. To be honest, I'd hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age. I'm sorry to involve you. Third message from Lance. You weren't the one who did it, right? Fourth message, I am. I'm sorry. Fifth message, Lance. I thought they caught the person. Sixth message, Tyler. No, they grabbed some crazy old dude. Interrogated someone in similar clothing. Seventh message, Tyler. I plan to grab my rifle from the drop point shortly after.

Now, most of this we've already seen. Side of town got locked down. It's quiet almost enough to get out, but there's a vehicle lingering.

Now, we get into new stuff. And this is pretty fascinating new stuff. Further information between the messages showed that Robinson had an old room at his parents' house. The following are messages from Lance to Robinson. First message, Lance, what do I do with all your stuff? It's a little weird that this guy is confessing to murder, and the first thing you're doing is, "how do I get all your stuff out of my house? [laughter] I got to rent this room out." I mean, come on. "What are we waiting on? How do I get this stuff out? What do I do with it? You want me to just throw it in the dumpster?" Sounds like a real loving boyfriend. Not worried about his safety and security, not worried about his criminal liability, but very worried about how to get rid of all his stuff out of his house. Second message, leave the room alone. The feds will search it top to bottom for certain, then work with my family to sort it out where that goes and such. How do I contact them? Fourth message, Tyler. My mom's number is we've redacted. They live at we've redacted. Keep my mom out of my wooden box for her sake.

Ladies and gentlemen, he's got a wooden box, and we've got to know what's in the wooden box! We can imagine what's in the wooden box. I imagine what's in the wooden box. You are probably imagining something that's in a wooden box. You'll blush a little bit if you imagine it too hard. I can't imagine it's like a Bible, and a Mary statue. Oh, keep my mom out of there. There's some holy candles in there. I was holding a vigil last night. No, I don't think that's what's in the wooden box, ladies and gentlemen. I'm just saying. Sounds like a pervert to me. No evidence. They didn't describe what was in the wooden box, thankfully. Although, if we're being honest, I'm a little curious. You are, too. Stop it. Don't make fun of me. Uh, fifth and sixth message, Lance. I will try. Is there any way you don't go to prison? Seventh message, Tyler, I highly doubt it. I will update you as much as I can. If you need a place to stay, I'm sure my family will let you have my old room. Just stay out of the wooden box. Actually, he probably didn't care if Lance gets in the wooden box.

Now, this is where it gets really fun. If in fact it can get more fun than the mysterious wooden box. It was found that Robinson's parents address located at blank. The above reference messages show Robinson had a room at his parents, and made reference to a wooden box with some of Robinson's belongings that may be there. Through my training and experience, it's common for young adults to store belongings at their parents' homes. Yeah. Keep in mind, he's a pervert cop. That's like his specialty. He's probably seen a lot of wooden boxes. He's probably opened a lot of wooden boxes, gone, "Whoa, whoa, what is that?! Did not expect to see that in the wooden box." But that's for another day. It's for another day. Another day.

Special agent Cox, probably the worst name you could put when you're talking about the wooden box, interviewed Robinson's father, Matthew Robinson, regarding his involvement in the case. Matthew reported to Robinson that Robinson had traveled to Matthew's home where he had confronted Robinson. In other words, Matthew, the father, confronted Tyler, the son. Robinson, the son, had admitted to his parents he had a pistol concealed on his person, but was not willing to give it to Matthew. Matthew told agents that when Robinson was giving a mother a hug, he observed the concealed firearm and quickly pulled it away from Robinson's person. No word on whether or not Robinson's father had attended Victor Marx's seminar on how to disarm somebody. That's on YouTube if you don't believe me. The firearm is reported by Matthew to be a Smith and Wesson M&P 45 caliber handgun in a concealed carry holster. Matthew left the firearm on a chair in his gun room, which was described as a room where multiple gun safes and firearm materials were stored. An armory. Did anyone know the Robinson home had an armory in it? I was not aware. It's the first time hearing of it. A gun room. A whole room dedicated to guns. All right, we continue. Sorry, I pulled the screen down to share my dismay. Matthew also reported that Robinson had moved throughout the home freely, but he was trying to make sure Robinson wasn't getting anything out of the gun room. He had gone into the bathroom, main living area, and kitchen, and also made mention of his old bedroom that was now converted to an exercise room. Matthew reported that Robinson had -- How big is this house? They got a gun room, an exercise room. What was this? A mansion? Matthew reported that Robinson had belongings in the home that he would periodically retrieve from the home. Closet in the exercise room had clothing and other personal items belonging to Robinson.

Matthew reported to agents that the rifle used in the shooting was a gift to Robinson from his grandpa that Matthew was storing for him in his home until January of 2025. Matthew gave the rifle to Robinson in January, and told agents he believed he'd also given him some 30-6 ammunition for it. Investigators reported seeing ammunition throughout the area of the gun room. Investigators also observed ammo reloading equipment. I know based on my training and experience that a safe time to engrave on a bullet casing would be when there is no gunpowder or bullet in the casing. This could be done when reloading ammo. Matthew also reported Robinson's free to come over to the house and comes over weekly to visit and for dinners. Now I think we now know, or we believe, that the ammunition used was not in fact reloaded ammo, but it was just kind of storebought 30-6 ammo. Maybe the ammo Matthew Robinson had given his son Tyler. I don't know where it came from. I don't know that anybody's reported where it came from, but I don't think it's alleged to be reloading equipment. But I don't fault the officer for thinking that. You know, it's kind of weird to etch sayings on a live round of ammunition.

All right, last little piece here from the new information we've gleaned from this search warrant. This is wild, by the way. While executing a search warrant at Robinson's residence at Redacted while searching the kitchen area, a blue backpack was located.

We will come back to this blue backpack. You remember he had on a blue backpack at UVU when he was wearing the maroon getup. The alleged Tyler Robinson. By the time the alleged Tyler Robinson's in his black get-up, he has on a black backpack. Blue backpack in the morning, black backpack later. We'll find out what happened to that blue backpack.

And could this be the same blue backpack? I'll submit to you it cannot be. And if it is, then it got there some other way. And if this is the same backpack he was wearing at the university, then he wasn't alone. I'll explain to you why I say that in a minute, but I need you to drill down and understand that. There's a reason I'm saying this. That blue backpack could not be the blue backpack he was wearing if in fact it's the same blue backpack. I'll explain why in a minute. I don't want to get the story out of order here. I want to stick with the warrant right now.

A blue backpack was located. While searching the backpack, Investigators observed a PVC pipe approximately an inch in diameter. The pipe had PVC endcaps with black tape wrapping around the PVC. There were also port holes in the PVC. Investigators also observed wires throughout the bag with the PVC pipe. They also observed small Raspberry Pie computer chips in the bag. These are commonly used to activate or set off explosive devices. The bag and surrounding area also had wire cutters, hammers, and other tools. Investigators also observed shell casings in Robinson's apartment that were both spent and unspent. One of the casings had been engraved with the writing "Test shot," engraved similar to that of those located in and with the rifle used in the shooting of Charlie Kirk. And again, to be done safely, it would have been done prior to reloading the ammunition to prevent accidental discharge.

I believe this was at the condo. This was at Lance's condo. There's a problem with this backpack. Obviously, they're trying to tell you there's essentially a pipe bomb, or something that was components of a pipe bomb that were found in the Lance Twiggs Tyler Robinson condo. I've gotten that confirmation. It was in the kitchen of the Lance Twiggs Tyler Robinson shared residence. It looks like the component of a pipe bomb, and it is a blue backpack. If that is the same blue backpack that was at UVU University, then someone else brought it back from UVU to the Twiggs Robinson residence. I'll explain why in just a second.

I have one more piece I want to show you here that they actually did grab a backpack. Now we know more detail about the backpack. We have here a description of a backpack. It's the third line from the bottom. Third full line from the bottom. Stick with electronics. Three notebooks. Dremel tool, iPad, backpack, MacBook Air, laptop. Again, MacBook Air laptop.

Now, we know they could have had iMessage at the shared residence. Remember, we talked about how could those messages have ended up on Tyler's phone? Well, anyone logged into iMessage on an Apple device can put those onto Tyler Robinson's phone. But it's interesting to me that they have what I think they're telling us are bomb- making equipment. They have what looks like the components of a pipe bomb there. I haven't heard anything about this. This is the first time that anybody's mentioned that they had a PVC pipe with endcaps and port holes drilled in it, and Raspberry Pie cartridges. And if this is just like a oneoff event, and Tyler Robinson went rogue, what the hell's up with the pipe bomb components? And were those Tyler Robinson's pipe bomb components? Wouldn't you want to take that backpack and fingerprint it, and see were those Tyler Robinson's fingerprints? Were those Lance Twiggs' fingerprints? Was it someone else?

I think we deserve some kind of a followup, because if Lance Twiggs is the only set of fingerprints, and only DNA on the pipe bomb components in the blue backpack that was recovered from the house, it might make sense to think he's a violent individual who has plans for chaos, at least building pipe bombs, and maybe setting them off in public places. We don't know. Can't say for certain. But I think it's something that deserves a little followup if I'm Tyler Robinson's lawyers. What ever became of the pipe bomb components?

Now we know, I keep hinting, and I'm going to tell you now why I keep hinting. We know that could not have been the same blue backpack if Tyler Robinson was a lone actor. I'll explain to you exactly why right now. We still don't know what was in his backpacks that were on his back, but here's how we know it could not be the same backpack.

Do you know where he goes after he leaves the parking structure?

Yes, we're able to track his movements on campus. He went to Chick-fil-A in the Sorenson building, and purchased some food, sat, and ate the food.

Where did he go?

The Chick fil-A in the Sorenson building.

And where is that in relation to the amphitheater or the courtyard?

It's kind of on the northeast side of the amphitheater. It would be on the upper back edge of the amphitheater, furthest away from where the tent was that Mr. Kirk was in.

And from there, where does he go?

From there, he moves across campus, out across campus drive, into a wooded area on what would be kind of the northeast side of Campus Drive. Then returns back onto campus. We noticed at this point that he's no longer carrying the backpack that he was originally wearing. He moved through the Gunther building.

So he left the blue backpack somewhere. He's no longer wearing the blue backpack. And then he comes back on campus with a black backpack. So I think it's kind of important to know whose blue backpack was that, whose fingerprints are on what appear to be bomb-making components, and is that the same blue backpack he was wearing that day?

What if neither Twigg's nor Robinson's fingerprints and DNA are on the bomb-making equipment? Well, that raises an awfully weird suspicion, and that's going to raise all kinds of questions about whose other fingerprints could have been on these other contributing components. Five sets of fingerprints on this device, six on that, three on that, whatever the numbers were on the different towel and gun and screwdriver, and all this stuff. We know there were many different DNA contributors and fingerprint contributors. We never got an answer of who those people were.

And now we have other potentially dangerous material in the House, and we never hear of it again. Is it because it undercuts the lone wolf narrative? Is it because it undercuts the idea that Tyler Robinson is the psycho in the house, and Lance Twiggs is this school choir boy sitting around like I don't know. I slept till 1 p.m. Don't know what I was doing the rest of the day. Have no idea why I wasn't at work on a Wednesday, when I work a normal bluecollar job. It's important. This is an important thing. We've been led to believe since the preliminary hearing that he left that blue backpack somewhere. He changed it out for a black backpack. Now we have a blue backpack showing back up at home. Interesting.

Re: Charlie Kirk Murder and TPUSA Insider Gossip

Postby admin » Wed Aug 19, 2026 4:42 pm

Part 2 of 3

Now, let's go to another search warrant. This is a search warrant from the hospital, Timpanogos Hospital. This is an interesting search warrant because of what it tells us they were getting, and what we don't have that the search warrant says we should see. There's a piece of the public record that's being withheld from us. Somebody should try to find it. This is a search warrant for the premises known as Timpanogos Regional Hospital. Further described as Timpanogos Regional Hospital where Charlie Kirk's body is located. They don't like apostrophes.

The undersigned affiant, Detective MICHAEL GEORGE CARLE of Utah County Sheriff's Office, upon an oath or written affidavit subscribed under criminal penalty, declares:

That your affiant has reason to believe:

THAT

On the premises known as Timpanogos Regional Hospital [DELETE] further described as Timpanogos Regional Hospital room where Charlie Kirks body is located.;

On the person(s) described as:

Charles James Kirk, DOB 10/14/1993

On the item(s) described as:

Any and all electronics belonging to Charles James Kirk or belongings on his person that went with him to the hospital. Photographs of the body of Charles James Kirk.

In the city of Orem, County of Utah, State of Utah, there is now certain property or evidence described as:

Search warrant is requested to grant access to the deceased body of Charles James Kirk and includes a search of his person and belongings that went with him to the hospital. Search warrant grants access to photograph the body of Charles Kirk and any belongings on his person or that he arrived with at the hospital.

and that said property or evidence:

Was unlawfully acquired or is unlawfully possessed;
- Page 1 of 3 Search Warrant No. 3212261 -

has been used or is possessed for the purpose of being used to commit or conceal the commission of an offense; or

is evidence of illegal conduct.

Affiant believes the property and evidence described above is evidence of the crime or crimes of ...

Charles was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Access to his body and belongings is requested to obtain photographs of the injuries. Charles is a high profile political figure and threats are a common occurrence, therefore permission is also requested to seize and forensically analyze any electronic device belonging to Charles as well as any on his body or with his property that would have been transported wituh him to the hospital to analyze for threats or other relevant information that would lead to the suspect identity. Search warrant is requested to prevent the loss of evidence that may be contained on his body or his electronic devices.

They want electronics belonging to Charlie Kirk, belongings on his person that went with him to the hospital. Things like road microphones, necklaces, white freedom shirts, jeans, underwear, socks, shoes, anything that was connected to Charlie Kirk. Where have we heard this before? That's right. I did an interview on Julian Dory's program with forensic science expert Joseph Scott Morgan, and he said he would want all of that. Well, apparently the Utah County Sheriff's Office also wanted all of that. They requested to grant access to the deceased body. Includes a search warrant of his person and belongings that went with him. Grants access to photograph the body of Charlie Kirk, and any belongings on his person, or that he arrived with at the hospital. And then he goes through and says how he's a pervert. Not that he himself is a pervert, but he investigates perverts. Permission is also requested to seize.

"Seize", ladies and gentlemen, in the United States, seize means to take custody of, to hold possession of, to remove from your possession and transfer it to my possession, to seize and forensically analyze any electronic device belonging to Charlie Kirk, as well as any on his body or with his property that would have been transported with him to the hospital.

Well, if you're going to do a forensic examination of all electronic devices that were on his person, that is a cell phone probably and a Rode microphone. Where's the forensic examination of these? Where's the examination? This says that they were intending to do this. They want to analyze it for threats or other relevant information that would lead to suspect identity.

The personal property listed below or set out on the inventory attached hereto was taken from the person of Charles James Kirk, DOB 10/14/1993, by virtue of a search warrant dated the 10th day of September, 2025,, and issued by Magistrate BARBARA FINLINSON of the FOURTH DISTRICT COURT - ALL DEPARTMENT:

Photographs of the body of Charles Kirk and any belongings on his person or that he arrived with at the hospital.

I, Detective MICHAEL GEORGE CARLE of Utah County Sheriff's Office, by whom this warrant was executed, do swear that the above listed or below attached inventory contains a true and detailed account of all the property taken by me under the warrant, on the 10th day of September, 2025.

All of the property taken by virtue of said warrant will be retained in my custody subject to the order of this Court or of any other court in which the offense in respect to which the properety, or things taken, is triable.

And now we come down here and we learn that um, let's go to the return. Here we go. Photographs of the body of Charlie Kirk, all of the property taken by virtue of said warrant will be retained in my custody subject to the order of this court or any other court in which the offense in respect to the property or things taken is triable. I, Michael, not George Carl, not the former basketball coach, Michael. They said in here somewhere that they were going to attach a list. I don't know where that is, but they said they were going to attach an inventory of what was taken, and then they didn't. Not that I could tell. Not that I could tell. So, we now have a little information about what was requested from the hospital.

You know, we've all wondered why did they hand the phone back to Erika? Well, apparently they went in intending to seize it and forensically examine it. Did they do that? Has that shown up on an exhibit list anywhere? Do we know the contents of it? I'm not saying you should publicize it, but is it available? Has the defense seen it? Would they be able to look and verify the text messages that Smoke Boy said he had received or excuse me, Charlie Kirk had sent on September 9th about how he feared the Left was going to kill him, and to hell with everybody else there? "You better save my life. I'm the only one that matters. I'm Charlie Kirk." Did they get that message off his phone? We don't know. We don't know.

But we do know that that's not the only hospital for which they issued a search warrant. Believe it or not, ladies and gentlemen, they also issued a search warrant for Utah Valley Hospital across town. Inter Mountain Health Utah Valley Hospital across town. What did they want at Utah Valley Hospital? Charlie Kirk wasn't there. Well, it gave them permission to access and seize any surveillance and video footage of the hospital.

On the item(s) described as:

Surveillance footage belonging to Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital.

In the City of Provo, County of Utah, State of Utah, there is now certain property or evidence described as:

Search warrant gives permission to access and seize any surveillance and vdeo footage of the hospital that would show the suspect arriving, searching and leaving the area.

and that said property or evidence:

Was unlawfully acquired or is unlawfully possessed;

has been used or is possessed for the purpose of being used to commit or conceal the commission of an offense; or

is evidence of illegal conduct.

So, you remember there was this notion that somebody was going hospital to hospital, searching for Charlie Kirk. He showed up at Utah Valley Hospital, and they didn't know who it was. We listened to a lot of those radio recordings a few weeks ago. They didn't know who it was. And so they started frantically searching for people. At one time, they mistakenly identified a couple of different people as potential suspects, like Zechariah Koreshi came up, and there was a lot of confusion. I don't think it was him. They didn't know who it was. But they knew a description of the vehicle he fled in. And then while they're at Zechariah Koreshi's apartment, that vehicle rolls up and a guy in the FBI gets out. The Federal Bureau of Investigation gets out of that vehicle and they're like, "Oh, what a mistake. What a weird thing."

It was found that the suspect in this case was seen at the Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital possibly searching for Charles Kirk but who was not there. The suspect had since fled the area and is not in custody.

Well, what do we know was taking place at Utah Valley University Hospital, or Utah Valley Hospital? The suspect was seen at the hospital possibly searching for Charlie Kirk who was not there. Suspect has since fled in the area and is not in custody. And so they were able to access and seize surveillance and video footage. What else might that show though? Who else was at Utah Valley University Hospital? If Charlie Kirk wasn't there, what might those video cameras show? Well, there was a purported transfer of of patients from one hospital to another. Perhaps it would show that. Well, if the FBI has seized that footage, they won't have it. But you know who else was there? A guy named George Zinn was at Utah Valley University Hospital. Where's the Zinn one? There it is. George Zinn was at Utah Valley University Hospital. That's where they took him. And we have the search warrant now for George Zinn. I'll show you that.

In the City of Provo, County of Utah, there is now certain property or evidence described as:

1. Images or visual depictions of [DELETE] material (CSAM);

2. Images or depictions, whether written or visual, of [DELETE];

3. Electronic information (including notes, software, documents, reccords, or correspondence, in any format and medium) pertaining to [DELETE];

4. Electronic information (including notes, software, documents, records, or correspondence, in any format and medium) pertaining to any minor who is, or appears to be, the subject of any visual depiction of [DELETE].

Now, this is a pretty fascinating search warrant in what it says about his idea for that day, why he was there. So they're looking for CSAM material, little people material, images, depictions, whether written or visual, of kitty stuff. And they have this long description of what all this stuff is. We've blacked out a lot of it just because the description alone is gross.

But as we scroll down here, we now get to the investigation. This is fascinating.

THE INVESTIGATION

On 09/10/2025 Charles Kirk was speaking at the Utah Valley University Campus locate in the UVU Courtyard. During the event while speaking, a loud bang was heard. At this time Charles was struck in the neck from a bullet fired by an individual who was later identified as Tyler Robinson. At the time of the shooting officers did not know where the
- Page 17 of 19 Search Warrant No. 3215171 -

bullet was fired from or where the suspect was located. As they scanned the area looking for the suspect, a 71-year-old male named George Zinn approached UVU police officers stating "I shot him shoot me." The male was quickly taken into custody and a search incident to arrest showed that he did not have a firearm on his person. HE was asked where the gun was and George stated "I am not going to tell you where it is". The male again stated, 'I shot him now shoot me." The male was transported out of the area back to the UVU police department. As this was happening, officers were searching the immediate area were George approached police in searrch of a firearm that did not exist, pulling resources from the search for the actual shooter who had now escaped the area. George was told at one point that his acts drew officers attention to him and pulled resources away from finding the actual shooter. George responded by saying "Well good, that was my plan to help him get away."

As they scan the area looking for the suspect, a 71-year-old male named George Zinn approached UVU police officers stating, "I shot him." The male was quickly taken into custody, and a search incident to arrest showed that he did not have a firearm on his person. The male again stated, "I shot him." The male was transported out of the area back to the UVU Police Department. As this was happening, officers were searching the immediate area around where George approached police in search of a firearm that did not exist, pulling resources from the search for the actual shooter who had now escaped the area.

Read this area in blue, and think about the consequences of what this means. Think about the English language that he uses here. George was told at one point that his actions drew officers' attention to him and pulled resources away from finding the actual shooter. George responded by saying, "Well, good."

Did you guys know that George Zinn admitted to being part of a conspiracy? His plan was to help the shooter get away. You're telling me he thought of all that in like one second. Why would he want to help the shooter get away? He was a fan of Charlie Kirk. Why would he want to help the shooter get away? What good comes from that if you're George Zinn? And more importantly, why were we not told this? Why was no one told that George Zinn said that was his plan to help the shooter get away?

Ladies and gentlemen, this changes the nature of the investigation. We now have to ask the obvious question. Was there a plan? Was George Zinn part of it? We've long speculated it looked like he was. It's an anomaly that's yet to be answered to my satisfaction. I'm not convinced he wasn't.

And after reading his statement, I now am convinced he was in fact part of a plan, a pre-plan where George Zinn would be stationed in the crowd at a convenient place, in the middle, a loud bang would go off, Charlie Kirk would go down, and George Zinn would start waving his hat and say, "I did it. Shoot me. I shot him." And in doing so, he would help him get away, the real assailent. Think about everything that happened in those few minutes while they were messing around with George Zinn.

Candace played a clip today of Terrell Farnsworth going and getting an SD card out of the camera. Well, that was just like four minutes after the shot. They're out there messing with George Zinn. They're not securing a crime scene. They've got a 71-year-old man saying, "I did it. I did it. " And you got multiple cops responding to this guy. "It was my plan to help him get away." Who's "him"? Who's "him"? The assailent, the team, the people who took down Charlie Kirk, the real assassins or assassin. I think this statement, the fact that we've not heard this, that nobody's mentioned this. "Trust me, bro. Trust me." They love rubbing that in our faces.

They've been telling us that for 11 months, that he confessed to his parents. He confessed to his parents. He confessed to his parents. He confessed to his parents. Well, now we know who said that. It was Mike Mitchell. It wasn't at all his parents. It was Mike Mitchell. But while they're quoting from this same batch of search warrants, signed by the same child pervert cop, no one is talking about the fact that George Zinn admitted to being part of a plan. He had a plan to help the shooter get away.

There's no innocent reading to this. There's no innocent reading to this. The guy was a Charlie Kirk fan. He showed up to watch Charlie Kirk. He was a Republican activist. There's a loud bang, Charlie Kirk goes down, blood and gore everywhere. You didn't come up with that in one second. I mean, it was literally like 1 to 3 seconds before he stands up and starts waving his hat, saying, "I did it. I did it. Shoot me."

And we've long speculated what on earth could he have possibly wanted to do with that. Well, now we know. Now we know. Now, if you read the rest of the search warrant, the reason they're looking for all the pervert stuff is because George Zinn says, I have kitty stuff on my phone.

Well, they were going to look at his phone anyway. He had just confessed to being part of a plan. They're going to look at his phone. So, whether he admitted it or not, they were going to find it.

But the warrant was on September 15th. They found out he was a pervert that day. If you read the narrative, you find out it was that very day, September 10th, that they realized he was a pervert. And they scrolled through his phone and found some pervert material. And it was gross. The way they described it was nasty. But they have that there. And so they go get the warrant later. And they go get the warrant for his phone, and they go get the warrant for the surveillance footage. Why? Well, what else might George Zinn have said? You know, they took him to the hospital because he got roughed up a little bit in the melee. They took him to the hospital, to UVU hospital, or Utah Valley Hospital, where they stole all the surveillance footage. Why was George Zinn still muttering about the plan? Was he still talking about his role? He's alleged to have told someone at the hospital that he was paid to be part of this plan. Was he a patsy because he had this material on him, because he was that kind of guy? We don't know the answers to any of those questions. We also didn't know he had confessed to being part of a plan. Now we do.

So, if you're going to tell me that Tyler Robinson's a lone wolf, that Tyler Robinson did this alone, you're going to have to explain to me why George Zinn thinks he was part of a plan. And his plan was to help the true assailent get away.

Now, let's go to another bit of data, because this bit of data starts to give us an idea of where they believe the assailent fled in the immediate aftermath. This is pretty interesting stuff. This is going to be dense. Get your cap and gown on. Maybe get a pen and paper out.

They sent a warrant to Google. They sent a warrant to Google. This warrant was looking for Google accounts that reported a GPS, cellular, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth sourced location history data generated from devices that reported a location within the geographic region bounded by the following coordinates and times.

This warrant is directed to Google, LLC, headquartered at [DELETE], and applies to: Records pertaining to: Identifying information according to the ''Production Protocol" described below for Google accounts that reported a GPS, cellular, WiFi or Bluetooth sourced location history data generated from devices that reported a location within the geographic region bounded by the following coordinates dates and times:
- Page 1 of 10 Search Warrant No. 3212601 -

I'll translate this to English for everybody. You remember we were talking about the super feed controversy because they were geofencing churches. They still are I think geofencing churches. They geofenced the memorial service for Charlie Kirk, and they captured the phone data for 277,000 people. That's what this is. This is geofenced material. They want to go back and look at a particular geographic location. We'll show you these on a map in just a second. And at a particular time ask what devices reported location in these areas. And your phone is constantly reporting location. In fact, if you have an app open that uses location like Google Maps or anything else, you will find that it is constantly the little location arrows coming on. It's constantly feeding information back to Google servers letting them know where you are. That might not be comforting, but that's what's happening.

So, they have particular areas here. They've got these coordinates here. I'll show you on a map shortly where that was, but just to give you a little time component of what we're talking about, this is Charlie Kirk allegedly was shot at 1223. So, this would be before the event, and we'll show you where they believe the suspect may have been before the event.

Then, there was this area here, 12:15 to 1230. That was during the event. So, we will see where they believe the suspect was during the event. There is another one here. 12:15 to 1235, this is during and immediately after. And 12:24 to 1240, this is after the event. 1224 to 1240, this is again after the event. And they've given us particular areas here where we can key in and get an idea of where they believe he was. So, where do they believe he was at these particular times?

Let me pull up our fancy map here that Daisy made. You're going to see how amazing this map is in a mere moments. Check this out. And she even coded it in the order of the rainbow. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. Not pride stuff. It's just a way to make it easy to follow.

So, if you zoom in on the map here, this is before the event. This is just by way of noticing, this is the house where Phil Lyman was at the time. Notice it is conveniently excluded from this map. We don't see it. It is conveniently excluded from this map. It goes right in front of Phil Lyman's aunt's house, or whoever that is, sister's house, whatever it is. But it's this area where he walked down this, or somebody in black walked down this area with a limpm, and then walked into this tunnel right here at the bottom. And that was between 11:45 and 12.

Well, that makes sense. We saw that video footage. We've known that story the whole time. It makes sense that they would want to geofence that area off and look for Google apps that were pinging Google servers during this period of time.

Now, we go to orange. This is the Losee Center. These are the actual boundaries plotted out on a map that they gave us. Actual boundaries they gave us. They gave each corner, and she built a little map out of it. And so this second one 12:15 to 1230, this is the Losee center roof. It's interesting they cut off at 12:30 though and didn't cut it off at 12:44 when Officer Bagley went up there because this leaves open 12:30 to 12:44 where they might have been able to to ransack the Google servers and figure out if anybody was on the roof after the alleged assailent hopped off the roof and before officer Bagley showed up. This would have been a nice 30 minute window that they made a 15-minute window out of. But they didn't do that now, did they? I don't know why. I'm not drawing suspicion.

This is 1215 to 1235. This batch of trees right here is the batch of trees where the rifle was recovered. Sort of the right hand side of this. But these two bushes here at the parking lot right here, this is where the alleged assailent walked between these two bushes and then crossed the street, all within the yellow boundary here. And then allegedly went over here, and then allegedly made his way north to this street here. And then they don't know whether he went this way to the top right, or this way to the top left. They don't know where he went at that time.

So that's red, orange, yellow. Now we go to green. 12:24 to 1240. So this is after the Big Bang up to after the Big Bang. They believe they have evidence that he was in this box and they want to know who was in this box pinging Google servers. Now, if you're walking down this road right here, this is the road he was seen walking down in the morning before the event from one of these doorbell cams up here at the top of the box. He was seen walking down this road right here.

Actually, right here in front of these two houses, they've covered that. So, they believe he went back that same way. He left to go back that way. Interesting to me that we have Ring doorbell footage from Phil Lyman's aunt that he was in this area right here wandering around.

And you remember I played that video last week for you where he was wandering around or maybe Sunday. I don't remember what day it was, but but I played it recently where he's wandering around in this field on this dirt path and there's the young man and he's recording and there's a woman with him and they talked about he was there with the girl. Was the girl helping him? Notice they conveniently did not ask for that data.

It would have been real easy to just get a bigger area on a couple of these and they would have covered Phil Lyman's aunt's house and they would have covered this area up here um this dirt path area where he was actually seen of someone looking awfully suspicious was seen on a Ring doorbell camera and where neighbors have eyewitness identified that somebody was back there that they believe was the asalent. But they conveniently didn't want that stuff. Why? I think because that woman thinks he met up with someone back there and the data would reveal if someone else was back there.

And then we go to the final one here, 1224 to . This is an interesting one to me because we found what we believe was uh his car right here 58 minuteson this road right here. We believe that is the Dodge Challenger belonging to Tyler Robinson or being driven by Tyler Robinson. And if you roll down this street, you'll see this box covers this road.

So, if he was walking here in this green box and he was walking in this blue box, to get to his car, he would take a left and he would go right towards his car by . Otherwise, why are they asking for this data? But on a warrant we're going to look at later, we're going to find that the information that led them to want this box, this little patch of of of earth right here, actually came from past this street. I don't know why I keep hitting the wrong button.

Actually came from past this street. So instead of dang it, instead of turning left on that road and walking to his vehicle, instead of walking through this green box, dad gum it. Instead of walking through that green box, walking to the corner of this blue box and taking a left and going up the road here towards his vehicle, they actually use one of these three houses as a ping location because, and I believe it's because they picked him up on a Ring doorbell camera there. So, the question is, why did he walk past his car?

Why did he make the walk back to his car after the biggest assassination in six decades? Why did he make the walk longer than it had to be? I think that's telling. We'll look at that in just a second.

I think it's the next one we're going to. It is the next one we're going to. So, I want you to I want you guys to to not get lost in all this data. I know this is a lot of dense material, but these are search warrants that they're asking for specific data, geoence location data from a specific patch of dirt from a specific area of Earth.

And they have a reason to believe that he might have been in that specific patch. They're not just guessing. He was seen on Ring doorbell cameras. And on this next map, we're going to see precisely which cameras they spotted him on.

Chapter 10: Search Warrant for Cell Phone Tower Data Reveals Interest in Losee Rooftop on SEPTEMBER 8, 2025, at p and Potential Plot Larger than Robinson We'll find that out in just a moment. So, let's go to the next one here. This search warrant is a cell phone data dump. So, what they're looking for here is, and this is a little complex as well, that last one was geoencing.

This was not geo fencing as much as just these service providers, T-Mobile, AT&T, Celco, Verizon, these different providers, they they they let you ping off their towers if you're in the area and they figure out how to distribute the fees to each other, but they let you ping off their towers. " So this gives us actually much more detailed location. For example, this is the type of stuff they want. stored text message transaction data, incoming and outgoing calls, meaning the number coming in and the number receiving the call or the number going out and the number receiving the call.

Calls originating or terminating numbers involving both phone numbers. Um information shall include telephone numbers dialed, incoming telephone numbers, date, time, duration of the call, registration, connection records, IMSI and IMEI of the number associated. So that's like device identification. Cell tower information.

Where is the tower located? How long was the call? Beginning and last second of each call, associated e-node ID, cell ID, gnode ID, cell ID, location area, all this stuff. They want all this information from these particular areas.

And they give you a point. I want everything that provided service to that point right there at these times. So, between 11:40 and , I want this point. This number two here, this location number two right here.

Uh, location number two. I can make it a little bigger. Cell towers provided to the service at this point. And we've plotted these out on a map for you.

Don't you don't have to pull out your Google Earth and try to find it. I'll show you in a second. Uh, on this date for these hours, 1210 to 1240. These are all September 10th.

Location three, cell towers that provided service to this particular point for a period of 1220 to 1255. It's location four that's new. This is not information we had before today. m.

m. I will show you these points on a map, but I want you to key in on that. September 8th, Charlie Kirk died on September 10th. Uh Lance Twigs and Tyler Robinson were questioned on the 11th and the 12th.

Why do we need September 8th? [snorts] That's a little weird, right? Why Why would we Why would we need that? Well, I'm going to show you why, and you'll understand why I want to know where Tyler Robinson was on September 8th.

So, let's go to this location map and we'll show you where these locations are located. And again, if they want to know cell service providing to this location, they mean they have a reason to believe he was right there. Not down the road, not across the street, there. Right there in that spot.

So, let's look at location one. Let's go to location one. We have reason to believe that Tyler Robinson was in fact right here. And I'll tell you why we have reason to believe that.

I'm not going to show you the um the video footage, but you've seen it. You've seen the video footage of Tyler Robinson walking down the street with a limp or the alleged Tyler Robinson walking down the street with a limp. this side of the road right here. He was on this sidewalk right here.

I'll go back to the way it looked on September 10th, so you'll see the lines on the road and the cars that were parked out there. He's walking down this sidewalk right here. And he's captured from a cell phone footage in this house right here. We've seen that cell phone footage.

I mean, that camera phone footage. That is Ring doorbell footage that captured him. We can see these flowers in the foreground. We can see these cars in the background.

And we can see this fence in the background. And we can see this house in the background. We know Tyler Robinson was right here, captured on this camera, right here at this house. That's why they want that data.

They want that data from that location because that's where he was. Okay. What about location number two? Location number two is over here.

[snorts] This is the Losi Center. We know that they want to know who was on the Losi Center and was it Tyler Robinson. So, they have a request out to the towers, all the different providers that provide service, cell phone service to this area for the Losi Center roof. That's location number two.

m. on September 10th. That is when it happened. That's when the Big Bang occurred.

And so if there was a cell phone on that roof, you're going to get this information. If it made a phone call, if it made a text, you're going to get that as well. They want to know who was on that roof and if it was in fact Tyler Robinson. That's September 10th.

So now let's go to location number three. This is where it gets a little interesting. This is the pinpoint of location number three. If you look on a street view, you can see there's a Ring camera on this house, which means they probably picked up Tyler Robinson at this location right here between 1220 and 1255 or someone they believe is Tyler Robinson or they believe is the asalent at this location right here.

Again, here's the problem with that. Look at the university. It's down here. We come up to the green arrow and it's right here.

But if we come up this road between the university and the green arrow, we see what appears to be Tyler Robinson's car. What we believe is Tyler Robinson's car. m. Why?

Why? And keep in mind, it's a very tight timeline we're working with here. It's a very tight timeline we're working with because at , he shows up or , he shows up in a parking lot on the other side of town. So, he didn't have time to dither, right?

At , you have the guy dressed in black running behind Phil Lyman's aunt's house. That's totally left out of all of this search warrant information. They didn't ask for cell phone location from that street. They didn't ask for geoloccation information from that part of the street where that guy was spotted, where a video was recorded, and we think we think we saw the asalent.

We think he was right there on that patch of dirt. We think he might have met up with somebody, a woman perhaps, conveniently missing. Now, why was there more than one person out there? And they don't want us to know who that person was.

They don't want the defense to know who that person was. So, they they don't request that information. And then the cell phone towers dump all that information. It's not recoverable now.

You're not going to get it now. You didn't ask for it. We'll never know whose cell phone was in that patch of dirt. Was it Tyler Robinson?

Was it Lance Twigs? Was it a woman? We don't know. Was it someone else?

We have no idea. You want to know the answer to the question that Candace was fighting with Andrew Wilson about? Was Tyler Robinson a pacy? Things like this make me think yes.

You know, I've long alleged that there it looks like to me there's a multi- agency cover up here. Why wouldn't they have asked for that information? You have a woman who who is on a video saying, "I think he was right there. " And we know the police went and searched that area.

We have footage, news camera footage of the police searching there. We also have their doorbell cam footage of the police coming up to their doorbell saying, "Is this where you saw him? right out here. " We also have Phil Lyman's video footage of him talking to cops who came to that door and they were talking about what they saw right outside that door.

Why on earth do we not have an affidavit asking for cell phone information from that patch of dirt? It doesn't exist. Instead, we get a request for a street p or house past Tyler Robinson's car. He's just out there meandering around.

If you put it all together, he jumps off the roof. He runs over to the trees. Now he's in a construction site. Now he's behind Phil Lyman's ant house.

Now he's down 800 past his car. Then he comes back somehow and wanders back to his Did he get lost? All this planning at least a week. He said all this planning and you just take a wrong turn when you're fleeing the scene.

No, I don't buy it. Not for a second. Now, here's where it gets interesting. They requested a fourth location.

And that fourth location was the night of September 8th between 8 and . I don't remember the exact times. Go back and look. I guess they requested a fourth location.

And this location was for uh No, not that one. Not that one. Ah, there it is. Uh, this is September.

No, not that one either. What did I do with it? Oh, here it is. [snorts] The fourth location was requested between 810 and .

A very narrow window. 8:10 and . Do you want to know where that was request was made? You want to know what they were looking for?

The exact same coordinate they were looking for the day of the shooting. It was this location right here. It was the Losi Center. They were asking for cell phone data from the roof of the Losi Center on September 8th, two days before Charlie Kirk was taken out.

You think they just randomly picked that day? They only gave him four locations. They only gave him four times. Do you think they were like, "Well, we we know where he was these three times on the 10th.

Let's just throw in another one. Keep them honest. " All right, Jerry, what are we going to give them? Well, Tim, Steve, pick a date.

Any date. Uh, September 8th. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. Give them September 8th. What time? Oo.

Re: Charlie Kirk Murder and TPUSA Insider Gossip

Postby admin » Wed Aug 19, 2026 9:42 pm

Part 3 of 3

How about sundown when it's dusky when someone might be able to get on the roof and not be super obvious because the campus isn't going to be packed and the sun's not going to be blaring. You're not gonna have people wandering up and down the stairs of the Losi Center. Things kind of die down on campus at about 8:00 at night. Yeah, let's let's put that time on there.

They'll never see that coming. [laughter] No, we don't expect to see anything there. We have no reports of somebody being on the roof on September 8th scouting out the event. We have no information that that's the case.

No, no, no, friends. That's not what we're looking for. I got to show you one thing I forgot to put on here. [snorts] I will get it to you in mere moments.

Hold, please. I can send it here and I can pull it up on my phone. All right. I'm gonna pull up something here.

Do you know when it was announced precisely where he was going to be at UVU? Everybody takes it for granted that everybody knew he was going to be at the courtyard at that particular location in that particular courtyard on September 10th at noon. Well, that's not the case. In fact, the very first report, now we knew he was coming to UVU as early as August 27th, and they just said the courtyard.

Well, there are two courtyards. In fact, one gets more use than the other. It's over by the Fton Library. The UVU courtyard that Charlie Kirk died in was the lesser used of the two courtyards.

And it wasn't until this article came out on the UVU Review website that we knew precisely where he was going to be. m. Mountain time. That's when this came out.

m. The afternoon, the late afternoon before the September 10th event [snorts] is where they finally announced it would be the UVU Fountain Courtyard the following day at noon. Meaning they don't know where he could have been. I'll go back to this picture here.

For all they know, he was going to be in the courtyard over here that's also used. Frequently used. This courtyard by the library. This is a frequently used place.

It's easy to get to. Look at all that parking. It's beautiful place to be. This is in the center of campus.

A little harder to get to. Also surrounded by tall buildings and in a bowl. But here's the other thing, too. I want you to look at this keyhole you have to get in in order to get a glimpse of Charlie Kirk where he's located here.

You have to be if you're going to be on the Losi Center, you have to be in a position where this ledge right here is not blocking you and these trees aren't blocking you. You have a very small window here of about 10 or 15 feet between these trees and this ledge. Both of those would block your view. Now look at this tent up here.

Let's say you put Charlie Kirk over here in the corner somewhere. Well, you'd have no kind of view from the Losi center. None. Let's say you just move the tent off center a little bit.

Instead of putting it here, you put it over in the corner over here. Well, you've got no view of Charlie Kirk from the top of the Losi Center. You can't get there. m.

that morning when we have photographs of the security team actually telling them where to put the tent. It's not until then that anyone would have known that you would have a shot from the Losi center roof. So, we're to believe the official narrative is Tyler Robinson planned this for at least a week without knowing exactly where he'd be. just at UVU campus somewhere in a courtyard.

[snorts] And on September 8th, somebody I think we can infer was seen on the top of the Losce Center roof. That's why they're looking for that location data. I mean, there's no other explanation. Somebody on September 8th is seen on the top of the Losi Center roof, but there's no allegation Tyler Robinson was there on September 8th.

I've not heard any. I'd love to know where he was. com. Please, by all means.

This is now becoming an important part of the story. m. on September 8th? Keep in mind, in order to get to UVU, he would have to drive from St.

m. And then he gets off the roof no later than . That's assuming all he did was drive directly to UVU, park right next to the Losi Center roof, run scamper up the stairs, think that's got to be where he's going to be right there, spend only up there, run off the roof, and fly back home to get home by 12:30 in the morning. Eight hour round trip to spend on campus.

That's your plan. That's your plan. No, I don't buy it. That doesn't make sense.

UVU is a complex place. It's got a lot of hills, terraces. Some roofs go out onto some se uh some roofs go out and become walkways at the next building down. I mean, it's built on like the side of a mountain.

[snorts] It doesn't make sense. That doesn't make sense. The more you dig into the story, the less sense it makes that a random 22-year-old gay kid in in St. George is like, is he like assaulting Google Earth to try to see where could he possibly be?

And if he's here, where am I going 18 minutesto be? And if he's here, where am I going to be? And if he's here, where am I going to be? And then before they even announce where he's going to be, I'm going to go ahead up there and just assume he's going to be here.

And I'm going to assume I'll have a clear angle of him. And they're not going to put him over in the corner. And they're not going to put him up on this second ledge. Oh, and they're not going to put a speaker directly in front of him.

That'll be blocking me. Like, do you know how many variables this guy had to consider if he did this alone? and and there was no help and he had no additional information. He had to just guess before it was even announced he would be there so that he would just happen to show up at the exact right time.

And again, having never been on the there's no allegation that I'm aware of that he he had ever been on the Los center roof if that wasn't him on September 8th. How did he know he could even get up there? How did he know it wouldn't be blocked off? How did he know there wouldn't be a cop up there?

How did he know there wouldn't be How did he know the gravel was stable enough to run on? 19 minutesHow did he know that you could even see over the ledge and get a clean shot down there? How do you know they weren't going to put a speaker or some sort of that the tent wouldn't be blocking him? I mean, how would you know all that?

If you followed Charlie Kirk at all, you know, he always sits in a tent. This guy's like 70, 80, 90 feet above Charlie Kirk looking down at a 90 degree angle. How do you know you're going to be able to get a clean shot and you're not going to be shooting through a blind tent? I want to know where Tyler Robinson was on September 8th.

And if Tyler Robinson was not at home, I mean, if he was at home, I want to know why they requested that information. Who was on the roof that made them suspicious? Who did they figure out that was? It just doesn't add up to me.

It doesn't make sense. This isn't a story you could sell a jury. I'm sorry. It's just not.

The juryy's going to ask the same questions I'm asking. The defense is going to ask the same questions. [snorts] Chapter 11: Search Warrant for Robinson Cell Phone Extraction Reveals Impossible Timeline in Early Hours of Sept 11 Now, I one more thing on this cell phone. We have one more warrant.

We have one more warrant. They did a cell phone extraction of Tyler Robinson's cell phone. And on this cell phone extraction, they say that the gray Dodge Challenger was parked in front of the Noble house where the Ring doorbell came, you remember the fuzzy Ring doorbell camera footage that was at night and you could hear the door open and close and you could kind of make out that there was a figure getting in and out of the car and you could see the lights flash and there were crickets making all kinds of noise. I'm not going to play the footage, but it came from a home.

The nobles live there. Great family. Nothing wrong with them. They're superb human beings as far as I know.

They turn this over to the police. The police get a hold of this footage and they review it and they say, "Hey, that does look like a Dodge Challenger. " So, they go get a warrant. And the warrant is for cell phone information from Tyler's cell phone.

And in the affidavit of the warrant, they give a time period where he was sitting in that location. That time period that they gave in the warrant is important. I'm going to show you that right now. [snorts] It's on page six here.

I'll blow it up a little bit so you can see it. Tell me if you see anything in this affidavit here that sticks out to you as not consistent with what we've already heard. Again, this is a newly discovered warrant here. Through continued investigation, a gray Dodge Challenger with the Utah plate black black was found to be co-registered to Tyler Robinson on 912, that's the morning after Tyler Robinson was taken, was arrested, was seen at his parents' residence and they gave an interest there.

Search through a license plate reader reveals that on 911 the vehicle was in Cedar City, Utah. So apparently they do have license plate readers that have picked him up along the way. Why don't we have all that information? Why don't we know every single license plate reader that picked him up?

Following the shooting, detectives canvased homes for video footage. Investigators located surveillance camera footage dated 911. So this is after midnight. Charlie was shot at noon or taken down at noon on September 10th.

After midnight on 911, the video footage depicted a dark a vehicle matching the description of a Dodge Challenger. Look at the times. The footage showed the vehicle park at approximately and remain there until approximately . 023.

m. m. and remained there until . [snorts] Why is that important?

Why is this newly discovered bombshell in my opinion? Well, let's go here from the creepy looking Well, I shouldn't say looking. Can't help. Well, I kind of can.

It's his haircut. The the creepy appearing uh the creepy acting maybe. Agent Hole. m.

makes sense. A Ring doorbell uh video that was provided that showed um a vehicle consistent with the one we had identified as belonging to Mr. Robinson um parking in front of the residence across the street. Okay.

And what can you tell us about the timing and the well the timing of that that parked vehicle? Uh if I recall um that vehicle parked approximately uh on the morning of the 11th. Okay. So .

What time is that to regular people? m. in the morning. Yes.

Okay. So he puts the car there at . 12:23 on the search warrant. 12:38 according to officer Hull.

Well, do we have a different time? Well, we know that the Ring doorbell footage was clipped in a way that we can't see the timestamps. This is a little weird. If we go look at it, you cannot see the timestamps.

This is a recurring theme in this case. Footage is getting weirded out on us. What? Well, let's go ahead and play it.

Is there any sound associated with this? There there is judge, but it's it's night sounds. It's crickets chirping and um Okay. I just wanted to see if I just wanted to see if there was or not.

Okay, I'm not going to play the whole footage, but trust me, there's no time stamp. I just wanted to show you that my [snorts] cameras have timestamps. I don't know. Maybe all cameras don't have time stamps, but mine have timestamps and most cameras I've seen have timestamps.

Those time stamps don't those don't have time stamps. What's the problem? What what do you care? What do you care if it's 12:23 or if it's 1238?

What's among friends, right? Well, turns out it matters. Why does it matter? Because we have a Grey Dodge Challenger that they're going to tell us is Tyler Robinson.

And if you look at the time stamp here at the bottom, this is in universal time. You have to subtract from this time stamp down here. m. m.

If he's parked in front of the residence at , it's going to be really inconvenient for him to be driving around town at . That's a real problem there. It's a real problem. Uh this is the intersection of Campus Drive and 800 South.

Um, there's a vehicle attempting to turn right onto Campus Drive. Um, that's the vehicle that's driven by Mr. Robinson. And on this on the screen, where is that vehicle that you're referring to located?

If you broke it into quadrants, uh, it's on the left side on the on the upper side, the upper quadrant. Now, what do we see? That vehicle is now pulling away and heading east on 800 South. m.

and 30 something seconds, he's still rolling around. We can't be rolling around if he's parked in front of the noble's house at . Let's just be honest. We don't know when this footage was discovered, but can imagine the problem you would have if you filled out a search affidavit and you you compared the timestamps from the camera footage and you looked and you said, "Oh, it's 12:23.

" Well, 1223. So, we write that in there. And then later they uncover, well, we also have him on traffic camera. Wow, what fortune.

He's 27 minutesall over the place. And then you look at that and go, oh no, that's after we have him at the noble's house. Well, that's not going to work. We're going to have to reconcile these two times.

I am very curious, where did they get this time that went into the uh search warrant? Now, it's possible search warrants aren't precise. It's possible they just didn't know the time or they had heard the time from somebody. It was hearsay and they got the number wrong.

I don't know. But it's worth noting. Worth noting because if you go to other search warrants, we have 1223 as a time. We have 1238 as a time.

12:23 from one search warrant. We have 1238 later that came from uh officer Hull. And now we have yet a third time. A third time that shows up out of nowhere.

This is a different search warrant we've already looked at in the past. m. m. on September 11th.

Guys, we're now at a 24m minute gap. I don't believe that we just don't know what time he rolled in there. It looks to me like they're trying to figure out what's the best time to put him there. That's how it comes across to me.

It's possible these are all honest mistakes. Maybe one of those three is right. Maybe none of them are right. But if the first one's right, that ain't him.

That's probably a bald man with three passengers. That would be the best explanation for me is that there's a bald man with three passengers parked there and this other guy that's supposedly Tyler Robinson is rolling around town. who knows what he's doing. That's that's what makes most sense to me because it you got to remember the statement filed by the noble's wife, Randy Noble's wife.

She signed a statement that was revealed during cross-examination where she said, "Oh yeah, I remember that car. " Then now it makes a little more sense why we don't know what the hell time he showed up. I think this is going to be a key component to the defense. Figuring out what happened here after midnight on September 11th.

Was it Tyler Robinson? Were any of the three rolling around times Tyler Robinson? Was Tyler Robinson there at ? Was Tyler Robinson on the road at ?

Was Tyler Robinson there at 1247? We It We can't be all three. That's physically impossible. Can't do that.

So, what time was he there? What time was he there? [snorts] That doesn't happen. That doesn't uh that doesn't work.

Now you might get an idea why they're so worried about the Panguage situation because if Tyler Robinson's at a steakhouse in Panguage, now you might see why they're freaking out and why they're trying to discredit that so much. Because if he's at a steakhouse in Panguish till 10:00 at night, is he rolling around in three different locations at , , 1238, 12 Oh, it's four different times. Unlikely. Unlikely.

So, we have a real problem on our hands here because [clears throat] something happened between September 12th when the affidavit was filed for the search warrant and September 15th when the traffic cam footage becomes available. A new variable has entered the chat. September 12th, they're like, "Yeah, . What difference does it make?

Why do we I mean, let's just be accurate. " That's the way I read this. And then on September 15th, they're like, "Guys, we got traffic camera footage that puts him at 12:36 and he's still on the road. " And that's when the time starts changing.

That's when the time starts changing. Now we get a Now we get a search warrant with . Then we get officer Hull at . We got a problem on our hands.

Now go back to September 8th, we we're we're asking for Chapter 12: What We Learned Today? These Search Warrants Make a Successful Case Against Robinson LESS Likely a cell phone location data. m. If someone was on camera, why haven't we heard of that?

Why is that not part of the narrative? Why haven't they told us? Well, they it was obviously Tyler Robinson. He was here scouting it out.

Or we know that this happened. We asked for this information. We figured out who it was. Honest mistake.

It was just a maintenance guy up there picking up cigarette butts off the roof. Like, what? Tell us what happened. Tell us what happened.

If it wasn't him, who was it? And where was Tyler Robinson? Had he ever been to campus before? Did he come to campus in the week before scouting it out?

Did he know where the Chick-fil-A was? How did he know how to get just to the Chick-fil-A, by the way? And the George Zen thing, I'm sorry, just totally freaks me out. It's evidence of a plan.

And you guys want to tell us there's overwhelming evidence it was Tyler Robinson and overwhelming evidence that Tyler Robinson worked alone. [snorts] I just got a very concerning message on my I'm I'm alarmed. Don't tell me not to be alarmed. I'm alarmed.

I've never been more alarmed in my Well, I have, but I'm alarmed. You can't write that in the middle of a show and tell me not to be alarmed. Ladies and gentlemen, I've committed no crime. No, I'm just kidding.

I'm happy. I'm I'm a little under the weather, but I'm happy. I love my family. I uh have plans for the future.

I got some great plans coming up the end of August, into September. I got a lot of stuff going on, guys. Just want to be on the record. Anyway, I don't want to get too sidetracked with that.

But I think there's a reason we haven't seen all these search warrants. You know, they they like to quote certain parts of these search warrants. They like to float out some of these search warrants, and others are hidden. Like, these were pretty hidden.

Daisy did some pretty spectacular work to locate these. I'm not aware of anybody else in the world who's found these yet. and she did some pretty spectacular research in order to track these down and find them. There's a reason I think they were so hard to find, and it's that all this information in here is is difficult to reconcile with the idea that Tyler Robinson planned and executed Tyler Charlie uh Charlie Kirk by himself.

That there was no broader conspiracy. 34 minutesThere was no um there was no uh attempt to uh communicate his desires to other people. His roommate had nothing to do with it and wasn't in on it. I think this is all undermined by the existence of these search warrants is the facts this the facts in these search warrants.

It's all undermined by that. who was making pipe bombs or what appeared to be pipe bombs or collecting pipe bomb making equipment in a blue backpack at Tyler Robinson and Lance Twigs's house. Why have we never heard about this? We heard about all their messy house.

We got pictures from Turkey Tom. We've got his notebook, his journal. We've got individual pictures of his journal. We've seen his messy living room, his Dorito bags everywhere.

We've got pictures of all that. Nobody thought to tell us they were making pipe bombs. No one thought to fingerprint the pipe bombs to see who who was involved in them. No one thought to tell us if it was Lance Twigs or Tyler Robinson or some third unknown third party with fingerprints and DNA all over the Raspberry Pi cards that according to the defiant are frequently used to detonate these things.

The PVC pipes, the drilled holes. Who drilled the holes? How did they get there? Was there anything else in the house that could have contributed to this?

where there I don't know how to make these things, but clocks, wires. I'm assuming you need some sort of explosive device, some sort of I don't know. None of this was there. And we don't have any clue.

We're just going to sweep it under the rug. Guys, we just had an international manhunt that lasted two years or four years for the January 5th and sixth pipe bomber in Washington DC. These are big deals. These are huge problems.

You've got an apartment manufacturing these things and there's no followup. There's no news report. There's no investigation into who could have been involved in these things. Are you crazy?

36 minutesAre you guys out of your mind? We've got a time discrepancy on when the gray Dodge Challenger parked outside of Miss Noble's house that she said a bald man and three passengers came out of. And now we're learning from one of the search warrants. It could have been there before the alleged Tyler Robinson was seen on a traffic cam down the road.

That's a problem. We've got George Zen saying, "It was my plan to let the asalant get away. " You don't come up with a You don't have a plan. If you say the word plan, it's something that took place ahead of time.

Like, I don't I don't have a plan to grab these Medul dates. They're delicious, by the way. Whole organic medual dates. One of the greatest snacks you can have.

But I didn't have a plan to grab them. I just grabbed them. I don't have a plan to open the hearing aid box and flap it around a little bit and put it back down. I didn't have a plan for that.

I just did it. You know, I got a plan to go to the dentist in a couple of weeks. That's a plan. I've got a plan to do a show tomorrow night.

That's a plan. George Zen had a plan. The plan was to get up and take credit for this so the asalent could escape. To to extract police resources away from finding the actual asalent and and draw attention to himself so that that person could escape.

That person or people could escape. And they're not going to report on this. They're not going to talk about it in the preliminary hearing. We're not going to get anything in any of the filings about this.

You want to know why I think there's a multi- agency cover up? It's nights like tonight. It's nights like tonight. When we discover a hidden trove of search warrants, I don't think they wanted us to find.

Of all the names they've given us that we were able to track down the other search warrants, the ones on this search warrant were not given. I have I honestly She told me how she found it. I don't remember. I'm sure it was amazing.

I'm sure it was amazing. She told me and I was listening and I was like, "That sounds too complex. Get Get a daisy. You want to find these search warrants?

" But I I don't I don't have an explanation for these facts. And you want me to believe the case against Tyler Robinson is open and shut? Tell me why he walked past his car on his way back to his car. Tell me why we have eyewitness testimony of someone they believe was involved behind their house and were searching all around that area, but not right there.

And they believe there was more than one person back there. Well, that's convenient. That's convenient. You've got two people on a dirt path be in between houses, one of them dressed in black that you think might have been involved and he looks shady and he was pacing back and forth and you thought he'd just come from the Losi center roof and you think he's the asalent and you talk to the police about it and the police show up and they search the area and then when you go do cell phone extraction date or cell phone location data and and tower dumps, you you ex you purposefully exclude that area.

like you you almost have to draw around that area. Are you out of your mind? This is why we think he's a psy. This is why we think there's an international or or multi- agency cover up.

I'll say that because no single agency could do this alone. No single agency could pull this off alone. T USA couldn't pull this off. The Utah County Sheriff's Office couldn't pull this off.

The National Guard couldn't pull this off. The FBI couldn't pull this off. The State Bureau of Investigation couldn't pull this off. The executive branch of the United States couldn't pull this off.

The United States military couldn't pull this off. It requires too much help to hide certain facts, to elevate certain facts, to push a certain narrative, requires cooperation from everyone. [snorts] That's why we believe that there's a multi- agency cover up. That's why we believe Tyler Robinson didn't do this or he didn't do it alone.

It's why we believe there's a conspiracy. Does that make me a conspiracy theorist? I don't care what you call me. I want answers to these questions.

I want the right people asking these questions. If I'm TPSA and I know they watch these shows or they at least get reports of these shows, probably have AI summarize the transcript if it's too late for them. Actually, it's early out there. It's only 7:12 out there your time.

You guys should be asking these same questions. Why the hell didn't you get cell phone data for the one place where they thought they saw somebody? And why did he walk past what we think is his car? And why did George Zen say he had a plan?

Did he have a plan? Was George Zen in on it? Do we need to get him charged in on this? And if George Zen was in on it, who got George Zinn and Tyler Robinson together?

That's weird. And why was there a pervert cop searching everybody? Why was he the one showing up everywhere? And did they get the extraction data from Charlie Kirk's cell phone and and all the devices?

Did they keep all the stuff that they asked for in the search warrant? Where's all that stuff? Like, if I'm Te USA, these are the questions I'm asking. I want to know the answers to all these questions.

This is not a situation where you can just look the other way and say, "Ah, open and shut. " Well, admittedly, gun was in the area. Not arguing that. Screwdriver.

Yep. screwdriver. If I was going to set somebody up, I would use all those same things. I would grab one of his guns, maybe a screwdriver out of his toolbox, probably wrap it in his bath towel that he rubbed all over his butt and face.

Get his DNA all good and all over everything. Yeah, he's seen on camera. Well, sort of. Sort of.

" And then changed his mind at the last second like, "Ah, yeah, maybe I can. " You know, they have a situation like that. I might not want the boyfriend in court testifying. I might move to block him from having to testify and having to get cross-examined.

I might not call in a court reporter who would keep it fair and call it down the middle and say, "You can't talk to the witness while he's testifying. Sit down, sir, or I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I'm at least going to record that it's happening. Lawyers started waving hands erratically, pointing down and saying, "Yes, yes, yes.

You want us to believe this is all on the up it up? Don't do what you're doing. Do it better. We deserve better.

The people of the United States are involved in this because of the FBI investigation. Do better. We demand it. All the people of Utah are involved in this because of the FBI involvement.

They demand better. Do better. Everyone in Utah County is seeking right now to put this guy to death. They demand you do better.

Do better. If the state is going to have the awesome power of taking life, do better. Do better. Don't hide the ball.

Don't hide search warrants. Don't have these crazy facts that don't add up and don't make sense. Don't tell us that George Zen's cleared and all he had was a little kitty material. Don't.

No. No. Don't do that. Don't do that.

Tell us he said he had a plan. Tell us what that plan was and who he planned it with. We deserve the answer to that. I'm not even going to get into what Candace showed tonight.

I was going to, but I'm not going to. I may get into it another night. If you want to support the program and show how amazing you find the effort that people like Daisy put in to bring you um research like she's brought you, you could buy a hat. That same design is also on a shirt.
