Katie Johnson's full testimony of 2/11/16
Jun 5, 2020

Katie's video description was captured before Trump became President and matches perfectly with what's described by 100's of other underage girls.

Given Epstein’s history of secretly taping famous people taking sexual advantage of young women procured by Epstein, if the allegations in the Katie Johnson complaint are true, Trump has every reason to be concerned that tapes might exist which would prove Johnson’s allegations.

Attorney General (and Trump personal lawyer) Bob Barr made the highly unusual decision to un-recuse himself from the Epstein case and actually take direct control over the case, despite having previously announced he had a conflict of interest.

I would never have guessed that a billionaire could run a sex trafficking ring for decades with numerous people as accomplices and co-conspirators. But Epstein is already a convicted sexual predator and he continued the behavior even after his conviction.

These women who were sexually abused as girls deserve the complete truth. They deserve justice and it appears that Bill Barr and Donald Trump have the motivation to go to unimaginable lengths to prevent that from ever happening.

Transcript

[Katie Johnson] I came to this interview of my free will. No, there was nothing promised to me for doing this interview. Yes, everything that I say at this interview will be the truth.

I met Donald Trump at some parties when I was working for Mr. Jeffrey Epstein. There was about three or four times that I had encounters with Donald Trump. I was 13. The first time that I met Donald Trump was at a party at Jeffrey Epstein's mansion. There was an orgy going on, and he was kind of watching off in the distance. And he basically asked if I could come over and give him a hand job. And at first I wasn't very comfortable with it. This was like my first or second party, and I didn't think that that was my responsibility. But my recruiter told me that I needed to do it. So I agreed to. I said -- sorry, this is a little difficult -- but before I gave him a hand job he kind of slapped my hand away and said, "You need to use a glove." And the recruiter ran over and handed me a glove, and said, "No one touches Mr. Trump's penis without a glove." So I needed to use a glove.

I gave him a hand job and then immediately after he had an orgasm, he left. And I didn't see him again at that party.

Jeffrey Epstein is a billionaire friend of Donald Trump's who was responsible for throwing the sex parties. I originally came to New York trying to be a model, and in my travels, I met a girl named Tiffany there who was very interested in me, and she said that's what she did, is that she helped girls, you know, get what they wanted, and she could help me get into modeling, and that she knew a lot of people that were higher-ups, and that it would be no problem. And she said that I would just basically have to come model at a couple of events and meet some people. It would be no sweat.

So of course I went. You know, it sounded like no big deal. And she was recruiting the girls to come to these parties. And, they all looked, I mean most of them were near my age. There were a couple girls that were maybe 14 or 15, but it seemed to me like we were all very young.

So Jeffrey Epstein knew that I was 13 years old. When he interviewed me, he asked me to get down to my bra and panties, and I thought that was weird. But I mean, modeling, maybe it was something about my figure. And he asked that I give him a massage. And then he asked me my age/ I told him, you know, I told him that I was 13. I told him why I was there, and he basically said, "Well, I'm sure that you'll fit pretty nicely here. And then he tried to basically slip himself inside of me. And I pushed him away, because at that point in time I still believed that there were models, and then there were the girls that did that. Like I thought there was a separation. So, I told him that I wasn't interested in that, but he said that I would do.

And as far as Donald Trump, he knew that I was 13. I believe that Tiffany told him. He seemed to take a liking to me, because I was so young, and I was also a virgin. So, I don't know, but it seemed like he wasn't really into having girls that were liked by the other guys. He kind of liked things to be his first, you know, for lack of a better term. But he was the one who wanted to get to a girl before everyone else did.

Donald Trump knew that I was 13, because the first the first night that I was there, Tiffany actually suggested that, and she had a whole bunch of different wigs then. I expressed interest in them, you know. I always told her that I would love to walk around with blue hair, and so I tried some on, and there was a blonde wig that she said that looked great on me. So I wore that wig. And Donald Trump had specifically asked about me, because I reminded him of his daughter. And Tiffany said, "Well, she's 13 as well." So, he knew the first time that he saw me. But he took a liking to me because I looked like his daughter.

The reason I'm coming out now is when it happened originally, I just wanted to forget about the whole incident. And when I saw that he was running for President [in 2016], I felt it was my responsibility to come out and tell our country what kind of man this person is. I don't think that he should even be the dog catcher, let alone running the greatest country in the world.

After I met Tiffany at the bus station, she basically took me to her house, her apartment, and I got ready. I put on a blonde wig, because it seemed fun to pretend to be someone different, and then we went to the party that I was basically interviewing for. And Jeffrey Epstein was the one that was running the party. He had a quick meeting with everyone who was employed there, and he had a private interview with me.

The first time that I met Jeffrey Epstein, he did try to force himself inside of me without getting the go-ahead, or anything, and then it was probably about the third or fourth party when he basically forced, it was another massage, and it wasn't sex, but there was penetration, and I told him that I didn't want that. But he got a little irritated, so there was something about him that I kind of held a lot of resentment towards him.

By the time that happened, I kind of already had started catching on that maybe I wasn't there for modeling, and maybe I was just getting used for things. And I kind of held him responsible.

I did receive money to go to these parties. After every party I was paid by Mr. Epstein. Out of all the girls that were there with me -- most of them were 13, or 14. I think the oldest one might have been just turned 16. I mean, she'd been there for a while.

It was actually -- it was Tiffany who said he liked to watch other people have sex. I mean, he was a germophobe. He doesn't like germs. So rather than partaking, he just watches.

So I informed him that I was a virgin, so I was basically sorry. So it was Tiffany who introduced us.

The second time that I saw Mr. Trump was the same scenario. He was looking on at an orgy. And Tiffany came over to me and said that Donald Trump had requested that I perform oral sex on him. And I'd never done something like that with anybody, so I was a little nervous. So I walked up to him, and he was standing there very proud-like. and I just kind of moved towards that direction, and he kind of slapped me away, and said, "What are you doing? You know you need to put a condom, like I was some dirty filth or something without a condom. Tiffany ran over and handed me a condom, and she was apologizing profusely to Trump, and she said that would never happen again. And she looked at me and scolded me for being kind of like a child, and that anytime you touched Donald Trump's penis, it needed to have a condom on, or glove, you know. And especially when it comes to performing oral sex.

So I apologized, and then I performed oral sex on him. And again, once he was done, he hopped up and that's the last I saw of him at that party. Some of the things that I noticed that were weird with him was that sometimes, before the parties, he would come over, Jeffrey Epstein and himself, would kind of banter back and forth. And Donald Trump was very racist. He said a lot of racist things. Like there were a lot of comments towards Mr. Epstein being Jewish, and comments like, "You Jewish bastard." And there were some words I didn't even understand -- something about the shape of Epstein's penis being directly related to his mole, and I'm not too familiar with the Jewish tradition, but I'm pretty sure that whatever he was saying wasn't very nice.

He also referred to people of Hispanic background, and he called them Spics. That was around the first time that the World Trade Center had gotten the bombing in the 90s, and he was talking about the towelheads, and how it would just be better off if we didn't let them in, or you know, basically get rid of every one, every single one that was already here. And that just made me really uncomfortable; really, really uncomfortable.

He also loved to call black people "Niggers," and Arabic people he called "Sandniggers."

The only time that he tried to give me some money was our last encounter together, where he acted out a rape fantasy. I was forced to give that money back, because Jeffrey Epstein paid us after the party. So he just gave me the money. I don't even know why. He gave it to me maybe to make me feel more cheap, because it was a rape fantasy to him, but I wasn't playing.

So there were those two times, and then there was after. And the next thing that happened was that Tiffany approached me and said he had a fantasy where he walked in on his maids basically making out, and that it was some type of fantasy for him. So at that point, I was like, "I don't want to be involved with anything that has to do with him." But she's like, "There's nothing that you'll have to do, just he's requesting you to be involved." So I felt like I didn't have a choice there. But his fantasy is basically, he's walking in on his two maids. I was the white maid, and there was a Spanish girl named Maria, who was the Hispanic maid. And we were making out, and he walks in, and he gets really angry, and threatens to call immigration on Maria if she doesn't come over and make things right, and give him a blow job. So while she is over there giving him a blow job, I am just supposed to look scared, like, "Oh no," you know, and cleaning up things, and pretending like I'm trying to go back to my job as a maid. And he was so rude to Maria -- I felt so bad for her -- and I guess it just didn't seem like a fantasy. And it's the weirdest fantasy, you know. He was threatening to call immigration on her.

So she wasn't even near going down to give him oral sex before he slapped her away, and said, "You need to put a condom on." And she's trying to say that she is so sorry, and he's like, "I can't even understand what you're saying," and "Speak English'. He made derogatory comments to her, and then he's like, "You know what? You don't know what you're doing. Have her come over and show you how it's done." And he said that I had to go over there or else he was going to call immigration on Maria. I didn't know if it was true or not. And he said that if I didn't show her how to perform oral sex on him, then he was going to call immigration on her, and then get rid of us both.

You know, anything in relation to him getting off, or being satisfied, or happy, had to do with him being in power, extreme power. And it was always intimidating when he was like that. You didn't really know if it was true, or funny. It's like, if you refuse to play along, would he really call immigration on Maria? Would he really get rid of us both? And I didn't even want to know what that meant. You know -- it wasn't a game. We just felt like it wasn't a game.

The one night that I had the blonde wig on, he mentioned that I reminded him of his daughter. And actually, during the maid fantasy, I didn't have a blonde wig on. I was trying to stay away from blond wigs at the time. But he actually requested -- told -- Tiffany that he wanted me to wear it. Like anytime I had it on, and he'd see me, he would say, "Man, you look just like my daughter. And it wasn't like, "Oh, you remind me of my daughter." It was a sick, evil-like, "You remind me of my daughter." It was just this weird pleasure-sick-smile. Like, I don't even want to know what he was thinking about. I could imagine what he was thinking about.

After the parties would end, we were to report to Mr. Epstein, and basically tell him everything that happened, who and what they liked, and what they disliked, and if there were any requests or if there was talk about anything. That's when we told Mr. Epstein everything. And then he paid us, and we went home. And with me, you know, I would normally get taken to the airport to go back home.

The fact that Trump has a chance to be the next President makes me feel disgusting inside. I've always been proud to be an American, and I think we live in a beautiful country. But I just see him ruining everything. He's horrible. What he portrays on the outside isn't even that great, but people don't even know the half of it -- how evil, sick and twisted that man is.

I have a friend that's been my friend ever since the eighth grade. I confided in her, and she knows all about it. She knows everything. I mean, I destroyed everything from that trip. I couldn't risk my dad finding out. And now I think I'm old enough, but at that point, I didn't want to not be his little girl, you know. I didn't want to lose my dad.

Basically, I never kept proof of any of the trips. I never told my parents because, you know, there would be no good outcome of telling my parents. They would have grounded me, and I would have never been allowed out of the house. My father would have come unglued. I did tell a friend, my best friend, and she's still my best friend to this day. She knows everything. She knows it all.

I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to save the country that I believe that we have. I know what he does behind closed doors. And I'm willing to sacrifice my life to get our country back. And they're right about going in some type of positive direction, but this guy's not gonna take us anywhere positive.

You know, as far as my life changing by coming out with this information, I've thought long and hard about whether or not I should do it. And I've gone back and forth. But I think that the American people need to know what kind of man this person is. And if my life changes because of that, then so be it. But the American people need to know what they're dealing with.

If I had the chance to talk to Donald Trump, I would run the other way. I'm scared of him like I've never been scared of anything else in my entire life. I can't explain it to you, but the fear of him even being in the next room makes me have panic attacks.

The last encounter that I had with Donald Trump, Tiffany approached me about a rape scene that we're supposed to play out, and I didn't like the sound of that at all. But Tiffany promised, ensured me, that if I wasn't comfortable with something, we could stop. That she would be right there, and it wouldn't get out of hand; and it was just a fantasy, and it wasn't really gonna happen. Tiffany was always nice to me. I felt I trusted her. And I wouldn't always trust her, or do what she asked me to, but she was there.

And when he came in, he basically tied me to a bed with pantyhose. And they ties were so tight it hurt to even lay there. And I tried to say something, and his response was "Just shut up; shut up bitch." He was being really, really rough, and it just didn't seem like a fantasy. And I started to get scared. And he was basically ripping my clothes off, and I actually got really freaked out, and I told him, "I don't want to do this." I was screaming for Tiffany, and this was scaring her, and he's like, "Oh, you shut up, too." He just turned into this animal. It was a completely different person. It was like everyone in the room was scared of him and it was like I couldn't do anything about it. And he ripped off all my clothes, and he started to basically have sex with me. And I was screaming, because I never had sex before. It was my first time. And Tiffany was yelling at him too. She was saying that I was a virgin, and he told us to "Just shut the fuck up," and basically took my virginity while I was crying and telling him to stop, and just begging for him to stop. And Tiffany didn't know what else to do either. No one was there to help us, or me.

And so, he basically finishes it, and it didn't take that long at all. I mean, it felt like it was like five and a half hours; it seemed like an eternity. I don't even know how long it was, but he was done, and I was crying, and Tiffany was apologizing. She told me that she would never put me in that situation again. But he came over mad, because I was crying. And he said that I should be thankful that someone like Donald Trump took my virginity. Well, he didn't say "took my virginity." He said I should be glad that someone like Donald Trump popped my cherry and not some pimply little 14-year-old. And speaking to Tiffany, I asked, "What if I get pregnant"? I wasn't even talking to him. I didn't want to talk to him. I was talking to Tiffany. And he said, "Well, you'll get an abortion then, bitch." And then he just walked away. And then I told Tiffany that I needed to go home. And I never went back again.

I guess it's for you to decide. You know, I don't have any kids myself because I'm afraid to have kids, because who knows what kind of damage they can get into. But if you have a 13-year-old daughter, would you be okay with the person who's running our country doing that to your little girl? And I just want people to know. I have faith in our society that it will make the right choice.

He seemed to be taking great pleasure, and enjoyed the dominance and control he had over me. And the more I screamed, the more I got scared, the more he was enraged with power. And it was like he was just charged with it. It was scary.

My experience with Donald Trump has made it to where I can't be in a healthy relationship, I can't be in a relationship without without self-sabotaging it. I don't do well. I mean, I've been in a couple of relationships. I mean they're never of interest to me normally, but one man in particular was a wonderful man, and I couldn't even control myself from self-sabotaging. It was like I had to get him out of my life, and I don't even know why. It was like, anytime anyone loves me I don't feel worth it. I don't even know how to explain it. Like I can be friends, I can have acquaintances with guys, but anytime it's someone who expresses anything else besides that, I can't take any pleasure in it. Whether I mean to or not, it's like I hurt their feelings just so they'll never talk to me again. And make sure that it's not ever a possibility.

Donald Trump destroyed my feeling of self-worth, and my self-esteem, when it just bloomed. It hadn't even had a chance to experience anything.

I have only spoken to to one therapist about, this just recently actually. For a long time I just really tried to forget about it. I tried very hard. But I've been to counseling for other things. I went to counseling for the previous relationship that I was sabotaging. And my counselor said, "Something has happened to you, and you need to deal with that." And I was like, "Hmm." He knew that there was something that had happened where I was self-sabotaging, or sabotaging these relationships. But he said that it was my responsibility to deal with it.

Donald Trump has just destroyed my self-esteem. And I feel like it's destroyed part of my life. The only healthy relationship I could have had, I completely demolished it. And I love to choose the dysfunctional ones that I know I can just push away. After what happened with Donald Trump, I can't trust a man ever again. And thinking about it just makes me sick to my stomach. So when something so traumatic happens to someone who's so young, you never ever really get over it.

2. CONSPIRACY TO DEPRIVE CIVIL RIGHTS

Plaintiff Katie Johnson, for causes of actions against Defendants Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, alleges as follows:

JURISDICTION

1. Jurisdiction is pursuant to the law of Diversity, 28 U.S.C; 1332, as plaintiff resides in the state of California while defendants reside in the state of New York and the action is for damages above $75,000.

VENUE

2. The venue is established as the Eastern Division of the United States Court Central District of California because the plaintiff resides in San Bernadino County, State of California.

PARTIES

3. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, resides in the State of California.

4. The Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, each reside in the State of New York.

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

5. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges that the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, did willfully and with extreme malice violate her Civil Rights under 18 U.S.C ; 2241 by sexually and physically abusing Plaintiff Johnson by forcing her to engage in various perverted and depraved sex acts by threatening physical harm to Plaintiff Johnson and also her family.

6. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges that the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, also did willfully and with extreme malice violate her Civil Rights under 42 U.S.C.; 1985 by conspiring to deny Plaintiff Johnson her Civil Rights by making her their sex slave.

7. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges she was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse by the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, including forcible rape during a four month time span covering the months of June-September 1994 when Plaintiff Johnson was still only a minor of age 13.

8. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, alleges she was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of underage sex parties held at the New York City residence of Defendant Jeffrey E. Epstein and attended by Defendant Donald J. Trump.

9. On the first occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to manually stimulate Defendant Trump with the use of her hand upon Defendant Trump's erect penis until he reached sexual orgasm.

10. On the second occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing her mouth upon Defendant Trump's erect penis until he reached sexual orgasm.

11. On the third occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson was forced to engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act with her fellow minor and sex slave, Maria Doe age 12, for the sexual enjoyment of Defendant Trump. After this sex act, both minors were forced to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing their mouths simultaneously on his erect penis until he achieved sexual orgasm. After zipping up his pants, Defendant Trump physically pushed both minors away while angrily berating them for the "poor" quality of their sexual performance.

12.On the fourth and final sexual encounter with the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was tied to a bed by Defendant Trump who then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff Johnson. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff Johnson loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to "please wear a condom". Defendant Trump responded by violently striking Plaintiff Johnson in the face with his open hand and screaming that "he would do whatever he wanted" as he refused to wear protection. After achieving sexual orgasm, the Defendant, Donald J. Trump put his suit back on and when the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, in tears asked Defendant Trump what would happen if he had impregnated her, Defendant Trump grabbed his wallet and threw some money at her and screamed that she should use the money "to get a fucking abortion".

13. On the first occasion involving the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was forced to disrobe into her bra and panties and to give a full body massage to Defendant Epstein while he was completely naked. During the massage, Defendant Epstein physically forced Plaintiff Johnson to touch his erect penis with her bare hands and to clean up his ejaculated semen after he achieved sexual orgasm.

14. On the second occasion involving the Defendant, Jeffrey Epstein, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson was again forced to disrobe into her bra and panties while giving Defendant Epstein a full body massage while he was completely naked. The Defendant, Donald J. Trump, was also present as he was getting his own massage from another minor, Jane Doe, age 13. Defendant Epstein forced Plaintiff Johnson to touch his erect penis by physically placing her bare hands upon his sex organ and again forced Plaintiff Johnson to clean up his ejaculated semen after he achieved sexual orgasm.

15. Shortly after this sexual assault by the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, on the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, Plaintiff Johnson was still present while the two Defendants were arguing over who would be the one to take Plaintiff Johnson's virginity. The Defendant, Donald J. Trump, was clearly heard referring to Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, as a "Jew Bastard" as he yelled at Defendant Epstein, that clearly, he, Defendant Trump, should be the lucky one to "pop the cherry" of Plaintiff Johnson.

16. The third and final sexual assault by the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, on the Plaintiff, Kati Johnson, took place after Plaintiff Johnson had been brutally and savagely raped by Defendant Trump. While receiving another full body massage from Plaintiff Johnson, while in the nude, Defendant Epstein became so enraged after finding out that Defendant Trump had been the one to take Plaintiff Johnson's virginity, that Defendant Epstein also violently raped Plaintiff Johnson. After forcing Plaintiff Johnson to disrobe into her bra and panties, while receiving a massage from the Plaintiff, Defendant Epstein attempted to enter Plaintiff Johnson's anal cavity with his erect penis while trying to restrain her. Plaintiff Johnson attempted to push Defendant Epstein away, at which time Defendant Epstein attempted to enter Plaintiff Johnson's vagina with his erect penis. This attempt to brutally sodomize and rape Plaintiff Johnson by Defendant Epstein was finally repelled by Plaintiff Johnson but not before Defendant Epstein was able to achieve sexual orgasm. After perversely sodomizing and raping the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, attempted to strike her about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at Plaintiff Johnson that he, Defendant Epstein, should have been the one who "took her cherry, not Mr. Trump", before she finally managed to break away from Defendant Epstein.

17. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was fully warned on more than one occasion by both Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, that were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse that she had suffered as a sex slave for Defendant Trump and Defendant Epstein, that Plaintiff Johnson and her family would be in mortal danger. Plaintiff Johnson was warned that this would mean certain death for herself and Plaintiff Johnson's family unless she remained silent forever on the exact details of the depraved and perverted sexual and physical abuse she had been forced to endure from the Defendants.

MATERIAL WITNESSES

18. Tiffany Doe, a former trusted employee of the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, has agreed to provide sworn testimony in this civil case and any other future civil or criminal proceedings, fully verifying the authenticity of the claims of the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson. Witness Tiffany Doe was employed by the Defendant, Jeffrey E. Epstein, for more than 10 years as a party planner for his underage sex parties. Despite being subject to constant terroristic threats by Defendants Epstein and Trump to never reveal the details of these underage sex parties at which scores of teenagers, and pre-teen girls were used as sex slaves by Defendant Epstein and Defendant Trump, witness Tiffany Doe refuses to be silent any longer. She has agreed to fully reveal the extent of the sexual perversion and physical cruelty that she personally witnessed at these parties by Defendants Epstein and Trump.

19. Material witness Tiffany Doe fully confirms all of Plaintiff Katie Johnson's allegations of physical and sexual abuse by Defendants Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein. Tiffany Doe was physically present at each of the four occasions of sexual abuse by Defendant Trump upon the person of Plaintiff Johnson, as it was her job to witness all of the sexual escapades of Defendant Epstein's guests at these underage sex parties and later reveal all of the sordid details directly to Defendant Epstein. Defendant Epstein also demanded that Tiffany Doe tell him personally everything she had overheard at these parties explaining to her that "knowledge was king" in the financial world. As a result of these underage sex parties, Defendant Epstein was able to accumulate inside business knowledge that he otherwise would never have been privy to in order to amass his huge personal fortune.

20. Material witness Tiffany Doe will testify that she was also present or had direct knowledge of each of the three instances on which Defendant Jeffrey E. Epstein physically and sexually abused the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson. Tiffany Doe will testify to the fact that the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, was extremely fortunate to have survived all of the physical and sexual horrors inflicted upon her by Defendants Epstein and Trump.

21. The Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, asks the court for relief against the Defendants, Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, in the amount of $100,000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Dollars) as a result of the Defendants aforementioned acts upon which they willfully and maliciously violated the Civil Rights of the Plaintiff as stated in 18 U.S.C ; 2241 by sexually and physically abusing the then 13 year old Plaintiff Johnson under threat of harm to her and her family, and 42 U.S.C ; 1985 by the Defendants conspiring to deny the Civil Rights of Plaintiff Johnson by making her their sex slave.

2. Upon information and belief, Defendants Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein each reside in this District and are citizens of the State of New York.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

3. Plaintiff is a citizen of the State of California for purposes of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

4. Defendants are citizens of the State of New York for purposes of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.

5. This Court has original subject matter jurisdiction with respect to this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 as there exists complete diversity of citizenship between Plaintiff and Defendants and the amount in controversy exceeds Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), exclusive of interest and costs.

6. Defendants are each subject to the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 with proper venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391 as both defendants are residents of and/or are domiciled in this district and the events giving rise to the claims occurred in this district.

RAPE, SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, CRIMINAL SEXUAL ACTS, SEXUAL ABUSE, FORCIBLE TOUCHING, ASSAULT, BATTERY, INTENTIONAL AND RECKLESS INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, DURESS, AND FALSE IMPRISONMENT

7. Plaintiff was subject to acts of rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and threats of death and/or serious bodily injury by the Defendants that took place at several parties during the summer months of 1994. The parties were held by Defendant Epstein at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Epstein at 9 E. 71st St. in Manhattan. During this period, Plaintiff was a minor of age 13 and was legally incapable under New York law of consenting to sexual intercourse and the other sexual contacts detailed herein. NY Penal L § 130.05(3)(a). The rapes in the first, second, and third degrees; sexual misconduct; criminal sexual acts in the first, second, and third degrees; sexual abuse in the first, second, and third degrees; and forcible touching (and, on information and belief, predatory sexual assault) detailed herein are unlawful under New York law, e.g., NY Penal L § 130.20-130.52, and 130.55-130.65 (and, on information and belief, 130.95) and constitute the torts of, inter alia, assault, battery, false imprisonment, and intentional or reckless infliction of emotional distress, including threats of force and serious bodily harm, under New York law. In addition, 18 U.S. Code § 2255 provides Plaintiff with a civil remedy for personal injuries because Plaintiff, while a minor, was a victim of violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1591, 2421, 2422(b), and 2423(a) and she suffered personal injury as a result of such violations. Declaration of Plaintiff Jane Doe, Exhibit A hereto; Declaration of Tiffany Doe, Exhibit B hereto; Declaration of Joan Doe, Exhibit C hereto; Jane Doe, Tiffany Doe, and Joan Doe are each pseudonyms as each woman wishes anonymity. Tiffany Doe, a witness, was an employee of Defendant Epstein. Exh. B. Joan Doe, a witness, was a childhood classmate of Plaintiff who, in the 1994-95 school year, was told by Plaintiff that Plaintiff was subject to sexual contact by the Defendants at parties in New York City during the summer of 1994. Exh. C.

8. Courts have discretion to allow proceeding anonymously where the need for privacy outweighs the public’s interest in knowing their identity and any prejudice to the defendants. Sealed Plaintiff v. Sealed Defendant, 537 F.3d 185, 189 (2d Cir. 2008). This litigation involves matters that are highly sensitive and of a personal nature, and identification of Plaintiff would pose a risk of retaliatory physical harm to her and to others. Exh. A. All of the ten factors that the Second Circuit articulated as relevant to this analysis favor anonymity, especially factors 1-4, 7, and 10 (e.g., factors one and two: “whether the litigation involves matters that are ‘highly sensitive and [of a] personal nature,’” and “’whether identification poses a risk of retaliatory physical or mental harm to the ... party [seeking to proceed anonymously] or even more critically, to innocent non-parties’”.), or are neutral with respect to anonymity. Protecting Plaintiff’s anonymity is also appropriate as she is a rape victim.

9. Plaintiff was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of parties, with other similarly situated minor females, held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. At least four of the parties were attended by Defendant Trump. Exhs. A and B. On information and belief, by this time in 1994, Defendant Trump had known Defendant Epstein for seven years (New York, 10/28/02, “’I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,’' Trump booms from a speakerphone. ‘He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it -- Jeffrey enjoys his social life.’”), and knew that Plaintiff was then just 13 years old. Exhs. A and B.

10. Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiff to a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but with no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. Exhs. A and B.

11. Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened Plaintiff that, were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse of her by Defendant Trump, Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed. Exhs. A and B.

12. Defendant Epstein had sexual contact with Plaintiff at two of the parties. The second sexual encounter with Defendant Epstein took place after Plaintiff had been raped by Defendant Trump. Defendant Epstein forced himself upon Plaintiff and proceeded to rape her anally and vaginally despite her loud pleas to stop. Defendant Epstein then attempted to strike Plaintiff about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at Plaintiff that he, Defendant Epstein, rather than Defendant Trump, should have been the one who took Plaintiff’s virginity, before Plaintiff finally managed to break away from Defendant Epstein. Exhs. A and B.

13. The threats of violence against Plaintiff and her family continued, this time from Defendant Epstein, who again reiterated that Plaintiff was not to reveal any of the details of his sexual and physical abuse of her or else, specifically, Plaintiff and her family would be seriously physically harmed, if not killed. Exhs. A and B.

14. While still under threats of physical harm by coming forward and having no reason to believe that the threats have ever been lifted or would ever be lifted, Plaintiff, who has suffered from stress, emotional distress, mental pain and suffering, among other problems, ever since the assaults, was subjected to daily painful reminders of the horrific acts of one of the perpetrators, Defendant Trump, via mass media coverage of him starting on or about June 16, 2015 that, over a short period of time, became continuous and unavoidable. Exh. A.

15. As a direct and proximate result of the sexual assaults and rapes perpetrated by Defendants upon her, Plaintiff has suffered stress, emotional distress, and mental pain and suffering, as well as adverse physical consequences.

16. As a direct and proximate result of the sexual assaults and rapes perpetrated by Defendants upon her, Plaintiff has suffered physical pain and suffering.

17. As a direct and proximate result of the sexual assaults and rapes perpetrated by Defendants upon her, Plaintiff has been subjected to public scorn, hatred, and ridicule and has suffered threats against her life and physical safety.

18. As a direct and proximate result of the sexual assaults and rapes perpetrated by Defendants upon her, Plaintiff has incurred special damages, including medical and legal expenses.

19. The sexual assaults and rapes perpetrated by Defendants upon Plaintiff were intentional acts.

20. The conduct of Defendants demonstrates willful, reckless and intentional conduct that raises a conscious indifference to consequences.

21. At the appropriate time in this litigation, Plaintiff shall amend her complaint to assert a claim for punitive damages against Defendants in order to punish Defendants for their actions and to deter Defendants from repeating their conduct.

TOLLING OF STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

22. Any statute of limitations applicable to rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment of a minor, if any, is tolled owing to the continuous and active duress imposed upon Plaintiff by Defendants that effectively robbed Plaintiff of her free will to commence legal action until the present time. Cullen v. Margiotta, 811 F.2d 698, 722 (2nd Cir.1987); Ross v. United States, 574 F. Supp. 536, 542 (S.D.N.Y. 1983). More particularly, Plaintiff was unrelentingly threatened by each Defendant that, were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse caused to her by Defendants, Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed. The duress has not terminated and the fear has not subsided. The duress is an element of or inherent in the underlying causes of action complained of herein. The duress and coercion exerted by Defendants has been such as to have actually deprived Plaintiff of her freedom of will to institute suit earlier in time, and it rose to such a level that a person of reasonable firmness in Plaintiff's situation would have been unable to resist. Exhs. A and B.

23. Both Defendants let Plaintiff know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats. Indeed, Defendant Trump stated that Plaintiff shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like Maria, a 12-year-old female that was forced to be involved in the third incident with Defendant Trump and that Plaintiff had not seen since that third incident, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed. Exhs. A and B.

24. The duress had prevented Plaintiff from starting litigation before this year. However, as soon as she surfaced, she received threats. More specifically, shortly after her first complaint was filed in California on April 26, 2016, she started receiving threatening phone calls on her cell phone. Exh. A.

25. Defendants are equitably estopped from arguing that any statute of limitations has not been tolled as Defendants wrongfully forced Plaintiff to refrain from timely commencing this action by threats, duress, and other misconduct. Exhs. A and B. Zimmerman v. Poly Prep Country Day School, ___ F.Supp.2d ___ (2012), 2012 WL 3683393; General Stencils, Inc. v. Chippa, 18 N.Y.2d 125, 127 (1966)(“a wrongdoer should not be able to take refuge behind the shield of his own wrongdoing.”).

26. Moreover, this action has been brought before the facts giving rise to the estoppel have ceased to be operational (i.e., while still under threats of physical harm by coming forward and having no reason to believe that the threats have ever been lifted or would ever be lifted) and since Plaintiff has decided to seek redress at this time, Plaintiff seeks an order of protection in favor of Plaintiff and all associated with her so as to protect them from harm and harassment from Defendants and their agents and associates. Exh. A.

DEFAMATION

27. On information and belief, on or about April 28, 2016, Defendant Trump provided the following statement to American Media, Inc. and/or Radar Online LLC for publication on at least their website RadarOnline.com regarding Plaintiff’s complaint ED CV 16- 797-DMG (KSx) filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California: “The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated. There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.” The statement provided for publication by Defendant Trump was published by said website and has been republished elsewhere in whole or in part numerous times (and similar statements of an attorney for Defendant Trump were also published, including on September 22, 2016 by Courthouse News Service). The statements provided for publication by Defendant Trump and his agent and that were published by said websites are false as they pertain to Plaintiff.

28. The published statements are libelous on their face, and clearly expose Plaintiff to hatred, contempt, ridicule and obloquy.

29. As a proximate result of the above-described publications, Plaintiff has suffered loss of her reputation, shame, mortification, and injury to her feelings, all to her damage in an amount to be established by proof at trial.

30. The above-described publications were not privileged because they were published by Defendant Trump and his agent with malice, hatred and ill will toward Plaintiff and the desire to injure her.

31. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant Trump’s defamation of Plaintiff, Plaintiff has been subjected to public scorn, hatred, and ridicule and has suffered other injury.

PRAYER FOR RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for judgment against Defendants and for the following relief:

A. That judgment be entered against Defendants for special damages, compensatory damages, and punitive damages in an amount which shall be shown to be reasonable and just by the evidence and in excess of Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), exclusive of interests and costs;

B. That all costs of this action be assessed against Defendants, including all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of this action;

C. That an order of protection in favor of Plaintiff and all associated with her be issued so as to protect them from harm and harassment from Defendants and their agents and associates; and

D. Such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.

JURY DEMAND

Plaintiff demands a trial by jury of all issues properly triable by jury in this action. Dated: September 30, 2016 Respectfully submitted,

DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

I, Jane Doe, the Plaintiff in this matter proceeding under a pseudonym, state as follows:

1. I am a competent adult over 18 years of age able to testify as to personal knowledge. The facts in this declaration are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, and I am competent to testify to them if called upon to do so.

2. I was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse by the Defendants, including forcible rape, that took place at several parties of Defendant Epstein during the summer of 1994 in New York City at a residence used by Defendant Epstein. During this period, I was 13 years old.

3. More particularly, I traveled by bus to New York City in June 1994 in the hope of starting a modeling career. I went to several modeling agencies but was told that I needed to put together a modeling portfolio before I would be considered. I then went to the Port Authority in New York City to start to make my way back home. There I met a woman who introduced herself to me as Tiffany. She told me about the parties and said that, if I would join her at the parties, I would be introduced to people who could get me into the modeling profession. Tiffany also told me I would be paid for attending.

4. The parties were held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. Each of the parties had other minor females and a number of guests of Mr. Epstein, including Defendant Donald Trump at four of the parties I attended. I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein knew that I was 13 years old.

5. Defendant Trump had sexual contact with me at four different parties in the summer of 1994. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed, exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not. Defendant Trump responded to my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.

6. Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump's sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.

7. Defendant Epstein had sexual contact with me at two of the parties that summer. On the second occasion involving Defendant Epstein, Defendant Epstein forced himself upon me and proceeded to rape me anally and vaginally despite my loud pleas to stop. Defendant Epstein then attempted to strike me about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at me that he, Defendant Epstein, should have been the one who took my virginity, not Defendant Trump, before I finally managed to break away from Defendant Epstein.

8. Immediately following this rape, just like Defendant Trump, Defendant Epstein threatened me not to ever reveal any of the details of Defendant Epstein's sexual and physical abuse of me or else my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.

9. Both Defendants had let me know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats. Indeed, Defendant Trump stated that I shouldn't ever say anything if I didn't want to disappeifr like Maria, a 12-year-old female that was forced to be involved in the third incident with Defendant Trump and that I had not seen since that third incident, and ~hat he was capable of having my whole family killed.

10. The duress imposed on me by Defendants not to ever reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse caused to me by Defendants has not terminated and the fear it has instilled in me has not subsided. Unfortunately, making matters worse for me, I was subjected to daily painful reminders of the horrific acts of Defendant Trump via mass media coverage of him starting last summer that, over a short period of time, became continuous and unavoidable.

11. The duress had prevented me from starting litigation before this year. However, as soon as I surfaced, I received threats. More specifically, shortly after my first complaint was filed in California on April 26, 2016, I started receiving threatening phone calls on a cell phone I then owned. The calls were never for more than 20 seconds or so before they hung up and they were always from a blocked or unavailable phone number according to my caller ID feature. Since I changed phone numbers, the threatening calls have completely stopped.

12. This litigation involves matters that are highly sensitive and of a personal nature, and I believe that identification of me would pose a risk of retaliatory physical harm to me and to others.

13. I have no reason to believe that the Defendants' threats have ever been lifted or will ever be lifted and so I request that the Court issue an order protecting me and my family from harm and harassment by the Defendants.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

I, Tiffany Doe, a pseudonym, state as follows:

1. I am a competent adult over 18 years of age able to\testify as to personal knowledge. The facts in this declaration are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, and I am competent to testify to them if called upon to do so.

2. I originally met Jeffrey E. Epstein in New York City in 1990 when I was the age of 22. I attended a series of parties in that same year of 1990 where I was paid to entertain various guests of Mr. Epstein.

3. In the year 1991, I was promoted to the occupation of party planner in which my duties were to get attractive adolescent women to attend these parties.

4. I was hired by and paid directly by Mr. Epstein from the years of 1991-2000 to attract adolescent women to attend these parties, most of which were held at what is known as the Wexner Mansion located at 9 E. 71st St. in New York City.

5. In June, 1994 while performing my duties as a recruiter of adolescent women to attend Mr. Epstein's parties, I met a 13-year-old adolescent woman, the Plaintiff in this matter, at the Port Authority in New York City who said that she had come to New York City in the hope of starting a modeling career.

6. I persuaded the Plaintiff to attend a series of parties of Mr. Epstein that took place during the summer of 1994. I told her that, if she would join me at the parties, she would be introduced to people who could get her into the modeling profession and she would be paid for attending.

7. It was at these series of parties that I personally witnessed the Plaintiff being forced to perform various sexual acts with Donald J. Trump and Mr. Epstein. Both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein were advised that she was 13 years old.

8. I personally witnessed four sexual encounters that the Plaintiff was forced to have with Mr. Trump during this period, including the fourth of these encounters where Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.

9. I personally witnessed the one occasion where Mr. Trump forced the Plaintiff and a 12-year-old female named Maria perform oral sex on Mr. Trump and witnessed his physical abuse of both minors when they finished the act.

10. I personally witnessed or was made immediately aware of the two occasions where my boss Mr. Epstein attempted to rape and sodomize the Plaintiff. I personally witnessed Mr. Epstein sexually and physically abuse other minor females even younger than her.

11. It was my job to personally witness and supervise encounters between the underage girls that Mr. Epstein hired and his guests.

12. I personally witnessed Mr. Trump physically threaten the life and well-being of the Plaintiff if she ever revealed any details of the physical and sexual abuse suffered by her at the hands of Mr. Trump.

13. I personally witnessed Mr. Epstein physically threaten the life and well-being of the Plaintiff if she ever revealed the details of the physical and sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of Mr. Epstein or any of his guests.

14. I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn't ever say anything if she didn't want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed.

15. After leaving the employment of Mr. Epstein in the year 2000, I was personally threatened by Mr. Epstein that I would be killed and my family killed as well if I ever disclosed any of the physical and sexual abuse of minor females that I had personally witnessed by Mr. Epstein or any of his guests.

16. I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein, including the Plaintiff, during the time of my employment from the years of 1990-2000 for Mr. Epstein. I swear to these facts under penalty of perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

Woman suing Trump over alleged teen rape drops suit, again
by Josh Gerstein
Politico
11/04/2016 07:03 PM EDT. Updated: 11/04/2016 10:04 PM EDT

A woman who accused Donald Trump of raping her two decades ago when she was a 13-year-old aspiring teen model has again dropped a federal lawsuit over the alleged assaults.

The accuser, identified in the lawsuit by the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” was expected to appear at a news conference in Los Angeles Wednesday, but that appearance was abruptly canceled.

The lawyer who organized the event, Lisa Bloom, said Trump’s accuser had received threats and was too frightened to show up.

In the most recent suit, Trump’s accuser asserted that while she was exploring a modeling career in 1994, she attended a series of parties at the Manhattan home of prominent investor Jeffrey Epstein. She alleges that during those parties the real estate mogul tied her to a bed and raped her. She also claimed Epstein raped her during that series of gatherings.

The accuser’s lead attorney, Thomas Meagher of New Jersey, did not immediately respond to requests for comment. He filed a one-page notice dismissing the case Friday evening in federal court in Manhattan. No explanation was given for the action.

Bloom did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday.

Through his attorney, Trump had flatly denied the woman’s allegations.

“It is categorically untrue. It is completely frivolous. It is baseless. It is irresponsible,” Trump attorney Alan Garten told POLITICO in September. “I won’t even discuss the merits because it gives it credibility that it doesn’t deserve.”

“I don’t think I ever had a case where I even suspected a woman was making a false accusation,” said former Suffolk County sheriff and prosecutor Andrea Cabral.

According to Suffolk County District Attorney John P. Pappas, the problem with sexual assaults is underreporting, “because victims fear they won’t be believed. The overwhelming majority of such allegations are grounded in truth.”

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan said, “There may be a variety of legal reasons our office cannot proceed with prosecution; that does not mean the allegation is false.”

False accusations do in fact happen, but again, rarely. Various studies estimate between 2 percent and 10 percent nationwide.

But since only rapes reported to police can be deemed false, some analysts put the number much lower and say that a “false” accusation may actually be a true one recanted because a survivor doesn’t want a trial.

-- The myth of ‘false accusations’ of sexual assault, by Margery Eagan, Boston Globe

Doe named Trump and Epstein as defendants in the suits and says they knew she was well under 17 — the age of consent. “I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein knew that I was 13 years old,” she wrote.

Two earlier suits were filed over the same alleged events.

The first suit over the alleged rapes was filed in federal court in Riverside, California, in April by someone acting without an attorney and using the name “Katie Johnson.” That suit named both Trump and Epstein as defendants, alleging that the two men held Johnson as a “sex slave” and repeatedly forced her to engage in sexual acts against her will.

Subsequent news reports raised doubts about who filed the suit. Johnson claimed she had just $300 in assets and that she was living at a home in Twentynine Palms, California, but Radar Online reported neighbors said the home had been foreclosed upon and vacant since its owner died last year.

U.S. District Court Judge Dolly Gee dismissed that case in May, ruling that Johnson’s complaint didn’t raise valid claims under federal law. Gee, an appointee of President Barack Obama, noted that the suit cited a criminal statute that doesn’t give rise to civil damages and that the civil statute Johnson cited only applies to actions based on “race-based or class-based animus.”

Another version of the suit was filed in federal court in June, but withdrawn in September after apparently never being served on the defendants.

The case was refiled later that month.

The second and third iterations of the complaint accused Trump of only a single act of rape, but said he had “sexual contact” with the accuser on three other occasions. A declaration from an anonymous witness attached to the later suits continued to accuse Trump of four acts of rape or sexual assault.

A lawyer for Epstein declined to the comment on the lawsuits.

About a decade ago, Epstein came under investigation by local and federal authorities near his Palm Beach, Florida, home over allegations that he solicited underage girls to have sex with him at that residence and another on an island he owned in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Epstein pleaded guilty in June 2008 to two state felony charges relating to prostitution and was sentenced to 18 months in jail. He served only 13 months before being released but was required to register as a sex offender.

Here’s Everything We Know So Far About the ‘Katie Johnson’ Allegations Against Trump — It’s Serious and MUST Be Dealt With. This gets tricky, but it doesn't sound out of character for Trump OR Epstein.

My editor says I should put this disclaimer at the end, but I’m going to come right out front with it, just so you know this isn’t clickbait. I have been reporting on Trump since before he was ever president, and nothing that is “alleged” here doesn’t line up with other circumstances he himself has described as having done.

None of this has yet been proven in court.

But the severity of the allegations notwithstanding, Trump is a proud misogynist, and the myriad pictures of him leering at his own teenage daughter as she sat on his lap, later to say that if he weren’t her father, he might be dating her, make everything in this viral story seem like it holds water.

Basically, what we have now is the story of an anonymous accuser who has gone variously by Jane Doe and now Katie Johnson. A post featuring a case filed against Trump in 2016 by an anonymous woman and Jeffrey Epstein, the pedophile who died under mysterious circumstances in prison before he could be forced to testify about who had accompanied him on a plethora of “sex trips” to a private island of his, has been making the rounds since the release of a slew of documents related to the Epstein case were released recently.

The case alleged that she had been held by the men as a “sex slave” in 1994, when she was 13.

It says that she was forced to “perform lesbian sex acts” against her will.

It basically says everything that always came to your mind whenever you thought about Jeffrey Epstein, or Ivanka on Trump’s lap.

Y'all know now about Trump's rape of 13-year-old Katie Johnson. This is how people got the details, not only about Trump's rape of Johnson, but about the relationship between 'pedo bros' Trump and Jeffrey Epstein -- and their secret lives as sexual predators and child rapists.

The April 2016 filing — coincidentally right around the time that Trump was being accused of his affairs with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, during the election — was dismissed by a judge on lack of merit. The case was refiled in June, then again in September of that same year.

At the time of the filing, Trump’s then-lawyer, Alan Garten, told Politico that the charges were “categorically untrue,” though the disappearance of Ms. Doe/Johnson certainly raises some doubts. She hasn’t been heard from since she dropped the last case she filed due to death threats.

“It is completely frivolous. It is baseless. It is irresponsible. I won’t even discuss the merits because it gives it credibility that it doesn’t deserve,” said Garten. That ALSO sounds a lot like what his lawyers were saying about Stormy and Karen — that they wouldn’t even dignify it with a response. Trump’s sentencing in the hush money case involving those two is scheduled for September.

Although Epstein died awaiting trial for his 2019 case of sex trafficking, his grooming partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted and is serving a 20-year sentence.

Among the things released with the Epstein documents recently were a trove of pictures of Trump and Epstein together, both on his plane and on the island, and even at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump was accused of raping his ex-wife Ivana as well as a 13-year-old girl. Both cases went to court. People who discussed the cases were threatened. https://theglobeandmail.com/amp/opinion ... ssion=true

In July, 2015, shortly after Mr. Trump declared his candidacy, the Daily Beast attempted to report on court documents stating that Mr. Trump had raped his ex-wife, Ivana. The inquiry into the case prompted a response from Mr. Cohen that mirrors the threat to Ms. Daniels: "I'm warning you, tread very fucking lightly, because what I'm going to do to you is going to be fucking disgusting," Mr. Cohen told the Daily Beast reporter. "You write a story that has Mr. Trump's name in it, with the word 'rape,' and I'm going to mess your life up ... for as long as you're on this frickin' planet ..."

Few media outlets reported on the allegation after that, and the media were similarly timid in reporting other allegations of sexual assault -- most notably, that of a 12-year-old girl who said in a lawsuit that Mr. Trump raped her in 1994 while in the company of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of Mr. Trump's who was an alleged trafficker of underage girls. In her affidavit, the alleged victim claims that Mr. Trump told her to stay silent since he was capable of having her whole family killed, and noted that another victim, a 12-year-old named Maria, had disappeared.

On Nov. 2, 2016 -- a few days before the election -- that accuser and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, were scheduled to hold a press conference. According to Ms. Bloom, the press conference was abruptly cancelled due to intense threats to their safety, including a bomb threat. Two days later, the accuser dropped her lawsuit.

Welcome to the Tara Palmeri Show. I want to start this episode with some of my exclusive reporting because so many
of you have reached out to me whether through email or comments and I read all of them about a Jane Doe, a woman we've
never heard from connected to the Epstein case and President Donald Trump.
As many of you may remember, there was a woman who alleged before the 2016
election that she was raped by President Trump in Jeffrey Epstein's townhouse
when she was just 13 years old in 1994. In that case, she said, "I loudly
pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop, but he did not." She also claimed that
Trump threatened her and her family if she ever spoke out. Now,
President Trump has denied these claims, but I always wondered what were the
circumstances around this case. And why did this Jane Doe who filed three times
using the pseudonym Katie Johnson decide to drop her lawsuit
before she was supposed to do a press conference just days before the election?
And I spoke to Michael Cohen about it. You might remember that interview. I had to ask him because he was Trump's fixer
at the time and he was the guy who handled these problems for President Trump. Right. At the time it was Stormy
Daniels who was speaking out, Karen McDougall. He gave them the hush money. So certainly he would have had to deal
with a Jane Doe related to Jeffrey Epstein who claimed that she was raped by President Trump. And so I asked him
about it and you'll remember that interview. It was really contentious. Take a listen here.

[Michael Cohen] ... only case that I was
involved with was a Jane Doe, an infant by and through her mom, Mary Jane
Doe, right, as legal guardian. That case was dismissed not because of anything
that I spoke well I spoke to the lawyers and I've talked to every I've talked
about this a million times. I turn around and I receive this summons
in a complaint and the averments in it are awful. They're despicable. It talks
about uh basically rape of an underage female.
Yeah. Blaming and alleging that Donald was involved in it and all that other nonsense.
I ended up taking a private investigator
and trying to find out who this person was. And we went to the address that
allegedly this minor lived at in the Bronx.
Well, lo and behold, the investigator responds back and says, "The only thing
that's there is an empty parking lot. It's there's no building there. It's an
empty lot."

If you keep listening, you'll hear what Michael Cohen said. Said that Trump told him it was
and that he should handle it. He also told me that he sent a private investigator to find her based on an
address that was filed in the lawsuit and it brought him to a parking lot in the Bronx. And so he then contacted a
lawyer. He said a male lawyer who said they had never met their client before
and that it was ...

Q. But when you take Trump about it though when you when you
were like ...

I did ask him I did ask him. He told me it was Take care of it. I said okay.
That was it. That was it. It's He said it's Never happened.

Q. Were you like there's all these pictures? Is this going to be a problem around the same time?

[Michael Cohen] No. I said you sure? I said you sure? He goes Michael it'sQ. That's just the way he communicates. It's like you don't you don't get much more involved than that. It's what he told me on this one.

Q. Yeah. And you believed him 100%.

[Michael Cohen] Then he said to me, you know, um
let let me know what happens. I said, "Sure." Obviously, I had to follow up on this.

And by the way, why would a Jane Doe put
an address of a parking lot in the Bronx? Well, maybe she doesn't want to put her real address because she doesn't
want to be harassed by private investigators or goons. I remember Jane Doe One, Courtney Wild saying that when
she was going up against Jeffrey Epstein that she had private investigators stalking her and they almost ran her off
the road. This is why so many victims of sexual assault file under names like
Jane Doe to be anonymous.

But yeah, there is just so much fascination around
Katie Johnson because she's never come forward again. And so I had to keep
Tara's exclusive on Katie Johnson digging.

So I called the lawyers. I called Lisa Bloom. She didn't get back to me. I called Thomas Meager. He didn't get back to me. I reached out to Evan Goldman. He didn't get back to me. But I did hear from one of Katie Johnson's lawyers, Cheney Mason, and he spoke to me for the first time in a decade, nearly a decade. He is telling the story of his client, as much as he can tell, without violating attorney client privilege. But here are some of the things that he told me which I found to be really interesting. I'm going to read them to you so I get it right. These are his quotes.

The first thing that he told me that was very shocking was he said, "I don't know if my client is still alive." He said, quote, "I would have been the happiest I've ever been if she came forward because I've seen women on television in the category of victim who tell such a similar story to what happened to her. It's almost like they're quoting the affidavit I filed 9 years ago. Let's not forget that this Jane Doe filed this lawsuit in 2016 before Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in 2019, before the world knew the horrors of his sex trafficking operation, the full extent of it, thanks to the reporting of Julie K. Brown at the Miami Herald.

Here I want to tell you some more that he some more of the conversation that I had with Cheney Mason. We spoke over a number of days. I really wanted him to come on the podcast, by the way, but he did not want to come on the podcast. He said this was all he could tell me, but he said I was free to use it. He said, "We never have known why our client insisted on dropping the lawsuit. We don't know where she is. We hope she's alive." So, they still don't know why she dropped the lawsuit. Lisa Bloom told reporters that she was getting threats.

Here's another thing he told me. you know, her lawsuit is often disregarded because President Trump denied it and she dropped the suit, but he thinks that the mainstream media should still be paying attention to it. And I called out CNN for saying that there were no allegations against President Trump in connection to Jeffrey Epstein. And in Cheney's own words, he said that he met with her over several days. He and his team, they flew her from California and he said several of he said quote, "Several of us interviewed her and questioned her before we went through the process of filing the suit." He said, "I sent private investigators to verify her story. I sincerely wish I had the ability to reveal everything, to find the client, confirm her true identity, and try to convince her to back it up. There's no doubt in my mind that she told the truth of everything that's in her lawsuit. Period.

That's right. He said, "There is no doubt in my mind she told the truth."

Now, Katie Johnson, she's almost a mythical figure at this point because she has never come forward again. I have never met her. I am not planning to go find her. I think if she wants to come forward, that's up to her. I'm not going to hound her or harass her. That is her right. We don't know why she didn't want to go forward. We know that Lisa Bloom said she was experiencing threats and I could understand why she might want to live a low pro profile life especially now that the person that she's accusing of of rape is in power.

But I just wanted you to get that update and I'm going to talk about it more in the upcoming podcast with Reed Galen.

He has his own podcast called The Homefront. This is a Substack interview that we just recorded on Wednesday. We

the red letter, Tara Palmeri Tara, welcome back. Thanks for having me. Happy to be here.
All right. So, you have been busy uh very busy. So, um I know you've been on
the road and back and forth and everywhere in between. So, tell us um
you your incredible reporting on the Jeffrey Epstein issue. I don't I don't
even think issue is the right word. Scandal, Shondaanda, if you're going to speak Yiddish. Uh what have you learned?
What has your reporting over the last several months as this became sort of top of mind for so many people? Again,
have you learned something new? have new people come to the four and then I want to talk about the political implications
of of the Republicans inability and unwillingness to deal with this. Yeah, I think that that that is where
you start, right? Like why is there such a why does no one in the Republican
party, you know, why are they protecting President Trump like this? Why is he so afraid of the story? Why is it dogging
him? why are these drip drip drips continuing to show a closer relationship between him and Jeffrey Epstein? And you
know, this feels like it's his kryptonite. So, it's it's obviously worth exploring why um and continuing to
report it out. And um you know, just recently in the red letter, uh which you
can all sign up for, I just put out a piece this morning about the Jane Doe
who accused Jeffrey Epused President Trump of rape when she was 13. um at in
1994 at Jeffrey Epstein's house. Um and there the she filed three times and then
withdrew her suit the day before the the election in 2016 citing intimidation. So
I really wanted to understand what were what was the context of all this because we still don't know what happened. Uh
first I spoke with Michael Cohen who was uh President Trump's fixer at the time. He was dealing with the Stormmy Daniels
case. he was dealing with um you know Karen McDougall at the same time and he
was the guy who handled these kind of things um and um you know so that's
that's that was my first in thinking and I kept seeing Michael Cohen on TV basically
saying like no there's nothing there there Trump you know Trump and Epstein
it's nothing to pay attention to so I was like that's a little strange how how would he know right how would you know enough to deny that there was anything.
So, I had to ask him, "No one ever asked you about it. Why are you denying it?" Right. Exactly. Or like, "What do you
know, then? Why should Why should we believe his denials? Can you give us some more information?" And it just felt
like none of the um journalists who had him on their shows were really asking the follow-up questions. So, I um I
asked him about Katie Johnson because his case was dropped right before the election when he was still his fixer.
Intimidation tactics in Epstein cases
What happened there? So, we talked and he wouldn't confirm that it was that lost that it was that
um Jane Doe. By the way, Katie Johnson is a pseudonym. It's not her real name, but um he did say that there was a Jane
Jane Doe who was a child who filed um ahead of the elections and um ahead of
the election and and he said that they sent a private investigator to go find her and they landed on a parking lot in
the Bronx um and for her address, the address she listed. And I was like, well, duh. She is a Jane Doe. Why would
she put her home address? That would reveal her identity, meaning that she should have never filed as a Jane Doe to begin with. So, it's often that they
choose their the firm, the law firm that their um lawyers are at, but sometimes they just choose random addresses. He
said that Trump told him it was and to handle it. And that's what he did. He he he sent out a uh a private
investigator, which is obviously incredibly intimidating. And in these sexual assault cases, you know, um it's
the it's the private investigators that are digging through your life, that are following you that really tend to cause
um a lot of these uh Jane dos to back out of the cases. I remember interviewing one of the the Jane Doe won
in the Epstein case and she said that Epstein had so many private investigators on her that they nearly
ran her off the road and and you saw that in the first case. um the state attorney took up uh when they were
presenting it before the grand um jury in Palm Beach County. They they used all
this opposition research that Alan Dersitz's private investigators had basically found on these victims saying
they were basically because they were on MySpace and they were teenagers, you know, prostitutes, teenage prostitutes was basically what he was
saying. So this is the part of these investigations that makes it really um
difficult for these women to come forward. So I just had to understand like what was the intimidation? Why did this woman drop her case the day before
the election? She was set to do a press conference and I I wanted to know more about her and if this is part of the
reason why President Trump um doesn't want these Epstein files out because it's the only known case that we know of
that connects him with Jeffrey Epstein. Um not not connects him. We know they were friends. There are tons of pictures, but the only like, you know,
improper um behavior, he denies it. She dropped the allegations. And so the mainstream media just sort of brushes it
off. Like I saw on CNN, John Burman, who is a great journalist who I respect. He
was doing an interview with a congressperson and um who brought this case up and he was like he basically
said there have been no allegations against President Trump. There have been no accusations. Like no, there have been, but the case was dropped because
of intimidation. So I think it's worth looking into. Fast forward a few weeks
ago, I decided to call her lawyers and see if any of them were the ones that dealt with Michael Cohen on the case
because he said he spoke to a lawyer who said that he had never met his own client and that it was and they dropped the case because of it. So, I
was like, "Did you ever talk to Michael Cohen?" I was unable to find a lawyer that said that they had talked to
Michael Cohen on this case, but some of them just didn't respond to me. So, that could have been the case, too. But one
did, and his name is um Cheney Mason. Um and he is he was uh one of her attorneys
and you know he's won he's a like respectful attorney. He's won awards and stuff like that. Um he had some
leadership positions in the bar association and you know he told me in
an interview a very brief one because he can't really you know talk about it without her um permission. He said
there's no doubt in my mind she told the truth. Uh he said he hired private investigators, spent days questioning
her, and then they filed a suit. And this is the first time he's speaking nearly a decade later. And he said he
doesn't know if she's alive. He doesn't even know why she dropped the suit. He doesn't know who got to her, what
happened. All he knows is she went underground and they never saw her again. And that's it.
Well, and and you know, not to certainly not at all to minimize what this young
woman uh has allegedly gone through, but I guess Tara, in all of your reporting about this particular story, can you
really blame her at this point? given the nature of the environment, given the nature of how much fear clearly
President Trump and the White House and all of the, you know, you mentioned the mainstream media, but all of his
congressional allies, all of his political allies, even the ones who are clearly still upset about the fact that
Trump is not going forth in his promises because again, this is such a foundational piece of the MAGA movement.
Can you really blame her for saying, you know what, like this was a horrible
deal, but like trying to come out now. Could you blame her for just hoping it all goes away, which of course we know
it won't? Yeah. I mean, this happened back she came the amazing thing about her was that she came forward in 2016. Jeffrey
Epste was arrested again in 2019. Her story is so similar to the stories of so
many survivors that you really didn't hear from until Julie K. Brown came forward with her investigation. It's
almost like it's just so similar. Um and she was at a party. She was aspiring
model. Uh there were a number of girls there. She was told to there were orgies that she was told to pleasure um
Katie Johnson’s allegations and similarities
according to her to pleasure you know the president he the former you know Donald Trump and um it's you know then
she was threatened that if she told anyone he would come after her family. It's a really I mean he denies all of
this and you know she's a Jane Doe and she never came forward like she was planning to. She was supposed to have a
press conference the day before the election. Um but you know we just we don't know what happened to her and
everybody the reason I kept pursuing this story is because I just keep getting messages all the time from
people uh comments emails and um you know I built this red letter community.
It's um it's based on, you know, my based on a community of trust,
credibility, but also I'm listening to my um
I'm listening to the people inside of it and I want to know what they want to know and and Katie Johnson's name just kept kept coming up and they kept asking
me to, you know, to to to speak to her lawyers to try to find her. I don't
believe that I should have, not that I should have to. I don't want to bring this woman forward or go there and make
her do what she wants to do. If she wants to come forward, you know, she knows where to find me. She knows where to find others. Um, I think there's a
reason that we haven't heard from her in a long time. And the trauma that you experience, um, you know, especially when your story
has been discredited by some of the most powerful people in the world, uh, it's it's really difficult. So, she'll come
forward when she's ready to.

But in the meantime, um I think it's it was worth
it to understand the vetting process of her story, too, because it's just so disregarded in the in the media. It's
like it's it's almost like this it's almost like this suit was never filed. It was filed three times.

Um so, yeah, I think it's interesting. And then I've done other reporting on,
you know, my com what I've known from speaking with the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein, like Virginia Giuffre and how she
had been speaking with Elon Musk and he said he would help her release the files. And then also, you know, I I um I
one of the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein was actually um really upset when Lisa Marowski voted. She was a deciding vote
against releasing the files and um she looked into this. as a senator in Alaska
and what her connections might be to Jeffrey Epstein. And what we found was like a really tangled web that connected
her to Ghislaine Maxwell and Ghislaine Maxwell's husband through this Arctic advocacy um
Arctic Circle advocacy groups like they were at you know conferences. They had a friend in this um a mutual friend in
Ghislaine Maxwell’s connections uncovered
this donor in Alaska who owned the newspaper at the time and um you know Ghislaine Maxwell's husband was uh
working in maritime trade and and obviously in Alaska and he had known
Marcowski for decades and it it's uh and and Golen Maxwell was laundering her
name her bad reputation at the time for being associated with Epste philanthropy. So, um, you know, there's
all all of these connections. So, we we also unveiled that and and that's sort of, you know, what I've been doing is
continuing to report out what's going on beneath the surface in the Jeffrey Epstein story as to why we still haven't
gotten the files and and and what's why people are voting against it. So, let me ask um Maxwell was married.
I know everyone's really shocked by that one, right? Yeah. Where's this guy? And like what I
mean was it because she came from a wealthy family like what was in it for him because clearly she was out doing
some pretty horrific things. Um not at all what you would call you know and
it's not me for me to moralize but you know even this would be pretty far outside the bounds of any typical
relationship. Well, they met at uh Arctic Circle conference where he spoke
and Lisa Marowski beamed in because she couldn't come arrive there. She she was
a a speaker as well, but she had to beam in. They were all together on the same stage in the following year. But um
yeah, they met through this Arctic Circle conference. This whole like seat conference circuit was how they met. And
uh he was a father of three. She got him to leave his family and that. Yeah. And
they were married until I think I mean they're still married. I think they're just estranged. And I believe I saw some
reporting that he broke up with her over the phone while she was in prison. But um she was hiding with him. I mean that
was that was where she was in hiding. Uh I mean Tara, you couldn't if if you wrote this script and you took it to
Netflix, they wouldn't buy it. Oh no. I know. Especially when you think of the
it's too dark and crazy and the atrocities that like so many of these survivors have suffered with. I
mean I I think about Bridg who I knew really well and who um I traveled with all over the country
trying to like work on verifying her story and um you know her book will
come out and I almost think it is just too graphic and too horrific to even believe like it was not ma made to be
scripted in so many ways. Um, but her story will come out. I found her to be very credible. I know that they have
worked relentlessly to try to pick apart her story, but you know, I also think
when you've been so abused as a teenager and her abuse started when she was even younger than that at home and then she
was trafficked again, like 11 years old. Um, you know, it's I don't think all of
her memories were perfect in terms of like the timeline, but then again, I'm like, could I remember the timeline of
when I was 16 or 15? Like, no. But her story is so similar to so many others
and she had so many witnesses that remember her and who she remembered. And I in one of in the podcast broken
Jeffrey Epstein. I remember when we showed up at the house of uh Jeffrey Epstein's former butler, houseman, driver,
chauffeur, whatever you want to call him. He was the one who drove Ghislaine Maxwell the day that she found and
groomed and recruited uh Virginia Giuffre. And he recalled meeting her and and his,
you know, impression of her and and they hugged and they recalled what it was like in the house and um it just seemed
so horrific. Uh well, and let let me ask you that because um
that is one thing. I think the last time we spoke you might have you might have mentioned this, but again, you know,
whether or not it was Virginia or this the young woman who's the Jane Doe, there was the these things weren't
oneoffs. There was a system. There was a pipeline. So take us take us through,
you know, how how a a young girl, you know, is is drawn in by whatever means
and then how it all works from that moment until, you know, now you're you're being literally passed around.
So first of all, um,
he created one of the largest sex trafficking operations ever, probably. I mean, it was this network was in was
Epstein’s sex trafficking network explained
crazy. He also had a modeling agency, um, an international modeling agency
with a guy named Jean Luke Brunell called MC Squared. By the way, Jean Luc Brunell mysteriously dies in a French
prison by being hung. Sounds a little familiar, right? I know. The only thing that would have
been more suspicious was if he had thrown himself out a seventh floor window. Right. Right. Well, yeah. And Ghislaine Maxwell's
father is pushed off his yacht or dies off his yacht. She believes he was murdered. He also had connections with
Jeffrey Epstein. But um yeah, so he basically well first of all there was
the fact that they would find these like really ambitious young beautiful girls who wanted to be models and he was
friends with Les Wexner who was the founder of Victoria's Secret. So sure he had that that pipeline. He also had
his own modeling agency. Um so he used that pipeline especially to bring foreign girls there who um didn't have
like act like they didn't some of them didn't have passports some of them were just being trafficked internationally
which sadly happens all the time especially right so they've got so they've got no place to go no real way to find other
accommodation no way to really go to anybody scared they're going to go to the police in a foreign country where
they don't have any way of proving that how they got here. Yeah. Exactly. And also where they came from was probably pretty bleak too.
Then you had the girls in the Palm Beach High School, the Palm Beach Gardens High School. I believe it was across from Palm Beach. So this is not this is not a
wealthy neighborhood. This is like the other side of the tracks you could call it. Um just so happens to share the
words Palm Beach, but it's not the other side of the intra coastal.

Yes. Yeah. Exactly. And so um these girls,
they set up a pyramid scheme there where if you brought one girl, you would get $300. And so then you would also get
paid to give him a massage. So he was able in his Palm Beach house to get three massages a day from the girls in
the Palm Beach High School uh three times per day, which was what he said he needed. Massages were sexual abuse and
he needed to have three orgasms essentially per day. So that was how he brought over a number of girls because
these girls really didn't come from much. I mean what they were getting paid by Epstein $300 was probably more than
their fathers made in a week. So that was another way um that he did it. A lot
of them came from broken homes, had been molested before. He they picked prey
that would be easy like this is what predators do. So um so yeah, that was another way. And
and then the others were recruiters. I mean they were a lot of them were aspiring models, you know, singers,
actresses, and they said especially Glenn Maxwell, I mean she gave him a lot of cart blanch. she helped him um you
know get access to girls that wouldn't feel safe spending time with a 50-year-old man at the time. Um but
really a woman and she would say that he was she was his wife or his partner and she would bring them in and say we can
make your dreams come true. We're just a family that doesn't have kids and we'll take care of you and and this was the
this was the story that you heard um from a lot of them that they felt that
they were being tricked. um right by by the land.

Let let me ask I mean
this is this is a broader philosophical sociological question Tara which is
it's the scale of this is unprecedented to say the least but this is not really
this is not unusual either right there these sorts of predators are on the prow
all day every day even as we speak and it is it is one you know horrifying
secondly that as you talked about whether or not it was Virginia Giuffre or or the the Jane Doe that nine times out of
10 the young woman is not believed either the man is believed the institution that is has been you know
has housed it could be whether or not it's a company or a school or whatever it is they go on about their lives and
it's nine times out of 10 I think there was a New York Times article that says this it's the girls that leave right
it's the victims that are pushed aside and said you know for the greater good they have to suffer.
Yeah. Um I would say that these women come in with a credibility deficit. Um
that's what uh this uh sexual assault prosecutor I spoke with Deborah Deborah
Turkheimr who I often quote uh she writes book called credible she talks about this especially vulnerable women
Credibility challenges for survivors
they come in with a serious credibility deficit. Um they are the ones who have the onus and they are the ones who are
forced to prove their story. Whereas people take the take the denial from a a
man who tends to be celebrated, powerful, wealthy, comes from prestigious positions as having more
value than their account accounts. So they have to they have to go above and beyond to find witnesses, to find women
who have similar stories and then they have to suffer the abuse all over again.
And she says in some ways it can be worse. And I can totally understand this, right? Some of these women
because they have to um,
you know, they have to hear the denial, right? They have to relive it. Yeah.
That's not their reliving it as much as it is like being called liars or or being
questioned um and seeing their own community side with the powerful. It's another form of abuse
and and we see it all the time. I mean, Virginia Duvet came out in 2010 with her story of Prince Andrew. It took the
crown 11 years. No, sorry. 2021. They
decided 21 years. Exc No. No. Is that 11 years? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 11 years.
Excuse me. I'm not good at math. I was told there would be no math, Tara. Yeah, I know. I'm a writer. That's why I'm not good at math. It took them 11
years to finally acknowledge her and pay one of a
historic settlement to her for what happened. And he obviously lost some of his titles. Not
all of them, but some of them. But he even said that the photograph of them was was falsified. It's like,
right, because he doesn't sweat or something, right? Like something just ridiculous. Um, I mean it's and again
the the the horrificness is is is is
trumped so to speak only by the willingness of so many people to deny
things, to stay quiet, to not do that. So let's let's bring it up to the present day. Um, so right now we have a
government shutdown going on. Um, and so I want to I want to talk about Speaker Mike Johnson for a second. So he has, I
think, sent his conference home yet again, right? So they're all scattered to the winds. Uh he has not seated uh
Rep. Grijalva from New Mexico, who would be the 218th signature on a
discharge petition about um about Jeffrey Epstein. And so take us through
your experience. I mean, he is a I I will say this, no one expected that this man, probably least
of all him, was going to be speaker of the house. But there only there's only so much political energy, right, or
strategic capacity that even the speaker of the house or the white house has. So give us a sense from your experience
about how you think they're dealing with all this because there's only so many flaming frying pans he can juggle at
once. Yeah, I mean I I would agree. I didn't I don't think anyone thought um that this
guy was was going to be speaker of the house. I was like Mike Johnson who I mean we all were but now he I mean and I
don't think we're at all surprised that he was just going to become a lackey for Trump and this is what that's a perfect
example of it. I mean you're literally this is the second time he's changed the congressional calendar to avoid an
Epstein vote. The first time was the summer in July. He let them break early
for uh recess. By the way, we're paying them when they're breaking early. These
are civil servants. We pay these people. We s we pay their staff, too. And they get they get longer breaks
because he doesn't want to take a vote on Epstein, right? When they already had all all of August off, right?
DOJ and the Epstein files coverup
Yeah. And most of August. Um and yeah, so again, they he's stalling
to confirm her because we do know that in the past that they've confirmed members that were Republicans during
recess. uh not recess during like um when when when the chamber was not
right. He can do it anytime he wants. Yeah, he can do it if he wants to. He doesn't want to, but they're just kicking the they're just kicking it down
the the the can down the road. I mean, here's here's the reality. Like, I actually don't think that the DOJ will
ever produce all of the files, right? If they do, it'll be extremely redacted
like what you see right now on the FBI's website um in their Epstein vault. Um
it's that's the problem. like you don't know what's behind the blocks of
lettering that that white blocks used to be black, but I think people realize they could kind of figure out the number
of the letters and figure out the names that were behind it. But um yeah, now they've made it even more difficult.
They've made it more difficult to to see what is behind um those uh redacted
documents. It's it's crazy. Well, and at some point they just won't release anything and say, "Come make us,
right? Who's going to make me?" Well, yeah. It's the DOJ's never really been good at policing itself. No.
So, and they've never even even in the best of times, they were never exactly huge fans of foyer requests, right?
Oh, yeah. That's I almost people God bless people who do foyer requests.
It's a it's a certain type of hell uh to deal with it back and forth. uh they'll
kind try to catch you on like a word to not give you the the foyer request
information back. So um yeah, then it'll go back to the Senate, see if Lisa
Merkowski continues to vote the way she does and uh if it ends up on the
president's desk, then it Yeah. And that's just looks pretty
shitty. But it'll be a day of news and then he'll do something really crazy during that day
that he vetos it. So yeah, right. Yeah. May may maybe shoot a couple of priests in
the head with pepper balls or, you know, knock a knock a congressional candidate across the street or send fat national
guardsmen from Texas to Illinois. I mean, this is this let me just say as an aside, Tara, as you've watched this and
you've covered the White House and you've covered Trump for so so long that the it's always fascinating how quickly
their incompetence catches up to their rhetoric, right? So they're like, you know, like if Greg Abbott was doing his
job right, there was a there, for people who don't know what I'm talking about, there was a there was an image of Texas National Guardsman getting off a truck
or something in Chicago this morning or somewhere in Illinois. And these were overweight guys. These were not guys in
tip-top physical shape. And you'd think that even Greg Abbott would be like, "Okay, can we find like 15, 20 like
dudes in their early 20s who seem to be in good shape?" No, they found like guys in their 40s, right, who do not look
like they are not going to be able to chase a running pickle down the street. If you have not seen that video, look it up. It is absolutely hilarious as a
pickle outruns law enforcement officers. Um, but this is the world we're in. Tara is running pickles, dancing and dancing
animals in Portland, right? I mean, it's the world is upside down for Christ's sakes. I mean, it really is upside down.
And I'm not sure that that the impetus other than someone like Trump could create that, right?
like the the license for constant chaos and insanity. I don't know that anybody else could have I don't know that he
orchestrates it necessarily, but somewhere in that weird ugly, you know, ability of his, and it is an ability.
Uh, this stuff just occurs in ways that no one else could even have imagined.

Yeah. Yeah. No, I think you're right. It's the execution has been mindblowing. Uh,
but he's doing it. I mean, the things that he couldn't do during his first term, he's just doing it because he's surrounded by so many yesmen. There's no
one there to say no. This is we're crossing the line. So, so you know what, te tell us a
little bit about um Steven Miller um as you as you've covered him or you know
him because he seems to be uh you know the man behind the man at this point.
Yeah, I think he plants a lot of ideas. I think he likes to take credit for a lot of it as well. Um, I think he
relishes in this. This is his moment to enact every dream he's ever had. Um,
you hear it like the way he shouts on TV. It's very scary, honestly. I I don't
understand. Uh, I don't understand what motivate like I mean, I get what motivates him,
but uh I think he probably creeps out Trump a little bit. Oh, for sure.
Yeah. Yeah, he definitely creeps out Trump, but loyalty above all else for
President Trump, right? Because for as weird as Trump is, he doesn't like weird people, right?
Yeah. But Steven Miller was with him after January 6th. And I think you have to remember that like all the people
that are with Trump right now, they were either never worked with him before. They were a lot of them former Ron deSantis
staffers who were treated like or got fired like Susie Wiles as chief of staff. Or they are people who didn't
abandon him after January 6th and that is Stephen Miller.
And believe me, most people thought that his political career was dead. So,
um, yeah. And and was and while while Trump was in the wilderness, you know, Miller was there with was it America First
Legal or one of those front groups, right, Day in and day out, you know, carrying the flag.
Yeah. Everybody else was hitching their star to Ron deSantis and those people that hated Ron deSantis couldn't do that. So, they
stayed with Trump and they won in this sick game. Actually just wrote about
this too in the red letter um about how the Ron deSantis Trump feud
continues to play out and particularly within his White House um
political staff and it's going to cost them millions of dollars more in the
midterms to to So, take us through that. Is that because because there will be there will
Trump-DeSantis feud impacts politics
be Trump candidates and there will be non-Trump candidates and there will be primaries and the primaries will cost a
lot and so take us through that. Yeah. So like Trump's the establishment now or the anti-establishment, whatever
you want to call it. I think he's the establishment. He controls literally everything. He is
by definition. If the NRSC is behind you, if the NRCC is behind you, those are the committees
in Senate and the House. You are the establishment. He picks the candidates. He's the golden kingmaker. His
endorsement clears a um clears the decks. So
his team hates Ronda Santis. The bad blood goes way back. They hated Jeff
Row, this consultant who won who helped Glenn Yuncan win. He's very close to Ted Cruz. He had one of the biggest
Ted Cruz's guy, right? Yeah. He had one of the biggest consultancy firms in um in Washington,
but they hated him by proxy of the fact that he ran Ronda's super PAC, the one
that famously like torched $145 million, right? And it was insane. He didn't make it to
New Hampshire, right? So, they hate him. And Jeff at one time
was going to be Trump's campaign manager. So I'm sure there's a little bit of tension over that. Trump still
hates Ron deSantis. So he hates Jeff Row because of that as well. These stupid consultancy wars. They're basically telling clients if you work with Jeff
Row, you're not getting the endorsement. Now, Jeff refuts this and some people in the White House do as well, but you
know, it's it's caused Jeff because his business has taken a hit, to pitch new
clients, that means that's more candidates in a primary field. Um, and
back primary challengers like Ken Paxton, the attorney general from Texas, who is
has like a truckload of scandals. The guy was under indictment for security fraud since 2012. He was impeached. His
wife is suing him on biblical terms, which I love that phrase. And so, because Jeff Row, as he tries to
like keep his business intact, is going after all of these primary challengers, that's just going to make it cost more
money for the Republicans to keep seats. Like, it would be pretty crazy. Um, so
in the polls that the Senate Leadership Fund has done, it shows that Paxton, at least the one from back in May, was
beating Cornin by 16 points. Now after Cornin spent some money, it's like eight points. But he loses to a generic
Democrat like Colin, right? So or James Tarico who raised like six
million bucks in like three weeks. Yeah. And you know, Texas is a defensive seat to defend. It can cost a hundred
million dollars or more because of the um the media markets there. So, it's all
to say that they are sort of eating their own and it could cost them a ton of money, which
I'm sure everyone who does not want them to win AC is enjoying in the
Well, let's be clear like Jeff is not a sympathetic character. Like, this is not a good This is a guy who once
drafted a letter in Missouri about a man about a Missouri legislative candidate
potentially being a homosexual that was so damaging to the man he killed himself, right? So, like this is not a
good guy. Yeah. Um, so like if let me just say this. I'm going to put the this is not
Tara's opinion. This is only Reed's opinion. If Jeff Rose business goes out of business, I am totally okay with that. And if it costs the Trump people
millions of dollars while it happens, even better. Well, I was going to say you should like this story. This is a story
I do because they're all horrible people. Like I hope they all tear one another to shreds in the next
nine months in primaries. I hope they spend outrageous amounts of money. In fact, the one of the reasons I I wanted
to talk about this is because of who in the donor community too has gotten on board with Trump. So, let's let's bring
this all together. So, Thomas Massie, who is probably the tr most sort of true blue MAGA
member of Congress from Kentucky, right? This is a guy who's been a thorn in the side of Johnson and of Trump both on the
budget issues and on on um on Epstein issues. So, this came out in July, but
there's a super PAC that's going after Thomas Massie in Kentucky. And the three top donors are Paul Singer. Remember
Donor influence in MAGA politics
Paul Singer was the guy who was lauded by everybody for funding the pro-gay marriage stuff as a Republican for
years, right? John Paulson who famously made a gajillion freaking dollars shorting the American housing market.
And Miriam add, right? Like, so like guys, money trumps all. Like, let's be
care. Like there is no morality in any of this stuff. No, we get to this level. I don't think I don't think that was the
point. They're all just trying to make money. Um, everyone and when you have the power
when you're in the White House, you're you're going to be all the firms associated with you like Chris Losa's
firm, like they're going to make more money. They're going to sell their services to every dirty freaking country around and uh make millions and millions
of dollars and it's the swamp. Like that's what I'm explaining is what how the swamp works.
This is um you know this is how a swamp works. This is how right
not many people are are no look imper this is imperial cities are like have like been like this
throughout history, right? Money and power trade one another and they trade up and up and up and up and up, right?
And then um as soon as the power is gone, right, and people think that they need to find a new benefactor or a new
place to make money, they'll go there, right?

So it's, you know, to me it's, you know, I sound so naive and I maybe I
maybe it's the last sliver of idealism I have, Tara, but like it's the thing that I was thinking about this morning about
something else is just the freaking cynicism, right? Like there no one in any of this has any any
thought for a moment about whether or not like the country matters, whether or
not, you know, history matters, whether or not decency matters. And and the people who come last of all obviously are the American people.
Yeah. I mean, of course, I don't know if they tell them that themselves that at night. Um but you know,
this I hope they're tortured by those demons like in Ghost. Remember those things that come out of the sewer? I hope those
people come after them at night when they're trying to sleep. My guess is they've rationalized themselves within, you know, uh, you
know, they've rationalized themselves so much that they don't think about that stuff anymore. They they've they've made
their they've Look, even my friends who are insult hijinks too on the left. I don't
think it's just Oh, no. Oh, listen. Believe me. Oh, yeah. I'm not I was not I Yeah, please believe me. I The cynicism is a is by
far bipartisan. It is not It is not a uni party issue. It is bipartisan. Um, I
mean, even look in, you know what I was f I haven't read uh Vice President Harris's book. Um, but what I thought
was fascinating in all of the things I've seen about it, Tara, is the consultants don't get mentioned once
near as I can tell. Yeah. The people who made decisions tactical and strategic to spend several billion
dollars, not one word about them anywhere, right? Yeah. Yeah. Uh, well, she might
Kamala Harris’s book and political fallout
need them again if she runs in. Uh, and what does that say? What does that
say? Well, the book is a platform to run again. But, uh, you know, I just had James Carville on my show and he had a
lot of choice words for Kamala Harris. She he felt like she was complaining a lot in the book where he said felt like she
was handed basically everything. Um, and that, you know, there was
that that her gre is a bit of a grievance tour. Um, well, I think that Americans, you know,
Americans love, as you know, love to tear down their idols, but the thing
they love more than tearing down their idols is redemption. Americans love a redemption story. Um, but they want to
see some level of with, let me put Trump as the notable example of this. They they or uh uh exception to this, I
should say, they like to see a little bit of contrition in the process, right? They like to see a little
reflection to say, "Yeah, like I didn't understand where the country was. I didn't understand what my role was. If I
truly cared about these things, and my name was on the ballot, I should have had the fortitude to say, I'm going to
be the leader of the free world. This is where I belong." Um, and so, yeah, I I think you're right. And unfortunately
for for the vice president, a lot of her opponents like Carville, I don't know if he's an opponent, but a consultant or a
you know, commentator will jump on that and it will dog her for the next couple of years until the next primary season
starts. So, um, all right, Tara, thank you. I don't think that's the thing that's going to dog her. I think the thing that
dogs you is when you lose, the stink of loss is a hard one to to to shower off.
Yeah. Right. Oh, no. Yes. I mean, I I think that I agree with you. Yes. And I think her book 107 days is about,
listen, it wasn't my fault, right? I had 107 days. I was stuck with Biden's
mess. yada yada yada. Right. And the way they treated me was like
crap, which is true. They didn't treat her well at all. But but that's also not unusual for vice presidents.

Think about I'll leave you with this story. Well, two stories I've heard. One is when Ronald Reagan was leaving office
and George HW Bush was about to be inaugurated, the Reagan people would not allow the gates to the White House to be
open until the exact second they were required to. That's how much disdain they held for George HW Bush. even as
Vice presidential challenges discussed
president-elect. They weren't going to let do any of that. Then I heard a story which might be apocryphal that when Clinton was taking office, um Hillary
had claimed the vi the traditional vice president's office in the West Wing as her own. And Al Gore, not surprisingly,
not okay with this and said, "I'm not going to the capital until I get my
office back." And finally Hillary relented and Gore got his office back. But like vice presidents, even the first
vice president we ever had, John Adams said it was the it is the worst job that humanity has ever created. So yes, I
have no doubt they treated her badly. But also not There are a lot of worse jobs
than being vice president. I'm pretty sure if you do your tour of vice president, you can write a book, make a
few million dollars on the speaking tour. No, listen, I listen. I agree. I mean, I
you know, you get a helicopter, you get a nice house, you get a motorcade, you get an airplane. your life.
It's a It's a pretty good gig, right? Um but again, and it's public service. Does anyone
forget about that? Sorry you didn't get to do the You didn't get to do the glory jobs, but you got the southern border,
but this is which was which was a mess she was not going to have anything to do with.
Right. Yeah. Well, because they didn't want to deal with it either, so they gave it to her. Again,
the vice president has two jobs, right? Break ties in the Senate when there is one and wait around for somebody to die. Those are the only two jobs listed in
the con ceremonial duties. Ceremonial duties. Yeah. But again, Pence was constantly traveling for
Trump. He hated traveling. So, he just sent Pence and all those things and Vance is, you know, and Vance is is
using making the most of it, right, in his time. He's doing everything he can. Um podcast.
All right.
