14. Several weeks later, once Doe had returned from Michigan to Florida, Epstein called Doe's home. Epstein first spoke with Doe's mother about how he mentors young kids and provides scholarships for the arts. He requested to speak to Doe and invited her and her mother to his mansion in Palm Beach. He sent a driver across town to pick them up.
15. Over the course of the next several months, Epstein and Maxwell attempted to groom and mentor 13-year-old Jan Doe. Epstein gave himself the name of Doe's "godfather" while Maxwell acted like an older sister to her. They took her to movies, went shopping with her and lounged around Epstein's estate with her. Epstein and Maxwell then started to make sexual references when they were with her. For instance, Maxwell told Doe that having sex with exboyfriends was easy because once you slept with them "they've been grandfathered in and you could go back and fuck them whenever you wanted." Epstein also started to slowly display his pedophilic ways when shopping with Doe and Maxwell. Instead of Doe picking out clothes she wanted to wear, Epstein insisted that she pick out and wear little children's cotton underwear. Also, after nearly every visit with Epstein and Maxwell, Epstein sent Doe home with two or three one-hundred-dollar bills to give her mother since "she's having a hard time and struggling as a widow."
16. While these visits made Doe extremely uncomfortable, Epstein and Maxwell made her feel she could not refuse them. During this time, Epstein started to pay for voice lessons for Doe and insisted that Doe could not advance her career in any way without him. When Doe expressed hesitation about spending time with Epstein and Maxwell or acquiescing to their desires, Epstein and Maxwell would threaten Doe, and scold her for being "ungrateful".
17. During one of Doe's encounters with Epstein, he took her to Mar-a-Lago where he introduced her to its owner, Donald J. Trump. Introducing 14-year-old Doe to Donald J. Trump, Epstein elbowed Trump playfully asking him, referring to Doe, "This is a good one, right?" Trump smiled and nodded in agreement. They both chuckled and Doe felt uncomfortable, but, at the time, was too young to understand why.
18. Towards the end of 1994, Epstein invited Doe into his pool house, where he grabbed her, put her on his lap and started masturbating. Epstein told her that was what to expect from photographers who were soon going to be take modeling pictures of her. However, when Doe was ultimately photographed by these professional photographers, they did no such thing.
19. Over the next few years, the sexual abuse escalated. On a regular basis, Epstein would digitally penetrate Doe, force Doe to perform sexual acts on him and apply vibrators on different parts of Doe's body. The abuse occurred at Epstein's home in Palm Beach, Florida, Epstein's townhouse on 9 East 71st Street in New York City, and Epstein's ranch in New Mexico. When travelling to these places, Doe often flew with Epstein and Maxwell in Epstein's private jet.
20. In 1996, when Doe was 16-years-old, Epstein moved Doe to New York City. At first, Epstein put Doe up in his apartment on 65th Street and 2nd Avenue. After a few months. Epstein co-signed the lease for Doe and Doe's mother for an apartment. Additionally, Epstein paid her tuition at a private high school in Manhattan as well.
21. Once Epstein had secured Doe in New York and made her and her family completely dependent on him financially (including, for the roof over their heads), Epstein's abuse of Doe continued to escalate.
22. In 1997, while at Epstein's townhouse on 9 East 71st Street in the City of New York, Epstein asked 17-year-old Doe if she had a boyfriend. Doe replied that she did not. Epstein responded that when she did have a boyfriend she would want the sex to be "good" and that she should "get it over with already," meaning lose her virginity. Despite Doe's resistance, Epstein then pushed Doe down onto her stomach and raped her. From that point forward for several years in New York, Epstein raped Doe on multiple occasions.
23. During Doe's time in New York, Maxwell also regularly facilitated Epstein's abuse of Doe and was frequently present when it occurred.
24. In 1999, Doe moved to Los Angeles to start a career. Upon moving to Los Angeles and being physically away from Epstein and Maxwell, Doe finally felt like she could escape Epstein's abuse and stopped returning his frequent calls where he would threaten and berate her for not appreciating him.
25. Despite Doe's physical escape from Epstein and Maxwell, the years of abuse and exploitation perpetrated against her by them cause her immeasurable pain and suffering every day.
Epstein's Death and Will
26. In July 2019, Epstein was indicted by the Unites States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
27. On August 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in his jail cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, where he was being held pending trial. Upon information and belief, New, York City's medical examiner concluded Epstein died by suicide.
28. On August 15, 2019, Epstein's last will and testament (the "Will") was filed in the Probate Division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.
29. The Will indicated that it was executed by Epstein on August 8, 2019 at the Metropolitan Correctional Center. The Will was accompanied by affidavits from Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn attesting to their "Oath of Willingness to Serve as Executor and Appointment of Local Counsel." Mr. Indyke and Mr. Kahn also filed a Petition for Probate and for Letters Testamentary in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.
30. The Will's first article directs Epstein's executors "to pay from my estate all expenses of my last illness, my funeral and burial expenses, the administration expenses of my estate and all of my debts duly proven and allowed against my estate." The Will further directs that "after the payments and distributions provided in Article FIRST," Epstein "give[s] all of my property, real and personal, wherever situated...to the then acting Trustees of The 1953 Trust."
31. On August 26, 2019, Defendant Darren K. Indyke filed a Certificate of Trust with the Superior Court for the Virgin Islands, confirming that he and Defendant Richard D. Kahn are the two Trustees of The 1953 Trust.
32. On September 6, 2019, Magistrate Judge Carolyn P. Hermon-Percell of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands ordered that Epstein's will be admitted to probate and authorized Mr. Indyke and Mr. Kahn to administer the estate.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
(Sexual Assault)

34. On numerous occasions over several years, Epstein, with Maxwell's assistance, made violent sexual demands on Plaintiff while placing his hands on her body in a position of dominance and control and while touching Plaintiff in violent and invasive ways.
35. These demands, often made when young Plaintiff was alone with Epstein or with only Epstein and Maxwell, were intended to frighten Plaintiff into submitting to his sexual demands and placed Plaintiff in apprehension of harm.
36. This conduct caused Plaintiff serious and persistent harm and contributed to injuries that Plaintiff continues to suffer.
37. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION
(Sexual Battery)

39. On numerous occasions over several years, Epstein raped Doe.
40. On numerous occasions over several years, Epstein digitally penetrated Doe with his fingers, tongue and foreign objects.
41. On numerous occasions over several years, Epstein made otherwise unwanted, unlawful, harmful, and offensive physical contact with Plaintiff's body.
42. This conduct caused Plaintiff serious and persistent harm and contributed to injuries that Plaintiff continues to suffer.
43. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION
(Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress)

45. Epstein and Maxwell's campaign of sexual abuse against a teenaged Plaintiff was extreme and outrageous conduct that shocks the conscience.
46. Epstein and Maxwell's serial sexual assaults, committed during the course of a methodical plan of recruitment, enticement, and attack, inflicted severe pain and anguish upon Plaintiff.
47. Epstein and Maxwell directed this conduct at Plaintiff and knew that it would cause severe and lasting emotional distress. Indeed, the conduct caused Plaintiff severe and lasting emotional distress and serious injuries to her mental health.
48. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). FOURTH CAUSE OF ACTION
(Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress)

50. Epstein and Maxwell coaxed Plaintiff, then a teenaged girl, into Epstein's home for a period of several years. They worked hard to groom her. Once under their supervision and influence, Epstein and Maxwell proceeded methodically to sexually abuse Plaintiff.
51. Epstein and Maxwell's conduct was extreme and outrageous, breached a duty owed directly to Plaintiff, endangered her physical safety, and caused severe and lasting emotional distress and serious injuries to Plaintiff's mental health.
52. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). FIFTH CAUSE OF ACTION
(False Imprisonment)
53. Plaintiff incorporates by reference all preceding paragraphs and re-alleges them as if set forth fully herein.
54. Defendants, in perpetrating the above-described non-consensual sexual assaults, did, by use of threat and/or physical force, willfully and intentionally confine, detain, imprison and/or restrain Plaintiff without lawful authority to do so, against her will, and without her consent.
55. Plaintiff was aware of, and suffered the extreme effects of, the Defendants' unlawful confinement.
56. As a consequence of Defendants' false imprisonment of Plaintiff, she sustained conscious pain and suffering, Plaintiff's health was impaired, Plaintiff suffered great mental distress, shock, fright and humiliation, and Plaintiff's reputation and character were injured.
57. As a consequence of the conduct of Defendants, Plaintiff has incurred severe psychological trauma and damage, has suffered great humiliation, loss of esteem, mental anguish and suffering.
58. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). See N.Y. P.L. § 130.52; N.Y. P.L. § 130.55.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Jane Doe prays for this Court to:
59. Issue a judgment declaring that Defendant ESTATE OF JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN by and through its executors, DARREN K. INDYKE and RICHARD D. KAHN, as legal representatives of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, and Defendant GHISLAINE MAXWELL are liable for the violations of law alleged in this case;
60. Award actual, compensatory, statutory, consequential and punitive damages;

Plaintiff Jane Doe ("Doe" or "Plaintiff") alleges as follows:
INTRODUCTION
1. This case arises out of years of sexual abuse and exploitation of a young girl by notorious pedophile and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein ("Epstein"). It all started in 1994 when 13-year-old Jane Doe met Epstein and Defendant Ghislaine Maxwell ("Maxwell") at a summer camp in Michigan. Jane Doe was their first known victim and was subsequently abused by Epstein and Maxwell for years as a young girl, suffering unimaginable physical and psychological trauma and distress. Despite that, Jane Doe has persevered and survived to tell her story, to hold her perpetrators accountable and to seek justice for the atrocities committed against her.
2. Throughout his life, Epstein systematically perpetrated acts of molestation, exploitation, assault and rape on hundreds of young girls. Epstein's system of abuse was facilitated in large part by his co-conspirator and accomplice, Maxwell, who helped supply him with a steady stream of young and vulnerable girls—many of whom were fatherless, like Jane Doe, and came from struggling families.
3. This system, which took years to develop, all started with them exploiting and abusing Jane Doe who they used as a guinea pig to refine their criminal enterprise and widen their network of additional sexual abuse victims.
THE PARTIES
4. Plaintiff Jane Doe is a citizen of the State of California. At all times relevant to this suit, Doe was a minor child living in Florida and New York and who was sexually abused while she was a minor by Defendants in New York.
5. Defendant Ghislaine Maxwell is domiciled in the State of New York.
6. Defendant Darren K. Indyke is sued in his capacity as an appointed executor of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein.
7. Defendant Richard D. Kahn is sued in his capacity as an appointed executor of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
8. Plaintiff is domiciled in California.
9. Jeffrey Epstein was a citizen of the United States domiciled in the U.S. Virgin Islands at the time of his death. As the legal representatives of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn are deemed citizens of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The matter in controversy exceeds the sum of $75,000, and therefore jurisdiction in this Court is proper. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(c)(2).
10. Ghislaine Maxwell is domiciled in New York.
11. A substantial part of the events giving rise to these causes of action occurred in the Southern District of New York, thus venue in this district is proper. 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b)(2).

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS
Epstein and Maxwell's Abuse of Doe
13. In the summer of 1994, Jane Doe met Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell at Interlochen Arts Camp in Michigan when she was only 13-years-old. Doe was there as a student in the voice program. Doe was sitting alone on a bench between classes when Epstein and Maxwell approached her. Epstein bragged to her about being a patron of the arts and giving scholarships to talented young artists like Doe. Epstein and Maxwell probed her at length about her background, family situation and where she lived. As Doe got up to leave, Epstein requested her mother's phone number back in Florida. She was alarmed by his request, but also feared that she could not refuse the older man's request so she complied and provided him with the phone number.

49. Plaintiff incorporates by reference all preceding paragraphs and re-alleges them as if set forth fully herein.
50. Epstein and Maxwell coaxed Plaintiff, then a teenaged girl, into Epstein's home for a period of several years. They worked hard to groom her. Once under their supervision and influence, Epstein and Maxwell proceeded methodically to sexually abuse Plaintiff.
51. Epstein and Maxwell's conduct was extreme and outrageous, breached a duty owed directly to Plaintiff, endangered her physical safety, and caused severe and lasting emotional distress and serious injuries to Plaintiff's mental health.
52. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). See N.Y. P.L. § 130.52; N.Y. P.L. § 130.55.
FIFTH CAUSE OF ACTION
(False Imprisonment)
53. Plaintiff incorporates by reference all preceding paragraphs and re-alleges them as if set forth fully herein.
54. Defendants, in perpetrating the above-described non-consensual sexual assaults, did, by use of threat and/or physical force, willfully and intentionally confine, detain, imprison and/or restrain Plaintiff without lawful authority to do so, against her will, and without her consent.
55. Plaintiff was aware of, and suffered the extreme effects of, the Defendants' unlawful confinement.
56. As a consequence of Defendants' false imprisonment of Plaintiff, she sustained conscious pain and suffering, Plaintiff's health was impaired, Plaintiff suffered great mental distress, shock, fright and humiliation, and Plaintiff's reputation and character were injured.
57. As a consequence of the conduct of Defendants, Plaintiff has incurred severe psychological trauma and damage, has suffered great humiliation, loss of esteem, mental anguish and suffering.
58. This cause of action is timely under the Child Victims Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-g (McKinney 2019), because it arises out of conduct perpetrated against Plaintiff when she was under the age of 18 that constitutes a sexual offense as defined in Article One Hundred Thirty of the New York Penal Law ("Article 130"). WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Jane Doe prays for this Court to:
59. Issue a judgment declaring that Defendant ESTATE OF JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN by and through its executors, DARREN K. INDYKE and RICHARD D. KAHN, as legal representatives of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, and Defendant GHISLAINE MAXWELL are liable for the violations of law alleged in this case;
60. Award actual, compensatory, statutory, consequential and punitive damages;

[DELETE] was born in Binghampton, New York. [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] moved to [DELETE] South Carolina with her mother and brothers during approximately her last year of elementary school.
[DELETE] remained on [DELETE] until she was approximately 16 years old. She recalled she possibly started 11th grade there prior to moving to [DELETE] South Carolina with her mother and brother, [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE].
[DELETE] advised that until recently, [DELETE] was the only individual alive to whom [DELETE] confided incidents of abuse she endured when she was a child (detailed herein). [DELETE] mother also knew about what happened to [DELETE], but her mother is deceased now. [DELETE] never would have written down what happened to her, she did not keep a formal diary, and she did not make any recordings of any kind regarding the incidents.
[DELETE] advised she met JEFFREY EPSTEIN when she lived on [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE]. At one point, when [DELETE] was approximately 13 years old (in approximately [DELETE], her mother asked [DELETE] whether she would like to start babysitting. Her mother was so excited about the prospect, and thought [DELETE] would be a great babysitter. When [DELETE] agreed, her mother put an advertisement for [DELETE] babysitting services in the packet she provided to renters and owners.
Soon after the ad went out in the packets, [DELETE] mother received a telephone call from a man who indicated he and his wife needed a babysitter for their child for the night. [DELETE] could not recall how she traveled to the man's residence; however, she remembered thinking she hoped it would be a quick babysitting job so she could go back to enjoying the rest of her day [DELETE] The house where [DELETE] met JEFF was a villa/condo in the Sea Pines Plantation area. She was unaware of whether he owned it or rented it; however, he probably rented it through her mother for an unknown period of time. The residence had a lot of books in it, and specifically, there was one room similar to a library that included a large number of books. [DELETE] recalled knocking on the front door and the man she came to know as "JEFF" answered the door. JEFF appeared to be alone in the home. [DELETE] specifically recalled wondering where his wife and child were. She never saw them.
JEFF offered [DELETE] cocaine, an (alcoholic) drink, and "weed" that day. [DELETE] recalled that while she had tried each previously (cocaine once before, and alcohol/marijuana more than once previously), she had never before used all three at the same time. After accepting the drugs and alcohol from JEFF, everything got "blurry" and "like a dream". [DELETE] clarified that, "things slowed" which made her think later that something additional was added to her drink. While at the house, JEFF forced [DELETE] to give him oral sex. When asked if she could clarify what she meant by "forced", [DELETE] stated there was no verbal threat, but that yes, JEFF physically put his hands on her. He grabbed her hair and shoved her head "down there". She remembered seeing his penis and vaguely thinking, "oh, that's a grown man's penis." She stated, "I wasn't sober". She did not recall the rest of the time she was with JEFF that day other than laying on a bed in a "fog" after the oral sex. To her knowledge, no other individual showed up at the house while she was there. [DELETE] was not aware of how long she was at JEFF's house; however, when she left it was still light outside and she recalled being semiconscious. Thinking back, [DELETE] stated she was embarrassed to say that while she was at the house, still in a fog, she thought, "my friends are going to love me, I found a guy with drugs." However, when she left, "I wasn't telling anyone anything" about what happened with JEFF. JEFF did not pay/give [DELETE] any money with respect to the babysitting job she was supposed to have done.
[DELETE] initially stated she thought she had approximately four interactions with JEFF within one span of time, which was possibly a few weeks, she subsequently recalled possibly six initial contacts. At that point, there was a break in time, after which she had additional interactions with JEFF.
The day after she met JEFF, at around noon, [DELETE] approached her mother to ask for food money. [DELETE] mother told her JEFF wanted her to come back that day to babysit. [DELETE] did not tell her mother what happened the previous day with JEFF. [DELETE] explained she was worried she would "screw up" her mother's business, and she also recalled knowing at the time how important [DELETE] babysitting job was to her mom. Her mother was proud of her. [DELETE] was afraid she would get into trouble for the things she had done the day before.
During her second interaction with JEFF, [DELETE] remembered being back in JEFF's house. He asked whether she said anything to her mother (about their previous contact). She responded "no", and he replied "good girl". [DELETE] also remembered looking around the house and noticing there were no toys, she remembered wondering whether JEFF really had any kids.
Thinking back to that day, [DELETE] remembered feeling "heavy", the, "weirdest feeling came over me" and, before she knew it, she saw a substance on her knee that she thought at the time looked like "snot". JEFF wiped it off. [DELETE] was frozen, "part of me wanted to look, but I couldn't turn my head." stared out the window of the office as she described the events of that day. While describing the incident, [DELETE] stopped briefly and said she remembered the pants she wore; red sweats with silver material on the knees. The incident took place in the library/den area with all of the books. JEFF seemed nervous that day, and again, he did not pay her for the scheduled babysitting job. [DELETE] recalled she left the house quickly that day.
[DELETE] could not recall how she first came to know the man's name was JEFF; she just always knew that was his name. He may have told her his name, or her mother may have said his name on any number of occasions back then. Her mother may have also learned his name if he filled out any real estate paperwork. With respect to the last name EPSTEIN, [DELETE] possibly heard JEFF's last name during the time she had contact with him. Her friend, [DELETE] [DELETE], also mentioned the name JEFF EPSTEIN to her recently, and she recalled hearing the name EPSTEIN on a movie staring Barbra Streisand and Nick Nolte some time ago.
A few months ago, [DELETE] told her close friend, [DELETE] [DELETE] (whom she has known since both lived on [DELETE] some of the details regarding her contact with JEFF when she was young. [DELETE] recalled she made a statement to [DELETE] regarding JEFF, and [DELETE] responded with words to the effect of, "you told me that when we were kids". At that point, [DELETE] vaguely recalled talking to [DELETE] when they were young about the incidents that occurred between herself and JEFF.
Not long after, [DELETE] [DELETE] sent [DELETE] a text asking, "do these names sound familiar?" [DELETE] then sent a text to [DELETE] containing the name "JEFFREY EPSTEIN", as well as other names ([DELETE] did not feel comfortable providing the additional names at the time of the interview.) Soon thereafter, [DELETE] [DELETE] sent a photograph to [DELETE] via text message, and asked something to the effect of whether [DELETE] knew the name of the person in the photo and, "is this the guy?". [DELETE] advised looking at the person in the photograph, "took me back", and she had a fleeting thought that he reminded her of Lurch from the Adams' Family. [DELETE] told [DELETE] to turn on the news, which [DELETE] stated she does not generally watch. JEFFREY EPSTEIN's face was one, "I couldn't forget." [DELETE] then told [DELETE] about a sex ring and indicated that JEFFREY EPSTEIN got into trouble years ago, but received a slap on the wrist regarding something that happened in Florida.
[DELETE] later viewed the image [DELETE] sent her with her friend and neighbor, [DELETE]. [DELETE] told [DELETE], "That is the person who has caused me great harm and affected my entire life. He's a nightmare." [DELETE] advised the photograph [DELETE] [DELETE] sent her was still saved in her cell phone messages. Upon request by the Agents, [DELETE] accessed the image, and before she showed the picture to the interviewing Agents, [DELETE] asked whether she could crop the photograph to include only the man she was referring to (essentially cropping out one or more individuals also included in the picture). [DELETE] attorney, Mr. [DELETE] offhandedly mentioned the word "President" while looking at the image on [DELETE] cell phone. The Agents asked whether [DELETE] would be comfortable explaining why she wanted to crop the photograph. When [DELETE] hesitated, [DELETE] attorney advised [DELETE] was concerned about implicating additional individuals, and specifically any that were well known, due to fear of retaliation. The Agents advised [DELETE] she could crop the image to show only what she felt comfortable with if she felt it was necessary. [Administrative Note: [DELETE] agreed to allow the Agents to take a photograph of the cropped image (attached electronically as a 1A attachment). Of note, the particular image sent to her by [DELETE] [DELETE] was recognized by Agents as a widely distributed photograph of JEFFREY EPSTEIN and current United States President DONALD TRUMP. The cropped image [DELETE] provided to the Agents only included JEFFREY EPSTEIN.] [DELETE] advised the Agents, she was 100% positive the man in the photograph was "JEFF", the man [detailed above] who she initially believed she was hired to babysit for, and who sexually abused [DELETE] multiple times beginning when she was approximately 13 years old on [DELETE].
While observing the image in the presence of the Agents, [DELETE] advised she had not seen JEFF in a long time, and that he, "looked a little older" in the photograph than she remembered him. [DELETE] advised, "the person wasn't that unattractive back then." With respect to the other individual she cropped out of the image, [DELETE] advised they were someone she had met (no further information provided).
[DELETE] advised she learned JEFF took Polaroid photographs of her engaged in sexual activity possibly during her first interaction with him, and definitely during her third interaction. [DELETE] stated that during her third interaction with JEFF, which happened within a few days of the second incident, [DELETE] opened a drawer in the house and observed, "a lot of photos". She saw photographs of herself, but was not sure whether all of the photos included in the drawer were of her. She wanted to take all of the photographs to try to piece together the holes in her memory as to what had happened during her previous interactions with JEFF and also because she was embarrassed that she was naked in the pictures; however, JEFF caught [DELETE] looking at the pictures. He became very angry when he caught her. When asked what JEFF did when he caught her looking at the pictures, [DELETE] stated, "He raped me." JEFF bent her over and raped her, and it, "wasn't vaginal". JEFF called [DELETE] a, "stupid bitch" and stated that, "being nosy isn't good for you." He told her she was going to get herself in trouble and, "now [she] owed [him]." [DELETE] advised that was the point when the threats started, "that was when he turned." [DELETE] recalled JEFF also said some words to her in a different language that she did not understand.
When JEFF got nervous he sometimes sounded different; he sounded like he had a lisp. He did not have a thick New York accent. [DELETE] recalled JEFF had an eye tooth that looked like a "snaggle tooth" at that time. She recalled he, "was not terribly ugly." He always dressed well and wore "cardboard shirts" and penny loafers. He had a habit of changing the pennies in his loafers frequently, and they were always brand new pennies. [DELETE] stated she had only seen children's penises at that point in her life. She did not recall any additional abnormalities with respect to JEFF's body; however, [DELETE] qualified her statement that most of the time, JEFF abused her from behind. She did recall that with respect to two additional people who abused her, one was not circumcised. [DELETE] is aware of the uncircumcised man's identity; however, she was not comfortable providing it at the time of the interview.
[DELETE] reiterated that during her third interaction with JEFF, he started out behind her, "raping [her] every way possible: orally, vaginally...". At that point in her life, [DELETE] had large breasts, which made her very uncomfortable. She would beg to keep her shirt on during her interactions with JEFF. He made fun of her breasts; sometimes saying nice things, and other times telling her he knew why she was disgusted with her breasts.
JEFF used objects to sexually assault [DELETE]; she specifically recalled that on at least one occasion, he used beer bottles and a golf club handle to rape her anally and vaginally. [DELETE] also remembered JEFF attempting to fit his entire hand in her mouth. At some point, JEFF told her, "If you don't want this to happen to you, you need to go find me friends." On approximately the second interaction, JEFF asked [DELETE], "do you have any friends who are pretty?" [DELETE] recalled thinking JEFF did not think she was attractive back then.
There were times while JEFF was raping [DELETE] that he pulled her hair, covered her mouth and nose at the same time, and put his hand on her throat. [DELETE] thought the act of placing his hand on her throat was more of a threat than actually attempting to strangle her. She did not recall him squeezing her throat. [DELETE] did not recall JEFF binding her body during the sexual assaults. He never "full-on" punched her; however, he squeezed her bottom and breasts, and would "yank" her nipples to the point the actions were "very painful". [DELETE] stated, "I would have given anything for him to have given me a cocktail again. It would have been nice to not have been aware." Believing she would continue to be raped and sexually assaulted by JEFF, [DELETE] gave in at some point and told him, "yes, I'll find some friends." JEFF wanted, "young fresh meat girls. Virgins." He told [DELETE], "Don't bring me any niggers." [DELETE], "never, ever brought any friends." At this point in the interview, [DELETE] attorney, Barry [DELETE], Esq. advised the following: "At Epstein's request, she ([DELETE]), at times met people on the beach and may have told them something to the effect of, 'if you want to party, go to Epstein's.'" Following [DELETE] statement, [DELETE] shook her shoulders and head in the affirmative. [DELETE] clarified that after what JEFF had done to her, she did not want it [the rapes and sexual assaults] to be repeated, and she decided finding other girls for him, strangers she found in town, might spare her more abuse.
With respect to her adult life, [DELETE] advised JEFF's abuse and the abuse she endured by others associated with him caused her to "shut down". She became fearful after being threatened, "[her] whole life." She stated, "I haven't said anything yet, so imagine once I do." [DELETE] expressed deep concern over being one of the first victims to come forward and any ramifications she may suffer due to it.
[DELETE] indicated that due to the time that had elapsed since the events involving JEFF occurred (over 30 years), she had difficulty remembering exactly when some of the interactions occurred, and in what order). [DELETE] recalled that during her fourth or fifth interaction with JEFF, there were two other men in the house as well. [DELETE] advised she may know the name of one man, but she did not feel comfortable providing it at this time. JEFF was introducing her to, "these pigs." JEFF bragged and showed the men, "the things he'd done to [her]." JEFF made a statement to the effect of, "This is why fresh meat is good, you can do whatever you want." The men masturbated as JEFF sexually assaulted [DELETE] . During that interaction JEFF penetrated her vaginally with both objects and his penis. She remembered that at some point, she was alone with the two men after JEFF, "did his sick shit" and excused himself because he was planning for other girls to show up at the house. [DELETE] described the two men as, "fat and disgusting". Both were older than JEFF. Both of the men had southern accents. [DELETE] recalled JEFF's "big thing" was "vaginal fresh meat".
[Administrative note: When the Agents began to ask questions regarding whether the two men at the house participated in sexually assaulting [DELETE], [DELETE] became very emotional and advised she could not continue and needed to take a break that day. The interview ended with the plan to continue with a followup interview in the near future.]

With respect to the last name EPSTEIN, [DELETE] possibly heard JEFF's last name during the time she had contact with him. Her friend, [DELETE] [DELETE], also mentioned the name JEFF EPSTEIN to her recently, and she recalled hearing the name EPSTEIN on a movie staring Barbra Streisand and Nick Nolte some time ago.
A few months ago, [DELETE] told her close friend, [DELETE] [DELETE] (whom she has known since both lived on [DELETE] some of the details regarding her contact with JEFF when she was young. [DELETE] recalled she made a statement to [DELETE] regarding JEFF, and [DELETE] responded with words to the effect of, "you told me that when we were kids". At that point, [DELETE] vaguely recalled talking to [DELETE] when they were young about the incidents that occurred between herself and JEFF.
Not long after, [DELETE] [DELETE] sent [DELETE] a text asking, "do these names sound familiar?" [DELETE] then sent a text to [DELETE] containing the name "JEFFREY EPSTEIN", as well as other names ([DELETE] did not feel comfortable providing the additional names at the time of the interview.) Soon thereafter, [DELETE] [DELETE] sent a photograph to [DELETE] via text message, and asked something to the effect of whether [DELETE] knew the name of the person in the photo and, "is this the guy?". [DELETE] advised looking at the person in the photograph, "took me back", and she had a fleeting thought that he reminded her of Lurch from the Adams' Family. [DELETE] told [DELETE] to turn on the news, which [DELETE] stated she does not generally watch. JEFFREY EPSTEIN's face was one, "I couldn't forget." [DELETE] then told [DELETE] about a sex ring and indicated that JEFFREY EPSTEIN got into trouble years ago, but received a slap on the wrist regarding something that happened in Florida.
[DELETE] later viewed the image [DELETE] sent her with her friend and neighbor, [DELETE]. [DELETE] told [DELETE], "That is the person who has caused me great harm and affected my entire life. He's a nightmare." [DELETE] advised the photograph [DELETE] [DELETE] sent her was still saved in her cell phone messages. Upon request by the Agents, [DELETE] accessed the image, and before she showed the picture to the interviewing Agents, [DELETE] asked whether she could crop the photograph to include only the man she was referring to (essentially cropping out one or more individuals also included in the picture). [DELETE] attorney, Mr. [DELETE] offhandedly mentioned the word "President" while looking at the image on [DELETE] cell phone. The Agents asked whether [DELETE] would be comfortable explaining why she wanted to crop the photograph. When [DELETE] hesitated, [DELETE] attorney advised [DELETE] was concerned about implicating additional individuals, and specifically any that were well known, due to fear of retaliation. The Agents advised [DELETE] she could crop the image to show only what she felt comfortable with if she felt it was necessary. [Administrative Note: [DELETE] agreed to allow the Agents to take a photograph of the cropped image (attached electronically as a 1A attachment). Of note, the particular image sent to her by [DELETE] [DELETE] was recognized by Agents as a widely distributed photograph of JEFFREY EPSTEIN and current United States President DONALD TRUMP. The cropped image [DELETE] provided to the Agents only included JEFFREY EPSTEIN.] [DELETE] advised the Agents, she was 100% positive the man in the photograph was "JEFF", the man [detailed above] who she initially believed she was hired to babysit for, and who sexually abused [DELETE] multiple times beginning when she was approximately 13 years old on [DELETE].
While observing the image in the presence of the Agents, [DELETE] advised she had not seen JEFF in a long time, and that he, "looked a little older" in the photograph than she remembered him. [DELETE] advised, "the person wasn't that unattractive back then." With respect to the other individual she cropped out of the image, [DELETE] advised they were someone she had met (no further information provided).
[DELETE] advised she learned JEFF took Polaroid photographs of her engaged in sexual activity possibly during her first interaction with him, and definitely during her third interaction. [DELETE] stated that during her third interaction with JEFF, which happened within a few days of the second incident, [DELETE] opened a drawer in the house and observed, "a lot of photos". She saw photographs of herself, but was not sure whether all of the photos included in the drawer were of her. She wanted to take all of the photographs to try to piece together the holes in her memory as to what had happened during her previous interactions with JEFF and also because she was embarrassed that she was naked in the pictures; however, JEFF caught [DELETE] looking at the pictures. He became very angry when he caught her. When asked what JEFF did when he caught her looking at the pictures, [DELETE] stated, "He raped me." JEFF bent her over and raped her, and it, "wasn't vaginal". JEFF called [DELETE] a, "stupid bitch" and stated that, "being nosy isn't good for you." He told her she was going to get herself in trouble and, "now [she] owed [him]." [DELETE] advised that was the point when the threats started, "that was when he turned." [DELETE] recalled JEFF also said some words to her in a different language that she did not understand.
When JEFF got nervous he sometimes sounded different; he sounded like he had a lisp. He did not have a thick New York accent. [DELETE] recalled JEFF had an eye tooth that looked like a "snaggle tooth" at that time. She recalled he, "was not terribly ugly." He always dressed well and wore "cardboard shirts" and penny loafers. He had a habit of changing the pennies in his loafers frequently, and they were always brand new pennies. [DELETE] stated she had only seen children's penises at that point in her life. She did not recall any additional abnormalities with respect to JEFF's body; however, [DELETE] qualified her statement that most of the time, JEFF abused her from behind. She did recall that with respect to two additional people who abused her, one was not circumcised. [DELETE] is aware of the uncircumcised man's identity; however, she was not comfortable providing it at the time of the interview.
[DELETE] reiterated that during her third interaction with JEFF, he started out behind her, "raping [her] every way possible: orally, vaginally...". At that point in her life, [DELETE] had large breasts, which made her very uncomfortable. She would beg to keep her shirt on during her interactions with JEFF. He made fun of her breasts; sometimes saying nice things, and other times telling her he knew why she was disgusted with her breasts.
JEFF used objects to sexually assault [DELETE]; she specifically recalled that on at least one occasion, he used beer bottles and a golf club handle to rape her anally and vaginally. [DELETE] also remembered JEFF attempting to fit his entire hand in her mouth. At some point, JEFF told her, "If you don't want this to happen to you, you need to go find me friends." On approximately the second interaction, JEFF asked [DELETE], "do you have any friends who are pretty?" [DELETE] recalled thinking JEFF did not think she was attractive back then.
There were times while JEFF was raping [DELETE] that he pulled her hair, covered her mouth and nose at the same time, and put his hand on her throat. [DELETE] thought the act of placing his hand on her throat was more of a threat than actually attempting to strangle her. She did not recall him squeezing her throat. [DELETE] did not recall JEFF binding her body during the sexual assaults. He never "full-on" punched her; however, he squeezed her bottom and breasts, and would "yank" her nipples to the point the actions were "very painful". [DELETE] stated, "I would have given anything for him to have given me a cocktail again. It would have been nice to not have been aware." Believing she would continue to be raped and sexually assaulted by JEFF, [DELETE] gave in at some point and told him, "yes, I'll find some friends." JEFF wanted, "young fresh meat girls. Virgins." He told [DELETE], "Don't bring me any niggers." [DELETE], "never, ever brought any friends." At this point in the interview, [DELETE] attorney, Barry [DELETE], Esq. advised the following: "At Epstein's request, she ([DELETE]), at times met people on the beach and may have told them something to the effect of, 'if you want to party, go to Epstein's.'" Following [DELETE] statement, [DELETE] shook her shoulders and head in the affirmative. [DELETE] clarified that after what JEFF had done to her, she did not want it [the rapes and sexual assaults] to be repeated, and she decided finding other girls for him, strangers she found in town, might spare her more abuse.
With respect to her adult life, [DELETE] advised JEFF's abuse and the abuse she endured by others associated with him caused her to "shut down". She became fearful after being threatened, "[her] whole life." She stated, "I haven't said anything yet, so imagine once I do." [DELETE] expressed deep concern over being one of the first victims to come forward and any ramifications she may suffer due to it.
[DELETE] indicated that due to the time that had elapsed since the events involving JEFF occurred (over 30 years), she had difficulty remembering exactly when some of the interactions occurred, and in what order). [DELETE] recalled that during her fourth or fifth interaction with JEFF, there were two other men in the house as well. [DELETE] advised she may know the name of one man, but she did not feel comfortable providing it at this time. JEFF was introducing her to, "these pigs." JEFF bragged and showed the men, "the things he'd done to [her]." JEFF made a statement to the effect of, "This is why fresh meat is good, you can do whatever you want." The men masturbated as JEFF sexually assaulted [DELETE] . During that interaction JEFF penetrated her vaginally with both objects and his penis. She remembered that at some point, she was alone with the two men after JEFF, "did his sick shit" and excused himself because he was planning for other girls to show up at the house. [DELETE] described the two men as, "fat and disgusting". Both were older than JEFF. Both of the men had southern accents. [DELETE] recalled JEFF's "big thing" was "vaginal fresh meat".
[Administrative note: When the Agents began to ask questions regarding whether the two men at the house participated in sexually assaulting [DELETE], [DELETE] became very emotional and advised she could not continue and needed to take a break that day. The interview ended with the plan to continue with a followup interview in the near future.]

On 07/08/2019, at 1:43 p.m. Eastern Time, [DELETE], [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE], contacted the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC), to report an unidentified friend who may have been abused by Jeffrey Epstein in an unknown manner.
[DELETE] states that recently she was informed by an unidentified female friend, currently residing in Portland, OR, that she was forced to perform oral sex on President Trump approximately 35 years ago in the state of New Jersey. [DELETE]' friend stated that she was approximately 13-14 years of age when this occurred. The friend allegedly bit President Trump while performing oral sex and described his "heavy breathing". The friend was allegedly hit in the face after she laughed about biting him.
[DELETE] showed her unidentified friend a picture of Jeffrey Epstein on Monday 07/08/2019 and asked her if she was abused by him as well. The friend stated "yes" to the question, but did not go into detail as to nature of the abuse.
[DELETE] did not have any further information regarding either of the referenced incidents, and did not wish to provide her friend's name or contact information at the time of her call to NTOC. [DELETE] is going to check with her friend to see if it is okay to provide her information for any further questions. [DELETE] is willing to provide additional information upon request by an agent.
[DELETE] wanted to make sure that if/when her friend is interviewed that her identity is protected.
[DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] (PROTECT SOURCE, hereinafter "[DELETE]"), date of birth [DELETE] [DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE] advised the [DELETE] High School yearbooks for [DELETE] (she was a freshman) and [DELETE] (she was a sophomore) would have photographs of [DELETE] at approximately 15 and 16 years old, closer to the timeframe of JEFFREY EPSTEIN's abuse of [DELETE]. Her last name at the time the yearbooks were published was [DELETE]. She recalled the [DELETE] High School mascot was possibly [DELETE] and one of their school colors may have been [DELETE]. [DELETE] also provided the interviewing Agents with two photographs (undated) that include her at approximately 13-16 years old. The first photograph included two females laying on a bed. [DELETE] identified herself as the female on the right (not smiling). [DELETE] believed this photograph may have been taken prior to her meeting EPSTEIN. The second photograph shows five individuals sitting down as a group, with an additional individual sitting approximately two feet away. All individuals appear to be female. [DELETE] is the second from the right (appearing to sit somewhat behind the other girls. She has white sunglasses on her head.) [DELETE] advised she recalled this photograph was most likely taken after she met and was abused by EPSTEIN. She noted the Solo cups in the photograph and inferred they contained alcohol. [DELETE] indicated the party atmosphere would have occurred after she met EPSTEIN.
At the start of the interview, [DELETE] advised she now felt comfortable enough to provide details regarding (sexual and physical) abuse she suffered at the hands of not only JEFFREY EPSTEIN, but also certain individuals associated with him. She advised that she met EPSTEIN (referred to as "JEFF" by [DELETE]) through fraud and misrepresentation, and that he and others took advantage of her mother. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN blackmailed her mother through explicit photographs of [DELETE], which resulted in her mother embezzling from her real estate company to pay him. [DELETE] stated that her mother, "tried to buy back the photos and secrets" over the years. A man named JIM ATKINS (phonetic), a friend/associate of EPSTEIN (background of relationship unknown), participated with EPSTEIN in blackmailing [DELETE] mother. ATKINS also sexually assaulted [DELETE] on more than one occasion. [DELETE] described ATKINS as a white male with gray hair, "big ears", and hairy body. ATKINS was possibly in his 50's in the early 1980s, and lived in Ohio. ATKINS was somehow associated with an Ohio university (unidentified); he may have been the Dean, or the "money guy" at the school at the time. ATKINS either owned or rented a residence on [DELETE] Island. [DELETE] stated that the home she and her mother lived in on the Island would not have been nice enough for ATKINS to stay in. [DELETE] met ATKINS not long after EPSTEIN began sexually assaulting her. She estimated she met him when she was approximately 14 or 15 years old, and recalled meeting him in her mother's office; however, she did not know why he was in her mother's office initially. [DELETE] could not recall how her mother and ATKINS were originally introduced. ATKINS came off as a, "rich prick [who would] throw his weight around and talk about money. He would expect people to respond immediately to him. ATKINS was a "pervert" and looked at [DELETE] like she was a "piece of meat." He developed a romantic relationship with [DELETE] mother who he claimed he loved, but [DELETE] mother appeared annoyed with him at times. They dated for approximately a year and ATKINS would fly on and off the Island to see her. [DELETE] looked back on the relationship and thought her mother and ATKINS may have been "secretly dating" (if he was married in Ohio). He was rude to [DELETE] and her brothers, he had a short temper, and he was a drinker. [DELETE] brother [DELETE] would recognize ATKINS. [DELETE] recalled seeing EPSTEIN and ATKINS together at least once at EPSTEIN's house. She recalled it was most likely at the second house she knew him to live in while he resided on [DELETE] Island.

ATKINS and his accountant (Black male named "Cecil" Last Name Unknown) assisted [DELETE] mother in "fixing" her real estate books so that she could embezzle funds and pay EPSTEIN. At some point, ATKINS and [DELETE] mother had a falling out, and ATKINS, EPSTEIN and possibly CECIL turned [DELETE] mother's in to the Real Estate Commission by providing her accurate real estate book/records. [DELETE] mother was sent to prison for a period of time for embezzlement, and she was not able to pay the restitution ordered. [DELETE] was not aware of the blackmailing when it began to occur. Her mother informed her late into the process that they were in trouble, that she had seen photographs of [DELETE], and that she was paying people money. [DELETE] recalled calling ATKINS at the school where he was employed to ask whether he could help [DELETE] and her mother. Prior to [DELETE] meeting EPSTEIN, her mother had been sober. [DELETE] advised that the threat must have been very real because her mother was a very strong woman and it affected her substantially. After EPSTEIN blackmailed her, [DELETE] mother began to drink alcohol again.
[DELETE] continued the chronological discussion of incidents involving EPSTEIN that [DELETE] began to detail during the previous interview. With respect to what [DELETE] believed to be the fourth incident, the two men involved (in addition to EPSTEIN), described by [DELETE] to be "fat" and "disgusting", also "seemed to have money". [DELETE] was asked more than once about the contact between herself and the men and what transpired during that fourth interaction. [DELETE] did not recall the men's names. At the time of the interview, [DELETE] was not comfortable going into specifics regarding the sexual abuse the men subjected her to.
After approximately the fourth interaction with EPSTEIN that summer, a period of time elapsed (within the same summer) and EPSTEIN began living/staying at a different residence (location details unknown). On one occasion, [DELETE] and her friends were at a pool one night, possibly at the Marriott Hotel. [DELETE]. She recalled [DELETE] [DELETE] being present. EPSTEIN showed up, alone, at the pool. [DELETE] believed that when he showed up someone (one of her friends) must have seen him. [DELETE] left with EPSTEIN, and he got her to leave without using violence. They went back to his house (she reiterated it was a different residence than his previous home). When they arrived, it was the, "same kind of bull shit". EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] who her friends were, if she told her friends, and if her friends wanted to "come party". [DELETE] responded no, she did not tell her friends and no, they did not want to come party. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN sent her on what she referred to as "missions" to find, "young girls who wanted to party."
On approximately the fifth interaction [DELETE] recalled having with EPSTEIN, other people were present. [DELETE] vaguely remembered other girls around and older men, but she did not recognize anyone. Two of the men were "fat and disgusting" and had "Santa stomachs"; however, one man was heavier than the other. With respect to recognizing other individuals from the area, [DELETE] stated that [DELETE] Island was small; she knew most girls her age and the fact she did not recognize any of the girls partying with EPSTEIN and his friends made her wonder where they came from. There was a beach near the hotels known by locals and some vacationers to be a place to "party". When asked about the men present during the fifth interaction, [DELETE] advised one of the men (unidentified) physically and verbally abused her. She remembered he pulled her hair and, "beat the shit out of me." She thought it was strange that he stomped on her big toe. He hit her with a belt or similar object. She had, "no idea what that was about." His abusive actions toward [DELETE] were not sexual, except he masturbated at certain points while abusing her. She could not recall having bruises after the man beat her. [DELETE] stated, "It was a very long evening that went into morning." [DELETE] mother was not concerned that she did not go home that night because it was normal for her to stay at a friend's home overnight sometimes. At that point, her mother was not aware of [DELETE] ongoing abuse by EPSTEIN and his associates.
With respect to bruising incurred from any of the abusive interactions with EPSTEIN, [DELETE] stated, "I must have had bruises but I don't remember my friends saying anything." She did not go to the hospital, and she did not incur any broken limbs. [DELETE] thought she may have had a few knots on her head after interactions with EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] knows EPSTEIN took photographs of her during sexual activity because she found images of herself in a drawer during her third interaction with him (previously documented) and she vaguely recalled EPSTEIN taking the pictures. EPSTEIN took Polaroid pictures of her; some were of just her breasts, others depicted only her face, and some showed her whole body. [DELETE] remembered she was wearing one of EPSTEIN's shirts in at least one photograph he took. She described the shirt as "very crispy", and possibly blue or white. [DELETE] advised a tripod came to mind as well and was possibly involved at some point. [DELETE] did not recall any other men taking photographs of her. [DELETE] pointed out that just because she could not remember whether they took photographs did not mean they did not.
[DELETE] estimated she had more than 6 and less than 20 sexual interactions with EPSTEIN over time.
EPSTEIN told [DELETE] on at least one occasion that "dark" was his time (no further information). [DELETE] was EPSTEIN's "main contact" on the Island. When they were with others, EPSTEIN appeared to be the leader, and others deferred to him. [DELETE] generally only talked to EPSTEIN, "They abused me, but I didn't talk to them." [DELETE] wanted to be in a "good place" with EPSTEIN, "better to get him people to party with, than to be partied on." At this point, [DELETE] attorney, [DELETE] advised, "You felt shame." [DELETE] responded, "Yeah." [DELETE] advised that during several of her interactions with EPSTEIN she was "drugged", which was "not fine, but better than being sober" with respect to the sexual abuse she endured by him and his associates. [DELETE] remembered that once she began introducing EPSTEIN to girls she met on the beach, he and [DELETE] seemed to come to an understanding. The situation, while still horrible, did not seem as horrible. In EPSTEIN's subsequent interactions with her she felt like he looked at her as a,"good girl." He acted as though he thought, "You're my good girl now." [DELETE] began thinking she had to, "eat or be eaten."
[DELETE] could not recall ever seeing another underage girl being abused during the time she knew EPSTEIN. She vaguely remembered hearing screaming and crying, but she was segregated and did not hang out with anyone. She reiterated that she did not talk to the girls or the men who associated with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] did not know whether there were "group setting" sex situations involving the girls. She was not asked or forced to participate in sex with more than one individual.
On more than one occasion while in EPSTEIN's company, [DELETE] observed a woman [around EPSTEIN's age at the time (30's)] present who did not appear to be Black or Caucasian, but had darker skin and long dark wavy hair. The woman did not appear to have a lot of money, nor did she appear to be in a relationship or married to any of EPSTEIN's associates. The woman may have been with EPSTEIN in some way. The woman never spoke to [DELETE] and gave off a, "cold feeling." [DELETE] was not aware of whether the woman abused any girls; however, she did not abuse [DELETE].
[DELETE] was "probably given drugs" on almost every interaction she had with EPSTEIN. She was always given alcohol and marijuana, and usually cocaine. EPSTEIN's drink of choice was gin and tonic. He enjoyed listening to Classical music, and he "blared" Neal Diamond.
Not long ago, [DELETE] friend and house mate, [DELETE], wore two different colognes in [DELETE] presence that she did not like. One specifically repulsed her. It "instantly put [her] back there." It was the, "same smell as JEFFREY [EPSTEIN]." In the interviewing Agents' presence, [DELETE] placed a call to [DELETE] in speakerphone mode. [DELETE] asked [DELETE] if he remembered her having a strong (negative) reaction to one of his colognes, and asked if he could tell her what the name of the cologne was. [DELETE] responded that he did remember that incident, and that he thought it was possibly "Grey Flannel" cologne. [DELETE] did not initially tell [DELETE] why the cologne repulsed her; however, she recently disclosed details of her abuse to [DELETE] and his wife, as well as why the cologne was relevant.
Investigating Agents inquired as to [DELETE] exposure to recent news media stories regarding EPSTEIN. [DELETE] advised at some point she "Googled" his name and "[DELETE] Island" to see whether any victims from the area had come forward. She thought she found one; however, the result she found was just a story about EPSTEIN that was previously published in the [DELETE] Island paper.
[DELETE] detailed a separate and possibly the sixth incident involving EPSTEIN. When [DELETE] was approximately 15 years old, she went to a Rick James concert with her friend [DELETE] and [DELETE] mother in Savannah, Georgia. EPSTEIN was at the concert and surprised her. When [DELETE] saw EPSTEIN she knew she had to go with him. She recalled EPSTEIN had a flask and "got her drunk". She was also high on marijuana. He kept her isolated at the concert so long that [DELETE] and [DELETE] mother left her, and drove back to [DELETE] Island. They later told [DELETE] they looked for her for a long period of time. She stated that she imagined they were terrified when they could not find her. [DELETE] could not recall the entire evening; however, she knew that EPSTEIN left her at some point, and she found herself walking around alone, high on marijuana. She kept thinking, "how am I going to get back to the Island. I've been left here, I have no way to get home." At some point while [DELETE] was walking around, the police picked her up. [DELETE] recalled thinking her mother was going to be "pissed" at her because she got her ears pierced. The police photographed her and kept her alone in a "real jail" cell. She could not remember whether they fingerprinted her, or if she was formally arrested. She did recall she ate really good fried chicken while in jail. At some point, her mother and brother, [DELETE], picked her up and drove her home.
[DELETE] recalled at least one incident in which EPSTEIN took her off of the Island when she was between 13 to 15 years old. He drove her and/or flew her to either New York or New Jersey. She was, "introduced to someone with money, money... It was Donald Trump." [DELETE] and EPSTEIN were with others, to include TRUMP, in a very tall building with huge rooms. TRUMP did not like [DELETE], "from the get-go, he didn't like that I was a boy-girl" (referencing a tomboy). [DELETE] could not recall the identities of the other individuals present; however, they all exited when TRUMP asked everyone to leave the room. TRUMP mentioned something to the effect of, "Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be." TRUMP unzipped his pants and put head, "down to his penis". [DELETE], "bit the shit out of it." TRUMP struck [DELETE] and said words to the effect of, "get this little bitch the hell out of here." [DELETE] advised she bit TRUMP's penis because he disgusted her. "He had money, it reeked off of him." At that point, people reentered the room no further information provided). [DELETE] recalled a blond beautiful woman approaching her at some point that day after her interaction with TRUMP. The woman said, "let me give you a tip little girl about your breasts, wear a bra every night." Those words have stayed with her throughout the years.
[DELETE] got the feeling the relationship between EPSTEIN and TRUMP included a certain amount of jealousy. She thought TRUMP appeared jealous of EPSTEIN, but at some point, they ended up on level playing fields. TRUMP and EPSTEIN sometimes used the terms "fresh meat", "untainted" and "not jaded" while referring to girls. At the time she heard it, [DELETE] did not understand the term "not jaded". She subsequently looked up the word "jaded". [DELETE] stated she had two additional interactions with TRUMP, but she asked that the interview move on to a different subject for the time being.
[DELETE] discussed an additional interaction with EPSTEIN and his associates wherein EPSTEIN and the "group" brought acid (identities of additional individuals not provided). EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] if she knew anything about acid; she replied that she did not. He asked her to try it first, then tell her friends where the party was going to be. EPSTEIN gave [DELETE] some of the acid to give to her friends. She did not recall hearing about acid on the Island before EPSTEIN introduced it, but she recalled that after he did, acid "swept the Island."
Reflecting on the interactions she had with EPSTEIN up to that point, [DELETE] advised that while she continued to be sexually abused by him, she began to feel like EPSTEIN trusted her. The situation was "still horrific", but she began to feel important; he knew she was keeping his secrets, specifically the things he said in front of her.
On one occasion, [DELETE] asked EPSTEIN, "why he (EPSTEIN) does those things to me?" EPSTEIN responded by disclosing he had been molested as a child by a "boy" in his family, and possibly his aunt. [DELETE] thought the boy was either an uncle or a cousin; he definitely mentioned abuse by both a male and female. EPSTEIN was starting to say intimate things about himself. He was sharing and it began to make her feel like she had some of the power. She recalled thinking at the time, "Wow, this is the same asshole who is horrible." EPSTEIN had two sides to his personality. Looking back on the situation now, [DELETE] stated EPSTEIN was, "probably grooming me." [DELETE], "got super fascinated" in the sexual acts that involved EPSTEIN being submissive to [DELETE]. She felt relieved to be the one not being abused. recalled they did not "mix" the sexual abuse, meaning the interactions wherein EPSTEIN physically abused [DELETE] were separate interactions than those that involved EPSTEIN being submissive to [DELETE]. Every time they entered a bedroom, sexual abuse of some sort was involved, and in general, every interaction included sexual abuse. The one exception was the concert in Georgia (detailed above). Even though EPSTEIN was alone at the concert, they did not have a place where he could engage in sexual activity with her.
When asked whether EPSTEIN had any notable sexual fetishes, [DELETE] advised he liked having "little rubber things" put into his anus, and, "he had [her] do it." [DELETE] recalled inserting a pencil, a big eraser, little rubber things, and a water bottle tube into EPSTEIN's anus for his sexual gratification. EPSTEIN liked to be violated and dominated. He wanted her to take control. She recalled he turned into a different person (personality), and since it was her first time experiencing that type of sexual behavior, she did not know what to do. EPSTEIN liked her to use a kitchen oil (instead of sexual lubricant) when she put things in his "butt". EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that when he was younger he could contort his body so that he could almost put his penis in his mouth. She asked him to show her and he tried, but was unsuccessful.
[DELETE] was asked whether EPSTEIN ever asked her to engage in "threesomes" (orgies). EPSTEIN always wanted [DELETE] to bring her friend; however, it never happened.
EPSTEIN spoke another language around [DELETE] once in a while. She believed the language may have been Hebrew. At this point in the interview, [DELETE] imitated the sound of the language she recalled EPSTEIN speaking indicating it included a throat-clearing guttural sound. She was unaware of whether EPSTEIN was Jewish. She knew the language he spoke was not Italian.
EPSTEIN talked about blackmailing people in front of [DELETE]. [DELETE] was confident TRUMP knew EPSTEIN blackmailed people because she heard EPSTEIN and TRUMP talking about it. [DELETE] stated she knew TRUMP had illegal building permits. She heard him (TRUMP) talking about washing money through casinos. Number 6 is Donald Trump's favorite number. [DELETE] was not sure how she knew that, but she had heard it at one point. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN's blackmailing of her mother, "ruined my family".
[DELETE] asked the Agents to keep her safe stating, "Throughout my life his (EPSTEIN's) people have found me... have kept tabs on me."

The interviewing agents asked [DELETE] to provide additional details regarding her first interaction with DONALD TRUMP when she was approximately 13 to 15 years old, in either New York or New Jersey, and while also in the company of JEFFREY EPSTEIN. [DELETE] clarified that when she previously said TRUMP struck her after she bit him on the penis, she provided further details that he, "pulled (her] hair and punched [her] on the side of [her] head."
With respect to [DELETE] mother, [DELETE] (deceased), [DELETE] recalled her mother spent approximately two years in federal prison in Columbia, South Carolina around the time [DELETE] was 17 or 18 years old. [DELETE] mother's sentence was related to an embezzlement conviction connected to being blackmailed by JEFFREY EPSTEIN and JIM ATKINS over explicit photographs of [DELETE].
[DELETE] asked whether EPSTEIN had a sibling. The investigating Agents inquired as to what made her think he had a sibling. [DELETE] replied she recalled there was a man, possibly a brother of EPSTEIN's, that she recalled from the past.
Since the sexual assaults [DELETE] suffered at the hands of EPSTEIN and his associates, [DELETE] was threatened on numerous occasions by unidentified people she believed were connected to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] mother was also threatened on numerous occasions prior to her death. The first incident [DELETE] could recall occurred in approximately [DELETE] when [DELETE] was 16-17 years old. [DELETE] was living in a suburb in South Carolina at the time. [DELETE] mother had been arrested for embezzlement, and could not pay the restitution. [DELETE] called ATKINS at the University where he worked (unidentified) to ask him for help. She recalled she asked him why he "fixed" her mother's real estate books, only to later turn her mother in [to the police]. ATKINS responded to [DELETE] by stating words to the effect that, he did not, "give a shit if you end up in the gutter. Don't ever contact me again. Your mother knows what will happen."
[DELETE] recalled threatening telephone calls primarily began to occur after [DELETE] gave birth to her daughter in [DELETE]. Several calls listed as "No ID" on her Caller ID system were made to [DELETE] telephone. The voicemail content primarily included only "noises"; however, during one call, a man (unidentified) stated, "Fuck you. You better keep your mouth closed." The man subsequently hung up. [DELETE] was threatened, "sometimes every two years, then at random times." [DELETE] never recognized the voices during the telephone calls, but she was certain the callers were not EPSTEIN, ATKINS, or TRUMP. The callers did not have heavy New York accents. She clarified that EPSTEIN did not have a heavy New York accent in general; however, he said certain words with an accent.
In approximately [DELETE], [DELETE] mother "fielded" threat calls as well, made by individual(s) telling her to leave the Island [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] mother was most likely also threatened in person; however, [DELETE] did not have specific information regarding any in-person threats. One of [DELETE] mother's previous husbands, [DELETE], also received at least one threatening call at some point (no further information).
The last call that [DELETE] characterized as threatening occurred in approximately December or January [DELETE], while [DELETE] was working at [DELETE] [DELETE]. A co-worker received a message on their work landline that was intended for [DELETE]. The man on the message stated he was either Kevin or Keith, and that he was calling from [DELETE] doctor's office to check on her. [DELETE] only listened for a second, and did not hear the entire message. [DELETE] doctor had no idea where she worked and would never have called to check on her. [DELETE] stated she told her daughter about the call, and her daughter subsequently called the doctor in an attempt to confirm the call to [DELETE]. The doctor's office stated they did not call to check on [DELETE]. [DELETE] told her boss she had to take her daughter and leave immediately. [DELETE] believed the incident to be threatening and related to EPSTEIN and/or his associates. [DELETE] stated under her breath that if it was not EPSTEIN, maybe it was the "other one". When asked the identity of the "other one", [DELETE] stated, "Trump."
[DELETE] was asked several times if she could estimate how many times she received threatening calls that she associated with EPSTEIN and his associates. [DELETE] could not provide an answer, indicating there were numerous threat calls throughout her life. In the beginning, the threats were "regular". They later became sporadic, and a year would go by in-between incidents. During the past four years the threats increased "a little" from "one, or the other". When asked to clarify what she meant by "one, or the other", [DELETE] stated she did not wish to further discuss that comment at this time.[Administrative note: Immediately after indicating she did not wish to expound on the particular statement, [DELETE] looked at her attorney and stated, "when he was running..." At that point, [DELETE] attorney stated, "...more tracks to cover". [DELETE] repeated the statement back to her attorney.]
[DELETE] recalled receiving several "hang-ups" and a lot of brief telephone messages that included words to the effect, "we know where you're at, you need to keep your mouth shut." The people who called knew [DELETE] mother was in a specific assisted living facility. [DELETE] initially stated the individuals "possibly" called her mother; but when asked how she knew they were aware of her mother's residence in a particular assisted living facility, [DELETE] stated they called her mother there. The call(s) to her mother included rude language about her mother's age and health.
When asked what made [DELETE] think the calls were related to EPSTEIN/his associates, [DELETE] responded that she did not think the callers ever said they were calling on behalf of EPSTEIN or TRUMP. [DELETE] does not have any other issue in her past that would explain years of harassment and threats.
Since the threats began, [DELETE] has had four to five "close calls" where she was almost run off of the road. One or two incidents occurred prior to [DELETE], and one approximately two years ago. During the [DELETE] incident, [DELETE] and her mother were driving one night on Interstate 5 near [DELETE] Oregon. It was dark and rainy that night. One car behind [DELETE] repeatedly turned its lights on and off, then that car and another, both described as "nice, and black or blue", attempted to run [DELETE] car off of the road. The car to [DELETE] left was larger and had four doors. She recalled an 18-wheeler was driving in front of her at the time. [DELETE] did not wreck her vehicle during the incident. After the incident her mom began crying, and [DELETE] pulled over.
During the last incident, which [DELETE] clarified may have happened two and a half to three years ago, she was driving on Interstate 5 toward her home in [DELETE] Washington at approximately 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM (day of the week unknown). When [DELETE] took the first [DELETE] exit near a gas station and traffic circle, a male driver positioned his car, "on (her] ass" and, "slammed [her) car forward." The man ran [DELETE] through the traffic circle where she blew out her tire and broke her mirror. She recalled she ran into a sign. The vehicle that struck her was a dark black or blue sports utility vehicle. [DELETE] believed the driver to be a male due to the shape of the body she saw in her mirror. She stated the man was, "maybe White." After [DELETE] wrecked she called a friend who lived nearby and told him she had no idea what happened. [DELETE] did not call the police and to her knowledge no police responded to the hit and run. Employees (unidentified) from the Chevron or Shell gas station nearby (first gas station on left of exit) witnessed the incident and asked her on a later date what happened to her car (no further details provided).

During the interview, [DELETE] did not seek advice of counsel, and none were present.
Prior to being asked any questions regarding the case, the agents asked whether they could audio record the interview. [DELETE] advised she was not comfortable being recorded at that time. [DELETE] requested agents explain to her the goal and parameters of the fourth interview. She indicated she was aware that because she was victimized several years prior, the statutes of limitation of any viable federal violation may have run. She asked agents, "what's the point?" The agents explained that all victims of crime should have the opportunity to tell their story; they wanted to provide her with that opportunity should she choose to accept. The agents also explained why they wished to keep the fourth interview focused on abuse [DELETE] endured at the hands of individuals associated with JEFFREY EPSTEIN. [DELETE] previously mentioned she had sexual contact with (current U.S. President) DONALD TRUMP while she was a minor. She previously explained the contact was facilitated through her association with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was asked whether she felt comfortable detailing her contacts with TRUMP. [DELETE] again asked what the point would be of providing the information at this point in her life when there was a strong possibility nothing could be done about it.
The agents asked [DELETE] to go home and take as much time as she needed to think about speaking with the agents further. [DELETE] agreed and the interview ended.

On 07/08/2019, at 1:43 p.m. Eastern Time, [DELETE], [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE], contacted the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC), to report an unidentified friend who may have been abused by Jeffrey Epstein in an unknown manner.
[DELETE] states that recently she was informed by an unidentified female friend, currently residing in Portland, OR, that she was forced to perform oral sex on President Trump approximately 35 years ago in the state of New Jersey. [DELETE]' friend stated that she was approximately 13-14 years of age when this occurred. The friend allegedly bit President Trump while performing oral sex and described his "heavy breathing". The friend was allegedly hit in the face after she laughed about biting him.
[DELETE] showed her unidentified friend a picture of Jeffrey Epstein on Monday 07/08/2019 and asked her if she was abused by him as well. The friend stated "yes" to the question, but did not go into detail as to nature of the abuse.
[DELETE] did not have any further information regarding either of the referenced incidents, and did not wish to provide her friend's name or contact information at the time of her call to NTOC. [DELETE] is going to check with her friend to see if it is okay to provide her information for any further questions. [DELETE] is willing to provide additional information upon request by an agent.
[DELETE] wanted to make sure that if/when her friend is interviewed that her identity is protected.
[DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] (PROTECT SOURCE, hereinafter "[DELETE]"), date of birth [DELETE] [DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE][DELETE] advised the [DELETE] High School yearbooks for [DELETE] (she was a freshman) and [DELETE] (she was a sophomore) would have photographs of [DELETE] at approximately 15 and 16 years old, closer to the timeframe of JEFFREY EPSTEIN's abuse of [DELETE]. Her last name at the time the yearbooks were published was [DELETE]. She recalled the [DELETE] High School mascot was possibly [DELETE] and one of their school colors may have been [DELETE]. [DELETE] also provided the interviewing Agents with two photographs (undated) that include her at approximately 13-16 years old. The first photograph included two females laying on a bed. [DELETE] identified herself as the female on the right (not smiling). [DELETE] believed this photograph may have been taken prior to her meeting EPSTEIN. The second photograph shows five individuals sitting down as a group, with an additional individual sitting approximately two feet away. All individuals appear to be female. [DELETE] is the second from the right (appearing to sit somewhat behind the other girls. She has white sunglasses on her head.) [DELETE] advised she recalled this photograph was most likely taken after she met and was abused by EPSTEIN. She noted the Solo cups in the photograph and inferred they contained alcohol. [DELETE] indicated the party atmosphere would have occurred after she met EPSTEIN.
At the start of the interview, [DELETE] advised she now felt comfortable enough to provide details regarding (sexual and physical) abuse she suffered at the hands of not only JEFFREY EPSTEIN, but also certain individuals associated with him. She advised that she met EPSTEIN (referred to as "JEFF" by [DELETE]) through fraud and misrepresentation, and that he and others took advantage of her mother. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN blackmailed her mother through explicit photographs of [DELETE], which resulted in her mother embezzling from her real estate company to pay him. [DELETE] stated that her mother, "tried to buy back the photos and secrets" over the years. A man named JIM ATKINS (phonetic), a friend/associate of EPSTEIN (background of relationship unknown), participated with EPSTEIN in blackmailing [DELETE] mother. ATKINS also sexually assaulted [DELETE] on more than one occasion. [DELETE] described ATKINS as a white male with gray hair, "big ears", and hairy body. ATKINS was possibly in his 50's in the early 1980s, and lived in Ohio. ATKINS was somehow associated with an Ohio university (unidentified); he may have been the Dean, or the "money guy" at the school at the time. ATKINS either owned or rented a residence on [DELETE] Island. [DELETE] stated that the home she and her mother lived in on the Island would not have been nice enough for ATKINS to stay in. [DELETE] met ATKINS not long after EPSTEIN began sexually assaulting her. She estimated she met him when she was approximately 14 or 15 years old, and recalled meeting him in her mother's office; however, she did not know why he was in her mother's office initially. [DELETE] could not recall how her mother and ATKINS were originally introduced. ATKINS came off as a, "rich prick [who would] throw his weight around and talk about money. He would expect people to respond immediately to him. ATKINS was a "pervert" and looked at [DELETE] like she was a "piece of meat." He developed a romantic relationship with [DELETE] mother who he claimed he loved, but [DELETE] mother appeared annoyed with him at times. They dated for approximately a year and ATKINS would fly on and off the Island to see her. [DELETE] looked back on the relationship and thought her mother and ATKINS may have been "secretly dating" (if he was married in Ohio). He was rude to [DELETE] and her brothers, he had a short temper, and he was a drinker. [DELETE] brother [DELETE] would recognize ATKINS. [DELETE] recalled seeing EPSTEIN and ATKINS together at least once at EPSTEIN's house. She recalled it was most likely at the second house she knew him to live in while he resided on [DELETE] Island.

ATKINS and his accountant (Black male named "Cecil" Last Name Unknown) assisted [DELETE] mother in "fixing" her real estate books so that she could embezzle funds and pay EPSTEIN. At some point, ATKINS and [DELETE] mother had a falling out, and ATKINS, EPSTEIN and possibly CECIL turned [DELETE] mother's in to the Real Estate Commission by providing her accurate real estate book/records. [DELETE] mother was sent to prison for a period of time for embezzlement, and she was not able to pay the restitution ordered. [DELETE] was not aware of the blackmailing when it began to occur. Her mother informed her late into the process that they were in trouble, that she had seen photographs of [DELETE], and that she was paying people money. [DELETE] recalled calling ATKINS at the school where he was employed to ask whether he could help [DELETE] and her mother. Prior to [DELETE] meeting EPSTEIN, her mother had been sober. [DELETE] advised that the threat must have been very real because her mother was a very strong woman and it affected her substantially. After EPSTEIN blackmailed her, [DELETE] mother began to drink alcohol again.
[DELETE] continued the chronological discussion of incidents involving EPSTEIN that [DELETE] began to detail during the previous interview. With respect to what [DELETE] believed to be the fourth incident, the two men involved (in addition to EPSTEIN), described by [DELETE] to be "fat" and "disgusting", also "seemed to have money". [DELETE] was asked more than once about the contact between herself and the men and what transpired during that fourth interaction. [DELETE] did not recall the men's names. At the time of the interview, [DELETE] was not comfortable going into specifics regarding the sexual abuse the men subjected her to.
After approximately the fourth interaction with EPSTEIN that summer, a period of time elapsed (within the same summer) and EPSTEIN began living/staying at a different residence (location details unknown). On one occasion, [DELETE] and her friends were at a pool one night, possibly at the Marriott Hotel. [DELETE]. She recalled [DELETE] [DELETE] being present. EPSTEIN showed up, alone, at the pool. [DELETE] believed that when he showed up someone (one of her friends) must have seen him. [DELETE] left with EPSTEIN, and he got her to leave without using violence. They went back to his house (she reiterated it was a different residence than his previous home). When they arrived, it was the, "same kind of bull shit". EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] who her friends were, if she told her friends, and if her friends wanted to "come party". [DELETE] responded no, she did not tell her friends and no, they did not want to come party. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN sent her on what she referred to as "missions" to find, "young girls who wanted to party."
On approximately the fifth interaction [DELETE] recalled having with EPSTEIN, other people were present. [DELETE] vaguely remembered other girls around and older men, but she did not recognize anyone. Two of the men were "fat and disgusting" and had "Santa stomachs"; however, one man was heavier than the other. With respect to recognizing other individuals from the area, [DELETE] stated that [DELETE] Island was small; she knew most girls her age and the fact she did not recognize any of the girls partying with EPSTEIN and his friends made her wonder where they came from. There was a beach near the hotels known by locals and some vacationers to be a place to "party". When asked about the men present during the fifth interaction, [DELETE] advised one of the men (unidentified) physically and verbally abused her. She remembered he pulled her hair and, "beat the shit out of me." She thought it was strange that he stomped on her big toe. He hit her with a belt or similar object. She had, "no idea what that was about." His abusive actions toward [DELETE] were not sexual, except he masturbated at certain points while abusing her. She could not recall having bruises after the man beat her. [DELETE] stated, "It was a very long evening that went into morning." [DELETE] mother was not concerned that she did not go home that night because it was normal for her to stay at a friend's home overnight sometimes. At that point, her mother was not aware of [DELETE] ongoing abuse by EPSTEIN and his associates.
With respect to bruising incurred from any of the abusive interactions with EPSTEIN, [DELETE] stated, "I must have had bruises but I don't remember my friends saying anything." She did not go to the hospital, and she did not incur any broken limbs. [DELETE] thought she may have had a few knots on her head after interactions with EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] knows EPSTEIN took photographs of her during sexual activity because she found images of herself in a drawer during her third interaction with him (previously documented) and she vaguely recalled EPSTEIN taking the pictures. EPSTEIN took Polaroid pictures of her; some were of just her breasts, others depicted only her face, and some showed her whole body. [DELETE] remembered she was wearing one of EPSTEIN's shirts in at least one photograph he took. She described the shirt as "very crispy", and possibly blue or white. [DELETE] advised a tripod came to mind as well and was possibly involved at some point. [DELETE] did not recall any other men taking photographs of her. [DELETE] pointed out that just because she could not remember whether they took photographs did not mean they did not.
[DELETE] estimated she had more than 6 and less than 20 sexual interactions with EPSTEIN over time.
EPSTEIN told [DELETE] on at least one occasion that "dark" was his time (no further information). [DELETE] was EPSTEIN's "main contact" on the Island. When they were with others, EPSTEIN appeared to be the leader, and others deferred to him. [DELETE] generally only talked to EPSTEIN, "They abused me, but I didn't talk to them." [DELETE] wanted to be in a "good place" with EPSTEIN, "better to get him people to party with, than to be partied on." At this point, [DELETE] attorney, [DELETE] advised, "You felt shame." [DELETE] responded, "Yeah." [DELETE] advised that during several of her interactions with EPSTEIN she was "drugged", which was "not fine, but better than being sober" with respect to the sexual abuse she endured by him and his associates. [DELETE] remembered that once she began introducing EPSTEIN to girls she met on the beach, he and [DELETE] seemed to come to an understanding. The situation, while still horrible, did not seem as horrible. In EPSTEIN's subsequent interactions with her she felt like he looked at her as a,"good girl." He acted as though he thought, "You're my good girl now." [DELETE] began thinking she had to, "eat or be eaten."
[DELETE] could not recall ever seeing another underage girl being abused during the time she knew EPSTEIN. She vaguely remembered hearing screaming and crying, but she was segregated and did not hang out with anyone. She reiterated that she did not talk to the girls or the men who associated with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] did not know whether there were "group setting" sex situations involving the girls. She was not asked or forced to participate in sex with more than one individual.
On more than one occasion while in EPSTEIN's company, [DELETE] observed a woman [around EPSTEIN's age at the time (30's)] present who did not appear to be Black or Caucasian, but had darker skin and long dark wavy hair. The woman did not appear to have a lot of money, nor did she appear to be in a relationship or married to any of EPSTEIN's associates. The woman may have been with EPSTEIN in some way. The woman never spoke to [DELETE] and gave off a, "cold feeling." [DELETE] was not aware of whether the woman abused any girls; however, she did not abuse [DELETE].
[DELETE] was "probably given drugs" on almost every interaction she had with EPSTEIN. She was always given alcohol and marijuana, and usually cocaine. EPSTEIN's drink of choice was gin and tonic. He enjoyed listening to Classical music, and he "blared" Neal Diamond.
Not long ago, [DELETE] friend and house mate, [DELETE], wore two different colognes in [DELETE] presence that she did not like. One specifically repulsed her. It "instantly put [her] back there." It was the, "same smell as JEFFREY [EPSTEIN]." In the interviewing Agents' presence, [DELETE] placed a call to [DELETE] in speakerphone mode. [DELETE] asked [DELETE] if he remembered her having a strong (negative) reaction to one of his colognes, and asked if he could tell her what the name of the cologne was. [DELETE] responded that he did remember that incident, and that he thought it was possibly "Grey Flannel" cologne. [DELETE] did not initially tell [DELETE] why the cologne repulsed her; however, she recently disclosed details of her abuse to [DELETE] and his wife, as well as why the cologne was relevant.
Investigating Agents inquired as to [DELETE] exposure to recent news media stories regarding EPSTEIN. [DELETE] advised at some point she "Googled" his name and "[DELETE] Island" to see whether any victims from the area had come forward. She thought she found one; however, the result she found was just a story about EPSTEIN that was previously published in the [DELETE] Island paper.
[DELETE] detailed a separate and possibly the sixth incident involving EPSTEIN. When [DELETE] was approximately 15 years old, she went to a Rick James concert with her friend [DELETE] and [DELETE] mother in Savannah, Georgia. EPSTEIN was at the concert and surprised her. When [DELETE] saw EPSTEIN she knew she had to go with him. She recalled EPSTEIN had a flask and "got her drunk". She was also high on marijuana. He kept her isolated at the concert so long that [DELETE] and [DELETE] mother left her, and drove back to [DELETE] Island. They later told [DELETE] they looked for her for a long period of time. She stated that she imagined they were terrified when they could not find her. [DELETE] could not recall the entire evening; however, she knew that EPSTEIN left her at some point, and she found herself walking around alone, high on marijuana. She kept thinking, "how am I going to get back to the Island. I've been left here, I have no way to get home." At some point while [DELETE] was walking around, the police picked her up. [DELETE] recalled thinking her mother was going to be "pissed" at her because she got her ears pierced. The police photographed her and kept her alone in a "real jail" cell. She could not remember whether they fingerprinted her, or if she was formally arrested. She did recall she ate really good fried chicken while in jail. At some point, her mother and brother, [DELETE], picked her up and drove her home.
[DELETE] recalled at least one incident in which EPSTEIN took her off of the Island when she was between 13 to 15 years old. He drove her and/or flew her to either New York or New Jersey. She was, "introduced to someone with money, money... It was Donald Trump." [DELETE] and EPSTEIN were with others, to include TRUMP, in a very tall building with huge rooms. TRUMP did not like [DELETE], "from the get-go, he didn't like that I was a boy-girl" (referencing a tomboy). [DELETE] could not recall the identities of the other individuals present; however, they all exited when TRUMP asked everyone to leave the room. TRUMP mentioned something to the effect of, "Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be." TRUMP unzipped his pants and put head, "down to his penis". [DELETE], "bit the shit out of it." TRUMP struck [DELETE] and said words to the effect of, "get this little bitch the hell out of here." [DELETE] advised she bit TRUMP's penis because he disgusted her. "He had money, it reeked off of him." At that point, people reentered the room no further information provided). [DELETE] recalled a blond beautiful woman approaching her at some point that day after her interaction with TRUMP. The woman said, "let me give you a tip little girl about your breasts, wear a bra every night." Those words have stayed with her throughout the years.
[DELETE] got the feeling the relationship between EPSTEIN and TRUMP included a certain amount of jealousy. She thought TRUMP appeared jealous of EPSTEIN, but at some point, they ended up on level playing fields. TRUMP and EPSTEIN sometimes used the terms "fresh meat", "untainted" and "not jaded" while referring to girls. At the time she heard it, [DELETE] did not understand the term "not jaded". She subsequently looked up the word "jaded". [DELETE] stated she had two additional interactions with TRUMP, but she asked that the interview move on to a different subject for the time being.
[DELETE] discussed an additional interaction with EPSTEIN and his associates wherein EPSTEIN and the "group" brought acid (identities of additional individuals not provided). EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] if she knew anything about acid; she replied that she did not. He asked her to try it first, then tell her friends where the party was going to be. EPSTEIN gave [DELETE] some of the acid to give to her friends. She did not recall hearing about acid on the Island before EPSTEIN introduced it, but she recalled that after he did, acid "swept the Island."
Reflecting on the interactions she had with EPSTEIN up to that point, [DELETE] advised that while she continued to be sexually abused by him, she began to feel like EPSTEIN trusted her. The situation was "still horrific", but she began to feel important; he knew she was keeping his secrets, specifically the things he said in front of her.
On one occasion, [DELETE] asked EPSTEIN, "why he (EPSTEIN) does those things to me?" EPSTEIN responded by disclosing he had been molested as a child by a "boy" in his family, and possibly his aunt. [DELETE] thought the boy was either an uncle or a cousin; he definitely mentioned abuse by both a male and female. EPSTEIN was starting to say intimate things about himself. He was sharing and it began to make her feel like she had some of the power. She recalled thinking at the time, "Wow, this is the same asshole who is horrible." EPSTEIN had two sides to his personality. Looking back on the situation now, [DELETE] stated EPSTEIN was, "probably grooming me." [DELETE], "got super fascinated" in the sexual acts that involved EPSTEIN being submissive to [DELETE]. She felt relieved to be the one not being abused. recalled they did not "mix" the sexual abuse, meaning the interactions wherein EPSTEIN physically abused [DELETE] were separate interactions than those that involved EPSTEIN being submissive to [DELETE]. Every time they entered a bedroom, sexual abuse of some sort was involved, and in general, every interaction included sexual abuse. The one exception was the concert in Georgia (detailed above). Even though EPSTEIN was alone at the concert, they did not have a place where he could engage in sexual activity with her.
When asked whether EPSTEIN had any notable sexual fetishes, [DELETE] advised he liked having "little rubber things" put into his anus, and, "he had [her] do it." [DELETE] recalled inserting a pencil, a big eraser, little rubber things, and a water bottle tube into EPSTEIN's anus for his sexual gratification. EPSTEIN liked to be violated and dominated. He wanted her to take control. She recalled he turned into a different person (personality), and since it was her first time experiencing that type of sexual behavior, she did not know what to do. EPSTEIN liked her to use a kitchen oil (instead of sexual lubricant) when she put things in his "butt". EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that when he was younger he could contort his body so that he could almost put his penis in his mouth. She asked him to show her and he tried, but was unsuccessful.
[DELETE] was asked whether EPSTEIN ever asked her to engage in "threesomes" (orgies). EPSTEIN always wanted [DELETE] to bring her friend; however, it never happened.
EPSTEIN spoke another language around [DELETE] once in a while. She believed the language may have been Hebrew. At this point in the interview, [DELETE] imitated the sound of the language she recalled EPSTEIN speaking indicating it included a throat-clearing guttural sound. She was unaware of whether EPSTEIN was Jewish. She knew the language he spoke was not Italian.
EPSTEIN talked about blackmailing people in front of [DELETE]. [DELETE] was confident TRUMP knew EPSTEIN blackmailed people because she heard EPSTEIN and TRUMP talking about it. [DELETE] stated she knew TRUMP had illegal building permits. She heard him (TRUMP) talking about washing money through casinos. Number 6 is Donald Trump's favorite number. [DELETE] was not sure how she knew that, but she had heard it at one point. [DELETE] stated that EPSTEIN's blackmailing of her mother, "ruined my family".
[DELETE] asked the Agents to keep her safe stating, "Throughout my life his (EPSTEIN's) people have found me... have kept tabs on me."

The interviewing agents asked [DELETE] to provide additional details regarding her first interaction with DONALD TRUMP when she was approximately 13 to 15 years old, in either New York or New Jersey, and while also in the company of JEFFREY EPSTEIN. [DELETE] clarified that when she previously said TRUMP struck her after she bit him on the penis, she provided further details that he, "pulled (her] hair and punched [her] on the side of [her] head."
With respect to [DELETE] mother, [DELETE] (deceased), [DELETE] recalled her mother spent approximately two years in federal prison in Columbia, South Carolina around the time [DELETE] was 17 or 18 years old. [DELETE] mother's sentence was related to an embezzlement conviction connected to being blackmailed by JEFFREY EPSTEIN and JIM ATKINS over explicit photographs of [DELETE].
[DELETE] asked whether EPSTEIN had a sibling. The investigating Agents inquired as to what made her think he had a sibling. [DELETE] replied she recalled there was a man, possibly a brother of EPSTEIN's, that she recalled from the past.
Since the sexual assaults [DELETE] suffered at the hands of EPSTEIN and his associates, [DELETE] was threatened on numerous occasions by unidentified people she believed were connected to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] mother was also threatened on numerous occasions prior to her death. The first incident [DELETE] could recall occurred in approximately [DELETE] when [DELETE] was 16-17 years old. [DELETE] was living in a suburb in South Carolina at the time. [DELETE] mother had been arrested for embezzlement, and could not pay the restitution. [DELETE] called ATKINS at the University where he worked (unidentified) to ask him for help. She recalled she asked him why he "fixed" her mother's real estate books, only to later turn her mother in [to the police]. ATKINS responded to [DELETE] by stating words to the effect that, he did not, "give a shit if you end up in the gutter. Don't ever contact me again. Your mother knows what will happen."
[DELETE] recalled threatening telephone calls primarily began to occur after [DELETE] gave birth to her daughter in [DELETE]. Several calls listed as "No ID" on her Caller ID system were made to [DELETE] telephone. The voicemail content primarily included only "noises"; however, during one call, a man (unidentified) stated, "Fuck you. You better keep your mouth closed." The man subsequently hung up. [DELETE] was threatened, "sometimes every two years, then at random times." [DELETE] never recognized the voices during the telephone calls, but she was certain the callers were not EPSTEIN, ATKINS, or TRUMP. The callers did not have heavy New York accents. She clarified that EPSTEIN did not have a heavy New York accent in general; however, he said certain words with an accent.
In approximately [DELETE], [DELETE] mother "fielded" threat calls as well, made by individual(s) telling her to leave the Island [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE] mother was most likely also threatened in person; however, [DELETE] did not have specific information regarding any in-person threats. One of [DELETE] mother's previous husbands, [DELETE], also received at least one threatening call at some point (no further information).
The last call that [DELETE] characterized as threatening occurred in approximately December or January [DELETE], while [DELETE] was working at [DELETE] [DELETE]. A co-worker received a message on their work landline that was intended for [DELETE]. The man on the message stated he was either Kevin or Keith, and that he was calling from [DELETE] doctor's office to check on her. [DELETE] only listened for a second, and did not hear the entire message. [DELETE] doctor had no idea where she worked and would never have called to check on her. [DELETE] stated she told her daughter about the call, and her daughter subsequently called the doctor in an attempt to confirm the call to [DELETE]. The doctor's office stated they did not call to check on [DELETE]. [DELETE] told her boss she had to take her daughter and leave immediately. [DELETE] believed the incident to be threatening and related to EPSTEIN and/or his associates. [DELETE] stated under her breath that if it was not EPSTEIN, maybe it was the "other one". When asked the identity of the "other one", [DELETE] stated, "Trump."
[DELETE] was asked several times if she could estimate how many times she received threatening calls that she associated with EPSTEIN and his associates. [DELETE] could not provide an answer, indicating there were numerous threat calls throughout her life. In the beginning, the threats were "regular". They later became sporadic, and a year would go by in-between incidents. During the past four years the threats increased "a little" from "one, or the other". When asked to clarify what she meant by "one, or the other", [DELETE] stated she did not wish to further discuss that comment at this time.[Administrative note: Immediately after indicating she did not wish to expound on the particular statement, [DELETE] looked at her attorney and stated, "when he was running..." At that point, [DELETE] attorney stated, "...more tracks to cover". [DELETE] repeated the statement back to her attorney.]
[DELETE] recalled receiving several "hang-ups" and a lot of brief telephone messages that included words to the effect, "we know where you're at, you need to keep your mouth shut." The people who called knew [DELETE] mother was in a specific assisted living facility. [DELETE] initially stated the individuals "possibly" called her mother; but when asked how she knew they were aware of her mother's residence in a particular assisted living facility, [DELETE] stated they called her mother there. The call(s) to her mother included rude language about her mother's age and health.
When asked what made [DELETE] think the calls were related to EPSTEIN/his associates, [DELETE] responded that she did not think the callers ever said they were calling on behalf of EPSTEIN or TRUMP. [DELETE] does not have any other issue in her past that would explain years of harassment and threats.
Since the threats began, [DELETE] has had four to five "close calls" where she was almost run off of the road. One or two incidents occurred prior to [DELETE], and one approximately two years ago. During the [DELETE] incident, [DELETE] and her mother were driving one night on Interstate 5 near [DELETE] Oregon. It was dark and rainy that night. One car behind [DELETE] repeatedly turned its lights on and off, then that car and another, both described as "nice, and black or blue", attempted to run [DELETE] car off of the road. The car to [DELETE] left was larger and had four doors. She recalled an 18-wheeler was driving in front of her at the time. [DELETE] did not wreck her vehicle during the incident. After the incident her mom began crying, and [DELETE] pulled over.
During the last incident, which [DELETE] clarified may have happened two and a half to three years ago, she was driving on Interstate 5 toward her home in [DELETE] Washington at approximately 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM (day of the week unknown). When [DELETE] took the first [DELETE] exit near a gas station and traffic circle, a male driver positioned his car, "on (her] ass" and, "slammed [her) car forward." The man ran [DELETE] through the traffic circle where she blew out her tire and broke her mirror. She recalled she ran into a sign. The vehicle that struck her was a dark black or blue sports utility vehicle. [DELETE] believed the driver to be a male due to the shape of the body she saw in her mirror. She stated the man was, "maybe White." After [DELETE] wrecked she called a friend who lived nearby and told him she had no idea what happened. [DELETE] did not call the police and to her knowledge no police responded to the hit and run. Employees (unidentified) from the Chevron or Shell gas station nearby (first gas station on left of exit) witnessed the incident and asked her on a later date what happened to her car (no further details provided).

[DELETE] requested agents explain to her the goal and parameters of the fourth interview. She indicated she was aware that because she was victimized several years prior, the statutes of limitation of any viable federal violation may have run. She asked agents, "what's the point?" The agents explained that all victims of crime should have the opportunity to tell their story; they wanted to provide her with that opportunity should she choose to accept. The agents also explained why they wished to keep the fourth interview focused on abuse [DELETE] endured at the hands of individuals associated with JEFFREY EPSTEIN. [DELETE] previously mentioned she had sexual contact with (current U.S. President) DONALD TRUMP while she was a minor. She previously explained the contact was facilitated through her association with EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was asked whether she felt comfortable detailing her contacts with TRUMP. [DELETE] again asked what the point would be of providing the information at this point in her life when there was a strong possibility nothing could be done about it.
The agents asked [DELETE] to go home and take as much time as she needed to think about speaking with the agents further. [DELETE] agreed and the interview ended.
