[DELETE] recalled a time in New Mexico where she traveled to a spa and MAXWELL said, "Oh if you find a pretty girl, get her number and she can give a massage to EPSTEIN". MAXWELL was a very strong person. [DELETE] recalled a time where she traveled to Florida and her phone was not working. [DELETE] called [DELETE] to connect her to MAXWELL. [DELETE] had to talk to [DELETE] about MAXWELL being upset because [DELETE] took up MAXWELL'S assistant's time.
In Palm Beach, [DELETE] called and scheduled massage appointments for EPSTEIN. This seemed like a regular activity. In New York, GROFF scheduled massage appointments; [DELETE] did not schedule in New York. EPSTEIN received massages twice a day everyday. [DELETE] would also have to schedule and confirm massage appointments. EPSTEIN would tell them that MAXWELL could get something if they could not because MAXWELL was persuasive.
[DELETE] came across as condescending to [DELETE]. EPSTEIN would tell [DELETE] how ungrateful she was in not saying thank you. EPSTEIN said something similar to [DELETE] when she received a haircut and did not say thank you to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was told to tell [DELETE] to pack up and leave the apartment. [DELETE] told EPSTEIN that she would never get an abortion and EPSTEIN asked what if the baby had Down Syndrome or she was raped. EPSTEIN liked to play mind games. On the island, [DELETE] was sick with a fever, when EPSTEIN came in the room and said, "Wake up lazy fuck". On one of [DELETE]'s days off, EPSTEIN left her a message and he was very upset. EPSTEIN made her sit on the floor and do a pedicure.
EPSTEIN obsessed about [DELETE] putting on his eye cream; if she missed a day he would get upset. There was a time on the island where EPSTEIN said that despite the guy being married, he was gay. EPSTEIN said this gentleman needed to spend more time with [DELETE] and [DELETE]. This man's wife was DIANE VON FURSTENBERG. EPSTEIN called [DELETE] a Polish Nazi.On the island and in New Mexico, along with one time in Palm Beach, [DELETE] would have to give a massage and it would lead to sexual contact with EPSTEIN. Another girl, [DELETE], also gave massages.
[DELETE] recalled a time where [DELETE], the house manager, asked her to come downstairs. EPSTEIN asked [DELETE] to run him a bath. [DELETE] was in the room topless. [DELETE] touched [DELETE].
There was a time where [DELETE] was asked to travel to Boston. EPSTEIN often went to HARVARD. [DELETE] thought the trip there was a short flight on his Gulfstream. The bed was made. When there was nudity and a sexual encounter, EPSTEIN wanted to have sex and if [DELETE] said no, he stopped. Other times, [DELETE] was involved in the sexual encounters and [DELETE] initiated them. The sexual encounters were predominantly associated with massages. In [DELETE]'s mind she did not want to do it but went along with it. There was a very strange situation that happened on the plane when EPSTEIN grabbed [DELETE] by the neck and shook her hard. [DELETE] did not remember EPSTEIN being forceful with the sexual encounters. [DELETE] was 20/21 years old and stated that it was consensual. EPSTEIN sometimes told [DELETE] that she had massaging duty. [DELETE] was confused that this was part of her role. [DELETE] did not see [DELETE] give massages.
EPSTEIN flew [DELETE]'s parents in as a surprise. [DELETE] was not happy with this because he had access to her parents. At a prior time, EPSTEIN and [DELETE] talked about her Polish background and EPSTEIN had said the last name of her grandmother. [DELETE] knew at this point he had done research on her family and background.
A Department of State Agent BEN WOLF flew on EPSTEIN's plane and asked who all of the girls were. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that she should ask WOLF about her immigration status. EPSTEIN also told her to talk to INDYKE, but INDYKE could not help.
EPSTEIN first told [DELETE] that she had massage duty when they were on his island together. [DELETE] could not recall how it progressed to sexual contact. [DELETE] felt the sexual encounter with [DELETE] was planned. [DELETE] initiated the contact with EPSTEIN and [DELETE]. [DELETE] had approximately five encounters with the two of them together. EPSTEIN joked that [DELETE] was his gay girlfriend. There was one time where EPSTEIN was not present and [DELETE] initiated sexual contact.
[DELETE] gave [DELETE] a massage. [DELETE] also gave a massage to a girl who flew into the island. [DELETE] did not know this girl's name. [DELETE] met this girl at St. Barts, where this girl was a sales associate. This girl did not look underage to [DELETE]. [DELETE] flew this girl in.
[DELETE] talked about a conversation with EPSTEIN in which he talked with her about keeping men happy. [DELETE] took this as flirting or giving sexual favors. [DELETE] did not respond.
EPSTEIN introduced the [DELETE] to [DELETE]. EPSTEIN introduced [DELETE] as his cousin to them and to other people. When [DELETE] looked up the word "cousin" in slang, it meant prostitute. [DELETE] was upset by this. She felt that EPSTEIN was propositioning her.
There was a time where they flew into Aspen and LES WEXNER and other girls went shopping. They gestured to [DELETE] and she thought they were talking about her.
ANDREW FARKAS introduced a Sultan from Dubai to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was there on the phone with [DELETE] and EPSTEIN telling her what to say. [DELETE] lived in New York. EPSTEIN was telling her not to think about it too long. They were going to the hotel to meet up. This was in New York. They were all in the car with JOJO driving. [DELETE] thought that she had met [DELETE] and saw her in New York. [DELETE] described [DELETE] as Middle Eastern.
[DELETE] talked about a time when EPSTEIN, [DELETE], and [DELETE] with her dog, flew into Miami. [DELETE] met them at a meeting point and was asked to entertain [DELETE] while EPSTEIN and [DELETE] went somewhere else. They were all standing in front of a building. EPSTEIN had helped [DELETE] with her Soho house in Miami Beach. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that she could be a real estate agent. EPSTEIN had [DELETE] meet up with a developer/architect. [DELETE] told [DELETE] that she had to drive to meet someone in Palm Beach. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that something would happen with her visa, but [DELETE] did not remember everything about this. [DELETE] thought something had happened to EPSTEIN's detriment. [DELETE] gave [DELETE] the number of the person she was supposed to meet. [DELETE] was rushing there. JANUSZ BANASIAK and another gentleman, PAUL, were there. They were grabbing computers and notebooks. [DELETE] was to follow up with the gentleman on when to get the items back. They were to be given to someone named DETECTIVE BLACK and to be returned when he was done with them. [DELETE] gave the computers and notebooks to PAUL. BANASIAK found more books. [DELETE]. [DELETE] called PAUL or he was still there and she gave them to him. [DELETE] thought that the instruction came from [DELETE] because she gave [DELETE] the phone number. [DELETE] thought they then traveled on to the island.
After this, [DELETE] asked [DELETE] to gather books on the island and to bring them back from the island. [DELETE] reminded to go in all the locations and huts. brought these items back from the island and to New York and gave them to [DELETE]. Sometimes when [DELETE] traveled to the island she went with EPSTEIN and other times she flew from Miami Lo Puerto Rico to the Virgin Islands. There was a driver that took her from the marina by boat. [DELETE] gave the books to [DELETE] in MAXWELL's house. There was a printout of a more recent copy. [DELETE] had told [DELETE] to shred it in MAXWELL's house. [DELETE] recalled having a feeling that it was all strange.
[DELETE] recalled in EPSTEIN's duffel bag he kept a tape recorder. [DELETE] saw it on and turned it off. In the beginning of 2006, [DELETE] saw EPSTEIN reach for the tape recorder and slip it into his bathrobe.
The initial promise EPSTEIN made to [DELETE] was for her to work for him, learn things like stocks and the business world. Working for EPSTEIN was stressful for [DELETE]; the verbal assaults grew and she never felt good working for him. [DELETE] told [DELETE] that she was resigning. [DELETE] did not take her seriously. Al the time, EPSTEIN'S accountant resigned, and she told EPSTEIN that she had resigned too. [DELETE] did not think EPSTEIN took her seriously either. [DELETE] received calls from them in 2006. [DELETE] traveled to Paris with them, where [DELETE] met with a former boyfriend. [DELETE] then traveled to Poland. EPSTEIN asked her to go to Dubai but she did not go. EPSTEIN told her they did not need passports, which [DELETE] thought was strange.
[DELETE] recalled a Cuba trip where [DELETE] kissed FIDEL CASTRO's cheek.
[DELETE] was called in by INDYKE, who told her that if she ever needed help to contact him and never talk to the police. [DELETE] recalled feeling that something was off.
EPSTEIN had a tape recorder and [DELETE] recalled him asking if she ever beat someone up. EPSTEIN also said to her, "Oh you don't enjoy fooling around with [DELETE] and me".
[DELETE] recalled when EPSTEIN initiated the sexual encounters, telling her that this is what her job was all along. [DELETE] felt that once EPSTEIN flipped, she knew that she could not scream or say no. [DELETE] knew that EPSTEIN had a gun by the bed. [DELETE] recalled feeling that she had no where to go because she was on the island. [DELETE] knew EPSTEIN had guns. EPSTEIN gave [DELETE] a gun once for safety purposes. [DELETE] remembered the time where the gun was taken.
[DELETE], date of birth (DOB) [DELETE], was interviewed pursuant to a proffer agreement via video conference. Present for the interview was [DELETE]'s attorney Joseph Nascimento, along with Assistant United States Attorneys [DELETE], [DELETE], [DELETE], Special Agent [DELETE] [DELETE], and Detective [DELETE]. After being advised of the identity of the above listed individuals and the nature of the interview, [DELETE] provided the following information:
[DELETE] was managed by [DELETE]. [DELETE] was [DELETE]'s assistant. [DELETE] was a "runner" who ran errands. [DELETE], [DELETE], and [DELETE] worked out of GHISLAINE MAXWELL's home. When [DELETE] was first hired by JEFFREY EPSTEIN, she was given more informal tasks while she was modeling. One of her first tasks was to go to MAXWELL's house, where MAXWELL gave her a list of items, like toiletries to pick up for the 301 66th Street address.
[DELETE] was EPSTEIN's assistant. [DELETE] saw [DELETE] working with MAXWELL as well. Some relationships were more formal and "office like", but [DELETE] and MAXWELL's relationship was more friendly.
Tasks that MAXWELL gave to [DELETE] were errands like buying shampoo and shirts for her and wanting [DELETE] to clean the office. In New York, the office inside MAXWELL's house was small with three desks. [DELETE] shared a desk with MAXWELL. MAXWELL spent time at EPSTEIN's other residents. [DELETE] recalled the strange message she received from JEAN LUC BRUNEL. [DELETE]'s English was not great at the time. MAXWELL thought the message was funny. MAXWELL either assisted or directed in how to write the message.
[DELETE] had always felt a bit intimidated by MAXWELL. MAXWELL's attitude came across that she was better than everyone else. [DELETE] was uncomfortable around MAXWELL and limited her time around her.
MAXWELL overlooked everything with EPSTEIN. MAXWELL and EPSTEIN seemed to have a family like relationship. [DELETE] was aware that MAXWELL and EPSTEIN used to date. [DELETE] was also aware that the house MAXWELL lived in in New York used to belong to EPSTEIN. In EPSTEIN's houses, MAXWELL had a bedroom and an office. In Palm Beach, MAXWELL's office was a small room above the kitchen. In EPSTEIN's master bedroom, he had two bathrooms where the one to the left was where the massages took place, and the other room had a large closet where [DELETE] saw MAXWELL'S clothes hanging. [DELETE] recalled that in New Mexico MAXWELL had a bedroom. [DELETE] thought it may have been [DELETE] who mentioned MAXWELL'S bedroom because she was assigning bedrooms. [DELETE] recalled [DELETE] had stayed in MAXWELL's bedroom in New Mexico. At every one of EPSTEIN's properties, MAXWELL acted almost like an owner; people treated her like an owner.
[DELETE] spent approximately 15-20% of the time around MAXWELL. While in Palm Beach, [DELETE]'s home was in proximity so she would get time off; she would not always be around EPSTEIN's house. [DELETE] was mostly there at the Palm Beach residence. [DELETE] recalled traveling with MAXWELL approximately 15-20% of the time. [DELETE] recalled traveling to New Mexico with MAXWELL twice. recalled traveling to Aspen with EPSTEIN and MAXWELL. [DELETE] and EPSTEIN went to see LES WEXNER. [DELETE] recalled MAXWELL being there with a group of women and chewing them out.
[DELETE] recalled when a new house manager, JANUSZ BANASIAK, started in Palm Beach and brought in fresh flowers, MAXWELL was impressed. [DELETE] remembered a time where MAXWELL questioned her on the ice in the water she was taking to EPSTEIN, asking if the ice was made from Evian.
While in Palm Beach, EPSTEIN received two massages a day. If [DELETE] traveled with EPSTEIN, sometimes [DELETE] would call from New York to set up the massages. [DELETE]'s job was to reconfirm with them. [DELETE] would sometimes send the initial schedule and [DELETE] would call. EPSTEIN then wanted [DELETE] to confirm and reconfirm with them; she would have to call in the evening and then the next morning.
[DELETE] did not recall MAXWELL confirming massages. ALFREDO R0DRIGUEZ may have confirmed massages.
When [DELETE] was asked if she was aware of MAXWELL's knowledge of EPSTEIN getting massages, she replied yes. In general, it was common knowledge EPSTEIN had two massages a day. [DELETE] talked about a time in New Mexico where EPSTEIN treated them to an outside location spa facility. MAXWELL told [DELETE] they needed to find a pretty masseuse for EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN sent MAXWELL, [DELETE], and possibly [DELETE] to a spa facility where each of them were to be treated to a massage. MAXWELL said the masseuse for EPSTEIN must be pretty and must be good at massage. MAXWELL said this to the group.
The phone books were contact address books. The pastel colored books were EPSTEIN's books while the black small books were MAXWELL's books. There was a section for massage contacts in them.
EPSTEIN noted once that when he and MAXWELL dated that MAXWELL would bring more girls for threesomes, saying they were sexual relationships. [DELETE] did not recall when or where EPSTEIN said this to her. EPSTEIN told [DELETE] that MAXWELL brought him girls. As of the date of this interview, [DELETE]'s impression was that this was for sexual activities. It surprised [DELETE] that MAXWELL would bring other girls in for sex. When EPSTEIN told [DELETE] this she did not think that was something MAXWELL would do. [DELETE] recalled MAXWELL dating other men. [DELETE] described MAXWELL as "high end and sophisticated" and did not think "those types" of people would do that.
EPSTEIN's expectations were when he had girlfriends they would have to bring other girls in. When [DELETE] dated EPSTEIN they brought [DELETE] in for sex and she told [DELETE] that she [DELETE] had to find other girls for EPSTEIN.
When [DELETE] was asked about what she said in a prior interview about MAXWELL participating in threesomes, [DELETE] replied that she was talking about what she just referenced in regards to EPSTEIN telling [DELETE] that MAXWELL participated in threesomes.
At the time [DELETE] worked for EPSTEIN from 2004-2006 she did not get a sense that he and MAXWELL were still in a romantic relationship. [DELETE] thought they were in a relationship years prior to [DELETE] working for them.
[DELETE] took a lot of photographs, some of them of [DELETE]. [DELETE] described them as "model type" photographs possibly for Victoria's Secret. [DELETE] was in jeans and a tank top on the island along the beach. [DELETE] asked her to take off her top and bra, telling [DELETE] that EPSTEIN said it was ok. These types of photographs of other girls were on display all over EPSTEIN's houses. These photographs were kept in large binders at MAXWELL's house. They were in thumbnail form with Compact Disk's (CD) attached. There was a large commercial printer at MAXWELL's New York house where the thumbnails were printed; [DELETE] thought this was possibly why the binders were kept there. [DELETE] described the binders as large with packets and the photographs were burned onto CDs. There were contact sheets with thumbnails, so they knew which photographs were on which CD. These binders were stored in a large cabinet located past the three desks in MAXWELL'S office in her New York home. [DELETE], [DELETE], and [DELETE] worked there. There were approximately 8-10 binders of photographs. There were other photographs as well. [DELETE] described a time in Palm Beach where she was on the couch with [DELETE] and [DELETE] stripped, took off her top, and danced. EPSTEIN nudged [DELETE] to get the camera to take photographs. Either [DELETE] or [DELETE] put together the binders. Everything was at the request of EPSTEIN. [DELETE] enjoyed taking photographs; she had a nice camera. MAXWELL asked them to clean the office once. [DELETE] felt MAXWELL must have observed the printer and binders were there. They were intimate photographs so they would not have been printed commercially. The intimate photographs were of different women in binders that were mainly topless with model like poses. Some photographs were in EPSTEIN's gym along the whole wall - they were all topless photographs. [DELETE] described the photographs as young women with an unknown age range.
When asked if the age range was 18-20 years old, [DELETE] replied that the women were maybe younger but it was hard to tell because of make-up and the model style photographs. [DELETE] did not recall if MAXWELL took nude photographs. [DELETE] was not sure if anyone other than [DELETE] took photographs. At the time [DELETE] had stopped working for them, the binders were still at MAXWELL'S house. MAXWELL sold the New York house at one point and [DELETE] thought the real estate agent had possibly taken photographs of MAXWELL's office.
In regards to the storage of contact information, [DELETE] would get the phone numbers for [DELETE]. [DELETE] made her own contact list that she typed up. [DELETE] printed a few copies and put them in a desk. When [DELETE] came back to New York, these were sometimes missing.
The notebooks had massage sections, but [DELETE] never called from there. [DELETE] only called people from the contact information given to her by [DELETE] and the contact list [DELETE] had made from contacts given to her by [DELETE]. [DELETE] gave phone numbers. [DELETE] was not sure where [DELETE] got the information from. DELETE]'s contact list was created by hand then typed up in a word document in Palm Beach. [DELETE] typed up and printed a few and stored them in a drawer. [DELETE] recalled the list was missing one time or [DELETE] had thrown it out because it was crumpled in the trash can. [DELETE] was at a computer in Palm Beach at a desk near the living room that she and [DELETE] used for work. [DELETE] created a digital copy for herself. [DELETE] was not sure if anyone else had a digital contact list for massages. [DELETE] thought the contact books for massages seemed outdated.
[Agent note: [DELETE] was shown a document titled "Masseusses". This document is attached in a 1A.] [DELETE] did not recognize this document. [DELETE] did not format her document how this one was formatted; [DELETE] underlined the names. [DELETE] thought there were approximately 10 names on the document she created but thought there may have been more than one person on each line like having referrals listed.
[DELETE] described there being message books around the house that had a page that copied itself, notepads, and contact numbers and information. Some of these were kept in the pantry behind the kitchen. There were white notepads throughout EPSTEIN's home that had "Jeffrey Epstein" and "Ghislaine Maxwell" written on them. Messages were kept on these notepads.
Phone numbers were kept in a system they used called Citrix. People's numbers were also kept in books. MAXWELL had books with a black cover throughout the house and EPSTEIN had books with a colorful cover throughout the house. There were multiple copies of the books throughout the house. [DELETE] believed that both sets of books had contact information for massages. The contact information for massages was organized by location. [DELETE] remembered skimming through the books and seeing this. MAXWELL's black books were very simple as they were just black and white with simple font. [DELETE] believed EPSTEIN's colorful books were black and white inside and simple as well, but the font was slightly larger. [DELETE] advised she may be able to recognize the books if she saw them; she has a photographic memory. [Agent note: At this point in the interview, was shown a document.] [DELETE] recalled this document to be one of MAXWELL's contact books. [DELETE] also recalled that the font for EPSTEIN would have been larger. The contact books were printed and not updated. [DELETE] was given a project to update EPSTEIN's books; she used the Citrix system to gather the numbers from in order to update the books. [DELETE] did not recall being asked to update MAXWELL's contact books. During the time that [DELETE] worked for EPSTEIN she did not recall anyone switching the books out.
When [DELETE] was asked if she recalled someone asking her to gather items from the Palm Beach house, she stated yes. [DELETE] and EPSTEIN told her to go to Palm Beach to meet someone to hand over the contact books and computers. EPSTEIN, [DELETE], [DELETE] [DELETE] [DELETE]) flew into Miami. [DELETE] was told to stay with [DELETE] while EPSTEIN and [DELETE] had a meeting. [DELETE] thought the meeting was held at what is now called the SOHO HOUSE HOTEL. [DELETE] thought EPSTEIN was involved in the construction of the hotel. [DELETE] recalled [DELETE] telling her to meet a gentleman and [DELETE] may have called before she met him. [DELETE] recalled the conversation she had with EPSTEIN was where he told her that something happened to his detriment and she needed to gather the stuff from the house. [DELETE] thought she was meeting with a police officer or investigator. [DELETE] drove to Palm Beach, while [DELETE] and EPSTEIN flew on to the island. When [DELETE] arrived at the Palm Beach house, JANUSZ was there and he helped her gather items. [DELETE] gathered the contact books. [DELETE] recalled definitely gathering EPSTEIN's books, but she could not recall if she grabbed all of MAXWELL's books. [DELETE] thought she gave both sets to the gentleman. When the gentleman left, JANUSZ called and said that he found a book, so [DELETE] called the gentleman back to hand it over. [DELETE] recalled the gentleman to be Detective Black. [DELETE] thought this was around October 6, because it was the day before her birthday. [DELETE] also recalled stopping at a gas station and found a record of the stop on her bank statement. [DELETE] had anxiety and stress while working for EPSTEIN.
[DELETE] recalled [DELETE] telling her to do the same thing on the island. [DELETE] told [DELETE] to remove the contact books from the island and take them to New York. [DELETE] thought she may have asked [DELETE] where all the books were stored because there were so many buildings. This was possibly a couple weeks after [DELETE] had already removed the books and computers from Palm Beach.
In Palm Beach, each desk had a computer. [DELETE] removed the computer from EPSTEIN's office (the cabana by the pool), along with the computer that she and [DELETE] used and the computer from MAXWELL'S office. There was a stationary computer that security used that [DELETE] did not remove from the house.
[DELETE] removed the books from the island and took them to New York. When [DELETE] returned to New York, she gave the books to [DELETE]. [DELETE] thought [DELETE] left the office with the books. This was around the time that [DELETE] had been given the assignment to update the books. [DELETE] asked [DELETE] what to do with the printouts of the contact numbers. [DELETE] told [DELETE] to shred it. [DELETE] did not recall why [DELETE] told her to shred it. [DELETE] just recalled EPSTEIN mentioning that something was stolen or compromised. [DELETE] remembered EPSTEIN referring to visas and immigration. [DELETE] did not remember if she discussed this with anyone afterwards.
[DELETE] recalled an individual named MARK who was the IT person they would call if they had computer issues. [DELETE] did not know if MARK worked for WEXNER. [DELETE] thought MARK may have knowledge about the database they used.
[DELETE] recalled MAXWELL being somewhat intimately involved in EPSTEIN's life. MAXWELL was "very much present". MAXWELL had two assistants and she was "sort of like a boss". MAXWELL was one of EPSTEIN's friends and exgirlfriends. EPSTEIN kept certain people around his life, including MAXWELL and EVA DUBIN, who was an ex-girlfriend. [DELETE] was also very close to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] thought [DELETE] and MAXWELL were close as MAXWELL took [DELETE] to some events. [DELETE] recalled that EPSTEIN bought [DELETE] a nice fur for Christmas and it was to be kept at MAXWELL's home. MAXWELL was in every detail. MAXWELL questioned the staff in New York. When MAXWELL visited EPSTEIN's different homes, she seemed more like an owner.
EPSTEIN and MAXWELL were close. [DELETE] recalled EPSTEIN telling her that he delivered the news of MAXWELL'S father's death to her. MAXWELL had drivers and staff who thought she was not nice. [DELETE] recalled a couple that worked for EPSTEIN and [DELETE] saw the woman crying when she came in because MAXWELL said something mean to her. MAXWELL seemed like EPSTEIN's person. [DELETE] recalled that there was a couch on display at a store and the store did not want to sell it. EPSTEIN said to have MAXWELL deal with it.
There was a masseuse in Palm Beach, [DELETE], who stayed at the New York apartment. EPSTEIN helped [DELETE] get an internship with a teenage magazine. MAXWELL was in charge of managing the apartment. [DELETE] recalled that when [DELETE] left the apartment, there was something missing from the apartment and MAXWELL said that [DELETE] must have took it.
[Agent note: At this point in the interview [DELETE] was shown a document. This document is attached in a 1A.] [DELETE] recognized the document as being a printed copy from the Citrix database. [DELETE] was not sure which of the books this would have come from. This would have been managed by [DELETE].
[DELETE] believed MAXWELL would have had knowledge of the massages. MAXWELL managed EPSTEIN's houses and was very much present. Any person that was in the houses would have knowledge of EPSTEIN's schedule and massages. People spoke freely; someone may have said that EPSTEIN was getting a massage. People walked through the kitchen and sometimes there was a girl with another girl there. One girl went upstairs while another stayed in the kitchen. [DELETE] recalled there was a chiropractor at the house and gave an appointment to a girl that was there.
[DELETE] did not know what MAXWELL got out of staying with EPSTEIN. To [DELETE] it seemed that EPSTEIN and MAXWELL shared assets. [DELETE] recalled a time where EPSTEIN bought a new helicopter and became upset because it was shaking. He blamed it on MAXWELL. MAXWELL seemed like family to EPSTEIN. [DELETE] was also like family and EPSTEIN was fond of her daughter [DELETE] MAXWELL and EPSTEIN seemed to have a family like relationship.- I of 6-

[DELETE], date of birth (DOB) [DELETE], was interviewed pursuant to a proffer agreement at SDNY 1 Saint Andrews Plaza New York NY. Present for the interview was [DELETE]'s attorney Joseph Nascimento, along with AUSA [DELETE], AUSA [DELETE] and Detective [DELETE]. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, provided the following information:
*** [DELETE] is shown the "black book" (72-mm-113327-1A9)***[DELETE] states that she recognizes this. She previously described this as MAXWELL's contact book. [DELETE] recognizes the color and the size and the format. The other contact books were bigger and a pastel color. All of MAXWELL's books were smaller. [DELETE] recognizes the black color and the smaller font. EPSTEIN's font was bigger.
[DELETE] has seen this book previously. This is one of MAXWELL's books, there were a few of them. The smaller font is familiar. [DELETE] has opened it before but may not have used the numbers out of it. [DELETE] may have been told by someone that this is MAXWELL's book but not sure. [DELETE] was tasked with updating EPSTEIN's book which was bigger. [DELETE] may have told [DELETE] about EPSTEIN's book. [DELETE] is not sure if she has ever seen MAXWELL with this book or if she just talked about it.
There was a confidentiality notice with EPTEIN's book because of the names in them. [DELETE] does not recall using this book to call and make massage appointments. The specific contacts in the book don't stand out. This book was seen in the small office behind the kitchen referred to as MAXWELL's office. This is where [DELETE] recalls seeing it.
Names that stand out in this book are CAROLE RADZIWILL and JEAN LUC BRUNEL.
She recalls that RADZIWILL came to MAXWELL's home in New York and she published a book. Her and EPSTEIN discussed the book. [DELETE] does not recall seeing her with EPSTEIN.
Both MAXWELL and EPSTEIN knew BRUNEL. He is very close to EPSTEIN and he had an apartment in EPSTEIN's New York apartment building.[DELETE] recalls seeing this book in other houses, perhaps in the New Mexico house. [DELETE] recalls gathering EPSTEIN's books from the Virgin Island but does not recall gathering MAXWELL's.
*** [DELETE] is shown the message pads with sticky note book #4 (31E-mm-108062 1B2-36)***[DELETE] states the sticky note on page 5 could be her handwriting but not sure. Upon further inspection [DELETE] states, she does not think these notes are hers.
[DELETE] recognizes these books and the carbon copies and the messages. [DELETE] would leave messages for EPSTEIN in the pantry in the kitchen. [DELETE] recalls seeing more than one of these pads. Some were kept in a drawer.
EPSTEIN went by "JE" on the pads and the staff would refer to him in the book as "Mr Epstein". Some of the staff taking messages was [DELETE], [DELETE] and the house manager ALFREDO RODRIGUEZ. [DELETE] sees a lot of "AR" in Lhe book. RODRIGUEZ was later fired.
[DELETE] would not recognize other staff members hand writing but she understands how they would sign ("Mr Epstein").
[DELETE] recognizes the name "[DELETE]". [DELETE] came for massages and brought other girls for massage. She was pregnant at one point when she came over.
[DELETE] recognizes JEAN LUC BRUNEL.
[DELETE] recognizes MOSCOVITZ to be EPSTEIN's doctor in Palm Beach.
[DELETE] recognizes DARREN to be EPSTEIN's lawyer.
[DELETE] would still have an obligation to schedule massages even when she wasn't at the house. [DELETE] refers to the 2nd to last page where there is a message left for [DELETE].
***[DELETE] is shown the message pads with sticky note book #1 (31E-mm108062 1B1-2AC)***[DELETE] recognizes that the book is in November and states that EPSTEIN would have been there around that time.
[DELETE] recognizes HARVEY WEINSTEIN's name in the book and states it triggered her [DELETE] cries). EPSTEIN encouraged a victim of WEINSTEIN's to talk to an attorney but it turned out that the attorney was an attorney for WEINSTEIN. EPSTEIN would bring these pretty model girls around these business men to further his business.[DELETE] states that some of the handwriting in this book looks like hers but she is not sure.
[DELETE] states that the last page looks like her handwriting, all of the notes on this page. She recognizes the way she writes her "P", "N" and "7".

[DELETE] recognizes DR HENRY GERETCKI. [DELETE] states he owns an island in the British Virgin Islands and [DELETE] visited this island with EPSTEIN and JEAN LUC BRUNEL.
[DELETE] recognizes her handwriting on a message on 1/7/05. She recognizes the number "7" and that its singed by "[DELETE]" stating "that's me".
[DELETE] recognizes the message on 1/8/05 signed "[DELETE]" stating "that's me"...this entire page is from me" down to 1/9/05.
[DELETE] recognizes the next page to be her handwriting starting with the message on 1/9/05 from [DELETE]. [DELETE] states the rest of the notes after [DELETE] are also her handwriting. [DELETE] states [DELETE] had a sister.

[DELETE] states all of the messages on the next page are her handwriting starting at 1/10/05 from JEAN LUC BRUNEL.

[DELETE] states the next page the second message on 1/11/05 from MAXWELL that [DELETE] took that messages. [DELETE] states the next 2 messages on that page are from her as well.
[DELETE] states the first 2 messages on the next page were taken by her starting at 1/20/05 from MAXWELL.
[DELETE] states the next page starting at 1/24/05 the top 2 messages were taken by her.
[DELETE] states the next page all of the messages were taken by her. The date on the second message is 1/24/05.
[DELETE] states on the next page that messages 1, 2 and 4 are her handwriting. She states message #3 is likely her handwriting as well.
[DELETE] states the next page starting at 1/26/05 that all of these messages were taken by her.
[DELETE] states the next and last page of this book are all messages taken by her. This page starts at 1/26/05.
*** [DELETE] is shown the black binder marked "Book 10" (50D-NY-3027571-1B19)***[DELETE] is shown the black binder marked "Book 10" and asked to just look at the outside of it. [DELETE] states that this is one of the binders that was at MAXWELL's house with different pictures inside of them. The photos are of travel with EPSTEIN or photos of naked girls or women or in their underwear. They were categorized. These books were made at [DELETE]'s request [DELETE] thinks. [DELETE] does not recall the color or the stickers on the outside but she remembers the plastic sleeves with CD's and thumbnails of the pictures. She does not recall how the outside was labeled with stickers or not. On the spine of the binder she recognizes stickers marked ZORO (EPSTEIN's ranch, could be photos from his trip), [DELETE] [DELETE]) and [DELETE].
* * * [DELETE] is shown two black binders marked "Book 11" & "Book 18" (50D-NY-3027571-1B19)***[DELETE] is shown the black binders marked "Book 11" & "Book 18" and asked to just look at the outside of them. [DELETE] states these are large office binders with plastic sleeves. On the spine of the binder she recognizes stickers marked [DELETE]. PB GIRLS (Palm Beach), 727 (one of his planes), [DELETE] [DELETE], [DELETE]. LSJ and [DELETE] BOOBS (could be [DELETE] but she is not sure).
[DELETE] recognizes that these binders could have been kept in MAXWELL's house where she worked. They should have been inside of her office inside of the house. The office had two rooms in it. The first room had about 3 desks for either [DELETE], [DELETE] [DELETE] and MAXWELL. The second room was smaller and had a large printer/copier inside of it. It was a professional photo printer. There were also cabinets inside of this room. These binders would have been store in one of these cabinets. There were multiple shelves containing binders.
MAXWELL would come into the office and sit at her desk. MAXWELL would print sometimes to put these photos in EPSTEIN's homes and to document EPSTEIN's life. [DELETE] would photograph the women in nude poses at EPSTEIN's request. [DELETE] did it to [DELETE]. EPSTEIN said it was ok and [DELETE] thought maybe it was for Victoria's Secret.
[DELETE] is asked the difference between the professional masseuses and the not professional masseuses coming to the houses.
[DELETE] states the professional ones carried themselves different and gave massages to [DELETE] and others in the house.
The not professional masseuses appeared to be young. In the moment [DELETE] didn't think of age. Sitting here today [DELETE] thinks they appeared to be underage because of their style of dressing (jeans and t-shirt), they were casual, their immature behavior, not professional manor, their physical appearance was that of a teenager. [DELETE] would have to escort them upstairs. [DELETE]'s visual observations and feeling that someone is younger than her. On one occasion [DELETE] asked for a tutor for [DELETE] for her SAT's. [DELETE] told a story once of her speeding and her parents having to come pick her up and she couldn't drive anymore after that. [DELETE] saw lots of girls face to face. [DELETE] thinks they were 16-18, 19 and 20. [DELETE] was about 21-22 years old and they felt younger than her. Over time [DELETE] can now analyze that they were underage.
[DELETE] discussed a conversation with EPSTEIN the first time that she met him at his house for dinner. EPSTEIN asks [DELETE] how old she is and if she is 18 and he probed it further that she was over 18. [DELETE] was surprised because she was married.
EPSTEIN presented himself to everyone like he wouldn't cross the line. [DELETE] had the impression that EPSTEIN didn't want anyone under 18 but he didn't say that. [DELETE] said once that if someone lied to him about their age it wouldn't matter because he would still be in trouble.
